Great dealership and personnel, Derrick Dobbins was great and could tell you everything about both vehicles I purchased in the last year a F150 and Ford Expedition EL. I highly recommend them if your in the market for a new ford vehicle. Only reason I gave them 3 stars in facility and repairs is because the dealership definitely needs some renovations or a upfit to a nicer facility and I have never returned for repairs or service, I have used my local ford dealership for service to vehicles and to be honest I never spend much time at a dealership waiting around either so how nice do they really need to be. Dealership went out of their way to make sure I was happy and brought the vehicle I purchased from another lot. Did not pressure me and worked with me when I did not like their first offer for purchase. Everyone there worked hard to make sure that I was happy as a customer. I only visited this dealership because another dealership in the area did not call me back. Turns out I ended up getting that same vehicle that I had looked at at the other dealership. I am very happy that I was able to get it through Autopark East (Leith-Wendell) instead of the other dealership (no need to name). Great service and would go back.

We purchased a RAM truck 2 years ago from my husband and thought we would go back for another purchase. OH my word! When we first got there it was a little shaky but Doug Durham rolled out the red carpet for us. We felt like we were actually part of the family there. Brian Cunningham, the salesman and John Elks, the F&I man stayed until almost 9:00 pm getting us in our Denali. Because of it being so late, we took it back for extra service which took about 3 days and Ryan, Service Advisor put us in a 2015 Yukon to drive. Again, we took it back later to get new tires, and they kept it over night. Again we got a car to drive home. Hats off to the GMC Service Department - Roman Lorenzen, Service Advisor and Kenny Towne, the Service Manager truly looked after our best interest giving us the best price. Upon leaving the lot the last time, Brian drove by and took time to wave goodbye. We were not just another sale to them. Enough said!!!!

This morning I had my car packed and parked in the driveway readying for a long distance trip. I put the key in the ignition switch and the car would not turn. My steering wheel was locked. I tried everything to get it loose. Nothing worked. I called the dealership where the car was purchased and they had no appointment until next week. I was dismayed. I called roadside assistance who told me of this dealership. I called and spoke with Kenny and knew right away this was a God send. He was very kind very helpful and was very sincere in all of his efforts to assist me in getting my car fixed. He told me to have in towed in and he would have in checked ASAP . Kenny assisted me with the tow as well. My car was fixed within 30 minutes I was given advice on how to avoid problem in the future. I was able to get on the ride and I'm sitting here in Jersey writing this review to let everyone know what a wonderful young man Kenny is and how truly helpful he was during my crisis. They have a new customer for life.

Doug Durham and Xavier listened to my criteria ahead of time - found the exact car I wanted and had it waiting for me which showed me they understood that my time was valuable. I recently got my car serviced at Leith Auto in Wendell and had excellent customer service experience. I requested an appointment online the night and received a response that night. When I showed up Clint was ready and waiting. He held open the door and showed me and my two kids the waiting room. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and get my inspection done because it was due next month. Therefore, saving me a trip. He also, showed up with balloons for each of my kids to play with. I gave buying process 4/5 stars simply because of the financial person. Donielle Davis, our salesman, was wonderful! He answered all of our questions and didn't act "pushy" or overbearing. I bought my car last week and I am still texting him with questions. He always answers immediately and doesn't get frustrated. The ONLY reason I gave 4/5 stars was b/c of the financial consultant. (the guy that works with you to get financing). He was rude to me and I think he was rude to Donielle. Use your own lender.

I had been in the market for a replacement for my excellent 2006 KIA Sportage and almost too late discovered that the 2017 Sportage was being imported early in 2016. Glad I waited, because the Leith Autopark East is close to my home and the 2017 Sportage fit my needs perfectly. The sales people were very accommodating and worked hard to find the loaded EX model I wanted. Likewise I have found the service department to be excellent in handling the servicing on my 2006 KIA over the years.

