Let me explain this I am very demanding when it comes to cars, I told Anthony Foster he gets ten minutes to make the deal. He went way above and beyond. I have bought at least 20 cars from dealers in my life or helped with family and friends. These people understood my needs and understood that when I said go we were gone I made an offer they explIned to me they could not do that, the sales manager jeff came and assisted, he showed me what he had to have out of the car and asked if I would be able to do a little mire then that. I offered 5 hundred more and he said we have a deal I was there a total of about an hour and half and done. I got to say they have my business for life these guys rock, managers and the finance gentleman was stellar I complement who ever was involved that you guys rank among the best!!! Thank you for a great experience!

He listened to us and our timeline, helped us take a great test drive, and then got us a great deal we couldn't walk away from. We weren't really planning to buy that day, but he was so NOT pushy that we didn't feel pressured and ended up being able to make a good decision on the spot. He even stayed late after closing time to walk us through all the details of our new car and help us get the technology all set up. Great guy, great experience. 2. The Costco Auto program was great. They caught a recall item and fixed it for free. They called to let me know my cabin filter needed replacing, gave me the price, and asked my permission before proceeding. They called promptly to let me know the car was finished, but did not rush me to pick it up. Because of that, I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with a friend.

I would have liked to give a 5 star on customer service but I was really disappointed when I arrived at LMH in Boise & found out that Tim Harney & Derrick were gone. I have worked with both of them over the past 4+ years & those 2 guys are the reason I always came back to LMH for ALL my service. I now have Ryan that I'm working with & the jury is still out....he did a great job with my last visit & is working on a parts issue right now - hopefully I'll get the same great service as I always have.The overall facilities are very clean & very eye pleasing but the way that it's configured to drop off your car for service, to me, is not very convenient for the customer. When you pull into the service bays there is nobody to greet you anymore & with a service desk in the bay but with nobody at it, you're not sure where to really go to check-in. In my case I was looking for Tim Harney...nobody approached me & asked it I needed help, I just kind of stood there. Finally I approached what I hoped was a service tech - it was Ryan & he explained Tim was no longer there & if I wanted, he could be my new service tech. I'm hoping that my experience with Ryan will convince me to come back to LMH for all my service. I spoke with a John a few weeks ago regarding my a/c not working & was treated like I was a moron so I took my car elsewhere to have a new compressor installed & as I type this out my car is at the same location to have the rear differential serviced...why did I go elsewhere you ask? Well, pricing at LMH is kind of outrageous - I saved $900+ on the a/c repair & am saving just about $50 for the rear differential. I know I need a new cabin & air filter but I can buy those OEM parts online & install them myself & save well over $75...new tires are needed w/in the next 2-4 months & I'll check pricing with LMH but I do shop around & if I can't justify the pricing that I know LMH will charge, again I'll take my car elsewhere.

I decided to trade in my 2008 Cr-v for a 2013 Cr-v. I was initially reluctant to have a higher payment but boy is it worth it!! The car is sleek (the new body style), handles like a race car( no kidding!!), blue tooth that works so well everybody thinks I'm right next to them, better gas miles, roomier (my husband is so happy that I've barely been able to drive it even though it's "my car"!! Ben, our salesman (so patient with my endless questions) Jeff Litty the manager and Darryl in finance (he got us GREAT terms), were wonderful and made it HAPPEN!! I'm just so happy!! Oops I mean WE are so happy. Great decision.

The intake was prompt and efficient although however,I missed dealing with the previous gentleman whose name I cant recall but had a more personable and knowlegable manner than the attractive young lady who welcomed me. My rep, Joey? was very good. The waiting area in the new building is a wonderful change. Good service and prompt. I've always enjoyed dealing with LM service people. I have not dealt with Jeff Beese, only the people under him.

