So I was having car issues just this past Thursday and brought in my car to the service area and right away Nate came over and helped me and let me know what was going on. I've never had a bad experience here not once every time I go here they always have such a great staff and so friendly. So turned out that my car needed some repairs and Nate and the management was the best. I appreciate every thing they have done. I will not be returning to this dealership for the simple lack of good customer service. I wasn't greeted when I came in for my appointment, the service advisor I worked with acted as if I was bothering him and putting him out, and last but not least wanted to charge me $400 for a $20 part and 15min of work.Nothing about my experience was good. Turned me off from the brand completely.

the worst thing is they had a price on their website. I spoke with Ron Franklin. He told me they would honor their price on the website and he would call me back after he ran some numbers. I didnt hear from him. So I sent him an email and he responded that he now couldn't give me the deal that he verbally agreed to. Nothing makes me more mad then false advertising. If you see Larry Miller anything Buyer BEWARE.

Ron Franklin was amazing, it wasn't an easy transaction, but he put up with me for a month, did not give up, really went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with the purchase, with everyone at the dealership was amazing!! The customer service is horrible. You drive up and no one greats you. You stand there for 5 min while people walk around you. When someone finally comes over to you, they don't eve say hello. Since this facility is owned by Larry H Miller, you would think they would all be as friendly as the Toyota dealership with the same accommodations, but they don't. they waiting room is filthy with a vending machines. Toyota offers free popcorn, soda and a coffee bar. But don't worry, looking to have work done, they will absolutely fix your car and charge ridiculous amounts for it. Not going back. Have tried several times to see if they will change and every time they are horrible.

We just bought a new Chevrolet Equinox from Larry H miller in Murray. It has been 17 years since we bought a new car. We have loved my Chevy Blazer so much,and didn't want to replace it,but was getting a little tired.Torrey set me up with a beautiful new Equinox and made the experience so easy and enjoyable! We have never been treated so warmly at a dealer before. Torrey was just plain awesome!! We felt so pampered by him! We will send all our friends and family to Larry's in Murray. What an awesome place to buy a car and Torrey...... let just say I would recommend him in a Chevy Heart beat !!! He was the best!!! Thanks Torrey

Service dept - Someone at the beginning of using the oil changes, made a mistake and I ended up loosing 2 of the oil changes which came with my new vehicle or from those I bought when I bought my new vehicle. After being upset, and stating I will then go elsewhere, the service rep said he would talk with the manager and see what he could do. They did do the oil change - AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND ONE-HALF. (AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.) Also, in the past, they also did a quick car wash. I had just returned form a long road trip, vehicle dirty, and I received my van as dirty/dusty, bugs on the windshield, etc. - as when I came in. I have had better service from other places and was in-out in less than one hour (usually 40-45 minutes at most) - instead of the 1 1/2 hours here

I bought a used Chevy Tahoe I had it for less then a week I had major issues , they refused to help with the cost for the repairs. I had to pay a large amount of money to fix it . They offered 10 percent assistance . I do not recommend this dealership .

I went to your service department to see about getting running boards on my new truck. I was referred to Johnny Griffith as he was the expert on accessories, he waited on me right away and showed me the selections and we looked at them and decided on which style. He made the appointment right away and it was installed very fast and they cleaned my truck. A very good experience!

My wife and I recently brought our car to the larry h miller chevy service center in Murray. I was told over the phone and at the service center that my diagnosis was going to be completely free and covered because of a check engine light. They went over everything with us still reassuring everything would be completely free so after we signed(Tom) the man there circled the number 113 NOT $113 just above our signature(which to me didn't mean a price or cost since I already put my trust in them thinking there was no cost) so in no way did it show we would be paying money for this diagnosis.and hour later we got a call back saying we owe 113$ and we could not pick her car up and until we paid it. When I tried asking Ralph why we owe money and were told it would be free by 2 people there he got snappy and short with me which confirms they knew they were ripping us off. Then when I went to pick my car up I asked to see the paper I signed and Ralph called in another employee as to intimidate me because he knew very well he was scamming me out of money..I have never taken my car somewhere that they tell me everything is free and let me leave believing it would be and then charged without calling me first. I had no choice but to pay .I know they LIED TO ME ,so nicely to my face (don't worry Robert it completely free of charge with their fake smile) Please ask questions and read everything before you sign anything from them they are scam artists and I know I'm not the only one this has happened to..if you want a FREE diagnosis go to O'Reileys..

I brought my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse LT into the Murray, UT Larry Miller dealership on 11/20/2015 for service on the rear hatch door specified under GM safety recall 15240. Arrived at the service center on-time for my 8:00am appointment. The duration of the service work was estimated to be 90 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when the car with service completed was returned to me at 8:35am.

I brought in my car a week ago to have a windshield replaced, and the wipers all replaced (the back window wiper is a monster to replace for me). Although they no longer do windshield replacements, the serviceman helped me to locate a reasonably priced vendor (Safelight), and we rescheduled to have the wipers replaced at a later time. I had the windshield replaced (wonderful experience at Safelight), and came back to have the wipers done. They were done cheaper than expected, and in a short amount of time.

