This dealership was my last stop in a very long day and Deschutes over a month. Hadn't been there before, oddly I live two minutes away. Met Darryl, great guy, not to pushy, extremely knowledgeable. Saw what I liked, told him I liked it, test drove it, let me open it up, take some nice turns and took it back. Didn't have the time to close the sea right then and told him I would contact him Monday. Didn't hear anything from him that day, which is appreciated, called and went and bought the car. It's a beautiful ride and I am excited to have it for the foreseeable future.

I'm north of age 50. First time EVER buying from a dealer. Had seen other Lexus cars at a local dealership. Checked with Darryl as we both belong to a marketing group. He got a sense of what I was after and called me when that car came in, before it made it to the sales lot, which I appreciated. He wasn't overly pushy. The price seemed pretty reasonable. I took it to a mechanic who said it checked out very clean.Experience was soured due to curt/abrupt demeanor of finance guy. Don't recall his name. While he didn't push the extended warranty, when I declined it he said, "well, you must have A LOT of money'. Pretty sarcastic/demeaning. My response was that no, I was sold a car that was touted as being very reliable and with only 71K miles on it I figured its electronics/tranny/engine would at least last another 36K/3 yrs. So that portion of the car buy process was really off-putting. I'm sure some Lexus buyers expect to really be schmoozed. Not me. But don't log grenades like that at me.Overall, I'd work with Darryl again.

Please disregard my earlier post!!!I just took the used 2015 Mazda Miata that had less than 4400 miles on it when I bought it on 5/31/16 (now has 5900 miles) to possibly trade in on another vehicle and was told there was extensive frame damage on the entire driver's side.....the back quarter panel, driver's door, front quarter panel and front bumper had all been replaced and NONE of this was disclosed to me before I purchased the car.....even when I asked out right if it had been in any accidents!! How safe is this car now? Would the side airbag even deploy if I were in an accident? This vehicle is now a deathtrap waiting to happen!! This is a crime that can be prosecuted!The appraisal came in $4,000 less than they would have paid me had there been no damage. I have contacted the dealership and am awaiting a call back from Joe, the General Manager. Hopefully, he has some morals and ethics and will make things right!!Will update again once we have spoken with the outcome; however, I still wouldn't step foot in to one of their dealerships EVER again.

