Robert James followed up immediately after my first unannounced visit on an afternoon that exceeded 110 degrees. He treated me with respect and endured the heat to show me some interiors and answer questions. I told him I would be ready in about two months. Six weeks later, I was on the way to initiate conversion of some cash and to visit dealerships closer to that location. As I headed for the door, Robert called. I bypassed the other dealerships to reach Lexus of Chandler that afternoon. Robert showed me everything he could; I drove several models, including a competing brand, did more research, and returned to buy a new 2016 Lexus RX 250 instead of a used one to replace my beloved 10-year old BMW X5. Near the end of the production year, only a few choices were left and Robert delivered the best options for the best price. There were no games played, no preventing me from taking the time I needed to decide. I trusted Robert's word and he was very helpful. My only caution is not to finalize your decision on a Saturday afternoon when one of the finance agents is on vacation and there is no plan B. It isn't fair to the sales person or to his customer. I am pleased with my purchase, still learning how to operate all the systems and goodies and have driven it nearly 2,000 miles. It is an elegant car.

I have now owned my Lexus for 8 1/2 months. I recently took it on a road trip to San Diego, it rides very smooth, takes curves well and only took I tank of gas to get there!! and it's cute!! I only have 4,700 miles, but when I returned it was very dirty...bugs and all, so I called Lexus to see if I could get my 5,000 maintenance a little early, they said yes with no problem, I also wanted it detailed...bugs and road dirt and a few scratches out...also said yes, I had an appointment for the next day!! that was great, I arrived, was greeted professionally and nicely, which is a plus, I was given a very nice larger model Lexus to get home and my car was ready when promised, the next day. Work done, car clean, in and out in less than 20 minutes, can't ask for more than that, my service person was "Dax" professional and friendly, waiting area is clean and comfortable, cashier was pIeasant and professional, I will continue to bring my car back for whatever it needs! Thanks!

Just had my car serviced. As a first time customer in Chandler, the only complaint I have is that my car was not treated with pride. Yes, service was good but the inside of my vehicle had so much shoe scuff marks inside. At the drivers seat. Also when the vehicle was returned, the used plastic on the drivers seat and number placard was left behind. And the interior of my car was not vacuumed and wiped down. Maybe I have high expectations since my car was always given interior care from my former dealer in CO.

I brought my 2013 IS250 to Chandler Lexus recently for regular servicing and some warranty work; this was my first time to a Lexus dealership. My service consultant, Daniel Morales, was very thorough and knowledgeable in handling the work. All work was performed perfectly, and it was clear to me that they wanted to do the work to my satisfaction. The dealership is reaching out to Lexus to see if one outstanding item can be handled by the manufacturer. My experience was entirely satisfying and I will go back to Chandler Lexus for future services. As a bonus, the loaner car I got, which is a car I never thought would be a good fit for for me (ES350), was extremely nice and comfortable.

After 3 failed attempts at another valley Lexus dealer we finally drove over to Lexus of Chandler to see if they could find out what the noise problem was in the rear of our RX 350. After a test drive we were offered a loaner vehicle and sent on our way. The following day our vehicle was ready and the problem had been found and FIXED! A completely different experience than the other Lexus dealership and convinced us that all of our dealings with Lexus whether buying a new vehicle or service will only be at Lexus of Chandler. I had been looking for a used Lexus for some time. My son lives in Phoenix and searched the area and discovered Lexus of Chandler. He had chosen a nice 2014 Premium model but it had sold by the time I was able to fly down from Montana to drive it back. So drove a base model Gx 460. It was perfect missing heated seats but was a dream car just the same. Tristan our sales associate was extremely helpful in making this happen. He spent a lot of time showing me all the features of this SUV. All the staff was very courteous and polite as well as helpful getting this deal done. We were exptremely pleased with our leasing experience with Chander Lexus. Just bought my second Lexus from Lexus of Chandler. Loved the first one and traded it for one 10 years newer. Sam Strok was wonderful. We had identified several preowned cars on line and Sam had them ready for us to test drive. He patiently walked us through all the new features on the 2013 ES300h that we eventually bought. He even helped us set up the automatic garage door opener at our house! How great is that? Sam and the staff in the office helped us complete the financing and drive away the same afternoon we came in. I look forward to another 10 years of having my "new" Lexus serviced at Lexus of Chandler. They have always been great.

I just traded in my RX450 to get a new RC350 as a lease. Brian Mahony was extremely helpful and honest. He has been my salesperson since 2013 when I got my RX450. I have never had a bad experience here. My positives are:- The facility - very nice and accommodating, fresh coffee, nice sitting area, clean- Sales people: Brian is phenomenal. Very helpful, professional and worked with me on discounts. He even came in on his day off to help me. Even though I test drove this model, he made sure that I also test drove the car that I was buying to make sure everything was good.- Finance people - Raad Thomasian was extremely helpful and did not try to force any options on me. He was also my finance person for my first car.So overall this is the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. :)

