This was a realativaly painless experience as far as purchasing a new vehicle goes. The salesman Michael Pearson had answers for all my questions and a lot of information on the RX350 I was interested in he was not the least bit pushy. I went to the dealership to just test drive a RX350 had no intention of buying one. So far My wife an I are extremely pleased with the purchase, love the 2016 RX350. My wife and I were very impressed with all aspects of our purchase of a Lexus RX350. The sales women was very knowledgable and enjoyable to visit with. Our RX 350 was ordered which involved a waiting period and when it went over the expected time our sales women provided us an exceptional loaner (also a new RX350). This was much more than expected and allowed us to spend more time learning the vehicle. The contract person was as also very friendly and clear while reviewing the final pricing. Then their technical person schooled us on the numerous electronics and was equally qualified and personable. I have already pushed my parents to a Lexus as a result of our experience. He was articulate, able to listen and sympathize with my concerns and adapt to my problem seeing beyond me as more than a sale, but rather helping me bring my vision to life. Lexus as a brand is about the experience, the white glove "luxury" service, and Troy truly made me feel as though my problems were his own, and that together we could solve them through a careful navigation of a complex deal. The sales experience goes beyond offering free beverages and snacks (that's merely a false veneer of caring), Troy really went above and beyond simply because he wanted to see me drive out in a new car, and wouldn't accept any other solution to my problems. He knew that's what I needed, and he made it happen. Honestly, both Troy and Tom are very valuable assets to your dealership, and I hope that you appreciate and value them as much as I do. Adam and Chari.I had a complicated repair that required hours of correstpondence, both via phone and email to get support from Lexus. Adam went above and beyond by contacting Lexus to make sure they would "cover" the costs of this repair that initially weren't "under warranty". In addition, Chari Wilson worked with Adam to make this experience the best it could be for me, both from a service and financial standpoint. After making a service appointment our faces and our Lexus were recognized the moment we drove into the service area. John Fabbi our service specialist came out and greeted us and asked about any concerns or items that needed special attention. Our concerns were noted and we were invited into the waiting area where complimentry beverages, snacks, wifi etc. made the time we waited seem short.When the vehicle was serviced, washed and driven up and ready, our service rep. noticed a few very old dried bug remains still on the front bumper and quickly sent it back into the wash room for an additional wash and after he inspected it for us we were off. Also we mentioned a few paint scratches which we had made but assumed would be there for ever. When we arrived home we inspected the car and could not find the paint scratches. Apparently they had been rubbed and smoothed out for us without a mention. That is why we love these guys.

Looking for a professional experience. Don't go to Lindon. I don't live close and finally made my way down to drive a GX. Wasn't quite convinced so leave. They call to offer some "competitors deal" that the GM was apparently involved with somebody else? I have children jumping and screaming around me and said some time. Over the next couple of days the story kept changing. Then everyone became a "manager". Then they tried to back peddle to another original offer that it's a great deal. Seriously has they treated me like the Strong Group has I would buy with them. Go to Murray.

Since purchasing my 2011 Lexus from Larry H. Miller Lexus in Salt Lake City I've had many oil changes (and one mechanical service) as I've now driven almost 130,000 miles. Jason has taken good care of me and my car the vast majority of my visits and has been absolutely A+ as he takes the time to talk with me about my car and makes sure it comes out of the shop sparkling clean. The few instances he's been absent when I bring my car in, he makes sure one of his colleagues gives me the same personalized service. What a team! I drove Volvo's for nearly 30 years and moving over to Lexus was a major decision. It's become obvious to me in the past four years that car performance certainly effects my preference, but Jason and his team's attentive and thoughtful service puts my vote squarely on the Lexus. You will not be disappointed by the quality of the vehicle, the quality of service, or the quality of the waiting area. I brought my Lexus GS350 F-Sport in for its first 5,000 mile service. It was covered by Lexus and only took about 45 minutes. I was so comfortable in the waiting room chairs and was able to snack at the light buffet they had available. I may go back to get the car washed again by the dealership just for the food. Thanks Lexus!