I will begin this review by stating the following (for those who want the short and simple summation): LHM has the monopoly on Lexus in Utah. So, if you desire to drive a Lexus and would like to work with a dealership that upholds the Lexus standards, I would suggest you go to Vegas or Denver.I was looking to upgrade my HS to a new ES hybrid and decided that the 12th anniversary of the store, with the "Employee Pricing" was as good of time as any to do so. In preparation for this I used the Black Book valuation tool on their website and printed off a coupon that supposedly guaranteed a certain amount in credit. I also went the weekend before to the LHM Lindon Lexus to check inventory and kick a few tires. The salesman I worked with (Darryl Johnson) wasn't very knowledgeable (should have been a red flag) and didn't want to find answers to my basic questions. To make matters worse, he was very reluctant to search for inventory outside of his own lot that had the specific trim and add-on tech I was looking to get. He simply wanted to know which color I wanted to buy and then provided samples of cars that didn't match the trim (or colors) I was looking to get.I returned (mostly because I loved my HS so much and figured I would find a different salesman that would be more helpful) in the afternoon April 30th (12th anniversary event) and found a new salesman to work with.(Mike Breitbarth) who admittedly was new to Lexus as he had come from Jerry Seiner Kia, along with several others, at the beginning of the month. However, we were initially impressed as he didn't know much about the cars or financing, but was willing to run and ask someone who might know an answer. He went to work finding a car in another lot that met our wish list close enough (it didn't have the illuminated door stills, like I wanted, but it had everything else). When it came time to discuss the trade in he then low balled the trade in offer, then told me the Black Book quote / guarantee was worthless (don't waste your time filling out the info on their site for Black Book, they will just spam your email and the dealership won't honor the price listed anyways). During the course of working over the numbers I found several mistakes which prompted them to "reboot their computers" and then the numbers magically worked themselves out (double check all numbers they present to you). Once we had decided to go ahead with the deal we went to Jason's office to do paperwork.Once we got into Jason's office Mike left us and told us he had plans (once the sale was done, of course). In Jason's office we worked with Greg and went over the documents and had to print and reprint the documents several times to get a set that matched (or so we thought) what we had agreed on. We left with the expectation of our new car arriving in the next week and that the "painful" part of the car buying experience was behind us.We were wrong. There were several more mistakes on the paperwork which required me to sign and re-sign paperwork 3 more times. The car that was supposed to be delivered a week after purchase didn't arrive (nor were there any calls or notification to me that the car wasn't there yet). The car was promised for another time, again no call, no show. I called and followed up with the Sales Manager Scott Adams who promised another date, again no call, no show. I went in and confronted my salesman (Mike Breitbarth) in person (even though he was supposedly "on vacation") and he promised me another date and follow up call... but no call, no show. I then received a call back from Joe Belmonte telling me that the car I had purchased was lost or stolen, and that I would need to wait for him to figure it out (this is two weeks after the initial purchase) or he would be going to Vegas (where my car was supposed to be coming from) and he would walk the lot and figure it out then.It is amazing what happens when you start dropping names. The owner of the company I work for knows several of the higher up individuals at LHM and when I mentioned to Joe that I would be in contact with those individuals he went right to work making sure he found a car for me to pick up. Magically, after name dropping and a threat of breach of contract and nonfeasance he was able to find the car I had purchased weeks earlier and that it was on its way to the dealership (he even texted me pics to prove it).Once the car arrived I arranged a date that I had time to work with the tech specialists and take delivery (April 21st). I had stopped by the dealership a few days in advance, just to verify that it was indeed the car I was promised and that it had the trim/tech that I had ordered. When I arrived to take delivery I was greeted by Justin and Kale and they had pulled the car into the building for initial inspection.I was really disappointed to find that the car wasn't ready for pick up. They had not topped off the tank with gas, they had not dusted off the dash, wiped down the windows and mirrors, they hadn't even taken the trash out of the trunk. However, the delivery team of Justin and his trainee Kale were the redeeming factor for my experience as they were dutiful in explaining items, researching answers to questions I had, and listening to me vent about the dealership they work for. I have not caught them BS'ing me or outright deceiving me (like many of the other employees have) and seem ultimately concerned and dedicated to my satisfaction with my new Lexus.Not a week later and my new Lexus is having issues, which I report as they happen to Kale (he gave me his cell#) and eventually they get bad enough that he says that I will need to bring it in and have it looked at...when they have some free time in 3 days. At this point I have a brand new car that I have been able to drive for a week and now it has to go to the shop... but they can't fit me in until Thursday.. Once they receive the car they will have it for somewhere between 1 and 4 days (maybe longer if they have to replace the dash, navigation and/or telematic control unit).To err is human, I get that. But, when everyone (except the delivery guys) drops the ball... there is something going on but a simple series of unfortunate events and/or mistakes. I hope that whoever reads this decides to do business with these guys that their experience is better than mine. I will say this: proceed with caution. If you see any of the red flags I pointed out pop up, get out before you're under a sales contract!

We were looking to replace a very specific vehicle not easily found in our area (400 miles away). Looking over the internet we found the vehicle that appeared to be what we were looking for. I called the dealership and talked with Garret Ferrari. He was very friendly, helpful and professional on the phone. He offered to send any pictures and also while on the phone do a walk around of the vehicle. I told him if the pictures on the internet were of the car that was fine, but if he could do a walk around that would be great. He did that and pointed out a couple very small items. After a week or two we decided we were interested in the vehicle and again talked with Garret on the phone and had a very pleasing conversation. Being from out of town, we negotiated over the phone a firm price if the vehicle was as described and pictured. The vehicle was exactly as described by Garret and the dealership held to the price we had previously negotiated. I have bought a few vehicles from out of town in the past and had a couple dealers try to jack the price up once we were in the dealership. That was not the case here. It was refreshing to see a dealership keep to their word. Dealing with Becky in the Finance department was also a pleasant experience with no hard sell tactics. I would like to thank both Garret and Becky for their help. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the dealership.

