DO NOT have your vehicle serviced at Lenoir City Ford!!!!!! Greg Johnson was my service advisor. I took my F150 in for a spark plug change. They botched the initial Job and didn't tighten the spark plugs to specification. I took the vehicle back for a 9a.m appointment to have the issue corrected. 6 hours later they had not even began to look at my vehicle. Greg did not care that I had an appointment and didn't care that they messed up the initial job. I thought maybe Greg was having a bad day until I spoke to his manager Chuck Quiett. He also didn't care that they botched the initial job and also didn't care that they missed my appointment by 6 hours. I would not have Greg Johnson or Chuck Quiett oversee the service of my vehicle. Their attention to detail is subpar and will only cost you more money in the long run. Do yourself a favor and take you vehicle to a Ford Dealership that cares about the customer. Lenoir City Ford is not the place!!!!

Wasn't even looking for a Certified Vehicle but one was standing on the show room floor and I fell in love with it. Both Jeff and Sonny were exceptionally knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As paperwork goes at a car dealership Jeff made the paperwork as easy and as quick as he could. Both Sonny and Jeff assisted me in my request to have an accessory (navigation system) installed on my car which would make my traveling experience more delightful. In addition Lenoir City Ford provides free service (oil and tire rotation) at 5,000 miles intervals.

i bought a mustang and had some fun dressing it up with wheels,hood scoop,ect.ect. i then changed my mind after only a few months and decided it really wasnt for me. i wanted the f250 so i went back and talked to them about it. they went as far as they could possibly go in price and sold me an f250 for their cost to help make up for my loss on the mustang. not a lot of dealers go that far to help somebody who made a poor decision for themselves. they also worked with me on the new warranty price as well. highly recommend visiting this dealership first if your looking for a ford!

My 1st experience with this service department was a disaster, but Brittany went above and beyond to make me as happy as she could. I apparently called the service center call center and the lady I talked to messed everything up. My husband along with our two boys took my explorer to have two minor things fixed before we left the next day for Ft. Lauderdale. Well, only one thing was fixed after sitting there for 3 hours and the most important thing was my outlet in the back and it could not be fixed. That was a necessity for my boys electronics on our 14 hour drive. Brittany got the piece ordered and made me an 8:00 appointment the next day. I packed the car and we stopped by on our way out of town. Brittany got me in quickly and they replaced the piece. We tested it before we left and it still wasn't working. She knew we were ready to get on the road and needed a way to charge electronics. She went to her car and got us her personal car charger to use on our trip. Even though my outlet did not get fixed before my trip she did all she could to get me back on the road as quick as possible. She is amazing! Her customer service skills are great even when I wasn't happy and very rude on the phone she still stayed pleasant and found a solution to my problem. She is definitely an asset to your team!

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2015 Ford Fusion. Cecil Ball & Frank Cardwell were excellent & took great care of me. The first oil change only took one hour. I thought that it wasn't too bad, I can deal with 1 hour. Each visit since to the service center has only gotten worse. I always schedule an appointment. I waited 3 hours with my children for an oil change. The pump for the oil was down & delayed things, but nobody told me until I inquired about my car. The last straw was another scheduled appointment for an oil change & to take off my winter tires & put regular tires on wheels, then onto my car. After 4 hours, I inquired about my car. They informed me that the machine that puts the tires on the wheels was down. They also were unable to get my oil changed in that time for some reason. I'm very upset & feel that the money for the extended warranty for service at Lenoir City Ford is wasted! I heard a lot of "I'm sorry" and an offer for my car to get even more miles for someone to come puli like my car up at my job. I told them to give me a couple of days to cool off. It's been almost 2 months & I still have not heard from anyone to rectify this.

This was probably the most customer-focused, service-oriented dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Magnificent Mike MacDonald helped me through the process and was fantastic to deal with, is a passionate believer in doing things right, and helps you look for ways to make the deal work. Frank Moneybags Cardwell is the finance guy who helps you understand the money end of it, and makes sure you have the right protection - even if you have it somewhere else - and no pressure to do anything other than what is right for you. Breck TopDawg Davis, General Manager Extraordinaire, put the finishing touches on the experience by making sure you know you're a valued customer, and they want you back - again and again - and are willing to do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied. Called about an Edge, spoke to Pete. Drove 2 hours to get there for the test drive and possible purchase. Was told it just sold. The fact that the man who told it was sold at 9 am, when we called at 9:48 and it was there. We feel someone or both of those men lied. Pete was nowhere to be found. Very disappointed. Ended up down the road at Larry Hill Ford where we did buy an Edge!!