In fact, we were looking for a Dodge Ram, but when we arrived and were told that Derrick was on the "Ford side", somehow we ended up with a Ford. This time around, I said I was going to take my time until I found just what I wanted and within my price range. Here enters my Leith Wendell and my salesman, Derrick Dobbins. He mentioned a Kia Sportage. I immediately told him no because I had owned a Sportage many, many years ago and I didn't like it. He said, let me just show you this 2017 model and if you don't like it, we can keep looking. Well, to my surprise, I saw it and said, I like it. He showed me other vehicles similar in size, but I ultimately went with the Sportage, and I am so glad I did!!!!

First of all the KIA Cadenza is everything that the best known and unbiased consumer magazine says that it should be. Second, I would like to commend Sales Consultant Vic Warner for making the buying experience both instructional and enjoyable. Vic was very professional, courteous, informative, and patient. There are three businesses that I don't care to visit and they'r all related, Dealerships, Mechanics and the DMV. However, my recent experience with Leith Autopark in Wendell was a very pleasant one. I was looking to purchase my 2nd Kia Optima and shopped around as far as Fayetteville. Lieth Autopark, gave me the best price for my trade in and the lowest price on the new 2015. They offered me 1.9 when others were offering me 2.2. I never went into their dealership. I started on line and was contacted by Jennifer who was very pleasant. I told her I was shopping around and she said they wanted to earn my business and they did. I got a couple of follow up emails from Jennifer to see if I had made a choice but no pressure. Once, I made my decision and contacted Jennifer she forwarded me to Darnell and we were able to work out all the details over the phone. They delivered the car to me at my home and picked up my trade in. I never walked into their dealership! The best car buying experience I ever had. They have a customer for life! I switched to wendall ford from a big raliegh dealership for my service a few years ago. My truck was serviced quicker, better, cheaper, and I was able to see the broken parts with logical explinations. When it came time to buy i decided to give the smaller shop a chance to compete since service had been great. To my surprise they had better pricing. then the big guy. Prior to visiting their showroom, I had visited two of the major dodge dealerships in the area and being the skeptic that I am, it felt like your typical car sales atmosphere at both. Deciding to visit Wendell before scrapping my search, it was as if I was personal friends with these guys. So personal that I purchased a 2015 ram in a model and color I originally wasn't searching for...( Well, maybe not to that extreme, but you get the idea..)....I came away totally pleased with the entire process, received an excellent trade-in value for my truck, and best yet, my opinion of at least one automotive dealership isn't a negative one. So...after seeing my truck sit unmoved at a different repair shop in Clayton for 3 days I decided to call around to find out who could actually help see why my engine light was on. Immediately Megan picked up the phone and told me to bring it on in an they would work it in that same day. Within an hour they had figured out the problem and called to tell me it was ready to pick up. Since the service was so fast I asked if they could do an oil change for me before I got back. When I came to pick it up my truck had been repaired, had an oil change, and the tires rotated...and all for a very reasonable price. Not only did their service department exceed my expectations they have earned a new and devoted customer.

