From the time you drive up to the Service Area the people are attentive and friendly greeting you. As an example when I got off my car I had my purse, laptop, and coffee mug, so my hands were full. The outside service attendants went to the door and held it open for me. Paola was excellent, informative and kept me informed on the progress of the vehicle's service. Raul's video and explanations were perfect!

Paula my service advisor was outstanding, she remembered me from long time ago. the tech who worked on my car was also outstanding, he must have loved his job, you don't see that so often anymore.To bad I don't know his name, but you could probably find out internally. I got the car back beautifully done, beyond clean, was never the case before, they just rinsed the car with usually no soap, just what the simplest car wash machine does. Not this time. Or they changed management or something big must have happened with this store. Before I remember they tried to bully you into Excellence in this location, now they convince you into Excellence. Beautiful to keep it like this. It has been some years I haven't been at this facility, this time was an absolute pleasure.

I’ve been to multiple BMW dealerships in different states. This one is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and how they treat you! Mark Winstead is so kind and took his time to find us the perfect car! He seriously went the extra mile to make sure we’re happy. The whole staff there is friendly and great! Rufus has been the friendliest and professional sales rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Made himself available to me with any questions, before committing to a car, during the process, and even after the sale. He's been overall excellent all around. The transition from sales to finance was super smooth and friendly. Adam as well is super down to earth and never felt pressured. I can't wait for my lease to be over to come back and see them again!

Huge gap between sales and service office. Service took forever, they overcharge don't refund , you have to fight and get aggravated for everything . After 8 years BMW lost my family's business. Just spoke to manager who couldn't wait for me to leave his office. I though he didn't speak any English, that was the impression he gave me.

Ask for Mr. Raymond Penuela. He is an amazing representative of the holman automotive family. He truly cares about his clients and does not make them feel otherwise. Before going to Lauderdale BMW Pembroke Pines I was planning to purchase a Mercedes. After going to BMW and meeting Raymond I felt BMW would be the best car for me. Great experience at this dealer. Flew in from Tampa, was picked up by Colin Hew at the airport and treated very well the entirety of my stay. I was not hassled even though I had to purchase a car in order to get back the 4 hours to Tampa. They also threw in brand new floor mats and a BMW shirt with the purchase of my used 328i.

I have purchased over 15 new cars and this my first BMW. Your staff was extremely professional (Enrique Moncada and Phil) and not pushy. This is the first car which I purchased that I did not have to negotiate with the "sales manager." They treated me so well that I did not even mind paying the dealer fees. Great experience!

Went in to purchase a new 528i to replace my 335i going off lease. Non pressure sale, not a lot of haggle in, met price from another dealer for the car I wanted. I bought from this dealer because I always get my car serviced by the BMW service center in Ft. Lauderdale and everyone there has always ben great. Holman auto group is truly professional.

I recently leased a bmw here and could not have had a better sales experience. Les Cutler was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the cars. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. The lobby and display area were also very nice. I will definitely be back for another purchase when my lease is up.

I've now hod 2 pleasant purchases from Holman BMW from both their locations and have to say, these guys are so much nicer to deal with that I gladly drive the 20 - 25 miles to bring my business to them even though there is a huge competitor BMW dealer within 4 miles of me. Our salesman Philip Bader was upfront and open and facilitated the transaction expeditiously without resorting to any of the usual nonsense. Yes there was back & forth on the price, but at no time was the process aggressive nor unprofessional. If you can only feel good about a purchase if you stole it, then this place is not for you. I felt good about this purchase knowing full well that they made a fair profit and I still got a great car at a fair price. I did not feel like I needed to beat them up cause they were not trying to do that to me.

Frank Fuzer was the best salesperson We've ever dealt with in any car dealership. He was never pushy, knew how to hear our needs and concerns and proved to be very knowledgeable with all the questions we threw at him. And they were many. We wil be back for another BMW soon, and we will make sure Frank will handle this next one as well.

After trying the other nearby dealerships and basically getting no where. My wife and I just ordered a brand new 335i from Ted Levine at Lauderdale BMW. This was the only dealership that actually tried their best to give us a great deal based on our excellent credit as well as being previous BMW owners. We are very glad that we gave them a shot and will very likely be back to them down the road. Thanks!!!
