Derrick is an amazing sales man I have brought 3 cars from here ( Ferndale location )and they always make sure I am taken care of and with a good vehicle that is going to last me forever. They really show they care n show so much compassion for their customers.. I will never go anywhere else besides here to get what vehicle I need n want....

I was told when I first started financing the car that I would be able to receive a rental if my car was in the shop for more than a day , however today when I was trying to be clear on the process of receiving a rental I was told that they don’t even give out rentals which even more confused me . I only need probably a oil change and a windshield wiper fixed I don’t see why it would take more than a day to service my vehicle and the Mechanic was very rude and every time I spoke he spoke over me until it became a sort of an argument which lead to him implying that he wouldn’t give me a call to receive my car when it is fixed . I’m literally just a customer who was given misinformation and would like clarity on the subject . This was very poor customer service and I feel like I was treated in such manor because I am a young African American man. They were highly rude ,misleading , non helpful and if I had of known they showed this type of behavior I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I do work in the greater Detroit area, I'm very aware of this city. 2 days ago I drove on 8 mile and couldn't help but come and check out a 2011 grand caravan for sale.
