My experience here was so great! Me and my boyfriend were looking for a new truck and we’re kind of picky about what we want so we drove an hour from home to come see the truck we wanted. I was skeptical of going to Jersey dealer because I'm from New York and I'm just use to doing business in the city. We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and are totally dissatisfied with the customer service. And the service department. We have dealt with Toyota and Honda and service was excellent . Can not wait till the lease is up. It all started as we pulled out of the dealership the nite we purchased the truc and we drove down rt 37 and has to turn around immediately as there was a loud noise from the undercarriage we got back to the dealership in 2 minutes and they were all locked up we called the salesman and he said bring it back in the am. They had left some packing of sometime under the car that should have been removed! The GPS is not working and they do not service gps on Saturdays ,so you need to have it done during the week and the process takes 3hrs plus as we were told. They would not offer a loner car as itmis not their policy and we both work over 70 miles away. It is unbelievable that you need to take a day off from work just to have your care serviced. Toyota and Honda offer loaners to their customers. So my husband brought the truck in waited just about 4hours and they could not fix it and now think they need to order a part which will be in in about a week. He also had them do scheduled service and had forgotten his wallet home and would not take my credit card over the phone which is not an unusual form of payment now a days so he would now have to go home then back together service center and then venture to work 70 miles away... Making this service fiasco a half a day of wasted time and problem still not corrected. Just sorry we didn't stick with Toyota .. The truck would have been dropped off either the nite before the appoint or morning of and we would have gone to work in a loaner and pickup the truck up that evening.. Well only 12 moths left on lease .. Can't come fast enough. This dealership is not customer service oriented in any way .. From the receptionist who makes the appoints to the ease of service availability to the customers and the service in general... If you need to buy a jeep go to another dealer if don't .. Don't say I didn't tell you so ,,,

If you are having car troubles. Take your car somewhere else for repair!! They have service technicians that lie to the customers. Hassle you about getting a loaner car. It takes them five days to just look at your vehicle. Then another four to get a part for your vehicle. And I begged them to get it to move faster as I had a serious family emergency. Hands down the worst service I've ever received.

I recently leased a 2015 Terrain. I worked with Lee Dell'olio and Mike Amarando I cant say enough about these two gentlemen or my experience. Mike took time to listen to what I was looking for and then patiently showed me my options. I have purchased several new cars in the past and this is the first time that I felt relaxed while making my decision. I bought my first car with Lester Glenn and they couldn't have made the experience any better! I went by myself with no experience and drove off in the exact vehicle I wanted and with the exact payment I wanted. Lou Molino was very patient and kind. After two months of having my car I ran over a screw , had a leaking tire and work 7 days a week! The service workers worked with me all the way on my schedule and fixed everything! I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else !!

I was at the dealership with questions about a completely different car, and Steve was so kind to point out the great qualities of the Chrysler 200s. I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what it was I had come for, right down to the VIN number. My wife and I met Eddie at the showroom door and he listened to my explanation of what I had come for, which was a fairly cheap Jeep Patriot. He did not try to persuade me to purchase a more expensive model, as other dealers had done, instead he went out, got the car I had been looking for, parked it in front of the showroom, and went over all the features and answered all of our questions. There was no "push", no sense that he was in a hurry to sell, so to speak and the entire experience was a stress-free, pleasant one. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was no less than completely professional and friendly and I will certainly recommend this dealership to others, as well as return to them for my car's scheduled and unscheduled service appointments. Two thumbs up!

Michael along with his manager, Jim Prendergast allowed me to take the Jeep Compass home overnight to make sure it was the right care for me. No strings attached! If I didn't like the car I could return the keys the next day no questions asked. He had an opportunity to work with another customer while I was waiting but opted to remain with me until my car was delivered to me. Making me his priority was important to him and certainly left a great impression on me. I pulled in to Lester Glenn Dodge, and I was only looking at new trucks. when John Morley approached me, and my wife, he asked us if we were looking for something in particular as we walked around the lot. John said let me get a set of keys, and we will take a test drive, then we can talk about what we were looking for, and what was it's purpose. the test drive went well, John showed me a 1500 Express 4x4, and i loved it. we went in side and talked, while my wife went home to get my 2005 dodge 1500 pick up we were trading in. next thing I know we were singing the papers, and it started to snow, and perfect timing I was able to drive home, and try out the 4 wheel drive. Mike greeted me at the door the first time I walked in. Told him that I need to get rid of the Jeep because I needed more space because I have 2 kids which means 2 car seats that take up a lot of space. I needed a minivan he showed me one I ok but I want auto start and heated seats if it was going to be leather. I was trying to make a deal with Ed & could not come to a price understanding so I left. I received a phone call about 5 days later to see if I would come back in. I came back early in the morning, so early Mike wasn't even there so Greg & Ed helped me until Mike got there. Ed found the perfect minivan which was a pre-owned & it had the extras the new one didn't that I wanted which Ed didn't know. The pre-owned which only on the lot for 6 days. Nice find Ed! After experiencing two prior dealerships who were pushy and quick to "make a deal" my excitement had turned to uncertainty. We had an excellent experience at Lester Glenn GMC in Toms River, New Jersey. They gave us an opportunity to take a leisurely test drive by ourselves so we could really evaluate the car and how it drove on different roads. Since we are Costco executive members the negotiations were fairly simple but you do have to wait a bit to get to the final number. My rule of thumb is at least three times until you get to their bottom number. After negotiating the deal it does take another 45 minutes to an hour before the finance people have prepared the paperwork and they are ready for us to sign it. Once I have agreed on a deal I am ready to sign the paperwork and make a deposit so I think they need to speed up this process. Overall an excellent experience with our highly experienced sales person Bill Fairgrieve. I would highly recommend this dealership.

"Experience the way car buying should be" is the perfect theme song for this dealership and its staff. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Today I bought my daughter a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Our salesman Dan Downey and the manager Pat Sweeney were determined to find a car that met our requirements and price range and worked for 2 days to find the right vehicle for us. Never felt pressured and no attitude when we did not like a car. Once we agreed on a car and a price, the finance person Dave was fantastic and helped me get the rate I wanted and was patient in helping this be a learning experience for my 17 year old daughter and went over the terms with her. Dan even put a bow on it so we could take my daughter's picture with the car. And last but certainly not least was the wonderful detailer George. There were two spots of tree sap on the car that George worked diligently on to make sure the car was perfect when we left. A great dealer because of the wonderful, friendly and honest people that work there!

