If there was a negative star I would've chosen that option rather than one star. I live out of state and am driving my fathers car, who is a 30 year veteran. Got into a car accident and had to have my car repaired. The only place my insurance guarantees was Lehman which is a lie because the Manager Arnold and do boy Assistant Manager Frank just told me even though they know they did horrible work they won't help me. I brought my car in Oct 19 with cosmetic damage to the hood and radiator. My car wasn't ready until today November 15. My car is completely misaligned, my car is filthy NEVER washed (which I was told was the reason I could not pick it up last night, cause it was to be washed today), finder prints inside, BUMPER is bigger on one side than the other, which can happen with after market items. BUT had Lehman notified my insurance they would have made them return it for a new bumper. Every part they put on my car does not fit or align. I waited a month for my car to be fixed, they didn't wash my car but left it FILTHY after promising to wash it repeatedly ( like that was even my main concern after a month). The receptionist all the way up to the manager are completely ignorant and gave me the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Arnold and Frank just about high fives each other as they told me they couldn't help me. NEVER TAKE YPUR CAR HERE. They will charge you 1000 for labor and then say their work is guaranteed but ONLY to Arnold's standard, not to the NORM. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH HOW THEY TREAT SERVICE PEOPLE!!!

He also was very capable at working with AARP True Car and honored the quote and found the car I wanted. FYI my previous purchase was also a Hyundai Elantra GT and it was totaled in an accident, so I knew what I wanted and needed to get the car fast. I have leased 2 Genesis cars from Lehman Hyundai in the past 6 years with adequate performance of the sales and financial staff. My most recent lease, it was like an amateur operated theme park. The staff new very little about the features of the car, the car was delivered poorly prepared for delivery, and the handling of the lease direct back payment has been a disaster. After calling more than 3 times, no one has returned my calls to straighten out this mess.

My wife and I came to Lehman Hyundai to purchase a leased automobile at the end of the term. The young woman with whom we initially dealt was very pleasant, but presented us with some figures for purchasing the car that seemed odd. Lehman Hyundai wanted to charge us $999.50 for a "dealer fee" and an additional $500 charge for which I still have no explanation. We told her that none of these figures were in our contract. So she got her manager, Alain Ruiz, to come explain these numbers to us. He did very little to explain the figures and was extremely rude to me and especially my wife, because she challenged is numbers. During yhis time at Lehman Hyundai, I contacted the main Hyundai lease office in Texas and found out that in Florida dealers are allowed to charge dealer fees for purchasing a leased car. This is obviously because car dealers in Florida have lobbied Tallahassee so that not only we do we pay dealer fee when we obtain a lease, but we also have to pay a dealer fee when we buy the lease at the end of the term. Our representatives at work for us...the people. Setting aside the unfairness of this to the consumer, the difference is that Lehman Hyundai charges $999.50. Whereas every other Hyundai dealership in Florida charges $699.00. Further, the mysterious $500 charge that Lehman Hyundai tried to charge appears nowhere else but at Lehman Hyundai. This is an unscrupulous dealership and if you ever have the misfortune of having to buy from them, I would recommend that you go over every line and every charge meticulously and challenge everything you find questionable. I promise you that they are trying to gouge you in some way. From the perspective of my family, we will never deal with them again.

I went to check Santa Fes to this dealership, they treated me extremely well until I signed the papers, then it's like they disapeared from the face of the earth, they got my registration wrong (with a wrong address) and it's been two months and they haven't even called me back to fix it. I got a ticket because they "forgot" to let me know they got my plates, and they promised they'd pay for it but also never heard back from them. the only way to get them to actually listen to you is to go in person to the dealership which is extremely annoying and they treat you very bad. I would NOT recommend buying a car in this dealership to anyone. They fooled me, don't let them fool you.

Lehman got me out of my living nightmare with my RC purchase however I ended up with a lease instead of a purchase and will end up paying much more for the car should I decide to buy it out at the end of the term.

