We only communed over the phone because we were traveling a distance to buy the Honda CRV. They worked hard to earn our business and gave us the price we asked for just over the phone alone. So we traveled the distance to buy the car, and all went well as planned. The salesman followed the instructions of the manager that left before we got there because he was sick. So we were thankful that the salesman was able to carry through with the sale with no problem. That says a lot about the manager that he must have good management skills if a salesman can carry through with his sale and follow his instructions. It was a good experience, especially for my 19 year old daughter's first car. Thanks guys!

Until my recent purchase of a 2016 civic, I've spent the last 16yrs driving a caviliar. I had my mind set on either a honda or subaru so I decided to try honda's first. I test drove both the civic and accord on my first visit. The next morning I started working with Howard on the civic I was interested in. After another test drive, we were off to the numbers game. Howard was about as easy to work with as I could have asked for. 4 short hours later, I was headed to lunch in a new car. My only complaint had nothing to do with buying the car but the fact they only come with a 3/yr 36k warranty that isn't bumper to bumper. Its a honda so I"m really not concerned. The real test for me will be my future experience with the service dept. The previous auto dealership lost a car sale because they tried to cut corners and got caught. I'm sure this wont be my last honda.

So before we test drove the car my dad and I walked by the Honda CRV ex and it was opens so I moved the seat and it comfortably and it was also up high. My husband always handled anything related to cars so I am completely out of my comfort zone when I have to handle car related things. I had a recall notice for my CR-V so thought I should get it handled immediately. I also scheduled an oil change at the time. I was impressed with the reception when I first walked in. He was very friendly, knew exactly what had to be done, and promised me the car would be ready by noon. The car was ready right on time. It was clean and everything had been checked and the recall was handled as promised. After a previously bad experience with an oil change the oil pan plug was tight, I was assured! My only comment was after I was almost home my tire pressure light came on and I had lights flashing and bells dinging. After they rotate the tires I would appreciate it if they would recalibrate the tires. I panicked when this happened. I called them and they talked me through the process. Of course I didn't have the button they said was by my knee so I did get out my owner's manual. Everything is good!

Used car salesmen have a historically bad reputation especially when it comes to selling cars to women. I was thus relieved when I met with Howard Berry. I had a couple models in mind that LHM Honda had available & Howard answered my list of questions openly & honestly. The vehicle history/maintenance was provided up front & Howard listed the pros & cons for me of the models. I appreciated the candor because that is what I was looking for... not just someone hoping to sell a car and making a commission. The process took a little bit longer than I thought it would but in the long run I am now a proud owner of a car I am very comfortable driving.

The people at Larry H Miller Honda are so friendly and extremely helpful! I went in knowing my two options I wanted to choose from, my sales Associate Howard helped me decide what option was best for me. He wasn't pushy or did not try to put me in a vehicle I didn't want. Michaelangelo was an amazing salesman. He wasn't pushy. He didn't care about crunching numbers right away. I hate it when a salesman's first question is, "how much you gonna put down? "The site is fancy, so I thought for sure I'd merry a bunch of snobs. Not true at Larry H Miller. Michaelangelo explained everything and really listened to what we wanted. He worked his tail off to get us into the car we wanted. I recommend him for any first time buyer, or any buyer with bad credit or a bankruptcy. I recommend him for ANY buyer, actually!

They had what I wanted on the lot, no searching the internet trying to find a car, although they can do that if needed.. A smooth all around purchase. No running back and forth to the manager a bunch of times. We talked frankly about my needs, decided on an offer for the vehicle I selected, and got a quick, no hassel answer. I have made other purchases at other dealers and this one rates up there with the best of them. Jimmy Hansen, the sales rep, spent time with us before and after the purchase making sure all of our questions got answered. There is a huge difference in the new car technology from what we were driving to this vehicle. Jimmy made sure to show us all the features and go through everything we could think of. And he also told us to come back any time if anything arises in the future. That means a lot to us.

I called dealership Friday morning to see if I would be able to get my vehicle serviced. When I asked about schedule The service writer ( Jeff ) stated that the day was very full but if I could leave for the vehicle for the day he would work it in. So that is what I did. Then I received a call about 10:00 am from Jeff the reason for his call that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced along with the air cleaner. He said that the car would be ready about 1:30 and it was. I am very pleased with the Downtown Honda dealership I have always been treated with nothing but courtesy and respect. Great work as usual, came in for an oil change. The staff was helpful and courteous, I was given a ride to and from my desired destination, and the work was performed professionally. The temporary facilities are ok but the lack of a car wash for the second time is detracting from a perfect rating. Perhaps Larry Miller Honda should partner with a local car wash and give customers a free wash through them. We have a GM vehicle that recently got an oil change from a local Buick dealer and received a car wash, and my Honda has been receiving car washes for years with every oil change. It has become somewhat of an expected perk of getting your oil change at the dealers.