Mike has a terrific personality and makes purchasing a vehicle an easy and informative experience. We have purchased vehicles from him in previous years and knew that we wanted to talk to him and only him, about buying a 2015 GMC Acadia. He is well-informed about all aspects that were of concern to us and made a complicated situation a smooth event. You see, I purchased an Acadia on a Monday and later realized (alas, after closing the deal) that it was lacking an item I wanted/needed. My mistake. I never mentioned to Mike how important this feature was to me and assumed the vehicle would have been equipped with it. Knowing I did not want to live with this situation for several years to come, I returned the following Monday to exchange the vehicle for an upgrade. Mike was surprised to say the least, but took it in stride and said "don't worry, we'll make it happen." And, indeed he made it happen. Mike's desire is to always see to it that the customer is satisfied and happy with their purchase. He is soft-spoken, never pushy, and always going the extra mile for the customer. After the purchase he wrote a letter to me, as well as a telephone call to make sure everything was alright and to remind me to call if I had any questions or problems. Mike is a huge asset to Lester Glenn and an A++++ individual.

I had been test driving various SUVs and minivans for 2 months prior to walking into Lester Glenn Chrysler. I met Sal Manneci who answered my questions and asked about everything I was looking for. He didn't want to sell me a van, he wanted to offer a van that had all of the options I was looking for. He became a sounding board as I went through various options and my need/desire for them. He listened and remembered those conversations. He found a van online that was getting ready to come in and knew it was the one for me. As soon as I saw it, I knew it too. We negotiated a price that worked well for me and he was very forthcoming and truthful along the way. Once the paperwork was finished, Sal sat in the van with me for 2 hours showing me every feature and explaining why and how it worked. I feel very well taken care of and feel great about my purchase. I was shopping for a new Hyundai and was using a web page for pricing. When I called the suggested dealers, all I got is a run around. When I called Lester glen and got Ron Gargulio on the phone, everything changed. He quickly gave me a price for my trade in and an out the door price for the car every fee included. I wanted to do a test drive when I came in. when I arrived both Ron Gargulio and J.P. DaSilva met me at the door and had the test drive ready. When I got back they went over some details about trade and paperwork. And within hour I was in finance signing paperwork. While I was signing J.P. DaSilva called my insurance and switched cars for me. About time I got out I was ready to go home. The whole process took less than 1 hour. I bought a new car in April and it took 5 hours, not at Lester Glen from now on I will only shop at Lester glen dealerships. It was one of the best experiences I ever had a++++++++++++++

I had a great experience at Lester Glenn Hyundai. I was looking to trade in my Jeep for a used genesis coupe, and ended up leaving with a brand new one! JP made our experience extremely easy and enjoyable, and I was able to get an excellent deal. They didn't have the exact model that I was looking for, and JP was able to find one close by to ship in. I was bummed I couldn't take the new car home at that moment, and they allowed me to take an almost identical car on their lot home to drive until my car arrived! I already feel like I have a great relationship with JP, and he is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone. He was personable and both my mom and I got to know him on a personal level, beyond the business and financial transactions we were dealing with. We would definitely buy a car at both Lester Glenn and from JP, again.

I've been searching for a new car for a few months now, and I always walked away feeling pressured and annoyed by car dealers. At Lester Glenn, I felt the complete opposite...finally. I've always felt nervous test driving new cars, but Lou Cerrato made me feel completely relaxed and confident when driving my jeep (which I believe is the reason I fell in love with my car). I was able to take my time exploring the vehicle and driving around without feeling like I was wasting anyone's time. Everyone I worked with was extremely knowledgable and able to help me in every way. We were able to work out a great price, and I never once felt like I was being pressured into purchasing something I didn't want. I am extremely happy with my 2015 Jeep Patriot!

My experience was by far the best experience I have had with any car dealership. I started out on line asking questions and spoke to Ron Garguilo who was extremely pleasant to work with!! This was my first time leasing a new vehicle. I walked in without an appointment and Kyle was more than happy to help me. He asked all the standard questions as to what I wanted in a vehicle and within minutes he located a vehicle that was perfect for me. We drove down to the other lot and he let me sit in the vehicle (I had already test drove the same vehicle) and explained to me all the bells and whistles and the standards of the car. We went back to the dealership and he figured out all the pricing for me. He tried to help me as best he could with all of the incentives and with negotiation gave me a better price for my trade in. I had a great experience and would recommend Kyle and Lester Glenn to anyone looking to buy or lease a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler!

Where to begin, we went to this Suburu dealership even though there are others much closer to us. I knew after a five minute phone call in which I inquired about their inventory, that this was the dealership for us! My wife and I, along with our 6 month old were greeted by Kyle, Donato and Josh upon waking in, and they patiently worked with us over the next 6 hours. They helped us get our baby seat in and out of cars to test drive. We found our car, a white crosstrek, one of 2 in stock, and they held it until we came back with our trade in. I stopped by to look at the new models as I had not looked at new Jeeps in 2-3 years. My lease end was coming up in December and I wanted to get a head start. I wanted Red (again) or White and Eddie had a White Grand Cherokee Limited which had all the things I wanted except for an operable tailgate window (which no Jeeps have and isn't an option.) I do not understand why Jeep no longer provides that and it is almost a deal breaker for me but I had no option. This is the first Limited I have had, all my previous Jeeps were Laredo's with the X package. No more X package available and some of the things I wanted were not available on the Laredo any longer. I have had nothing but Jeeps since 1970 when I had a Willys Wagoneer with a Buick engine in it. All in all, I got a fair deal and Eddie was very helpful working with me to get to terms I could afford being retired and on a fixed income. I heartedly recommend Eddie to anybody walking thru the door that is "just looking" as he did not pressure me at all. It is hard to resist a brand new Jeep and now I have one.

