Brenden worked with warranty provider to get me coverage for an expensive repair. The warranty company covered labor and material cost for a repair they said was not normally covered.They "comped" the repair because I had no prior claims in four years. Brenden went out of his way to work with the warranty provider. This type of service and integrity keeps me buying my autos from Larry. Miller and recommending you to others.

Brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot for its 30,000 mile checkup. Brandon was great as usual. I always schedule my service appointments with him. He kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I always bring my laptop with me and get my work done while I wait. The computer area is great. We have bought several vehicles here and it is because the service department in so good.

Shopping around as we are looking for specifics. Had this sales guy Juan Cappo working with us. I personally hate the dealer experience but my husband insisted on trying one last place. Juan met us in the parking lot and of course my guards already up due to the last 2 Dodge dealer we had been to and immediately he made me comfortable to shop. No pressure, easy going, funny guy. Really knows the business. We will buy from him once they get the vehicle in that we are looking for. Most sales guys are very high pressure and we have walked away from many. Worst service department ever have encountered! Went in for engine light coming on. After having truck all day told me I needed catilitix converter replaced 1583.00 estimate. Took to mechanic had sensor replaced fixed problem. Inspecting after visit oil filter was not changed. How do you have oil change without changing filter? Either idiots or incompetent. Find another dealer!

I went in to LHM with a unique situation. I purchased a Ford Explorer at a LHM Volkswagen dealer in Denver, Co and I live in Albuquerque. I also purchased an extended warranty through LHM. My check engine light came on a couple of weeks ago and being that I bought the warranty through LHM, I have to take it to a LHM to have it serviced. Unfortunately, there is no LHM Ford in this area. I took it to LHM Dodge here in Albuquerque. I was a little worried being that this was not a Ford dealer. Tim Montoya was my service advisor, he reassured me that I was in good hands and said "We'll get you taken care of" and he made good on his promise. They ran into a little snag while repairing my vehicle and Tim got the warranty company to authorize my vehicle to be taken to a Ford dealer, which was outside of the LHM group (something they don't normally do). Needless to say, the Ford dealer did a crappy job. Tim, again, got the warranty company to authorization for me to take it to a different Ford dealer, again, outside of the LHM group. So not only once but twice did he get them to do something they don't normally do. He also, got my deductible waived twice! Tim went above and beyond for me when he didn't have to. He is easily one of the best service advisor's that I've ever dealt with.

Came in this morning to upgrade my truck. I was very specific and open with my credit score, what I owed on my trade, how much I would pay each month, and not having a down payment. Through both text and phone calls I was given the green light and told to come in because the deal could be made. After wasting an hour of my time and the gas to get there, they came back to me with a payment that was 80 dollars higher then I told them I would pay and tell me I had to put 4K down when I told them I wouldn't put anything down. So, now my credit will take a hit and I'm still in my truck. I will never buy a vehicle from this, or any of the family of Larry H Miller dealerships. By far the worst I've ever been treated or lied to at any dealership over ever been to. I understand there isn't a Red Cross on the front of the dealership and it isn't a charity, but I just don't understand the need for the deception.

I went in on my birthday to trade my 300 in for a new car. We spend the better part of 7 hours there in hope to get the changer that I wanted. But once we come to the right price range we signed all the paperwork and waited another 2 hours after we were told to change over the insurance they said my personal bank would not take me unless I give 2,000 down when I told them mulitpy times I was not going to. So we drive it home a 145 miles a ways to be told the next day I need to give 2,000 down or give the car back so I told them to bring my car back. Went the next day to automa x in farmington and got a newer car with zero down and the loan was for 8,000 more, then the changer. The sad part about it is they never sent anything to my bank. But they sure did sent It to who know how many banks and caused my credit score to drop by 60 points. Lessons learned never will I go to a Larry h Miller again. So sad that they sent the sale person on his day off to bring my car back to me. And at that they made him pay for gas out of his pocket....,so sad that they treated they customers and they employees that way..

Brought in 2004 Dodge Dakota to an appointment at 7:30. Was told it would take 3 hours. FOUR hours later, I had heard nothing so I asked. From paperwork ALREADY on his desk, the service guy told me the vehicle needed flash software upgrades, and it would be take about an hour and a half. About an hour later, he told me he was continually checking on status. About a half or so later, he took me beck to the service area. From what I could gather, they had been unable to install the upgrades, and they could not now restore the old software. So, my vehicle was now useless to me, on top of now I have to pay for a new computer, and wait several days. I had to go rent a car so I can get back and forth to work this upcoming week. The service manager on duty would not work with me at all. I believe they did not perform the service work right and basically rendered my vehicle inoperable. And, they wasted all my time - did not finally get out of there (in my rental vehicle which I am having to pay for!) until after 4 p.m. I feel like there was some sort of scam perpetrated on me, but it also appears I have no recourse but to pay for this which will probably wind up costing me in the neighborhood of $1500, including the cost of my rental. WARNING: stay away from this dealer service department!

I want to first off say, this dealership is HORRIBLE.. They give you the run around on everything! I went in hoping to trade in my vehicle. They told me they can do it, So I went back to sign paperwork and they told me that they gave me the wrong quote and I needed a co signer. So I had a cosigner go in and we did all paperwork. We waited 2 weeks until they called back. They said that it is taking to long for the banks and we needed to RESUBMIT our paperwork. So I told them that they can just do it with the previous application and they said no! So I told them I dont want credit run again and they said it was never run in the first place. So I just said forget it and the next day they called and said that my application got denied, but how when they said the credit was never run???! Talk about total BS and poor management. Dont waste your time go somewhere else

My husband and I were shopping for a new jeep this past summer. We live in Rio Rancho so decided to shop at Mark Casa Chevrolet and Jeep. We drove through the parking lot on a Saturday hoping to find one we liked. Unfortunately, there was not a big selection so we pulled over to speak to a sales representative who was standing outside with two others. We spoke with Raul and told him what we were looking for. He took note of it and also our names and number and said he would call back the following day once he found what we wanted. He then invited us to some event the dealership was hosting the following day and mostly talked about this event. The entire time we spoke with him, he appeared more interested in the upcoming event, rather than what my husband and I were looking for and the fact that we were ready to make a deal on the spot had it been available. Regardless of our brief experience, we were excited to receive a call from him the next day hoping he found what we were looking for. I work graveyard, so when I woke at 2pm the next day, I assumed he had already called us. Unfortunately, he had not called us. Perhaps he was too busy with the event their dealership was hosting. My husband and I then decided we did not want to make business with them since it was not important enough for him to call like he said he would. I then called Larry H. Miller and spoke with Marta. I told her what we were looking for and asked if they had it in their lot. She kept me on the phone while she looked in their system. She determined it was available, at which time, I told her what price range we looking at. After our credit check was approved, Marta called back a few minutes later with the payment we wanted and said they would have it cleaned and ready for pickup. She also set us up with Sales Representative, Mike Sweiss. When we arrived, the jeep was clean and the paperwork was ready for us to sign with no unexpected surprises and everything we asked for. This was started at 2 pm and we were done before 5 pm. This is what I call excellent service. Both Marta and Mike made us feel like they valued our service, unlike Mark Casa Chevrolet/Jeep. By the way, Raul did not call us until the following Thursday. A little too late.

We own a Libery diesel and had a check engine light for an EGR valve. After doing some research I found that often times it just needs to be cleaned out. I stopped by your dealership to purchase new gaskets so that I could remove clean and reinstall it. The parts person was able to find one of the gaskets easily but couldn't find the other. He finally found it and had to order it. When I went to pick it up it was incorrect. He searched again and found a different one and ordered it. I picked it up and started to remove the EGR. I after looking at the valve I could tell that I had been given the wrong gasket again..I stopped the job and called the parts dept. after they searched again I was told that they couldn't be sure. I asked if they had a valve in stock to test the gasket on before I disabled the vehicle. They did not. I asked if one could be ordered in so that we could check the gasket they said yes. I asked if it could be retuned if I didn't need it and was told yes. I had to pay up front and it was ordered and I was told it would be in in a week. It actually took a month! When it finally came in they agreed that that gasket was wrong. They did more research and found that it doesn't require a gasket. I took the valve home just in case I couldn't clean the old one. I cleaned the old one over the weekend and tried to return the EGR but was told since it was special order I they would charge a 20% restocking fee. I asked to speak with the parts manager. After I explained what happened he reduced to 15% restocking fee which amounted to $66.24. This is what it cost me to prove that they had ordered the wrong part. As you might imagine I am not happy! I don't mind working with the parts department to try to find the correct parts but I do mind spending 2 weeks messing around trying to find the right part. Then waiting another month for the EGR to come in. Then being charged $66.24 to restock the part that I ordered to prove that the gasket that I was sold was wrong. Took my truck in and was charged 11 hours over 1100.00 dollars for what should have been a five hour job. I asked to have all my parts put in the back of my truck which was not done had to do it my self.The so-called tech also l forgot to let me know about the broken compressorbracket, sensor and intake manifold bolt that he messed up. Do not take anything there.

They scheduled me in for the next morning and the repairs where done in less time than I thought. I love that they have a free shuttle service that takes you and picks you up from anywhere in the city. I took the shuttle home and within an our of being home the shuttle had to come pick me up because my vehicle was finished. If I would have know I would have stayed at the car lot.