I enjoy going to this dealer, especially after their recent remodel. It does take a bit longer than expected to get service done. (i.e., 45min. recall = 2.5hr wait time) But overall it is a pleasant experience with all of the inventory they have, which you can browse while you wait.Service tech was polite and courteous, even though I am a trying person on other's patience.I am always worried about poor workmanship, with all of the horror stories about hoods getting dropped on tools (bent) or dings in the body panels; but these guys do good work, and I appreciate that they are careful with the interior to make it look & feel as if it had never been touched. Excellent attention to detail if you ask me.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE...DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING BUT VOICEMAILS AND CALLS NOT RETURNED!! THEN ADD IN HATEFUL RUDENESS!! The actual transaction of purchasing the car was smooze and easy...Of course!!!! Though an offer of a bottle of water or beverage while we waited for finance would have been nice. My 80 year old father bought a pre-certified 2 yr old Odyssey only to take it back 2 weeks later for bad rotors...But a call to the salesman Ron (at my dad's request) was a returned messaged (hours later) from an abrupt and clearly annoyed and rude salesman, apparently for bothering him, only to tell us to call the service department. Well, that took three phones calls and three messages to get ANYONE to return our call to schedule service. Was told that the two service receptionsists and the manager were too busy that day to get back to us or actually answer the phone. When he finally was able to get his car in to be checked, they made him wait over 4 hours in the service waiting area to fix the vehicle. Yet the expensive warranty he purchased states that a loaner car is part of their service agreement. No loaner car was offered to him and he lives out in caldwell, a 35 minute drive from the dealership! Then when we did not recieve the title in the mail...we called to talk to Brian in the finance dept. He was not available and it took three days and another phone call from us, only to be told by the receptionists that Brian was in and out all week in meetings and that is why he did not return our call. I asked to talk to ANYONE...she put me through to Justin...I got his voicemail. I called back and asked for ANYONE standing areound her, who can talk with me live, then and now! When I told her why I was calling she put me through to Shirley in title....Another voicemail. By this time I am frustrated and my voice is clearly so. When Shirley called me back, I immediately apologized for my frustration...but she clearly took it too personally!! She was abrupt, rude and condescending...telling me that Brian would not have returned my call for privacy purposes. What? So a courtesy call to tell me that he could not just talk to me, but needed to talk to my dad too, was too much to ask for?! Then for Shirley to not accept a customers apology for their frustrated behavior and in turn become rude and downright snippy is not acceptable!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS!! WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!!

We were originally shopping for a used Honda Accord for my Mom. It dawned on us that we may be able to purchase a new vehicle that was within Mom's budget. Salesperson was Richard Price. He is a very straight forward, easy to work with person. Very comfortable as a salesperson, no pressure at all. He listened well, answered all questions with integrity, and allowed us to make a decision on our own at our own pace. Dealership was also a very nice facility; clean and professional. From past experience, I know the service department is excellent. When it came to price, the price was very fair, based upon recommended blue book values. Mom had a limited budget to pay for the car in cash, made an offer based upon that budget, and expressed that was all we could do. Richard and Larry Miller Honda did not haggle with us and made the deal happen. It was a surprisingly easy process throughout and I know Mom got a good price. After this experience, I would definitely go back when looking at a new Honda in the future.

I was very satisfied with my visit from start to finish. I purchased a great used car with amazing warranty options, and the trade in I received for my vehicle was above my expectation. Our sales guy was Aaron Balbas, who was super helpful and never pushy or obnoxious about making a sale. Getting the recall letter on our car was a very scary thing as we were basically being told NOT to drive our car until the airbag had been replaced. As soon as we called Larry Miller Honda, which is where we purchased the car, we were made to feel at ease and were given what we considered to be above the service we expected. It is wonderful, when dealing with a large corporation, to be made to feel as though you are their only customer and they are going to go overboard to make you happy. That is how we feel about Larry Miller Honda and we cannot say enough about the service person we dealt with through the entire process. Jose Escutia is the most friendly, personable and helpful individual and we cannot imagine dealing with anyone better. The Larry Miller organization is lucky to have him as an employee because any company would want someone like him to represent them.

All the employees in the service department and waiting room were very helpful and friendly. The directions as to where to take my car for service were very clear. The service was completed by the time as I was told it would be. I was given an appointment when I needed the service - didn't have to wait several days. I was very appreciative to see my car had been washed and parked in a very convenient spot after the service. All in all - it was a very good experience. However, I forgot to bring my own reading materials ----------------------your magazines seem to be lacking for the lady customers. VERY SMALL complaint indeed!

He put us in a car that we wanted and discussed different feature options of the different body styles. The entertainment system was a great option for upgrade and I would do it again in a heartbeat. My children watch movies while out running errands and no fighting ensues!! Driving with children is much more peaceful in my new Honda Odyssey.

Possibly the most poorly managed car dealership in the treasure Valley. They will make promises and not follow through and then lie to your face. I'm not sure how they actually stay solvent with the extreme poor customer service they provide. The "team" should head over to Nampa to see how a car dealership can be operated without infuriating the customer. They promised the right of first refusal on a new vehicle based on a 500 dollar deposit and then didn't bother to follow-up with any information related to the planned transaction for the next 7 weeks. Richard proceeded to lie about leaving a message on my phone. Complete amateur move by someone with zero integrity. Then it went from bad to worse when the alleged manager on duty attempted to refuse to provide a refund. Eventually restitution was made after I argued with them but the fact remains the employees at this dealership can't be trusted and don't understand the basic concepts of customer service. Apparently they believe the cost of entering the building is 500 dollars so they can proceed to lie to your face. They also planned to try to extort 3000 dollars over MSRP if the transaction had occurred. Horrible business execution with no regard for the customer is how I would describe myOverall experience. Shame on you Larry Miller Honda