After spending a very long day trying to purchase my 4th Jeep (love the Grand Cherokee) I walked into Lester Glenn and once I sat with Steve Regan who I must say is a "superb" sales professional my day started to get better. Steve was very informative and handled all the details needed even taking the time to go through the vehicle systems with me. There is absolutely nothing more Steve could have done to make this experience a better one - he is just great! Great work ethic!!! So the vehicle is almost mine and I am ready to jump in and ride home but since I am financing the vehicle I now need to sit with Darren Applegate in Finance. What a great, cool, informative person - not a stuffy number cruncher :) Darren was so helpful, even taking some additional time to answer questions I had. Lester Glenn Jeep is without a doubt the best car buying experience on the planet. My family has purchased three cars at this store in the last 9 months. Why? Because they care. This dealership makes my family feel as though they are part of their family and that says something about the management of the store. My most recent purchase illustrates their commitment to the area and the people they serve. I went to this store because I needed to replace an aging vehicle that has served me well and is being retained but is not suitable as an everyday vehicle anymore due to its high mileage, age and gas consumption. I went in with an open mind, I am a truck guy generally but I wanted to ensure the comfort aspect would be there. I had back surgery 2 years ago and being 63 and of a larger body type finding the right vehicle can be a challenge for me. When I got to the store I was introduced to Sal. What a great guy. He legitimately listened to what my needs were, gained an understanding of my list of must haves and assisted me in refining my search in order to find what has ultimately been the perfect vehicle to date. Upon hearing my story the Sales Manager Mike arranged for me to take a test drive that was a little longer than the norm in order to ensure the vehicle was right for me. He was genuinely concerned with my medical history and finding a vehicle that would allow me to drive comfortably. We found the right fit on vehicle three. I cant thank them enough for their commitment and dedication to their profession. Their product knowledge was greater than that of their peers at local competitors both to the south and the north. I wont mention names but I strongly suggest that you visit this store if you are within 100 miles. They are simply that good. Although the vehicle is great it has become a second thought because I have been so impressed by the people at Lester Glenn Jeep that they have become the focal point of my car buying experience. Great job guys. Thanks for reminding us that not every car buying experience has to be difficult. You have truly gained a customer for life.

When I went in to buy a new car a month ago, I was nervous. My past experiences with other car dealerships have not been great and was afraid that this would be the same. Boy was I wrong! Lester Glenn Hyundai was amazing. From the minute my husband and I walked through the door we knew this would be different. The dealership was very customer orientated, from the popcorn to the staff, it was incredible. We worked with sale associate Tina Romeo. She was phenomenal. Our Salesman Steve Regan was excellent, it was a rainy day and he still had no problems going out and showing us around the lot at what we wanted to see. It was a stress free, friendly and relaxed environment. One of the most enjoyable experiences I've had with buying a new vehicle. The Finance guy Darren was also very nice. I have to say that buying my new Mazda CX-5 from Lester Glenn Mazda has been the best car buying Experience that I have ever had! Glenn Wolfson was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and held the car of my choice for a week while I worked out the details from a recent car accident for which this new car was a replacement. My first phone call was answered by Michele, who was really helpful answering the questions I had. She even had a manager call me back. The following day we came in and were greeted by Adam, who was in contact with Michele and Joe and Josh who knew we were coming in. Our whole experience was, from top to bottom, exceptional. Each person was an 'above and beyond' kind of person. Adam was really helpful, he worked hard to get things done the way we were asking him to, and he was extremely personable on top of it all. Today was the first time I went to get a lease on my first actual car at Lester Glenn. The minute we walked in, Brandon was ready for us. He had the car that my parents recommended on hand, with different offers to suite whatever I could handle. He was thorough in explaining everything, answering questions, and clearing up any confusion. He even took us around the lot to see every color option they had for the model I wanted. I'm a college student and I have a part-time job so having car payments is heavy, but Brandon made sure to do whatever he could to make sure I got the car I wanted at a price I could handle, all while being 100% friendly. This guy is the best! My mom is going back in a couple months to lease a different car and she's definitely giving Brandon a call first. I know I will for my next car.

My wife and I went back to Lester Glenn to turn in a leased Sonata and were there to lease an Elantra. I think everyone would agree there is always a certain amount of stress expected when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. As we entered the dealership we were greeted by JP Dasilva in a very friendly manner. JP inquired about what we were interested in, we let him know style/color and JP took care of the rest from there. He even drove us to what I would call an overflow lot to show us Elantra's with various colors and accessories. JP was very engaging, professional and thorough in all his work that it was like working with a friend. I went in just looking and the model I had was very hard to come by. They explained they had some coming for delivery, and would let me know when they arrive. They had called when there was one I could look at but that night there wasn't any lease programs and financing was too high. Steve Regan checked every day and waited for a lease program, I was the first person on his list he called. Hello! I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai on Friday, 8/22/14 to just to LOOK at cars to purchase. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jerry Ojeda. He was very personable and friendly! I felt totally comfortable with him after I explained my situation with being involved in an accident which resulted in my insurance company declaring my 2009 Hyundai Accent a total loss. Jerry showed me out to the lot and explained the difference between the Elantra and Accent, but I had my heart set on another Accent. Jerry pointed out a red Accent with beige pin-striping and I fell in LOVE with that car! Took it for a test drive, and I was hooked! Jerry took some information from me to run a credit check, etc. then I met a gentleman by the name of Mike D'Amelio in the finance dept. He introduced himself to me, and explained he was going to run the credit check, and work some numbers and would get back to me shortly. In the meantime, I asked Jerry if there was a vending machine to buy a bottle of water. He told me "no, but I'll get a bottle of water for you." After all was said and done, I drove off the lot with a 2014 Hyundai Accent! I truly love the car and hope to have it for many years to come. Buying a new car is always a tense and laborious experience, but not at Lester Glenn. I do not like to haggle and have never had to do so at this dealership. Sal Cuomo, my salesperson, is a gem. He sets a standard that should be emulated by all car salespersons. He focused on what I wanted and what I could afford. He led me to the car that satisfied my every expectation. Let me start by saying that I'm someone who asks tons of questions. I like to learn a lot about a car before I buy it. I put my feelers out to 12 dealerships in NJ and Lester Glenn was one that responded immediately. They were upfront and honest about everything I wanted to know about the car, including the price. They never seemed to mind answering any question with ease and immediately I knew that I was dealing with knowledgeable friendly people. I felt more than comfortable driving over an hour to go down to their dealership to see if they would follow through. What ensued was nothing better than a perfect car buying experience. As a woman alone, you can feel pressured but NEVER did I feel like the people who helped me, namely Fred in sales, Donato and finally Mike in finance, we're talking down or at me. They made me feel at ease with every step. While waiting, I met a gentleman waiting for his car who told me he'd never bring it anywhere else because of the high level of customer service at this place. I see why. Returned 2 years later and upgraded from a 2012 Impreza to a 2015 Legacy. Months before our 1st purchase, we met our sales rep Jay Jackson at an offsite Lester Glenn event of multiple manufactures, We didn't go to get a Subaru. Then we met Jay. Jay was professional, knowledgeable and personable & the type of individual I would recommend to anyone who wants to purchase a Subaru vehicle. Our 1st car was ordered a few months after we met and the 2nd car was more of a spur of the moment type of purchase to upgrade to a little bit bigger of a vehicle. In addition to using the cars for commuting to work we do a lot of weekend trips with usually 3 adults and our Yellow Lab Shea and the Impreza, which was a great vehicle was simply just a little too small at times. In both purchases, negotiations were non-pressure and hassle free and Jay along with our finance guy Donato Jensen made the entire purchase & paperwork enjoyable! We will be back next year to see them both about getting an additional vehicle - probably something even roomier for our Labrador Shea!!