I'm absolutely outraged! outraged at the fact that we didn't come to mark Mattice first! after dealing with several other dealerships and feeling like we'll be stuck with another buy here pay here dealer in a vehicle that only fits our budget and not all the family or public transit until our bankruptcy clears, we almost gave up. we decided to try Utah Car credit before calling it a day. mark greeted us, and walked us through the application and approval and actually LISTENED to what we would like to get. then drove us to all the Larry h Miller dealerships looking for the perfect fit for us. he even took us to Sandy. we had looked at a dodge journey the last time we bought a car but got saddled with a Buick rendezvous that was mostly functional last year. when we had just about given up on the hunt for a journey, mark drove the back lot and there it was. someone had traded it in while we were looking. after working the numbers, he and janalee were able to get us the perfect loan for our budget and an amazing car too! I won't go to anyone else because this experience has been the best I've ever had. why settle for less?! definitely will recommend these wonderful people!

I recently visited Larry Miller Chevrolet in Murray Utah with hopes of finding a vehicle for myself with the help of my parents. A few years ago my Father came to the same dealership to get a vehicle for himself and that was a big part of the reason we went back to find me a vehicle. My father happened to remember the salesman he went through to find him find his car and that is Mark Mattice. Mark is truly an awesome guy and a even better car salesman. Mark will work with you to find you the vehicle you like. Once we had established what we were financed for and what guidelines we had to follow to get me into a vehicle Mark worked with me for well over a week to find something. I changed my mind on what I wanted probably ten times and Mark did not seem to mind at all. He said he wanted me in something that I will like and something that I would be comfortable in. Mark did not mind one bit when I would text him on his personal phone when we were still looking for my vehicle. He always responded quickly and was just so helpful. He to me is the car salesman that is not worried about making the sale but rather finding you what you like and what you will be happy with. I have nothing but nice things to say about Mark we will work with you till you are happy and in a vehicle that you like and he will stop at nothing to find you something in your price range. He called so many different Larry Millers with vehicles that I liked and he also had no problem hopping in a car and heading to the other dealership to see if that was something that I wanted. All in all both me and my father have had awesome experiences with Mark and I will continue to go through Mark in the future if I need or want another vehicle. I am very happy with the vehicle I walked away with and it's thanks to Mark. Mark is just a very nice guy and it does not feel like you are working with a salesman when you are trying to get a vehicle it's like you are doing business with a good friend. I as well as my parents highly recommend Mark as well as the the whole dealership. Thank you Mark! Everyone out there is nice and I also have to give a thank you to the finance department that worked hard as well to get in something that was not to highly expensive. We just had an all around awesome experience and 80% of the credit of that experience goes to Mark Mattice. I walked away with something I am thrilled with and I will be back in the future for sure if I decide to get another vehicle and Mark will be the one to hopefully assist me with that.

I purchased a Chevy Colorado from this dealer earlier in the year and had a concern that the front tires were binding on extreme turns. I called Stuart, the salesperson whom I had purchased the vehicle from, and he told me they would take care of me as soon as I could get the truck in. I was promptly assisted by Tom upon arrival 20 minutes later.As it turns out, that the 4-wheel drive simply had not disengaged since it had been turned on the day prior. I had turned the switch back to 2-wheel drive and seen the visual indication that the switch was in progress, however it clearly was not completed. I felt silly for not troubleshooting this myself, however Tom was incredibly helpful and patient (despite being able to diagnosis the problem within the first minute of getting in the vehicle for a test drive). Tom didn't make me feel like I wasted my (or his) time taking the trip out and ended up assisting me with another service item while I was there. I also observed Tom's efficient and professional manner of dealing with a number of other customers/coworkers. I asked for his business card because he is exactly the kind of person that I'd like overseeing service on my truck in the future.

I received a call from Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Service Department reminding me that my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse was due for oil change maintenance service. The service representative was able to setup a scheduled visit at my convenience. I arrived at the LHM Chevrolet dealership at the scheduled date/time and was promptly greeted by a service representative who documented my request for an oil change and routine maintenance service in addition to performing a Utah required emissions and safety inspection to complete the 2015 vehicle registration renewal. I was also informed that Ralph Hardin would be the Service Consultant overseeing the vehicle service while I waited in the customer waiting area. After a short 20-minute wait, Ralph informed me that while performing the oil change, the service tech discovered an oil leak which needed repair. Ralph informed me that the repair for the oil leak would be covered under the vehicle warranty and because the repair would likely take approximately 2-days GMC would provide a temporary vehicle at no cost to me. After one day, Ralph called me to inform me that during the oil leak repair it was discovered that there was also a transmission leak and a power steering problem. Ralph assure me that I would continue to use the loan vehicle while all repairs were completed. On day #3, Ralph called me to tell me that all work was completed and I could pick up my vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Ralph kept me informed, arranged for the necessary skilled service techs to expeditiously work on the issues and coordinated with the appropriate individuals to have all of the work covered under my vehicle warranties. This experience with Larry H. Miller Chevrolet has convinced me that I will certainly look to this dealership for all my future service needs and potentially any purchases of another vehicle

Well at first we were skeptical about how it was going to turn out. Both my wife and I were really anxious to get into a brand new car, with our credit history somewhat on the lower scale of things we already had low expectations of what we were going to get. I never got the sticker price that belonged to the vehicle that was on the window. I purchased a 1LS/2LS and I was charged for a 1LT which was a $1000.00 more than what was on the sticker on the window. I requested it several times but was always told some excuse. That sticker should have stayed with the car and given to me for proof of purchase price on the contract. I also noticed later on the contract that the model only stated that it was a 2014 Camaro instead of a 2014 Camaro 1LS/2LS. I later went back and found the same model on the car lot with the sicker showing $1000.00 LESS than what I was charged. Which only tells me that I was not suppose to see the real sticker price inside of the car that I purchased. I also checked the internet and other car dealer lots which showed $1000.00 less than what I paid. I brought in my 2013 Chevy Sonic LTE for a scheduled maintenance. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, checked and topped off all the fluids, and then washed my car for me. It took less than a half hour, even though the service was not scheduled beforehand. Great service and courteous staff. I did not have to pay for the service since we got the maintenance plan with our car loan. Excellent choice. We bought our car a year ago from Larry H. Miller Chevy and couldn't be happier with the car. When we bought the car, Russell was our salesman and he and the loan officer stayed late to help us get our new car. Russell helped us find some cool upgrades, which we had done at the service center. They did an excellent job.

