Helen was great! We arrived on the lot at 9 o'clock and left at 10:30 to go look at other places, right before we left she said you will be back! And she was right! No other cars compared to the Lexus! We love working with Helen and the rest of the team at Lexus! They were very knowledgeable, reasonable and understanding! We started with Joe, the used car manager, and then continued to work with Beatrice, our sales associate. Both were very helpful and low pressure. Even after the sale was complete and it was close to closing time, Beatrice took the time to sit in the car with us and set up our phones and contacts and go over different features of the car. My wife and I stopped at Lexus of AC to look at a new Lexus. Our sales person was Helen Bitzberger. The purchase experience was very comfortable with no high pressure you normally get in many dealerships. We were introduced to the manager and sales manager and struck a deal! Helen had the SUV ready the next day for us to pick up. The GX460 is an amazing vehicle, the comfort and the technology is off the charts! Went down to buy used jaguar xkr. Beatrice was pleasant but not up on jags. Car had issues that a normal dealer would have corrected or just wholesaled car out. Customer service is non existent after sale as I still do not have even a current temporary plate to drive legally (been a month). They don't call and update--its 'oh well sorry to hear that'. I call but get runaround. This Lexus dealer takes your money and runs......so sad.

Soon after I sent over my information I was contacted by Mitch Shapiro. That was a Saturday and I bought the car that Monday. That is exactly how easy the buying process was. I was cheerfully welcomed from every single person that was there. I just felt comfortable. When it came to talking about numbers, Mitch did everything he could to get my payments exactly where I wanted them to be. He as awesome to say the least. Very friendly and just down to earth! I definitely will be buying my next car from Lexus of Atlantic city, and I have been telling everyone I work with and all of my family of this awesome experience.

I am a first time Lexus customer who has leased cars from a different manufacturer for many years. My current lease was due in another month so I was just shopping around. Met Helen Bitzberger at Lexus of AC in the showroom and she explained the different models available. I test drove two of the cars and settled on a ES350. Back at the office we negotiated a deal which she was able to get approval very quickly with no haggling. I signed the contract for the car and now ended up with two cars and only one driver. Our experience started with Ron Castorina, a solid straight talking man who sealed the deal even before we made our final decision. Thanks to the salesman, Ron, we had trust in the dealership from the start. We were given the facts of a lease, which was our only interest, and weren't barraged with conflicting information, which had been our experience at other luxury auto dealers that very week. One small glitch at the end, which could have stopped the deal in its tracks, but did not involve our salesman. We chalked the issue up to a miscommunication between sales and finance. Overall we are more than satisfied with how we were approached by the salesman, greeted by the sales and business manager and other folks in the showroom. If the service department matches the sales department we anticipate being customers for years to come.

On July 3 my son and I went to Lexus of Atlantic City to test drive and purchase a Lexus IS250. Michael made an appointment with Chuck Landherr and when we arrived we told him the exact car we wanted to test drive. We go out for a spin and there wasn't much conversation. He asked me if I wanted to know anything about the car and I told him I wanted to listen to his pitch/overview on the car and he said he didn't have one. I asked him what the mpg was and he answered "20 something depending on how you drive." I am not stupid, online it said 20 city / 27 highway. When we returned I asked him about the trade in on my Saab as I was looking for a number to then further negotiate for the car. Unfortunately his answer was "we have an appraiser to do that and everything comes down from the manager." OK, so you aren't going to give me a ball park. Upon leaving, he said, when you come back, we give good deals, wink. I don't think I will be coming back. I went to test drive a new 350ES this Saturday and purchased the car. Mitch Shapiro is one one the BEST salesman I have ever encountered. He was not your typical pushy salesmen. He was kind, funny and listened to what I had to say. I usually dread buying a new car because I don't want to deal with a pushy salesman. Mitch went over the entire car and made sure I knew everything about the car before I left and made sure to tell me several times if I had ANY questions about the car he would be there to help me any way he could. i found my experience to be a very positive one. Harry Grimley was my salesperson and applied no pressure what so ever in my making a decision. I said i wasn't going to buy the first time i met with Harry, that I was just looking. I said i would be back in a few days if i decided to buy. After leaving the dealership I shopped around and got a better price at another dealer and called Harry and told him, he met their price with no questions asked. I definitely would purchase another car from Lexus of Atlantic city. My first purchase at another Lexus dealer was not a very good one, I should have walked out instead of buying the car, The salesman made promises and when i went back, to have the problems corrected, I was told who told you things like scratches would be taken care of? I said the salesmen and was told well he doesn't work here anymore, so I was told you have to pay for them!!!