On Monday August 11, my husband and I went to our local Dodge dealership looking for a used truck, preferably a Ford F150. My wife and I went in to Lester Glenn Subaru this morning (8/4/14) just to take a look at some new car options. We had no intention of buying a car today but... Our experience started with Michelle who gave us directions and the name of the sales managers to speak with. Donato and, I believe, John. She gave us great directions and was extremely sweet. Set us in the right direction with a very comfortable initial feeling. When we arrived, we were greeted by Josh Cavalieri, who really became the face of Lester Glenn. Josh spent over an hour explaining every aspect of the 2014 and 15 Forester and Outback to us. My wife wanted leather and he found a limited model of both for us to test drive. After discussing the options and our price point, we settled on an outback. We decided on purchasing a CPO rather than leasing a new Outback. Lester Glenn had one in stock that we test drove and decided on. After settling all the numbers, Josh showed us the new car, which was just finished with detailing. There was still a large amount of pet hair that remained for some reason. As an example of the above and beyond customer service, Josh and Donato went in the back and re-detailed the entire car themselves while we sat down with Mike Smith, who handled the finances. Mike was also extremely nice and knowledgeable. Needless to say the car was spotless when Josh and Donato were finished. The overall experience with the dealership was wonderful. Josh was a phenomenal salesman, who never pushed us and offered a patient smile while we asked dozens of questions. The dealership was transparent with their numbers and I never felt like I wasn't getting a fair deal. I look forward to working with Josh again in the future. I may just end up trading in my current sedan.

We felt no pressure. They gave a great price initially but it wasnt as good as a different dealer (C*rcl* in bricktown) had promised. SO we went back to the other dealer, they changed the deal and raised the price by $3000 so we walked... We should have know that Lester Glen was best all along. LG gave us a great deal. I wasn't the easiest customer, as I changed my mind about which car I was purchasing (because the exact car I wanted is not at any dealerships in NJ) after they had already begun the paperwork and getting the original car ready. Still, Jack was very patient and continued to do a great job despite my purchase taking incredibly long. He also helped me get the Bluetooth and all of the great car features ready to go. He was responsive to my questions, secured me a vehicle which he did not have in stock, and provided a great price. On the day of pick-up, Larry Royce contacted me, told me exactly what time the car would be ready, and he was man of his word. I went into the dealership knowing the car i wanted and i let Ron know i was very short of time. I conducted a test drive and we (Ed, Ron and I) worked out a great deal all within an hour. Nick drafted all paperwork without error, and i returned the next day to sign contracts. When all said and done, the process only took 1.5 hours. My husband and I came into the Lester Glen Jeep Dealership in Toms River to look at the new Jeep Cherokee for our growing family. Not only did we love the Cherokee but Steve was extremely informative with each part of the Cherokee. It almost seemed that he went inch by inch in detail about the car, it was my first experience going through such detail with a salesman and it was great! Steve was very pleasant, customer service friendly and overall we had a great experience. After working with Steve we met with Jim to go over the financial part. Jim was kind and patient with us. My parents needed to turn in their lease and look for a new one. The our older and my father had a stroke and has trouble following along. The second we entered the dealership Frank greeted us and offered his help. He took us outside to show us the cars and explain all the details of the sonata model. Frank really spent quality time with us to help us find the best situation for us. I have for over 20 years purchased or leased cars. I can tell you it usually is something I really dread and have never had a good experience. Until now with Frank. He did such an amazing job. My parents leased on Memorial Day weekend. Frank told them to call anytime and since their purchase my mom has had to call Frank with questions. He always takes the call and is very helpful and makes her feel like she is no trouble. He is by far the best and the dealership is so lucky to have him. I will be recommending the dealership to many people. Including myself who's family has been driving hondas. I think we will now move to Hyndai. If there is an award for employee of the year it should go to Frank.....

I visited the dealership because they had called and told me that I had VIP status and might be able to trade up my vehicle for a new Hyundai. I had my Hyundai Sonata for two years and have been very pleased with the vehicle. When I was given this opportunity to trade up, I decided to take a look. From the time I pulled up into the parking lot and was greeted by Manny Lopez, it was an exceptional experience. Manny took us inside and introduced us to the Sales Manager. I explained the call I had received and they said they would be happy to assist. My wife and I saw a vehicle on the showroom floor and liked the color. We told Manny we would like a Sonata in that color. in 5 minutes, Manny had one in front of the dealership, with plates on it for us to take a test drive. We were very happy with the vehicle, color and accessory package that Manny had picked for us. When we returned, Manny asked if we were interested and worked up the figures. When they were presented to us, they were not what I had expected from my call regarding the VIP status. He took them back to the Sales Manager, and within 10 minutes, a deal was struck. From the start to the finish with me driving out with a new vehicle, it took a little over 2 hours which from my past experience with dealerships, is amazing. I was very pleased with the dealership, the personnel and the follow up since taking delivery. I would recommend Lester Glenn to everyone as this is my second vehicle from the dealership and over the past two years the service has been exceptional as well as any dealings I have had with the dealership.

