I bought my car on aug 01 and it take them 4 months to send my car title to DMV, science day one the break was squeezing and I call them many times and they do nothing also they told me that they will repainted my car and do a service on it and they do nothing. so my advice don't buy anything from them and don't believe them they will give u fake promises just to convince you buying a car from them

Although the dealership has had different names, the service remains at a 5 STAR level. My recent experience on November 2 was absolutely phenomenal. Never have I ever worked with such a great team that wanted to do everything the could to keep my business and cared so much to make me happy. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Challenger Hellcat and a 2017 Dodge Durango RT. I would Highly Recommend my Sales and Finance Team at Larry H Miller Cherry Creek Dodge. Thank you Chris Sales Manager/Finance and Josh in Finance but the biggest thanks to the best Internet Sales Manager RIDER FUNEZ. Rider was very thorough and made sure our vehicles were absolutely 1000% ready and were in showroom shape before we left the lot. Well my truck has been here for a month and it's still not done....first two weeks was a mopar problem. But I had a major problem with lack of communication, not returning callS until manager was requested. I was told work would be done a week ago and it's still not started and Lisa never called me, I had to hint them down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR WORK. WHO KNOW WHEN IT WILL GET DONE.

This dealership has been in violation of state law over over two months and still has not provided a reason for the delay or any assurance of a date of delivery.

Basic oil change & tire rotation that turned into an extremely helpful experience thanks to Austin. Baught a charger in 2008. 124,000 miles 8 years later it needed warranty work. Dodge honored the warranty and put a brand new hemi motor in the car. They covered EVERYTHING: engine, parts, and labor. (Roughly over $9,000 dollars)

Service department has the WORST customer service!!!! I bought my 2015 Durango in January of 2015 and my husband purchased our oil changes and tire rotations. I have went to have my vehicle serviced several times and NOT ONE of my visits were even satisfactory! It always takes 3-4 hours, even though each time they say max 2 hours. At each of these visits I have tired to be patient and understanding but at one of my more recent visits I was couldn't deal and was just FURIOUS!!! At this visit, which I had an appointment for, I was scheduled for a tire rotation, oil change, a car wash and to replace a license plate bulb that was suppose to replaced at my last visit. I was instructed it would take 1 hour to 2 hours. I instructed that is fine as long as I'm out of here 2 and half hours cause I need to pick up my child from school across town. At the 2 hour and 15 minute mark I went to see where my car was . I saw it on the rack not washed. I then went to the staff and instructed them I needed to leave and reminded them that I needed to travel across town to get my son. She said she would check and be right back. When she returned I was told that "when they were washing it they found an oil leak so had to put it back on the rack". I quickly let her know I knew that I knew that was a lie and wanted to talk to the manger and wanted my car now. The manger said he understood my disappointment and anger because they had completely failed me since the beginning. He instructed me that the next time I came in to make sure he is aware so he can make sure I will be taken care of. I left and was still so furious, not only because I was lied to but also because they again didn't replace my light bulb or wash my car! I returned today to get my lightbulb replaced, which they said they would order 3 weeks ago at my last visit and fix my psi that was never right from when they rotated my tires. I also instructed Max,the service representative, that he needed to let the manger, Matt, know I was there. Another 2 and half hours later I went to check on my car and I seen the tech working on my license plate bulb but didn't change it. I then followed him to the service desk and he told the representative that they didn't have the bulb for my car. As they see me standing there, they told him to take one from a car on the lot because I have came in several times trying to get this replaced. During all of this I never seen the manager and never felt "taken care of", as I was instructed by the manger at my last visit. I couldn't believe it took 2 and half hours to fill my tires with air and change a bulb that they didn't know they had until 2 and half hours of waiting! This place is a JOKE, both with the old owner and the new owner! No excuses for this lack of customer service!