After my purchase of a 2015 Dodge Journey the dealership was to provide tint for my vehicle windows. They contract another business to complete this work. The original tint was scheduled and I was without my vehicle for an entire day. I picked up my vehicle and the tint was extremely bubbled and not acceptable at all. Neither my salesperson or the sales manager had looked at the work before my arrival. I was asked to give the tint time to settle I gave it over 2 weeks and it was still a very poor job. I had to schedule another appointment to have the tint redone. After not being responded to by the salesperson I called and had to speak with the General manager to get service. I scheduled an appointment, which again was going to take all day, to have the tint redone. At least this time I was given a loaner car. Yet again when I arrived neither the sales manager or salesperson had looked at the tint before my arrival. And again it was not acceptable. I was asked to wait again to allow it to settle. Again it was not a matter of it needing to settle and it is still not done correctly. When I spoke with the salesperson again this time I was given the contractors phone number and told to deal directly with them. I find this unacceptable, but for the sake of my car I obviously will have to handle matters myself.I scheduled my first service appointment for the service contract that I purchased to only have again very poor service. I will not have my car serviced by this dealer for anything even though I have already paid for that service. They are very poorly organized and do not care about their customers time at all. I do NOT recommend that anyone who values service and their own time buy a car from this Dodge dealership or any dealership with the name Larry H Miller.

service is horrible i woundnt recomended . i have had my fleet vehicles for repairs .and maintance when they go for maintance my fluids dont get refill or check properly and on the work order states that they were refilled managers dont care have to take vehicles back to them several times if you go here make sure you check yoyr vehicle before you leave and for owners of diesel trucks 4500 and 5500 bolts from radiator plastic covers come loose and damages your radiator i already paid for one about $1600 and the radiator was new and defective had to take the vehicle back . and on another 2012 dodge 5500 diesel they replaced the egr cooler and one nut was loose and another missing causing damages to my gaskets and now they are not gonna cover it another $600 that im gonna pay no body service my fleet only larry h miller dodge and when i ask why are my bolts and nuts missing they just dont know they never have a answer i think is time to look for a better service.be careful on what service advisors try to sell you. not all advisors are the same also my turbo when out on my 2013 dodge 5500 diesel and they wanted to charge me $10.000.00 for repairs i talk to a very nice person named joe at parts and he was verry help full dont let service advisors over charge you ( go to parts dept they help you ) now im gonna pay $6000 for my turbo plus labor instead of $10.000.00

I brought my car in for routine maintenance (grease job, oil change, oil filter, tire rotation). I also needed the L/F marker light repaired. And I asked to have them enable the Daytime Running Lights. All this work was done expeditiously and well. The routine maintenance was covered by the Extended Warranty Agreement I'd purchased with the car. No charge there. There was also no charge for having them enable the Daytime Running Lights. I'm thoroughly pleased with my experience at LHM!

My 2014 Charger was in for a recall and Tim the service agent asked me since my car just turned 30,000 miles if I wanted to get the maintenance done . He explained if it wasn't done it can effect my warranty .I said yes since it needs 30,000 miles maintenance .He wrote my service ticket for all this work to be done when my car was still in the bay ,they didn't check if it needed it they just did it . My bill was 702.00 dollars !! After getting home and reading my owners manual and calling another Dodge Co. My Vehicle only needed a oil change ,Air Filter and check the Differential.! Most of the work done was not due for another 120,000 miles!!Calling Miller back and talking to Tim he said it was Preventive Maintenance . Not Once did he tell me it was Preventive Maintenance and that my car Did Not need all this work done until the Manufacturer recommendation .I am a Disabled Veteran on a limited income and had to take a loan out to pay for this .I trusted Tim to explain to me all the work Did Not have to be done and it was Preventive Maintenance I would have had to pay 50.00$ Only ! He scammed me ,did not tell me the truth of only what was due now and Did Not tell me it was Preventive Maintenance and Not Necessary at that mileage .Never Ever Trust them to tell you the truth of Only the work that needs to be done. They will take advantage of you so do not trust the Service Department..They will take you to the cleaners .SCAMMED!!! BBB Will be hearing from me . Consumers Beware !!

Love the 2011 Jeep Cherokee that LHM sold us. I approached salesman Zak Ruiz with the need for a 4x4 vehicle, I preferred an SUV. Initially there were no SUVs that satisfied my budget so a truck was considered. We could not find one on the lot that fit my budget so I said no problem thank you anyway and left. Two days later I received a call from Zak he had found an SUV that fit my budget and in excellent shape! A deal was struck. The Jeep is amazing! It would have been nice to have discussed a price on the car rather than work out a deal on what type of payment we could afford. Trying to figure out numbers on a payment is harder than working on a base amount being that we don't know the APR off hand and other applicable fees that may apply such as add-ones thrown around. Although your finance officer was able to save us a whole dollar on where we wanted to be it was still beyond the price we wanted to pay. With that being said we are very pleased with the Jeep Cherokee and all its little gadgets. As always long term investments have to be made and we just thank you for your hard work on the back and forth. My wife and I want to thank your finance officer for the hard work he did and give him a personal thank you for advise he gave to our 13 year old son about responsibility. I wish more people would be willing to speak to our youth even when your at a dealership buying a car. Thank you.

I took my mother to LHM Dodge on July 20, 2015 when her Dodge Durango (with 47,000 miles on it) was towed there after a warranty-related transmission failure rendered the vehicle useless. The service writer was unbelievably rude, unhelpful and on the cusp of being outright rude. She was visiting from out of state and she was essentially told her vehicle repair was not a priority and would take about a month to complete. They refused to help with transportation and blatantly instructed her to RENT a car while hers was in their shop. In addition, the service writer was strongly interested in making her aware that she would be paying at least $100 to have the problem diagnosed, in spite of the evidence provided that the vehicle issue had already been diagnosed by an ASE certified mechanic and Chrysler Corp. had sent a tow truck to move the vehicle to the dealer for warranty (drive-train) repair.To make a long story shorter, she had to make several calls to the dealership manager AND to Chrysler Corp and all of the sudden, a rental car was provided for her and the car was reportedly "fixed" 11 days later. When my parents went to LHM Dodge to get their vehicle, the service writer was insistent that they should give high scores on all surveys regarding the service they received on their vehicle at LMH Dodge. After receiving the vehicle from the LMH Dodge service department they drove 180 miles to the Farmington area. During this drive, several alarms sounded in the car and they had to take it to the Dodge dealer in Farmington. There they were told that the exhaust system was missing several bolts that hold it in place. The remedy for this cost my parents almost $60.If this is how WARRANTY issues are handled, I assure you I will avoid doing business with this dealership at all cost!

I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger from LHM Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Before you can even see a car be prepared to have to sit down first to give your phone number much you get paid and how you get paid. We walked out after about the 19th question and went across the street and are now prepared to purchased a new Ford. The worst dealership and sales tactics I have ever seen in 50 years. My wife and I were fully prepared to buy a vehicle and are financially stable enough to were we could pay cash for a vehicle if needed. I walked out there without being able to see the vehicle we has some interest on and so angry that I decided to sit down and give my review. I will never go back to this place and will tell everyone I know about how we were treated. Buyer beware. Even though the sales manager followed us out and tried to get us to stay I feel like it was a joint effort for some kind of sales method.

Do not go here for service. Their techs are incompetent. We took our Jeep in to have the upper control arms replaced and the failed to seat the ball joint and tighten the required boot. We didn't discover there mistake until it had been driven 300 miles to Colorado. This was our second near catastrophic failure from their repairs after they also forgot to tighten the rear control arm and left off 4 of 5 lugs during a recall repair.Also thier BBB rating went from A+ to F and their BBB accreditation was revoked in the last year

We have multiple vehicles in our family "fleet". We have 3 Dodges, 2 Jeeps and an old Ford F-150 (left from our time in another state). Our primary contact with the service department is Brandon. Brandon takes wonderful care of us. He takes the time to know our needs and our expectations. He treats my wife with respect and understanding. Whenever we bring the vehicles in Brandon ensures that the mechanics know what needs to be done. He then contacts us with an estimate and any other items that the mechanics might find that require attention. The vehicles are returned to us at the time promised at the cost expected. They are fixed right the first time. I have not had to return with a vehicle due to improper or incomplete work. . I entrust the vehicles that my wife and my daughter drive and drive with out me. I trust Brandon and I trust this shop!

James Frey, was our salesmen, he was great answered all questions , showed us what we wanted, we told him what we wanted and it went well,They have alot of beautiful vehicles on there lot, So hard to choose but I told him I will Know when I see it and it was there, we bought it a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude,,color was right just everything about it, except one thing I thought it had a Cd player but it doesn't but it has a port for a USB which is just as good, put my Cd's on a USB and works great and don't have to mess with CD's which is great too. the time of buying the car took longer than picking the car out but that is o.k. we all know how long it takes to buy a car so be prepared for it, Last new one we got was in 2002 so time for a new one. Yes they are expensive but everything is now day's. Love it and will recommended Them to everyone, We did not have a trade in. got rebates and a little cash down all went great. Son bought a truck from them in 2009 loves his truck and good service, Thank you Larry H. Miller for having a great salesman like James Frey.