I want to make mention that when my wife Judi and I looked and finally decided on our second Kia from Leith of Wendell, we were introduced to our salesman Darnell Staten. Darnell went out of his way to make my wife Judi informed on every question she had, even by driving numinous new cars to our home, two miles away for me to look at. I wanted certain options that were not available on one Kia Soul that I was shown. I can't say enough on how Darnell went out of his way to make both my wife Judi happy, but me also, even to the point of looking our of state for just the model that had the options I wanted. When the right car was found in VA, a trailer was brought up to being the car back, instead of having it driven, adding more miles to the car. This I was very impressed with. First time buying from Leith DODGE, didn't know what to expect but in the end it was all good. We had been looking another mid size SUV to replace our Flex and looked at the FORD Explorer, Chevy Traverse and Taho. The Explorer was just to small, the traverse was not sporty enough and the Taho, well it's way overpriced. We decided to check out the Dodge Durango and we were sold, great interior, sporty look and loaded with features. The best thing Dodge done was redesign this automobile. Our salesman Xavier Russ was a pleasure to work with. He had an answer for every question, knew everything about the SUV and was very patient with us.. I cant say enough about how well informed he was about this automobile, it's always a better buying experience when the salesman knows his products. Leith was very fair with our trade and we left very satisfied with our deal. We have never owned a Dodge so if it serves us well Leith Dodge will be our first stop when it's time for the trade. I went to Leith Autopark Kia in Wendell on a Saturday around 3:30 or 4pm. I wasn't in the market for a new car I was just checking out the huge select of new 2016 Sorentos. I become curious if it were even possible for me to trade in my 2011 Sorento. As I was going in to talk to someone, Scott Pittman meet me at the door with a smile and a handshake. Before I knew it Scott and Manger Shane Sullivan made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I was at the right place at the right time with the right people. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest! The dealership is great from the sales to the service department. The service manger Clint is a great guy. This is my fourth Kia, second Sorento. I recently purchased a new car from the Ford Dealership and Derrick went above and beyond! I traded in 2 cars and he took it upon himself to see that I was able to transport both cars there with his help. He rode back home with me to get the 2nd car and drove it back to the dealership so I would not have to inconvenience family . Once I made a selection of the car I wanted they didn't have it in the color I wanted so he drove to another county to get one they had in stock. He even washed and detailed the car himself so my wait time would be shortened. He also filled the tank with gas for me. I have purchased cars at other dealerships in the past but none have gone to such lengths to see to it that I was truly satisfied in the way Derrick and the other staff did. I could not have dreamed of getting a better deal on my new car! I highly recommend anyone that wants unbelievable deals and costumer service to go to the Ford Dealership in Wendell , NC . I have had very good luck at finding used cars at Leith AutoPark Chrysler in Wendell, NC. Last month I bought my 4th used vehicle from this dealer. (3 cars & one F-150) Each vehicle has been great. I have never had a bad experience at this location!! Other dealerships & used car dealers (& I have been to a lot of them) have not compared to Leith AutoPark in Wendell. Adding to that, was the quality of customer satisfaction I received from the salesman, Luis Munoz. He was excellent. He knew exactly what I needed car-wise & price-wise. I walked away with a 2013 Ford Fusion. Sure, I could have saved a chunk of $ buying from a private owner, but I like these guys. Luis was very courteous & attentive. He explained the paperwork well & in a timely manner. The whole process went as quickly as I had hoped it would. He made sure that "make-ready" cleaned the car perfectly & I drove away in a beautiful Ford Fusion. My dad sold Pontiacs in San Antonio, TX for 40+ years from 1958 forward. I think he really would have enjoyed this guy! Thanks Luis! Ask for Luis Munoz when you go to buy a car & go to Leith in Wendell if you are going to buy from a dealer.

I found the used vehicle I purchased online and went into the dealership on a Saturday . I was greeted by Victor Perez (Salesman). He was friendly and courteous. Victor was quite helpful and after a test drive, decided to purchase the vehicle. Everything went quite smoothly until we were leaving the dealership and ran into a small problem with the car. Returned to the dealership, the problem was determined and because it was the weekend and I was out of town, they loaned me a vehicle to drive home, repaired my vehicle on Monday morning and drove it to my location (approx. 100 miles away). Having had a prior negative car shopping experience I was a little apprehensive about buying a new vehicle. My husband and I decided to start at Leith Autopark of Wendell because our neighbor Warren is a sales manager there and we knew if we had any problems he would help. I was so clueless about what I wanted and after walking the entire park and I was overwhelmed. We sat down with Quincy Steele, he asked what were we interested in, I name 5 models 4 of which were sold in the Autopark. Then thru a series of questions about what I wanted in a new vehicle and features he began to help me form an opinion about each vehicle. When I listed my wants he asked had I looked at the Dodge Durango, I hadn't he had me sit in the model in the showroom. Quincy continued to ask about my thoughts while explaining the vehicle features. Now I was even more confused because there were 6 vehicles I was interested in. We left with more knowledge and questions about what we wanted. After a night of researching the vehicles I was able to narrow down my choices to two models. The next night we returned to test drive at least two vehicles but I only drove one vehicle, the Durango. When I listed what features were important to me Quincy LISTENED and he help by guiding and informing me NOT pressuring me to make a quick decision. We returned on the third night to purchase the Durango. Dealing with a sales team who guided but never pressured, informed without bias, and listened and heard made our experience at Leith Autopark of Wendell a positive vehicle buying experience. Warren, Quincy and Nolan were a great team for us and can be for you as well. Leith Autopark has an awesome selection of makes and models this is a huge plus if you are looking to compare different types of vehicles with out ever leaving the lot.

