I am highly disappointed with the conduct of these salesmen, while this experience didn't happen to me, it did, however, happen to my mom. Now for this horrible experience involving this cretins. My mom was looking at one of there cars, and eventually decided to buy one. She called them and told them she was purchasing the car, the lovely lady at the bank who dealt with there loans called them and told them about the bill of sale, by all account it was my moms car. Earlier today we go in and as we pull in we see the car pulling out of the lot... weird... as we go in not only is the person who sold her car out having dinner with his wife and not actually there, mind you this was at 2pm, in turns out that this horrible greedy people decided to sale the car to someone else and tried blaming everything on mom and then pretend that never got anything nor was anything set in stone. I can assure you that this greedy deed is something I shall never forget. I will make sure anyone knows how greedy and underhanded this waste of human space is. Finally the real kicker this is not the first time they have done this, they claim to be men of God but there are nothing more then the devil advocates. Please never go here I know I will never be returning to this pool of greed

I am surprised by the outcome of my wife’s experience with this dealer. Here is the story as we experienced it. On Monday looked at car, did not make a deposit to purchase so understandably the car was not held for us. Went to Frontier Credit to secure loan, dealer sent a bill of sale for loan. Wednesday morning Frontier called dealer (so we are told) and stated she was printing a check for purchase of car and buyer would be at dealer with check at 2pm. Wife came with check to purchase at 2pm and car was being driven off lot by another buyer. Dealer said he hadn’t heard from anyone in days. Well, someone isn’t telling the truth, who knows who? I called dealer before leaving this review to give them a chance to correct anything I am believing about this deal but got no answer.

I bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse there in August 2020 below Blue Book value. It’s got all the bells and whistles and only 50,000 miles on it. Surprisingly I have not had ANY problems beyond regular maintenance. I was very hesitant on buying a rebuilt salvage car but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Everyone I know says my car looks sharp! Thank you for being an honest, reliable dealership. I have been telling anyone looking for a used car about your dealership.

I just recently purchased a SUV from Lansing Auto Mart and was very pleased with the car and the staff ( Steve & Travis). The car was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. When I drove this car to where I work they all thought it was brand new. It was very clean and in excellent shape. I have been to other dealerships but their cars were not up to my standards and they wanted more money. My coworkers have even asked me to show them where I purchased this SUV because of the price and quality. I even drove them to Lansing Auto Mart to hopefully make future purchases. If your in the market for a used car then you need to visit Lansing Auto Mart instead of going to a dealership. Travis and TC were great! The process of buying a car from them was quick and easy. I have drove my malibu for a couple of weeks now and it has ran great. We just returned from a 6 hour trip and the ride was smooth and comfortable the entire time. The only problem with the car was that the ac didn't blow cold, but that was taken care of by Travis and his team immediately. They also ordered me a spare key and owner's manual for free. Lansing Auto Mart does a great job and will go above and beyonf to make sure you're happy.

Came twice to look at a Explorer, felt that I got a pretty good deal and I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Would recommend to friends looking for an alternative to high pressure sales. The cars are a good value for what they are.

Purchased a car for my son from Travis. It was as advertised on their website along with the no hassle pricing. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and dependable and will do the right thing for their customers. If you live in Missouri, it does take a little work to get the car licensed but in my opinion it is well worth it considering the fact that you can trust that Lansing Auto will back what they are selling. We had a couple of minor issues with my son's car after the 30 day warranty and they took care of it a no additional cost to me!!! That is awesome! I have a lot of kids and I WOULD buy another car from Lansing with no worries. Its very nice to know that there are honest, hardworking people out there in the used car world. Stopped into the Lansing Auto Mart several times just looking at their inventory. Every time, Travis was patient, helpful, and up front about the cars that they sell. Finally decided to purchase a 2013 Ford Explorer and Travis took care of everything. Great customer service and will definitely be back when it comes time to buy vehicles for two teenagers!

I bought a repaired ford focus which has been a fine reliable car. the purchase price was quite reasonable and when I needed their help 18 months later they went above and beyond. In my experience, they offer nice, honest bargains. I have recommended them many times already and continue to do so.