I looked at all the 3/4 ton trucks available. Some dealers really did not want my business. Larry Miller not only wanted my business, but went out the way to help me decide on which truck would fill my needs. Financing was very competitive and they took the time to explain the process. Delivery was a pleasant experience as well. There is a lot to know about new trucks and the sales prople took the time to go over all the features of my new truck. That is a first. I will definitely to this dealership for my next purchase.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for three years now. Unfortunately I will never use them again. Had a leak in my Dodge Durango, brought it in for service and was told it was a leak from steering hoses. Paid $907 to get it fixed but this was not the issue. My leak continued brought the vehicle back in and they wanted to charge me another $933 to fix the same issue. I was clear that the leak never stopped, and it was coming from the same location in the vehicle. I was told that "it was possible they were two different leaks" which was not the case.I had it fixed from a local repair shop who not only charged me $200 less than the estimate from Cherry Creek Dodge but also confirmed that there was only one leak and the original repair for $907 was not the issue. Will never use this dealership again!

I bought a brand new Dodge Dart SXT Rallye in October 2015. In January 2015 with onkly 3300 miles on it I had the right front fog light fall out and burn a huge hole in my right bumper. I brought it back to Cherry Creek Dodge (where I bought it) to get it fixed. Alex the service tech. was a rude and unprofessional staff member. He said that I must have knocked out the fog light when I put on an aftermarket air intake. this is completely ridiculous. Fog lights and air intakes have nothing in common and are not even close to each other. ALEX the Service Tech at Cherry Creek Dodge was rude and insulting to me. This is clearly a Warranty violation in which they are refusing to fix...because it will be a costkly and major repair. I am in the process of making as many complaints as humanly possible. Do NO GO TO CHERRY CREEK DODGE for anything....once they have your purchase money they could NOT CARE LESS about you. ALEX in service also knows apparently nothing about car mechanics...

I just want to take a moment to recognize excellent performance by the staff at Cherry Creek Dodge. They definitely went above and beyond in making my experience warm and fuzzy. Joy was my sales person. She was attentive to my needs, listened closely, and did everything she could to put me in the truck of my dreams. By the way , I think she needs a raise. I would definitely use Joy on my next Dodge purchase (my wife is drooling over the 2014 Charger). The sales expertise of your staff didn't stop with Joy. When we were introduced to the sales manager, against all odds, he was able to make the impossible possible. I was stuck in a Ford that I didn't want to be in and he sis everything in his power to get me into the truck of my choice. I know it seemed like a long and grueling process but when you are happy and excited about your next new vehicle, all that seems very insignificant. Once the deal was done, they continued to go above and beyond and helped me become 100% satisfied with my purchase. I brought my Journey in for and oil change today. I stood there waiting for help and after about five minutes, someone finally came over to me. I expressed my concern that the last time I brought my vehicle in for service, I paid to have my tires rotated and by the wear on the front tires, it was very clear that they hadn't been rotated. So the service person made it clear to the person working on my car that the tires needed to be rotated. On a different note, as I was waiting to get the car checked in, all I could smell was cigarette smoke. It was so strong that when I went into the waiting room I was coughing from the smell. I'm not a smoker and I don't like breathing it in and I especially don't like that my three children were also breathing it in. What really mad me upset was that when I went to pick up the keys to my car, I had to pay for the tires to be rotated. I would think since I paid for it last time and it didn't get done, this time they would have waived the charge, but no I had to pay for it again. The icing on the cake was the packet of service requests that they gave me, or things that needed to be done on my vehicle. The one thing that was immediate, was having the tires in the back replaced. These are the same tires that were on the front when I went in for service and hour earlier, the same tires that should have been rotated at the last visit. No kidding, they need to be replaced! The wear on them wouldn't have been that bad, had they been rotated last time. The sticker that they put at the top of my windshield, showing when the next oil change was due, wasn't even ledgible. This service department is horrible and I will never bring my vehicle back there.