When I was researching cars and this place came up, I never thought I would be driving out with an awesome car the same evening. These guys, specifically Richard Paul is awesome. He made feel at ease, he had zero judgement about my finances. Test drive was a comfortable experience, he was very knowledgeable about the car and helped me get certain features set up on it. He was able to negotiate and come up with a really good deal for me. Very flexible and accommodating. I never felt looked down upon, never felt pressured or hassled in anyway. The car also comes with warranty and other specials. The dealership offers me free weekly washes. My next oil change is on them. They have a really good reputation, and I know people who have done a lot of business with them and have been happy. I wish I found them before purchasing my previous car. My mom was in the market for a new 2016 Honda CR-V. I had been to several dealerships with her in her pursuit for a new car, and had had my eye on some Civics that were on the lot. The local Honda dealerships in the area weren't willing to work with her on pricing, and when it came right down to it, she was willing to do business with the dealership who got her the best deal, and that was the Larry H. Miller dealership in Boise, 250 miles away from us in Pocatello. I ended up driving to Boise with her in my car to pick up a new CR-V for her. I though, what the heck, I'll check into pricing for a new Civic while I'm here. Not only were they giving the best price on Civics, they also gave me the best trade in value for my old car and worked with the monthly payments for my lease. I now drive a new 2016 Honda Civic, and it is the best car I have ever driven! Not only is it a great car, but working with Ron and Justin was also a great experience! Other dealerships did this silly little "Ok, now initial here saying that if we can get your payment to X, you'll drive away with a new car." It was annoying. Ron wasn't pushy at all and really wanted to get the payments to where I wanted! By the time we left Boise, my mom had her new CR-V and I had my new Civic, and we couldn't be happier! All in all, I will definitely be looking to go back to this LHM dealership when my lease is up in a few years! My only wish is that they had a dealership closer to Pocatello so I could take advantage of their oil change packages and weekly car washes!

So I decided to buy that day have not bought a car in eleven years I was not prepared for all the coverage that I could get. Before I know it I was putting my name on more coverage then needed. Like interior stain coverage, for some they maybe great. But I am the type that would not refinish or get a new dinning table until all the fond memories wear away. When I talk to them after the fact they refunded the extra coverage. Note if you get interior or exterior coverage it is not refundable after you have the coating put on. So if you want to save time trying to get coverages removed look up want the dealers are going to offer you when buying a car so you can say up front I want this and not that. However, if you get sucked in it is nice to know that this place understands and does not fight refunds of coverages. Also note they have great maintenance and warranty coverage one certified pre owned.

I purchased a car back in July of this year. That was horrible, they forced me into buying a car. I felt trapped. I wanted a Ford Fiesta but got a completely different car. They said that I didn't have the right credit for that car.... $5,000 cheaper than the car I bought. That is completely shady. Now this car clearly has a problem with the brakes. I have to change it every month, within the last month and a half I thought they had fixed it, they said that they put on more advanced brake pads... The car's brakes are now grinding! Again!! They last 4 times that I took the car in they did the brakes that day... now I have to wait until Thursday. I have work, I need my brakes to be fully functional! Now I have to borrow a car. This is just unbelievable! This is a lemon car and it will be the 5th time trying to fix the problem! I am very very very unhappy! I am NEVER going back and I am NEVER EVER recommending this place to anybody who needs a good car.

I have only one regret! When shopping for this car I asked for new 2016 Honda CR-V AWD TOURING. My salesman evidently didn't hear the year and mistook it for 2015. The two cars are for all intense and purposes the same except the year. We bought the car not realizing the mistake but after reviewing what had happened we decided to buy the car anyway. I was called by the sales manager to apologize and I just explained the situation and told him we would go ahead and take the 2015 instead of waiting for the 2016 to arrive.

I took my car in for servicing and was met by a young lady who immediately took me over to the service advisor, Mr. Bender who then explained the work and time it would take and if I wanted to wait I could go to the waiting area and when finished he would come and get me. In about 30-40 minutes Mr. Bender came and got me and explained everything that they did and gave me the paperwork and escorted me to my car. Excellent friendly service.

The salesmen we worked with were very thorough and helpful. They were not overly pushy and didn't try the annoying tactics that some people associate with purchasing a vehicle. They didn't try to convince us to look at options other than what we told them up front that we wanted, and they didn't try to persuade us into a higher price range. They were pleasant to work with and made the process about as simple and enjoyable as it could be.

I called and said I was interested in [make, model, year, color] but I didn't currently own a car, so I wanted to know how to get to the dealer via public transit. The salesman drove over to me with the vehicle in question and we took it for a test drive and back to the dealership. An hour (and a few rounds of paperwork) later I drove home in my new car. The whole process was completely painless and everyone was as polite as could be. I couldn't be happier.

I like your special deal of three oil changes for $75 and an oil chane was the reason for my visiting Larry Miller Honda. I was asked when I checked in my CRV if there was anything in particular that I would like done or checked. It served as a reminder that there might be something special that needed to be done. I did ask that the tires be rotated, if needed, and that all the fluid levels be checked and topped off. All of those services are part of an oil change, I expect, but everything I mentioned was noted on my receipt. I felt I had been listened to and my requests respected. This is not always the case when a woman visits a service garage. The waiting area is comfortable (although the volume on the TV is a bit loud) and I appreciate your availability of hot tea while I wait.