NEVER TAKE YOU CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!! I have been Lexus owner for 14 years and have bought 5 Lexus for business and personal use in these 14 years. Lexus make Great Cars. I have tried using Lexus of chandler for service form time to time as I live in chandler and I regret it every time. This time take the cake. My 2001 GS300 is not used regularly as its my 5th car in a family of 2 drivers but it drains the battery dead within a week of just being parked. So I sent my nephew to 11:00 am appointment to get the Oil changes and find why was the battery going dead. After 30 min he returns with a loaner car and informs me that the service manager wanted authorization for $200 to diagnose the Battery Problem. I called the service adviser to inquire and I got a 15 minute lecture that it was normal for the battery to drain dead in a week and how stupid people going on vacation tell neighbor to start the car every week to keep the battery from discharging which only discharges the battery as the charger dose not start charging until 15 min after start. Impressed with his vast knowledge I wanted him to just find my cars idle current draw and tell me the normal idle draw so I can make me my decision what to do next. He proceeded to give me another 10 min lecture how the tech has to hook up to test equipment and runs complete diagnosis that will cost me $200. At this time I interrupter and asked if he exactly knew how to find the idle current draw and to my surprise at his honest answer NO. After informing him that it takes only 5 seconds, I wanted him to find the current draw and the Normal Draw and get back to me. Without any response I call him back at 3:30 PM to ask the status he informed me that the current draw on my car was 450 mA compare to normal draw should be 40 mA and proceeded to inform that the technician had to wait for 45 min to find the idle current draw. Upon inquiring my options I was informed that it would cost me $60 for work done $60 to change oil and $200 to find the battery problem. When I informed that I wan not interested in any other service, He promptly informed me that he will not be washing my car and have it ready when I got there. I was at the shop 30 min later; my car or the bill was not ready. I took the time to stop and talk to the service manager and narrated the exact story above and his response was SO - What did you expect!. This is not the END. After 30 min of wait the service adviser came to me and told me accusingly that I did not have to pay as the paper work was not ready and it will take him more time. I insisted on paying for the service but it did not even register. After another 10 min or so he comes with my car and informs me that he had to jump start my car and I should not stop the engine as the car will not start and take my car home! Obviously on my way back I stopped at another service shop with ASE certified technician without any appointment. They took 15 min charged $29.00 to informed me the battery terminal was left lose the battery was perfectly working, the fault was in battery changing system that was drawing 410 mA when ideal. I have never written a review before but felt obligated to contribute. I wanted to give you the full story to make your own conclusion and what to expect! Another observation: All the reviews about this dealership without any substance have 5 stars and anyone with actual experience documented has 1 to 2 stars nothing in between. Yet the average rating is above 4.0 shocking This is true: Pursuit of Perfection

We went to Lexus of Chandler after my husband & I did some homework on Make & Models of cars he was thinking about buying. Our neighbor & friend of over 20 yrs. owns a Chevy Dealership & with every car we bought from him (3) he always gave us an unbelievable deal. For my husband's retirement he decided he wanted a car! My husband was so impressed with Kelly. The way she approached us & showed us the model we were interested in, my husband decided to PAY IT FORWARD. We knew what we could do with pricing & extras. I could tell how impressed my husband was when he decided to go with the car he was interested without going to another Lexus Dealer. He liked Kelly Liston & that was it! Originally went in to look at 2010 IS C 250, but also wanted to look at the CT 200 Hybrid. Robert was great to work with. We drove the convertible, both top up and down. Then we drove a new CT200. Ran numbers on both, and there was no pressure on me, I just needed to decide which car I wanted. I went with a new CT200 F-Sport and I am very happy.

Coming in to the dealership my advisor was out sick. No big deal, so Brett helped me. Here are the things i remember about the appointment. 1.) I asked if the annoying seat-belt indicator could be turned off or down in volume as it annoys the heck out of me. The service advisor proceeded to show me how my seat-belt worked as if I truly didn't know how my seat belt worked. Basically he took my question and used it as a reason to treat me like I was a moron. 2.) I asked about updating the mapping software in my Lexus RX and the advisor told me that they only do this once per year in November and its 189 dollars. Then he lifts up his cell phone, shakes it at me and says "this works just as good". So do you think I didn't know that before I dropped 4k on a navigation system. I was totally insulted, He basically implied I was stupid for buying a navigation system with my Lexus. Then when I asked him how long the appointment would take he said about 1.5 hours. I responded with "oh, i wasn't anticipating that as the lady on the phone last night said about 30 minutes." and he responded with "Nothing gets done in 30 minutes." As if I am supposed to know how long it takes to rotate tires. Lastly to top it all off, as I, my 8yr old son and wife walked out to the loaner car the kid pulling my vehicle around backed into my wife. The other kid who was doing the walk around stopped him and said "dude you need to be more careful", the kid driving the car said "dude the back up sensor didn't go off". I don't know about you but it scares me when the employees of a car dealership don't know how to operate cars. I did speak to the service manager at the dealership when I went to pick up my car and he offered my a free oil change. I think they must have thought I was poor and really didn't want my business.