I bought the car though USAA Car Buying Service. This is the second time I have used this service. The first time I did the "fleet salesmen" just handed me the keys and basically walked away. This time with Ms. Shaw I felt like I was her only walk in customer and she gave me great customer service. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car that your dealership sales. She has consistently stayed in touch with me throughout the buying process and the "Owe Me" portion to get my missing "Navigation Chip" that was missing in the car when I picked it up. Any time you have to have your car serviced and repaired it can be a very scary, anxiety provoking event. Daily Diaz, service advisor was terrific! She was very reassuring throughout my visit. She knew right away what she thought the noise in my car was from and confirmed it with the repair crew. She identified other needs my car had and really listened to my concerns. She she promised something-she delivered. I appreciated the wonderful customer service she provided and her dedication in doing her job in a professional manor. Let me start by saying that I have never written a review before on ANYTHING, because I frankly dont usually bother; however, I have had a VERY bad experience trading in my old lease for a new lease at this dealership and I feel that others should know about this experience before deciding to lease a car with this dealership. I wish that someone would have explained the following to me before I did. If I can give you one piece of advice: if you want to trade-in your car with any dealership, make sure it isnt this one for the following reasons: Anyone other than the secretary rarely answers their phone (I spent over 2 hrs being transferred around departments every day for the last 2 weeks) If you happen to be lucky and someone answers the phone, they will tell you that they will call you back. Then they wont. For some reason, they dont know how to receive license plates from the state and so when they give you a temporary one, dont expect that they will give you a permanent one within a month. I am in the middle of month #2 without a permanent license plate. When this one expires AGAIN in 2 weeks (the temps expire every month), I will have to go back and get yet another temporary license plate, until they finally get their act together and receive the permanent one. They will lose your paperwork AND THAT HAS SERIOUS REPERCUSSIONS FOR YOU. As I said before, I traded in my old lease for a new one. They lost my paperwork somehow. They not only lost the paperwork, they also didnt realize that they lost the paperwork. So, what happened? Well, I get Hyundai motor finance calling me everyday telling me that they will be affecting my credit because they still think that the old lease is under my name, because there is no paperwork, as far as they know, that can tell them otherwise. Would you like to lease a car and then unknowingly get bad credit for that? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. While they certainly know how to make a sale, they have ZERO customer service after they make the sale and do you know what happens when you enter into a contract with a car dealership that doesnt care about you? Well, they will ignore you and leave you to clean up the mess they made. Good luck to those that ignore this because you really will regret it.

I was in the market for a 2012-2014 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t fully loaded and came across this dealer on cars.com for having it at a vry low price. Since this was my first time ever financing a car I was worried about paying too much and how much my interest rate even with average credit would be ( mid 600's) When got there everyone from the manger "CJ" to my car salesman Moudy Aglan was awesome. They made the process very stress free and pleasant. To top it off the finance manger Jose Bordas, was able to work out an excellent rate, which allowed me to pay 10% less in interest than i normally would've as a new buyer. Overall for my first buying experience I was very pleased and happy with the level of service I received and would defiantly recommend this dealership.

But i came back a few days ago to speak to the new general manager, Ron in reference to those issues and to see if we could come to an amicable resolution. Not only did he fix the problems that I had previously had, but he assisted me with getting into a vehicle that was not only desirable, but reliable. I am a 95 years old retired man. Over the last several months I have been considering the purchase of my final vehicle, but I had not planned on purchasing another vehicle until the end of 2015. About a week earlier, while at Lehman Hyundai, having my sun visor repaired and replaced, but the wrong part was delivered and I was becoming upset. It was at that point that I was approached by a gentleman called Cary who is the Vehicle Exchange Manager. Cary took as much of his time to ensure that the issue I was experiencing was resolved without delay. Cary told me to call him in two days and that he would personally ensure the right part was acquired and installed. When I called two days later, Cary told me he would check everything out and call back. Within 10 minutes Cary called back saying the part was in, it was the correct part and color and that I could stop by in the morning and he would ensure the visor was installed. I arrived early the next morning and the part was installed immediately. Cary turned what had become a bad experience into a job well done. As I was leaving I told Cary that I was planning on buying a new car and would be back in a week or so. The following week I showed up and Cary had me deal with a gentleman called George Gaulding. George, an older man, was very helpful and he explained everything clearly. We located the car I wanted, a new 2014 Hyundai Accent SE. Also, I did something I didn't think I would every do and I leased the car. Everyone at Lehman was very accommodating and I know that Cary is there to help me, as needed. A few days after I purchased the car, Cary called simply to ensure I was happy. He told me he assigned me a new Service Advisor by the name of Orlando Mancina. Cary said Orlando has been working at Lehman for 19 years and is very patient and will always provide me the service I require with a smile on his face. Thank you very much Cary. Without you I would have likely gone elsewhere to buy my car.