I would recommend Frank and Lenior City Ford to anyone. I found the explorer I bought online and once I got there he made the dreaded buying of a car an enjoyable experience. I went by myself (without my husband) and was easily able to agree on everything and make a purchase. Frank made the experience quick while still answering all of my questions. I feel he went above and beyond to fix a couple things I was concerned with to make my decision to purchase easier. I love my new explorer and thank you for the exceptional service!

I brought in my new car because I had health report that said I had a brake problem with my car that needed immediate attention. Upon a review by your maintenance personnel, nothing wrong was found. I went home and requested another health report. The same item came up that I had a brake problem that needed immediate correction. So, I brought back in, but this time I also brought in my cell phone. Again, a through check everything was OK. The maintenance person asked to come and help him. He asked me to sign into ford.com to obtain another vehicle health report, I logged in and reviewed the report. The here were no problems. The maintenance person asked if I may have had my foot on the brake when I requested the report. I could not remember if I did or didn't. I went home and asked for another report, I insured that I did not have my foot on the brake, I then looked at the dash to see if any other lights were on, the emergency brake was. I released it and ran the report. All was OK. The maintenance person explained the problem, which was me. I was glad to hear there was no problem and that I need to go to a few training courses at the dealership. The staff was very helpful as well as very knowledge.

Lenoir City Ford's service department was recommended to me by a long time customer. First time I called to sent up service, they were beyond friendly. When I took my truck in, they were rushed and dos not listen to me. This visit was routine oil change and an alignment. My problems started after this visit! The truck started acting up and making a horrible noise. Even my own father, a certified technician in a different state, couldn't figure it out. Then, in December it was scheduled to go back because they were certain the new noise was a caliper locking up.... After a horrible drop off resulting in me being over 2 hours late to work and the service department brushing off my concerns once again, I picked the truck up only to find they weren't concerned about the noise and were convinced the caliper was it. I asked them to check the alignment at this visit too and was told all was well. Finally made it home to see dad and he was stunned. He swears an alignment was NEVER done on the truck or done so badly it had ruined a brand new set of tires in mere months. He rotated them for me while home and instructed me to call them and let them know the issue. And so... I did! I was basically called a liar and an idiot and spoken to as if I didn't know a single thing about my truck nor service regarding it! Not to mention, I NEVER got irate and even went along with the serviceman in agreeing to set up a new appointment. He placed me on hold to "clear a ticket" for quite a while. When he picked the phone back up, I heard him speaking to another female employee who happened to mention not to argue with me ha use I knew too much. He greeted me as though I had never talked to him before, then acted like he couldn't hear me and blatantly hung up on me! Really? This is how your service department acts? Are you even performing the services you are charging for? I'd have to say no since I will be putting another new set of tires on my truck because of the service departments failure to correctly (if they ever did) align my truck! Way to act!! The long time customer that referred me now refuses to even bring his vehicle in and will never revisit! Be warned that they tell you that all is good but may not have even performed the service requested, not to mention they don't back the work they claim to do! Way to drag the Ford name in the mud guys!

Truck listed for for $47,634 online and then when I went in and started financing they had changed it to $52,979 even after salesman and I spoke about the price. They denied this price and were suprised I happened to have a screen shot. They would not honor price and had the nerve to say how about this other truck in your price range when the truck I wanted to buy was in my price range until they raised it. I left and called the next day and offered to take the trade out of the deal. So that put me paying $1900 out of pocket and taking that much off the amount financed. We end up $69 off my highest payment and they still would not budge off there increased price. The salesman was great and it was not his fault. I would not trust the managment of this dealership and really they need some major customer service training. A situation like this and the managment doesn't even come out to explain and talk to the customer just amazed me.