wow when I get in my jeep and go for a ride I have to thank Steve and Jim. They made this happen for me and took there time with me, I felt no pressure from either one. Let me start off by saying that if you going to buy a car go to Mr. Gary Meselsom (your the man), he made purchasing my first new car a totally pleasant experience. He took his time and knew alot about the cars and the brand. They made a amazing offer and threw in amazing extras like lifetime oil changes. I did my research and was shopping around, most other dealers have a sales staff full of sharks. I got paired up with Gary and hes honest and straight forward. I was hott going into the dealership because the car i wanted and made a 45 min drive to see got sold but they made it up to me. I initially chatted with Stacy about a Crosstrek in their inventory. She responded via email within 30 minutes, was very friendly and provided the information that I needed. The next day, we drove out to see the car but it had been sold earlier in the day. I was saying, "See ya, bye" when Jack said he was sure he could make a deal we would love. We had not driven the hybrid so he took us for a drive. He explained everything clearly and patiently from the hybrid engine to the monthly payments. His deal for the Crosstrek was substantially less than the two other dealerships we had visited. His offer for our trade-in was significantly higher than the last dealer we were at. He was a great combination of laid back and knowledgeable with a lot of friendly added. Mike was so efficient that the financial part of the deal was a breeze. They took as much time with us as we needed but didn't waste our time. The free oil changes are a nice bonus. We got a great deal, a beautiful car and enjoyed working with everyone there. The dealership is under construction. I'm sure it'll be 5 stars when it's done.

I went in this dealership by mistake. I actually had an appointment somewhere else. When I walk in I spoke to Kyle. He let me know I was in the wrong place, but offered to show me their vehicles. I told him I was looking for a pickup with a full back seat for my girls. I have a 2 yr old and 5 month old, so they are both in car seats. My husband and I own a construction business, so I wanted the pick up for when I got materials and towing the trailers. He showed me the 2014 ram. I loved the way it looked on the outside, and when I got in it, it was so roomy and comfortable. We took it for a test drive and it was so powerful. He worked the numbers for me when we got back, it was more then we wanted to spend. Reluctantly, I left. Kyle called the next day, and they worked with the bank and were able to lower the price. Once we were able to get coordinated with getting my husband there, we signed the lease! My husband signed the papers and left. Once I officially got the truck, I went to the job site to show him and let him drive it. He couldn't believe how awesome it is. It has so much power and the interior is bigger then the explorer we traded in. I gave the dealership all 5s because Kyle did not stop trying to get the numbers to work for us, until the worked. I went in on a Wendsday and we got it on the following Tuesday. I would absolutely recommend the dealership and Kyle to any of my friends and family.

Painless I worked with both Steve Regan and Jim Pendergast in purchasing my first new car in 12 years. They were both professional, friendly and easy to work with. Ron Jones was by far the nicest and easiest salesperson I have ever encountered in my experiences with looking for a car (either for myself or friends/family). Kyle Gibson was fantastic. Didn't know what I wanted (Outback or Forester). Tried 5-6 cars with different interiors and levels, .... he was so very patient as I tried each. Fortunately I narrowed it down with his help and the numerous driving runs - even switching drivers so we could both test it out. Was knowledgeable and very accommodating. NEVER tried to be pushy or force a deal. Spent from 12:30-5:30 pm with him. It was at my pace, answering my questions, understanding my needs/concerns. Only when I figured out which model and the feature trade offs I wanted to make, then talked about "purchase". I thank him immensely for granting me the space to go thru the process comfortably. The $3K off 2014 Outbacks, free oil changes/filters for life, and loaner cars is why I drove 40 miles to THIS dealership versus others. Also, they had the most extensive inventory of all the Subaru dealers within 60 miles.

After going to numerous dealers and not being able to find what I wanted, Robert Yuro at Lester Glenn was probably the most helpful, honest and knowledgeable sales person I've ever run across. He sat with me for hours trying to narrow down what I needed to purchase. During the whole process, he was courteous, professional and very patient. From the moment I walked into Lester Glenn, I liked the staff. Never got that slimy, salesman feeling. These guys are working with you, not looking to cheat you or give you that "special deal". Usually the whole car buying process is lengthy and unbearable, not here. They definitely have their act together. Even Darren Applegate, who helped us with the warranty and finance process was very helpful. He really narrowed down what we needed. I liked the mazdas and was thinking about going used because I wanted to save some money considering it was my first time buying a car. Wonderful Experience I visited this dealership with the intent on starting a car search. I purchased a Jeep at Lester Glenn three years ago and had a great experience then with their Sales Department and since then with their Service Department. Yesterday I brought my car in for service and learned about their Vehicle Exchange Program from Steve Regan. Excelent Service from Start to Finish From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was treated very well by the friendly staff. I was greated when I came to the lot by my sales person, Nick Barile. Originally I came in for service with my 2009 traverse. While I waited I looked around and wanted to satisfy my curiosity and find out how much a new one would be. Nick was very helpful and patient in finding me a car with all of the options I needed for a price I could afford. By the time I was done I was pleasantly surprised by the price and was completely convinced that this was the way to go. I canceled the service on my 2009 and Nick helped get me into a new 2014 Chevy Traverse. After the deal was done, Nick got me to the person who would handle the financial part of the deal. Dan Bennett was just as nice and helpful as nick. He got all my paperwork read for me, and went over it thoroughly to make sure I understood everything, but not stuck sitting in an office for hours blind by paperwork. My experience with Lester Glenn dealerships has always been wonderful. I have owned mulitple cars from both their Hyundia and Chevy dealership, and this is why I keep coming back. Fast attentive service from friendly employees who are always willing do do what they can to get you what you need.

I've been a Jeep-lover for my entire life and upon looking to trade in my 5th and lease my 6th Jeep - Lester Glenn was by far the best dealership to work with. My husband and I spent about two months researching prices with Jeep dealerships in North, Central and South Jersey. Needless to say, we got the good-old run-around with the majority of them. We dealt with a lot of sub-par, stuffy, and rude sales-people, and even a few "managers" along the way that wouldn't give us a straight answer about anything. They'd hook us into scheduling a meeting at their dealership...offering false prices and bogus incentives (aka having to qualify for a zillion rebates in order to receive the price they're offering...absolutely impossible to find someone that qualifies for everything they're asking for) and we'd end up leaving extremely frustrated. We pretty much hand-fed them all of the information they could possibly need to work out a solid price and in some particular instances, we couldn't even get a phone call or email back after leaving several messages. Not the kind of people I want to give my business to! My husband's family has purchased several vehicles through Lester Glenn of Toms River over the past few years so being local to the area, we decided to give them a shot. We were hooked up with Kyle Harrison to work out our pricing and we couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. We told him exactly what we were looking for and from the beginning - he was extremely personable and helpful. He took the time to do extensive research in order to not only track down the exact vehicle I was looking for, but also gave us straight answers, REAL numbers, and found every incentive possible that he could add to my deal. We were able to email him a ton of information before the day the deal actually went though, and when we went to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork, we were in and out of Lester Glenn in about an hour. Very smooth process and I plan on doing business with them for the years to come. Kyle Harrison, along with everyone at Lester Glenn Jeep deserves an A+. I'm extremely happy with them, would recommend them to anyone looking for a car, and absolutely LOVE my new 2014 Jeep Grande Cherokee!