Salesmen were very friendly and helpful. Wait time for financing took about 8 hours, so waiting around for 8 hours was not fun and it was hard on my child. Trade-in price was excellent. First deal shown had $2,500 rebate plus preferred costumer rebate with low trade-in, but the final deal given had $2,500 rebate no preferred costumer rebate with better trade-in. So regarding the deals given it was the same deal. The monthly payment was a certain amount, but when it came time to sign the finance documents it was much higher. Salesmen were great, Dealership was great, but fast one on the monthly payment not too great.

I was greeted professionally as we discussed the reason for my visit, viewed the car together for any already existing damage, taken inside to sign and review paperwork, and shown the facilities. Prior to my visit as I made the appointment, I was again greeted professionally and courteously and given an appointment at my convenience. I was surprised at how quickly I could get the car in for service. Facilities were clean and comfortable and very pleasing, coffee and fresh-baked cookies were available as were work stations with internet access. We went in at the end of 2014, hoping to find a deal on a minivan. We succeeded. We came home with a great Town and Country Touring minivan. We were very happy with our experience; our salesman made a big effort to gather answers to all the questions we asked. We bought a model that was on the showroom floor, so it was missing the headphones to the audiovisual system, as well as the floor mats, but our salesman is working hard to make sure those details are restored when we take it in for some aftermarket installations. Our only disappointment was when the finance person quoted us a number for an extended warrantee during the negotiations, we agreed, but the actual cost for the extended warrantee was listed as $300 more when we went in to sign the contract. We brought this to the attention of the finance person and he just shrugged it off.

Larry H. Miller had the best prices in town on the type of Ram 1500 Big Horn that my father Bill was looking for. We both had a very relaxed and positive experience dealing with Matt Romero who, in my opinion, is one of the easiest to deal with salesman i've ever encountered in buying a new vehicle. My father and i had gone to the other dealership in town who wouldn't give us the time of day even though we had waited around quite a while to speak to someone about taking a test drive in a new truck. Then we decided to drive to Los Lunas to see if we could get a better deal and service at the dealership down there. Even though we were able to get a little better service, the sales manager there must have been real green because he wouldn't budge on his prices and meet us in the middle for a truck that he was obviously overcharging us for. We were aghast that he somewhat pushed us out the door after we had spent 3 hours at that stealership trying to negotiate for a fair price with a decent interest rate on a rather middle of the road truck (no pun intended.) We felt humiliated. Later that day we went to Larry H. miller and found the best truck and price for my father. Needles to say that he was excited and grinning from ear to ear for getting the most truck for the money we had seen anywhere bar none! Thank you Larry H. Miller for working with us! And a special thanks to Matt Romero who made the process incredibly easy!

When my husband and I stopped in at Larry Miller, we were really just wanting some information on when the new Jeep Renegade was going to be released. I had seen them on the Internet and thought they were really cute. I currently own a 2007 Jeep Compass that I truly loved, but knew I wanted to 'upgrade' a bit. The first salesman that approached us was Sam Nour. He answered our questions and was prepared to let us leave. Sam then asked if we had any questions about the current models in their inventory, and of course we had to look and ask some questions about the Jeep Cherokee. Well one thing led to another and before I knew it, I was the proud owner of a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!! Sam was very knowledgeable and there was absolutely NO high pressure sales pitch on his part, in fact, we were thanking him for his time and asking for his business card, promising to contact him when we were ready to buy, and we walked to our car. We got in our car, but did not leave the lot. We watched a few other couples 'look' at MY Jeep, and my husband and I sat in our vehicle for about 20 minutes trying to decide what to do. I was going back and forth on making a deal for a truck and we finally made an agreement. One of their workers called me as I was interested in a truck and I told them I would purchase the truck at a set amount. The person I was working with had to call me back and speak with his finance manager before the deal could be agreed upon and he would call me back. An hour later I received a phone call saying they agreed to the deal and come in so we can finish the paperwork. Well after sitting for an hour for the paperwork and taking the vehicle to be fueled up for purchase, they no longer wanted to take the deal because they were not making enough profit on the terms we agreed upon. Complete waste of time as they tried to up the price after we agreed on a price. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from there.

Went in for the normal oil change with the package I had. Transmission needed work was no big deal GLAD the mechanic found the leak. Then as the mechanic was fixing my car he found that whatever mechanic worked on my car the last time didn't put any brackets or bolts on my radiator it was only being held on by the hoses. Thanks to the mechanic working on my car this time he fixed it and kept from having any major problems . You need more people like him.

I came in for a problem I am having on my 2011 Jeep - The service advisor I worked with was Brandon. My Jeep needed the engine light checked on as I have experienced lots of misfires - Was told they found the problem but they did not have the part and they would get it - so I am waiting for the follow up. I feel I should warn anybody looking for good repairs not to take their vehicle here. Fiasco and sabotage come to mind. Since the service my vehicle has had the same problem 3 times in less than a year. Naturally they were bandaiding the problem waiting for the warranty to run out so they could really stick it to me. I've done some research since this happened to me and found it's common practice for them. Furthermore, the shuttle they claim is so easy and accommodating was not. They lied to me to get me to use it. Then made me late for work. I almost lost my job.Never take a vehicle to this dealer. I sure wouldn't trust them after what I've learned and my own experience. Overall the absolute worst dealer I've ever had to deal with!!

I rated the quality of repair average because I am very disappointed that there is a know problem with the brakes on my 2012 Avenger (loud squeaking noise when braking, enough to scare pedistrians) that they keep telling me they have no fix yet nothing is done to compensate me for the substandard car I bought. When I scheduled my oil change it was very disappointing to me that I was told I would have to schedule another appointment for that to be looked at. I feel that all concerns should be able to not necessarily be fixed that day but at least looked at.

Replacement was quickly done when overheating problem developed. Only negative was the cost compared to other options. Used the dealer as it was an emergency but you cost structure makes you non-competitve for future work. Also, there was a recall repair performed that was not discussed. A switch was simply unplugged. Only found out when the switch would not work. Looked in detail at the work order and then had to lookup the recall on the internet.

Haven't experienced this level of superior service in years. Was 600 miles out of town and had an accident. Time was extremely critical in this case. Explained to them and within 10 min of being towed in they were on it! Replaced entire rack and pinion system. Tie rods bent like a pretzel. Checked alignment for frame damage etc., redid the pwr steering pump, check wheel for damage and re-balanced...all in 4 hours. The people from service manager to mechanic(s) (they put three mechs on it) were SUPER! Friendly, informative, consoling. The repair area neat, clean, and a lot of facilities (stalls and equipment). The repair was perfect. Truck handled just like when it was new, gave it a 600 mile test with a heavy load in tow 6 hours after repair. Although an out of town stranger, I was made to feel like I lived there and personally knew all of them. . Aside from the service dept., every one seemed genuinely interested in my comfort and offered to do what ever to keep me that way and kept me updated on progress. I would bet they are just as good even if not pressed for time. I think that when it's time for a new dually, I will seriously consider the long trip to purchase from them...that's how much I trust them. I have reported all this to my insurance company and they are interested in making them a preferred center. Hope they do, this dealership deserves it. Thanks for the opportunity to finally say some good things about a well run business...kind of rare these days!

Took the truck in a few months ago to get a recall notice attended to (left-front tie rod end). At the time LHM wasn't able to service the recall because the replacement parts had been recalled also (!?!). Several weeks ago I received another recall notice for the same issue. The service rep I spoke to was friendly, courteous & helpful. The truck was scheduled for work a few days later. Turn-in for the recall was smooth. The service department offered me the shuttle back to home (didn't need it) & even offered to schedule the shuttle for the return to LHM after they were done w/ the truck (didn't need that either). The work they did was professional & complete. The attitude of the representatives was wonderful & helpful. It's a weight off my mind to have that recall resolved when we use our truck as much as we do.

Tim Montoya is the Service Representative assigned to my service ticket. He has been very attentive in helping to solve my Wrangler's problem, and understands my concerns on keeping an eye on the cost of repair. I live over 90 miles from Albuquerque, and Tim has made great efforts to support my schedule. The Service shop has identified the problem and is currently working to get it repaired. The Shop Foreman, Shawn, even took a test drive with me to carefully assess what I saw as the problem, and took a real concern for finding a solution. On a busy Saturday, they even provided a driver on short notice to get me and my sons in time to catch a train back home. Do not fix problem correctly with multiple return visits and with that situation have only paid for my rental vehicle once for a couple of days. I have been there so many times that all service coordinators know me/vehicle as do the mechanics. Told problem is fixed and this is third time in-took OOT trip and almost didn't make it back.Previously requested oil pan/gasket in before bringing it in for multiple gaskets replaced with water pump in Town and Country. They said it didn't need oil pan. 11/2 wks later NO oil in pan. noise on dash settings and added 3 1/2 quarts to fill to bottom of oil stick and get it back in. They had used gasket/had pan. They said they couldn't use NAPA only their parts...but, got one. Only time they paid for rental x 2 days? . Previously had lifter /manifold removed under warranty and wouldn't pay for rental either. Same with water pump and gaskets under warranty. Being changed to "new service coordinator" after working with one main one after 3 years. Have seen them all however.

I took my 2014 Ram truck in for its first service. I had an appointment. I was in and out in about a half hour. I was given a paper detailing all of my truck's systems and the condition of the systems. Being a new truck with only 5000 miles, everything was fine, but it was reassuring to know that. I was treated professionally, the work was done quickly, and I even received a free vehicle wash. I couldn't be happier with the first experience at the service department.