I went to LHM Chev in Murray to look for a new car. While there I happened to hook up with a salesman that didn't know anything about the models I was interested in. He took me to see his "manager" who lied to me about specifications of a competitor's vehicle. He had the same "used car salesman" approach that was disingenuous and made me feel like I had to wash my hands when I left. I hate it when they try to do the hard sell, using all their tricks to try to get you to buy a car, and are dishonest. "What can I do to get you to buy a car today?" What? I've been to LHM Murray twice over the last many years when looking for a new car and each time it was the same......bought Chevy's from other dealers who are much more honest and trustworthy.

I recently bought a 07 cobalt. I realize buying used can sometimes suck. But when its a big name dealership I wasn't to worried. Well I drove the car brought it back said there were some noises they said they would look into it. Well they fixed the noise I bought the car just days after buying it a buzzing noise started and I noticed the car would shake when I was slowing down so I took it in Johnny is one of the main guys in service I guess I got the joys of dealing with him. They took it for a drive then told me I'd need all new tires because mine were after market well I didn't feel that was right I took it to someone who has been working on my families cars for years I was told two of the tires were bad and that a rim was bent I took the paperwork into johnny and he was not happy! Told me that it's what I get for buying a used car. I told him of rather give the car back because it hadn't even been a week. He told me that wasn't an option and that we could either order special rings for the tires and see if that fixed it or take tires off of another cobalt and put them on mine so that he didn't have to deal with the after market tier issue. Well first of all that just means someone else is going to be sold the same problem. We ended up doing the parts to try and fix the shaking issue they told me they would call me when they got them it's been weeks so I gave them a call and he says we had them two weeks ago I'll have to find them again??? Seriously?? Horrible service now the buzzing noise is ten times worse and the car smells like gas when I start it along with a break peddle that sticks and I've only had the car a month. I want to take it back in but after what's already happend I know nothing will be done and with the reviews I've read about the service department I don't know if I want them working on my car. Over all very bad experience I would never recommend them.

Greetings, I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado HD with the Duramax power plant. I arrived at Dealership rather late in the evening on my way home from a trip. I spent a bit of time strolling the dealership looking at various models of the Chevrolet Truck with zero intentions of purchasing during this particular visit. I had been contemplating a purchase for some time though remained undecided when that might happen. It was after about 30 minutes of discussion I was asked if I would like to drive the various models which included 1500 & 2500 models. I mentioned how late it was and was close to closing time for the dealership. Stuart informed me ignore the time; and stated if I had the time thats whats important and he had as much time for me as needed talk about customer service. It was then I test drove the three different V-8 engine arrangement offered. It was shortly after driving the 2500 HD Duramax I knew I had driven the perfect set up. The rest is history I am now the proud owner of this new beast. I recently took the truck back to have some additional accessories I purchased through the dealership installed the service department did an exceptional job. So I had gone to larry h.miller chevy. I went in looking for a good size vehicle for my wife. Talked to john and he was very helpful ended up getting my wife her traverse that day. They have always been helpful here and Excellent service. Just recently traded in my wifes traverse same place for a brand new 2014 silverado, all thanks to stuart thank you stuart. Still the same excellent service I remember. Of couurse it has its ups and downs just like anywhere else. I had to have my ignition switch replaced due to a recall. Ralph kept me informed when the parts were available, helped me setup a time to come in, and got the work done quickly. I am blown away by the work that was done on my wheels at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet. I curbed both rear wheels and left terrible scuffs on each. I was expecting to pay about $1000 for each wheel to be replaced, but I talked to Johnny Griffith at LHM Chevy and he told me the wheels could be fixed. I didn't expect much at all, but when I got my car back in just a few short hours after dropping it off I was floored by the work that was done. The wheels look brand new and the amount of money I saved makes me very happy. I feel like I got away with stealing because it seems like I should pay a lot more to have my wheels look brand new again.

As usual the service department did a great job. The only problem experienced was I travel from Kaysville because I will not let the dealer around here perform and maintenance because I have had trouble when I do, so I go all the way to Murray because they Fixed what Young's could not. Upon arriving home I attempted to open the tail gate and it would not open. The dent repairman Beau, had fixed the dent but a problem with the latch existed. I had to return to the Murray store the next day so I could open the tail gate. Beau dropped what he was working on to fix the issue immediately and explain if it ever happen again how to fix it. Very simply procedure.ThanksCraig