We saw a Chevy advertised on the inter-net and called Lansing Auto Mart to see if it was still available, it was, so we went to look at it. They had two other cars that we were interested in but we ended up buying the one that we had saw in the advertisement. Travis Schuler owner & operator, answered all of our questions and went out of his way to explain everything thing about the car. I might mention: He has a great sense of humor, the way I know this is because I teased the heck out of him. Lansing Auto Mart puts together a booklet on each car that has a CARFAX, pictures of the car when & where they bought it and a list of all parts that was fixed or replaced on the vehicle. They also have a Kansas Highway Patrol Vehicle Examination Certificate in the booklet. I can not say enough on how impressed I was with this company. The people at Lansing Auto Mart are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want to buy a good used car without sitting around in some car dealership for half a day waiting for a salesman to go check with his supervisor then Lansing Auto Mart is the place to go. We drove from belton to look/test drive the Equinox. As we were returning from the test drive they were unloading a new vehicle to put on the lot( not completely ready) we asked to see it then test drive it and they were happy to let us do that,just explained some cleaning and small repairs were still needed. We loved the vehicle and bought it!!! Most places would not even let us look at the vehicle before it was on the lot . We would recommend this place to everyone the friendly,honest,helpful owners make it worth a drive from anywhere

My wife's car has 220,000 miles so we started cruising lots and calling dealers about cars we'd found here at cars.com. I was pretty put off by the whole experience. A few seemed decent enough but most seemed less than reputable. My wife found a listing for a 2007 Malibu at Lansing Auto Mart and when I called I could instantly tell this wasn't a shady place. I bombarded the salesman, Travis, with a slew of questions and he wasn't annoyed in the slightest. I can't emphasize enough how different the experience was versus other dealers I contacted. Long story short, we bought the car, Travis saw to it that everything was in order, and went above and beyond to make certain we were well taken care of. I definitely believe this is a reputable place. You always take a chance on a used vehicle, but I don't think these folks would try and sell you junk.

We don't like cars....& we tend to drive them until the wheels fall off. With 1 dead car and 1 needing a transmission, it was time for a different vehicle. After a lot of searching & discussion, we really wanted a newer Ford Escape, but not the $22K price. We found one at Lansing Auto Mart for way under the sticker price. Great deal and they were very upfront about the car. Travis listened to us and did whatever we asked to make sure the car was to our satisfaction! Absolutely no games! He was genuinely very nice and was definitely all about customer service...but not in an "in-your-face-slimy-salesman way." This was the first time I bought a car from a small dealer and it was a great experience.Thank you Travis & your shop for being so accommodating.Great small, family-owned business!

We purchased a Mazda3 that had been given a salvage title but only needed the bumpers replaced- airbags hadn't even deployed. We saved thousands by purchasing a "rebuilt" and it's running fine two years later. The front "bumper" doesn't quite fit right so it looks off by a few millimeters on one side, but it's no big deal to me and is only noticeable if you're looking at it. The family that runs the place are very polite, helpful, and no-pressure. We'll be purchasing another vehicle soon and keep checking their inventory for what I'm hoping to find.

I purchased my latest vehicle (2008 Chrysler Sebring) from Lansing Auto Mart. I say latest because I am far from a first time automobile buyer. My salesman Travis provided me with the best auto buying experience I have had to date. Not only was the car in immaculate condition, and the vehicle documentation compiled by Travis and Lansing Auto Mart perfectly presented (they provided details on my vehicle far beyond that which I have ever received on any vehicle I have ever purchased from other dealerships), Travis actually kept the dealership open over an hour past closing time in order to allow me to drive the 150 miles from my home in Missouri so that I could test drive the vehicle. I have had the vehicle now approximately a month and it is 100% everything that Lansing Auto assured me it was. I strongly (STRONGLY) recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. I can assure you that I will return to them when I am looking for another vehicle in the future. Thanks Travis for your honesty, and GREAT customer service (and I loved The Dave Ramsey book that you sent home with me)!

We came in looking for an inexpensive dependable car in great shape with low mileage. We were pleasantly surprised that the first car, a 2002 Buick Century, they recommended was the one that we liked. Our mechanic checked it over and found one leak that the dealer was willing to fix without a price change. It has been a couple of months now, and we are still very pleased. They will be our first stop for future car purchases!

Bought one of these salvaged cars. Buyer beware. It's been towed to the shop 4x. Guess where it's sitting today. Back in my driveway. Also if you live in Mo it takes at least 3 months to get the title and license. I will never buy from Ks again, nor a salvaged car.

When searching online, I found a used minivan I wanted to see at Lansing Auto Mart. I spoke with Travis, and arranged to test drive it the next day. It appeared (and drove) as advertised, and was a great deal for a family car. I gave Lansing a deposit so they would hold the car a couple of days while I thought about purchasing the vehicle. I returned 2 days later and purchased the vehicle with no haggling and no surprises. Any small issues with the car since have been handled quickly and effectively by Lansing Auto Mart. Highly recommended! :)