I went in to the Larry H. Miller Dealership here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. looking for a car I found on there website, I made an appointment with this fella named Dwight the only guy with blonde hair he said.which was true. but anyway.I saw the car in all it's glory they brought the car around the front of the building. It was very hard not to show any kind of smile or emotion. we checked out this car and Dwight was very informative of all the features this vehicle had. I was very impressed. we drove around the corner to see how this car handled it handled great, everything I wanted to have in a car. then we went back inside and talk numbers, and let the haggling begin as you do at dealerships. but Dwight didn't try to press the numbers too high. just make sure you look up Kelly blue book before you go. anyway he didn't pressure me at all after all I'm the one buying the car. he made it super easy to deal. we settled on a price that would work for both of us. and one firm hand shake later the deal was done. will "definitely" buy from this dealership again and see if I can have Dwight sell me something else that I'm interested in and maybe invite some friends to see what they can get from over there. thanks again Dwight for everything and all of the staff that was really helpful. and friendly.

My wife went in on a Saturday morning after finding five different trucks that would work for our purpose and our budget. Somehow, not one of those were available. Not one. The staff kept showing us trucks out of our price range, and then showed a Dodge Journey. Nice car, but impractical for doing sprinkler jobs. The sales manager (can't remember his name) tried to tell me that he worked HVAC out of his Chevy Malibu for two years. I could fit a soldering kit and rolls of soft copper in a Smart Car, but what about 20 foot sticks of pipe? Very dissatisfied, and found at another dealer what LHM said we couldn't get.

Called Greg about a concern on my Jeep, I hit an arroyo in the boonies and the steering wheel was off to the left. Greg suggested I bring it in for an alignment. The next day when I arrived at the service drive, I was greeted by Tim Montoya. We discussed my concerns as Tim was writing the service order. I had just met Tim, yet we talked like we were old friends. About an hour later Tim told me that my Jeep was ready. I was surprised, but happy there was no damage and the alignment was all that was needed.As I was driving home, the Jeep handled great and the steering wheel was perfectly centered.I've had this service department work on some other problems in the past that other repair shops couldn't repair. They came thru everytime.I'm extremely satisified with the quality of work at this service department and the way they treat me.Greg and his staff are great guys.

This is a very old-school high-pressure dealership. Salesmen were like vultures, standing around outside the showroom competing for people coming on the lot. I managed to get in unnoticed and ironically talked first with the sales manager. He assured me that they had multiple Jeep SUVs in their inventory which met my criteria. Then he assigned me to a salesperson, who said they didn't have a matching vehicle and suggested we look at another model. After seeing I wasn't interested in another model, the salesperson re-checked his inventory and found one that had just come in. It was going through "prep" and would take about an hour before he could show it to me. When I started to leavesalesperson says: oh wait let me see what I can do to speed things up, dont leave, set down, and have some coffee, well talk about you trade-in and get it appraised. After waiting for an hour he finally brought the vehicle around for a test drive. I got in and noticed it had 532 miles on the odometer. When I confronted the salesperson, he said: oh yea, this is our demo, there is another one, but not in a color you like and anyway we are not selling it because it is for the car show. Later, when we got back from the test drive, another salesman comes up while I was looking over the exterior and says: "hey, why dont look at the grey one we've got out back, its for the car show and a little higher priced, but may be just want you need." The manager and salesmen flat out lied about available models and colors. They used all kinds of ploys and pressure to get me to purchase something that day, including:Bait and switch.Kept me waiting. Took the keys to the vehicle I drove in. Got my vin number and checked my payoff without my consent. Good cop/Bad cop routine trying to talk me out of the engine I wanted. I will not go back to this dealership, but if you do, make sure you know what you want and do your homework before going in!

In February of 2013 I purchased a Dodge Challenger Redline special edition. I brought it in for its first servicing in June. A few days after servicing I noticed that the special edition rims on two of the tires were seriously scratched and scuffed with significant portions of the red paint gone. I informed the service department about the problem with the rims with the expectation that it would somehow be made right. I was told there is no way to know that it was their fault and there is nothing they would do. I explained that the car had less than 5,000 miles on it and that the tires had only been off of the car one time (in their shop). I was told that I couldnt prove that they damaged my car. I am not happy about this and will no longer do business with this dealership. Here are some things to think about before getting service from this shop: 1.) Quality of Service: someone in the shop clearly threw special edition rims around with no regard for their well being. 2.) Honesty and Integrity: It would have been apparent to whoever put the tires back on the car that the rims had been damaged, yet I was rushed out the door with a "let's sneak this by him" mentality.3.) Accountability: When informed of the issue management took no accountability.How can I continue to give business to a company that mistreats my car, hides it from me, and then refuses to repair the damage they caused afterwards? How can anyone?Full disclosure: I did not actually speak to Greg Goodman, I spoke to a service technician who says he spoke with Greg about it and that Greg is the one that said I can't prove it happened in the shop so they won't do anything.

I called to make an appointment to get my truck serviced. I was given the name of a service advisor to contact and a firm appointment at 10:00 am. I arrived at exactly 10:00 am. The service advisor I was asked to contact was not working. The young man who took my information informed me that the service was first come-first served and that my appointment really didn't have anything to do with when my truck would get serviced. When I spoke to the service manager about this he said an "appointment" meant simply a time that I could drop off the vehicle, not get it worked on.In short, there are no appointments at this dealership. If you have time to waste, then it probably won't matter. If you are like me and work for a living, remember to add to the cost of the service the time you will spend waiting. Oh and one more thing. I bought the $75 package that includes a free wash with the service. They didn't wash the truck. I wonder if they even really changed the oil. They got my money so I'm stuck for the next two oil changes but I'll go elsewhere next chance I get.If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business.

I have been using Larry H Miller RAM services since 2010. The service folks have been very efficient and understandable in doing the repair/recall write ups. The new facilities have greatly improved the experience. I haven't had any major repairs to truck but all recalls and warranty work have been performed correctly.

Every time I take my Jeep to Larry H. Miller to get serviced, or even if I simply have a question about something, they are always more than willing to do whatever they can to help me out and take good care of me! They are so kind and a pleasure to work with! Especially Guy, he's awesome! :) I love that they always offer to wash my car as a part of the service and have even filled up my tires for me when I told them I did not know how to do it by myself. I shopped the internet first, found a 2013 dodge Durango listed for 28,000. and change, sent my info on the internet and quickly got a return call, told Debra Stevens about 2013 on the net, she called me back and said it was gone (of, course) but her manager said he would match the deal. I told Debra that I didn't to waste her time not mine, so I didn't want a white/light colored vehicle nor was I going to spend over $30,000, if she could meet those I would come in. I got there and the salesman asked if I wanted to test drive the WHITE, SILVER, or CHAMPAGNE colored one! I told him none, I didn't want a light colored vehicle. He said lets test drive one of these and then if you like it we'll find you one in a color you want. We test drove. It was fine. He had me take a seat, took some info and said he be back. I thought he was going to see about finding other colors. When he came back He had a price for the silver Durango and asked what it would take to get me to buy it. It was SILVER and over $30,000. He now tells me other dealer wont want to give up the sale of a Durango. Finely convince them I am not buying a white vehicle, asked about jeep, was told it would be too small was never offered to test drive one. Finally they asked me about a Journey, I said yes my daughter had and one it was nice, and that I had recommend it to her. The salesman told me a V-6 got better gas mileage (wrong), so I said find me one in a dark color. They brought me a Black full leather interior, beautiful journey, it was listed over $31,000.00, I told them get this under $30,000 including tags, title and licensing and I'll take it. While they salesman was getting a price, I read the sticker, gas mileage was worse that the floor model, when I asked why, I was told the V-6 used more gas and of course they couldn't get it under $30,000. This kind of crap went on and on. I told them at five I hadn't eaten since early morning and I was going to go eat and then come back. Took roughly thirty minutes to convince them to let me get out the door. I finally said I would buy a dark blueish green Journey. But I came back the next day, because by 6:15 I was mentally and fiscally exhausted, and guess what!!! I had to wait the next because they didn't have the paperwork done. I am SO mad at myself for not walking out the door when I was asked if I wanted to drive the SILVER, WHITE, or CHAMPAGNE Durango. So I get a call from Debra about the car and she tells that I'll be receiving a request to do a survey and to please give a positive one because my salesman was new and it would help with his job security. I tried to talk with her about NOONE listening but she basically blew me off. I answered truthfully to the survey, mentioning that I didn't think the salesman was at fault because I knew his managers were pushing him! A couple of days AFTER the survey I receive an E-Mail from the dealership manager, saying if I was not completely happy with my experience to all him first and he would take care of it. I replied I had already took and survey, was not pleased and would be happy to talk with. Was supposed to see him on the third but had a family emergency and needed to leave but debra said we could talk on the phone and she'd have him call. I have since told two people at the dealership I still haven't had a call from "Flip" and still nothing! I recently asked about a satisfaction quarantee and could not get an answer, asked me questions, said he'd have to talk to salesman. I would definitely NOT recommend Larry H MIller to any one. I am extremely dipleased with the journey. My two oldest grand children can't sit comfortably in second row unless front seat pulled all the way forward. I can not open a cooler all the way. NO ONE LISTENED TOO anything I said, quite frankly besides just being completely overwhelmed (or maybe completely run over) I can't imagine why I purchased this vehicle!

While I do live closer to another Dodge dealer, which was handling my service needs in the past, my experience at Larry Miller's was quite refreshing. When my truck needed some major repairs, they were way more willing to work with me on options for cost of repairs. The level of explanations of those options was more understandable.