This is an activity that I never look forward to because it takes time, and even before getting out of my car there is typically a salesman in my face which really bothers me. My experience was different at Lexus of Atlantic City. I was not "hounded" or hovered over when I arrived. When I was ready, I engaged a salesman in conversation. He was not "pushy" and he was knowledgeable about the Lexus line of vehicles. When I decided to buy, everyone at the dealership was efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Last week my wife and I acquired our fourth Lexus RX. When one talks about the "Lexus Experience," this dealership exudes this idea. We have dealt with Helen Bitzberger for the second time now, and we were treated so well with the utmost respect and attention to our needs. The transaction was very smooth and included a personal interaction with the general manager. The fact that we are repeat customers was taken into account. The first time I ever went to the dealership was a great experience, and has continued through to car number four. One is treated in a way that you just don't find at other dealers. It is refreshing to be given the facts, figures, and options up front without having your sales person running back and forth to get permission to work the "deal.." We left our EZ pass in the other vehicle by accident, and they immediately mailed it to us. Tags are in the mail to save us another trip. We live an hour away, but worth the drive to get one of the best vehicles made that is sold by the best dealership from which I have acquired a vehicle. They take care of you after the purchase as well. The service department is outstanding. Helen has contacted me since the purchase to ensure everything is fine and has taken care of a couple of incidentals for me as well. They have a lifetime customer!!!!

After months of shopping on-line and visiting a few dealerships, I found a 2007 Lexus ES350 at AC Lexus. Received an immediate response back from Mitch Shapiro confirming the car was still available. We set up a time on Friday afternoon to visit and test drive. Mitch was very patient, allowed us ample time to drive the ES350, even allowed us to test the braking in an empty parking lot. I found dealing with Mitch and Sales Manager Tony to be one of the easiest car negotiations I've ever experienced. We quickly decided on the price and terms and made arrangements to pick up the car on Saturday. They had it detailed and ready for pick-up, Mitch helped us set the phone and other settings, basically treated us like we were buying a brand new vehicle. When the tags and registration came in by Tuesday, Mitch offered to drive to our house and affix the plates - which he did. Great experience on my first time purchase of a Lexus and dealing with AC Lexus. Would go back and have already suggested friends consider this dealer on their next purchase. Even received a nice thank you from the dealer on our purchase.

In a prior life, I purchased a vehicle from Brandon and the experience was great. His follow-up via phone and email answered all of my questions. He could not have been more accommodating throughout the sales process. Leasing a new vehicle there had no interaction with Customer Service and there was no work done, therefore, I rated those categories N/A. The Finance manager was excellent; had me in and out in a matter of minutes, far less time than other dealers. However, the reason I rated my overall experience Good and not Great was the fact the Sales Manager needs to brush up on his Sales etiquette. The General Manager was also very interactive; making us feel welcome at their dealership.I will purchase again from this dealership.I am looking forward to interacting with their Service Department; word on the street is that it is excellent.