I brought my car here for a recall. I had been sitting there for an hour and they tell me there are no parts to fix it today. I have not been bringing my car here for this reason and many more. They are not friendly, the service advisor did not even introduce himself and it was a different guy who told me there were no parts. I go to Pete's Honda for service and they are excellent and half the price of Larry Miller. Do yourself a favor and buy and service your car elsewhere.

A recent recall item caused me to schedule a visit to the temporary service department at Larry H Miller Honda of Spokane. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted taken care of by a friendly staff. The needed work was scheduled for about two hours, and even though the department was very busy, my work was finished in less than one hour. With the dealership under re-construction, I thought that there might be some difficulties and some delays, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth things were going. I have had service on my Hondas done here for years, and I was not disappointed. Good Show!!!

My appointment was for 7:30am and I needed a ride only to the central YMCA on Lincoln. The shuttle driver had to drive someone home to the Newport Highway and did not get back to the dealership until 8:15. I wanted the oil changed. Plus I was concerned if it was time to change the timing belt and or other scheduled maintenance needs. Jeff was able to look at my service records and share that the timing belt should not be an issue at this time but transmission and differential fluids should be check and changed if they showed signs of discoloration. They found a oil leek in one of the differential which they fixed and that the radiator was linking as well. So I was please to have the work done and things repaired before I had a bigger issue. This was all done quickly and ready for me to drive home after work on a Friday.Please give Jeff and the Team of people he works with a very Big Thank you for me. He and the Team are Fantastic!

Our family bought a new 2016 Honda Pilot from Larry Miller in Spokane. From the moment of the first phone call to inquire about the Pilot to having accessories put on the Pilot by the service department, the experience has been fantastic. For me, purchasing a vehicle is more than just the vehicle, it's about having an actual relationship with the people or company I am doing business with. Ron Stein, our sales person, actually listened to our needs and wants, unlike other dealerships we had visited, the first time and he didn't try to sell us on something that didn't meet our needs or wants. His follow through and responsiveness was terrific. He never "told us" what we should have or what we needed. There was a high level of trust established between us and Ron quickly. After we agreed to purchase the vehicle, settled on a price, settled on the monthly payment, and went through signing the loan documents, the finance manager then calls us the next day and says, "I have two choices for you, you can either keep the loan documents and payments the way they are or come back in and resign new documents that have a lower interest rate and lower payment". Even after the sale was done, they still went to bat for us to get us even a lower interest rate. Who does that? My experience has been, once the loan documents are done and the sale is done... It's done. Not with Larry Miller. After driving off in our new vehicle and after signing new loan documents with a lower interest rate, the service department calls us to set up an appointment to install the additional accessories that we ordered for the new Pilot. They realized our time was valuable and new it was going to be an all day job, that they arranged and paid for a rental car for us to use while they installed the accessories. Justin, our service advisor, took care of the arrangements and scheduling of everything that needed to happen with adding accessories on to our new vehicle. I drove in, dropped our vehicle off, the rental car company came and picked me up, and off I went with my normal day.When I walk into either the sales department or service department after very few visits, they actually remember who I am and genuinely want a relationship with their customers.I have no problems recommending them and have already recommended Larry Miller to my friends and family. It's a great feeling to make a purchase with a company where relationship comes first.

We were looking for a Honda Pilot in a specific trim and color and spent more than a month and a half visiting and calling dealerships all over the Seattle area. We kept getting the same response which was basically: The demand for the new Pilots is high, we don't expect to receive one in the trim and color that you want in the near future but if you order one we should be able to get one by next spring.I called Larry Miller Honda and spoke with Bud Sebens. He said that he didn't have one in stock nor was one expected to arrive in the near future. But he said that he would like to do a nationwide search and get back to me in an hour. In less than an hour he called back and said that he found one that was going to Boston that he might be able to trade for and said that he would get back to me the following day once he got confirmation from the other dealerships. He called me the following day and gave me an ETA.Bud kept us up to date as we waited and researched all of the background information that we requested on our options. He offered to pick me up from the airport on a Sunday and did so. He had everything prepared when I arrived so that I could complete the paperwork and start my drive back to Seattle. The salesman Nathan was great, he took the time to explain leasing to me which I would not have considered before. Once I understood, it made sense. Bud was my salesman showed me all the pricing of cr-v and accessories. He was very obliging and helpful. The same cannot be said for your finance manage Robert Mandziara. I found out after looking the paper work this morning that some of the charges for the optional protection plans . He inferred that the vehicle service and maintenance agreement also covered 4 other protection plans, which they did not. Those plans came to a total of $3000 approximately. So I ended up with over 6500 dollars in protection packages. The one that galled the most was the 300 for gap protection which I distinctly remember I did not want. This is exactly the reason so many people put off buying a new car.