My 2010 Lexus RX-350 would not start and I was at a loss on what to do in order to get it fixed. I called LHM Service and was routed to Service Manager (Adam). I explained to him what was wrong and he immediately summed up the problem, saying that it sounded like a bad battery. I had it jump-started and proceeded to LHM Lexus for a new battery. Upon my arrival, I was met by Mandy Littlefield, who took it from there. She got all the information she needed, set my mind at ease, and afterwards, pointed me in the direction of the waiting room and snack area, assuring me that everything would be okay. Before I stepped away, she advised me that I had a couple of factory recall issues that needed attending to as well and said that she could take care of these on the spot. I love going to LHM Lexus and have had nothing but praise for everybody there I come in contact with. Thank you for a great experience.

Stopped by Larry H Miller Lexus without an appointment one morning after dropping someone at the airport, our oil maintenance light had come on and we wanted it checked out.The service people warmly welcomed my husband and I and had the car in and out in about 30 minutes including a car wash! The customer lounge is always clean and well stocked with coffee, tea, bottled water, fresh fruit and various other snacks depending on the time of the day.The TV is usually on and there are plenty of magazines to keep you entertained, also complimentary wifi.

When I bought my LEXUS I discussed the fact that as I live in St. George could I have my normal maintenance items done at my local Toyota Dealer (Stephan Wade) as the basic engine and running gear is the same. Since purchasing this vehicle 6 years ago, I always have received excellent service maintaining my vehicle. I've taken my vehicle to LH Miller for over 30 scheduled maintenance services and as a result of their care, my vehicle has never given me an issue. Jason is very detailed and transparent when explaining any additional recommendations beyond the scheduled service. This is the benefit of using the dealership for scheduled maintenance; They know what to look for and will alert you prior to issues arising, i.e. break pads will need to be replaced next service, tires need to be replaced before winter, or simply the car is in good shape for your upcoming 2000 mile trip. The service costs are extremely reasonable in fact, they are a value. You get a good, solid, and reliable service with this dealership. In the rare event they make a mistake, they own up to it.What you won't get is a dealership advertising an unrealistic low cost for an "oil change", then attempt every stereotypical upcharge by telling you how they can't in good conscience let this car back on the road without the fetzer valve, blinker fluid and tire air replaced.

After picking up my repaired LexusGS350 from collision, there were still existing problems (windshield washing fluid running out, battery died when car parked, etc) My service agent, Mandy, who with Josh and Omar handled some initial repairs because I went right into the Lexus dealership across the street. When I got the car home, the battery died. I called Mandy who sent Josh right out to my home to charge the battery.. (we left it on a low charger overnight) By morning the battery was dead. I called Larry Miller to find that Mandy was out of the office, but Jason took over and immediatly had my car towed into the dealership, where it was checked thoroughly for shorting, lights having been left on during repair etc.. When Jason was satisfied that the car was in perfect condition, Omar returned it to me at my home .Everyone involved was beyond fabulous! I recently used Larry H. Miller Lexus to get my spark plugs and drive belt changed. My service adviser was Greg Ostler and the experience was by far the greatest experience I have ever had at any auto dealership. My car had 4 recalls and I was treated as though I was buying a new car, first class service the entire time. My loaner car was excellent, constant updates on my car's progress, the price of the spark plug change ran $100 less than quoted, and they even topped off my gas tank. Greg, you made my experience perfect and I will definitely be back!

went in for two things , one get my infiniti repaired under my warranty and look into purchasing a new car, one when looking at my car they told my they had to send it to the infiniti dealership due to them not having the proper training to fix it without letting me know that infiniti charges higher rates then what the warranty covers to make it worse once the service was completed my car was still not fixed , when i went back to lexus to talk to the service rep i had been dealing with all he could do was play the blame game and say it was infiniti, at no point in our conversation did he assure me that my car was going to get fixed all he said is i had to pay for parts and labor on something that didn't fix my issue, to be honest worst service EVER i would never buy a car nor go in for a service there..NEVER

