This business knows how to get the trucks you are looking for! I was looking for a heavy duty diesel pick up. They had several trucks to check out from the major brands. After checking out several different trucks on the lot, then waiting over the weekend to decide, the perfect truck showed up online the following Monday! Deal done!! Thank you to Al and Miguel! Update on review: When Al got back he did take the time to review the phone calls we had with the staff and address the situation with them. He also called me to explain and apologize. Still not happy with the experience but I thought it was very thoughtful for him to take the time to try to resolve the situation. Sounds like they are trying to make improvements. Buyers BEWARE the competence level of this office is very low with the exception of Al. They were very nice and helpful until the end. Al was great to work with and told my husband and I that he was going to get us a lower rate with one of the other banks they used and would be in touch the following day. However, he got sick and his hard work was wasted by the poor customer service the rest of the staff has. We called 7 times for updates over the course of 10 days. They also requested documents to send to the bank that we sent them same day. We never heard back and got locked into a rate a whole point higher than what the other bank had. No one EVER called us to update us on the status and locked us in without speaking to us first. We still do not know what else the bank requested that we could of sent in to get the lower rate because they said it would take too much time and they needed to be funded. I have never in my life seen customer service so low. We are still trying to figure out what exactly happened because every time we call they don’t know or are so busy they don’t have time to call the bank to find out. This is completely unacceptable especially when you are spending $50,000 with a company. Very, very disappointed to say the least.

These guys are great to work with! They were extremely patient through the process and professional at all times. Their inventory was massive for trucks! Al and Miguel were awesome to work with. Would recommend Landmark to anyone looking to buy a truck.

Jeremy and the entire crew were very professional and were able to get me into the truck of my dreams. The team gave me top dollar for my 2007 F250 super duty and worked with lenders to get me qualified with a good interest rate, even though I had a few blemishes' on my credit. I am enjoying my 2011 F350 Super Duty Lariat and if you guys are ever in Linden NC, swing by the Circle K Ranch and I will cook you a stake.Keep up the good work, and God Bless You all.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND ATMOSPHERE! Very poor experience with these guys! I had to continously follow up with them because they never called back when they said they would and each time i spoke with someone different and they had to familiarize themselves with my deal. I was ready to buy from these guys! They had a vehicle i was interested in and it seemed like a resonable price. However, I live an hour from this dealership, so I wanted to make sure that it was going to be worth my drive to see the vehicle in person. I finally got someone to call me back Friday evening and I committed to come see the car Saturday morning after my dentist appointment. First of all, when I arrived the guy that I made the appointment with wasn 't even there and was not coming in. The "marketing guy" says that he will take a look at his notes and help me. The car was not in as good of condition as I was expecting and the change oil light was on. The "marketing guy" said that it had been serviced, but their service guys don't take the time to reset the alert. So, here I am an hour away with my two year old kid and my mouth still numb from the dentist and obviously these guys still didn't think I was serious or treat me with much respect! After a short test drive, I sat down with the "marketing guy" to negotiate a deal. I gave him what I thought was a fair opening offer and he slammed down his hands got up and walked away?!?! There was no conversation to be had! I came with $2000 and a bank approval hoping to walk away with a new car, but this guy was so rude that i just gathered my child and our things and left.

I went to this dealer to purchase their 2010 Ford F-250 and after looking at the truck, I decided I wanted to drive it. The salesman told me I had to fill out a credit application before I could drive the vehicle. I told him I would like to drive it first. The sales manager then came outside and told me the same thing. I asked the sales manager if the owner was there and I was informed he had no schedule and was not there. I left my name and number but was informed that he may not call back because he don't deal with selling vehicles. I have never heard of such backwards policies and stuff. I was very much defended. This also throws a red flag to me. If I am having this small issue and it can't easily be resolved, what will happen if I drive off the lot and the motor blows??......more than likely I will be on my own. I wouldn't buy so much as a bottle of water from these people.