I very rarely review products or services on the internet, however, in this case I just have to. We own a 2006 CRV. We have only used this dealership for service except for in cases where we have been traveling and need an oil change. Every time, let me repeat, every time we feel that we receive excellent service. We took our car in to be serviced and they exceeded our expectations by doing the driver's side air bag recall and found a small leak in some part named the oil pressure light censor or something like that. We really appreciate them catching this as we are planning a long trip and would have hate to have had an oil problem while gone. We so totally appreciate the service we receive here that we have been purchasing the $75,00 for 3 oil changes regularly. The employees are great also. When they tell us how long (if they have a problem other than service or other maintenance is needed) they are very honest about the time. They don't try to "sugar coat" it which is very nice for us because we normally wait for the car and enjoy walking downtown or go see a movie or something. We very much enjoy and appreciate the service we receive.

All of our purchases have been from brand dealerships and I have to say that Larry H Miller's Honda of Spokane was by far my best experience. No real pressure from test drive to purchase. It took less then three hours from start to finish. It helped that I was an ideal candidate, but even though It was still the best experience I have had.

I had an appointment for the air conditioner, but expressed my concern that I still had not had the air bag recall taken care of in spite of the fact that it had been some time. Was pleased to find that somehow they fixed the air conditioner but also they had found a replacement. The driver that took me home and picked me up was great. Also I think the girl who made my appt. and checked me out was great. Service is very important to me and I had a number of people tell me I should be going elsewhere for service. The cost for the air conditioner was less then what I thought it would be.

I had my car towed to Miller downtown Honda at ten minutes past closing time. The service manager,Jim,and one of his staff stayed on and checked my CRV into the service garage and set up my repair order even in after hours. The next day my AC compressor was repaired and a safety check performed, including repair of a tire with a nail I didn't know I had. The car was clean and the service report was detailed and complete. This is the excellent service I have come to expect from Downtown Honda. Thanks again.

Ron the salesman ,said our car was in a wreck, on July 2004 we had a rear bumper, R&R Rear Bumper Cover, Clear Coat and Tint Color, it had license plate screws pressed into the rear bumper from a person parking to close, the car wasn't in a wreck. Overall, considering the great price and quality condition of the used 2013 Accord EXL we purchased from Larry H. Miller's used car lot, I can't truly complain. But here are a couple of points where they could have done better, or maybe I should have. Less than a quarter tank of gas in the car when we drove away with it? I asked them to do a good job detailing it inside before I came to pick it, but it was still the same with food crumbs on the floor and under the seats from being driven. I should have bargained for a second key for it, (didn't find out there was only one key until we were done signing papers, EXPENSIVE!) something I believe they should have disclosed ahead of time. Car dealers always claim that they do a in depth inspection of every used cars they sell, but I found the engines air filter in desperate need of replacement, black and highly clogged? They did replace it for me, but it makes you wonder? I called to schedule a test drive of this vehicle in the morning, and when I showed up in the afternoon it was still covered in dusty dirt and difficult to see the actual color of it, windows dirty and not very well detailed inside either. I drove it anyway, and almost walked away from it because of this. Then as I was about to leave and look elsewhere, I asked the salesman if he would mind washing it so I could look it over better. He did, and because it looked much better I ended up making an offer leading to the purchase. Guess I actually sold it to myself. Enjoyed the people there, no pressure made the experience enjoyable as well in the end. Mechanics there were very courteous as well!

Great service for a routine service. I was aware of what was going to be done. Only thing I would suggest is that the service writer should tell the customer what the service is going to cost. Of course I could have asked but it was really a moot point (in my case) because the service needed to be done.Also, I not sure about the way Honda rates their dealers. I was told that any review less than Excellent is considered a failure. This causes the dealer to be very concerned about the rating. The service folks made it really clear this was a big deal for them not to get an excellent rating. It also means lots of extra communications. I received two emails from the dealer about the quality of the service plus a phone call asking if the service ratings was explained to me. And then, this one. Really? Just for a routine service? It's better than not caring about the quality of the service but having to deal with four communications is a bit much for me.

Took our 2015 Odyssey to get some additions installed and were very impressed with the quality of work and timeliness, even though they had 6 very time consuming things to do... install an engine heater, install roof racks, install interior and exterior protection packages, check the front end alignment, and check a factory defective sun visor. All these things were performed on one day and we received our van back spic and span and ready to go. We live an hour away and very much appreciate being able to consolidate our trips to Spokane. The folks at LHM Honda Downtown Spokane know this and have made every effort to accommodate us. Why do they always leave the following items upon turning my vehicle back to me:1. Mat Protector2. Seat Protector plastic3. Service tag on Rear View Mirror.It is a paint to always remove myself, walk back to the service bay and then to find a trash bin. Otherwise good service.