After making an appointment to see the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan on a Friday morning I was met by the person that I made intenet appointment with and she handed me off to Sales Consultant Mike Wills. Mike handled our trade-in and purchase smoothly and without the stereotypical salesperson pressure. I feel I received a very fair tade-in value. I was in the market for a good used vehicle with low miles. I had my eyes set on a couple 2013 pre-owned Chevy Impala's that Lexus of Chandler had on their lot, visiting this dealer was a direct effect of shopping around online. I booked a appointment from Shannon to try out a couple of the Impalas and test drive.Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Shannon and then referred to my salesman, Robert James, upon being greeted they were extremely friendly. We went out to the lot and briefly scanned over a list of the pre owned cars. We found the Impalas I was looking at online, I decided to test drive the black Impala with LTZ trim. Unfortunately, I cannot afford a lexus, so the chevy workhorse will have to do :) The ride was smooth and strong, I like large sedans with a good engine, my previous car with a 2006 Nissan Altima with the V6 engine and leather trim, I'm spoiled by V6 power, I cannot drive a 4-banger!We went into his office to run some numbers, the initial price they were offering was AMAZING! I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to buying cars, the pricing was extremely consistent with the Kelly Bluebook and Truecar.com. I've never been to a dealership that offered straight up, no BS no haggle pricing! I slapped down my generous down payment and Mr. James immediately went to work and ran some numbers for me that was awesome. I bought the car there on the spot! The only part that took a long time was picking a bank to lend to me, I had a big down payment, not a big credit score, eventually they found a bank to step up for me. Again I was buying a chevy impala, not a lexus, my loan is probably 1/4 as much as a lexus loan. :) Not the dealers fault, no worries! Signed the paperwork, drove the car home that night. I realize a Impala isn't the most glamorous car, but wow, a lot of car for the money. V6 engine with 300 horsepower on tap, leather, bose sound system, all for under 20 grand (this is including tax, title, fees) 2013 model, low miles! Mr. James put me in a good reliable workhorse to haul me to and from work with a extremely affordable monthly payment. In a country dominated by foreign cars and reliable rides like Honda and Toyota, I would gladly trade out some fuel economy for a big powerful American car with some horsepower and attitude. I'm still averaging close to 30 MPG. Not bad at all! Thank you Lexus of Chandler for providing me with the best car purchasing experience I ever had, you are all amazing, maybe after a couple promotions at the job I'll come in and buy one of your Lexus's. :)

Wow, I don't know if all dealerships have evolved to this level of ease but Lexus of Chandler sure has it down. I haven't been in a dealership for years, mostly because I avoid them whenever possible. Lexus of Chandler has restored my faith in mankind. Mike Wills was the gentleman we met when we arrived after making an Internet appointment. I saw the car on cars.com Friday night and early Saturday morning I was still thinking about it. I found out they opened at 8:00 AM, so I sent an email inquiry. Within a few minutes I had a response and was chatting with someone from the dealership. Sales Consultant Mike Wills greeted us and handled our purchase smoothly and without the stereotypical salesperson pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with him and the finance manager. We were in and out of there in a very short amount of time.

Let the buyer beware! Nice dealership, nice people, GREAT ACTING! Bought a used vehicle from salesman Bill, he was an ok salesman but was not very knowledgeable or forthcoming about the vehicle being considered. He was masterful at skirting issues and giving assurances, one of which were necessarily accurate. When discussing the warranty on the vehicle he was very none committal finally relenting that it had a implied warranty. And it was said that the vehicle was in proper working order and had passed a many point safety inspection. In the short test drive the vehicles faults could not be discovered. It was understood that the vehicle had a 15 day, 500 mile return policy according to Arizona Law. When I returned the vehicle because it was making unusual sounds in the front end I was told that the shocks and struts were bad and they were not covered under this law. They said they would repair the vehicle for a little under $1000. I explained that I would not pay that price and in fact under Arizona Law I should not have to pay more than $25. After speaking with the sales manager Bernie Wahl a few times he told me it was not covered under the warranty but he would check into it. Later he called me and offered to fix the vehicle for $450. I than explained to him that I would rather take my chances with the Attorney Generals Office and he said that was fine. A little while later he called and we had further discussions and we settled on $200 for the repairs and I agreed because I am not capable of arguments and disagreements like this. I am a Senior Citizen, Veteran, and Disabled. I cannot believe they were more concerned with a few dollars than they should be with someone's safety. In conclusion, before you buy any used vehicle from them have it thoroughly checked out by another party as they have proven they cannot be trustworthy in the safety inspections or words.

I went into the dealership to look at a pre-owned Kia Sorento. I called to make an appointment and upon arrival, I was greeted by the person that I had talked to. However, I was handed off to a different salesperson (Brian) which I thought was strange. After Brian and I returned from the test drive, my trade was evaluated. Brian went to great lengths to demonstrate how aggressively his car was priced and how the dealership didn't use KBB or any other pricing methods to price their cars. Brian showed me a list of comparable cars available in the area to show how their car had the best price. After Brian presented me with the proposed deal, I informed him that I was looking a car that was not on his list of comparable cars in the area that had fewer miles, similar equipment and a lower price. I also informed Brian that the dealership offering that car offered me $4500 more for my trade. Brian went to the office and returned with a KBB assessment (?) of my trade and an increased offer on my trade which was still $1500 less than what was offered by other dealership. Not wanting to take less than I had been offered for my trade elsewhere, I left the dealership and purchased the other car. While wrapping up the deal at the other dealership, Brian called to say that Lexus of Chandler would match the offer on my trade made by the competing dealership. By then it was a little late. I honestly feel that Lexus of Chandler was not as objective as they could have been regarding my situation. With all of the car buying aids that are present on the internet, it should have been assumed that I knew the value of my trade. I actually preferred their car over the one that I bought, but I wasn't going to give up $1500 to get it.