This is not the first time that I have delt with a Larry H Miller delership, the first time was with the Dodge Ram Dealership, this time it was with the Chevrolet Dealership. First I was met by Mr. Ron Franklin, I let him know that I was interested in a Chevrolet Sonic, that is when the experience began, this gentlemam was the best salesman i have ever delt with, I have bought at least 6 cars, I have been, Pressured, bullied, lied to, promised the worled,and every thing in between. Ron should me the sedan and the hatchback, then stood back until i had a question, WHEN I WAS READY, he answered any and all my questions, when we decided( my wife and I), that took about 1/2 hour, and only then we proceded to the office to start the paper work, all the discounts and rebates were explained to us ( $ 3,000). Ron is an outstanding person, he is an asset to Larry H. Miller, and I fell that he is dedicated to the best Customer Service that can be given, when we took a test drive we were not pushed to hurry up, we were allowed to check out the car, and he let us change drivers. After we arrived back at the dealkership, still no presure or rush. Then we got down to buying a car. We were handed over to the Finance person, ( I am sorry I can not remember his name) this gentelman done a great job, explained everything in detail, also offered me a great % rate, and asured me that if I have any problems to call him. I was slightly disappointed that AC Delco did not give me any prorated creidt on my old battery. After using the internet to make a service appointment, there was no confirmation email from the website. I did however receive an email to remind me of the appointment so that was great! I wrote in the appt request that my car had a recall notice on it but that was ignored so the parts were not ordered for the repair. Now I must return to the service department to have the recall repair done. However, the preventive maintenance on the car was done quickly. The wait time was minimal for the oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint check up.

From the time you walk in or drive in I have always been treated like I was some one special! I never feel like I am bothering anyone, even when the staff have been very busy when approached. I feel almost at home there. When I went in two or three weeks ago to get my previous car a new remote key, I had dropped my key and it had shattered. I could not figure out how to program it to work with the Impala, one of the service men, did the job in less than 2 minutes, and told me to have a good day, at no cost! Again, the extra mile service did not fail to impress me!

It's always a relief to know that I can drive up to the Service doors and feel welcomed, heard, and my car concerns will be addressed quickly and professionally. No one likes to spend any part of their Saturday at the car shop, so knowing I will be seated in a comfortable environment with access to clean restrooms, snacks, and a television makes it a little more bearable. Its extremely simple for myself to answer 'why' I chose LHM Chevrolet. I have purchased several vehicles from the LHM Group. On this particular vehicle purchase I had decided on a Chevrolet. The minute I was on the premises at LHM Chevrolet I was greeted by a fantastic salesman in Colton Herbert. He was very knowledgeable about the questions I had concerning the model of vehicle I was considering. He was concise about the details and explained them very simply to me. He had a great attitude and made the car buying experience a complete pleasure. When it came to the finance portion, Mark Cooper couldn't have handled it any better. The BadMake ready on the inside glass was horrible.When we inquired about the 'free Thanksgiving turkey' for taking a test drive as advertised by your dealership no one was sure about it and eventually we were given a $10 gift card from Target. We did not care about the ammount or the turkey because we were (and did) going to donate the gift card/turkey to charity anyway. After buying 2 new vehicles from your dealership since August we were a little miffed when we we were told that you (the dealership) would not throw in a $45 trailer hitch and ball with the purchase of my new truck.The GoodThe other salesman that worked with Colton was really good about inquiring about any possible discounts that we might qualify for or purchasing programs. As it turned out we, as Costco members, were able to purchase the new truck through the Costco GM new vehicle program.The finance department seemed to work really hard getting me qualified at a decent interest rate with affordable payments over a good term. I had colon cancer a few years back and was buried in medical debt.Colton really seemed to care about trying to get me a truck I would be happy with. I wish him the best in his career with Larry H. Miller.LastAs always with any new vehicle purchase I wish I had bargained a little harder and maybe looked at a few other vehicles but I am happy with the truck I got. My only regret is that I wish it had a few more bells and whistles.

I have been put in a life threatening and scary situation by this dealer. My 2012 Colorado went in for warranty in May when it all the sudden lost complete power and had trouble starting afterwards. I brought the car in and dropped it off. Upon picking it up the next day they told me it was a sensor that was fixed. When they went to get the car it would not start for about 5 minutes which I observed. When they drove it in, I said that the car did not seem to be fixed as I saw it not starting. THey kept the car and apparently fixed the problem. It is now November and the car has had similar problems. I brought it in on 11/9 and they called late in the day claiming it was fixed. I picked up the vehicle on 11/10 and drove it about 6-7 miles when it completely died going up a hill just passed the highway offramp. For 10 minutes I was stuck with cars rushing at me and no median to pull over. Forced to roll backwards in neutral against oncoming traffic for 500 + feet to where I could safely pull over. This car should have been fixed and I should not have been placed in this dangerous situation due to Larry H. Miller's negligence.

Once I walked in, I expressed my concerns and desires. From the very beginning, Russell listened to me and matched my desires to the vehicle that I eventually drove home with. I was so impressed when I took a test drive, by the look of the car and how it drove (smooth and very comfortable). I had a price range I needed to me in and a payment range that I could handle. John and Zack worked very hard to meet my needs and wants. Because of them everything fell into place. Since I took my car home on Wednesday October 17, John has been very helpful, taking the time to show me features of the car and giving me advice on maintence of the car. Living in Ogden, these guys made sure that I was good to go on everything before I drove down. We went for a test drive and Ron talked to me about all the features as well as the financing. When we got back to the dealership, he went and got the paperwork, it was done quickly and while mike talked to me about the financing and service plan, Ron gassed up the vehicle for me. Customer service was good. It took a few minutes before I was helped after pulling into the garage but I'm assuming it's because everyone was busy helping other customers. The wait was very short and I was very pleased with the speed of service. After having my car serviced my tire pressure monitoring system sensor quit working. I'm sure it was nothing that the techs did but I had to go back and have them reset. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be going back.

