We always receive great service with the people at Lee’s Summit Honda. Michelle has assisted us many times over the years of service on our Honda. She shows interest and concern for our vehicle needs. She’s very knowledgeable and is always able to answer my questions or find the answer if needed. Early on she gave me information about what and when different services are needed through the life of our CR-V. This has been very helpful to know as we plan and budget for the care and maintenance of our car. I feel like we have a friend in the service department, which is always a good feeling when we’re dealing with high ticket purchases. Back again, same great service. Also, very comfortable waiting area while the necessary services were completed.

Great service. Personnel are polite and personable. Used the express service and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. No appointment; no waiting; no issues. Lees Summit Honda does a great job. Was back on 29 Nov and same thing. Great people, no appointment, no waiting, no issues. This dealership is fantastic

I love this place. The guy Always remembers me and gives me that personal touch. Today I took my son, he has his permit and will need to do this stuff himself, so it was a life lesson, learning situation for him. They took the time to explain stuff to him.Explained what the warranty covered and stuff like that. I just love this place. While we waited we looked at cars and even though we have no intention of buying another one, they still got the keys and let us check out one on the lot. Always super friendly. I’ll never go to another Honda dealership for anything.

Nick Shaw was truly a pleasure to work with. He made the purchasing less stressful than it could have been. My family have purchased from him and the rave reviews were true.