I was on my way to Rich Ford to purchase an F150 pickup. My fiance had purchased a Fusion from them the week before. On the way to the Ford dealership I stopped to check on the Ram trucks just for reference. I was met by a sales person Mike Reta, I have have misspelled his last name. He was helpfull, informed, and quite knowledgeable about his products.Well, I left that evening in my new Ram pickup.Having purchased two vehicles within a 5 day period, there is no comparison between Rich Ford and Larry H. Every time I come in I am told that my car needs all kinds of service that I do not need. Example, Needs alignment, (Tires do not show abnormal wear.) Rear Axle oil dirty. (How does oil get "Dirty" in an enclosed differential? It took about 45 minutes to get an oil change, the car set in the shop for about 15 minutes be fore the service tech came to finish the paper work. You can do better than this!!!!.

I bought my first truck from here and it was a great experience! The process was easy and quick. I recently went to get an oil change and te customer service was excellent. The mechanic took me out to my truck to show me what they found, what they suggested I replace and were really friendly. I had to get a new bolt to the oil pan and they even waive red it so I wouldn't have to pay for it. I don't have any negative reviews!

I HAD MY DODGE TRUCK SERVICED,ON 9-23 -2013,ON 10-24 -1013 i washed my truck and noticed a dent in the hood that had to have been done from underneth the hood odviously while servicing the vehicle,i went back to the dealer. there responce was they could`nt prove that it was something they had done.the dealer inspects your vehicle for any damage on the way in , but not on the way out, i won`t go back to this dealer.but will always look for any damage before leaving from now on.

Why I gave them a 5 - My family and I were on vacation and had our car break down just 100 miles outside of Albuquerque, N.M. We had our Journey towed to a small town repair shop who said we needed a new engine and they could not do that repair. Feeling utterly stuck and sadden since we were on our way to the balloon festival, I called around to find a dealership in Albuquerque. One did not even bother to call me back but Larry H. Miller not only got me a service person right away but they helped me find a tow truck that would come get us (which included my husband and my two kiddos of 5 and 11) and bring us to them. WOW! The service did not stop there, the following morning Tim called us and first asked for permission to start the diagnosis and then he called back shortly after to say he had diagnosed the problem (which was not an engine but an issue with hoses, etc) and my vehicle would be repaired that DAY! It was ready later that afternoon. Tim and the Larry H. Miller dealership gave us many things besides great service. We were still able to take the kids to the festival because of them, we had security in knowing our Dodge had been repaired and with comfort drove it all the way back home to Austin, Texas, and we had peace of mind because of Larry H. Miller.

The service was excellent but the cost I believe was quite high. The regulator replaced at $150.63 in comparison to Autozone's $64.99 (possible rebuilt) and Napa's $89.99. The labor fee of $150.00, I assume for 1 hour and a half, was rather high as well.

Very Good experience from beginning to end. I like the set up of the service bays. They are large, lighted very well and nice and clean. I really like that the service people come to me and I dont have to wonder around looking for someone to help me. I also love the fact that the offices to take care of the paperwork are very close and I dont have to go on an expedition to get to one! Mr Montoya met me at my vehicle, asked what the issues were took me to the office and 5 minutes later i was on my way! My Nitro went in for an airbag light being on. The techs did what they do and took care of the issue same day! When I returned to pick up my Nitro it was parked very close to the service bays which I really like.Thank you to all involved!!!Tim

I had a warranty claim on my Dodge Avenger. Larry H. Miller Dodge was able to get the car in and fixed right away, which was critical to me as the driver window had fallen in the door and I did not have a way to secure the car. Brandon was very nice and help. When the car was returned to me the decal on the door had been damaged, which he had replaced. So my car still looks great and I will definitely service my car through Brandon and Larry H. Miller. Thank you.

Francisco was great to work with! He was friendly and professional. I was impressed with his knowledge of the product and his interest in getting me the correct vehicle! Now, not with Francisco, but the dealer ship management is where my little compliant rests. When I am directed to your business by the people of USAA, then know that financing is through them. If the general manager and sales manager insist that a customer needs in house financing, this places undue stress on the whole deal. The dealer will receive moneys from the finance institution, hold backs, monthly quota from Chrysler Group based on monthly sales, and god knows where else. Well that said, know I would travel to your dealership for minor maintenance to be performed. I would say hello to Francisco, even take him out for lunch, and then come in and harass the xxxx out the head honchos. You deserve it!!, And don't forget the hat!!!!!With graditude William

Even though the dealership was busy, Chris welcomed me while Jude went to get the car I wanted to see. Jude provided me with a tremendous amount of information about the vehicle while we were on the test drive. He showed me numerous features of the vehicle and was very enthusiastic. While Jude had the car detailed, I waited for Mr. Hill in the finance department. Mr. Hill was efficient as we went over many of the financial details. The processes of the dealership are streamlined and there is a lot of things going on at the same time to reduce the customer waiting time. They made me feel like a valuable customer. It was a great experience.

I have given an excellent rating because from start to finish L.M. Dodge kept me up to date on what was wrong with my transmission, what they were doing to fix it and what their progress was. I called them 2 times during the two day process to get a status update. Each time they were able to access the info at the click of a mouse. My truck was returned to me much cleaner than it was dropped off, which was a very nice gesture. Everyone I spoke with was both friendly and helpful. The online appointment process was very convenient. Brandon Banas was very knowledgeable and informative. I drive about 35,000 miles/year for work in this vehicle and it is so important that I am able to rely on a dependable repair facility. L.M. Dodge is it for me. This was the best experience I have ever had with regard truck repairs. While I hope I do not need major repairs soon, I am glad to know THE place to go.

Took my 2004 Dodge ram 3500 in for an air conditioner service. They charged $168.00. to test for leaks, (none found) Evac and recharge the system. I am fine with that. I picked the truck up later that day and found the A\C was blowing just as warm as it did to begin with. (don't they test their work?) Took it back in. It sat there through the weekend and into tuesday Which is also fine. Got a call stating that they found a leak! wow! imagine that. Its on a line that will only cost an additional $680.00 to repair! Now, i know mistakes can be made in any industry but this just appears to be a scam youd expect to see from some small time repair shop, Not a dealer! I refused the service and will be demanding my $168.00 be refunded. Terrible business practice!

Deborah Stevens is the most professional, knowledgeable, considerate and understanding sales person I have ever encountered in my many years of purchasing vehicles. I actually enjoyed the purchase of my new Jeep which is a first for me. I went to Larry H. Miller because of my daughter and son-in-law who purchased a used vehicle and had the engine blow up half way across the country. Larry H. Miller stepped up to the plate and put another engine in their vehicle at no expense to the kids. I have never heard of that happening with a used vehicle before. I figured anyone who would take care of customers like that would be a good place to buy from.I wasn't wrong, as my experience at Larry H Miller Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep was a very enjoyable experience for me. I explained to Deborah I only had so much money to work with and she went out of her way to find a vehicle that fit our needs and was within my budget. There was no pressure of any kind from Deborah as she worked on meeting my budget. Un heard of for car sales people. She understood my position of having a limited budget and still made it possible for me to purchase the vehicle of choice. I truly want to thank Larry H Miller and especially Deborah for a truly enjoyable experience from a very family oriented company. We went in to have a car serviced, was not happy with the car we had, only had it 3 months. Mike was so friendly, so we ask him about trading it in on something better, he worked out a wonderful deal for us on 2012 Town & Country. Zak finished the rest of the paper work, he was great at keeping us up to date on what was going on. Everyone That works there does a wonderful job at making you feel at home. We called on July 11, about an oil change, Shawn answered the phone, told me to come on in. When we pulled in we were greeted and ask how they could help us, told them we had talked to Shawn and he was out talking to us within 20 seconds. Shawn told us we were do for a 30,000 mile check up, he explained everything in detail, worked on the car and got us out in the time he said it would be ready. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee; salesperson was Dominic Zamora, finance person was Carmela Sanchez. We found both individuals to be very professional, knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and both were a pleasure with whom to work. Buying a car is always a somewhat unpleasant experience, despite the fact the end of the process provides one with a new "ride" and the subsequent pleasure of all that. It's always somewhat confrontational, especially when it comes time to attempt a closing, emotions get frayed, tempers short; it is like having to suffer pain before pleasure. Dominic and Carmela both minimized that discomfort, and, in fact, made the whole process tolerable, almost pleasant. My wife and I both went home with very positive feelings about the process, the personnel, and the dealership.We both love the Grand Cherokee, and will definitely recommend your dealership for any of our friends or colleagues who may be in the market for a new car.