It took me a while to find the time to physically come into the dealership (didn't make it in until April!), but Dora kept in touch with dozens of emails answering all of my questions. This was the best experience ever!! I had several conversations with Brian Cunningham and he listened to what I liked and what I didn't like. He picked out the perfect car for me. He got all the information he needed and all I had to do was drive to the dealership and he had everything else taken care of. While I was doing the paperwork he had already taken out my personal belongings from my old car to my new car. He pulled the car up under the awning as it was raining and he had the heat on and the car running. All I had to do was jump in and take off. Looking at cars has always been a nightmare for me and took at least a half a day but he took care of everything!!! Fearing the process of purchasing a car was made totally easy by Leith Wendell (GMC, DODGE, etc). Brian Cunningham took very good care of me. He walk me through the process step by step. He treated me as if I was family. Being that Brian called me from time to time to assure me that he was waiting for the best deal I patiently waited. I didn't have a particular car in mind, but he called me one day and told me that he finally had the perfect car for me. Once I arrived at the dealership the staff from the parking lot, to the inside was fabulous. The Manager (Warren T.) which to my surprise was all in as well, great hospitality. He was patient and walked us through the entire process while making us comfortable through the process. I purchased a pre-owned 2002 Ford Lariat in Feb 2015. The truck was incredibly clean and after a month of ownership, I am still thrilled with my purchase. All of the dealership staff were professional and the overall experience is one I recommend. I will not hesitate to contact the same folks when I need another vehicle (ask for Derrick Dobbins- he did a great job for me!). The only thing I was surprised about is that even though this was a cash purchase and did not require financing, the time to close (paperwork) and walk out the door seemed to take about the same amount of time. Since I drove more than 70 miles, price haggling had been completed before I went to the dealership and I had hoped it would be a quicker transaction. Even so, I am still very happy with my purchase and experience and will use this dealership again.

Because of my tight business schedule, purchasing a car from most dealerships is a burden. Both dealership and Internet Sales Manager, Paul Lee, went out of their way to make my first pre-owned internet vehicle purchase easy and stress free. Before contacting the dealership I was a little concerned about how to buy a vehicle that was a four hour drive away; however, Paul talked me through the purchase process and provided extensive information about the condition of the vehicle. Prior to driving to the dealership, I worked with Paul to coordinate an independent mechanic to inspect the car for mechanical soundness. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by the friendly staff and shown the car for a test drive. The vehicle in question was a plug-in hybrid and was fully charged, detailed and waiting for me. After the test drive, Paul and the Service Manager took corrective action to mitigate one minor concern I had and we closed the deal. After working with this Ford dealership, I would gladly recommend them for a future purchase. I dealt with Xavier on my recent purchase. I had sent an email late the night before to find out what time they closed. I was responded to almost immediately and was called the next day(by Xavier). I got to the dealership planning on looking at truck and seeing if it lived up to my expectations. It was fabulous so we began to talk money. Now in the past this usually takes many hours or days so I was planning on leaving and heading home and expecting the usually run around. I was very surprised when we where able to strike a deal in about 30 minutes. Never the less I left with the keys and picked up my new used truck the next day. Came in to get my regular service and rotors resurfaced. As always great service, professional friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. Ryan Sealy and staff always take great care of us. The other staff that walks by, etc. always speak and are friendly. I watch the service staff interact with the other customers and they too get the same great, professional yet friendly respectful service. They were extremely busy on this day also. But I heard no complaints while in waiting area.

