I had a great experience buying my new car. Francisco was my salesmen and I really appreciated him demonstrating the RAV4 features and his comments during my test drive. I had done research ahead of time and knew what car I wanted and how much I could expect for my trade in. Since I had done that it made the process relatively painless. Plus I am thrilled with the car! Update: just had my 20K service call and Trudy made it so easy. This place is great.

Pablo was the absolute best! Patient, kind, professional...truly the best! My alternator went out ($$$) and when I melted down he remained calm and supportive throughout the process. He ordered my parts and my car was ready next day! To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever received better service and support from any other service provider...ever! I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Pablo for the great service, above and beyond!

Scott, the Service Manager, is man of his word and took great care of me when I came in for service this past week. I was not completely satisfied with my experience the first time at the dealership, and he went above and beyond to make up for my previous experience. I appreciate him and the folks in the service department for their great work and attention to detail, and putting the customer first. Much appreciated.

Daniel Rodriguez was extremely professional and very kind and friendly He was extremely sympathetic / empathetic to me being hearing impaired He didn’t get upset when I asked him to repeat himself several times Due to my hearing aids! I couldn’t ask for anyone better!! Farley was extremely helpful as well!!!! Art!!!! Upstairs was also very helpful !!! My whole family!!!!! At least 5 people have bought cars from him because he feels like family Totally trust worthy My friends have also bought cars from since as well!!! Great team!!!!
