Jocelyn was very courteous, professional, and committed. I was not pressured in any way during the sales transaction and everything went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was purchasing and took the time to show me all the qualities and controls of it. Test driving it was a breeze. My wife and I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership and always received good service from sales thru service. The last service experience has been the pitts The Tech knew about as much as a doorknob. After two trips and about eight hours they say said that wasn't the problem. I am an ASE auto Tech with a Degree in Auto Tech so I know where im coming from.

As usual, Dave Kittrell did an excellent jb of taking care of my 2001 GMC. The work done on the motor mounts, heat shields and muffler worked wonders and really improved the sound and ride of the truck as well as correcting a bad situation.

Not just keeping your head down and a quick look at the individual and ignoring he's or she's standing next to the counter. It was our first visit to Lawley. I called in to the service dept & spoke with Clint Gaston. He was able to get our 2011 Cruze in for a oil change right away. A great guy on the phone, I liked that so we drove down from Benson. We were greeted by Kalid in the service drive, he is a positive greeter & offered to show us great deals on new cars. At the moment though we were going in to let Clint know we were there. When we met Clint, he also mentioned there were great deals on new cars & Clint called over to Kalid we were done checking in & he could show us new cars. Kalid is very helpful & willing to the extra mile to get a deal done. Note; we were thinking about getting a new car later in the 2016 year - but - after the effort put forth by Kalid & his manager we decided to buy a new car while we were there! Just a note here - I had worked at a Mercedes dealership from 1978 to 2005 in the parts dept so I know how it is to work at a dealership. Please tell Mr. Lawley that he has a GREAT friendly staff working for him. When we buy another new vehicle it will be from Lawley's because of our positive experience we had!

Needed to get a new key and reprogrammed. Though the remote key was only 4 yrs since I have had I was very disappointed in the workmanship as the key became unoperable in the opening or the car...the replacement and reprogramming was very costly, I was not happy about it. Though the parts dpt was very friendly and helpful in realizing the cost of the key.

The service center is great. I felt that they really cared about me. I was greeted right away, paper work was done and off I went to wait for a call when the service was completed. When they called I needed other things that needed to be done to keep my car in good working condition. They told me the price of each service and a grand total. I do have one person that I have work on my car ( her name is LUCY) and that is Mark Redding. He goes over and above to make sure that my car is in excellent condition.My car is a LAWLEY car. I have all my work done at Lawley and appreciate that I can rely on there service department to keep me safe. Keep up the good work.

It was the greatest vehicle purchase experience that I have ever experienced. The staff was very knowledgeable and to the point. They even constantly made sure that during my small wait periods I had everything I needed including water to make my stay a very relaxed and welcomed one. I have already recommended family to this location for their possible vehicle purchase. Keep in mind that we live 175 + miles away. This is how pleased I was with my service. I left feeling very accomplished and knowledgeable in all aspects of my vehicle's capabilities due to the staffs patient teachings. Very pleased to say the least.

I was introduced to Sheikh Buksh by a friend helping with another project when he saw that I needed help in obtaining a vehicle. I was impressed that Sheikh listened to my requests and steered me toward a vehicle that suits my needs exactly. He did not try to upgrade me unnecessarily. Though I had expressed that I did not want any extras that are usually proposed at the time of closing, Gene Hagele mentioned one that I could swap out for an existing service, so I opted for that one. At no time did I feel undue pressure, but I do have to give credit also to my advocate who made my intentions clear from the start. I know that salespeople are just doing their job in attempting to convince people to upgrade, but I do have to say "Thank You" to those I worked with for not doing that. If they had, my inclination would have been to leave and look elsewhere. I felt that I received excellent service, above and beyond, and look forward to further contact as I begin to learn the many features of my new vehicle.

As always, my trip to Lawley's for service was a positive one. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Nick and Moe did the oil change and rotation of tires, and Moe took extra time to replace a missing screw in the overhead sunglass holder box after the oil change. Dave informed me of items that will need service soon. He was very courteous, and offered suggestions of time frame needed. And as always, Chelsea finalized paperwork efficiently with a friendly attitude. There is no where else I would take our truck to be serviced. We bought it there in 2004 and I'm happy with Lawley's team!