Visiting Lexus of Lindon is an extraordinary experience. We have now owned our RX-450H for four years and it still drives and feels brand new, partly because we always get our regularly scheduled maintenance done at the dealer. Geoff and his team are outstanding...informative, courteous, professional and helpful. Chad, the General Manager, stays actively engaged with customers to ensure they are well cared for. I have never been in a dealership waiting room that is so clean, well-stocked, comfortable and inviting. Fresh donuts, a superb hot drink machine, sodas, water, bananas, candy...and a lovely flat screen TV keep you entertained. The time flies quickly. I even took the time to have a team meeting with one of my staff while waiting and he was so impressed he plans to bring his wife to the dealership when its time to buy a new car. The only problem is: now I want to buy another Lexus after spending time in the showroom! No one can beat a Lexus and this dealership is top of the line. Oh, I appreciate that Chad ensures now that each car is hand-washed after service: our car left in pristine condition inside and out. A very nice touch. In winning customer loyalty, the "small things are the big things," and Lexus of Lindon demonstrates that truth.

Took my 2014 ES300h in for its first oil change. Geoff met me as I was getting out of the car and showed me into the waiting area. He had a smile on his face. The work was professional. Because he was on time and assured me the wait would be short, I waited for the car. The lounge area was great and everyone greeted me with a smile. We have been servicing our car at Lexus of Lindon since we moved from Southern California 9 years ago. In fact, we are on our third Lexus simply because of the service we received.I was sadly disappointed when I took the car in last Friday. There was no personalized service as I had become accustomed to. My key was taken by the "concierge", I was rushed into the waiting room and there I waited. I did not even speak to a service advisor until the service was completed, and then it was like he didn't even know who I was or what I wanted.I have written multiple letters full of accolades not only to the Lindon dealership, but to the main office in Torrance. I used to feel as though the service advisor was sincerely happy to see me. Not any longer.I see below an area to indicate the employee's names that I worked with. Sadly, no one gave me their name.Lexus service has really gone downhill, almost to the point of falling off a cliff.PS, I would also like to recommend a dress code. The "concierge" was wearing white knitted tights and a short sweater. Perhaps appropriate when having coffee with friends, not so much when you are working at a premier dealership.

My wife, Denise, brought our Lexus 450H SUV in for our maintenance/oil change and she was treated so courteously and professionally. You had also sent us a coupon for Spring cleaning for 139 dollars off so she chose to have that done as well. Kyle walked her out to the car at the end and treated her with such courtesy. When she got in the car she thought she had gotten in the wrong vehicle: it looked like new inside and out. The leather treatment and interior cleaning was unbelievable and the complete vacuuming and outside washing made our car feel and look like new. The coupon made it a particularly great deal and introduced us to this service which we did not know you had. My wife called me when I was out of town and raved about the experience and how she was treated. This really made up for some unhappy experiences we had three years ago with the service manager who was transferred or terminated. Your new team is top of the line and we are now very happy and loyal Lexus of Lindon customers. I teach customer loyalty workshops...loyal customers are much different than merely satisfied customers. You have made us loyal. Thank you.