She listened to what I wanted and then went out of her way to drive us to another location at first to drive a CPO 2012. I went in to Lester Glenn to purchase my eighth Subaru with a high mileage, but otherwise clean Subaru Forester and next to no money extra, only a single months payment. As I mentioned this is my eighth Subaru, seven of them from Lester Glenn, so I know a lot of people there. Finding my usual salesman John had retired, so I spoke with my favorite Service Rep, Kathy Ottmer and she suggested Ann Marie Napoli who was new to the dealership but was an experienced sales person. Ann Marie was friendly and ready to do business. She showed me several vehicles to help me get one I could afford. Then she helped me put a deal together, talking to her boss, John to get me a deal we both could live with. I was not two-faced or rushed to close one time. John fought to get me a payment I could afford and we did a deal. Generally, the most annoying part of the business of buying a car is the money part. Mike their F&I guy was not only pleasant and efficient, he explained everything and reduced a trying time to a brief pleasantness. Not only did I get a great deal, nearly 20% off the MSRP, but a got a great Outback too. And then Ann Marie spent over an hour when I am certain she just wanted to go home, making sure I knew how to operate my new car and all its features. If you wonder why I keep going back to LG, stop by at LG Subaru one time and see if you dont go back.

After going to 3 others auto dealers, Lester Glenn was a breath of frees air. There was no hard sell. We were treated like valued customers. Robert Yuro took my wife and I on two test drives to see which suited us better the 4 0r 6 cylinder. Brian Reeves worked up the numbers. We got a great deal on our 09 Grand Cherokee trade in. Everything fell into place fast and easy. We got the Jeep Cherokee we wanted at a great price. For once buying a new car wasn't a nerve racking experience. I currently owned a 2009 Chevy Traverse and were out looking for options for a new car. We figured we would see what was available at Chevy since I loved my existing car. I had no intentions of buying that day. After speaking with Michael and looking at the 2014 Chevy Traverse I got excited and thought I may just consider the same car. He knew we were under a time crunch that day so he worked magic and came up with the right numbers and we bought the car. They were nice enough to let us use the car for the weekend and come back in on Monday to finish the paperwork. Monday morning I worked with Nick on the paperwork and review of the car. Last minute I decided to get the cross bars put on and Nick was able to get me into Service to have them done. He was with me the entire morning. I joked with him that I felt back that I took up alot of his time but it didn't bother him. I had many questions and he answered them all. I would definitely recommend this dealership and point my friends in the direction of Michael and Nick. Great customer service and a feeling of trust which is what you need when purchasing a car. I went into the a few dealerships this during the week and always felt a bit overwhelmed by the atmosphere until I went to this dealership. They all spoke to me in a very friendly and professional manner. All the questions I had were answered easily if they were not already explained before. I had a great experience and the nervousness I had going in went away very quickly. Everyone treated me nicely and did a very diligent job at trying to get me exactly what I needed without haggling me or wasting time. Steve was very attentive on my arrival. He accommodated my time criteria but provided me with the specific information I needed to make an informed decision on which car to purchase. We walked into this dealer upon a recommendation from my Son-in-Law. There was NO pressure, as is the case in some dealerships, as I walked around looking at the cars on display. Steve Regan helped me when we decided to look at a Jeep. I had looked at a Jeep Cherokee Limited on the internet, that was in transit. I drove a stock model from the lot, while Steve explained the workings of the car and answered every question, wife and I posed. Was very happy to see a salesmen who knew his product inside and out. The last NEW car I had purchased was 38 years ago and I had no idea what to expect. In past dealings at other dealers, the salesmen followed you around like a dog on a lease. At Lester Glen I walked around without the feeling of being hounded my a salesperson. When the car in transit came in Steve phoned me and we agreed on a date and time to view the car. Again there was no pressure from Steve and I felt relaxed as my wife and I looked at the vehicle. It had all the "toys" I wanted and my wife loved the color. Now we sat down to deal and the GM, Mike Nacinovich, was introduced to us. The price was more that fair and I was happy to accept the deal. We now met Darren Applegate who explained several options that would benefit us as we enjoyed our new car purchase. The Simoniz Glasscoat and Jeep Lifetime Warranty were explained to us. We took both products which we felt would enhance our purchase.

I was also explained the payment plans available and got a decent payment plan since my credit was so so. In addition, the financial expert, Jim Prendergast was able to give me a decent payment plan with a good interest rate. Furthermore, the Manager, Ed Fiorvante, explained the paperwork on the truck clearly, that it was understandable to me. Bob Reyes was my salesman and he was condescending, rude, and tried to bully me into buying a more expensive car. He tried multiple times to convince me to lease a new car after I had told him multiple times I did not want to lease or buy a new car (I wanted a used car). He immediately disregarded the car I had chosen as my #1 pick and told me it was sold without ever looking into it or checking the stock. Gabe Velez later stepped in and promised me he could find my #1 pick and that it wasn't sold but was merely on a different lot and they were having trouble locating it because it was late at night. Gabe was nothing but respectful and nice to me, while Bob continued to undermine my opinion and disrespect my budget. Bob was not friendly and even took a 6-minute personal call on his cell phone while completing my paperwork without excusing himself or apologizing for being rude. If Gabe had not made the promise to me that he would find my car at the price I needed, I would have walked out of the dealership and never looked back. Both of my parents have previously purchased vehicles from Lester Glenn and their salesman was Ron Gargullo. If I had known that Ron still worked at the dealership, I would have requested him initially. I would not recommend Bob Reyes as a salesman to ANYONE (especially women) because Bob will be rude to you and try to bully you into buying a car you do not want through overly aggressive "salesman" tactics.