I recently purchased a used car from Cherry Creek Dodge, buying experience went well, but after that it went down hill. I had to have some work done on the car so Cherry Creek Dodge was going to send a shuttle to pick me up, well after waiting all morning for a call and not getting one, plus not getting any of my calls returned. I finally heard from some one who told me the shuttle would be there in an hour, an hour and half later I get a call from the shuttle driver that he was just leaving the dealer ship. By then it was too late, because it would have been an hour before he got there and hour return to the dealer, I had plans that evening so I told the shuttle driver not to come. Then i finally get a call from Courtney wondering what was going on, so I had to expalin the whole situation and asked her to plan on having the car delivered. This was all on a Saturday, so Monday morning early I e-mailed Courtney to see if the car could be delivered that evening, I also asked if they could send someone up who could show me how to operate everything on the car and do a test drive so I could make sure everything had been fixed that was agreed on and to change the oil, since that was part of the agreement to make up for all the hassles on Saturday. I never heard from Coutney, but I did hear from Troy, who sold me the car, and I made the same request. Troy said it wouldn't be problem to send someone who could show me how to operate everything on the car. He said he would check on the last time the oil was changed and let me know. I still have not heard back on that, so I don't know if the oil was changed recently or not. And the young man who delivered the car had no idea how to operate anything on the car and knew nothing about a test drive. I was lied to twice. And on top of all that, they didn't even fill the car up with gas, it was almost empty. So it seems to me once you have signed for the car, they could care less about customer service, they just want to make the sale. Needless to say I will not be collecting any of the $100 for recommending a friend to buy from this dealer.

Even more upset to find out that the vehicle the sales person went out and confirmed for us that day had been sold 2 days ago - bad customer service. BUT this review is not about that person, this review is about Mark Williams.... Mark took 2 very upset customers (me and my husband) and worked with us to find a vehicle that meet our exact needs, we knew what we wanted, price and expectation. He met all of them with grace and composure. I have no doubt he was very embarrassed by the situation and he worked hard to correct it, for that I say.... FANTASTIC JOB. Thank you, Tom & Annette

Me and my wife were traveling for work and were in need of a new car. We ended up buying a brand new dodge avenger. We have never had more run around and haggling anywhere else. On top of that they sold it to us highly over priced as well as selling us a non cancellable warranty without telling us. All the while they do offer a warranty that is able to be cancelled and they never told us that. 8 months later we have over 10k in negative equity. If you're looking for lots of run around and haggling and just blatant lies shop here.

It was an easy choice to go back to Cherry Creek Dodge -- it's convenient and I've always been treated well by the staff. This experience was another good one. Mark was very personable and helpful -- didn't make me feel out of my depth and was extremely patient with my questions and test drives. My wife and I recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 1500 from Cherry Creek Dodge and we could not have had a better experience. We live in rural NE Colorado and were concerned about making the long drive into Denver to purchase a truck. We did a lot of looking on-line and found just the truck we wanted. We contacted the Internet Sales department at Cherry Creek Dodge and made arrangements to come and take a test drive. The Internet Sales Representative Sondra Grover was very friendly and worked diligently to get us a deal that put us in the truck we wanted and enabled us stay within our budget. Once we agreed to the deal and the paperwork was being completed, the Customer Relations Manager Courtney Davidson came over to make sure we were 100% satisfied and let us know that we could contact her at any time if there was anything we needed. Lastly, Finance Manager Dan Marshall got us through the paperwork quickly and had us out the door in our truck in no time. The truck we purchased is just what we needed and we have had no issues with it. Thanks to Sondra, Courtney, and Dan we can honestly say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We will be recommending Cherry Creek Dodge to anyone we know that needs to buy a new or used vehicle.

Since February 22nd my fiance and I have had to make 4 trips to dealer and they have taken car 3 times to service. Owning this car for total of 34 days the dealer has had it for service 14 days for service. We have had to do a contract re-write due to dealer overcharging 3900 on for car after numerous phone calls and tracking down sales manager. Oversight per their sales staff. The car was to be touched up and painted as agreed to by dealer and has been in the shop 3 times due to each time returned car was not finished. 2nd time, our ipod was stolen. The customer service this dealer provides from sales, finance and service is poor. They continue to make us chase down answers with numerous calls and messages. We received the car back yesterday, paint finally completed although the items we requested serviced like drivers side seat warmer, still not fixed. We are choosing to take car to another chevy dealer for service of these items due to avoid further headache.