As usual very prompt great service. Larry Miller Honda's service dept. has always done a great job. I had a problems with the front end of my Element, A clicking sound that was hard to find. The problem was finally located and repaired. At the time it was covered under warranty which was about expire. The dealership repaired it at no cost and honered the warranty. Very commendable.

I was coming in for a great benefit, a car wash coupon. I asked if I could have my tire pressure checked because my light was on. Not only did they check, they found a nail, and fixed my tire as a courtesy service. That was really classy.I watered their palm plant with 3 half glasses of drinking water and I know they're on it now. I told two people about it. I guess the plant has been this way a long time. The construction is almost over and I am going to check the place out then. Overall, I am glad I could go there for service. Jose is a great service representative.

When the starter on my Accord starting acting up, I contacted the service department to see what my options were for repair. Derek advised me that the starter would need to be replaced.I then after many days of fearing I might be stranded some place if the car would not start, I finally took the vehicle to the service department.The service department took very good care of me and even gave me another vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired.With the new starter I don't have to worry about being stranded plus they even replaced the recalled air bags in the process.JHR

Service above and beyond is the norm for me from Larry Miller Honda. I moved into their sevice area with two Hondas and started using them. When my transmission failed at 108K miles, LHM supported me in getting Honda to make the needed repairs on their dime. I've since bought another from them and am thrilled with the vehicle and the service department. My 2002 Odyssey has 330K+ miles and LHM service and I have a joint commitment to go at least 500K. I might want to trade for a newer model at that point!

And Kyle went above and beyond to try and help in every way possible.My only wish is that the process from agreeing a price to getting the keys could be faster. It took almost 2.5 hours to wait on paperwork, car to be prepped, listen to the sales pitch for all the extra warranties and such from Darrell, etc. And this was after Joel told me that everything should be ready by the time I got there. So I wish that would have been faster.

I made a phone reservation to have my Honda Accord serviced. When I arrived at the service area there was line up. When a service writer came to me he was very nice and professional and said they were running a little behind and it would take at least an hour. I was a puzzled by that statement because I had made my appointment almost a week in advance. I mean, it shouldn't be that difficult to schedule oil changes. It takes about a half hour per car, so you schedule one per bay per half hour, right. Anyway after waiting 50 minutes I noticed my car hadn't left its parking spot. I when to the service desk and brought this to their attention and let them know I had an appointment and didn't think it was right to take my time when I done all the right things. They immediately took my car into a service bay and did the service job and had my car out in about 15 minutes. So, I wasn't happy with the initial wait time, but they made up by addressing the problem fast. I'll be back, but I am hoping for a better experience next time.

I was absolutely astonished at how I was treated when I brought my BRAND NEW HONDA ACCORD ?? to get a spoiler installed, they got me right in and the service manager even explained to me how they did the installation. I really like my 2015 Fit EX lease, but we went to LMH because of the ad on the radio. It said $189.. Ending number was $236 then $260 now $270. I know i am at fault for not understanding the fine print or whatever. I was trying to get a payment under the $247 i was paying for my truck. I also got just under $2000 toward the lease from the equity in the truck. Ad on radio said $999 I believe. I'm just unsure why it jumped from $189 to $270. I will go thru my paperwork again to try to understand. Very happy with salesman, sales manager & finance gentlemen. Glad to have the maintenance, car washes, 2 free fobs if lost & roadside assistance. Was led to believe those were extras but paperwork shows all leases COME with that. Confusing, yes.

The great customer experience had me from the beginning. I had a limited budget, but Peter was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Steve really helped to make the financing and terms work within my budget and both of these guys treated me as if I was buying a brand new car. Even when I was ready to drive off the lot (after signing all the papers), I found something askew and they took care of it. The dealership also had a major power outage during the time I was looking at cars. They didn't miss a beat, they were apologetic but not pushy. I walked off the lot and said I'll be back... and I did go back. I can't forget about the finance rep (although I did forget his name). Great service! Great team!

Really great car buying experience. They had the car we wanted. Our salesman was friendly and kind, and the finance department was straightforward and easy. We are very happy with our purchase and overall experience. The hardest part of the whole thing was figuring out where to park as they are a little under construction. We've been taking our care to Larry Miller for service since we bought it more than 10 years ago. Candi in the service department always takes good care of me and I feel I can trust her to give me the best price she can. Recently she said my tires were wearing prematurely and should be covered under warrantee. It took them to the tires hop where we bought them and they refused to honor the warrantee and made us jump through a bunch of hoops. Candi went to bat for me with her corporate rep from Cooper and tried a number of times to get me the customer service she felt I deserved. In the end, the tires shop offered us $45 toward new tires and said we needed over $750 in repairs AND new tires! When I called Candi to get a quote on the repairs done at Larry Miller, she said we definitely DO NOT need the repairs and that it's something Honda doesn't even recommend for our vehicle. She suggested we put our snow tires on to get us through until spring and then we can buy new tires from her. She's terrific and I refer all my friends (even those who don't own a Honda) to her! Thanks, Candi!! You're the BEST!!!