Took my Honda Odyssey in for an oil change. Almost have 100K miles. Leo and Ben(?) assisted me.They were very professional and did not try to "hard sell" me on any maintenance issues - which I appreciated. Leo was great at pick up. Had my car ready and had checked on previous issues and commented on future maintenance needs. They were accurate as my husband and I did previous research. I was disappointed that the only way to confirm the problem with an inoperable sun roof was to completely dismantle it to the tune of $700+. The cost to get to this point was $147. Unfortunately, the service contract I purchased from Downtown Honda, previous agency at this location, in October of 2008 for $1,500, apparently does not cover the anticipated costs until it is determined that the motor is faulty...the only likely part covered by the terms of the contract. The service representative handling this was very nice and did try to help me understand the situation. It is my problem to decide if opening the sun roof is worth the cost? I chose to defer that decision for the time being.

Bought a brand new 2014 black honda civic coupe. In two weeks of owning the vehicle, I have been in the shop for FOUR repairs. The tint was ripped and scratched on both door windows when I received the car at 9:30p.m. You guys replaced the tint on the two windows. Now the tint on the rest of the windows don't match the two new door windows. Third, there was ring wear on the door handles and scratches on the trunk lid. Got the ring wear out and tried to buff the scratches on the trunk out but they are still there. Finally, there is a water mark on the rear passenger pillar just below the window. You guys are ordering a new seal plus a new window. This is a brand new 2014 honda civic! It's only been two weeks since I had the car. Still waiting on a response of re-tinting the rest of the windows to match the two door windows. First time buying a brand new car and now felt like I bought a used car. Don't buy from here!

The team at Larry H Miller Honda performed a true relay race to get us the exact vehicle we needed in the best possible time. One salesman (Dan) picking up the baton when another (Bud) was down for the count, the sales manager (Ken) stepping in to keep the deal moving along in a timely manner, then on the final leg the finance/paper pusher (Robert?) finished the mile with a strong quick sprint (providing we signed on the correct line ;-) ). But wait; Larry H Miller is going the extra mile...Lydia is taking us cross country with Century Protection, and we have full service for the first few miles...who will we meet on the course next?Did we mention we also picked up parts from (Ed) for another one of our Fits. Move over Boston and Ironman, there is a new competition in town.

I really enjoyed working with your salesman. However when it came to buying I cannot recall the last time I experienced such poor service. He was not prepared. He was arrogant and un friendly. I am a sales manager for an insurance company and I would not have someone like him working for me or interacting with customers. This was the third and probably last car I will buy from your dealership. Previously I have referred several people to your dealership. I have already shared the poor service I received and will no longer refer people. If I was this individuals manager I would keep him as far away from customers as possible so he doesn't do additional damage.

I had been waiting for coupons in the mail for the routine maint, but have been informed they are no longer provided. The savings for maint. never showed up as an email coupon either. So, while I am away for work out of the country, I had to burden my friend to take care of my vehicle and bring it in. I sent her with a list and items to discuss. I am happy to report that she was able to get my questions answered even when I had her double check on a service item. I was not there personally to rate the service and I have yet to see my car, but thank you for treating my friend so well as the representative of my vehicle. She is also a loyal Honda customer. The visit was for routine service. I appreciated being able to ask for transportation home in advance and having the request noted by the service people. Although I had a lenghty wait for the shuttle (the roads were icy and city traffic slow), the driver was extremely friendly and courteous. The service took less time than I had expected (I could have easily waited), but the shuttle promptly picked me up and took me to the dealership without my having to call for a ride. Thanks to all.

We were helping our young adult son purchase his first new car. We actually spoke to Bud several months ago and we were looking at the new FIT. We returned and looked at new Civics. Bud was very low pressure. Since my son did not live in Spokane we had a few issues to overcome but Bud was very patient with us and the process. He gave us a very fair deal. Upon delivery he took time to show all of the features of the car and answer any of our son's questions. Overall an excellent experience.

Came in for 6 month service on new vehicle. Had low miles so was told I didn't need to do anything yet. However,I was already there and have a 1 year maintenance coverage so I asked that the car still be serviced. Also wanted to make sure that I was doing the required maintenance for my warranty. They did check the fluids and fill the oil. Did not rotate tires but my car did only have 2200 miles on it. Everyone was very pleasant .

I bought a maintenance package for my 2013 Accord. It was time for the first oil change and both the dealer and the car let me know it was time. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, was promptly helped. The car got serviced and the exterior was washed before I could return from a breakfast stop at a nearby restaurant. Pleasant, polite people. Professional service. The reality is that you get what you pay for, and right now, I'm glad I paid LHM Downtown Honda for my car and its service!