I brought my car in for service for an ongoing issue that was covered by my extended warranty company. This resulted in me paying more than one deductible for the service. Ron Franklin was by far the best sales person I dealt with in all the dealerships I visited in the Salt Lake valley. He was the most knowledgable about the Cruze and could answer questions without running off to find the answers from somebody else unlike the other places we visited. In addition, Ron was straight forward and honest with his answers and made no promises he could not keep. When Ron gave me the keys for a test drive and did not act like he was worried about me stealing the car, a trust was established immediatly and no other sales person even came close on this.I also appreciated that Ron never pressured and pestered me to death even though he knew I was out shopping other dealerships, he was confident with what he was selling and had the patience to let me figure it out.Rons' best quality came out after we had made our purchase, with a sincere concern and patience, he took time to show and explain the many features and workings of the car to my wife and made sure she was confident before she drove the car off the lot.Ron has assured us that we can contact him any time if we have questions about our car and has followed up with us to make sure things are going good. Our visit was very nice. We were assisted immediately. We had a rough time scheduling this service because we live so far away but they provided a rental car and we stayed in the city for the night. Ralph called us the first evening and told us the status of the car and that we could expect it on time the following day. It was as promised. I think the only thing that could have made the transaction smoother would be that they bring the car we were supposed to rent so that we only had to transfer the personal items to spend the night and then let us drop our personal things off at the dealership before returning the rental. This again, would have saved transferring the personal items only once. But all in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I was very satisfied with the service team. Thanks to Ralph in his professionalism and attention to detail.

Things seemed OK when making the deal. When got home, there was strange paint on my bumper that looked like touch-up paint. Spoke to salesperson, dealership looked at it. Spoke with the GSM who acted like I was an idiot for not just taking lacquer thinner to the paint. Sorry, that wouldn't have been my first choice. They kept my car for 6 days in order to try to correct some manufacturer defects, but I honestly can't tell what has been done. My only option is to re-paint the bumper, but having had work done at an LHM collision center before, I wouldn't trust them. When I worked out financing, I said I wanted to finance with 1 of 2 credit unions UNLESS they could find me a better rate. I wish I had done some research before going down to the dealership. They set up my loan with a company called Gateway One Lending & Finance. When the called to ask me a few questions, I felt like I was going through the 2nd inquisition. I then realized my credit union had a lower rate. GSM's response is that the credit union makes you "jump through hoops" on the customer end (is 2 paycheck stubs jumping through hoops?) and they are slow funding loans (sorry, they are only slow if the dealership does not submit paperwork in a timely manner). So, the financing company was picked to the dealership's benefit, not mine. I do have to take part responsibility because I didn't research before going down and trusted them. On top of that, the car was delivered with the transmission fluid being 1/2 quart low, and when I got my plates they spelled my name wrong.... also, the world's grumpiest receptionist was working when I went in to pick up my plates (I interrupted her from reading the newspaper). Not the worst dealership, but I definitely wouldn't buy a car from them again. We won't even go into how much they hound the customer over the survey from GM...

I put a call in that I would be coming by and needed a car right away. I arrived late in the day to receive the Red Carpet Treatment.Everyone knew who I was when I arrived. They were all genuinely friendly, ready and eager to help me get what I wanted and needed without "selling" me anything. When they didn't have exactly what I wanted on their lot, they found it at another dealer and had it there for me before I would have believed. Pretty tough to beat that.Definitely a class act!

Our sales person, John Humphreys, was very attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns (and we had a lot). John was extremely knowledgeable about the Chevrolet product and the safety and convenience features offered. My wife and I literally spent a total of 12 hours at the dealership in the two days it took us to make up our minds and then complete the purchase process. We knew we wanted either a Suburban or a Tahoe and we knew we wanted the Z71 package but could not agree on a color combination. We went back and forth on the Tahoe and Suburban, as well as several color combinations. John was extremely patient and personable during the whole process. Not too pushy, but a good salesman helping us make up our minds. We were also very impressed with the facility, including the lube bays and the service/repair center. We will be taking the vehicle there for all of service. Mark Cooper, the finance specialist who helped us was also very professional and we felt comfortable with him going over our finances. My vehicle had an area on the gear shift that was warped/defective. The new part was ordered and at the time of installation it was found to be the wrong part. Tom made sure the part was ordered correctly and called me when it arrived to make an appointment for installation. At my appointment, the service was very quick and I was on my way after 30 minutes. Nothing was done to the minor rock chips that we identify at check in. The inside rear window has film (I think from protective packaging when the car was ship from manufacturing)...I have not been able to get it all off and asked if they would look at it...it looks worse than it was before. This was Century Product renewal service...the car looked worse when I picked it up then when I dropped it off (I've seen better detail results from my local car wash for $15 then I did on this) I marked the "Quality of Work" as OK, but it really boarders on Bad. Im wondering if I made a mistake in purchasing this Century Product package. I really hope the next time for this service is much, much better!

The only thing I don't agree with is the labor book that is used, I think people are paying for labor time that is not real, you pay for an hour even if it takes half an hour because the book say's it takes an hour.

We just filed for bankruptcy and were lost and really scared. After speaking with Jason about it, he made us feel comfortable and was very non judgemental about what we were going through. This allowed us to relax and make our purchase hassle free and put ourselves back on the right track with a brand new vehicle we could count on. It seemed that even when our attorney wasnt giving us the straight answer Jason having dealt with this before was actually more knowledgeable about how to purchase a car after bankruptcy. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a list of other vendors such as loan companies that can work in partnership to help re-establish credit. Other than that it was fantastic.