Sean was very friendly and professional he explained everything that was going to be done to my vehicle and why, he also quoted me prices along with that so that I could fit them into my budget. Sean kept me informed of my vehicle's progress and any changes that came up, he also offered to get me in touch with Enterprise rental cars just in case I needed a rental....very thoughtful. I called the dealer and explained that I had an unexpected trip to Albuquerque and I wanted to see if I could get work done on my Grand Caravan, I would be traveling with my family and would need some form of transportation while I was there. Mr Coleman was able to schedule me a time, listened to my concerns with the van and had a car ready for me. The diagnosis I had received on a prior visit was not entirely correct, Perry kept in contact with me and kept me abreast of what would be needed, cost as well as probable time of completion. NO sales integrity much less honesty. Came in to look at a minivan and possibly trade in our car. We told them our price range and what model/year we wanted, initially David did show us something near our price range, then said he had a better model for just a couple thousand more - turned out to be 5 thousand more! We didn't agree to buy anything but wanted to see what kind of numbers he could come up with for both vans taking the factory rebate, trade-in and a voucher for EP pricing into account. It was taking way to long for crunching inventory numbers and discounts. That's when they used our trade-in vehicle to hold us hostage when we wanted to walk (had to ask for the key back several times), plus offered us less than peanuts for the trade in (for which Melloy Dodge gave us $2000 more) then several different managers plus Dave (whom we'd been assured we WOULDN'T have to deal with again!) bugged us by phone for 2 days with a too-good-to-be-true deal - they refused to explain just how they got that low. (turns out they were leaving out Tax-Title-License) To top it all off - found out this morning the sales rep ran a credit inquiry WITHOUT our express permission!!! Better Business Bureau, here I come!BIG thanks to Melloy Dodge for getting us a good, honest deal on the same van without all the hassle!(Let's see how long this review stays up)

This dealership can't be this BAD for us and so WONDERFUL for the rest! So obviously, they do away with the bad reviews! Let's see how long my statement stays up here. I have a son, who knew exactly what he wanted when we walked in. We ordered the car. Since the sale was made and he had his sale then he had no use for us anymore. The car came in 2 weeks before my son was able to pick it up, so all check points should have been made. Right? Well we picked it up, there was a dent on the brand new car, but Dwight was so busy making sales, he admitted not being able to check out the car like he should have and didn't see the dent. His own words, mind you! But they said to have it fixed on my son's time, pay for it and they would reimburse us. But wouldn't give anything in writing. My son lives in Iowa, a storm was coming so he left early Sunday to beat the bad storm. During his trip, he found out the washer pump was empy while driving in a snow storm with 60 mile winds. His windsheild was muddy and full of slush. Scary, right.....and no washer fluid. So he gets off the freeway, buys washer fluid, gets back into the car and proceeds to find out it still isn't pumping out any fluid!!!! Scary again!!! I call the dealer, tell them my story and they tell me to stop by any dealer and get it fixed. He's trying to get home, on the road, with many hours of driving left to do and he needs to find a dealer!!!!!! They let this brand new car off the lot in not working order. I get Flip, gen mgr of sales. He doesn't call me back all day, so I call back. He tells me he talked to my husband and didn't feel the need to call me. But I'm the one who called him. Does he blow me off because I'm a female, a mother and thinks he doesn't need to call me back after he says he would????? Can you believe this!!!! So now I'm waiting for the general manager to call me back..........what would you do???? I had my only child, in a snow storm that was unable to get crap off his windsheild so he could see. And they don't feel like this is a big deal! It's huge. What if my son got into an accident. He was stressed from this experience and I can't get anyone to call me back. This is the type of customer service I have received, so far. What's next??

I spent more that I had wanted, but left with a great running car, which should keep me going, trouble free for a long time. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango early in December. I drove 3 hours to this dealership. The following week I had to bring the Durango back to have a few new parts installed as well as fix the broken ceiling clip and inspect some paint defects on the rear bumper. This is where all of the trouble started. Multiple parts that I ordered were not ordered by the dealership which meant I had to make another 3 hour trip each way. On top of that I had to bring the vehicle back into have the bumper repainted. The dealership seemed interested in selling me the vehicle and then washing their hands off it afterwards. I was given the wrong company's name that had my parts. I was not given a loaner car as agreed to. The sales department was annoyed by this situation and would not talk to me, let alone help me. I made another 3 hour trip to have the bumper repainted. Originally this was to be complete by Friday the 21st. I received a call Friday and was told that my Durango would be ready first thing on the 22nd so I should come in at 2 PM. I drove another 3 hours and showed up at 2 PM only to find out that my vehicle would not be ready until the 27th now as the dealership was having a Christmas Party and was closing at 5 PM on the 22nd. The dealership finally agreed to have the vehicle ready on the 22nd. The paint shop came and picked me up and I waited until 7 PM to receive a partially complete paint job, not to mention that during the process, I have a brand new scratch on a completely different part of my Durango. My Durango was also supposed to have an air deflector and splash guards installed by the dealership. This did not happen. The dealership also did not fill up the Durango with a tank of gas as agreed and when I tried calling all of my contacts at the dealership, I still have not received any responses. This has been and absolute nightmare and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The above does not cover everything, just a portion of the issues I have experienced.

My experience with Dwight Curry was very good. He was attentive and aside from wanting to sell a auto, was a very good communicator. The game of selling a car is very tiring and one that I never look forward to, but Dwight was willing to hang in there with me during the long process and did a very good job.My experience with others that worked the floor was excellent, everyone friendly and helpful.At the end of the day, when all should be settled and signed, I found Rod to be a little shady...he first pitched me purchasing the additional year oil and tire rotation package along with the dent, etc package. When I did not want to buy, he then offered it to me for free...?? Of course I took it but it did not feel good being asked to buy something then him turning around because I said no and offering it to me as a "gift", which leads me to believe that my monthly payment would have been less without the "gift" if I had not spoken too soon during our conversation concerning the monthly payment...Also, my brother-in-law was acting as a co-signer for me but Rod had ME sign as co-signer and my brother-in-law was sent papers to sign as the buyer...Although my brother-in-law signed for me,it did not go over well and has caused family tension...No one likes the feeling of being taken advantage of...not good. It is things like this that make dealership, car salesmen and all other employees look bad. Will I refer? I probably will but not before I share my experience with the referral so that they can go either with their own financing already taken care of and/or knowing what to expect up-front from the finance manager, if they should decide to buy.Purchasing a car is not a joyful thing...by the time one finds the car, negotiates the deal and gets to finance, one has spent 8-10 hours of unnecessary bartering and dealing. It sucks the life out of a person and kills their joy of purchsing an expensive item for themselves...Dwight Curry did his best to sell a car and to make the experience as joyful as possible, then Rod killed it...If I had not really needed a car, I would have gone home without one because I loath being made feel that someone thinks I am a "stupid woman" who can be manipulated and taken advantage of...Lastly, the first survey request came to me and called me "Ms. Wise". My name is not Ms. Wise, that is my sister. My scores above are based upon the over all experience rather than one person's actions.

This was our first visit since we purchased our Avenger. It was for the first oil change. I also had some problems with a vibration and the brakes grabbing. Nat listened to me and when the car was done (less than an hour with no appointment)he explained that I needed to have the roaters sanded. He appologized that he didn't have a tech on Saturday to do the work but gave me his card and asked that I make an appointment at my convenience. He explained the length of time it would take and that he could get the shuttle to take me to work or home.We were very satisfied with the customer service and especially since the place was filled with service customers I still felt like I was top priority. We are going to buy the service plan for our daughter so that she can receive her oil changes at this service dept.

I called the dealership for service and got a friendly service advisor on the phone who helped me schedule an appointment. When I arrived for service I was greeted by a friendly service advisor who took my information. After a while the advisor came to me to discuss what was found. He told the mechanic what we discussed and he went to work on my truck. A while later the friendly mechanic came to me to discuss my service issues in detail. Overall, I was very impressed with each person I dealt with at the dealership. What a professional organization. Thank you. What a breath of fresh air to work with a dealership like yours.

I felt that as first Item of business we should have been present was the actual price of the vehicle we had ordered as we only recieved a quote at the time we ordering. When the price was finally discussed there were many discrepancies to the paperwork which made it appear as the sales manager was trying to increase the price or just picking numbers out of the air to try and justify the increase to the cost of vehicle. Mr. Nour constantly had to go to his manager for explanations. clearly he was not authorized to negoiate the matter on his own. It would have been appropriate for the sales manager to sit in on this negoiation especially as there were so many discrepancies and questions. In the end we settled for a price which was $500 more than we had expected to pay. We were offered other no incentives only excuses and apologies.The bright spot of the whole experince was dealing with Mr. Sam Nour. Had it not been for his friendly, knowledgeable, attitude we would not have picked Larry Miller for our purchase. The gaggle of salespersons around the front door to the establishment is enough to put off most buyers. You are attacked before you are even out of your car. This was never the case with Sam. He was always polite, helpful and never aggressive to the sale and even offered good advice on what particular vehicle would best meet our needs.

Very poor service, during a recall of the rear lower control arms the technicians forgot to put on 4 of 5 lugnuts on rear wheel, which was discovered only after hearing a clanking from the rear while driving on a dirt road. The positive was they drove 40 minutes to install the lugnuts, but did not bring a jack or intend to inspect for any damage prior to departing. After driving further, we noticed popping noise after going over bumps. Upon inspection at home, I noticed a nut on the replaced rear LCA was loose to the point I could take it off. We drove over 80 miles before I finally discoved the loose nut, and 40 before we discoved the lugs. LHM's negligence had we not discovered it when we did could have easily caused a rollover resulting in serious injury or death. When informed of the LCA, they failed to respond to any messages.