He greeted us with a warm welcome and because he was busy helping another customer immediately turned us over to Harry. Keep in mind that my fiance wanted to test drive the car again and check it out for about an hour. Everybody was friendly and willing to help us out as we made our decision. When I and my husband exited our vehicle, Salesman, Branden Franco was right there to greet us with a handshake and a smile. We entered the showroom which was impeccable. We already knew what vehicle we wanted since we used their great website to make our choice. Branden had great knowledge of how all the gadgets and safety features worked on the 2011 Lexus. We had already been pre-approval from a bank however, he suggested that we try and seek financing through the banks that they use, and boy was he right our interest rate drop 4%. While we waited we enjoyed a cappuccino and great conversation. It took us about 3 hours and we were out the door. I must say that everyone was very friendly, even those who were not working with us directly stopped to say hello. This is a wonderful dealership to purchase a Lexus. My 2011 Lexus is in top of the line condition and has a 3 year warranty. I am so happy thanks Branden!

EVERYONE we dealt with was great. None of the games we found dealing with other dealerships. They work with you and give you a good price with out all the haggling we found at other places. Everyone was very nice to deal with and friendly from the service tech, sales person to the manager - everyone took their time to make sure we were helped even if it was not directly their job. The pricing and paper work was done correctly and straight forward. ( we had purchased at other places in the past where they made major pricing errors and the price sheet was convoluted). If you are from out-of-state like me (Maryland), Id exercise extreme caution when considering a car from this dealership. I fell in love with a limited edition, older model Lexus RX350 on Lexus of AC's website. I immediately PLACED A DEPOSIT on the vehicle, had my credit union overnight a check to me and had, what seemed like constant/daily communication with a seemingly friendly saleswoman -Helen. On the big day, with a car full of excited family members and nearly 3 hours into our drive, I received a call from Tony Lobello (sales manager) notifying me that there was a computer mishap and somehow my car was accidentally sold to someone else. I called Helen and she confirmed the news. Was there really a mishap or did someone offer more money for MY car? Does it even matter? I was heartbroken, and quite honestly, I cried. 15 minutes away from Lexus of ACs dealership, I had to turn my car around and head back home to Maryland. The next business day, I fully expected the lets make this right phone call from Lexus of AC , but it never came. This is pretty shocking considering I still held a check made out to their dealership ready to just hand over to them. At the end of day, I left a voicemail for the General Manager (Ed Sunday). He never returned my call, but most likely forwarded my information to Tony Lobello. Tony called me the next day and after a rocky start to our call, Tony agreed that Lexus of AC had failed me, that I should be compensated appropriately and that hed come through with a newer car at the same price point. He asked me for my exact car requirements, asked me to give him through the weekend and promised to have something worth the inconvenience for me soon. And so I patiently waited. That was on November 19th. As of today, 12/14 , Tony has never called me back. Lexus of AC still has my original deposit for the car they sold someone else still on my credit card. Needless to say folks, Id look elsewhere. Nightmare.

AC Lexus is fifty miles from my hometown and I must say the distance was not an issue. Stooped in to talk about purchasing a vehicle. I was told they didn't have the color combo I wanted this was a wednesday.Chuck told me he could have it in a day. Called the next day told me the car was in i said great. He told me he was off friday but would be in saturday. I told him great would see him saturday morning at 11am keep in mind I was driving 45 minutes to get there.Called twice friday to ask a few questions no one could answer. I called saturday morning 9am and told him I would be there at 11am as scheduled.When we pulled up another salesman was pulling car up removing plastic cover from seat. I said that's the car they brought in for us. Told Chuck and his response was lets give it a few minutes. Meanwhile they let someone test drive it. 10 minutes later the people went into the other salesmans office I said to Chuck shouldn't you say something his response was lets not draw attention to the vehicle. He knew I was stewing next thing you know they signed the paperwork and sold the car on us. Chucks response to my question the second time about why he didn't say anything was it wasn't the Christian thing to do. It was ok to screw us out of the deal but not ok to tell the other people it was sold. Right from the beginning Chuck told me he wouldn't play games well you scrwed us thanks. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. Even the manager said no big deal we can get you another car Thanks guys great service. Have moved on and bought elsewhere.