Ron Franklin was great to work with. I will come back to Miller as long as he is still there. His used car buyer is not very honest. I understand you need to make a profit on these trade-ins, but to go from telling me that my car is virtually unsellable (because it has 169,000 miles) to selling it before I am even off the lot with my new truck is good for your bottom line, but bad business anyway. Add to that that you had me come down to three thousand for the trade in and turned it for 8,500 in less than an hour and I don't really know how the guy sleeps at night.

We called in and explained the problem we were having with the car to Tom, he told us to come right in and he would help us. We get there and he recognized us from our previous visit and immediastely started the pasper work to get the car fixced. He told us it would be two hours, but we ended up getting out of there in less than 2 hours. My daughter loved playing in the plasy area that you guys have set up. Durring our wait time we walked around looking at cars and we had alot of sales guys asking if we had been helped. None of them were pushy, jusy friendly.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I ask the service rep to plase check the right rear tire for a leak since it was showing air pressure of 23 lbs. When the car was finished, they told me everything was good and all tires were set at 32 lbs. Now the bad part, a few days later my wife had a flat tire on the same tire in question. I am concerned that the tire was not checked very well which casued her to have a flat. Thanks to a good person to stopped to help and changed the tire for her, no harm was done. Was pretty happy on the 2nd go around of trying to buy vehicle with the vehicle choice itself. Im sure i could have got a little better deal . I took the 1st offer and didnt hassle with the price at all because I hate car dealers. Was dissapointed in the Detail of the vehicle. Hard water spots that could have been buffed out were not , and the carpets could have been cleaned better. I realize the sale was rushed because I wanted the vehicle quick but was willing to wait if I needed to to make sure it was done right.Also the vehicle was not filled full with gas upon delivery. I Left the dealership with between 3/4 and 1/2 tank. I think a full tank of gas would have been the least I could have gotten. But Jason was good he kept following up and made good effort so he deserved the sale it was alot of calling back and forth.

The services guys were very quick and helpful. I didn't have to wait very long after arriving to be helped. When I explained the problem they were quick to respond and get everything in the system to get me out of the door. I was very surprised by the fact that only about 2 hours later I received a call that my vehicle was complete and ready to be picked up.The quality of the service and the quickness was the best I've seen. I wa impressed by the additional services provided that I was not expecting. The checked all my wiring and connectors and even replaced oe that seemed to be not working.This was a great experience with a service department.

Jason Willey was friendly and knowledgable. He was able to work with us on a price that was fair. The MISC charges were not explained until we asked for a breakdown of the charges. The intial contract that was written up was incorrect and had to be fixed. Mark was good about doing this but there was some dubious material that required a lot of explanation.

I was disappointed to find rock chips on the front wind shield. Also the driver door lock didnt work and there is a whistling wind noise from the passenger side of the convertible. That is disappointing on a 48k car. Furthermore, when I took the car in to get the rock chips fixed, they only fixed one of the two and the windshield was not cleaned at all. They also said the wind noise was normal and no parts for the door lock. The whole service experience was a waste of time. My first experience with them was terrible.

The customer service at LHM Chevrolet is outstanding. My sales person, Jason Willey, took the time to help me understand what went into buying my first vehicle. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure that I was comfortable with my decision before making me sign or commit to anything. I bought a car from Steve, it was the sales managers car so it had 4000 miles on it. When I got it home it looked as if the black paint were washed with steel wool several times. I called to have it along with a few chips and dents repaired as well as detailed. Got the car back it looked good in twilight. But when I got it home in the garage with the lights on it it looked just as bad as before. I was called a liar today and was also told I could pay for the polish to remove the marks I asked to return the car they told me no way. I will never use LHM again, and I buy an average of one car a year.

After I contacted Steve ahead of my visit, he was ready with the vehicle for a test drive when I arrived. He made the process uncomplicated and straight forward. His approach was without pressure and ready to answer any questions. He made sure the GM supplier discounts I expected were accomplished. Steve made the process of the purchase smooth and a pleasent experience.During the process I decided to request that LM Miller Chev consider a trade and make an offer. Steve was very accomodating and made the arrangments quickly to have the evaluation and offer prepared. Once the offer was precented, I decided to sell the vehicle on my own. Shortly after, your used car salesman asked what I really needed from my trade, I suggested and he counter offered. I considered the offer and accepted. This required Steve to adjust the paperwork already in process but he gladly did so.The process was pleasent and I would return for another purchase in the future.

I have given the rating I have because everything was great. I was worked with on the pricing so that it was more affordable, Perry purchased a water for me because I was thirsty from waiting around for some time. Neither Mike nor Perry pressured me into purchasing anything that I did not want. The only thing I am slightly displeased with is that no one followed up with me on our final rate for the vehicle purchase and no one called to schedule an appointment to have our under carriage sealant sprayed onto our vehicle. Everything else was outstanding.

The salesman, Ron Hoglund, found the exact car we wanted even though it was not on the lot. He went the extra mile and gave us a fair deal. We are very happy with his help and the car we purchased.My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the finance office tried a little to hard to sell an extended warranty with the car. They should do no more then quickly mention it's availability. Overall it was a good experiance.