I got no response from the dealer. Literally no response.I am writing about an experience related to service performed on my 2005 Honda Element. Invoice #66920. Everyone in the Service department treated me with courtesy and was pleasant. But, I am disappointed with the lack of useful support and service provided by your department. I brought my Element in for 2 issues:1)A leak in the front, which I suspected was a window.2)The SRS light was on.1)I was told your window leaks and we dont do windows. I was pretty sure of the leak when I came in. I even told the service advisor I thought it was the window (check the handwritten notes on the service advisors copy of the intake form). Why would you charge me to verify what I told you?2)The SRS light. I was told by your dealership that if the SRS light is on the SRS system doesnt work. I dont understand how this is not a warranty issue. The same parts that replace the buckle would be used to replace the buckle tensioner. Your dealership told me I agree this should be warranty, but you have to call Honda USA because we dont have any pull and cant do anything. This statement is at best very difficult to believe. I cant conceive of a scenario where I as a single consumer would have more pull with Honda USA than an established dealer that has a multi-year relationship with Honda.

Am so glad that L.H.Miller has hired Jim as the service manager. We worked with him at a different Honda dealership and appreciated all he did there. It was a great surprise when we walked in for an oil change and he was at LH Miller. He is great.

Fixed my mirror at no charge. Took care of a recall and washed my car. Total appt. was only about 30 minutes and as always everyone is so nice. There are appts. when I do have to spend some money - but the service on these little details and getting a car wash to boot - really was nice

I ended up dropping off my Honda Pilot for an oil change and saw a Truck in the lot that will fit my needs. I put in an online request to have someone contact me and Bud responded to my inquiry super fast. When I went to pick up the Pilot Daniel was able to show me the Truck as Bud had left for the day to pick up family for the holiday. The next day I contact the office and spoke with Howard and he was working with me on a price with this truck and when we could come in and fill out the credit application. My wife and I ended up coming into the office on Friday and working with Bud with getting all the credit applications up and done. After spending some time in the office we worked with Eli to get all the credit approved and what options of extended coverage was right for us I was able to drive home in the amazing Truck that will be in the family for many many years. Thank you so much for working with me and my wife and around my schedule.I look forward to my next car purchase.

I bought my car here and have had it serviced here since. I normally steer clear of dealer service departments, but the Larry H. Miller Honda service department has been fair priced and hasn't pushed for unnecessary repairs. On my last service, they found my battery to be going bad and since it was less than 36 months old, they replaced it for free. Nice customer service!

I brought the car in for a scheduled oil change and also radiator hose replacement, which I was told was needed at the previous servicing. Moreover, I had been told, that certain "recalled" aspects needed to be replaced. This was all fine and I greatly appreciate this thoroughtracking. After the car was finished, while driving it that night, I heard a knocking, metallic noise under the hood whenever I'd hit a rough patch of road. I found this extremely unusual as in the 16 years I have had this 1996 Honda Civic, I have never heard a sound from under that hood... never. The car was returned to the service center the next day, with no question, where your experts worked on it for over an hour checking everything possible as well as test driving it twice. This was impressive. That night the car was driven to Portland, Oregon and then back a few days later. I never heard one sound in all that driving... So whatever was wrong had been fixed. Unfortunately, this did put us off schedule, but these things happen and your service center did everything they could to remedy the situation, which I truly appreciate. I am always very pleased with your work. Everyone is extremely kind. It is an enigma what happened. Everything is fine now. This car has been a stellar, faithful vehicle, one I hope to have the rest of my life. I am extremely fond of it. Thank you...Michael D. Wallace

Loved the salesman Clint. Loved the car. Totally betrayed by the financing dept. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I realize it is buyer beware and it is my fault for signing the contract but they totally scammed me. When telling them I wanted to use my credit union they just had to push another place that could do the financing with a so much better interest rate. They never bothered to tell me they pack the financing with about $7000 of other items they assure you are all needed when you question a $13 thousand car going up to $20 thousand. After signing the contract and going home I discovered that all the extra charges were not neccessary. Being a widow with no one to guide me with financing I was totally scammed. I wonder how many other buyers fall for the "special financing" and then get kind of rushed through all the extra costs before you even have time to rethink about the great extras. Never use ANY financing but your own with this company. I am just devastated I got so manipulated. I am now responsible for a twenty thousand dollar car that would only have been 13 thousand with my credit union. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never use this company.