My wife and I stopped by the dealership to check out the new models and to see what kind of a deal we could put together. I was greeted by Harry, who is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. He asked some basic questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. As a current Lexus owner, I already had a specific vehicle and options in mind.I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and comfortable the process was. No 'Dog and Pony Show' going back and forth every 5 minutes with the proverbial 'were do we need to be?'. We were specific on what options and colors we needed on the vehicle, monthly and down payment amounts. Rob and Harry presented a straight deal. The numbers were in the ball park, and we were comfortable with the deal. It was not a vehicle that was currently in inventory, but they were confident that the correct vehicle would be located.Harry was excellent in communicating when the vehicle would be ready for delivery, and the process was seamless.I must also mention that Mike really took the time to go over all the different options available. He really knows the technology side of the vehicle, but also offered some interesting information on some of the design changes over previous models.Everyone did a great job, we enjoyed the experience and are enjoying the ES350 even more. The service department has always been accommodating. When we bring our cars in for maintenance, we feel confident that we are getting the best service. We were looking for a 2009 Lexus 350 with a navigation system. I found one on line , called and spoke to Vincent . He immediately went out and looked to see if the car was what we were looking for . We made an appointment for the next day. Vincent was waiting for us and had the car ready for us to take it on a test drive. He had all the figures ready for us. After we decided to buy it we were introduced to Peter who handled all of the paperwork for us and called the insurance company so we could drive it home that night. We test drove two different pre-owned Lexus cars and decided that the RX 350 was also perfect for me. A few hours later, we returned and I test drove another RX 350 and I was sold!!!! My daughter purchased a brand new RX 350 and she was so thrilled with her new car and with her experience at Lexus of Atlantic City, we decided to pay them a visit. (We live an hour away.) She was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as this is a large and exciting purchase. Each employee made me feel like a valued member of the Lexus of Atlantic City family. Scott Harvey, the General Manager, went the extra mile to make us feel special as well. He told us the Lexus experience would be like no other and he was correct! Wow!!! We were so impressed with my new Lexus and this experience, we ended up purchasing three RX 350's in the month of May within our family. I was a little worried about some negative postings I had read, until I found out that they were written by a former disgruntled employee, I decided on leasing a new LS.Wow, what a car, Helen was great, really knows the car inside and out. I had been using Lexus of AC's Service Dept. on a used Lexus I had purchased. I got a great number for my trade and decided to buy my dream car. I priced them with 3 other dealers and they did beat the best price I got by $35.00 per month. That doesn't sound like alot but it adds up. When I took delivery it was raining, so they gave me a free detail, and a week later I came back in and they did a perfect job. The car was SPOTLESS. I also go EVERY saturday for my free carwash. How do you top that. I go in for my coffee and 20 minutes later my car is spotless, and they do the interior and exterior. This place is amazing Thank you Helen, Naz, and everyone that helps keep me on the road.

I have purchased 5 cars from Lexus of AC and I swear it just gets better each time I go. To say that they treat me like family is an understatement. Bob was great, and the new GS 350 is the new Ultimate Driving Machine.very professional, and my car was Spotless when I picked it up. I cant say that about all the dealers I have dealt with. I spilled some soda all over the front of my car 2 days after I purchased it. When I brought it back, not only did they get all the stains out, they didn't even charge me. Great service and detail dept. the local shop wanted $100 to get them out. Thanks again, I'm glad I saw that billboard that read how do you like me now. With the GS. Well, I do like this dealership very much and love my car even more. Very clever billboard, by the way, brilliant. Lexus is finally pushing the limits of what luxury cars should be.

The sales experience was excellant. My husband and I were not at all sure what make of car we were interested in, and therefore we wanted to shop around various dealerships and test drive various cars. Barry and the sales manager were very patient with us, as we came back 3 times (and again test drove the car)before we finally made our decision. All times , they expressed confidence in their product and price, while giving us the space we needed to make our decision. In the end, they gave us the final push (nicely) we needed to close the deal.

The entire experience was truly a pleasure. They replaced the defective panel, drove us to a diner while doing the necessary work, picked us up at the diner and returned us to the repair shop. Every one was friendly towards us.