Mike is very knowledgeable about his vehicles and the differences between each of the trims and what they have to offer. He helped us get a great deal and we will definitely be back to lease more vehicles in the future. He was very patient with showing me all the bells and whistles which was over whelming since I was driving a '93 Lincoln and moving into a 2014 SUV. I have to give a BIG Thumbs up to Steve Regan, He was my sales person and was knowledgable on all the vehicles at his dealership. 1st thing I liked was that he wasn't breathing down my neck the second i pulled into the dealership. He gave me a little breathing room and I respect that. He Helped me with The Dodge Durango, Then The Jeep Grand Cherokee the Outlander & Limited. He then Helped me With the Dodge Ram 1500 which ended up being the vehicle I purchased. At no point did he get inpatient or mind that I wanted to test drive many different vehicles and see the different options that each one offered,he was knowledgable on the 5 vehicles in Dodge, Jeep and Ram. He was professional and was willing to do whatever it took to make my purchase experience pleasant. He knew that I'm not a first time car buyer and I have experience in the way many different dealers operate. Believe me If I don't like the Salesperson thats reason enough for me Not even consider purchasing at a dealership. Steve wasn't pushy and thats why he got the sale. Believe me he earned it. I think maybe Lester Glenn should hire Steve as a consultant to train all the sales people that work at all the different Lester Glenn franchises. There should be more people that do the type of job that Steve does. He doesn't just show up to work. He is actually working the whole time, He gets it done. I would like to say that I once went to a dealership where a very skinny young man, with gelled hair and an earring, tried to bamboozle me into paying 23% interest on my loan. Afterwards a large, overweight man came out from the back. I suppose his presence was meant to set me at ease. As he sat down, the smell of fresh cigar smoke filled the air. With his chubby folded hands sporting a diamond pinky ring, he asked in a strong Brooklyn accent, "What's da' missing piece to da' puzzle?" I'll never forget it. This is in stark contrast to my experience at Lester Glen. When I first walked into their dealership, all the sales people were sitting down at their desks. The building was quiet. As I looked over their cars, I wasn't approached by any of them. Finally I went to the desk and asked, are there any salespeople here? Are they all busy? The receptionist asked, "Why no; Would you like to meet one of them?" I said, "Yes actually, I would." She called one of them on the phone. He got out of his seat, greeted me with a smile and shook my hand. That's the day I met Sal Cuomo; a soft spoken, sincere family man who wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle for what my needs were. After driving a couple vehicles, I picked out the Accent for the mileage. He sat me down and explained everything very thoroughly concerning financing. Then he went for a ride in the car with me and explained all the different controls. As I took him back, he said, "If you have any questions or concerns about the vehicle, call me, and I'll help you sort it out. I'm here for you to help you. I don't just sell a vehicle and say goodbye. Anything you need, let me know. Then, he smiled and wished me a great day. That was my first encounter with Lester Glen. In the back of my mind I went back to the memory I had of that other place. "What's the missing piece to the puzzle?" came to mind. The missing piece at Lester Glenn; I wasn't hawked, I wasn't pushed, I was treated with respect and honesty. Now, Sal and Lester Glenn have a long term customer. I'll never shop for a car anywhere else.

My husband and I were looking to replace an 11 year old SUV with a new vehicle with much better gas mileage. My family and I have had our fair share of poor experiences at various other dealerships in the NJ area. Usually it was the same shared story, someone in either sales or service covered up or lied about services rendered, or hid an issue in a vehicle being purchased simply to be able to sell it. The sales team at Lester Glenn restored my hope in there being at least one good dealership to visit in the state of NJ. Mike was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to get along with during the whole process, and the management / financing staff worked hard at making all of the numbers come together close to my budget. After the extremely positive experience I have had with Frank Acquaviva at Lester Glenn, I doubt I will ever visit a different dealership. In shopping around, all I received were the "lines" that people fear when they are looking to purchase a new car. Frank was different. He was so helpful and honest. Jim sold me my first car couple of years back which got us really loving to do business with this dealership, then my wife got a new one through Brian and my last car was through Steve. Most of the time I spent was with Steve trying to get me into a 2014 Grand Cherokee. He did not leave a stone unturned to find me the right model and was very helpful explaining every detail that might have interested me in a new car. After much online research, we decided to buy a car from Lester Glenn Mazda in Toms River. They were having great deals for Black Friday. We spoke with Kim online and on the phone and she gave us great direction for our purchase. At the dealership, we worked with Adonis who was very helpful and professional. We test drove a couple of cars and worked out a payment plan we were happy with. Adonis was friendly and lived up to everything he said. I went to Lester Glenn Mazda because I had previously purchased a car at Lester Glenn Hyundai and I was hoping for a similar car buying experience. Lester Glenn has an exceptional business model and it was nice to see that it does not vary by dealership. I dealt directly with the sales manager Ed Smuda over the phone. He was very friendly and did not play any games. The prices he quoted me over the phone were the exact prices he gave me when I came in. This time around I had a trade-in and I thought the price they gave me was very reasonable. Anthony Giordano took care of all the paperwork and explaining the in-and-outs of the car. He was also extremely friendly and made the paperwork process as pleasant as possible. Last stop was completing the transaction with Nick Ondeyka. Again, there were no games played or hidden fees thrown in at the end. They do push the extended warranty/protection plan stuff but they don't hit you over the head with it either. In the end I left feeling extremely satisfied. Lester Glenn is 2-0 in my book and I expect my next car will be bought from a Lester Glenn dealership. Now if only the other dealers would learn from them.