This is the second car we have bought from Leith of Wendell from Eddie Becknell. The reason we returned was that the first car experience was wonderful after some very bad experiences pricing and working with other area dealers. Eddie helped us even though others didn't really want to work with us. Naturally, our loyalty goes to Leith and Eddie and we were not disappointed this time as well. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country and Eddie could not have been more accommodating. My husband is disabled and had to deal with Eddie over the phone -- he was prompt, courteous and not pushy at all, making it very easy for me to see the vehicle, buy it and they spent an hour with me once we bought it, going over all the features so I had confidence driving out of the dealership. Overall, I would recommend Leith to anyone and especially recommend Eddie Becknell to deal with. The experience was easy, quick and we got a very fair deal.

As always I got superb service from Ryan Sealy at this location. I bought a used car from a friend in my local town however I chose to have it serviced an hour away because of the friendly dependable service I always get. I wanted the car checked out good because it is to be used as a commuter car for work. I bought a 07 Yukon at Leith & have always taken it there as well. He had the brakes, rotors, etc. checked as well as doing the normal oil change, fluid checks, etc. He advised my tires would be okay for another 5000 miles but since Michelin had a special I was interested in going ahead & getting tires. Ryan had the tires picked up from a warehouse & price matched them to get me a great price. Since there would be a wait he even offered me a loaner car. I feel as though he goes above and beyond looking after his customers and this is why I am willing to travel an hour from Roanoke Rapids to have my vehicles serviced. I also like that in the 7 years I have been coming there I have not seen a big turnover in staffing.

Meet with Harry with the week before and he listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a new truck, old truck was totaled. He showed us a new GMC Sierra and said that he could get us in the truck for the price we wanted. After a week of looking at other dealerships he was right, none of the other dealerships could get in the price range we wanted. Harry called a couple of times during the week but never tried to hard sell us the truck. Experience overall was excellent.Some research since the visit, reveals that the Tahoe has a problem with the rear door locking mechanism that is very common with the Chevy Tahoe/Yukon vehicles. This should be a factory recall for these vehicles for the safety of owners and their passengers. Very unhappy that it was not addressed properly. The estimate for replacement of the part was over $600. and the new part would most likely fail again within a disappointingly short time frame from what we learned online from other Chevy owners. These guys know what they are doing period. They truly understand what it means to listen to the customer, since most of us do know what we want and what we want to pay for it. Their job is to find a way to get us there or at least close to it. I came in not really needing a new vehicle, but reaching 70,000 miles I thought I would see where I stood compared to a new one. The bottom line was that I wanted a new truck for the same monthly payment I was paying now. So, Jose Rodriguez listened to what I wanted, what I thought my truck was worth, and what my monthly payment should be. He excused himself to go work the numbers and came back with his figures....he missed my payment by $12. I smiled, he smiled, I gave him my keys, he gave me his, and after a few signatures I drove home in my new truck. Now I probably could have haggled a little more, but I too sold cars back in the day so quibbling over a few dollars was not going to get me anywhere. I'd like to think that if I need something from Jose or Leith Ford down the line, they will remember the pleasant sale instead of that guy who beat them up so bad on price they didn't make anything on the sale. If you are looking for a new Ford, go see Jose Rodriguez and Leith Ford...They will treat you right.

I worked with Scott at the Kia dealership in my search for a new or used vehicle. I started looking at both trucks and sedans and Scott was more than willing to help and very patient with me. He showed me a new Jeep Patriot and a used Kia Sportage. Both were excellent vehicles. Quincey could tell my apprehension as a first-time car buyer, and did everything possible to make the experience quick and easy. He knew after talking to me that I would be happier in the Sportage than any of the other cars I'd shown interest in. Found the cargo area to be too small for my lifestyle. Other than that, Great Car! We were looking to trade in our minivan for something with better MPG. We contacted our previous salesperson Xavier Russ to see if he would be available to show us something. We have purchased two vehicles previously from Xavier/Leith of Wendell and have been extremely happy with them. We emailed Leith in Wendell that we were coming in the next day and what we were looking for. My husband is a stroke survivor with Aphasia so this was going to be a tiring and hard experience for him. When we got there, Paul Lee had several cars that met our needs in front of the dealership. We stepped out of our car and into the new cars. They did not have the car in red so they ordered one for us from another dealer. When we test drove it the next day, we found it did not solve some of the problems we were having trying to make my husband more comfortable. Paul found the perfect vehicle with everything we needed. We love our new Ford Edge! Our financial manager, Tony Crews, made the painful part of this experience very easy. We can't say enough good things about him and our experience.

