Terry Good is an excellent sales representative for your company. He is careful to explain all details and listen to any concerns the customer might have. The car I purchased, a 2014 Nissan Rogue needed some touch up work, which should have been taken before the car was put on the lot, but he got it done for me the very next day following the sale. On 10/15/16 I came into Lee with no expectations on leaving with a new vehicle. I told Jason that I was looking for a truck or a big vehicle with a lot of storage and room, also I informed him with a budget that I can afford. Surprisingly Jason was able to find a vehicle that I can leave on that Saturday, I was able to drive off the lot with a 2011 Chevy Traverse and I love the vehicle.

I have been looking at Lee Auto for the purchase a my next car for the last year. My uncle had refered me to them a few years prior. I was trying to decide on what car I wanted and I was also waiting to be able to have the downpayment I wanted. My car purchase was accelerated recently when my car was totaled in a bad accident. I came into Lee Auto in Bangor and found Jim Beede waiting to help me out. I was overwhelmed by events that had led up to the accident and other pressing matters I was dealing with at the time. I talked to him about my situation and he asked me a few simple questions and asked if there was any particular vehicle I was interested in. I told him I was interested in the 2013 Ford Taurus that was in the front row. He pulled the care around and asked if I was all set to take it for a test drive. Off I went and I fell in love with the car. Jim filled out some paperwork and told me he would be in touch. Concerned about the timing, I knew I only had about a week once they totaled my car to get another vehicle. Jim assured me he would help me find a nice car. Only a few days later I was told to come pick up my new to me car. Jim worked with a finance company and the lot manager to get me into my car. When I had so much going on and was overwhelmed by all the events I was going through at the time, Jim and the lot manager were able to help me have piece of mind and drive away in a new to me car that was just what I was comfortable with. The payments are very affordable. I will refer more people to Lee Auto. I will be a repeat customer as well. Thank you for helping me find my new to me car.

Why did I give Ryan Pickard and Lee's auto 5 stars? Simple that's as high as I could rate them. I have always struggled with poor credit and stuck getting subpar vehicles at shady "buy here pay here" lots. Three years ago I walked into Lee's credit in Ellsworth expecting to be told my credit wasn't good enough or I'd need an ungodly high downpayment, boy did Ryan prove me wrong. He quickly got me approved and with little down placed me into a "wicked sweet" Chevy trailblazer. Fast-forward to today. I had a bit of misfortune happen involving my beloved Trailblazer, again Ryan was there to help me. He listens to me and works INSANELY hard to help me out. In short Mr Pickard is not only a talented, professional salesman but has become one HECK of a FRIEND.

Last week, I emailed Robin Cummings at the recommendation of my parents to start the process of buying a new car. Travis Therrien followed up with me letting me know Robin was not in the office. Travis was very through with letting me know what my next steps were and setting up an appointment at a convenient time (Saturday morning) for me to come look at vehicles. He made sure that I left with a vehicle that was not only something I wanted but was a good fit for me in my life and financially as well. We were not able to sign the final paperwork that day but Travis made it so I could leave with my new car. He even sent somebody to me at my work the following Monday so that I did not need to travel the hour plus time back to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find emails from both Travis and Robin following up and making sure that my concerns were met and I was happy with my purchase. I myself am a customer service agent and this level of customer service is what builds relationships and keeps customers returning. Thank you for making this an easy and pleasant experience.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that they only had one car for me to test drive. It would have been nice to have more on site options for my price range at the Brewer location. Now with that said the one car was PERFECT FOR ME!!! Everyone was so nice and Jason had been working for 2 weeks to make sure he had what I wanted. The store manager (Tony?)was great too and discussed with me how this would help my credit score, no one treated like I had a bad credit score (which I did). They really went put of their way to help me and get me financed and into a great, reliable and nice looking car! While in the office my phone was dieing while I was trying to get insurance and one of the associates let me use their charger. They actually care about their customers and want you to purchase a car that will last. The whole experience was great ! Thank you Lee Credit!!!!

Great experience! Robin gets our info and starts working for us as soon as she hangs up. Within 1/2 hour she had text me about 4 possible choices. I got exactly what I needed well within my pentameter sand finished the deal in about 24 hours from my call. This is our second experience with Robin and I would recommend her to family and friends. A couple months ago, Travis approved my fiance for a motorcycle loan. Travis went above and beyond and got him approved for the bike he wanted, while making everything so effortless for us. We were so impressed with Travis and his manager Levi that I promised them I would go back to them when I wanted to buy a bike. So, I called Travis and asked him to work his magic and get me the Harley I so desperately wanted. A couple faxes and some emails and I was an owner of a new bike. I know it wasn't easy to get me approved and Travis jumped through hoops to make sure I was getting the bike. Between Travis, his manager Levi Gray, and director Mark Bursey, they were able to make my dream a reality. I cannot in so few words express my gratitude, but I figure recommending them to everyone I know is a start. All of the people I dealt with were great and responses were prompt and friendly. I ended up dealing with Darryl Henderson. He found me a great vehicle and under my terms. I did not want to trade in my vehicle and I only had so much money down. He made it happen and I'm very happy with the vehicle!