I've been a customer with Larry Miller Honda since 2000, I"ve had 5 Civics and am now on my 6th Honda, upgraded to my first CRV this week. Manager Jeff Litty has been at Honda since I got my first car there, he's wonderful to do business with. As long as he is there, I will continue to be a life-long customer. I was unexpectedly contacted directy by Benjamin Sterling about new lease offers available and 2014 models still on that lot. He and Jeff ran numbers for me all day while I was at work. I was able to go in, pick the color I wanted, take it for a quick drive, sign the paperwork, and was leaving the lot with my new car, all within a couple of hours. The only part of the experience I was not 100% pleased with is that my salesman told me after my down payment that night, my first payment wouldn't be due on the car for 45 days. But the gentleman who did all my paperwork in the finance office, Brian Ogilvie, near the end of all the signing, told me my salesman KNEW that was not true and that because I was leasing, the payment would be due in 30 days, not 45. That was a little disappointing. I had just made a payment on my Civic on 10/17, was now making a down payment on my new car on 11/4, and was going to have another payment due 12/3. So due to the time of my transaction, I unfortunately more than doubled myself up in payments this month. But that was the only downside to my experience. My payment actually went down $5 per month and I love my new car. I really appreciate the service and how friendly and helpful everyone is at Larry Miller Honda.

This is my 4th trip to the service department for my Honda vehicle. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions/concerns. I feel like I'm getting great service at a great price every time I go in.The service department here does a much more thorough check out than going to a quick lube. You aren't going to be in and out in 15 minutes, but you will have the piece of mind that your vehicle is in good hands and they are going to do things the right way. Trust me, it's worth it. I've followed their service recommendations since my 1st visit and haven't had even a minor issue with my vehicle.

I had my car in due to a strange noise that I started to hear. I called in my way to work. Even with a full schedule it was arranged for me to be able to drop off my car while I was at work. They figured out what was wrong. It was expected to take till the next morning to complete work. They got the work done early though which was very helpful. The shuttle was no longer running when work was completed. Special arrangements were made to allow me to get my repairs paid for and allow me to pick up my car after hours. Then the next day my AC was having a problem. I called to ask if any of the repairs I just had done could have affected my AC. They didn't think so but told me to stop by and they would look at it. They found the problem for me. It was my fault but they found and fixed it right away for me. That is an outstanding bunch at Larry Miller Honda Boise.

Good service - job well done on my vehicle as far as I know. However, I recommend you benchmark your service waiting area against Toyota in Boise. No comparison either in cleanliness, space, accommodations, pleasant environment etc. when comparing you with Peterson Toyota in Boise,. I go to both since I also own a Prius - no question which one I prefer. Customers spend sometimes hours in your waiting area waiting for work to be done. I don't even like coming to your service area just because I'm not comfortable with your somewhat shabby surrounding. Has nothing whatsoever to do with the quality of service, although it does cause one to ponder --- think about it -- seriously.

The dealership in Boise, Idaho has a dynamic team of advisors with my favorite being Mr. Jorge Solis, and the manager Jeff........wow, great guys.I will give it to you in short. - I have a 1995 Honda Civic hatchback. One morning I could not get it to start couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I have it towed to the dealership to have a diagnostic ran. The diagnostic said that I was going to need a full tune up and I only had 300 budget. I called and I had a phone conversation with the service advisor Jorge And the manager Jeff, And I was told that I'm going to be taken care of and that they would have my car to me by the end of the day and it wouldn't be over my budget. And what they said that they were going to do they did and that right there that's loyalty folks.

Overall, I have had good experience. Biggest complain is that the dealership overcharges for everything. I have gotten a quote from Larry Miller dealership for roof rails installed of 200 dollars. When I went to order them, the price went up to 250. I have purchased them from Honda for 139 dollars shipped and installed myself in 5 minutes. There were multiple situations like that, not sure why the dealership does that. The service was done well and in timely manner. Most of the time service people are friendly. This time I encountered a grumpy new person and could not get a ride back to the dealership.

We found a telephone number from your wesite. When ee called to make a service appointment we were told No Appointment was necessary and to come right in. When we arrived at Boise they said Appointment is require. As it turned out the website listed the Utah dealership for the Boise Dealership, this was confirmed by the Boise Service Manager, Jeff was very accommodating and helpful, and he worked us in to the hectic service schedule. An oil change took greater than 2 hours but we were satisfied because we had driven 60 miles.

Dealing with the Salesperson was a pleasure. The Sales/Finance manager ultimately ended up giving me a story inconsistent with the ending contract. I co-signed for my nephew and was told I did not need be on the title or the registration. Ended up I was on both and will have to go thru the necessary steps to fix this. Car was also in Larry Millers shop 2 months previously for a faulty rear differential and car was reported as 'nothing we know is wrong with it". Granted I should be a little more pro-active in reading of contracts etc... but to a certain extent it would be nice to trust a dealer such as Larry Miller.