This was my first experience buying a car and Leith Chrysler of Wendell made it easy. Derrick was my salesman and he was great. He quickly picked up on what I was looking for and helped me find my car. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. The finance department was also amazing. I went in preapproved so I didn't think I would need them. Thankfully Shane offered to run just to see if I could get a better rate and I did. We worked with Scott Trew at Leith on Sat. Feb. 1. Scott was good and we decided on a 2013 Explorer. We pointed out some moisture in the driver side mirror outer white lights. Scott opined that the moisture was because of the recent snowy weather. The lady who did the paperwork was kind of flighty- her grand daughter was running in and out of the office and she made a comment about the dealership being just a "reprocessing center" and everything that day had been sold at a loss. Not sure Mr. Leith would want a video tape of that process. While we were doing the paperwork- Scott got the vehicle cleaned up and almost filled the gas tank. He didn't do anything about the moisture in the mirror lights. He also promised to send the factory code for the keyless entry button system. That hasn't happened yet- it is now Thursday.

My wife and I were looking for an affordable used mini van to replace our car, since our family grew by another little one! I was greeted by Jose who was busy at the moment but assured that he would be with me in about 10 minutes. No worries, cause I was just looking! I had a couple of vehicles in mind, but they were in the shop, so I made an appointment for the following week. When I came back Jose was honest and said he would not recommend the vehicle I was interested in due to some unforeseen issues. He showed me another vehicle that was in my range and criteria, but it was at the dealership in Cary. No problems! Jose offers to drive me to Cary to check out the mini van. My wife and I liked the vehicle, so we bought it. Jose did not pressure me at all and was able to get alot more money than I anticipated for a trade in on my old vehicle. I've had our vehicle for about 5 weeks now, and Jose has called me twice, to see how everything is going with the vehicle and to see if there is anything i needed! Working in customer service, I am very passionate about giving great service, and Jose definitely went way above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. I ended up not buying from them because the mechanic that "diagnosed" my truck problem didn't. When asked what the problem was, his reply was "It's internal". I knew that and I'm not a mechanic. An independent mechanic has fixed my truck, apparently the ford guy is the only person who doesn't know this particular engine has a known weakness with its egr valve. Salesman was nice guy though.

My newlywed wife and I was prospecting a new car for her to have last weekend. We pulled into a few used car lots in the town of Wendell, NC and we weren't very pleased with their car selections and prices. My wife was convinced that we could get a brand new car for a lower price than the outdated used vehicles. We decided to drop by Kia Motors and check out their selections. Before we could get out of the car we were greeted by Mr. Jerome Davis. He introduced himself and was straight forward with us from the jump when it came to which cars would best fit our budget. He was very personable and didn't give off a cut throat salesman vibe at all. He was extremely PATIENT with us and made us feel comfortable during our entire visit. My wife and I left to grab some information that they needed from home, and we shortly returned with some family members of ours that wanted to help us make sure that we were making the right decision on the car that we test drove. Jerome didn't crack under the pressure that my family was putting him under at all. He was walking back and forth to his sales manager so much over a 2hr span that I actually felt myself getting skinnier. Overall, we left the same day with a car that matches my wife's beauty and most importantly a car that Jerome help fit our budget to the best of his ability. I was just browsing around for possible options of a new car. I loved my old(first) car, but it was becoming quite expensive to up keep. I did not intent to buy one, I just wanted to LOOK. Scott Pittman called me the next day to discuss an inquiry I had put in the previous night online. I came in and expressed my needs/wants in a new car. This recent experience was the first time I ever enjoyed purchasing a new car. I have not at all enjoyed purchasing new cars in the past and I really dislike the atmosphere in the typical car dealership. We first went shopping at another local Kia dealership and they would not leave us alone to look at the cars. However, I had a very easy and relaxed experience in purchasing a new 2014 Kia Sorento from Sales Associate Marc Hodge at Leith Wendell Autopark Kia. I was initially attracted to this dealership with an on line offer on a new car and ended up purchasing that vehicle for a fair price with no headaches. I also traded in my old car and got a very fair price on that as well. Marc made the experience enjoyable and relaxed, from the initial email correspondence through to the final delivery at the dealership. He answered all my questions honestly and responded to my requests in a timely manner. I would go back again for our next new car, if possible.