On May 5, 2016, I bought my fifth vertical from my 'sales guy', Travis T. Therrien at "Lee Credit Now". I told him what I wanted. This time I was in the market for a camper. Travis knows me well and knew why I wanted it and that I have little to no patience (when I want something, I want it Now). Travis found me exactly what I wanted and the same afternoon it was delivered to the location of my choice. Travis introduced me to Jimmy "Bojangles" Lyons. Fortunately Jimmy has a sense of humor, or he has gotten use to Travis' sense of humor. Jimmy showed my husband and me everything we needed to know about the camper and answered all of my question. "Thank you, Jimmy for being so patient and helpful."Travis then introduced us to John DeLeo. John was the one to deliver the Camper. John is a polite, helpful and friendly person. John had to go from Ellsworth to the Bangor area to pick up the truck to deliver my newest toy. They didn't have exactly what he needed, but he made what was available work. He took the 1/2 ton truck back to Ellsworth, pick up the camper and brought it back to the Bangor Area to set it up 'exactly' where I wanted it. "Thank you, John for going through so much to make it possible for me to have what I wanted." I highly recommend "Lee Credit Now". They back what they sell and their customer service is above and beyond what would be expected.As always I highly recommend you seek out Travis T. Therrien if you are looking for a vehicle. Jana worked very diligently throughout my time at the dealership. I was pre-approved quickly, and was test-driving vehicles within the hour. The dealer picked some very practical, affordable options for me. Jana did an excellent job walking me through the process, and effectively explained all of the contractual terms of my loan and warranty. Unlike other dealers I've encountered, I felt like I was a valued customer, no matter my credit score or my price range. I foresee myself continuing to do business with Lee's, and Jana, in the future. Of course I hope I will not be in the market for a new car for a considerable amount of time, but at least I can look forward to having a pleasant experience when that time comes. I would absolutely recommend Lee's Credit Now to other prospective buyers, especially for first-time buyers. Lastly, I didn't feel pressured or that I was swindled into purchasing a vehicle. My fiance and I have been a little gloomy lately after putting our sleds away for the Winter. We've had motorcycle fever for a couple years now and finally decided we would try our luck with financing. The two of us, not having $12,000 to shell out and having minimal credit, never anticipated leaving with a gorgeous iron steed in the back of our pickup truck, but hey, I'm not complaining. Our salesman, Travis Therrien was amazing to say the least. He was funny and personable and didn't turn us away, despite our situation. We were treated fairly and he never gave up. He was determined to make the sale and he made it happen. A win for all of us! I have never had such great service, and my fiance and I are both automotive service advisors, so it goes without saying, we know what we want, we know how we should be treated, and we know good service when we see it. Needless to say, when we want our next vehicle, and when I go to buy a new bike for myself, you can be sure that I'll be returning to Lee Credit in Ellsworth Maine and I WILL be dealing with Travis. My husband and I were looking to purchase a second vehicle, so that we each have transportation for work. We were looking for a reliable, low mileage affordable vehicle. We test drove several vehicles with a Nissan Juke that we liked but with a little more mileage that we wanted. Sallyann sent another vehicle down from another location that we wanted to test drive. Jason was so helpful with my purchase. He was able to work numbers, get financing and was a pleasure to work with. Lee is a no frills operation but I did notice quite a bit of teamwork from Jason and his team at the Brewer location. Chrissy handled my paperwork which was excellent and Tony was sure to get me in the car when I wanted. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle when I tried it out and when I took it home. I also received the car with absolutely NO gas when I purchased it, which was frustrating as I had to stop to fill up before I could drive home.

I recently had the good fortune to purchase a second vehicle from Steve Zaranski. I cannot say enough about Steve's professionalism, integrity and the ease with which he made buying this vehicle. In the past, before Credit Now was bought by Lee, I bought 2 vehicles on separate occasions and was very happy with my decisions. So I decided to give Lee Credit Now a try when looking for a new used car. I had heard that they were supposed to do things the same as Linnehan's used to.According to Lee Credit Now's website, "QUESTION: "I've had a (Bankruptcy/Repossession/Divorce/Bad Credit). Can I still get approved?"ANSWER: Absolutely! We are Maines #1 Used Car Dealer because we have financing solutions NO OTHER DEALER has!"I went in and immediately informed them of credit problems. They told me no problem, they work with all kinds of circumstances. Also, they told me that if they couldn't find a bank to work with, they would put me into their buy here, pay here program. They were to supposed to call me the following day to let me know what they heard from the banks, but failed to. I called them and it seemed that everyone was avoiding me, but eventually, I spoke to a sales person. I was told that the banks wouldn't loan to me, which we had already discussed. I asked what about the buy here, pay here program and they said that if I could find a qualified co-signer and/or put down at least $1000 on top of my trade in, maybe they could work something out. I told them that didn't sound like what was in their advertising. I was told I would receive a call the following morning, but got none (again). So, I called them. The sales person seemed surprised to hear from me. When I asked pointedly about financing, I was told that if I could put down $2000, they could work with me. My problem is not so much that they can't work with me, but the attitude and advertising that they can work with anyone, just not me. I feel it is false advertising and they wasted much of my time. This was a very disappointing experience. I will never consider buying a vehicle from Lee Credit Now, nor will I ever suggest to anyone else that they do so.

I went to Lee Credit Now having never purchased a car before. I was completely unfamiliar with the process, what I should be looking for, what financing options would be, whether or not I would get an honest deal.... I had found a car on their website that I was incredibly interested in test driving. I met Matt Haskell on the lot and explained which car it was and he had it there for me the next day. After deciding that I liked the vehicle, and that I wanted to try to purchase it, I started to get extremely nervous. I explained to Matt that I had never done this and I was scared of making a wrong decision. Matt helped me through every step of the car buying process, from showing me the Car Fax report, to the NADA rating on the car to ensure that I was getting a good deal. He explained what every little box and initial meant, all the financing terms, all of it. He made me feel so confident that not only was I getting an AMAZING deal on my new car, but that I could feel comfortable knowing that I was not doing anything that was going to put me in financial difficulty. For this reason, I will return to Lee Credit Now, and especially Matt Haskell, for ALL of my future car buying needs.

Like the title says I am a loyal customer for life! I have never been treaded so well by a dealer. We went to the dealers down the road not to be named and were treated as if we were beneath everyone we interacted with. Not only was this stressful it was rather demining. Randomly we stumbled upon Lee on Hogan Road in Bangor, and right away could feel the difference. The jokes our sales person (Chris Carr) and his partner in crime (never caught her name) fed the laughter and made the whole experience unlike any I have had before. My wife Kim and I have purchased over 15 vehicles during our 38 years together and buying a car from Lee Credit was easily our best ever experience. We were recently told by our mechanic that Kim's car would not pass a vehicle inspection so we needed a good clean, dependable and sporty used car quick. Kim called Lee Credit on Saturday morning and got pre-approved and asked about a Ford Focus that she liked from Lee's webpage. The car was in Ellswoth and they told us that they would bring it to Bangor so we could drive it on Monday. We went to Lee Credit at 3:00 pm and drove home with an excellent used car at 5:00 pm. The salesperson that assisted me was one of the best car salesperson that I've ever dealt with. He made us feel very comfortable. He is the only reason why the dealership received 3 stars and is why I would recommend a friend/family member. I am a in house buyer and was given only 3 choices to choose from. The car I wanted was $3000.00 cheaper but couldn't get that car because it wasn't available for in house purchase. That doesn't make any sense to me. I feel like the dealership forced me into a car that was more than I wanted to spend. The salesperson tried to find me something that I would like better but couldn't. I feel as though the salesperson did the best he could for what he was given for vehicles.