They did a good job, most employees were friendly. Think a couple were having a bad day or something. Slightly less professional than what I have experienced at other Honda dealerships outside the state of Idaho. Oil change was done well and didn't take as long as it it did last time I had it done here. My van was washed (exterior) and clean. About 4.5 stars all together.

I had scheduled an oil change. I was met by friendly people. They made me feel welcome, answering all my questions. The maintenance was accomplished in a in less than scheduled time, which pleased me greatly. My opinion is that everything was outstanding and efficient. Additionally, I inquired about the availability of some accessories I was considering for a future date. My inquiries were answered quickly, and completely. I plan to order and schedule the enhancements much earlier now. I could not be happier with the service I received.

I needed a new Honda to replace my 2004 Honda Accord as the mileage was getting high. After careful research, I went to Larry Miller Honda as I have always been treated well at the dealership, especially the service department and Tim Harney.I meet with Ron Tomek who treated me very well and showed me my options and found a Honda Accord EX-L in the color that I wanted. We worked well together and came up with a price that was agreeable to both of us. The vehicle actually arrived early and I was able to pick it up within a week of our meeting. The service dept installed the options that I wanted in two days and all went well. Ron thoroughly went over the features with me and I drove it home.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience I have experienced recently. I feel I was mislead into making a refi deal on my Honda fit in October of 2013. Was lead to believe in six months I would be able to get into a lease on a new Honda.I agreed and did the refi knowing it would cost me some money to make this deal.What really made feel disgusted was the way the deal went down with the bank. They were given wrong information in order to get the loan financed and were obligated to complete the deal.In my opinion this was very poor business by the dealership. I fully trusted LMHonda and was let down to say the least.I guess that's how big business is make money at all costs.

I feel they were a little high cost.I had to take my car back for them to fill all my tires to the same presure so my sensor light would go off. But all in all I was pleased.

We stopped in to look at the Insight, but after talking to Ron Tomek about the positive and negatives of that vehicle, we decided to look at the Civic. Ron was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and helped us to get the car we wanted at a resonable price. There wasn't any high pressure sales pitches like you get at other car lots. Bought car unseen that was supposed to be at sister dealership in utah. Got three different delivery dates that were not fullfilled and were not informed until we called what was going on. Delivery took over 17 days instead of 5-7. Was lied to at least 5 times during transaction and price was ok not great. Promised free services because of inconvinience but never mentioned it again when wife finally picked up car. Don't trust them!!

Took my car in for routine service. After they did thier inspection to find anything else they could fix I received the first of many calls from Candi. I felt completely bullied and pressured about the other issues they found. Even after stating I didn't have enough money to fix everything she asked me why I didn't want to give the go ahead on a particular issue. I explained again I didn't have enough to fix everything. She asked me if I was offened that she told me about the other issues they found. At that point they lost me as a customer. I felt bullied and taken advantage of. They have your car and you are at thier mercy especially when you feel like you're being manipulated to comply with thier list of fixes which I saw as demands. No, no I won't be back. Thankfully I found a mechanic who will help me prioritize what needs to be done first with out being taken advantage of.

The need to find an automobile and all that goes with that came up for me very unexpectedly and I was dreading having to deal with my previous bankruptcy in relation to financing. The only fear that rivaled the financial issues I was anticipating was having to go to an auto lot and allow a male salesman to treat me like the naive woman who could easily be taken advantage of. I was actually ignoring all the dealer calls I was getting because I desperately didn't want to go through all of that humiliation. I only answered Brian Foust's call because I thought it was my family calling, but I'm so glad I did. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone he was respectful and kind and promised me that I would not be treated poorly because of my bankruptcy. I agreed to meet with him and discuss my options, but I was still very skeptical that I would be able to get financing and that Brian wouldn't turn out to be one of "those" salesmen. I was so nervous the day I was supposed to meet with him that I didn't even eat and it really took all my motivation just to go to the lot. Once I was there and met Brian my experience was phenomenal, to say the least. Brian is clearly an honest, caring person and he made me feel comfortable right away. I was able to get financing, and even when I was nervous about loan terms, Brian was able to go over my monthly financial obligations and reassure me that I could meet the terms. The whole experience was effortless, very comfortable, and I got a car that I desperately needed that will allow me the opportunity to rebuild my credit and start putting my finances back on track. I'm deeply appreciative of the respect and care that was shown to me in a situation where I was faced with anxiety and humiliation. There are a lot of companies who see an opportunity to take advantage of people in my situation and I applaud their efforts to create a program built on honesty, compassion, and customer satisfaction.