It was on Wednesday very bad snow day in East TN. My appointment was scheduled for the next day and a another commitment had come up, so I called Lenoir City Ford to see if they would be able to fit me in today. Rachael said they could at 10:00 am. I pulled in at 9:45 AM and was signed up right away. The service was completed by 10:45 AM and I was back home before the real bad road conditions developed. I went to the dealership just to look at the new trucks for a future plan of a purchase. I was impressed with all of the incentives that Ford and the dealership were offering. With the help of Sonny, we started looking for what I wanted in a truck. She was very helpful in getting our finances figured out. She was also very professional, and not pushy which I respect very much. Robin unfortunately was out of town when we came in to purchase our vehicle. She was very good to get us connected with Jeff Bryant in her absence. Jeff was also very helpful with our recent purchase. Was in for a simple visit, oil change and break check. Rachel was very polite and kept me updated on how things were going and what was being found. Back breaks had to be replaced and some work with the front rotors. Rachel was very proficient in explaining exactly what was being done and confirmed that I was aware and okay with the pricing before continuing with the work. We stopped in to just look at a new truck. We met Crystal Baptiste and she showed us the F-150's that had the options I required. She knew the product better than any sales person I had run across. By the way of text, email and phone calls we agreed on a price. I would differently recommend Crystal to friends and family. If fact, if we see a need to replace another vehicle. I would not hesitate to give Crystal a call. I just hope your service department is half as good and knowledgeable as her.

Service was done in a timely manner. We ended up having to buy a new battery due to the vehicle not being able to be started following the service. I believe that the tail lights and reverse lights being on while it was on the lift contributed to this, but none the less we purchased the battery.

They took my truck right in for the oil change and it went smoothly and didn't take long at all. The waiting room was nice and clean etc. No complaints at all. The only thing was that I did not get a new sticker on the windshield telling me the mileage for my next oil change. I need to go back and get one. Not a huge thing at all, but an extra trip for me and that reminder is so helpful.

My initial experience with the ford service department was not very good There were a number of issues (replaced transmission (twice, problems with warning lights, without a vehicle for 2 months, etc.). I had warrenty issue with my transmission (went out again and had to be replaced) and that is why I returned. The service department has changed managers and he was very plesent to deal with, provided me updates as promised and fixed my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. If I had this type of experience on my first visit, I would be more apt to make recomendations to others.

Have had my 2014 Ford Fusion in multiple times to get the head liner repaired. Once last year and again this year. This year (2015) is the worst. To many excuses they are not getting my vehicle repaired as scheduled. All I want is to get my head liner repaired so it will not come loose again. I will never go back to or recommend this dealership to any one. I worked at a Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership and I have never been treated and lied to like I have Lenoir City Ford. The only good thing I can say is the service advisor Robyn. She has done all she can do to help, gone out of her way to help, but her hands are tied and cant do anymore than she can do. My appointment was for "The Works". Oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. Nothing major. I was scheduled for 11:00 am. They were short staffed, and I was told briefly after arriving they would not get to my vehicle for at least an hour. When I left at 1:15 pm it appeared everyone except the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was at lunch. I think 2 plus hours is unacceptable. I live 40 minutes from the dealership. In the future I will call ahead to confirm. On a previous experience I was in and out in 45 minutes. I certainly hope this was just an unfortunate experience, and will not happen again.

My 2011Ford Fusion was ib a recall for srearing issues. I called the Lenoir City Ford, TN dealer where I originally purchase the car to arrange for them to fix the recall problem. They promptly made a appointment. I was at the dealer's service department for about 2 hours. I waited in their brand new refurbished customerwaiting room where I had access to fresh coffee and cookies. When the service manager called me to let me know that the car was ready he explained that the car issues were minor but they took the liberty of servicing the car at no expense to me. The service manage was professional and friendly. I was a happy camper.

I was well satisfied with my experience at Lenior City Ford. My only complaint would be I thought they could have done a better job of cleaning up my vehicle for delivery when I took it home. It had a film on the windows tires weren't completely dressed with tire dressing and the inside floors was not vacuumed out. I found that to be a disappointment after paying 60,000.00 for a new vehicle.

I had been looking at an Acura TL on-line at Lenoir City Ford and Sonny and I had been in communication about the Acura. Unfortunately (or so I thought), the Acura sold to someone else. Less than a week later a retired coupled traded-in their 2006 Ford Five Hundred. This happened on a Thursday late afternoon and Sonny sent me a text on Friday morning about the trade-in. Greg got my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotaion, brake inspection, and front end alignmentat a time that was convenient for me. He ordered bulbs for my dashboard to be installed next weekas a light was out in the speedometer area. LC ford has done all work on the car since we purchased it there and we have not been disappointed with any of the service we have received. There is a Ford dealer much closer to our home and we refuse to do business with them. The remodel of the service desk check-in area and the customer waiting area is very nice. As usual, the service staff were cordial and very helpful. This is the first time anyone has done a visual inspection of the outer condition of my car with me before service was performed (he noted where scratches and a small dent were). I appreciate this since it leaves nothing for argument should damage inadvertantly occur during service. I still miss getting the paper printout showing tire tread wear, the condition of brakes, etc. That was very handy and gave me some idea of what upcoming maintenance/repair I needed.