I found the exact vehicle - a beautiful Tacoma - that I wanted on the website. I chatted online with Dawn, who made all the arrangements for the test drive and got the ball rolling on the financing. This was probably the best experience I have had in all my transactions involving trading for new automobiles. Robin was by far one of the most down to earth people I have dealt with. I was interested in a vehicle on the Topsham lot. To be honest. I just stopped in to make sure the dealership was going to be opened. I was going to drive down the next day. She informed me she could have the vehicle driven up to Ellsworth with no obligations. I could look at it, drive it and if it was what I wanted fine, if not I was under no obligation. They brought the vehicle up, I looked at it, and drove it, and the rest is history. I really felt like a person and not a number there. They're really helpful, polite, and open to helping you with issues you may of noticed after purchase (If any at all)For those with bad credit- Understand if your credit is bad you won't have a huge choice, get a great price, and even have to pay higher monthly payment then you want. However, make your payments with a great car (I love the one they got me) and you'll be rewarded later one. Do a great job with them and they don't care about credit report. All payments on time and after a few years or until you pay it off and you'll be able to get whatever you want from them at a lower monthly payment and much smaller APR next time. Its hard at 1st but well worth it at the end when its time to buy again.I only say good because of monthly payment, but they do deserve a "Great". Again, don't let the price turn you away. After a few years you'll be glad you did it. Jana Gray helped me when I notice tires were a bit worn and got me some great new one's.

He was a walking encyclopedia of car knowledge but paced the information so that I could digest it and mull it around. Then I went back to meet with Dustin with a particular choice in mind. He got the car to his dealership quickly and gave my son and I the needed space to figure out if that was the car we wanted. When it came time to make the deal, I didn't get too much of the standard car dealer gimmickry and so even that part was tolerable.

Robin Cummings certainly knows her business and gave me loads of information very efficiently. I had decided ahead of time what car I wanted and that I would finance it through my credit union in Kalamazoo, MI. Brook at Coastal Car Care had found it very quickly at Lee: a Chevy Impala two years old, 50,000 miles or so, and under $15,000 (in fact, it was only $12,995)! It was/is much like the 2003 Impala I had driven until the mechanics at CCC said they wouldn't let me on the road with it after inspection. Robin knew about all the other things that go with buying a car: disposition of the old one, registration, insurance, remote starter, which was very helpful to me who had bought my earlier car in Michigan from my son-in-law who at that time worked for GMC. I truly appreciated her help and I plan to return in two years for my next car!

PLUS, Im in love with my new 2013 Ford Focus! In fact, I have named my new car Dustin, as it is white and apt to get pretty dusty. We just bought our fourth car from Travis Therrien at 'Lee Credit Now'. Travis is my 'sales person of choice' and I always seek him out when I need or want a different vehicle. Last March a driver ran a red light and totaled our car, so we called Travis and he had us in a 2012 RAV4 with in a couple of hours. My husband usually drives the RAV4, I drive my little Mazda Miata, but Winter is coming on fast and my little car is not exactly designed for Winter. I called Travis a couple of weeks ago and told him I needed a good reliable car for Winter driving. He suggest a few cars that would suit my needs and I decided on a 2009 Toyota Corolla LE. The car I chose was in Newport and I live in Bangor. He had the car brought to a dealership closer to where I lived, and we went to do the test drive at 'Lee Credit Now' in Brewer. After a short test drive, I called Travis, in Ellsworth, and asked him to start the paper work. A few hours later, we were heading home in my 'Winter car'. I had driven past the lot in Ellsworth at least a hundred times and had visited the online site at least the same amount, but could not bring myself to actually stop because I just can't stand the typical high pressure sales technique that you see at most car lots. I finally got my nerve up Saturday only because I had purchased my last vehicle here and they were great to work with. I drove onto the lot, got out, and to my surprise, no one came running out of the building at me throwing out their pitch. I looked around and didn't see the car I had spotted online so I went inside. The nice lady at the front counter handed me off to a sales person named Steve Zaranski and I am glad she did. He made the whole situation so easy and pleasant. I was definitely not looking forward to walking through the front doors but he actually made the whole thing even enjoyable. I didn't have a question that he couldn't answer. I left feeling good and with a new (to me) automobile that I was quite happy with. Thank you Steve for all your help and thanks to the whole Lee Auto Mall family for being a used car lot with quality automobiles, quality salesmanship, and prices that can't be beat. I'll certainly visit their business the next time I need another vehicle!!

My sales guy was incredible but after getting the car home it started acting up a few days later. I will now have to pay to bring it in to get looked at. I have a problem buying a car for over $21,000 including financing charges to bring it to a shop a couple days later. I also found damage under the front bumper when i got home that I did not see when I bought it and was not told about from the dealership. Not to mention the extra set of keys I got that do not work.

I dread buying cars and so I went to Lee because two of my friends have had good experiences there. I stopped at the Bangor, Hogan Road location and was looking at a vehicle when I had the good fortune of being greeted by Dustin. He was there if I had questions but was not at all a "pushy salesperson". When I told him what I was looking for he showed me the selection of vehicles on line that are available through all of the Lee locations. He had the vehicle I was interested in brought there the next day and then came in on his day off so I could test drive it as soon as it was delivered. I even used the financing he found because it was better than I could get through my credit union. Dustin was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and had inspected it himself before I test drove it. Couldn't ask for better service!

We were looking at buying a new (to us) car, and weren't sure if we were going to be able to buy a car with our credit. The car that we had was becoming very unsafe and we knew we needed a new car and we needed one quickly. We looked at cars with Steve on Saturday, told him what we were looking for in a vehicle, why we needed to get a new car and did the paperwork; he had it processed Monday after the banks opened, and Tuesday was able to give us a list of vehicles that we could pick from that would be within our budget every month and as soon as he knew we had narrowed down our list to 2 contenders, he had the other car brought down to Ellsworth from Bangor so we could decide which one we liked the best. Once we had decided on a car, he did the paperwork on Wednesday and we went in Friday to pick up our new 2008 Jeep Patriot! He got our insurance switched over without any troubles at all! They even let us leave our old car up there until we could get someone to come pick it up later that evening. They had a little "park and play" area so my 4 year old daughter was happy and entertained throughout this whole process. Lee Credit Now made our car purchasing experience quick and easy and no hassle! We will definitely be coming back here for our next car purchase!

Well what can I say, my wife and I scoped out the perfect Forester for us on the website. We called into the Newport store because we had heard so many good things about that location and spoke with Levi. He had that car at his location the next day for us to test drive. We drove it and really liked it! Levi went through the application with us the next day and had an answer back with in 20 minutes (if that)!!! The next day he had the car detailed and brought right to our house and the drivers Alden and George were really nice and explained the paperwork thoroughly. There was a few little things with the car that Levi is getting taken care of in a timely manner. The other staff at the location was really nice and easy to talk to (Darryl, Melissa, and Josh). I bought a used SUV at Lee Auto in Newport, Maine. I started having some problems with it about three months after I bought it, and I thought maybe the dealership might help me. I spoke with Levi Gray first and he helped me out. The second time I had trouble, I figured there was no way I would get help on the problem as the warranty had expired. On a trip to Maine from Massachusetts, my 9 year old Toyota started spewing transmission fluid over the engine. This incident happened right in front of the Lee Credit Now dealership in Ellsworth. A salesman, named Travis Therrien, came running out of the building offering to help. We assured him that we were all set and that we had just called AAA. Travis then responded that he bet he could sell us a car before AAA arrived to tow my car. To which I remarked that any car I might buy must have these seven features and I listed them off to Travis. He responded "OKAY", "I'll be right back". After a minute or two, he returned with the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. It seemed to have every bell and whistle known to man on it. It is such a beautiful car and extremely comfortable to ride in. My daughter, Nicole, and I fell in love with this car. But mostly, we loved our salesman, Travis. We would also like to mention all the help from Robin Cummings. He worked so hard to accommodate our every want and need; and he did it all with a terrific sense of humor. Dealing with two different automobile state laws and regulations is not an easy task. Travis continually tried to work it all out and he did just that. When talking outside Travis's office, we learned that we had so many things in common and have been communicating via the internet ever since. We all have made new friends.

