"I love the service I get at Larry H. Miller Chrysler! They do a good job of maintaining my car. It helps that the first year after I bought service was free, but they have a good enough package deal I’ll probably continue using them." The above review was from a couple of years ago, but when I took my car in for a "check engine" check, they were courteous, efficient and solved the problem at under the quoted cost. Love them!

Jacob and Luis were the two salesmen that I dealt with. They were both awesome to deal with. The dealership was not pushy trying to get me to buy the extended warranties or to make sure I financed through them. They respected my decisions and did not try to trick me into anything. I really liked working with them and I am excited to be buying a second vehicle through them here in the next week or two. I recommend them to everybody I know. So if you're on the fence wondering about if you'll get pushed around, have no worries and give this great dealership the chance to help you.

If you have to schedule an appointment it is expected that you should be able to get in at the time of your appointment. I paid for the full service package at the time I bought my vehicle. The serviceman, while polite, conveyed they didn’t have time to complete everything on the day I went in but I would still be there for an hour and 15 minutes. I did get the oil change, air filters and fuel filter. Still ended up paying $285. That seems ridiculous knowing that I need to return to get the tires rotated and whatever else. Do better LHM! It’s obvious your guys are pressured for a hard stop at a given time. Allow for complete service and better customer satisfaction.

Had an awesome experience here! I got new tires installed on my truck yesterday. Pricing was great. They were totally transparent and there were no surprises. They had me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Usually you have to pay a little bit extra for great customer service, but these guys had great price and great service. I’ll definitely be using them from now on

The repair was done and the lube and oil. Everyone there is nice and helpful. My only frustration was that it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. I was quoted about 2 hours. I live a long ways away and they used to let me use a vehicle if was going to be long. I miss that, it made things easier. But I recommend them to anybody I know that is looking for a vehicle 🚗