The sales staff was very helpful. We purchased a 2013 Ford Escape, which was a Ford certified used vehicle. However, I was very disappointed with the Finance Manager when we went to sign the papers. He said he was only there for that week and his job was to go to Ford dealers and train people. First, the price on the contract was $100 higher than the other paperwork he had. Next, he was very hesitant about quoting the interest rate. Even though we have an excellent credit score, he told us the interest rate was 5% because we were buying an "older used car." When I told him our credit score was excellent and that it was a certified used car, he lowered the interest rate for 48 months but said it would not lower it for 60 months. When I pressed him, he went back in and changed the interest rate for 60 months to 3.4%. I do not feel he was trying to help us. Also, I was disappointed in that we had to go back to get paperwork the next day. It is an hour drive to the dealership for us so it was an inconvenience. The only paperwork we received the next day was for the certified used vehicle. There was nothing that could not have been done the day we bought the car.

While the Service Department did everything they could to address the problem with hesitation in the shift pattern between 4th and 5th gear in my 2014 F-150, I still believe there is a problem. I am not at all unhappy with the professionalism that I observed and the sincere attempt to help resolve my concern. This is one issue that I will have to continue to monitor to see if it becomes a bigger issue.

9am oil change appointment. I had to ask about it around 9:45am and was finally told it would be next. At 10:10am I got the keys and left. I had to complain to get an apology. No one ever came back and said anything about why it was taking so long or ever worried about their customer. There is an all new crew in this department and they just lost a loyal customer. I do enjoy the sales department and the people, but unfortunately this incident will keep me from ever returning to Lenoir City Ford.

I called on Monday and was able to have an appointment at 1:00 PM Tuesday. I arrived at 1:00 PM Tuesday and my car was pulled into the garage and the service man started the work immediately. The work was completed at 2:30 PM which was what the service manager had estimated. While I waited for my Flex to be serviced I had the parts department install new batteries in my remotes for my F150 truck. All in all a very successful afternoon so I stopped at McDonald's for an iced coffee.

I received excellent service from the service department. Although the repair took longer than expected, it was done right. The entire staff was more than helpful and very professional. At first I decided to take my vehicle to Ted Russell Ford and then realized by the way I was greeted, I didn't want my vehicle serviced there. The only recommendation is this?.When I dropped my vehicle at Lenoir City Ford it was clean and looked like the day I bought it. It stayed in the service department for 8 days. I asked if it could be washed prior to me picking it up. It was not. I honestly feel that a vehicle should be returned to the customer in the same condition it was left. Other than that, I am one happy Ford owner!!! The dealership was under re-constrution and was difficult getting in and out of the service department. Understandable given the remodel.

After that purchase we decided to look for other Ford dealers in our area. We walked into The LENOIR City ford dealership, and met Greg Curran. Greg has been a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and personal to our needs. I do not buy very many vehicles, so it is not something that I look forward to. Mary made the experience a dream to go through. Mary also made sure that a couple of issues with our purchase was taken care promptly. In short, she was fantastic!Our only negative came from dealing with Frank. When we indicated that we didn't want to purchase any of the many extra insurances, it seemed to change the atmosphere of our meeting with him. He was a nice guy, but it was very apparent that he didn't like our decision. In summary, we will probably buy from LC Ford again. I will be buying a truck in the near future, and they will be the first place that we go. Very good experience. I highly recommend that you purchase with them!

I bought a new 2012 Focus from Sparta TN because I couldn't get a deal from Lenoir City Ford. The new 2013 c-max was purchased from Sweetwater TN. Same reason. Now I get screwed by the repair center. My shifter cable broke Monday. I tie wrapped it together and drove it to LC Ford. Couldn't find a key drop box so I brought it down the next morning. Late Tuesday the service dept says they didn't quite finish it and it would be done by noon the next day. I called 8 times the next morning and finally got thru to service at 11:30. That guy mentioned that the cable came in this morning and should be done before they close. Huh, a different story than I heard the night before.So far things are no big deal but When I paid I was charged a $25 "shop fee" that was never disclosed prior. They say it's for shop rags and cleaning agents. BULL! As far as I'm concerned they stole that money from me. Charge for no reason is theft in my book. I'll never go back!!!