I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership (guess I'm a slow learner), and I have never had a good experience. I LOVE my Lexus RX 350, it is the perfect car for me, but sadly Miller has the corner on the Lexus dealerships in Utah. I pay cash for my vehicles and traded in my favorite most recent 2011 for a new 2013 because I was told the new model had the safety features I felt very important, and I wanted a heated steering wheel, which I was also informed was stock on this year's model. After sacrificing the color I wanted, the interior I preferred, etc., I drove it home somewhat pacified because the safety features would be there, specifically the "driver alert" (no one could actually give me the official name - so I call it drowsy driver alert). I could not find these features in the vehicle, so I returned to the dealership to inquire, and then the saga quickly turned sour. I had been informed by my salesman, Ken, the sales manager, Darrel (I believe), and another salesman that like the sedans and the larger SUV, these features were all included in "the safety package". After much scrambling and back pedaling, and finally meeting with Art, current site manager these astute salesmen discovered that not only does the RX 350 not have these features, but at this juncture there are no plans in the future to include them. Art then informed me that my salesman informed me of this, and in the presence of my daughter, I had told him "it was not important". I have two children involved in separate roll-over car accidents as passengers when the driver went to sleep at the wheel and both were severely injured, requiring open brain surgery, one of whom is still severely handicapped and requires a permanent residential care facility. The only reason I considered the change, and the added expense, was these safety features which were represented to me to be included. It was at this point, after several discussions that Art told me I was a liar and informed me "this conversation is over, you can leave my office". This is my fourth new Lexus, and I love the vehicle, but I certainly will never return to a dealership in Utah to be disrespected in this manner.

I scheduled an appointment to replace a sunroof that had shattered. The service reps were very helpful and were able to get the needed glass in the next day. I'm not sure if they were just too busy at the dealership, or if it was just an off day, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the repair and the clean-up of the vehicle after the repairs were made. I found pieces of glass on the center console as well as in the cup holder, and the seal around the glass looks quite warn (I haven't tried putting any water on it, but I really wonder if it is airtight). I would have expected something like this from a third-party, but I expected a little more from Lexus.

A routine oil change and maintenance revealed a failing water pump. Trevor explained the situation. From experience I know that the announcement of additional problems and charges can be suspect with some dealerships or independent mechanics, but confidence has never failed in this regard with Lexus service. Trust and capability are two qualifiers for return service, so I continue to return to Lexus. Because the water pump needed to be replaced, my wait would be extended for hours. Trevor immediately arranged for a temporary vehicle for me to use during the interim.When I purchased the pre-owned vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty with Land Mark. Trevor took care of the negotiations with this company, and it was a stubborn negotiation. Trevor's persistence for 2 hours proved a positive outcome in my behalf.

The overhead console sliding door switches in our Sienna were failing. They still worked some of the time but since we were moving out of state I explained to Phil that I wanted to get it fixed before we left. They checked into it, ordered the part and got it done. They easily could have said no since the switches hadn't failed completely. It was refreshing to deal with people who understand that a little flexibility goes a long way. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it, that's all I want.

Service advisor misled by overstating the diagnostic fee would be applied to repairs if needed and after attempting to explain what he meant, only dug himself in deeper. Apparently when they changed the oil in our car in December, they did not check the air filter (which is part of their service on the maintenance agreement plan), this car has been sitting in our garage for six weeks and the air filter being "plugged" is what triggered the computer codes leading to my visit to the dealership.

We pulled up in a Fiat rental car and four of us piled out. I am pretty sure we looked like a bunch of hillbillies and that your sales staff was thinking we would be a total waste of their time. However, Ken Robison greeted us cheerfully and asked how he could help us. I let him know that I was looking for a used Lexus because I had been driving the ES300 for years and it was the best car I had ever driven (my transmission had gone out at 170,000 miles and was currently being rebuilt). He showed us the sedans and went over their various features, offering to let us test drive anything we would like. He then suggested that I might want to also test drive the RX350. I hadn't previously even considered it. We spent some time looking at those and again, he pointed out the upgrades and features on each vehicle. I chose two cars - on RX and the other a sedan and went for a test drive. Upon my return I knew the RX was the right fit for me. The thing I appreciated most about Ken was his no-pressure approach. He did not push any specific vehicle on me, but was good to point out the pros and cons of each. I am a realtor and do a LOT of driving and he did point out that the RX would do better in the snow. He treated me with respect and got us through the purchase in a thorough manner, letting me know he was my "car guy" and would be there to answer any questions and assist me with anything I needed with my new-to-me car. We did not get finished up until 11 p.m. So grateful that Ken was attentive, in spite of our appearance when we arrived. I was already a huge Lexus fan, but this truly sealed that for me! Thanks again Lexus of Lindon. You guys rock!