The reason for my review and rating on larry miller honda was for the excellent service given to our family, after the purchase of our vehilce. We purchased our vehilce at one of the the big larry miller auto dealers sales, which multiple larry miller auto dealers attended. The sales person that sold us our vehicle worked for larry miller subaru and our vehicle came from larry miller honda. The sales person was nice and easy to work with, which was not our problem. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, some minor issues presented themselves. So we took our vehicle to the larry miller subaru where the sales person worked. Once at the larry miller subaru with our vehicle the counter service person was pretty rude with us and started a run around game and basically told us to take it to the other larry miller which was the larry miller honda, because it was not they're problem. After some back and forth, just wanting someone to help us out regardless of where we may have had to end up taking the vehicle, they agreed to take a look at it. They mentioned a couple minor things that were the issue and said they had resolved them. After my experience with the counter service person I knew I was not going to return there. The vehicle was purchased for my wife and not regularly driven by me. I had the vehicle one day shortly later and noticed a couple minor issues again. Knowing I was not going to deal with the dealer that the sales person worked for I opted to speak with the service manager for the larry miller honda, given this was a later in the friday afternoon, he presented himself very well, listened to my concerns and understood what I was going through, before the call ended he had me scheduled for an appointment first thing monday morning. Monday morning comes and I meet Tim Harney the counter service associate, he listened to what I had to say and also knew exactly the issues as I presented them to him. As I waited for them to look it over, Tim and I spoke again about what was going on, what was going to be done and how long it was going to take, he even arranged for me to have another vehicle so I could get back home to handle the many things I had going on that day, shortly after a vehicle arrived and I was back to getting things done. The next day, I recieved a phone call from Tim Harney and was glad to hear everything was taken care of. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, Tim explained what they had done and I was on my way again. I personlly believe that auto dealers come with a certain bad stigma some times, if it was not for the professional actions of the service manager for larry miller honda, the great service from Tim Harney and the rest of the nice crew working there, I would have to say the stigma is true, but because of how great they handled my concerns and took care of me, I couldnt think of anywhere else I would want to purchase a future vehicle or have a vehicle service. I live 40 minutes away. I called to see if they had any CR-V LX models on the lot. Jeff answered the phone and all I could get out of him was I think we do. I asked again about quantity and got an I don't know... If someone can't be bothered to get off their rear and walk out the door and look, or find someone who knows the inventory, they really don't want your business.

I have needed a new truck for so long... I had my heart set on a Toyota Tacoma and came across one at Larry Miller Honda (Boise) that seemed like it might work. I was somewhat leery of going to a used auto dealership, but when I filled out the online info I was contacted by Jeff. Not really expecting to hear back from him because of our recent financial difficulties I went about my daily life. Little did I know that Jeff was hard at work seeking ways to get me the very truck I was longing for. I started the process online with Jeff Cristler one of the sales managers. Jeff was great to work with. It helps if you have a few things decided before you actually see the dealer like price and model. With today's online resources both are easy to achieve. We established a price and model via email. Once you sign on the dotted line you can forget about ever getting anything from these guys. They will not return calls, and if you say anything negative about them to Honda corporate they will send you threatening e-mails. Save yourself the grief and some money and go anywhere else.

Tim has always helped us with our car service. We were so pleased with the care given to us with our Trooper that when it started to go we checked around for all the SUV's and found ourselves right back at Larry Miller with a Pilot. We travel with our sons to hockey tournaments and love the Pilot for the room, gas milege and comfort it provides us most weekends of the hockey season. When our 2nd car 'blew up' it wasn't even a question of who to contact. We ended up going to Tim who introduced us to Troy who helped us find our '94 Honda Civic. Tim had done every service on it up until that point and advised us that it would be a great little car for years to come. I commute 13 miles to work and have kept up our service at Larry Miller and that little thing gets 34-38 miles to the gallon and rides like it is brand new. Probably won't buy a new car for a few years...but when we do, we won't bother going anywhere else.

I own a 1986 Honda Accord with 288,000 miles and have been taking this vehicle for service to Larry Miller Honda in Boise since we moved to the area in 2002. I've been very pleased with their work as coordinated by service advisor Tim Harney. He keeps me advised of the condition of my vehicle and I never feel pressured to have any unecessary work done. I couldn't buy my Honday Odyssey from Larry Miller b/c they would not work with me price-wise, but do take my van to their service station. Tim Harney is my main contact there and he along with everyone else has been fantastic. Can't say too many good things about that team. They have always been there for me:from getting me in quick for an oil change, to lending me a car, to treating my dogs with such kindness when they came along for the ride.I would recommend Tim and the Larry Miller service team to anyone.Anna

I was very satisfied with the deal that was proposed to me. The entire process from start to finish was smooth as silk. I went into Larry Miller Honda, to get my old car serviced, due to my breaks. I decided to purchase a new car, since my old car was a money pit. John O'Bryan and his employees were great to work with. I am very picky and know what I want. I think they called me at least once a day with cars they found that fit what I was looking for. If I didn't like it, they just started over. The customer service was awesome. A few times I had to bring my two kids and Larry Miller's employees made sure they were taken care of. I have always shopped at Larry Miller and always will, they treat you like family. I always refer people to them. A week after I bought my car, I refered someone to them. If you are looking for a new or used car, I high suggest Larry Miller Honda. Ask for John O'Bryan, he will make sure you are taken care of!