Service receptionists very friendy. Service horrible! Price ridiculously high!!! Took my vehicle to have some electrical work done, several warning lights in dashboard were on. in my opinion this dealership does NOT, repeat DOES NOT, have a qualified electrician. Dealership kept my vehicle 3 weeks, could not find electrical problem. Every week needed to intall new part, so they say. Bill was at $3000+ after 3rd week. I had to say stop because it seemed there was no end. After I said I wanted vehicle back, they finally fixed. 1 month later dash board warning lights came back on. Took back to dealer. Again they wanted to put more parts in, because they say problem was not related to previous work done. They were 60% sure a $500 part would fix problem. I said NO WAY, not going down that road again. Went and got my vehicle, they still managed to screw me out of a $50 diagnostic fee. I picked up my vehicle and the warning lights were off, so I guess there was no need for the $500 part. I took vehicle to another dealership. They found no problems, they say it is possible that the computer was reset or problem codes erased. I checked the locations of were LARRY H. MILLER PROVO said they replaced parts, didn't look like anything was replaced. Those S o B's just reset or erased my problem codes and I got the shaft on a $3000 bill. mother F ers!!!!! Wish I had the money to sue those crooked basterds!!!!If you have electrical issues avoid LARRY H. MILLER PROVO, unless you have the money to sponsor their on job training. Which is pretty much what I ended up doing.

Ralph looked at my car, drove it and knew what was wrong within an hour. He ordered the part got my car taken care of and let me know as soon as my car was fixed. When my husband and I came in to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Janalee Johnson. She explained to us that she would be working on our financing and then she introduced us to Jim Ashmead, who would help us find a vehicle. Jim took excellent care of us! He showed us several vehicles. We really liked the Hyundai Accent. Jim explained the features of the vehicle, then took us for a test drive. The vehicle fit our needs very well. Janalee did an excellent job of finding a lender for us with a car payment that fit our budget. We were so grateful! Our overall experience was very positive and we will definately return again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. We were very impressed that the people who work for the Larry H. After my initial phone call with Steve, he called me back several times with different options and different ways to save me money. I didn't have to work at all, just answer questions! On March 16, 2011, while driving on Fort Union Blvd in Midvale, my 2008 Duramax powered 3/4 ton Chevy pickup overheated and I shut it down. This truck has had cooling system problems on several occasions, the most recent being in late November of 2010, when a pressure test, done at a dealership in Medford, OR, with higher than usual pressure, revealed a leak in the coolant reservoir. The coolant reservoir was replaced by the dealership in Medford, OR at my expense. The truck had been sent to Medford because the former Chevy dealership in Klamath Falls, OR, where I had purchased the vehicle, was no longer certified to do do warranty work and they believed that a leaking head gasket was the source of the coolant loss. Since getting the truck back in late December, the coolant leak has persisted and in the last two weeks it has gotten worse, requiring the frequent addition of coolant. The AAA tow truck driver took me to Larry Miller Chevrolet where I was greeted when I walked into the service department by a friendly man who told me to drive my truck inside. Once inside, Matt, a very courteous and efficient man, filled out the work order and advised me that since it was nearly noon, that we wouldn't know the nature of the problem until early afternoon. To our mutual surprise, by the time the work order was done, a tech had moved my truck to his work area and was busy troubleshooting the problem as noon approached.I went to lunch and Matt called me about 40 min later to tell me that the problem was a leaking head gasket and that the tech was working to fix it. I talked to the tech on my return and he told me that he would have the truck running late the following afternoon, which he did.I picked up my truck Thursday evening and it ran the best it has run in a long time. I have driven it over 200 mile since the repair and I couldn't be happier with the courtesy, the efficiency and with the quality of the work from the service department at Larry Miller Chevrolet.

We had a great experience... however... once we got the car home we realized there is two tears in leather on the back of the seat.... if I would have seen this prior to purchasing I would have never bought this vehicle... I guess I am asking for recommendations on how to fix this problem? I keep my vehicles up to great standards and plan on keeping this for awhile and do not want it to tear even more... I was treated with respect, courtesy and a genuine concern that I would purchase the vehicle that I wanted. Grant Bassett did all that. I was shown different models of the CRUZE and was explained to about the many features, options and prices. Mr. Bassett accompanied me on a test drive, talked with me on the lot about my wants/needs all on a cold windy day(It didn't phase him). At his desk, I was welcomed and personally felt that he had my best interests at heart(I felt good about purchasing a vehicle). A price was negotiated, the vehicle was located and delivered the same day. The original sales contract(signed by me that day) had a glaring figures error that I noticed that night. I called Grant that night(10pm), to explain my concern, he was concerned too! The next day I showed up at the dealership, presented the copy of the contract to Grant, his response was "We'll make it right". Mike Holmes(Finance Manager) agreed there was a problem with the figures. The problem was rectified and the deal was made. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Grant explained in depth about how the features worked/got me hooked up to OnStar/explained the service department and showed great concern that I was happy with my purchase. The roses were a nice touch at the end. I'm a very satisfied Larry H. Miller Chevrolet customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I know Tom for so many years and he always provide good costumer service ,and always I trust heis comments. I know that when I come to the dealer I feel secure about the service advisor , so in this case is Tom Scharlow .In the past I have bring to the dealer at list 25 different cars ,includen my kids and even from work I have in the past a little problem with on e of Suburbans ( brake system) and I call Tom to see if they can help me ,I remember we try to fix the Sub 3 times and he when the extra mille to acomodate the shechedule time and follow up with me about to fix the problem , he never let me down ./././thank you ..

I had my oil changed, tires rotated and the air in the tires was supposed to be at 30 psi per tire - The air in the tires wasn't checked. Each tire had a different pressure and it was one of the things that needed to be done. There was only one person releasing cars that were completeo we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my car. This could have been done better. With such a large service department only having one person available seems counterproductive.