AVOID THIS DEALER. Again, AVOID THIS DEALER. I purchased a late-model pre-owned luxury sedan with low miles. But if you think it was from a respectable & reputable dealership, GUESS AGAIN. My understanding was the vehicle Id purchased had NO issues whatsoever. NONE. However, once I drive the car off the lot & get it back home, what do I discover? DAMAGE. Plain and simple there is DAMAGE. On the underside of the front bumper. Its all cracked and sagging and WRECKED. Before I bought it, NO, I did NOT get down on the ground on all 4s to try & shimmy & wedge myself underneath the vehicle to inspect for structural damage. Is that what you NEED to do before you buy a used car at Lexus of Chandler?!? I mean, isnt THAT the kind of deceptive & unethical stuff that happens down on the used car lots on Van Buren Street or on Main Street in Mesa??? Is THAT the kind of dealership Lexus of Chandler is?!? In a word, YES. Because at Lexus of Chandler, I was sold a used vehicle that the general public would all agree was DAMAGED. Furthermore, it turns out that the dealer knew ALL about this damage, but deliberately neglected to inform ME about it. Thus, once I discovered the truth, my first day of ownership was NOT spent joy-riding around or otherwise showing off my new purchase. Instead, I went to COLLISION CENTERS to get estimates to repair the DAMAGE for parts, paint, & labor. For example, Lexus of Chandler itself uses the Penske Collision Center in South Scottsdale. Penske estimated the repair for the DAMAGE to my vehicle at over 10% of the total purchase price! Who wants to buy a used car only to find out that on top of all the other expenses, there is an additional 10% of the final purchase price -- waiting to be spent to repair secret DAMAGE?!? My car was NOT sold to me as a fixer-upper. It was NOT sold to me as mechanics special. It was NOT sold to me as a vehicle requiring any TLC. It was sold to me as a whole and totally complete vehicle in need of NOTHING. Thus I took the car back to Lexus of Chandler and informed the sales team of this. The first to deal with me was my actual salesman. I say deal with me because by this time, I didnt feel at ALL welcome at Lexus of Chandler I felt like Lexus of Chandler just wanted me to get off their lot -- & STAY off & not bother them with my problems. Thus it came as no surprise when my original salesman ended up SHOUTING at me outside in front of the showroom that Lexus of Chandler would NOT replace the damaged bumper. The salesman SHOUTED over & over & OVER again that Lexus of Chandler would NOT replace the front bumper. Like, good grief should Lexus of Chandler expect customers to stand outside in front of the show room and have their salesman SHOUT at them?!? UNREAL. Accordingly, I had no choice but to take this drama INSIDE -- into the showroom -- where sales director Bernie Wahl was located. Mr. Wahl admitted YES, he knew all about the vehicles condition prior to sale. But he insisted the damage was merely cosmetic. However, when I further pressed Mr. Wahl as to why this high-priced cosmetic damage had not been repaired prior to offering the vehicle for sale, Mr. Wahl basically stated the cost of the repair would have priced the vehicle outside of the profit margin desired by Lexus of Chandler. I can honestly say Lexus of Chandler is, without a doubt, the best automobile dealership I have ever encountered. Kelly Liston, my sales associate, went out of her way to follow up with me while not exerting the typical automobile sales pressure. I had researched specific vehicle prices in several states, and I was more than pleased with what I paid for my vehicle. My meeting with the dealership's business manager was brief and expedient. Finally, the dealership's follow through after the sale made me feel I made a good choice doing business with them. To those who are looking to buy a fabulous, high quality luxury car, new or pre- owned, you need to go to Lexus of Chandler. I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus IS 350 from these wonderful ladies and gentlemen. My car buying experience has changed ever since! I have never been treated so kindly at a car dealership before and they are not your typical high pressured salesmen. They don't treat you differently just because you are young or old, or what you show up wearing. They are very consistent about their professionalism and ask you what you are looking for, what your budget is and what they can do for you. I can personally say that I have been to all the Lexus dealerships here in Phoenix and Tucson looking for the perfect car, and this was the only dealership that did not look down on me because I wasn't buying brand new, (keep in mind, for those that treated me terribly at the other car dealerships, I still payed $30,000 for a "used" car when I could have bought a brand new one somewhere else). I personally was taken care of by Mark Purdy, who was very nice, easy to talk to, and really helped me get what I wanted. Mark was never pushy, condescending when I asked him questions and was always a pleasure to work with. Mark was also extremely patient with me and helped me understand all the details of my contract. He never once made me feel uncomfortable. The director of sales, Bernie Wahl was also pleasant and thanks to him as well, I was able to purchase my Lexus. I highly recommend coming here if you are interested in owning one because they really are superior cars compared to what is out there. I use to own an Infiniti, and it cannot be put on the same playing field as a Lexus. In addition, the customer service here is fantastic and I would ask for Mark Purdy to help you with your car buying needs. Even after my deal went down, he still was there for me when I had any questions or concerns!! I never once felt pushed off or ignored. I would also request to work with Robert James in services if you buy a car here. He is efficient and makes things go very smoothy as far as getting in and out of there for services. I normally do not write reviews often, but these guys at Lexus of Chandler have really impressed me as far as customer service goes. It's beyond excellent and outstanding!! I have two Lexus vehicles that I purchased new at the Chandler store. An IS250 in 2007 and a RX350 in 2011. Last week I made an appointment to bring the IS250 in on Monday for a regular oil change and possible front brakes as per my last service visit it was noted they were getting near end of life. Turns out the Friday before my appointment the battery up and died. Luckily I was at a gas station filling up so was able to get a jump to get the car running. Drove to the dealership and explained what happened and Danny Morales (my regular service advisor) was able to fit me in to replace the battery, do the oil service, do the brake job and also provide a loaner car, all without having an appointment. Danny is a really first rate guy to work with. I can honestly say that over the 6 years that I have been using Lexus of Chandler for both purchase and maintenance, they have been excellent. If you want to know what customer service is all about, this is the place. Much better than any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Danny.