Larry Miller Honda - GM John O'Bryan - better known as lying O'BryanRipoff Report Verified SafeAn elderly widow from Boise who clearly stated she was 'just looking' and had no money to buy a car was coerced into a car deal by an aggressive salesman and General Manager in the waning hours of an off site sale. Believing she would be able to exercise a three day right of recision, the widow and her senior citizen male friend signed a sales contract for the purchase of a used Mercury V8 luxury car. It seems a consumer cannot ask about pricing of vehicles without making an offer which turns into a high pressure sales situation. For senior citizens, in their 70s, the pressure is just too much to take. The widows intention to price new cars in the fuel efficient mid size class turned into a switch from what she may have been looking for to 'what would it take for us to get this out the door for you today' from the high pressure salesman. The tactic in working a deal through a general manager and making her feel special made the older widow feel confused and obligated. You see, she is from a generation where her word is her bond. If a salesman can twist his words into an offer from her, where is she to go? The widow's friend was even instructed to drive to Boise to get his checkbook and the widow could pay him back when she received an inheritance later. After driving off the lot, the senior citizens immediately felt the remorse of being persuaded into a decision they never intended to make. The next day they took the car to the dealer. Neither the GM, John O'Bryan nor the salesman was available to speak with them. The widow left car with a note that a stop payment was made on the check and the car is returned. She never intended to buy this large car for such a large amount of money. It turned out that the 'out the door price' was ratcheted up another $2,000 with warranty, doc fees, and taxes. A car that books out retail for $8,500 was shoved into the widows hands for $14,000! The story is not over. The dealer did not take the car back. It was driven by a dealership employee from Caldwell to Boise and left in the widow's friend's driveway unlocked with a note describing the location of the keys and that the car was hers and was not to be returned again. A voice message from the controller of the dealership also insisted that she WILL pay for this car despite the stop payment. As a consumer advocate and financial advisor unrelated to this widow I was asked to help. I called John O'Bryan, the GM to let him know that while he asserts his legal position in this deal it would be great customer service to take this car back. It was not only inappropriate for the widow, she grossly over paid for the car, the 'out the door price' was misrepresented. The fact that she does not have the resources to pay her friend back for the car adds insult to injury. John agreed to meet with us. When we entered the dealership we were confronted by his 'right hand man' who said John was not available despite our prior conversation that morning. After several minutes of confrontation, the 'right hand man' finally summoned John. We rehashed the deal, disagreed on the circumstances but he finally said 'I cannot force you into that car'. He took the keys back reluctantly and shook my hand. We left the dealership thinking the ordeal was over. A day later the car showed back up on the widow's friend's driveway with note that it will be returned again if it is brought back to the dealership. If John O'Bryan and his staff treat a senior widow this way, how will they treat you. For them it is all about the deal despite the rhetoric of customer service.AdvocateBoise, IdahoU.S.A.

My experience was fine. Another website had all positive reviews for this dealership, which is why I contacted them in the first place. I had to buy two cars in one week (one for a family member). Between the two cars I must have contacted at least 15 dealerships.They were typical in pricing for the new car --a hot hybrid which they and everyone else were marking up and which we ended up getting elsewhere-- but very accommodating on the excellent used car I did buy from them. Wlliam and the business manager who wrote up the deal were both friendly, straightforward, and honest. I know how to work a deal and I was not taken on this. There were no slip-slide stunts or attempts at last minute add-ons.Of course I was very clear and firm about not accepting that kind of thing and what I was willing to pay. Yes, I'd rather everyone gave their lowest price up front, but if you end up getting a great deal ("great" being based on a lot of good research), who cares?

I wish we would have read this before attempting to purchase our 2008 Honda Fit. These people pushed and pushed to get us to purchase the car on May 31st. It is now 11 full days later and still no car. They won't return phone calls and the papers have already been signed. They keep claiming they can't track the car. I work for a large computer company and can tell anyone at any time where their computer is in the process and or when it was scanned from truck to truck. How can they not have the ability to track this? What is this 1980? Don't ever buy anything from these lying thieving people.

I took my Accord to Larry Miller for regular service (30K mile checkup) I received a call during the day and was told that my brakes were extremely worn, that they were "metal on metal" and needed to be redone. I felt that was very unusual because I had not had any problems or noise from them. I told them to wait, I picked up my car and took it to Les Schwab and another dealer for a second opinion, and was told they were fine. I ended up driving another 6 months before I needed to have the brakes redone.I felt this dealership was very dishonest and would never trust them to work on my car much less do any business with them. I drive from SE Boise to Nampa so that I can get service from the Tom Scott dealership - the Tom Scott dealership is excellent.

Dealership put Type R emblems on a Civic SI and sold the car as a Type R for thousands of dollars more.