December 26, 2012, My husband and I just recently purchased a car from the Spokane dealership of Larry H. Miller Honda. We were purchasing an AWD Chrysler Pacifica. the dealership also thought it was an AWD, it even says so on the back of the car. Therefore, we were even told that it was an AWD from the salesperson. Great love the car, get it home, the next week it snows, and the AWD is not working. We take it into LHM, so they can fix it, but low and behold, it is not the AWD modle, because it does not have AWD. LHM thought it was AWD and so did we because we were told it was and it has the sticker indicating that it does. We worked with them for about 2 months before hand to help us find a car that would suit our needs. It had to seat six minimum, had to be either AWD or 4x4, and did not want a minivan that is what we traded in. I wanted low miles, and had to get good gas mileage that is why the Pacifica was a good fit. Amy who helped us did a great job, she even thought it was an AWD too, because that is what she was told, and it says it on the back of the car. We needed someone who could work with us on rebuilding or credit also. Amy was very helpful in all that she did to find the car. Now as it sits, we were also told by her manager that he would fix the mistake that they made. However, has not done much to fix it we still have the car that is not an AWD. LHM said they would make what was wrong right; the manager said he would buy back the car and get us into something else. Nevertheless, they are taking their own sweet time. They have had long enough to fix this problem with getting us out of the car that we did not want. We wanted a car that had AWD or 4x4, they found us one and were happy, except it is not what they said or it appeared to be. We need it taken care of now; it has been over a month. Moreover, we still have the car that is not what we asked for or paid for, we were hosed. With the 39 plus car, lots that they own they should have been able to fix what went wrong in this bad car purchase. As it, sits now I am not happy with the way Larry H. Miller has handled this problem of poor customer service. In addition, for a car dealership of all people should now what kind of car they are selling. This is unfair to my family not being able to go anywhere in the snow, because of, the lack of concern to make it right. From a very upset embarrassed car owner, of a car that is not right. All we want is for them to do what he said he would do is to fix the problem, buy back the car for what he sold it to us, and cancel the extra things he sold us to make it zero. We also had a trade in, which would need to be refunded back. April 16th still waiting for them to make what was wrong right.

Jim Lantz did a great job of cutting through the BS and getting the deal done quickly---did not have to sit through 3 separate visits with the floor manager----we just decided on a fair price and finished the deal---other dealers should take note that this is how it should be done---not everyone is dumb enough to be sucked into the traditional "hard sell--good cop/bad cop" routine. Great car too---we will see about the service......it has to be better than the clowns at Larry H. Miller Toyota

Brett and Randy were extremely professional and were able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. My wife and I were treated with respect and we wanted to let you know that we will be back for to see you for our next Honda. This is my third Honda from Downtown Honda, and I have always left feeling that I got the best deal possible and I totally enjoy working with professionals who know their job like Brett and Randy. I took my car in for 2 reasons: to get the fan fixed and to put touch up paint on a couple of chips in the paint. I made the appointment online a week and a half in advance and they told me in an email that they would be able to do the touch ups for free so long as the chips were small since I had the paint of the right color to bring in with me and that the fan repair would take about 2-3 hours. When I arrived they knew pretty much right away what the problem was with my fan just by the description but they told me they couldn't do the touch ups because the guy who does that isn't in on the weekends. When I complained saying that I had been assured in email that it would be done they said they would find someone to do it. About 2 and a half hours later they called saying they didn't have the part to fix the fan but the problem was exactly what they thought it was and did I want to wait until Tuesday for the part to come in. When I picked up the car they didn't really understand that I would not be back to Spokane again since I was moving out of state. They eventually said they would call the Honda service center in Lafayette, IN (where I'm moving) and check if they have the part in and would fix the fan. They said they would call Monday to tell me what they said. They never called back. Additionally, the touch ups they did were very messy and whoever did it didn't remove the rust in one spot before applying the paint. That is going to cause problems in the future for sure when it starts to chip again. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of the job they did. They didn't order the part ahead of time even though they had an almost certain idea of what was wrong in the comments I left when I set up the appointment online. They lied to me in email assuring me that it would be no problem getting a professional to touch up the chips in the paint (the guy who did it is NOT a professional). They took over 2 hours to let me know that they couldn't actually fix the fan. Why did it take so long when the time estimate to actually FIX the fan was 2-3 hours? They said they would call another service center to ask if they had the parts to repair our car and let us know what they said and they did not. I will never return to that Honda service center even if I wasn't moving out of state.

As a female with little to no buying experience, I felt well taken care of and everyone was friendly and honest with me. I had credit issues to work with and never did I feel less important than anyone else during the buying process. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand it, and the sales people were very attentive. I needed a quality vehicle for my family and Joe M. made sure we were taken care of. Having to go into a auto dealership to purchase a vehicle is not my cup of tea! I have had many bad experiences from high pressure salesman to shady sales managers and empty promises. I saw some of the used vehicles on the lot at Larry Miller Honda they looked really nice and I did want a Honda. Having heard only good things about the delearship I decided to take a look. I was greeted warmly by an a very nice salesman, Brett McMann. He was polite and very helpful. told me about each car I was interested in purchasing He let me test drive several vehicles and did not presure me at all. I didn't buy that day but came back the next and purchased a vehicle. The credit manager made it a breeze to buy the vehicle, got the payments down within my budget and was in and out the door within in 2 hours. The best, easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them. They are great!

