Such poor customer service. They are a joke. Do not care about their customers one bit and act very arrogant. If you view the most recent reviews on Google you will see how many people feel this same way. Wish I would’ve view them before I went. I will not be returning.

I called there yesterday looking for a Denali they are suppose to have come on the lot. They confirmed & when I inquired about the supplier discount they told me they aren’t honoring it because of the market. I believe if a customer is looking to spend there hard earned money there the least they could do is honor a corporate wide discount program when Someone is looking at a $70,000+ truck. Sorry Charlie I’ll never waste my time with y'all again. They aren’t concerned about you, they are more concerned about theirselves.

I received a notice for a recall on my Yukon XL from Legacy a couple of weeks ago. I called and spoked to Alyssa and she was very helpful. I couldn't schedule at the time and she was very understanding. I called today with a date and time that works best for me, and AGAIN!! I talked to Alyssa. She was able to accommodate exactly what I asked for. Alyssa spoke clearly, energetically, and answered my questions about the recall without putting me on hold. THANKS ALYSSA!! I've been in business for a long time and I realize the pains of having the wrong person answer your companies phone. That person can cost you more than can be measured

Extremely poor service..No communication by service department in over 24 hours of drop off of my vehicle. After 24 hours . talked to telephone representative who told me they are too busy with customers and if I cant wait then I can pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere. The telephone operator said that this was the sentiment of the service representative. I am sure other dealership service department will be glad to have business and be more communicative and respectful of all customers.

I was having a problem with my car being sluggish to start. I drove to the dealership (Legacy Buick in Slidell) early on the morning of November 15 and left my car. After I had parked, the car would not start again. When the dealership opened, I called and was put in touch with Ashley. I have been dealing with Legacy Buick for the past four years and I believe Ashley has been there the entire time. After telling her the problem, she immediately took action and the service department installed a new battery for me. They were kind enough to leave my car outside of the gates so I could retrieve it after hours.

The service I received was great. The dealership notified me of a service that had to be taken performed on my truck. Communication during this process was flawless during setting up my appointment. I was greeted by Mr. Michael Sheffield who was very professional and took care of me when I arrived and checked my vehicle in for service. The entire staff at Legacy was very professional during my visit..

I purchased my truck in June. I could not ask for better customer service i live a hr away and had to do a lot of my business on the phone. My sales rep Mary Floyd represented Legacy Buick GMC beyond my expectations. I had a accident in Aug and had my truck brought back to Legacy to be repaired. Mr Kenny in the paint and body shop did a fantastic job on my truck . Mrs Ashley in service department gave me the best customer service there is. I would recommend Legacy to all my friend and family
