I've been searching for a vehicle for a while. I did get a good deal here at a local dealer but I wanted to check around and try to get a better trade in value on my current vehicle. Roy, the salesman at Lee Kinstle asked me if there were any vehicles I was interested in. So I asked Roy to get me a trade in value before I move forward. I sent him some stock numbers to the vehicles I was interested in and he didn't even know what a stock number was. So, me as a customer has to explain what a stock number was because he didn't know. I even had to send him a screenshot so he fully understood. But he went ahead and ran my credit and never gave me a trade in value. Definitely don't put customers wants/needs first

Donnie and the whole team were amazing to work with. We drove 7 hours to get our vehicle and the hardest part of the experience was the drive! They had everything ready and the financing portion was seamless also! I would highly recommend this whole team if you are looking for a great experience!

Thanks to Jason and the staff at Lee Kinstle they went above and beyond with my purchase. I wasnt able to take my new vehicle home with me that day due to a quick repair. I live 2 hrs away and they brought the suv to me while I was at work. They swapped it for my trade and I drove home in my new suv. They also helped me get a lower rate and overall lower payment. Started browsing for new vehicles, came across what I thought was supposed to be a 2011 Camaro. Obviously someone who works for GM doesn't know much about either GM vehicles or how to use a computer. Either way, if they get something that obvious wrong, I'd hate to see what they actually do when you show up. Not too mention based off other reviews I guess I'm not surprised by this level of ignorance. This is not the only car on there website that is either wrong completely, or they are just trying to upsell the basics. Says a lot about the character and level of the dealership and the inability to do the smallest things right. Defiantly not going to let you deal with trying to over finance me as well. The car in question particularly in this case is a newer model firebird. And believe me it's obvious, yet they are trying g to pass it off as a used 2011 camaro? The GIANT screaming chicken is a DEAD give a away. Or my other favorite, the 86 corvettes that's base, yet they're trying to pass it off as an official pace car. It's also very obvious that's its not. This place sounds super shady to me, defiantly will keep looking elsewhere. Oh, and if anyone from the dealerships wants to try and deny it, I have pictures.

Drove from Dayton to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Both vehicles I test drove, smelled of smoke and the headliners in these cars where just nasty. They let me walk over a few hundred dollars. I went to Celina and dealt with Kerns. Treated like a king, and it's 15 miles south of this place. Treated me well on my trade in too. This place wanted to play the " shell game" there.

I love Lee Kinstle and DONNIE EGNOR! We have bought 2 vehicles from him and have nothing but good things to say about him and the dealership! I went to Lee Kinstle not knowing if I wanted to trade in my car or not. I went to a bigger dealership and wasn't treated so nice so I was leary about going anywhere and having to deal with another arrogant salesman. When I arrived I met with Billy Knoll who was just the opposite. He was easy to talk to and not pushy at all. He explained the details of the car and answered all my questions thoroughly. He made me a great deal and needless to say I'm the proud owner of a 2015 Acadia. Everyone I encountered treated me with courtesy and were very professional. There was a minor glitch with my car after I got it that they did everything in their power to make it right. I love the feel of a local dealership vs the large ones where you are just a number. I would recommend anyone this dealership as they all go above and beyond what's necessary to make sure that doesn't happen. Keep up the great work!!

He stayed past closing on a Friday night to let us test drive cars and never rushed us. When we bought the car, he went through the whole car with us and showed us what all the controls do. When I visited the dealership, Ben Hoblet was friendly and super to work with. He made you feel like he was your friend for years. I explained what I was looking for and he was able to help and always had a smile. Jason High and Ben stayed late an evening for me to be able to discuss what I wanted. They went the extra mile to help. Also Jeff Gudakunst was very helpful for our financial needs. He was resourceful and explained all the financial information and extras we needed. Working with Ernie was great. He went and tried to find me a car that fit my budget and with low miles. He worked really well trying to find me someone to approve me for the loan. Roy the finance guy was amazing as well. He financed me for the car and took minimal amount of time. I highly recommend Lee Kinstle. Ernie really valued my time and what I wanted and as a result I felt relaxed not pressured, Ernie even made sure I had gas in it and I knew how to operate every thing, and he was excited to see me a car!!!!

My husband and I were shopping for a new used car for me. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot we were greeted by a friendly salesman named Donnie. He asked us what kind of car and features we were looking for so he could better assist us. We test drove 3 vehicles and Donnie was more than patient with us trying to find out what I liked the best. In the end instead of buying a used car we bought a brand new 2014 Buick Verano. It is amazing and I love it! They had my car washed up with a full tank of gas ready for pick up. The purchase process went very fast as well as receiving my title a couple of days later. The staff and service here are amazing and I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. Donnie is an awesome salesman and will do future business here because of his great service:)

I just stopped in to look at upgrading my car to something nicer and newer. I left the dealership in less than 80 minutes! That was great to me considering I was test driving cars, I had to do a credit app, fill out all of the paperwork, had an appraisal of my "old" car and had some waiting on the bank. I was also able to get a nicer and newer car than what I had originally planned to get.