I did not realize the dealership was so large. Johnny Wisenbaker was the person I met to discuss my options. The vehicle was available and the price was right. I was a bit nervous but after reading the NC Better Business Bureau's positive rating for Leith Ford, I decided to go with it. I couldn't be happier!! I would say the vehicle was exactly as described but honestly it looks even better in person! Jonny Wisenbaker was great to work with. I would admit to hounding him with a lot of questions. He was very understanding and always replied quickly and pleasantly. I was worried it could be a hassle or very time consuming to do everything long distance but it wasn't at all. When I arrived at Leith, I perused the lot and at first it was a little overwhelming because there were so many cars. At the same time, it worked to my advantage because there was so much variety. Next, I parked my car and looked up and saw a man with a big smile approaching my car. I later found out that he was Quincy Steele. Quincy listened to my needs and concerns and suggested several cars for me to test drive. He was patient and seemed to care that I found the right car for me. I took a few days to ponder over the cars that I tried out. When I came back to Leith I was confident that a Buick Lacrosse would be the best car for me. I was not very happy with my experience. Although my husband had already negotiated a price and called ahead of time to let the salesman know that I was coming, it still took over 3 hours to purchase the car. That is insane. It takes less time to buy a house than it does to buy a car from this place. They make you watch some silly video about how the car is simonized. What a joke! They spent over an hour supposedly detailing my car. Firstly, why wasn't this done before I arrived. Secondly, when I got in the car there were fingerprints everywhere. I'm not sure what detailing means to this business, but clearly our definitions are not the same. The salesman attempted to show me how to clear the homelink feature and finally he says he is not sure why it isn't working and leaves it at that. So I drive away not even knowing if the homelink works.

Our recent purchase was bitter-sweet. Bitter Because - We are not happy with Dodge/Chrysler in regards to the conditions leading to our purchase. (1). We had our Dodge Charger towed to the dealership for repairs. However, the repairs were too expensive on our Charger (considering the mileage on this vehicle & the type of repair that needed to be done) for us to move forward with the repair. We've had a lot of issues with our Charger over the past year & had already spent A LOT of money on repairs at this dealership. We were also still making payments on the vehicle. Considering our situation, we wish that we could have been given a reduction from Dodge/Chrysler on the cost of repair. We called customer service at Dodge & was told that there was nothing they could do to help us with reduction of the cost of the repair to our transmission. Therefore, we moved forward with trying to workout a deal with the dealership on a trade-in for our Charger (2). We weren't looking to get something for nothing, but It took some work for us to get to a reasonable price on the purchase. During the wrap-up of the sale (after we had come to an agreed final sale price with the sales manager and our salesman), we were presented with some extended warranty options. We wish that we could have been offered the extended warranty (Factory Wrap-Plus Care) options up front, instead of after we had negotiated a final sale price. Once the extended warranty was presented to us, it was a 'buy now or never' option. The options were good, but we really didn't have the time to read through all of the details & fine print. Due to all of the problems we had with our Charger, we almost felt obligated to get one of the extended warranty options. However, this added about $68 to our monthly payment. (4) Throughout the whole process, we really didn't feel that the dealership (service department nor sales department) had true compassion regarding our situation...seems like the 'end game' was about getting a sale. We left with a feeling that the dealership was more satisfied with the sale of another vehicle, instead of providing us true customer satisfaction, considering the circumstances of our purchase. Semi-Sweet Because - (1) The dealership ended up increasing the trade-in value of our Charger, after we had gone through a few rounds of negotiating. (2) Even thought not in stock at this dealership, they were able to locate the vehicle & color of our choice (2014 Dodge Durango). (3) The dealership was able to provide us with a better financing option than our pre-approved status of our bank of choice. (4) Driving our new Dodge Durango takes away some of the pain of having to part with our almost paid for Charger. However, getting a new vehicle payment was not in our financial plans. (5) Our salesman did the best that he could to help us out with the purchase of our new vehicle, considering that he's pretty new in car sales. We believe that in time, he has the potential to be a top-notch salesperson at this dealership. In summary, we were as honest & open as possible with our feedback. We may feel better about this whole situation in a week; but for now, the circumstances under which we made this purchase and our new monthly payment is definitely in the forefront of our thoughts. To the dealership, it may be wise to give customers more time to let things sink-in, before asking for feedback in a customer service survey. Regards, Bitter-Sweet Purchase