We Initially were approached by Brian, but he had a previous customer ask for him during our conversation so we were handed over to Steve Holmes who assisted us with our purchase and closing the sale. Brian returned at the end of the transaction before we signed the paperwork.Steve was great and dedicated to answering all our questions. Since I've bought my new car; my Chevy Cobalt, I was givin 3 free oil changes. I was really impressed with all of them. With my old car I went to Jiffy Lube. They had great customer service as well but they did not rotate my tires and the price I paid was higher than I pay here at Larry H Miller. I will continue to come to Larry H Miller because I get great customer service and a great price of only 25 dollars per visit. Thanks again for your great service!

I had suspension issues with with my 2004 Silverado upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted promptly by Mr. Tom Scharlow after the door opened allowing acces to the service department. Tom asked how he might assist I stated the concerns I had; Tom asked if I had warranty on the vehicle which I did. Tom looked up my information confirming warranty and asked if I needed a ride which I accepted. Tom then proceeded to make arrangements for such. Tom kept me informed throughout the day on the repair status including what the technicians had found, he also stated the repair should be completed by early evening. Tom called that evening informing me the vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at dealership and observed Tom still working this amounted to a twelve hour day I brought my vehicle in at 700am and picked it up around 700pm Tom was just as friendly and out going at the end of a 12 hour day as he was at the beginning of the day. I always receive exceptional service when bringing my vehicle to be worked on. They are always greeting you quickly and are very friendly. They follow up quickly and explain in lamens terms the diagnosis. Also it is nice to not have to stand in line at a cahiers cage when you pick up your vehicle. The drop-off and pickup location is very clean and easy to navigate.

The integrity of this dealership is much lower than 0. They advertise that they will match any other offer for your car.. not that they will try to match it, or probably match it but that they WILL match it and even have a huge banner hanging up in front of their front doors but when you bring in an offer to match they make up excuses not to honor it. My car was worth, in BlueBook over 23K, Carmax offered 21K and this dealership would only offer 19.5K despite what Carmax said and refused to budge they didn't care at all about the customer.All I can say is dont make promises that you refuse to keep, and i suggest they take that sign down and stop telling people that they will match offers. I have never been so disappointed in my life and what is worse is that they knew the disappointing experiences that I have had at other dealerships and promised once again that I will not leave their lot disappointed and they will bend over backwards for me BULLS*** What a joke

WE PURCHACED A USED CAR FROM LHM USED CAR SALES LAST OCT. AFTER RESEARCHING THE CAR AFTER THE PURCHACE WE FOUND THAT THE CAR WAS VERY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE PAID. PART OF THE SALES DEAL WAS THAT LHM USED CARS WOULD PAY OFF OUR EXISTING BALANCE OWED ON OUR TRADE IN. IT TOOK LHM USED CARS OVER 90 DAYS TO PAY ON THE LOAN, RESULTING IN LATE FEES & NEGITIVE REPORTS ON OUR CREDIT. WHEN I CONTACTED LHM USED CARS I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NORMAL FOR THEM TO TAKE THAT LONG. THEN THEY NEVER EVEN PAYED OFF THE ENTIRE BALANCE THAT WAS LESS THAN THEY ALLOWED FOR THE TRADE IN. WHEN I CONFRONTED THE SALES MANAGER AT LHM USED CARS ABOUT THE EXISTING BALANCE HE LOOKED UP MY TRADE IN PRICE AND AGREED THAT THEY WOULD PAY THE REST OF THE LOAN OFF. I AGREED TO PAY OFF THE BALANCE { BECUASE IT WOULD TAKE THEM ANOTHER 90 DAYS } AND SEND THE RECIEPT TO THEM, YOU GUESSED IT THEY GOT MY RECIEPT AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN EVEN AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON WE NEEDED TO TALK TO WAS BUSY AND WOULD CALL RIGHT BACK.. AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR RETURN CALL OR OUR REMBIRSMENT CHECK. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ANY LHM DEALERSHIP. I would also not recommend this dealership - certainly not their service department. We had an issue with our fuel pump that should have been 100% covered by our extended warranty. They were told about our extended warranty, given the contact info of where we purchased our vehicle originally, and even had in their possession a copy of our warranty contract with the warranty company's contact info. We were told repeatedly that it wasn't covered and since we were stranded without the vehicle we paid the bill in full.Then we immediately got the warranty info that was in our vehicle and called the warranty company and were told that it should have been 100% covered by the warranty. We asked for a refund and their service manager Rick Stubbs, flat out denied it stating that HE doesn't want his department's money tied up waiting for the warranty company to reimburse him. What?! That is the relationship between their department and the warranty company - that is why it exists. I have no doubt that the reason I was repeatedly lied to by Rick Stubbs and his staff is because it is his personal policy to STEAL the money from the customers up front so his department isn't waiting for their refund. When I spoke with him over the phone he yelled at me, was extremely patronizing, and acted like an all around at$$. When I made a complaint Thomas Thorpe sent me an e-mail stating "I think Rick Stubbs went well above his duty." From what I've seen this entire dealership doesn't have a clue what their duty is!TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I would NOT recommend visiting this dealer and/or working with this employee. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided to me when working with this individual and dealership--I was hassled when being uncomfortable giving them information to run a credit report, was not given written pricing information as requested, and was told we could not discuss cost until I was "serious" about purchasing a vehicle.
