I had been looking for a pre owned truck for a while. I had feelers out all over the place. Kat let me know when something came in that I wanted. I went down there, made an offer and they countered. Done! By that afternoon I was driving away in a pre owned vehicle that you would not believe me, if I told you. Go see Kat Yancy. She's very professional, yet extremely personable and friendly. She is very thorough and makes sure all her i's are dotted and her t's are crossed. You do not have to worry that something has not been done and done right.

My husband and I had a great experience with the Devin he was professional and he did take care of us his customers. My husband keep using the words he was AWESOME! Since the salesman is who you spend most of your time with it means a lot for us to feel like we were his only customers. Even though I'm sure he was working with several other people. I had the best customer service a person could want. I had bought a car from the Sales Manager Nate Tarrants at another dealership. When I needed help getting another car and a lower payment I called him. He made arrangements for me to come out the next day. Aaron Murphy and Dustin Tarrants handled the deal and I walked out with a 2016 Corolla in about 2 hours and that includes signing paperwork and everything. They were all 3 perfect in the way they handled everything. Everyone at Landers is so friendly. These 3 guys deserve raises!!

I had a good relationship (13 years) with Steve Landers Toyota until recently. I purchased two Toyotas from their dealership and had all maintenance work performed in their service department. While there for a routine service, they recommended a battery service on my daughter's RAV. My daughter became stranded a few days after the service because they failed to tighten the battery cables and it looked as if it were never serviced. They refused to correct the problem until I contacted the dealership owner. Most recently, my 2012 Tundra developed a puncture in the windshield washer tubing which is common in Tundra's due to routing near the hood hinge. This puncture occurred before the warranty expired (by time, not miles, it only has 20,000 miles) 30 days prior to bringing it in for service. I realize they are not legally responsible for making this repair; however, I'm disappointed that neither the dealership nor Toyota would make a concession to cover this repair as a moral responsibility, since it was clearly a manufacturer defect. I have came to the conclusion that Lander's does not value their established loyal customers.

Robert Murry was very helpful both times I looked at the Sienna, first the new ones then the used. He worked hard to find the best van that would work for me and stay within my budget. He either answered my questions or helped me get an answer. He also was very helpful after I purchased my van when I had follow up questions. Mark Fisher is very knowledgeable and was also helpful. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, go see them.

I was able to test drive and take one home for my family to look at only to find it wouldn't work for us. We switched to the Sienna and found the car for us. We love it.

I bought a 2015 rav 4 brand new and a week later bought my wife a 2016 Corolla . The finance people and everyone we contacted were nice , helpful and cared about us as customers .

I had an awesome experience with buying my first new car. Everyone was positive and displayed great attitudes. Even though I needed a co-signer, Jarrett was able to make everything work and get me into a beautiful car. I was able to get a good deal and be able to refinance it in three years. We were just looking around, not really intending to buy a new truck. To our surprise our salesman worked with us until he came up with a deal that we simply could not pass up !! We traded in our Toyota Venza and left with a new Toyota Tacoma truck. This is the truck we have always wanted but didn't think we could afford. Now we are driving it and our payments are lower because we financed through their finance company !! A TRULY EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE !!!

I've purchased 3 new Toyotas from Landers! Aaron Murphy made the process so easy! I live a few hours from the dealership so i text him and told him what I wanted. He sent me pictures & got my payments where they needed to be. He had the paperwork ready when I got there. All I had to do was sign & drive. After complaining about no one mentioning whether they looked at or found anything wrong with the radio in the 2014 Taucoma during the 5000 mile check up, the very next week, since my son in law brought the vehicle in for us for the 5000 mile maintenance check up, he got a call from the dealership letting him know that a radio had been ordered and set up an appointment to bring truck back in to replace it. My son in law also said during that week he received 2 more calls. I think that is odd he not being the owner only the one who brought it in that is getting all the phone calls. I cannot rate accurately rate customer service, friendliness. or over experience since my husband or I or my son in law stayed during the repair, vehicle was just a drop off and pick up.

I bought a vehicle online from Landers Toyota. It showed up not as described by their sales add and they would do nothing to make it right. I would HIGHLY recommend that you find another dealership to buy from. Poor customer service and false adds placed. Buyer BEWARE!

Bought a new 2012 RAV4 New Years Eve and brought the car in this past Tuesday at 1:00 and dropped it off to have satellite radio and fog lamps installed. Frank got me a loaner car and my RAV4 was supposed to be ready Wednesday..Called this afternoon and my car is STILL not ready and Frank says it's going to be ready Friday. He's supposed to call me back with more detail as to when it's supposed to be ready and says the fog lamps haven't been installed.This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from this dealership and it will be my last.

I purchased a NEW 2010 Camry in 2009 with two free service oil changes. The first service I found cigarett butts, plural, on the drivers side floor when I entered the car at the exit of the service department, upon further inspection, I found oil spilled on engine, small but enough to cause oil smell. Salesman who sold car to me would not look into any resolution, so service manager told me I may have left cigarett residue in auto, I do not smoke nor have I ever smoked and I am single, so NO one has been in my car even with a glass of water! One wheel rim has a small scratch from a curb not very noticable but I know it is there, so when I see my wheel's have been rotated and the wheel with the scratch is still in the same place it was when I arrived, hhhmmmm, mabe they removed the tires from the rims and rotated the tires and put the rims back where they were when I arrived, do you think? HA! I was charged for wheel rotation though! There were a couple of recalls and when I had the work done, there was a greasy hand print on the door support drivers side between whindshield and door. They said I must have put it there when I checked the oil. Salesman who sold me the car no longer works there and maintenance mistakes are my fault, so when I tried to talk to the owner of the dealership, he just wanted to sell me a NEW car and ignored any complaint I had, he would make a good politician. I have moved my business to another Toyota dealership and am very happy! Toyota has served me well, however dealerships can be changed.