I am writing this review after reading the review by WFL on June 7. His review was very critical of the recent service experience regarding tires. I happen to have the same sales person and service representative. My experience with Leon matches his - very good. However, my experience with Robert James has been much better, and there is, I believe, a logical reason for that. My vehicle purchase was about nineteen months ago. I have visited Lexus of Chandler several times for service and have always been well cared for, both by Leon and my service representative. My most recent visit was with Robert James as service adviser. However, prior to that, it had been Josh Harris. Josh recently left for a career change and I believe Robert replaced him. It so happens that Robert has a number of years in the auto industry, but as a sales associate, not a service representative. So, the long and short of it is that Robert is new in his position, probably brand new at the time of WFL's visit. I am not making excuses for Robert, but one can understand a little better how WFL's experience happened. My experience took place a couple of weeks later and Robert could not have been more accommodating. As with anyone who is new in a position, it takes some time to learn all the nuances and subtleties. Having explained some of the reasons for the unsatisfactory experience of WFL, I too have a criticism that will probably disappear as Robert gets more settled in. In the past, my service representative would sit with me before I settled the invoice and go over the repairs/service performed on my vehicle. During my latest visit that did not happen. There are comments on the service record, but that personal touch goes a long way toward an outstanding service experience. I am very happy and satisfied with Lexus of Chandler,their facility and personnel.

I've been going to Lexus of Chandler for about 9 years now and I've never had any issues with them. I've talked to Mike Wills before about getting a new Lexus and didn't feel pressured at all. Even though I eventually purchased the car else where he seemed reasonable and not an in your face type of car salesman. Most of my experience with this dealership is using their service department on the two Lexus RXs that I've owned. I used to go to Lexus of Scottsdale before Lexus of Chandler opened up and I wasn't thrilled with them so it was no surprised they eventually closed down. This dealership is very easy going, even the clients in the waiting room are mellow and many bring their laptops. They have always had the car ready when they said it would be ready so I never had to waste time waiting at the dealership. If it's a quick repair and you choose to stay, they have comfy coaches, tv with cable but also quite areas, wi-fi, drinks, cookies - all Free. This might not sound like much but when you are spending $300+ I never understood why some dealerships can't even offer you a glass of water instead of pointing you to a vending machine? Dax Wood has been my service consultant for years and he is Awesome. I call him up and he has ALWAYS been able to help me out even with small stuff over the phone or just had me bring in the car and fixed little issues on the spot. For scheduled maintenance I just call him and he can usually get me in that day and gets me a loaner car, usually another RX. They almost always wash my car when it's there and if it goes in for a recalled item they fill the tank up. The later was especially nice when gas prices were skyrocketing. A good example of their great customer service was when the battery on the car died one month after my warranty expired and the manager replaced it as a courtesy without a fuss. Long story short, this review has been long overdue and I appreciate the work Dax and his team have done..nothing but praise here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service.

My buying experience was wonderful, three weeks later I am in the service department and experience the worst customer service and treatment I have ever had at a dealership. brought my 3 week old Lexus ES 300h in to have a simple service performed. I had used your online tool to schedule the appointment and had included a very specific description of the work that needed to be accomplished. I had an appointment for 2:30 today 6/7 and was precisely on time. I was greeted immediately and asked if I had an appointment, which I did, and for the second time using your service department, I was not on the list. So I was asked for my service advisor who is Robert James. Robert James came out and asked what was needed. I explained that I had bought tires and rims that included factory TPMS calibrated to my car. They are balanced and filled with nitrogen and that I wanted them to essentially swap these new wheels that were in the back of my truck with the wheels that are on the car, double check to be sure that TPMS is set and working, and test drive so that all is good and without alignment issues. He asked if I was going to wait or just drop off. I replied it depended upon the how long the service would take and he said he was unsure of a technician availability. I said fine, we can unload the tires and I will drive my wife and baby grand daughter home and await his call. He's asked for best number and I gave it to him. An assistant came out and asked Robert what he could do and Robert explained to him in specific detail what was to be accomplished> I commented that I couldn't have repeated it better myself. He told him my car needed to moved forward such that my truck could be brought around back to unload the new wheels. Robert then said it would take him a moment to do the paperwork and I should wait in my truck. Twenty Five minutes go by while I am still standing in the drop off area and I have not seen Robert at all. Other Service Managers come and go dealing with drop offs. Finally, Leon Rios, who was my salesman, comes out to apologize and gives me this long story about how a week ago Lexus Of Chandler was liable for an accident with after market wheels because they were allegedly the last ones to touch the car. Leon informed me that the Service Department can no longer install aftermarket wheels. I am now literally hot, as it is 115 degrees, and waiting, as Robert had asked, to stand outside by my truck. That he, Leon as in my previous experience said he was prepared to make it right and will take care of my car. That he will see it gets done. That he will be sure that I am happy with my new car. He is ready to assist and will take care of the situation, but that the wheels needed to be done somewhere else. I agreed provided that my same goal was met, that Lexus checks it out and ensure the car is ok. I am now livid!! Not because you won't put the wheels on my car, but because my service manager, wasted my time in the hot sun waiting to pass me off to my sales associate to give me the news. If he can't explain to me something as simple as "we cannot install aftermarket tires, try Discount Tires", how can I trust him when I have more serious issues? I would have gladly accepted his sincere appology and directness, company policy doesn't permit his shop to install aftermarket product. I would have gone to Discount Tires and paid the fee (as I would have Lexus) for swapping the tires and I still would have brought it back to Lexus of Chandler to be sure the TPMS was set and that everything else was still good with the Vehicle. After all, I brought it there in the first place for the same reason, to be sure my Lexus is correctly treated consistently. I need a service shop I can trust as we shall have a long time relationship. I have had my car 3 weeks. We have had 2 extremely poor service experience with Robert in that time. Had a great experience with my salesman, Hani Elhori. Went to the dealership for their special sale two weeks ago, knowing pretty much what I wanted. Hani showed me several cars to chose from. I chose one and then customized it with the accessories I wanted. This was a Saturday ... the following Monday, the car was ready and I picked it up. A week later there were a couple of dashboard items I wanted adjusted to my taste and Hani took care of that. A few days after that, I called Hani for some over-the-phone directions and he did that, too. This is my fourth car from this dealership and I'm sure it won't be my last. I always get my cars serviced here ... appreciate the loaners so I don't have to wait at the dealership.

