I went into the dealer on Monday night looking to trade in my Ford Taurus. Louie was our sales consultant and we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end, best sales experience I’ve ever had. He was realistic, honest and patient with us. It didn’t take long before we found the right car for us, we walked out with a 2018 Dodge Journey. The process was very easy and smooth and we left happy. Thanks so much Louie!!! Your the best! Also my father in law has purchased 7 of his cars from here!

We drove over 100 miles to get our "new to us" truck. After searching online for weeks, this dealership had the one with all of the features we needed. We used the website chat feature to be sure the truck hadn't been sold. We got a quick response and set an appointment to see it. We were greeted by Joe Peterson. He was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the features of the truck. He gave us a tour of the dashboard technology which was really helpful. Overall, it was the least stressful experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Joe, for all of your help!

I am glad most people had great experience with them. I did not. I spoke with a salesman named Joshua about a vehicle they had for sale for $4k above value. I gave an offer 2k above value (because of this crazy market were in) and he said he was going to run it by his sales manager. he called me back and said they would not drop it a single penny because the market. i stated that i wanted to buy it Friday so let me know if anything changes. Then i had a couple questions about the vehicle after words because i was interested and he still has not replied. i go online today and they dropped the price! Joshua didn't want to deal with me but then drops the price almost immediately? Why didn't he make the deal with me? Why wasn't my money good enough for Joshua? They lost this guaranteed sale from me. do not tell someone you are not going to deal then drop the price greatly.

I buy many cars and trucks for personal use and for my company. I have to say that since I have switched to the team at Larry Roesch, it has been a great experience . Its hard to find an honest company in this industry and the team at Larry Roesch is the best. I have worked with many salesmen there and they are all fantastic. Even the upper management is great. I worked with Joe on a TRX recently and he is straight forward. I feel he worked with me to get the best price possible. His knowledge of the vehicles is far above excellent.

Have life time extended warranty and every time I bring in car for warranty work I have to argue about what is cover and I know it's covered. They also act put out because I have warranty on a 2008 vehicle and they have to fix. Last time I brought it in had an airbag light on and right before I dropped off engine light came on ,well you have to run scan for both but only one time they tried to charge me $80 on top of my deductible for 1/2 labor to scan. I would not pay until they proved it takes half hour to do. I own a scan tool and it takes 5 minutes and they had to run scan already for airbag light which is a covered warranty expense. I AM DONE BRINGING ANY BUSINESS TO THEM AND WOULD ADVISE NO ONE ELSE SHOULD, JUST TIRED OF ALWAYS ARGUING WITH THEM
