Been getting all my service there since I've owned the vehicle I bought many vehicles was going to switch up air filter to put in SNB cold air intake. Upon removing the filter, they said it looks like it has never been changed. Very disappointed in hearing this news.

I have bought many vehicles in the past from a number of dealerships. Chris did a great job and I would purchase another vehicle from him. The problems I had with this Lewis Ford was, I do not like to sit right next to someone else and both trying to discuss business (purchasing a vehicle). Each and every salesman need their own office or private area to discuss business. This is unprofessional for the dealership. Nothing bad on the salesmen, they are just doing their job! Also, when you do your final paperwork, they MUST have their own space too! This was my only issues doing business at Lewis. PLEASE get personal space for your employees!!!

We have used Lewis Ford for our last 5 vehicle purchases. All of them were used car purchases except this most recent one, a new 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. However, for all 5 purchases, we used Freddie Douglas as our salesperson. Freddie has become like family to us now. He and his Sales Manager, Shelby Lewis, have always treated us fairly and with a great amount of respect. I do want to make a special notation that for the 4 used cars we bought from them, we were able to negotiate a price for their car and our trade that we felt was great deal for us. For this latest new car purchase, we were able to use my wife's company car-buying program and therefore all of the "negotiation" was taken out of the equation, leaving them with a very small profit margin. However, they STILL treated us with the same courtesy and respect that they had done every time previous to this. I believe this last buying experience from them literally speaks volumes about the kind of dealership they truly are. As most of you know it is very hard to find a dealership that you know you can trust, and we absolutely trust Lewis Ford 100%.

This is my second truck that I have purchased from Lewis Ford both times the experience has been enjoyable. The first time I purchased from them I would be willing to bet I was a difficult customer as I had no idea what I wanted and visited several times. Bill took patience with me, working with me over several days (numerous calls for information) while I looked around and made my decision.When it was time for my next purchase I went back to Lewis (even though there are closer dealers) based on my experience with them. My wife's car had an oil change on a Friday and the electrical system tested good. We went back on Tuesday for a coolant exchange and transmission fluid change for $350.00 dollars; which was recommended to me. My wife drove our car for about 15 miles, after the service at Lewis, before it shut down on North Street. After having it towed back to the dealership they said I needed a new alternator at a cost of over $600.00. Remember, my car had only 29,000 miles and no problems at all before Lewis Ford did the coolant and transmission work. It may be a coincidence but I am having too many of those with Lewis Ford. Maybe they are simply bad luck for me. No matter what at this point they won't get another dime of my money. I was planning on purchasing a 2014 F-150 King Ranch Super Crew from them but the service department at Lewis for has issues that I cannot get past. (I have been having my two vehicles serviced there for the past seven years.) Things have changed at Lewis Ford but not for the better.

Steve o was great. No pressure good service. Freddie is great. Only bummer part of the experience was dealership not giving a realistic view of how long a car order might take. Was told 10 to 12 weeks. Never was told it could be up to 7.5 months. It took 7.5 months. I had to figure it out myself my going to ford transit forums and looking at old post of buyer last year that had to wait and eventually got there car. But I did choose Lewis out of the 5 places because of low pressure when I was looking. And not trying to get my info of first visit.

I've gone to A LOT of dealers and had A LOT of salesmen but Lewis Automotive was by far the BEST. Matt Schmit is one of the most kind, funny, and charasmatic salesmen I've ever worked with. He knows his Ford lineup and is completely capable to showing his customers both how to use their new equipment and why they need a new Ford. Matt gave me his full attention all day. He didn't pass me off once he had me on the hook and had my app in the system. He spent the entire day showing me the lineup and the new features even after I had made up my mind. Now I LOVE my Ford Fusion and I can't wait to come back to Lewis and buy another. Matt made the buying experience amazing and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know.

We got a great price on our new car however the car had to be shipped in so once it came time to arrive the salesperson was found to be rude and unprofessional. Almost like they felt the deal was done so I was just an Inconvinence. Once we received the car it was lacking things we were told it would have. When these items where brought up and the lack of the sales persona knowledge of the vehicle we were told we should have looked at the paper better. When addresses with the sales manager there was no resolve or acceptance of the sales persons mistakes. Would suggest shopping around because sometimes the comfort and level of service is worth the few hundred bucks more you might pay down the road because if the sales staff is this way then how is the service dept? Scary right.

Rick Carr was very helpful and provided a level of service I had yet experienced when car shopping. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the overall experience was a positive. All of my questions were answered accurately and I have reccommended this dealership to several people I have talked to. I love my new Fiesta and enjoy all the savings I am getting on gas. I would recommend Lewis to anyone who is in the market for a car