My experience was not at the dealership. My mother passed away 2 months ago and I was given her Lexus, she always took it to the dealership and spoke highly of the service she had received there. I always have my cars serviced at Toyota cause that's all I had known. On January 18th I had to run over to the mall and grab a few things for my youngest daughters 16th birthday party I was throwing that evening. I was in the mall all but 45min when I came out to pouring ran and my new (new to me) Lexus that would not start, frustrated I called my husband that was in meetings and could not help at the moment, he told me to call mall security who could come start my car. I got ahold of an operator who connected me with mall security, he told me to open my hood (which I did all on my own) and he would be to me "shortly" and would "help" for only $50!! I was shocked just as I hung up and white Lexus similar to mine pulled up next to me, a young beautiful women jumped out and came right over to me, she noticed my hood was up and that I might need some help. She was so sweet and helpful. She knew just what to do, I was amazed that this young girl was able to jump start my car for me in her cute boots and leggings. As we were talking she told me she worked over at the Lexus dealership down the road. Mandi had saved my daughters birthday celebration and my sanity. She is an outstanding employee and fellow Lexus driver to take time out of her busy day off to help someone in need. I will most definitely be bringing my Lexus in to be serviced by your dealership. The security truck never did make it over to "help", I could still be sitting there. I wanted to let Mandi know how thankful I truly am.

We love our Lexus and Larry H. Miller Lexus! Johnny Evans came out on the lot to talk with my wife and me as we were walking around. He instantly put us at ease with his friendly manner and knowledge of the vehicles. It was an easy buying experience, from agreeing on a price, arranging financing, meeting the sales managers, etc. My wife commented on how it was low pressure and she enjoyed the process of learning about the features on our new SUV. They even sent someone out to our house a few weeks later to go over the features with us again, because we forgot how to use some of the features on the navigation system. We didn't even have to call them....they just sent someone. We've never been so well taken care of and will never even think of buying someplace else. Thank you to the Lexus team at Larry H. Miller!

I stopped in 'just to look' and was not planning to purchase till after the first of next year. Lexus was on my short list of vehicles for consideration. As I looked at an IS in the showroom (and was impressed), Darryl Petersen walked up and started talking with me and showing me some features, answered some questions, etc. He was very friendly and helpful and not in the least put off when I told him I was just looking and not planning to purchase at the time. As we talked, I told him I would be looking at a CPO vehicle, not a new one. He asked what features I would be looking for including color and then said he had two on the lot that fit those criteria and asked if I would like to take a look. Obviously, I did and liked what I saw. So, we took a test drive and as they say, the rest is history. He let the car sell itself, without sales pressure and made the entire process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Darryl and the Lexus dealership to others and I am enjoying the car immensely.

Good afternoon Mr. Veenema, Mr. SaulMy wife and I pulled onto your lot in Murray yesterday afternoon with full intentions of leaving with a new RX350 or 450H.After identifying several potential vehicles I proceeded to help my wife out of our 2010 Toyota Highlander LTD. My wife is currently using a walker because of reconstructive foot surgery .After walking around and looking over the vehicles for several minutes and being offered no assistance, we proceeded to the showroom. As we walked to the door, I saw a salesman who saw us walking to the door. At that point he basically turned his back and walked away as I helped my wife with her walker in the door. How Rude!? This particular salesman finally greets us once it is well established we are there. My wife and I both made it quite clear as to our intentions. He begrudgingly showed us the RX350 on the Showroom floor. My wife and I both asked questions all of which were treated with hostility. In his defense, he at least opened the passenger door for my wife. Never at any point where we offered a test drive, we were not given a features / benefits walk around, offered a cup of coffee or even a ounce of consideration.My wife and I are completely appalled by the treatment we received.Being an IT Director I thoroughly research every purchase I make. Even though your Lexus Dealership has horrible Customer service ratings, I always try and reserve judgment. That being said, I have to agree with everything I have read on the Internet.