Josh's boss who introduced himself as Tre(?) came over and interacted with us about halfway through our visit as there had been a miscommunication in the back room and Josh ended up misquoting our trade-in's payoff amount to us (which obviously meant the monthly payment that we were quoted was incorrect as well). Tre was unfriendly, rude, and honestly speaking our brief interaction with him was enough to cause my wife and I to stand up and walk out of the dealership. Josh chased us down in the parking lot just as we were about to leave and convinced us to come back inside to talk with the next level manager (who's name I cannot remember). He and Josh apologized for the miscommunication, and for Tre's rudeness and this gentleman was willing to work with us to figure out how to adjust the deal such that the numbers would work out to a payment we were comfortable with given the larger payoff we needed to account for. Tre made no attempt to salvage our business. He and Josh went above and beyond from that point to make sure that we were happy and comfortable and ultimately we decided that the overall experience Josh and this upper level manager provided us was great enough that we went ahead with the purchase. For these reasons we give Josh and the upper level manager 5's in all categories except for overall experience as we must include Tre's rudeness in that category. If we were rating Tre separately from Josh and the upper level manager 1's would not be low enough (you should really add some negative numbers to this survey, as he was really quite horrible to interact with). We would certainly recommend the dealership as on the whole the staff was wonderful to work with and really went out of their way to accommodate us and make the buying experience enjoyable. We would however hope that Tre would no longer be on the staff at such a point where anyone who we recommend your dealership to would visit.

My wife and I were in Albuquerque for other business and we were in our large pickup pulling a large trailer. Randy found parking for out truck/trailer while we looked at the jeeps on the sales lot. We were just looking, but found the jeep we had in mind and Randy was able to give us a price that we were happy with so we made a deal that evening and my wife drove our new jeep home.

We have purchased our last two vehicles from your dealership. Before that our purchases were from your location under Zangara. I contacted the dealership on the internet and was told they would be folling up with me. The next day I visited the dealership walked the lot for 10 min no one even gave me the time of day. I went in to the showroom and not even the receptionest gave me the time of day. I then walked back across the parking lot and drove off while I was leaving I saw a salesperson and his response was (what do you want me to do!) I then contactd the internet people again and was told I would here from someone asap. I then called sales MGR. Flip left message no response!!WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERENCE!! I was pleased with the service now. Previously displeased as an oil change was not done because a pack rat filled half the rear engine area. They should have told me, but released the vehicle as if the change was done. I checked the oil, dirty, took it back and mgr agreed then the changed the oil.With about 17,000 miles on the truck I was told that the factory recommended changing all the gear oil, about $200. I had it done but was thinking it questionable. The manual recommends early change for heavy duty use, which it was apparent not the case for my truck. Nor was I asked about usage.Subsequent work was done at Melloy and Jiffy lube. This is the first time I returned based on a positive from a friend who has 2 Dodge/Ram vehicles. I will return because your dealership is closer, but I will remain vigalent.

Positive: Mr Allen was prompt, friendly, courteous.Negative: Given the vehicle's low mileage the list of "recommended service" provided after the oil change seemed excessive and opportunistic.Positive: I left with a generally very positive view of LHM's Lomas service staff and facility.Negative: At my next stop I discovered that both the remote door lock and trunk release on the key-fob weren't functioning. My first guess was a low battery but I was unwilling to leave the vehicle unlocked while I went to purchase a battery. And even if I got a battery I had no way to open the fob to install it. I left a message with the person who answered Mr Allen's cell number but after waiting about 15 minutes I decided to just return to the dealership and wait for an opening in the service schedule.I learned afterward that when I brought the vehicle in for the oil change the porter who parked it noticed that the remote door lock button was not working but apparently didn't pass along that info. Although this small oversight ultimately "cost" me moderate frustration and about 1 1/2 hours of "lost time" in my morning LHM's service team ultimately came through. Positive: When I arrived back at the dealership I was greeted promptly by a friendly sales rep, who alerted Mr Courtney in the Service Dept. Mr Courtney was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. The vehicle was taken immediately to have the fob checked out. The problem (low battery) was correctly diagnosed and a new battery installed. Before buying my Jeep two days ago from Mark's Casa, I had gone to Larry H. Miller on Wyoming, and their employee Dominic had not only lost my driver's license as I took a test drive, but then he had the gall to tell me that he had given it back to me and I had lost it. It had fallen out of his pocket somehow during the drive, and I got my driver's license back about a week later once they cleaned the car out and found it.I would recommend Mark's Casa any day of the week over the lazy, unfriendly employees at Larry H. Miller. They lost my business, and they lost the business of everyone that I might refer to.I ended up buying my new Grand Cherokee Laredo X two days ago from Mark's Casa Jeep, and the experience was great.

Moving out of state, I took my 2005 Jeep in for service. All fluids changed including differential, transmission, etc. towed the Jeep to our new home. Drove about 50 miiles and started making bad noise in xfer case. Took it to Jeep dealer and found that there was no oil in the transfer case. Called service manager at L H Miller and he laughed at me. Dealer here said it was negligent and that he would replace it if they had done it. Talked to CRC, chrysler response center, but they are useless, too. Couldn't do anything because L H Miller is "independent." found out, they all are. $1080oil change +$1500 transfer case change? Expensive experience. Never again. Caveat Emptor. Larry H. miller does not stand by its customers. Hope you don't have any issues. Forget it if you do.

I had a great experience when I went in to get my jeep serviced. I did an oil change as well as a recall service. The service technicians got me in right away and began work. Shawn informed me periodically through my wait what they were in the process of and how much longer it would be. The service was quicker than I anticipated and everyone in the service area was really friendly and nice. I was done earlier than anticipated and was able to continue on with my day and its tasks, no interruption. I don't usually have a good experience when taking my vehicle into a dealership but this one was a great one.

I had been in the market for a new van. I visited many brands and models...from Toyota Sienna to Class B vans... I then drove to Albuquerque and looked at the Toyotas, Chevrolets, Nissans and class Bs at Vantastic Vans. By chance, I stopped at your Dodge place and low and behold, I am driving the Grand Caravan. Lenny worked extra hard and SOLD ME THE VAN....great "all around" salesman. Then, as he dealt with Thomas, I appreciated Thomas' consideration on a price I was willing to pay. After I met him, he too was extra special and such an inspiration. Finally to finish it all, met Carmela to do the final paper work. She was beautiful, patient, knowledgable, professional yet so down to earth and friendly. I walked out of there after 10:00pm... Spencer replied to my inquiry very quickly, I told him, I did not have the time, to waste and play game, if he can make an honest deal, I will buy from, him, He showed me sevral vehicles, he knew ins and outs of every vehicle, very impressive, and was honest about it. I felt his sincereity. I have never met this gentleman, or Mr. Hill. I was not hasseld or taking for granted. So that was a nice experience. Mr Hill, explained the sale transaction, while talking about our lives, so it felt nice. I purchased this vehicle (Pontiac Solstice) and a new Dodge truck (in December 2010) from your dealership. I have had very good service throughout the timeframe. The only problem encountered was the "fobs" that came with the Dodge. We have had problems getting them to work after the first 6 months of usage. The service department has reprogrammed them twice and I have replaced the batteries 3 times. Recently, the service dept was going to reprogram them a third time but after further discussion they replaced them, so we hope that this will correct the problem. I am very happy with the purchases I have made as well as the service. Sean is the individual who typically handles me and does a very good job and is very pleasant. Very good experience. The only thing that would be nice is to get an estimate of how long it will be especially when you are going to wait for your car. I realize I could ask for a ride to work but for an oil change I didn't see the need.One other small thing - it would be great to offer people 2 areas to wait in - one has the TVs going which is just more noise in my world. If there is another place to wait, have a cup of coffee and read where it is realatively quiet - that would be most welcome.

I had to bring in my Jeep Cherokee vehicle due to problems with warning signals showing on my dash. I was unaware of the cause of this but Brandon and the Larry H. Miller staff ensured that the problem would get resolved. My experience was all around great in that when I first contacted Larry H. Miller to make an appointment, Jaime answered my call and was more than willing to work with me to make a convenient appointment to drop off my car and offered travel to and from where I needed to go from the dealership. Once I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted well and in a timely manner and Brandon took me right in and got my vehicle in the process of being checked quickly. Throughout the day Brandon gave me updates to my Mom and I as to the problems that they found with my vehicle and how to best correct those issues. As I am sure you all know that when any customer brings in a vehicle for repairs that customer worries that they will be sold something not in his/her best interest. However, I did not feel this way at all with my experience at Larry H. Miller and I believe Brandon and the staff there had my best interest at heart. Further, I was offered, and accepted, the $75.00 three oil change offered by you all, which is an incredible deal.All in all, my experience with you all was great and I will be a returning customer and will recommend you all to my friends and family. I was informed promptly when the vehicle arrived. I was treated fairly with the price. The honesty of the staff actually surprised me more than anything. Their candor along with the continued quality of the Ram brand would cause me to be a repeat customer.

Bought my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Carmax along with a Carcare warranty. Carmax repaired the rear axle before I bought it because it was noisey. About a year later the noise came back. Carmax was too busy to repair it so they sent me to a local transmission shop for the repair. The transmission shop didn't believe it was the rear axle so they went thru the transmission, transfer case, driveline replacement, etc. To make a long story short, the kept my Jeep for most of the Summer and did not repair it. The warranty company told them to bring the Jeep to Your dealership (Larry Miller Jeep).That's when I met Karen who called me to let me know the Jeep was there. Karen kept me in the loop thruout the repair. The other place hardly ever called me, I had to call them. When I picked the Jeep up, the rear axle noise was gone, but there was a driveline vibration. Karen contacted the warranty company and they authorized a used rear driveshaft. When I was back in, waiting for the driveline to be installed, I met the Service Manager, Greg Goodman. I told Greg that I was impressed with the people that I had worked with in the sevvice department. Specifically, Karen and the tech who repaired my Jeep, Mike. Mike's knowledge and repair skills are superior in my estimation.