We purchased a very low miles like new 2006 Buick Lacrosse from them. Very pleasant to deal with and smooth transaction. We were especially pleased when they offered to refinish the bi pillars areas between the doors that had deteriorated from what looked like sun exposure at no charge. They even provided a no charge loaner for 3 days while the work was being done. I did think the paperwork process was quite lenghty though. Must have required 20 signatures for a cash purchase.

I was using another dealership for service until 6 months or so I I decided to try the service at Chandler Lexus. Needless to say I was very impressed with the quality of service received and returned for the second time just recentley. My Service Advisor Daniel Morales provided excellent advice and service in assessing the problems with the car and recommending solutions. He is probably one of the reasons I chose to return to this dealership after my first visit. He has been fair and honest in addressing my concerns. I expect I will continue to be a customer as long as I own a Lexus vehicle.

He brings me around to the bumper of the car where there was obviously OLD damage/rip to the bumper near the light on the rear right of the car. To appease me, they were willing to fix the bumper telling me that it would NOT show up on Carfax....when in fact any time a panel is replaced on a car, it DOES appear on Carfax. Their characters were shady and aggressive. Luckily, I had also been eyeing essentially the same car (but for a few more miles) at Chandler Lexus. I calledChandler Lexus up and asked them to get the car ready, and I bailed on Bell Lexus and went to Chandler where the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ENTIRE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL....both with the online communication and in-person at the dealership. After having a bad experience at another Lexus dealership I was advised by a friend to visit Lexus of Chandler. I must admit my bad experience made me a little skeptical of Lexus. We told her what our budget was and what type of payments we were looking to make. Believe it or not but the first car she showed us was perfect. I've always wanted the make and color. I shopped 4 Lexus Dealers for price on a new RX350. Kim Goodman of the Internet Dept. was first to help me online and by phone. Very Pleasant, courteous, professional. The I spoke with Shannon Krest of the Internet Dept. who was also very courteous and professional. Then when I got a great price from each of them, I went to the dealership. I was introduced to Salesman Robert James, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and also very professional. When he first left to get the computer printout on my phone quoted price. This was my 3rd Lexus new vehicle purchase and was the worst sales experience I've ever encountered. There are many reasons I had to rate this dealer as Very Bad in Customer Service, Quality of Work, Overall Experience, and Price. The sales process took over 5 hours to complete. This is after we spent almost 4 hours the previous day at this dealership already. They were never able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted either. Although the sales consultants were friendly, the overall experience was horrible and there is no excuse for the problems I had during the sales experience and the unresolved issues that are still outstanding. I was supposed to get a check back from the proceeds of our trade-in vehicle and it took them over two and a half weeks to get this back to me. Our old bank mailed out the title promptly on February 6 and it came from CA. so the mail time and processing time on Lexus of Chandler's end shouldn't have taken two and a half weeks. When the check finally was ready, I was told I'd have to go to their corporate offices in north Scottsdale to pick it up instead of being able to pick it up at the dealership in Chandler which is much closer to our home and a lot more convenient for me. They also told us during the sales process we'd be able to pick up the check directly at the dealership as well, so driving almost 60 miles round trip to north Scottsdale was another major inconvenience and another example of absolutely horrible customer service and unkept promises that the dealership made. Unfortunately, that isn't even close to being the biggest problem I had and the following issues are unresolved problems that Lexus of Chandler needs to resolve for their customer. The sales person input the difference I was getting back on the trade into their sales system incorreclty, so I was quoted an incorrect payment and price as well. When my husband inquired about this, they then realized their mistake and the numbers ended up increasing from what you had quoted me. If we hadn't inquired about this, I would of ended up losing the trade in difference and not have gotten it back in a seperate check like I wanted as the sales consultants had no clue on this and clearly didn't listen to what we wanted to do. I had specifically advised Leon right away and up front that I wanted the remaining funds from the trade in to be left out of the deal completely and for us to receive the difference back sepearately, so them not having the numbers right in the system is inexcusable. We should of walked out of the dealership at that point and taken our business to a competing dealership as the numbers weren't close to what I had been quoted but I already had a lot of time and energy invested and at that point just wanted to get the sale completed. They also tried to double charge us for rims/wheels on the vehicle. We purchased upgraded rims and when my husband inquired as to why the $568 for the alloy wheels/rims that we weren't even buying was still being calculated into the sales price, Robert told us they couldn't remove that from the price. We asked to speak to the manager and after about 30 minutes of us sitting at his desk waiting, he came back and told us they wouldn't remove the charge for this and would just give us the rims. We told them this was unacceptable as we had no use for 4 extra rims and that we wanted to speak to the sales manager right away in person about this. Again, after waiting and wasting another 30 minutes, the sales manager finally came over and asked us how we were doing. I told him not very good and that we were about to take leave and he then finally told me that they would take out the duplicate charge for the rims. I asked him why we had to waste an hour of our time and frustrate us as their customers even more for absolutely no reason as you can't double charge a customer for something they aren't even buying and he only apologized and said it was month end and they were very busy. Also, offering to give us the rims and still charge us for them isn't how issues like this should be resolved and I can't believe they even attempted to do this. Who has use for extra rims on a car? It makes absolutely no sense. Why they couldn't of done the right thing right away and removed the charge is beyond me. Another unresolved problem is that we were supposed to be charged the dealer invoice on this as purchase and they ended up charging us the whole amount for the window tint and the LDA charge. When my husband inquired about this to the sales consultant, he told us they wouldn't reduce these charges to cost. This makes absolutely no sense and isn't right because they supposedly charged us dealer cost for the entire vehicle, including the after market rims/wheels that we bought, so him telling us this couldn't be done, was a flat our refusal on their end to honor their commitment and promises to us. At that point, we were exhausted and very tired and just wanted to get the process over with and go home as they made it such a bad experience over the many hours we were there. We then had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the finance manager to be ready for us and he then had no idea how to handle the funds we were due back from the trade-in and had to call someone to walk him through how to input it in the system. It was completely ridiculous that another finance manager wasn't there at month end when it's one of the busiest sales times. We also ended up waiting for Leon when we arrived at the dealership for way too long until he handed us off to Robert. They clearly didn't have enough staff available at month end to handle the customers and it wasn't organized very well at all. I'd like someone to contact me back regarding the unresolved issues we have.