My experience with Larry H. Miller was outstanding until I sat down with the gentleman who went through all the paperwork and signing. I felt pressured and uncomfortable after I declined the additional used car warranty. I had to decline a total of three times, and after this, he seemed quite flustered or "put-out." After a trip to the restroom, I came back to do the final "signing," as my paperwork had come back from the bank. He explained to me that my payment had gone up quite a bit because my interest rate was a fraction of a percentage point higher than previously anticipated. This made absolutely no sense to me, and I asked to review the sale. As I went over the paperwork along with the help of my [truly fantastic] sales person, we discovered that the finance manager had indeed added the insurance that i had vehemently declined. He passed this off as an accident & became very flustered. I believed him initially, but after some thought, realized that large jump in monthly payment because of a slight difference in APR should be an easily recognized error for anyone who works in finance. It bothered me to realize that had I not been experienced in finance myself, I would have unknowingly trusted him and signed, purchasing the added insurance that I did not want. Did this happen because I was a younger woman shopping on my own? I won't ever know if it was an honest mistake or a blatant attempt to make more money off the sale. I absolutely love my vehicle, and in my several trips back I've been nothing but pleased with the employees at Larry H. Miller. My experience with my salesman was outstanding, as was that with his manager. The incident with the finance manager left a VERY bad impression on me, and though I will continue to use the dealership personally, I would warn any friends of my personal buying experience, and tell them to be careful about what they're signing.

After shopping a couple other dealers for a CR-V, Larry Miller Honda was the first to search for the specific model we wanted--the other two dealers wouldn't look any farther than their lot. They had what we wanted "in-bound", but took the time to find one at another dealer so we would have it sooner. As they were getting a plan together to get one from another dealer, the delivery truck pulled up with the exact model/color we wanted. Costco pricing made the deal easy, and the service department prepped the CR-V right away. When we purchased it late on a Sunday afternoon, the Parts Department was closed. We had to come back to get the optional floor mats...no big deal. Everyone we interacted with there was pleasant, friendly, and treated us like friends not customers.

We needed to have our Honda accord's keys made. Larry Miller Honda's receptionist was very pleasant to inform me about their operation hours and the fact they do make keys. Also I read their reviews and decided to go with Larry Miller Honda because not only other customers like them but also the store GM took time to responds to those unsatisfied customers' comments. When we went, the workers were busy yet didn't ignore us and kindly redirect us to the right place (Parts department).After explaining our situation, the person who helped us at the Parts depaertment was very helpful and quick. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. The keys works wonderful and way better than our copied keys. Thanks.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Larry H. Miller's Downtown Honda in Spokane, WA. The car itself is in excellent condition and was bought at a reasonable price. What impresses me the most with the people at this car dealership is the friendliness of the workers. I met with salesmen, repairmen, several managers--they were all courteous and did what they could to make my experience at the dealership a pleasant one. This is my first car and though I was an obvious amateur, I was assisted the whole way. There is no doubt in my mind that my future business will be exclusively with Larry H. Miller's Downtown Honda Spokane.

As a female, I would recommend this dealership to other women as I was given utmost attention and superior service without having to rely on a male presence to determine best practice. Bought 3 brand new Hondas in 2005 from this dealership. Had all of my services withthem and I am really satisfied in my dealings with them. We, my niece, April and I,want to commend Nalo with the service department for his friendliness and genuineconcern for us. When we have problems with our Hondas, we always feel comfortable calling him and expressing to him what our concerns are and we know he would alwaysrecommend the best course of action to take. He is like a brother that you can calland ask for guidance. He is one of the main reasons why we go to Miller Honda for ourlube, oil and filter although we can have this done closer to home in Wandermere.I know that if I have to buy a new car, I would always go back to this dealership. Richard and the rest of the staff were very nice and accomodating, but the prices were AWFUL! I went in for a standard 50k mile check-up and the labor/parts to perform the standard 15 point inspection was $215!! I change my own oil and air filter, so I didn't even have them do that for me.....probably would have cost me more. I was already in for $215 and declined the remainder of work they suggested. That would have put me up to $450-$500 total. I called another private local Honda Certified repair shop (that has been given rave reviews by severals friends and co-workers of mine) and they quoted me $200 for ALL parts and labor.....even the stuff that the dealer had already done. Long story short.....I had an extremely poor experience with the service shop at Larry H Miller (formerly "Downtown Honda" back when I had purchased my vehicle from there) and have not brought my vehicle back since. The downtown location is closer to my work so I thought that with new ownership I would give them one more shot. Extremely disappointed that their prices were not at least competitive.

I absolutely loved the experience taht I had at this dealership. I needed to trade in my 1999 Ford Taurus for something newer, and I felt so comfortable while I was shopping. I was offered a very acceptable price for my trade in, and the Suzuki SX4 that I bought was marked down in price. I checked Kelly Blue Book, and the price for the car I bought was right on the money! I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. Plus, the extended warranty that I got on the car is well worth the money; it covers almost anything that could go wrong with a car!