Wow is all I can say... I was so happy at first when dealing with this dealership. I worked with a great salesman (Cohen Heaton). Long story short I went to the dealership in the early afternoon and had my mind set on a new Mustang GT. I planned on trading in my car and was offered less than another dealership I had spoke with. The sales manager told my salesman to have myself and him drive to carmax and that dealership (in my car) and get the sheet to prove my trade in and he would honor it. I went to the other dealership and got a deal sheet that proved what I said was true and was ready to make a deal. The sales manager made me wait another 30 minutes and finally gave the salesman a sheet with the original offer he gave me ($3,000 less than other dealership). What a coward. He didn't even speak to me once. Every other dealership I know of uses the salesmanager as an asset to help sale. I can't believe he has a job and honestly can't believe ford allows this. I thought we had a deal which is why I wasted 6 hours of my day there and driving over 100 miles there and back to another dealership. If you say you will do something then do it!!!! Not only has he lost a sale. I will probably never buy a Ford period if this is who they have representing their dealerships.

I have been very happy with the service you have given to my Ford Escape which I purchased from you a couple of years ago. This last 30,000 service check up has left me with a few questions. The appoint was made for 10 AM, and my husband arrived before 10 AM. The car did not go to the service area until 10:45. The service was completed at 12:00. Elapsed time in service area for the 30,000 service checkup was 1 and 1/4 hours total. The labor charge was $340.63, which I feel is a bit high for 1 1/4 hrs. work. I later phoned the service dept and the person in charge said that is the labor amount was "billed as package". I understand what he said, but still am not happy with it. Thank you.

I made my reservation on line and inadvertently indicated drop off which gave me a 9:30 AM appointment. Upon arrival the staff member notified me of the issue and informed me there were two more ahead of me for the same appointment time. They did work me in and I was out within a reasonable time. I found a oil soot on the drivers seat that I removed with leather cleaner. More care on keeping upholstery clean. Lenore City Ford is under construction and make shift facilities are in place and adequate for the interim.

We came into the dealership expecting to order a new 2015 Explorer (on A-Plan) but it just so happened that a 2014 Explorer Limited that was a demo was just put on the lot. Our Salesperson, Crystal offered to show it to us and we ended up buying it. In the distant past we had a bad experience with a dealership that did not like "A-Planners". Lenoir City Ford welcomed us with open arms! The Manager, Breck, even came out to assure us that we would not be treated differently. Crystal was very helpful in the whole process and was willing to do what was needed to meet our needs. My original appointment was for Wednesday, January 7 at 11:00AM. I arrived prior to that time only to be told that the oil change was overbooked due to on-line appointments and that it would be a couple of hours before they could get to me. I rescheduled for 1:30 on January 9. Returning home and looking at my calendar I discovered that that was not going to work. Three times I called and asked for the service department and connected to their line each time. The hold time was approximately 3 minutes the first time, 5 minutes the second time and 3 minutes the third time. The fourth time that I called back I asked for the dealer owner, told he was out of town and connected to the service manager. He promptly answered and made an appointment for 10:30 AM on the 9th. The work that morning was done promptly and efficiently.

Thanksgiving night my wife was driving home from our sons house in Farragut when she somehow cut a tire on her 2014 Ford Fusion. When the tire deflated it bent the rim requiring replacement. I went to Lenoir City Ford and inquired about a wheel and two tires. After a lengthy delay I was told the wheel would have to be ordered and would not arrive until Wednesday of the following week.I drove home in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and called Ted Russell Ford. The parts man at Ted Russell Ford said they didn't have the wheel but he would look it up on the parts locator. Within two minutes he told me to call Lance Cunningham Ford because the system said they had my wheel. I called Lance Cunningham Ford and learned they had the wheel and when I when to buy it I received a better price than the price offered by Lenoir City Ford. Ted Russell Parts went the extra mile, a mile Lenoir City Ford Parts did not choose to take. From this day forward I will be getting my service and buying my parts at Ted Russell Ford.

While my truck was being service I walked the showroom and was greeted by several of the sales department members. All were friendly and were happy to spend a moment to just talk. The manager Brek Davis gave me a walk around outlining the upcoming remodeling work scheduled to start soon. Soon I was notified that my truck was ready to go and I was on my way. I was at the dealership one day to visit the parts department, I saw the Flex and looked at it. Then I looked at the price, decided it wasn't for me, I figured the most it would go for was a 60 mos loan. I went online and filled out a loan ap, just to see what payments would be, then Rob called. I told him the only way I could afford it is if the payments were the same as the trade I had, well it worked out after about 2 weeks of phone tag, easy as heck, I walked in to the dealer just once to fill out papers and pick up the car. Great service, didn't see a thing wrong with it, detail job was a little slow but he did a great job!!! Plus a 2.5% loan.