After visiting several dealerships in an effort to find a good used vehicle we happened to stop by Lexus of Chandler. We were immediately greeted by Dave Martell and when he didn't have the older model RX300 that I was hoping to find, he took the time to show us several others that he thought we might like. Sure enough, there was a Volvo that more than fit our needs. We had never purchased a Volvo and Dave took so much time answering questions and making sure that we were comfortable. The car was priced higher than what we wanted to spend and he worked hard to get it to where we were willing to make the purchase. We have already recommended him to a friend who is planning on buying in the next few weeks and would go back to him in the future for any vehicle that we want to purchase. He is friendly and positive without any of the usual pushy and aggressive "car salesman" behavior...what a refreshing find! Dave and the entire staff were so friendly and professional that I can't imagine buying from any other dealership going forward. Danny has been helpful and caring in meeting my service needs since Chandler opened. As an older woman, it is frightening to deal with the thought of a new car. Danny who I have a wonderful relationship with turned me over to Mike. Mike took all the fear and angst out of buying a car. Any reservation I had was quickly dispelled. All my requests were met. It was fair, smooth, and I was not talked or pressured into anything I didn't want. As yet, I haven't picked up my car, but Mike promised to teach me everything on my fully loaded, gadget rich new car. I feel very secure in dealing with this agency. I bought my GS350 at Lexus of Chandler and was very satisfied with the selection and the price. It took me over 6 months to research the price and the model I wanted. I absolutely got the best price around and the exact specs on the model I wanted. But the service is the really outstanding thing about Lexus of Chandler especially my personal advisor, Danny Morales. He listens so well and then goes above and beyond exceeding my expectations! He is always so courteous and caring. He is a great asset to Lexus. I know I pay a little more for oil changes, etc. but it is well worth it being treated so well and having my GS350 treated so well too. I shopped around for specific high performance tires that were not noisy. Rachel of the parts department found them for me and the price was extremely competitive to the other tire stores I researched. I knew that Lexus of Chandler through Danny Morales would get them on time and install them correctly.I usually don't fill out these surveys but I just really wanted to give praise and a generous thank you to Danny Morales and the entire team from Lexus of Chandler for making the car experience so wonderful and painless.

After having visited a number of Lexus dealerships in California, I'd almost given up on trying to purchased a used vehicle from one. After spending some time looking at dealerships further away from where I live, I ran across the Lexus of Chandler dealership and gave a call to make some inquiries. I was directed to Joe and I have to say that my opinion of Lexus dealers had changed from that point on. Joe was very informative and helpful in making sure I knew as much about the car and the potential deal as possible since he was aware that I lived out of state.The dealership itself completely amazed me when I arrived. I immediately noticed how clean the premises was and how friendly the other dealers were as I waited, only briefly, for Joe to greet me. This dealership was, by far, above all the other Lexus dealerships I'd been to before. The atmosphere was much more friendly than the others as well. I'd brought along my roommates for the trip, to whom Joe showed a great deal of hospitality.As far as the actual deal, it was quick and painless. Since all the numbers were gone over with me over the phone, there was very little to go over other than the necessary paperwork.

I visited 3 other dealerships (Lexus and non Lexus) and couldn't figure how why it was so hard to get a straight up price on a new car. I can't think of anything I enjoy less than spending my day feeling like I'm getting ripped off, pressured to buy expensive add-on's I don't even want. I decided to go to Lexus of Chandler because they offer a 60-minute express checkout - how cool is that? I met Anthony Valenti, found the car I wanted and he hustled to complete the process ("booked", I think he called it!). At the end of 60 minutes, I was waiting on the car to be washed. No haggling, no hassle, outstanding! Have already referred him to others.

As a woman I usually dread buying a car because most auto sales people try to smooth talk you, talk down to you, and/or try to tell you what you need and/or want instead of listening to you. Lisa Neforas and the rest of the staff did the exact opposite making this a very enjoyable experience. Lisa was extremely professional, helpful and patient. Anthony and Farad were very professional and efficient in the manner in which they assisted me. Anthony clearly explained to what my options were. He showed me how everything worked inside the car. He also explained to me what my options were, including the price of the car. Farad, worked with the Finance Company and got me approved. The result, I acquired the 2011 Lexus RX350. After the deal was closed, due to a travel conflict, I was unable to take delivery of my vehicle. Anthony volunteered to graciously deliver the vehicle directly to my house. Each time I have my SUV maintained at Lexus of Chandler the service is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and professional, the estimated cost is accurate, and the vehicle is finished when promised. Wills was professional throughout the process, helping with a color selection, answering several of our questions about the automobile, and made us feel comfortable with the selection that we made. The first contact by Ms Goodman demonstrated her conviction that I would deal with her and Lexus of Chandler. She immediately came up with a price that met all my requirements. We were greeted warmly by her and she turned us over to Mr Valenti who from there demonstrated the details of the car. Within a few minutes I received a fair proposal on my trade in. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made on new automobile. Because of medical circumstances across town (45 miles away) and the fact I forgot my registration on thew trade in as well as my check book both the salesman and the finance officer set it up that we could take the new car and get to our appointment. The next day we returned and completed all the required details.