We drove all the way to Wendell from Fuquay Varina (45 minute drive) to look at some cars they had listed on their website. Jose was our salesman, I can't say enough nice things about him and the Leith team of Wendell. They had patience with us as we looked at different models, new vs. pre-owned and Buick & Fords. We eventually settled on a new 2014 Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. Jose didn't hassel us or make us feel like we were wasting his time. He gave us honest answers and didn't make us wait. I made an appointment to have an oil change on our Buick Enclave at Leith Buick GMC at Wendell, NC. I told Roman I noticed a knocking noise in the front end and some oil on the left front drive shaft boot. Discovered that the brake master cylinder had failed, The front drive shaft seal on the transaxle was leaking and the engine front cover gasket was leaking. Also discovered the left sway bar joint was loose. The car was just out of warranty. Leith personnel worked with GM to apply policy and cover the majority of the repair costs. Leith offered a loaner car to use until our car was repaired at no cost. During the repair process my wife and I decided to buy a new Enclave and Andy Penny worked with us toward a car at the price we felt comfortable paying. The process went smoothly and our schedule was accommodated. We felt treated like a customer and not a nuisance or mental midget as we were at the last Buick dealer before moving to North Carolina. The Enclave is as good as it gets in the class it competes, but our dealer experience and some damage that was done to the car during previous service at that dealership convinced me to abandon Buick and GM. My wife's high regard for her Enclave and the outstanding Leith effort to recover our business saved Buick's bacon. On top of that Leith personnel made our used Enclave as good as new.

I bought a used car from Leith Autopark in Wendell eight years ago. I decided to try them again because I lost my car in an accident. Great customer service and very nice used cars to choose from. I just bought another car from them this past week. If I need another car or know anyone who does, I would highly recommend them. I just purchased a car from Leith Autopark Kia and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Sales Consultant C. Scott Pittman a few minutes after I browsed through the cars on the lot. Which was great because I hate being smothered by sales people. Mr. Pittman was professional, honest, knowledgeable and very friendly. I challenge anyone to find a dealership today where practically the entire staff remember you by name. I obviously would not continue to buy me trucks there if they weren't treating me fantastic. Our saleman was Jose Rodriguez for our new Ford Edge. There was no pressure, which is what we like. We went home thought about it for a couple and days and called him back. He was able to find the car we wanted with the accessories and called us back very promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the car buying process. We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Scott Trew at Leith Ford in Wendell, N.C. We must say that this was the easiest car buying transactions that we have ever had. Scott Trew was very laid back and very easy going. After we selected the vehicle, he took a great deal of time showing us all the capabilities of the Ford Edge. My wife and I received a very good deal. The entire process was very easy. We have bought cars from other dealers. All of them are so busy that it takes literally a half of day to complete the deal. My wife and I completed a transaction with Scott in a little over an hour. We thoroughly enjoyed the process and will buy our next car from Leith.

Sherry Timberlake had my forms pre-populated and ready for signatures upon my arrival. This allowed for a quick and seamless transaction given the fact that I was three hours away.