Why the low rating? In my entire driving life (almost forty-five years) I've never seen a bigger collection of morons and jerks worse than this place. This "dealership" is truly the worst business of any kind I've ever seen. The Lexus Covenant as interpreted by these dim bulbs is to do as little as possible, charge as much as they can extort from you, and still have the gall to come to work every day and do it to unsuspecting customers all over again.Lexus is having huge problems with quality right now; witness the recall disaster the LS 460 has become. And they have no one at a regional or district level performing oversight on the imbeciles running the dealerships. The region/district people are a bunch of uneducated snot-nosed kids who grew up in school systems that pumped up their undeserved, unearned self-esteem to a level ten times greater than their intelligence.Is it coincidence mother company Toyota is having similar QC and CS problems? I think not. Spend your money elsewhere, Lexus IS NOT a premium brand anymore.You have been warned.

This dealership puts customer service at the bottom and charges a ridiculous amount of money for services (oh, but wait, you get to eat a donut while you are there... too bad that donut costs you about 50% of what you are paying to have done to your vehicle). Communication is terrible and I will NEVER return... too bad, because I think they make a nice car... not nice enough to have to deal with the headache there though.

Horrible service department took my car in for a basic online change and was told it would take about an hour. I ended up calling the dealership 6 hours later wanting to know when my car would be ready; they said it would be done before they close and to be here before 6:00. After paying my bill I went out to my car which wasnt washed for an $80.00 oil change you expect your car to be washed. It upset me but wasnt a big deal, I go to get inside my car and found that they took it out to luch, they had fast food napkins, cups and bags scattered all over my car even the back seat. They even spilled coke in my cup holder and left my car a disaster. I couldnt believe it I walked inside and demanded to talk to the supervisor who of course had gone home for the day. I told the service agent what had happened and he said sorry, thats it. He wouldnt even send anyone out to clean up the mess; I then asked him why my car wasnt washed. He said it was a busy day, I guess not enough to take my car out to lunch. After I left I noticed that it was still saying on my navigation system that it required service. But wait the story gets worse, once I finally got a hold of the service manager I told him the problem and he told me thats weird they normally dont take cars out for lunch on Saturdays, we usually buy them lunch no apologize no nothing. Calling Lexus corporate got me know where they told me that each dealership is individually owned and operated and to take my car to Las Vegas for service. The story doesnt end there after I got my car back I noticed that it was making a weird ticking noise when it started, like someone was tapping on my windows. I was so upset I decided to drive to Provo to the other Larry H. Miller dealership to see in fact if the oil had really been changed and what that ticking was. They treated me like an idiot showing me how clean the oil looked on the dipstick which was there way of saying the oil hand been in fact changed. A day later I got a call saying that I needed to have my engine completely rebuilt at 12K miles. Dont waste your time or money with Larry H Miller Lexus, once they take your money they stop caring. I was told by my sales agent to take my car in anytime to get a free car wash for the life of the vehicle, they make you wait up to an hour to get it washed. They do this on purpose so you dont take your car in, even if no one is in line they still make you wait.

These guys must be the WORST LEXUS DEALERSHIP on the planet. Sales guy we had was incredibly rude when we told him that we would need some time to decide. He basically told us that we were wasting his time! We were appalled. Once in a blue moon did we ever expect such a poor customer service at a Lexus dealership until we visited Larry H. Miller Lexus in Salt Lake City. We NEVER expected such a "no-class" sales person at a Lexus dealership before that day. We have owned three Lexus(all bought in CA) and we have loved Lexus. Sadly, Larry H. Miller Lexus is the only Lexus dealership in Utah, we will have to go to Denver, Las Vegas or LA to buy our next Lexus because we NEVER want to visit these guys again to buy a new one. That poorly trained sales guy at Larry H. Miller Lexus made us wonder how they could sell anything to anyone. We hope these guys will go out of business and someone else take over the Lexus dealership here someday, then we can at least hope real Lexus experience at the new Lexus dealership. Shame on you! Larry H. Miller Lexus! They better learn how to treat their customers from Ken Garff Mercedes and BMW of Murray. Those guys were much better at treating their customers with respect!