Lester Glenn by far was the best "car dealer" experience I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kyle and Darren worked feverishly negotiating with the lenders to achieve the best deal possible for my current situation. I left with the feeling that they had done everything in their power to put me in the car I purchased without cutting my monthly income off at the knees. I am truly grateful and would without hesitation recommend this dealership and it's employee's to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Buying a car is such a difficult thing to do but my experience with Manny Lopez III at this dealership was such a positive one! Manny and Scott "Mac", bent over backwards to work within my budget. Manny exercised a lot of patience and I ended up with a beautiful Blue Elantra with payments that I can afford. Customers ring a bell when a car sale has been successfully completed and that bell rang a lot today! I am really happy with my new car and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

My salesperson was Jay Jackson. Not only did he behave as he had all the time in the world to help me, but he took a lot of time to explain all the features in the vehicle. I already knew which car I wanted to buy, and Jay made sure he found it for me. When it was time to actually buy the vehicle, he came to my home and picked me up as my husband was working, and I didn't have a ride. There are so many features on the vehicle that the next day, he once again took time to explain things to me. I had never before worked with such a patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant car salesman. This is the guy to go to!! I had been prepared to go to Lester Glenn to buy another Hyundai, but my Subaru is the best!

just wanted to say how much I appreciated the quality customer service that my Husband and I recieved when purchasing my vehicle. Brandon was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, he answered all of my many questions, and gave no pressure while I chose my car. Salesperson (Kyle Sheppard) spent a lot of time helping us select the vehicle we were looking for, without pressure, and at the price we could afford. Throughout the purchase experience everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and courtious. Since our purchase there have been multiple followups by the dealer to insure we were satisfied and well taken care of.

In all my years of car buying, this experience with Lester Glenn Jeep was the best I have encountered. My sales Rep, Ron and the Financial Adviser, Darren were exceptional in advice and assistance making the sale go so smoothly. From start to finish I honestly can't say there was anything disappointing about my experience. I know that when it is time repeat the process, I will be dealing with the folks at Lester Glenn Auto. Firstly, I was allowed to drive up and walk around and browse through the selection of cars and then a little while later I was approached by Kyle Harrison. When we sat down and spoke Kyle actually listened and only showed me the cars in which I told him I was interested in, such a refreshing concept to actually show a customer the vehicles they want to buy....the afternoon I was there they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for in stock but by the next morning they had a 2013 Dodge Challenger with 2500 miles on it...Cherry. The Deal came through and they got me to the payment I wanted ...considering all things the entire experience was unlike any car buying experience I have ever had....the ease and comfortability of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership has got to be the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever made...after I agreed to the deal and while Darren in Finance sorted my paperwork, Kyle got us coffee and we discussed any other questions I had about the vehicle and the service appointment at 3 months or 3750 miles. Free Oil changes every 7500 miles after that, complimentary loaner vehicle on any extended stay in service, and some of the UConnect Bluetooth features that connect my phone to my vehicle. The Lester Glenn car buying experience is actually quite unique.

Couldn't be happier with our experiences here. This is our second car from this dealership, a Ram truck and most recently a new Chrysler 300 from Lester Glenn. We couldn't ask for a more professional, courteous, and knowledgeable salesman than Brian Reeves and the entire staff. We felt most comfortableThe price was right, the car pristine, paper work competed quickly and correctly. We would return to Lester Glenn in a heartbeat...and with a 19 yr old soon to be needing a car, it may be sooner rather then later. If that's the case, we'll be seeing Brian and company again!

We spent all day test driving multiple cars. Larry was very patient with us and seemed to be able to answer any question we could think of. We came to buy a specific model, but we would up with a totally different car that suits us much better. Larry and the sales managers applied no pressure, and we were very comfortable exploring different models, packages, and prices. I've bought or leased dozens of cars over the years, and this was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions. I highly recommend Larry and the Lester Glenn Mazda dealership.

The Lester Glenn Team really pays attention to their level of customer service. They wanted us to be comfortable and confident in our purchase decision and never pressured or rushed us to do anything. They make the buying process a real snap and keep everything very transparent. Everyone who we came in contact with was very friendly. Our sales rep Brandon went the extra mile to make sure we could get into the car we wanted to buy. Even when an issue arose with our Cruze, as it was being prepped for delivery, he stayed on top of the situation and communicated with us every step of the way. He told us about the issue immediately, presented a resolution quickly and a made sure a loner was given to keep us from being inconvenienced. Peter Leone worked closely with Brandon to make sure our Cruze would be ready for us as soon as possible and that it would be done right. The Lester Glenn Team replaced the windshield and brought in an outside detail company to fix paint issues that accidentally arose when the car was being prepped for delivery. Everyone that worked with us handled themselves and the situation in a very professional manner. When it comes time to look for a Cruze replacement well be sure to go back to Brandon and the Lester Glenn Team.

Frank Acquaviva is AWESOME!!!! He is the BEST salesman our family has ever dealt with and we ALWAYS buy our vehicles from Frank. There has yet to be a time when Frank and Lester Glenn have not been able to meet our needs regarding financing, etc. In fact, my sister Nancy works in Bayonne, NJ and a resident saw her 2012 Elantra. Low and behold, last year this man went down to Lester Glenn and purchased his own Elantra. Simply AMAZING how the dealership name gets around... Salesperson Frank Aquaviva has changed my whole perception of car shopping: I had a no pressure experience with someone who knows everything about the cars he is selling, and seemed to have my best interest at heart. I ended up leasing a car that I absolutely love, and I will say for sure that I will never go anywhere else. My encounter with Gabe in Finance was also a pleasure. I went to lester glenn to buy a ram truckit had a sale price on the mirror when I tried to make a deal for less than the sticker the sales manager say well you do not quailfy for the rebates he raised the price about 2000 more than the sale price then he said this is the price I walked out bate and switch NICE!!!

I went to buy a car, should be a simple enough process. After the sales person going back and forth many many times to their supervisor. He returned with payments all figured out. I wanted a 5 year loan. The sales person kept pressuring me to get a 6 year loan. Then when I questioned him as to what interest rate they were trying to charge me. He claimed that they hadnt figured it out yet. Meanwhile he had to the penny what my payments would be on a 6 year loan. After the salesperson refused to tell me the interest rate, I walked out. If your looking to get yanked around. By all means go see them. If your looking for a decent buying experience go elsewhere

My wife and I were in the market for a used Buick Lacrosse. We were browsing the internet and found 2013 model here at Lester Glenn. I called the dealership and spoke to Bill Tompkins, Used Car Manager on site. He said that the car we were interested in was available and would have it ready for us to see and test drive when we arrived. Once there, Mr. Tompkins set us up with Michael Smith, Salesman. Mr. Smith showed us the vehicle. We were impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle and the amenities it possessed. Having purchased many vehicles in our lifetime, the experience was the most pleasurable we have partaken in quite some time. I truly appreciated Mr. Tompkins 'straight-forward' approach when the discussing figures and walking us through the purchase process. Michael's great, friendly personality made the process worthwhile. We will definitely recommend this dealer to others and consider making future automobile purchases here. Thanks again, guys...