Since our car was 7 years old and had 160,000 miles we felt it was time to seek out a new vehicle. My husband first searched on line for recommendations and then we began visiting various dealerships. The Lexus of Chandler dealership was the first one we visited and were impressed with the cars, dealership and friendliness of the people. All of the personnel seemed friendly and appeared to enjoy working at Lexus of Chandler. After visiting other dealerships we returned to Lexus of Chandler to take another look at the RX 350. Our salesperson was Lisa who we found to be friendly, positive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated that she was in no way pushy or aggressive. She was not hurried but explained all of the features of the car. We were impressed that Lisa clearly explained and demonstrated the various features of the RX 350. After purchasing the car she suggested we return if we had other questions. She also called us a couple of days later for a follow up to our purchased and reminded us to return to the dealership if we had any additional questions. We could not have desired a more pleasant car buying experience that what we received with Lisa and Lexus of Chandler.

After visiting 5 other dealerships in the area (in the 110 degree heat), we reluctently decided to stop by the Lexus dealership on our way home to see if there was even a chance of getting a good deal on a used RX350. We fell in love with a beautiful 2008 model and made an offer. Dave didn't give us the usual "you must be crazy" look and then counter-offer with only a $500 discount. Instead, he came back with an offer that was VERY reasonable. It was so reasonable, in fact, that we accepted that offer and were done negotiating in 10 mins or less! We loved Dave's personality and especially loved the fact that we didn't have to spend all day negotiating a deal for our new car. We also worked with a gentleman named Raad, who handled all our paperwork. We felt reassured by his expertise, as well. He was very helpful in deciding whether or not to purchase any extras and we didn't feel pressured at all. While completing the documents, Dave took our new car back to the service department and had it detailed. It was already gorgeous before that, but it really sparkled afterwards. Dave then took the time to show us how to work all the bells and whistles on our car and made sure we knew who to contact when it came time to schedule service.It's been three days and I love my new car more every day and will definitely return to Lexus of Chandler when we need service or when it comes time to replace our other car. Thanks to Dave, Raad, and the guys who detailed our car on Saturday; you made our buying experience a very pleasant one!

I have had several BAD experiences with purchasing vehicles in the past...salesmen can be pushy and manipulative. This time was very different. I started with internet inquiries with several dealerships and that was very painless. I am very selective in what I want in a vehicle...I stayed with the internet sales people that were the most helpful and prompt in their replies. Jessica was great!I first went in to another Lexus dealership (which was closer to my home) and was promptly treated like a "dumb blonde" by an arrogant impatient salesman...when the $$$ was discussed I was told very different numbers than had been told me on the internet. I was glad to leave there never to return.When I arrived at your dealership I was greated by a very pleasant friendly knowledgable saleswoman (Lisa) who made the entire experience stressfree. I came into Lexus of Chandler looking for an IS250 and after walking around the lot for 10-15 minutes I went into the showroom to look for any other IS's as I didn't see exactly what I wanted on the lot. I was greeted by Kent and told him I was looking for an IS. He then took the time to get to know ME better, instead of launching into a sales pitch or trying to get me into a test drive. It was very refreshing to feel that Kent wanted to get to know me as a person better to make sure I was getting what I needed instead of selling me the most expensive IS on the lot.After working through some options, I ended up with a used IS, but Im extremely happy with it. Kent took the time to find a car I liked, would be happy with and that fit within my budget. Instead of letting me walk away when I didn't get what I had originally came for, Kent took the time to explore other options in order to make me happy.I have been back a few other times to ask questions, pick up accessories and get a spare key programmed. Each time I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kent and the manager of the dealership. They have really treated me as part of the Lexus family.I highly recommend not only this dealership but Kent as well. If you are in the market for a Lexus, please give Lexus of Chandler a try and ask for Kent. You wont be disappointed.

My parents are in there late 70's and live in Tucson, they asked me their son for help in getting a GREAT deal on a 2010 ES350, I entered my information on KBB.com and 3 different dealerships contacted me. Kim Goodman at Chandler Lexus quoted me a price that to be honest sounded to good to be true, after calling Ms. Goodman at Chandler Lexus and advising her I was about to drive 110 miles to Tucson and pick up my mother and father and drive them to Chandler, and that the deal she quoted me better be true or there will be 3 very upset people in her show room, Long story short we walked in met Ms. Goodman and within 30 min my VERY HAPPY mother and father were driving back to Tucson in their new ES350, and I was driving home to Cave Creek. I have bought over 10 news cars in my life and have never been done with the deal in 30 mins. Be VERY careful if you plan on purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer. I bought a used Lexus and it was delivered with a faulty transmission, bad steering wheel tilt motor and lower ball joints. The sales personnel had asured me the vehicle was in good condition when I requested that a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection (to be paid by me) be completed. Followup conversations with the delaership were useless. Trust BUT verify with these guys.