I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra thru the Brewer dealership and I had initially spoke with Terry back in May when I was looking for a car. He was very nice and helpful. I test drove a number of cars, and this Nissan was just the car I was looking for. It turned out that I was able to fix the van I was presently driving and eventually...2 months later the beast started acting up again. I had enough and went back to Lee to try to find Terry. Turns out he had the day off, and I ended up speaking to Chrissy Massey. She was awesome. I mentioned the Nissan that I test drove a few months back, and it turned out they still had it at another dealership, and it was on Manager's special! I was so excited! We did the financing, and I was approved. She even got the payments to exactly where I wanted them. I ended up having to work that night, and she came right to my workplace to sign papers and get everything finalized. They delivered my new car to my house the next day. All in all, very happy with the buying experience at Lee.

We were originally told that we could not upgrade out of our tiny car into an SUV. We were written off by another Lee location and were completely discouraged. We went to Lee Credit Now in Brewer and Christine was immediately kind and welcoming. The manager also assured us that he would try everything that he possibly could to get us into something bigger. With no promises made of course. Christine put in two days worth of hard work to get us into the vehicle that we wanted. We were shocked that this was actually an option and we were so grateful for the hard work that Christine put in for us. After we bought the vehicle and left the site there were a couple of issues with the vehicle. Christine immediately connected us with a service center that fixed the issues immediately at no cost to us. At the Brewer location, they pride themselves on customer services and we received the best of it.

Had a wonderful visit with Travis, I was told by my son to see Jim Lyons, but he was unavailable. But that's all right, Travis was very good. Traded in my old car for a newer one. I told Travis that I would now need to go on a Ramen noodle diet, what does he do, pulls out a Ramen noodle from his desk and says "Your first meal is on me". Well that set the tone for the sale. recently, I talked to Dustin about purchasing a car at Lee auto. my credit has been impacted due to a separation, and therefore I was expecting to pay more in interest. Dustin, however was not forthcoming with the price and tried to push me into a car loan that it did not make sense. At first, Dustin would not tell me the price but would only tell me the monthly payment. common sense will tell you that to have a monthly payment, you have to have a purchase price in mind. I talked to Dustin about this, & I was quoted twice the listed price on Kelley Blue Book for a 2007 Chevy Impala. when I tried to negotiate the price, I was told that because of my credit score I was priced higher on the purchase price of the vehicle. Essentially, they were discriminating against me based on my credit with the purchase price of the car. Typically, with most dealerships, with poor credit you pay more in interest with the financing company. The purchase price of the car remains the same. in this case, Dustin was trying to finance the car through the in the house bank who decided to increase the purchase price of the car. I was told that these terms are non-negotiable. This was the only car they were willing to sell me. And that it was the best car at the best place I would find anywhere else. I obviously did not buy it. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from Dustin. The language Dustin used it was extremely abusive, and was absolutely rude. poor credit does not mean that you get screwed by the dealership. It does mean that you do have to look out for people like Dustin who will try to take advantage of you. Be careful - be smart - shop around.

Working with Chris Carr was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever made! We told him what we were interested in and he did the leg work. When we told him we couldn't physically get to the lot to test drive, he arranged home delivery of the car so we didn't have to make the hour plus drive to Bangor to test drive a car we were not sure we would like. I dealt with Andre at the Lee Credit in Brewer, he was very helpful and I have no complaints about my experience with anyone that I dealt with either in person or on the phone. Since I got the car 3 months ago, I have had to spend 800 dollars in repairs on the vehicle, while I continue to make my weekly car payment of 95.00, I wasn't expecting to have to spend so much, so soon on repairs for my vehicle. For this reason I would not recommend Lee Credit; if I had 800 dollars to spend on repairs, I would've gone somewhere else for a vehicle.

I originally started looking for a car at Darling's(in Bangor). I had heard their commercials on the radio and thought it sounded like a really good place to buy a car, even for someone like myself who has had to file for bankruptcy. Wrong! The gentleman I spoke with said I had to have at least 20-30% down, and that I would have to have a 24-36 month loan. Neither of which, could I do. Needless to say, I did not even get the opportunity to look at any cars, let alone buy one there.So, I left and went straight across the street to Lee where I was met by Chris. I told him my situation, and what had happened with Darling's, and from that moment on he was pretty determined to help me find something that I could afford. After about 4 hours of back and forth with different banks, and some number crunching, he was able to get me into a car I could afford, with a 48 month loan, AND... no money down. Many thanks and much appreciation to Chris and his boss for being willing to at least give me a chance despite my otherwise unfortunate financial circumstances. I would definitely go back again myself, and recommend them to anyone.