Everyone at Lehman was very accommodating and welcoming. The buying process was very easy, and they worked out a great deal on a new 2014 Elantra. I originally came in for service (oil change, tire rotation), but I was approached by Cary, the Manager for the Vehicle Exchange Program about trading in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra for a newer car. He was amazing, and super attentive. He walked me over to the Sales department where I met Kevin, who sold me my new car. Matt, the Sales Manager, was equally amazing. During my visit to Lehman for a oil change I spoke with Cary the manager of Vehicle Exchange Program and he personally took me outside ,where he introduce the 2015 Sonata. He was so good at explaining all the features to me and how each worked that I was so impressed that I could longer drive my 2011 Sonata anymore. Honestly, I had a compelling urge to trade my 2011 in for a 2013 Sonata with all those new feature. So I was happy to meet Rep from Lehman like Cary that took time to give the head up on improving my life, because wouldn't have gotten a new car for another 5 yrs. Went for warranty work (transmission) on my Hyundai and dishonest mechanic there conducted a "free" multipoint inspection and claimed I needed induction cleaning and a new cabin filter. What a joke--the cabin filter had been replaced with a new one the DAY BEFORE I went to Lehman and my car was idling fine and my induction system and car passed Goodyear's complete car inspection 4 days before, with the exception of the cabin filter (which my son replaced thereafter and the DAY BEFORE we went to Lehman). Will never go there again--I'm going to Rick Case Hyundai..

It's sad that by their body shop they have made this rating so low. The sales were great with Odel. We bought three cars, he kept us going back. But after that, forget about it...... Don't ever go back there for anything. So I got in an accident, and the insurance recommended a couple of places to fix it but we wanted to do it at the dealer cause we thought it would be better. Worst idea. It's been there for more than a month and it was just rear ended. But that's not really the problem. They told me it would be done in a week. And after more than 2 weeks without getting a call I start calling back and nobody picks up. Left voicemails for three days. Then I decided to call the bodyshop instead and not the guy in charge of my car. I received a call from the manager later "Steven" and he apologized and explained that the guy taking care of my car was no longer working there. I told them that I would have appreciated a call or for someone to take over his phone. He apologized again and explained the situation of my car. Told me it would be ready on Friday. This was last Thursday. I waited till Monday. Called him, Steven the manager, and nothing. Called yesterday, nothing. Just called, nothing. Worst service ever. You will not know if your car was stolen, resold, disappeared, nothing. No communication whatsoever. Thanks to Odel that I called him and helped me get ahold of him. Listen to your insurance or pick a much better place to fix your car.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Alan Kahn and the Lehman Hyundai group in Miami. This was not the dealership I purchased my car at and I came in as a walk in customer. I had been in a car accident earlier that day and desperately needed my car to be fixed as soon as possible. Alan and his team assured me that they would get my car fixed. About three hours later, I was able to leave the dealership with a car that didn't look like it got into an accident, but looked brand new.I have serviced my car at Rick Case Hyundai and Potamkin Hyundai and never received the service I got a Lehman. They clearly understand how to treat and retain a customer. I am very happy with my experience at Lehman and have no reason to return to any other dealership in Dade/Broward County.

While at Lehman, I met Cary, Customer Service Manager. Lehman staff is the most decent and honest people. When I come to this location, I never feel the need to shop around, nor compare prices since everything thing offered is, in my opinion, to the best of their ability and I am very happy with the service I have received. I went shopping for a certified used Elantra as a graduation present for my son and was not happy with the vehicles being offered. I called Lehman and spoke with Mr. Michael Cary. Cary told me they had a few Elantra's on their lot and I drove over to look. It was the color I had in mind but after Cary took me for a test drive in the car, I knew I found my son his car. Cary was very helpful and never did he lie or pressure me, as he said, his job was to show me the right vehicle and offer me the best price possible, which he did. The manager Brian Wolf was very knowledge and gave me a heck of a deal. They also beat the rate my own bank offered for the purchase by more than .75%. Shop for your next car a Lehman but make sure you look for Cary and he'll treat you right.