Our experience was great. We were scheduled in to service very quickly and conveniently to our schedule. We were provided a rental car during the sevice time. I am from out of state so the fact that they were willing to work with me when my local dealer wasn't was a huge plus. My day with them signing the paperwork was a easy and relaxing experience. Staff and salesman were great to work with and I feel the price we paid was a fair price. However, the guys in "detailing" need to be retrained. Purchased the truck on a Saturday and no one was in the shop to clean it up (it was pretty dirty). Excited on Monday to pick up our "new to us" truck and expecting a spic and span truck only to find french fries and dirt still in between the seats, the dirt that was caked on the steering wheel still there, and stains on the seats not cleaned....very disappointing. I will say whoever buffed the minor scratches on the hood did a good job, barely noticeable. The truck had low miles and was only 2 years old - brought it home and detailed it ourselves and it looks fantastic - the dirt was nothing that couldn't be cleaned with a little elbow grease and vacuum. Overall experience was good but this put a damper on the sale as we expect people to do what they promise.

My Company "Evaluation" vehicle (Flex) was due for the 20,000 service. I requested [as part of the tire rotation] that the tires also be balanced [due to slight vibration at interstate speeds]. The service was completed very promptly. However, the Service Advisor informed me that the "balance" was NOT done [due to the "balance machine" being "out of service""]. Also, within 10 miles after service, the "Tire Error" light appeared. At my home, I found the LF tire was 5# low on pressure (27#) compared to the remaining three at (32#). I added air [to the LF tire] and the TE light reset after a few miles.

On Sunday, 5-Oct I was departing for a week long vacation in my 2012 E150 van. The van had a sudden mechanical issue as I was driving down the I-40 West and could no be driven. I had the van towed to your facility Sunday and showed up first thing Monday morning to plead my case. Candace Stevens demonstrated concern and empathy for my situation as I explained to her I should be on vacation in my van, not standing there pleading my case. She assured me that she would do all possible to get me taken care of that day. Candace was very clear when she communicated to me that you all had to first determine the nature of the issue, and what parts were needed, etc... Candace delivered and I had my vehicle by noon that Monday. I am impressed and grateful. My week long vacation was saved, minus 2 days, but I still had the rest of the week to go camping. I was told when I checked in at the service dept. that I wasn't on the list of appointments, I had called for an appt. on Monday, and this was Thursday afternoon. They took my car in anyway and had it completed in approximately an hour. I am very satisfied with the service at this location. In the future I will definitely get the name of the person I schedule an appointment with, or better yet I will ask for Candice as she is always very helpful.

Lenoir City Ford was courteous and friendly, listening to our needs and worked with us to find what we wanted without high pressure sales methods. Vehicle pricing was equitable and fair with respect to trade in value for our old car and price verses quality on the new one we selected. The Fusion we purchased is a very good value with the features of a luxury car at a economy car price. It handles great and has a smooth, relatively quiet ride.

The vehicle purchased was a 2010 jeep jk rubicon. I had been looking for one for a while and spotted that one a couple of weeks ago. I have bought 2 vehicles from LC ford before and my experience then was the same as this one, very positive and satisfied. Mike, Brad, and Frank were all very helpful and attentive to my concerns. Brought my 2010 Ford Fusion in with throttle body issues. The guys at LC Ford accessed the problem ,found out it was covered under a parts recall and replaced the entire throttle body free of charge and had me on my way in an hour and a half. I highly recommend their service not because this trip was free but because of the genuine care and hard work they put into all their diagnostics and work.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from Adam at Lenoir City Ford. The experience was positive from start to finish. The low prices initially drew me to their website. They were several thousand dollars cheaper than most other dealerships in the area. Their no haggle policy is nice because you see your price right up front. I picked out several potential cars and then called to inquire about them. All were still available but one, so their website must not be 100% up to date all the time. However, the salesman went out and "put his hand" on every on I was interested in to make sure it was in stock, so we didn't go any further on something that wasn't actually in stock. The staff was always friendly and very low pressure, unlike stereotypical car salesmen. They reviewed all my options for the car and the financing and we picked the best options for me. The final price ended up being less than the advertised price. If you're in the market for a new Ford, I would highly recommend giving them a shot.