The insurance was going to pay off less that what I owed, talked to Terry Good, and he said he thought I had bought gap insurance. Went through my papers and HE WAS RIGHT. Saved. I bought another car from them the next day and they were super. Saved me a huge amount of money with a super interest rate. And . . . knocked $1000, off the price of my car. Travis Therrien is my "go to guy" whenever I am ready for a different car. Today I bought my third car from Travis, a 2012 Toyota RAV4. The first car I bought, through Travis, was at 'Lee Credit Now' in Ellsworth, the Second one was from Travis at 'Lee Credit Now' in Brewer and today I followed Travis back to Ellsworth to buy the third car. Since I live in the Bangor area, Travis had the car I was interested in taken to the Brewer store so I could test drive it. I 'test drove' it to Ellsworth so Travis could make out the paper work for the purchase. I always know that Travis will do his best to give me a fair deal and find the car that will fill my needs and/or desires. Customer Service is a must, as far as I am concerned, and Travis is a master at the art of providing the ultimate level of Customer Service. It is because of this, and the fact that 'Lee Credit Now' backs what they sell, that I keep going back. My credit rating is high, thus I could easily purchase a car from any dealership, but I choose to continue to buy my cars through Travis Therrien, because he has earned my trust, and thus my loyalty as a customer. I would recommend 'Lee Credit Now' to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle, and strongly suggest that they seek out Travis Therrien as their "go to guy" for helping them fine the vehicle of their choice. The car was for my husband and he was heading to FL for work after being home between jobs for one day. Darryl was excellent! On February 16th I purchased my 2010 Dodge Avenger from Lee credit now in Ellsworth from Travis Therrien. Travis made this car buying experience wonderful with his willingness/knowledge to work with us; with not so great credit. My past experiences have not been so great with other dealerships and I was starting to think I wouldn't end up with a newer/reliable car. He took the time with finding a bank that I could work with and explained all my options for warranties etc. I was set on this one car and when I went to test drive it something wasn't right but Travis went right to work with having them check it out and they fixed the problem that same day! Travis is a very personable person who even took the time to talk with and entertain my 6 year old daughter. She was very pleased with the experience too and even wrote out her review on a post-it note that she gave to Travis. We went to Lee Auto in Bangor, Outer Hammond Street and looked at a couple of cars. Overwhelmed by the stress of making a decision, we decided to head home and to put money into the car that we had. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Michelle Castonguay made our day. After going months without a car, we were very anxious about actually finding a decent one. No problem! She sent someone to pick us up since we had no way to get there. The car that came to get us was one she thought would be a good match for us. It's a typical dealership that takes no pride in the vehicles that they move off their lot. I just bought a vehicle 6 mos. prior from a dealership that exceeded my expectations and treated me like a human being, so I kinda expected the same treatment.. This Dealership, has no clue on customer service or even the meaning. If you just want a vehicle, they can probably get you approved with some shady finance company. I went there for a certain type of vehicle and when I got to the dealership that was no longer an option. I ended up with a vehicle that just was returned as a "loner", over blue book value by $3000, been in one accident, an a passed inspection when it shouldn't have been. They couldn't even put gas in it. My experience here was like getting a hand me down vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends. The only reason I even wasted my time writing this review is so they would stop harassing me about it.

Every dealership we ever been to would set us up for an appointment and we wouldn't hear from them until the day of the appointment, only to check to see if we were still coming. Then they would have us look at what they had on their lot and if we did select a car from them we ended up spending hours talking to potential lenders and completing paperwork. With Steve Zaranski, Lee Credit Now-Auburn, he started looking for a car and a leaner from the moment he received our online application (on Monday). He called us back several times during the week informing us of the potential cars and lenders. During this time he also collected additional information to ensure that when we showed up for our appointment (Saturday of the same week) that everything was ready to go. Since the car that we were going to look at was not on his lot he made sure that it was on his lot by the time of our appointment. We ended up getting the car and this was the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Once the package was complete it was forwarded to the Oakland office and we dealt with Charlie Merill and sales manager Rod and Tony. They were awesome. Chris Carr was our salesman. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We originally looked into buying a vehicle that would be reliable for our road trip to Florida that we will be making just days after Christmas this year. We did realize that we were in a time crunch and so we settled by choosing Hartley's in Newport. It seemed like headache after headache, all we heard was the word "no" to getting the vehicle that WE wanted. So my brother, Matthew French, recommended I choose Lee's to at least try and see what I can get approved for. After all, he had a great experience as well, when he purchased a van. We had kind of lost hope, but we took a ride into Bangor and figured we'd just check out what there were for vehicles. I dealt with a salesman named Jim beede and he went above and beyond and out of his way to get me into a nice vehicle, that was safe for me and my daughter. he was straight to the point, there was no BS. When I told him how I felt about certain vehicles, he did not try and con me into those vehicles. He listen to what I needed what I wanted and did everything in his power to get me that. And he will be the perfect car. I have no regrets, and couldn't picture more perfect vehicle. other dealership would approve me. I made some bad choices a couple years ago and I lost everything and I had two vehicles repoed. I've got my life back on track. And we gave me a chance and for that I am extremely grateful.

Darryl was very thorough and made the entire process painless (and fun!). We had purchased a Focus from Robin about 6 years ago and was happy with the car and service. Naturally we would go back to her again when car shopping. I felt as though I was being a pain in the butt this time but could not accept a payment for 5 or 6 years by accepting a vehicle I really didn't feel was the "one for me." Over nearly a month, I tried probably 6 or 7 from Robin but for one reason or another they didn't fit my criteria. I tried a few at other dealerships as well. No one was as caring as Robin. To make it a harder sell for her, I hated to part with my high mileage Impala that still ran well but knew it was inevitable. I would also like to mention Hannah here, she is the one that got me to the dealership, She is one the wonderful ladies in the credit pre-approval department.I have a very inconsistant work schedule, and through the excellent phone and internet access to both Chris and Hannah, the sale from start to finish only took a week! I had been looking for weeks for a loaded Murano in the state of Maine online and finally the found one I was interested in at Lee Auto. Problem was it was downstate. I called the Presque Isle location and spoke with Paul. He offered to have that vehicle brought up the 3hr drive for me to just test drive it... it was here the next day by lunch and he called me immediately when it came in. Our Suzuki forenza in which we got at Tuttle's in new Sharon a year ago died last Friday motor gone. We tried going back to them and they pretty much told me they couldn't help us. My wife and I saw a vehicle at the Bangor location, and called on Monday. That vehicle had just sold. Melissa asked us what we were looking for in a new vehicle, We told her we needed 4 wheel drive, full size, fair condition etc. Then I said we really would like a Suburban, but we couldn't afford one. She directed us to one they had in Elsworth. It was exactly what we wanted, but didn't think we could do it. Melissa had the Suburban delivered to the Bangor location for us to look at anyways. We went in to see it 15 minutes before they closed. The truck was beautiful! A deep burgundy, and in really nice condition. Melissa showed us what they could do, and to make a longer story shorter, 2 hours later (way after closing time) we left in our burgundy Suburban. Lee made it affordable for us. We are extremely pleased with the truck, the company and especially Melissa (the manager T. J. was very nice also)! Please give them a try if you are shopping for a vehicle. Absolutely NO pressure, no stories, no bull-crap, and no "sales tactics". Just very good vehicles and a very honest staff. I may be biased, but if you are in the Greater Bangor area, go see Melissa! I think that you will be pleased. I have waited a month to write this review, because I think that everyone is happy when they drive away, But issues can arise in the first month, but not in this case. We are happier today they when we took delivery!