I met Cary while I was just browsing the Hyundai used lot. He had a lot of knowledge and was very helpful in explaining all of the details of the vehicles. My cousin Synthia and I visited Lehman at 7:30am to do a "quick oil change" and should have been out of here because of a Church function. Well it's now 2:10pm and she is just about ready to leave with a new vehicle, thanks to the professional sales service of their sales consultant Michael Cary. While sitting and waiting on the service he came over and presented a special deal being offered and one we could not refuse. Everything happens for a reason and this was meant to be. Cary, as he referred to himself, is a very friendly, approachable sales consultant. Very knowledgable of his job and was able to converse on other topics keeping us occupied and our minds away for the "little wait". Hats off to you Cary! Well why sit around and not try to find something too? I then went into the lot and found me a 2012 Acura TL that I am very interested in purchasing and having it exportedb to the Cayman Islands. My experience was a great one. It started out a little "Shaky" on my part. This was due in part to the many different experiences and frustration I encountered when car shopping at several dealers. I traveled back to Lehman Hyuandai, not once or twice, but three times. Everytime, Hannibal M. remained professional and courteous. My brother purchased a car from Lehman Autoworld a couple years ago so I stopped to see if they could help. I was slightly short on the amount of deposit required and left. I went to another dealer who promised they could get me financed. I put up my money but they couldn't do as promised and want a co-borrower to approve the loan. I left and went back to Lehman Autoworld and spoke with Mr. Michael Cary who not only got me the car I wanted but I was approved on a new loan and didn't need a co-borrower. I am happy and will recommend that everyone go to Lehman Autoworld and see Mr. Michael Cary who kept his word and followed up and helped me get a loan and a new car. I stopped at Lehman Hyundai while driving in the area. I was not quite in the market for a new car at the moment but decided to see if there were any deals going on. Come to find out Lehman seems to always have a deal going on. Got lost in conversation with the sales manager Steve about being in the military and police force. Ended up leaving in a new car. My sales person was CJ Lewis. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the sales process very very easy to understand. It was an actual pleasure to buy a car I can say i have never been able to say that before. I purchased a 2012, Genesis Sedan. The car had a deep scratch which was repaired by Hyundai's body shop. The work was excellent and the people in the body shop were quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I ran into my salesman, when I went to pick up the car. I told him that I wasn't comfortable with a big car. I wanted to trade it in for a more sporty ride and he suggested the Genesis Coupe. He also told me that I should keep my car for a while because, I would lose too much money. I said, if I was unhappy it didn't matter, what I lost, I just didn't want to pay more. We went into the show room to see what kind of deal we could make. I reminded him I that I didn't want to pay more money and I wanted all the financing to stay the same. There was $7,000.00 being financed on the first car at 0% interest.. We worked out a deal, I would pay an additional $3,000.00 dollars and it would be a clean trade. Nothing else would change, I would pay $3,000.00 and the car was mine. He went to Greg and spoke to him, then came back to me and said it was a deal. He would even add in the wings and tinted windows. He went back to Gregg and told me the deal was set. I told him that I wanted to give him the $3,000.00 now, but he told me it would be better to add it on to the $7,000.00 that I had financed on the car at 0% interest. I trusted him and went along with his suggestion. Gregg came over to shake my hand and then told me to follow Orlando to his office. I was told he would do the paper work.Orlando, was printing all sorts of papers, which I started to sign, I was naive and trusted the people at this dealership.I noticed that the numbers were off and I would be paying much more than the $3,000.00 I had agreed to, and now my financing was no longer 0% but it was at 4%. Orlando came up with many different explanations that never made sense to me. I went to Gregg to ask how this was happening. I made a deal and now I'm signing papers for a different deal. Gregg started to shout and argue with Odell about not being honest with me. Odell denied it and I was surrounded by several salesmen, that were curious about the commotion. I started to cry, it was a nightmare. Suddenly, they involved another man who worked in the showroom ( I can't remember his name) and he told me he would try to get me better financing.He very nicely told me to go take the car and don't worry about anything. He would get me a better deal. I asked if it was going to be the deal I made at 0% financing. He said no, I couldn't have the deal I had made. He said I could have 1.9% interest on the financing.This could have been resolved simply by lowering the amount I paid to off set the interest I would have to pay, but they wouldn't consider it. In the end the dealership would not honor the deal that was agreed to. Since I signed all the contracts, I did not know what I could do. I was sitting in the middle of the dealership crying, surrounded by all these strange men, knowing that I was being taken advantage of. It was unfortunate that Orlando wasn't there because I'm sure he would have gotten yelled at too. I felt like a fool because I trusted these people, they lied to me and they took advantage of me.I took out a check and paid the full amount, which now was approximately $13,439.00 dollars, this included the original $7,000.00, plus some new warranties, Orlando sold me in this whole mess, and the additional $3,000.00. Now, I wasn't going to pay any interest, which was the way it was supposed to be, but to pay about $13,000.00 in one shot was a big deal for me. I don't even understand why I needed all the warranties I purchased, since I thought new cars come with warranties.I left feeling like a fool who clearly was taken advantage of.This was a humiliating experience to say the least.

I went to Lehman to by a 2012 Sonata Turbo, fully loaded. Jared Lajoie approached me, he saw me looking over all the Sonata in stock. He also realized I was eying the Genesis. As a good sales consultant he inquired as to my wants, needs & desires. I also said that I have "always wanted a Genesis,V6,LOADED"Based on what my budget was for the Sonata,Jared wanted to know if I was a little flexible, YES, well a few hours later, 2 test drives, I was able to leave with what I really wanted a new Genesis. This was only possible through the listening skills of my salesman, and the great service from Lehman !!! During the negotiation it was SHORT, I let them know my budget, also let them know that if we could not ink a deal with the Genesis I will be happy to take the Turbo Sonata home. Lehman listened and worked to make me a customer. No pressure !!! I would recommend Lehman to all my friends and family ..