The entire staff at Chevrolet was absolutely amazing. Brian, Jocelyn, Bob, Jimmy and Gene are all great folks. We felt very welcomed from the minute we walked in the door. Brian and Jocelyn worked very hard to ensure we got the exact vehicle I wanted in a price range that worked for me. Gene was very organized and efficient in finance. Not only did he get us the best interest rate out there, but he had all of the paperwork aligned before Danielle and I got there to sign. Between a couple of trips to the dealership, we were maybe in there for a total of 2.5 hours to complete the deal and walk out with the new truck. they were quick to take care of my oil change, but you keep changing your service. Last oil change tire rotation was included which I did not need. This time there was going to be a charge. The person that delivered my car did not bother to dry up their wet foot prints on my rubber mats that cover my factory carpet.. Im glad that I use ruber mats. I think you get my point.

You lose customers by parking 5 or more empty cars in service area so that customers can not drive up--I have noticed this every time I go by or try to get service. Service people should come out to cars rather than expect people to park away from service and walk inside. Had to call company to get attention.

Expected to have to order a part but it was in stock. Was told it would be about an hour(expected longer) to install but sur-prise it was done in half the time. This is the kind of service that would make my want to come to Lawley!!

I can always trust that I am getting great service from the dealership they inspect my car very good and fix any problems I may have in a timely matter I never worry that my car is being over looked because it's not new I thank them for taking care of my car and treating it with so much respect if I ever do buy another car it would come from your dealership

The wait time seemed to be a bit long. All parts were in-stock which was awesome. Labor costs were expensive! Be nice to have water available in waiting room

Completely different experience from years past. The best experience with salesmen (Elmore) and sales managers (Brian). For the first time in our 10yr history in Sierra Vista and 6th vehicle purchase since moving to Sierra Vista we actually agreed on price, terms, and conditions of purchasing a vehicle from Lawley.

We were very pleased by the service provided by our sales associate, Terri. She was very patient in helping us find the best car for the best price. Terri was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. On another visit Jeremy helped us out until Terri was available. He was very helpful with test drives and explaining the car's features. We are pleased with the car we purchased and believe it was a great value for the price.

Our salesman was great. He did not push us into buying a car we did not want. He also didn't pressure us to buy a car. When we got to the dealership he greeted us. He gave us a few minutes to look around and then he approached us and asked us if we needed any help or if we had any questions. Since we already had an idea of what we were looking for we asked about the equinox which is the car that interested us. He gave us great information about it and he also gave us the opportunity to drive the car. He was very professional and we really liked that he was not pressuring us or trying to sell us a car that he thought it was best for us. He respected the fact that we already had in mind what we were looking for and he helped us with that specific car. When we decided to go in and get prices for the car he was very professional he offered the entire family something to drink and was always asking to see if we needed anything else or had any questions. Guillermo was great and would definitely go back to him if we ever decided to buy another car. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you for everything.

I REALLY APPRECIATED Jocelyn putting the time and effort into making the sale and REALLY CARING that I was satisied with the purchase. She could have sold the Colorado that I purchased to anyone that walked on the lot due to the high demand for the vehicle but I feel she went out of her way to make the sale to me. Julius in finance was a pleasure to work with and found me the best financing rate and was very helpful in explaining all of the other options available to me. Overall the whole buying experience was great!

I came in at 8:00 am without an appoint for an oil change and all to fix my air conditioner. The staff helped me right off the bat and did everything possible to make me comfortable during my long wait by providing a comfortable waiting room, coffee, and transportation to and from their facility.

The staff were very considerate, offering help on the original call re: needing a tow truck, looking at the problem, calling us to tell us what they felt was the problem, ordering parts, the time frame for possible finishing. Then, calling GM, cleaning out the old gas, putting in the parts, calling us to put in new gas, then trying out the car and finally calling us to come and get it and it has run fine since.

the day after purchasing a used truck that they told me had all the service done the engine started to click. Took it in and they had it all day and tried to keep it over night without telling me. They didnt do anything to it. Told me to bring it in again and they would tear apart the engine to diagnose. Took it to Tuscon and got it fixed the same day with no hassle. DO NOT buy or get service from Lawley in Sierra Vista.

Dont waste your time or $$$ with Lawley of Sierra Vista. Trust me , you are better off going elsewhere even if you must go to another town to do so. They lied about repair work done to our vehicle after they sold us a faulty new vehicle.