Buying a car is almost always a stressful experience, first making the decision that is is the right time to make such a purchase and second that the vehicle you've chosen is the right one and that the financing numbers are right for you. Starting off with a series of emails Steve made this process very low stress and explained everything to the fullest. There was no pressure and no hassling, just simple honesty and quick wit that Steve won us over with. He sold us a Ford Flex, which was beautiful, but we had a couple of concerns about it that we shared with Steve. Without hesitation Steven took care of all of our concerns, and put us at ease. Robin & Lee Credit made my car buying experience very satisfying. Over the course of a month I dealt with 4 different auto dealerships in my auto search and Lee Credit outshone the competitors by far. Robin went out of her way to help me get the car that I wanted in the most accommodating and non intrusive manner; she defies the old stereotype of a car salesman. Lee Credit brought cars to the Ellsworth Location from one of their sister sites in southern Maine, twice, so I could look them over and drive them. Now, and even after the sale of the vehicle to me, they have followed through with taking care of a couple of minor issues such as providing a second key, at no charge, and providing another vehicle for me to use while having it done. I will buy my next car at Lee, hope Robin is still there!

I stopped into this location expecting the same old lines that I had heard at every other dealer but what I got instead was low preassure, smiling faces and a sincere desire to help me with my purchase. Stephen was friendly without being overzealous and made sure that I understood all of the terms and options available to me. Without a doubt would reccomend that friends and family see him for their next vehicle. There was another gentelman there but I don't recall his name but he was very helpful and polite and explained to me that Stephen was busy at the moment but would be happy to help me shortly.

I have purchased several vehicles from Lee Auto and kept receiving phone calls and mailings so I gave in. I am glad I did. With just speaking to Jason a couple of times on the phone I knew this was going to be a pleasant experience, much like the rest. (Michele Straub is my usual saleswoman, but sorry hon, you are out on maternity leave. ) I went to the dealership a day early and Jason greeted me by name at the door, not even knowing me. That is some great customer service! He had the chevy cruze all ready for me to test drive when I was there and when I got back to the dealership he met me outside and asked how I liked it. I was Sold on it 5 miles down the road. He worked closely with TJ to help get me the best rates from the bank. Jason is a very friendly and likeable guy. I liked him so much as a sales person I returned the next day with my folks in hopes he can help them find a new vehicles too! If I could give Jason a 10 star rating, I would! I went to Lee Auto because no one would give me credit for a vehicle. I have been without a vehicle for months. I saw Christine and she said she would try to get me into something that was affordable for me and some that would also have 4 wheel drive as I live in Northern Maine with many feet of snow. She took my information and still I didn't believe she could help me. That evening she called me and said those awesome words "your approved". The next day she actually came in on her day off to finish my financing information and verifications so that I could get in the vehicle and drive it home. As a mother she actually had to bring in her children so she could help me. On her day off to come in and help me get a vehicle. She was totally awesome and actually stayed for 3 hours to get me in this vehicle. I drove it home that evening still not believing someone like Christine would actually work with me and help me into a vehicle. For a company to help the customer no matter what time, and it was really impressive that Christine actually came in on her day off bringing her children. A company that allows that makes me realize that family comes first with thi company. A worker that is willing to go beyond her hours to help one customer makes me realize that she really wanted to help me as a person and not just a number. I had a great experience there and even gave her a hug before I drove off. Christine -- you rock! I took the car to my son's in old Town and he told me he purchased his car there. This company helps people and don't treat them like numbers and actually listens to your concerns and needs. I know I will be happy with this vehicle so thank y ou Lee credit!!!!!!

I went to Lee's Auto just to look but wanting to buy. Ryan Pickard was there in a matter of seconds. He seemed to be very excited to sell me a car. The impression I got from him was friendly, honest, caring and wanting to meet my needs with the right car. Most car dealers do not impress me but Ryan did. The second day we test drove the car we noticed an issue with the car. Ryan and the Dealership backed us up all the way. I bought the car with the promise that Lee's Auto would go good with any repairs that needed to be done. I will say that never in my life has any dealership; or salesman for that fact, ever stood by their word and did everything they said they would do. Not only did they repair the vehicle, but they made sure my wife was able to get to work until her car was repaired. If I ever need another car and as long as I can get the car I want I will only shop at Lee's Auto and will only deal with Ryan Pickard. If the other salesman are like Ryan then this dealership will last a long time. Honesty and integrity are hard to find, but you can find them here; I promise.

A huge turn of very fortunate events for me last week! I was considering a deal at another local dealer, stress the considering. As we progressed through the process at the "other place" I was told that I should let my current lender repossess my current car...HOLY COW! What kind of business would tell a customer that! I backed away, keeping my eyes on the poisonous vipers trying to sell whatever they can put a sticker on. I called on Mike Schneider, it took less than an hour after my call to pay him a visit, and by the close of business, I was in my new Avenger! Mike is an honest guy, he holds nothing back and will work with you to the bitter end! I got a new car, that did not cost me more than my old one, and the job was done super fast!Mike is courteous, and easy to work with, must be why he is the first one you see when you walk in the front door! I had a great experience. I applied online and Hannah from the call center emailed me to ask when a good time to call would be. She called right away and explained everything to me. She hooked me up with Travis Therrien and I went right over to meet with him. We talked about what I was looking for and the price range I was comfortable with. He showed me some options, he was never pushy at all. He explained everything to me as we went along and I ended up buying a Ford. He was very personable, we chatted about grilling and our families. I went up there thinking it was going to be a horrible experience....I was wrong. :-)

Paul Marin and Peggy were very friendly when i arrived, he allowed us to take the ATV's for a test drive and then asked which one i would like, he in then told me that it would be about 1 hour before he would have everything ready for us, he allowed me to take his car to run a arrend so i would not have to wait or take mine as i had a trailer attached to my vehicle.. Chrissy clearly did an excellent job finding me only the trucks I liked the best. I was looking for a 4 wheel drive small to mid-size truck with a V6 engine or smaller, as I currently owned a rear wheel drive Dodge Dakota with a V8, so it was terrible on gas and even more horrible in the snow or in slippery conditions. I could get stuck on nothing. Each of the trucks she showed me were exactly the ones I would have chosen for myself, and I liked them best even after I looked at the others myself. I couldn't drive a standard, though, so I originally wanted automatic. But when she found 2 amazing trucks I would like that were standards, she offered to teach me to drive a standard! She did get started, and I realized that I could learn...and I liked it! When the payment proved to be more than I could afford, she and her superiors did all they could to lower the payment for me- even offering at one point to reduce the price a bit for me! When the payment was still a bit too much for me, she immediately found another great truck with lower miles and a payment I could afford! I am impressed. She did a great job. The price is a bit high, but mostly that's an issue caused by my own less-than-great credit and the bank financing me. I was impressed this time, and glad that Chrissy was my salesperson. She made me comfortable, even when teaching me to drive a standard! The Tacoma is my dream truck, and she made it possible for me to get it!