We feel that the sales people we talked with prior to purchase gave us truthful information and pricing. They also told us they would drive the car to us as we live in St George, UT. and we had two vehicles to trade so it was really convenient for us. Our salesman Garret took his time and went over the features of the RX, he was very thorough and patient with us. We have had the RX for 5 days and we are extremely satisfied with it. We are still learning all the bells and whistles, but feel good about our purchase and the dealership we choose to purchase from. We were looking at several crossover vehicles trying to narrow down those that we felt were close to the kind we were looking for. After a few weeks of test drives we had decided that the larger 3rd row vehicles were more then we needed. we went back to the two dealers we liked, Acura and Lexus, and drove their smaller crossovers. Our salesman, Ken, at the Lexus dealer did a great job explaining the car. He didn't pressure us and when I asked him to watch a particular color for me he followed through in a timely way. Even more important to me, he continues to work with us after the sale instead of turning us over to a service manager for maintenance or follow up. The other part of the process I appreciated was not being turned over to another sales person. When I'm shopping, I'm shopping not buying. It was a great experience.

I have purchased five vehicles from Lexus of Lindon. This is my third RX350. I love the vehicle, however, the only reason I decided on a new 2013, was that I was told the 2013 had the updated safety package, specifically the "Driver Assist Monitoring System," (I call it drowsy driver), I also requested a heated steering wheel. Long story short, after I took possession of the vehicle, on further evaluation, I learned that not only did this vehicle NOT have those two features, but after several weeks of discussions Art Veenema, he informed me that not only are these features not even available on the RX, but they probably never will be. Therefore, after paying for what I thought was going to be an upgrade and enhanced safety features, I am basically driving the exact same car I traded in. I was basically called a liar by John and Art, and I was informed that Ken reported that he had itemized the features and informed me the "drowsy driver" feature was not available on this vehicle, and I told him that that feature "was not important" to me. Interesting, since specifically this was the major feature in my decision to purchase the new vehicle, as I have TWO children (both passengers) who have been critically injured in separate automobile accidents, both of which were the result of the driver going to sleep at the wheel. I will NOT be back!!

I originally gave this dealership a very good review. However, there were two parts that needed to be ordered for my vehicle. I was told they would be in within a week or two of my purchase March 25. Later that week, Shea called to tell me that they needed another copy of both mine and my husband's drivers licenses "to get this deal to go through." We decided that I would give him said copies when my parts came in. He said that were scheduled to come in on Tuesday April 2nd.I have not received a call confirming these parts have come in. Yesterday, April 16th, I sent Jonathan a text asking if my parts had come in. He replied stating that he would check and let me know.I still have heard nothing.

Everything about this dealership is top-notch. I always dread buying a new car because of how the "Stealerships" conduct their business and how the most important thing to them is getting your money in their pocket. This time however, was the best experience I've ever had buying a new(er) car, I felt as if Lexus as a whole acutally cared for what I was buying, how I went about buying it and how I was going to make it my own. Its almost sad that "5" is the highest rating I could give this dealership.

My husband and I were looking to get a new car in the small SUV range and came across an add from this dealer. We went in to look at the vehicle (Honda) and were quite pleased we Miss Debi's friendly attitude and willingness to assist us, despite the fact that we came in fairly close to closing time. She kindly checked on us while we waited in their 'internet cafe', which did have the internet and a range of delightful treats and drinks. While on our test drive, Miss Debi was not pushy or overly talkative, she just enjoyed the ride and chatted with us.Steve the financier was wonderful as well. He was kind and stayed late (facing the wrath of his wife) to help us get everything taken care of. In addition he was smart, funny, and helped us understand the loan process. Steve also gave great advice that you felt like you were getting from your dad or cool uncle. We had a wonderful experience and recommend the place highly.