We have bought over ten new cars and I have to say Larry H. Miller Honda Spokane is by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The process of buying a car was very simple. Jim Lantz our salesman was outstanding to work with. To purchase a car from Larry H. Miller was simple, straight forward and honest. My wife and I walked out with a new Honda Pilot. Excited about the SUV but more importantly excited about how we were treated by the dealership and Jim Lantz. Larry H. Miller has a no commission based structure. Jim presented what we would get for our trade in, which compared to all my research. The price for the Pilot was right with all the search engines recommendation for a fair value purchase price. Very little negotiating for both automobiles. It was awesome. We have owned the pilot for almost three months and have been contacted numerous times to see how we like the Pilot, do we have any operating questions, and so forth. We have been so impressed that anyone who ask how do you like your Pilot? We say "We love it, and go see Jim at Larry H. Miller, they will treat you right."

I first called to see if Honda would do an oil change for a Nisson Maxima. I had a Civic for years and always liked DT Honda and their service so thought I would try and see if they could still help me. Yes! Yeah! I was greeted by Steve Miller who has welcomed me to your service dept for years. He is so friendly and personable. Almost the reason to come to DT Honda to have that kind of greeting. I said I had a squealling belt and if they could look at it as well do the oil change. I got a call back that they could fix the belt for me which needed replacing. He told me the timing and price which I felt was very reasonable. I was so relieved to have the belt changed and oil done. Plus your pricing for the oil change is much better than a certain competitor plus I received a nice clean car. Thank you DT Honda for taking a competitors car in. I am 33 years old with 3 kids and I am a car guy and I knew what I wanted. Chris helped me get excatly that. I went in looking at a MDX or a Pilot. Chris showed me both with no hassle pulling me towards one or the other. I brought the entire family and was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. The whole car buying experience usually makes me not want to buy a new car but we were in and out without the kids going crazy tearing up the place and my wife saying that's enough lets go home! So I have to say buying my new to me MDX was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I was fairly certain that I wanted an Accord when I went to the dealership. When I entered the showroom Shaun was there to help me and answer questions when I had them. He gave me space to examine the cars at my own pace and was not aggressively selling the cars. I really appreciate that. When I had questions about the Accord he answered the questions I asked and gave clear answers. When I was ready to see and hear about the other features of the car Shaun was ready to present that information.I really don't like high pressure sales techniques and have walked out of dealerships that tried to use thaose methods to try to sell me a car. I think that how Shaun treated me as a customer was just right for me.

Wife goes in for a simple oil change on a Honda van. Leaves with a $225 bill. Was told she needed a 30k service and did not understand the implication of what the total bill would be. Was told that they ran out of time for all of the service or it would have been in the $400 plus range.Come on... $81.88 for changing the cabin air filter, a 5 minute job that I had just done a couple of months before for $20.It's the last money that this dealership will see from me.

Brought in 06 Ridgeline for a routine 30K service-- Specific basic tasks, inspections and fluid replacements. All items performed for this service are on a check off list. There were no unexpected findings,problems or issues. Yet, my invoiced amount was $85 more than the quoted $450--19.8% more. If they perform this 30K service on all Hondas, they should have a pretty firm grasp of what this should cost. I really believe that when I dropped my Ridgeline (and was again quoted $450), then when I also presented a 10% off any service coupon--they made up their minds that they would recoup their 10% and then some. Will continue to support Honda--a great product--will never again support this dealership.

We were looking for a car and could not have been happier with the assistance we got. Scott was WONDERFUL and took us for a test drive of a couple of different cars. We felt like we got a good deal and they went out of their way to help us out with the financing, coverage, going over exactly how everything worked, and at all times treating us respectfully and in a friendly manner. I gave customer service, friendliness and overall experience a great rating because it was great. It was a friendly discussion without excess pressure. The sales discussion was friendly at all times. I felt the price we agreed upon was fair. I did not accept their offer for my trade because the tradein value placed on the Accord was less than what the value was to me. I understood their pricing policy as they also understood my reason to keep the car. Scott convinced me to upgrade to the Touring model and the navigation system has been better than I expected.This is the fourth Honda I have purchased because they have been dependable and comfortable transportation. The new 2010 Pilot has more than exceeded my expectations.

We went into the dealership to see if we could get out from the Trailblazer we have and into a Honda Odyssey (we have 3 kids under 4). We were met with a warm welcome and advised that they had a kid area. ++++ NOTE TO PARENTS: If you ever go to a dealership that doesn't have an enclosed kid play area make sure you turn around and leave! ++++Larry H. Miller has a nice kids area with movies and plenty for the little ones to do and it has a door that can be closed! Scott allowed us to take turns going out and looking at the Odyssey's and test driving them. We unfortunately were not able to get one due to the amount we were upside down in our current rig. When the time comes where we can get into an Odyssey we will most defiantly go to LARRY H. MILLER HONDA SPOKANE!Thank you again Scott and staff!