Our salesman was Skyler out of the Newport office. Not only was he friendly and professional but he treated us with respect! We thought that once our credit info was accessed whoever saw it would treat us like deadbeats, which we are not. We are hardworking people who were hit hard by the recession and are trying to dig ourselves out without filing bankruptcy. But even though our credit is horrible, Skyler went out of his way to help us find the right vehicle. Literally. We showed up after work on a weekday so it was late in the afternoon. We told Skyler what we were looking for and even test drove one of the vehicles he had on the lot. But, alas, it was not a good fit for our family. Once we told them that our vehicle was on its last legs and we were afraid it wouldn't get us back home Skyler and Levi worked started contacting their other offices, found a vehicle that they thought would work for us and actually had somebody drive it out to Newport from Ellsworth! This caused them to work late. But not once did they complain or comment. They seemed like they were happy to do it and really wanted to find us the right vehicle. And boy did they! The Nissan arrived after hours, we test drove it, loved it, and bought it right then! It is the perfect fit for us. It included an aftermarket radio and Levi actually helped us figure out how to work it. So, bottom line, this is the place to go! Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or somewhere in the middle. This sales team will go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for! They are aces and we are spreading the word!

I stopped into credit now upon seeing the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. Ryan was the man that met me to answer my questions. I had already done more than a fair share of research on what I wanted and what I was willing to accept as a trade in on my vehicle. Ryan was very courteous, answered everything that I needed to know, and got me in for a last minute test dive. Long story short, After the test drive Ryan found me the vehicle I wanted and was able to secure more than I was looking for on a trade in and less on the vehicle when it arrived. The overall experience was rather surprising. I have dealt with many a car dealer and salesperson, Ryan was the first that exceeded my expectations for friendliness fairness. Haven't driven it much.still had the warranty on it.The head gasket went.U cannot tell me Lee's didn't know it was bad.I called them & explained 2 them what happened & (not sure who i spoke 2)he said "oh ur warranty must b up.I said matter of fact it isn't. I called Lee Credit for a pre-approval. I first spoke with Cassie and the other girls in Financing. They worked magic with my credit ( lack of) Then sent me to the sales person. Travis was fabulous! He listened to what I needed and fit me with a WONDERFUL vehicle. Travis was more than accommodating, came in on his day off to work with me.. Then... so I didnt have to drive almost 2 hours he had my SUV delivered to me..ON A SATURDAY!! I have had some association with others sales personnel at another location and was not so satisfied. But Travis and the Ellsworth location showed me it was the person I dealt with not the company.. And that was SOO true!! I wont be giving my vehicle up for a while but when I do I will be returning to Ellsworth and will be dealing with Travis!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I went to Credit Now in Bangor and was extremely pleased with the quality of service. I had been looking off and on for a car at other dealerships, and was not impressed with the sales pitch, nor the marketing of their cars. My wife and I bought a 2008 Jeep from Lee Auto Mall in Windham a couple years back and when it came time for me to get a second car, I wanted to stay within the company. I went to Credit Now first this time and found the 2012 Dodge I had been looking for. I started working with Erick, but finished with a different sales person after my test drive as he was busy with another customer. I was approved that day for the car, though I wanted a lower car payment and wanted to stay within my budget. They found the same model of car, with less miles and stayed perfectly in my price goal. When the bank even tried to renegotiate my loan terms after the initial offer, he got them to stick to their original terms and put me in the car that next business day. The best part was they even delivered the car to my office as I work the same time frame their are open and would not be able to get to the office before they closed. I have recommended this company to my family and would highly recommend to anyone else reading this, if you think you might be pressured at other places, you will find a very relaxed environment here, and very low pressure.A++

A few days later Darryl called and said the car was there and he was coming over so I could look at it and go for a drive. I looked it over and went for a drive and was sold. They have some very nice cars and trucks there and if they don't have what you want they will find just what you were looking for . A great place to buy . Greg was amazing! He was professional yet personal. We had a great time chatting while waiting for paperwork. It was more like spending time with a new friend then killing time at a dealership. The whole process was so smooth and friendly. We've purchased cars from several large companies and the job gets done but the experience is painful. The waiting, the confusing paperwork, dealing with sales, finance, go to this office, now here and there. Stop the madness! We had a fabulous experience and got the job done! Terry was very easy to deal with. I had gone to a larger dealership and felt pressured into buying a car that was more expensive with less features than the Jeep Terry found for me. Terry was easy going and listened to what I wanted then searched the inventory and got back to me with a possibility. I wasn't forced into buying that day. In fact I was able to think about the purchase for a couple days and test drive it a few times. Terry made the whole purchase very smooth and stress free. This is the second vehicle we purchased at Lee Credit Now in Presque Isle and it was a great experience. Tony and the staff in the office were awesome to work with and made us feel comfortable and we felt like they were genuine. We even liked the experience so much we bought another vehicle the next week. Tony was a floating manager but he made sure all our questions were answered and always was prompt in getting back to us. The only small critique would be that they could detail the vehicles better before they put them out. The inside was not filthy but it wasn't as clean as I keep my vehicles. Other than that it was a great interaction, thank you!

As a first time car buyer I wasn't positive if my credit was high enough to get a new car. I went to Lee's because a co-worker had recommended Travis to me, saying he was big help to her and that he worked with her every step of the way to make sure she left satisfied and with the car of her dreams. Travis didn't fall short of her descriptions at all, he was actually better than I expected! Funny, outgoing, patient, and I really gave this guy a run for his money. Not only did I go in without a co-signer, I went in as a customer that scored a high credit score but suffered from a very thin credit history, making financing a challenge. After three days, we agreed on trading in my car and a small down payment. My down payment wasn't even available until the end of the week. Travis still worked his magic so that I could leave that day with the Mazda 3 that I had fallen in love with. Travis made me feel like I was person, not just a sale.