Hi Mr. Schwemin,I have a 08 Lexus IS250 AWD and want to complain my experience with Lexus of Lindon recently, especially to Chris Alder.I got a flat tire last weekend and drove to Lexus of Lindon Monday morning. My first impression is really bad due to Chris's attitude. He did not show any respect and walking around without finishing my questions. Since I have my front tire replaced a month before due to a sidewall damage, I got one as spare tire. So I am wondering whether he could just mount that tire onto the flat one to save me a lot of money. He told me he could not do one, but at least a pair and that is the rule. At that time, he did not explain why and just push the options to me. I know it is not a good ideal to have a used and brand new one on the same axis, but I don't understand why my used one won't work. At that time, he explained nothing but showing his impatience. After think about a while, I decided to get a pair replaced. I called him at noon for estimate completion time and was told my car would be done by 4pm. However, when I got there at 4 pm, my car was not even put in the garage and he has to put me on a loaner. At that time, he is always walking around without taking care of me, especially comparing to the attitude of Tess who sign me the loaner. Tess is really patient. On Tuesday, he called me that he will install one tire for me, which surprise me a lot as he was so confidently telling me he can not do one tire but a pair. This is really confusing me about how this would work with one used and one brand new. He did not explain either, just told me he could do one but recommend to do a pair. I dont want to screw up my car and decided to do a pair. The price he told me surprised me again, $238 + tax per tire, which is crazy. I got about $159 per tire a month before. When I told him that the price could not be right as I change my front one a month before, he did not admitted his fault but make up some ridiculous excuses, like the tire price could go up and the price is different of each batch he received and etc. However, when I mentioned that I replaced my tire at your site and you should have all the records, he decided hang up my phone to look it up and will call me back. While, I never get a call back either about the price or whether my car is ready.I came back to your dealership around 5pm and fond I had a pair of tires replaced. The price is correct, $159 each. However, I remember that my tire is covered by road hazard, and have the front desk lady called him about the road hazard. He told me that my tire was not purchased at you site, so it will not be covered by the warranty and I told him that my tires were purchased from you and still have the record. I still remembered the date purchased, May, 2010. Then he told me that the warranty only covered the first two years and I am out of warranty. This surprised me again. He even did not know whether my tire was bought from you or not. He was just making up excuses to avoid the warranty. Even he is right. I am out of warranty. I will pay whatever I owe, but I do not deserve to be fooling around about the price and warranty. As a professional service guy for years, he could not mess up the price and warranty. I can not accept a liar in Lexus dealer and was so disappointed about him, his attitude, the way he treated his customer. I just moved to Orem a couple months before and always had my car serviced at Lexus of Murray. The experiences are so different, even both are owned by Larry H Miller. I chose Lexus for reasons and this is experience really frustrated me. I sent the complaint to their Director, Philip Schwemin. But never get relied.

Kurt was great with regard to getting back to me via email regarding my interest and purchase of a 2008 Lexus RX400h. He had paperwork ready when I arrived, but I had to wait for over an hour for the fianace person to be able to complete my transaction. Just prior to leaving the dealership, it was discovered that my new vehicle did not have but one key. This should have been known upon my arrival and another key obtained and ready. I have since received not one, but two valet keys. I appreciate this being taken care of. I was surprised that in, what I would call a luxury dealership, that the dress code was quite relaxed. Maybe this is an avenue to attract more customers like me with a lower level of income, but a bit more professional attire was expected. Tommy was good, not too pushy. I didn't care for the dark haired finance guy at all. The one who went over the finance and warranty info in his office was great. I didn't like the fact that I was told I would be given a new battery in the remote, and wasn't, so I get low battery every time I start the car. I also didn't like that I was told the paint on the door would be fixed and it wasn't. It is always easier to recommend someone when they follow through on what was promised.