Our sales person was very patient and helpful in our selection of the Wrangler. Going in, we didn't know which specific vehicle that we were going to purchse. Therefore, we test drove four or five different types of vehicles before making a decision. The sales person's knowlegde help in our decision. Everybody at the dealership made us comfortable and were very friendly and helpful.

Most of my search was done via the internet through Vanessa Harvey who was respectful and patient as I searched for a new vehicle. When I arrived at LHM I was greeted by Jon Jon who asked me what I was looking for. He found several vehicles which fit my budget with the options I was looking for and we went and test drove those vehicles. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking for (Ram 1500) and did not hassle me about upgrades or purchasing something I didn't particularly want. In fact when we were sitting down evaluating options and prices for vehicles he went out of his way to find me a vehicle with similar options but at a lower price. I thought this was outstanding as I have an inherent distrust of dealerships and their scams. During the paperwork portion of the sale Jon Jon was very patient with me and answered all of my questions truthfully and without hesitation. Again I was pleasantly surprised! Several days after the purchase I realized that I had left my garage door opener in the car I had traded in and when I called him he went out of his way to get it back to me! He also was helpful in getting the required paperwork for personally registering my truck. Overall a great experience so far! I hope that it continues!

We made an appointment with him and once we got to the dealership, he showed us several different models so we could get the one we wanted. Jon Jon was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. During our test drive he explained about all the new and important features of the vehicle (200)we were interested in buying. His knowledge of the 200 was endless...or so it seemed! He arranged for a test drive of a used 300 and compared many of the features. During the negotiations for purchase options he was patient and helpful, upon approval, he made arrangements to have another feature put on the vehicle and offered a loaner vehicle the day it was installed. Chris McCrary was very accommodating as he handled the contract/paperwork for the loaner in Jon Jon's absence the morning I took the car in for the automatic ignition. All of the sales staff were helpful, opening doors (when it would not have been noticed if they hadn't), offering to help if there was an expression of concern or question, there is a refreshment center and entertainment center are available to customers with two very nice large screen TVs are available, there are computer stations with internet as well as a spacious seating area with high and low chairs for discussion...a very nice facility.He was very helpful with the new media center and took the time to help me log in my cell phone ass well as explain the various features. I have the CD/DVD with all of this information, but nothing replaces the added assurance that another human being can give with an introduction to all the new things that come along with a new purchase. Jon Jon personally saw to it that my vehicle was in pristine condition; the windows were crystal clear and the interior immaculate....he treated my vehicle as if it belonged to his own family. wow. When I picked it up, my handshake turned into a genuine hug of appreciation. Jon Jon's attire is very professional and classy, he greets his customers with a smile and is always kind. Thank you Larry H Miller and thank you Jon Jon Nerida.

Joshua worked very hard to find us the truck we wanted. He demonstrated an extreem customer care attitude. The day was cold and wet yet he shuttled several trucks to the show room for us to review in the warmth and comfort of the inside show room. It was great! His knowledge of the various truck lines and packages was outstanding! It was a great experience just working the deal, then the price was $2000.00 better than I had hoped. It was the easiest most pleasant new vechicle experience EVER and I am 55!

My Jeep is an older model, 1998. I purchased it Used, from a local dealership where I have continued to have it serviced since purchase. Whenever I plan a trip, usually to CO and usually involving mountain driving, I have the vehicle inspected by the dealer so that any problems can be taken care of before I travel. I have owned, and driven, a Jeep since 1990 and have dealt with other dealerships while living in other states. Due to my experiences with the previous local dealership I have lost confidence in them and have been looking for a new dealership. More than once a problem has surfaced in the first 60 miles of my trip, after being told the vehicle was fine, causing me to leave the vehicle for repair in another state and rent a car to continue on my trip. The last time this happened, I had specifically requested that the brakes be given close attention. I had to leave the Jeep in Trinidad CO, with the Toyota dealer, while I rented a car to finish my trip. That dealer corrected the problem with the brakes and a couple of others that should have been noticed on the inspection before I left. I was really frightened of what could have happened on I-70 west of Denver if I had continued my trip in my Jeep.Now, though I never want to drive that highway again, I feel I could take my Jeep to CO with no problems. My experience at Larry H Miller was that the people are professional and interested in good service so you will continue to return. Thank you all very much.

Problem was not rectified. The cars FCw is malfunctioning causing vehicle downshift to 1st or second gear at speed resulting in a severe safety hazard. Vehicle has been to two different dealers 5 times and problem is still not resolved. I have advised NHTSA in writing about this situation.

I had a great experience with Trey and Tim Wharton as well as Will Real. They were able to meet me on all the requests I had from pricing on the new vehicle we purchased to being able to buy our vehicle that we were selling. They all did everything they could to work out a deal that was good for everyone. The only thing I would change is the time it took to negotiate the price on the new vehicle. I was there for three hours at one point.

Tom Abbin (Service Representative) was great. Very pleaseant and informative. Service was done in a very timely manner. Was going to leave and come back but the waiting room was very comfortable and relaxing and before I knew it my vehicle was ready. Tom explained additional services I needed which I will definitely have done at LHM in the future and will ask for Tom if available as my S.R. Had a coupon at another business for a oil change but by the time I had it done and the extra stop and wait I just could of had it done there for the same cost and saved myself the additional hassle. Even the same brand of oil which I prefer. Will know better next time. Thank You again for the excellent service.

Great new car buying experience. My goals for a monthly payment were met and I never felt pressured at anytime. I wanted to compare different models and of course I picked the one day that included a huge rainstorm. Larry Miller has an area that the cars can be drive inside (not the showroom) and you can compare them side by side. I thought that was very well done. All in all a great experience and I would recommend Mike and Larry Miller to anyone looking for a new car.

I came into your dealership wanting to look at the Dodge Journey. Tim was there bright and early on a Sunday morning to help my family and I with the questions we had. I was able to test drive the Journey I ended up purchasing that day and was given an offer letter to take with me and look over. There was never a sense of urgency from Tim. He allowed me to take my time in making the decision and once I had decided to purchase the Journey, Tim came in on his day off to process the paperwork and get me set up right. I appreciate the work he put in for me and will highly recommend im to any family/friends I have who are looking for a vehicle.

I would have given a better reveiw but I wasn't able to ask questions about what was done to my truck at the time because I wasn't given any paper describing what was done to my truck. I know that it was in for 3 recalls and a tire pressure sensing issue. Hope it was all resolved. Next time it would be nice to be able to ask questions and discuss it with the mechanic that worked on it.

We gave the Rating of 5 for the following reasons. Sam Nour spent a lot of time showing us several vehicles the week prior to us even buying a car. Sam treated us like we were his only customer and made sure that we were getting what we wanted for a price we could not refuse. Carmela ensured we were well informed about our financing options and did not try to pressure us in to buying any plans but took the time to explain our options. This was the least painful new car buying experience we have ever had. For once we did not feel pressured or that we were getting taken to the cleaners. We have never owned a Dodge before, and are glad that we stopped in to just look, and are glad we met Sam. We hope the customer service continues and you may have converted a devoted GM family.

I started my Joourney about 9:30 AM and finally drove off the lot at 2:20 PM. My new truck went to detail and came back still with pleastic on the interior chrome. I also understand the the extended warntee is a barter item starting at $1500 doallrs, I just had one of my employees aho purchased a vechile on Saturday and it started at 1500 dollars and the finicial advisor had it down to $300.00 dollars and finally it was thrown in as the deal. How come I was not offer this type of deal when my vechile was 20,000 dollars more than the vechile he purchased. Beware of this dealership. They use the "spot delivery scam" in an attempt to get more money out of customers. They approve financing, sign the contract, and allow you to drive away in the car. Then two weeks later the phone call comes saying that more paperwork needs to be signed because there was a problem with the financing and the loan didn't go through. They demand more money down and increase the payment by $100 a month, or even more. When you tell them you will not agree to the new terms, they have an excuse as to why your trade in is no longer available such as a "lost" key. This scam is increasingly being used by dealerships to increase their profits. It is nothing short of extortion. Do not fall for it. Insist on sticking to the original deal and they miraculously are suddenly able to adhere to the original deal. Apparently, many people have fallen for this tactic. The idea is to get you to fall in the love with the car while making you believe that the only way you can keep it is to abide by the new terms including an increased down payment, and higher interest rates and payments.

I feel very comfortable going to this dealership. I did buy my Dakota from Mellow but I prefer Larry H Miller. I always get great and friendly service. I am in retail myself so I know it when I see it. I usually deal with Lawrence but I believe I dealt with Richard for the first time Monday afternoon for an oil change. They both give outstanding service and it's a big reason I continue to choose Larry H Miller now. I love that you've remodeled. It is so much easier to get in and out and I love the big screen t.v. I got to watch some of the Packers game while I waited. I do intend on buying another Dakota in the future and I have no doubt it will be at this dealership. So I called and asked for the service department and was connected with Jenee Alarid an assistant service manager. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made it all work. Coordinated the service technicians; seemed to work well with them; and got me out in a reasonable time. Explaining the cost and offering options were very helpful to me.