Michelle Straub was so easy to work with, she is very friendly and outgoing and genuinely cares about the customer. She really works hard to find what the customer is looking for and goes the extra mile to make sure they get what they want. Checking #5 seems so insufficient for Travis. I wish I could give him rows of 1,000,000s!There would be no car in our yard ( and I would have lost my sanity), if not for this extraordinary man. Fantastic Experience! Robin is our favorite Sales Person...... Wonderful Person, hands down!Dec. 31st 2013 we stopped into Lee's. We were looking for a utility vehicle to replace our 2000 Saab Wagon. As I am handicapped I need leather seats to slide in and out of, seat controls on the passenger seat as well as drivers seat, room for wheelchair/walker and a comfy backseat for Hazel my service dog, and a payment around $300.00! No down payment yet until we sold our Saab.Enter in Robin who took down our requests and would figure on no down payment and she got searching Hard requests at that payment amount. She was quick and called on Jan. 3rd First one she found had the leather and controls on both front seats but was a sedan. I explained that we really needed a utility vehicle and that the situation had changed as on Jan. 2nd someone hit our car and we were waiting to hear what would happen in regards to our Ins. Company. That didn't stop Robin. She was still hard at it looking at all the Lee inventory all over the state. We have a very thick file!Robin called on the 6th I believe and she had found a 2011 Subaru Outback 2 (limited) in Wesbrook and did we want to see it. It had more mileage than we wanted but had EVERYTHING else plus more! On the 10th we took it for the day to Bangor and back for a test drive. We were in Love! The color is Azerite Blue Pearl, Azerite being one our favorite stones/color! Erik told Robin that he would need to have our mechanic go over it and Robin said "no problem". "Where can we take for you". "Anything he finds wrong we will fix". They knew that it was time to replace the Timing Belt, and one of the clips on the visor was broken. Lee Credit had run CarFax and we were able to get much of the history of the upkeep the previous owner had done. Robin called the two dealers even to get definitions of what "general maintenance" included as did Erik and I. We were so impressed that the service managers at the 2 Subaru dealers released verbally the information to us. They can't in writing. Still concerned over the mileage, Robin introduced us to a Drive Train Warranty which fit this situation to a T. We also invested in the GAP total loss warranty. Now we felt Peace of Mind. All had been checked, AND the payments are under $300.00 a month!Mean while Robin had the Subaru delivered to our mechanic who found no major problems other than the Timing Belt and a missing cover on the Bell housing. So the search was on for this cover. So Robin flue into action once more and called Stanley Subaru where they kept saying that there wasn't a cover. So we kept calling around (Robin and ourselves) and were finally satisfied that there wasn't a cover from the factory for it. All the time no pressure.Back to the Saab. The Ins. "totaled" it the week of the 6th. Because we had records of all our maintenance and brand new snow tires and rims they gave an extra $1000. A previous bankruptcy and only having a mortgage we knew the interest would be higher if a bank took us at all. Robin found one that did and yes the int. was higher. But then we had some money for down payment and the bank dropped a point! Then dropped another point with the extra money we got for the Saab! We settled with the Insurance Company week of the 13th and the check came on the 16th. We signed the papers for the Subaru on the 17th and Lee Credit set up an appointment at Stanley Subaru to get the Timing Belt replaced. We were going to also at the same time have water pump and the pulleys replaced on our dime. When they were replacing the Timing belt they found the Tensioner Pulley was leaking and the Idsler Puller was noisy. So since there was something wrong with them Lee Credit paid for them as well. The visor clip has been fixed as well.So, from Dec. 31st to Jan. 17th Robin found our dream vehicle, a bank that took us, the warranties, arranged for and paid for mechanical problems, had it delivered to where it needed to go including our mechanic, Lee Credit kept washing it and refueling it. Robin even went outside with another sales person to see if they could find the vin # on the engine, searched the internet and made calls concerning the situation with the Bell Housing cover, scheduled all the appointments with Stanley Subaru, called 2 Subaru Dealers in the southern part of the state to see if she could get us more detailed maintenance info., calls to us about the info she was getting ASAP. Her positive, friendly, high energy was is so refreshing and has completely changed our whole perspective on buying a car! CAN'T WAIT TO BUY ANOTHER ONE WITH ROBIN.We have told so many people about our experience and HIGHLY recommend Lee Credit and Robin! The person who bought a car through Lee Credit and recommended them to us once received $100.00 when we purchased our car. I ran into a very stressful situation with totaling my original Jeep a week before I was required to sit for my USCG exams for my marine engineering license for college. I went to Lee with virtually nothing to show hoping for some sort of miracle. Jim was my salesman, and he was extraordinarily helpful and personable, helping me along in the paperwork process. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for another vehicle, regardless of your situation. With the help of several others at Lee including Lance Astbury and Levi Grey, they were able to move vehicles from dealership to dealership for me to drive on just hours notice. Special thanks also to Tony Sangiovanni and Brian Poulin to work out an extremely satisfactory price to a student with nothing but college graduation on the horizon. And also a very grateful thank you to Mark Bursey with AAC to work with banks to get me a loan, and sit down and talk with me to learn my situation, and to figure out what needed to be done to specifically help me. I've bought a few vehicles even as young as I am, and I have never ever had so many people from a company work together to satisfy my needs. For my first time ever, I felt like I was more than just another sale. needed vehicle to drive home that day, so I have transportation to get to work. they had a four wheel drive vehicle I was interested in financing for no money down. and I drove home with it.

Lee credit meet my needs for a used car. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful in a very stressfull moment. I needed a car on the spot lost motor in my other car and it was a saturday afternoon took my application over phone at 1:00 pm and had a car for my to pick up by 4:00 pm that afternoon. Steve Spaulding listened to what i needed in a vehicle and what i had to work with for monthly payments within an hour had three choices and approval. I purchased a hyundia accent. I have had the car for a week and can say i have enjoyed the car and my experiance with the dealership. I have already recommended the dealership and Steve Spaulding to several coworkers who are thinking of purchasing vehicles. This dealership took a very stressful day and made it a very enjoyable day. I enjoyed my experience with Lee Auto. I had dealt with Lee Auto once before and it was only an ok experience. Sheryl was very helpful and worked hard to get me into a newer vehicle with only maintenance to worry about with it. I drove away knowing that I wasn't going to have to worry about my vehicle breaking down and getting stranded miles from home.

This was the first time I have ever purchased my own car. I only went in to see what it would take for me to qualify and see how much I would be looking at for payments based on my credit. Darryl was so nice and worked very hard to get me into a car and even worked with me on my down payment. 2 weeks later I drove away in my Ford Escape at a very nice price! Thank you so much for your help Darryl, and the rest of your team who have been there to answer any and all questions I have had! Great first time experience!!

I submitted an online app and recieved a call later that day, to setup an appointment at the Ellsworth branch. Robin Cummings was my sales rep. I explained my situation to Robin and she asked a set of questions, qualifying my likes and wants. She called me later that day and set up an appointment around 1500 hours and explained she had found my vehicle that fit my criteria. I Showed up and she explained what she tried for financing and models. I could not be prouder or luckier to have such a great sales rep to find a vehicle to fit within my situation. I didnt feel like I was being judge. That within itself was a blessing. In my next search for a vehicle I will make Robin my sales rep. I would like to thank her so very much!!

Michelle went above & beyond to get us into a car that we could afford. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She arranged to have the cars that we wanted to test drive available for us within 24 hours. Would definitely go see them again for our next vehicle.

We initially went in just to get an idea of what we could afford. After speaking with Mr. Carr for a few minutes he showed us a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Initially we were not sure we could afford it, but after the test drive we knew we wanted it. Mr. Carr was able to help us on the pricing to get it close enough that we would be able to afford it without making Ramen a staple in our diet.Thank you to the entire team at Lee Credit Now in Bangor, and especially to Mr. Carr!