My unwavering support of the Lexus brand had never been called into question until the day I brought my '08 ES350 into Lexus of Lindon. I was promptly greeted by a very friendly service representative as I exited my car, and was quickly led to Jason's office. I only needed my safety inspection and emissions test done. After waiting 45 minutes (I was told it would be 20) I checked on the status of my car. Jason then told me that I needed to flush my transmission oil, flush my brake fluid (because it was black and thick), and align my car. My owner's manual has my trans oil listed as 100,000 mile fluid and I am only at 51 thousand miles. The alignment was done 2 weeks previous when I bought my new tires at Les Schwab. I told him this and he back-peddled and blamed the oversight on the new mechanic. He still pushed the alignment and brake fluid flush telling me that my tires would blow out on the freeway without a proper alignment. I refused again and took my car back to Les Schwab to have them fix the alignment. As I told them of my experience at Lexus, Braden at Les Scwab chuckled and said "we hear that alot". They opened the hood to show me that my brake fluid was not black, and was not even dark. They finished checking the alignment and yet again, showed me that I have nothing to worry about. Lexus should know better than to hire such a dishonest human being to represent their product to the Lexus owners in Utah. For any dealership work, I will only bring my car to Lexus of Murray. Otherwise I will stick with Les Schwab for my maintenance needs.Rick Stanton

There was a problem with the tire sensor that no one would help me with, my calls to the dealership were not returned. I took the car to the Murray Lexus and a salesman there helped me that knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in fifteen minutes, wonderful customer service there. I will always go there and not Lindon. Was not a good experience.

They are all eager to help ensure your satisfaction!In all honesty, we have bought numerous new and used cars during our marriage of 30 years, and in all that time we have NEVER been treated better then at the Lexus dealership! Our first contact with Lexus was actually several years ago with service (Wes Barkell) and he earned our great respect and friendship! Now we have moved to sales, by purchasing our used GX 470 and everything was fantastic there too!Usually sales earns you, you buy, then you work with service and some times you regret ever buying! But with Lexus of Lindon, things just get better and better!We truly enjoy every aspect of this dealership and every employee that works there! Orginally offered to change tires, that was taken back, had to pay for second key, not expected on such a nice car, repair needed (after car on lot for 36 days) missing an important interior part, expected with a certified car. I have confidience that Kurt Hoerner will resolve these concerns. Over all experience could move to great or disappointing...depending on resolution. Thank you,

I came to Lexus of Lindon from another state as part of my two day search for a vehicle for my college kid. I only had a couple days to complete the transaction so I didn't have time for the usual back and forth process. Jonathon Henson met me, listened to what I needed and how I wanted to do business, and he bent over backwards to help make it happen. I'm very pleased with how painless the transaction was and how Mr. Henson was willing to go beyond the call of duty to help make it work.

Lexus of Lindon is a superior dealership because it is in the Lexus family. However, since the downturn of 2007, it has not been the same. High turnover, change in attitude, sometimes a subtle change, etc. I'm sure with the decrease in auto sales, everything was gloomy for a couple years, but that should never have permeated to the customer. But, it did. It has never really righted itself. Certainly, before at Lexus of Bellevue (WA) and Lexus of Lindon (UT) it was an unqualified impeccable experience. That has deteriorated in Lindon, UT. Maybe it's a permanent change. I cannot recommend Lexus now without saying, "It used to be unbelievable, now it's good."

Buying this new vehicle was my first experience with Lexus of Lindon. I have not had any work performed, therefore, I did not rate "Quality of Work." I look forward to a long-term relationship with this dealership as I anticipate the service and work will be excellent complementing the great reliability I expect from a Lexus. I appreciated the salesperson's (Kurt Hoerner)approach; he was very polite with no high pressure tactics.

We took our Lexus in for a 30,000 mile service. Jason had replacement car plus he gave us a 15% discount. Jason worked us into the schedule. He made us feel as though we were his only concern. I had to jump start my car. I called Jason on the Tuesday following a Monday holiday when the service department was very busy. Nevertheless, he told me to bring the car to the dealership, and he would sneak me in as soon as he could--which he did. I very much appreciated this wonderful service.
