Clint is a very irresponsible dealer. Called him on Sunday and he sent me a written promise to sell a Lexus for an agreed price. Kept calling him every day for the tax amount so I could get a cashier check, but was ignored. Called him today and he told me the car was sold. Really disappointed with him and Lexus of Concord.

I was car shopping for something I really wanted and this dealer had it available. It was like fate to me because the car was right in front of the lot like it was waiting for me. I finally just had to have it. Went for a test drive and everything seemed great because Im driving a dream car. I did look up reviews on the dealership before I went to look at the car in the first place. I talked to manager and willing to move forward right there. I went back the very next day and started credit and finance terms. Took my license and insurance for copy (which you need full coverage to finance, btw) and realized later that they forgot to give it back and got a text days later that they had it safe for me. Went down to finance and did more paperwork and signing there after sitting in the lounge, having a half cup of coffee while waiting beforehand. The process takes time but they moved in a timely manner. In the end, the car was discounted to an amount because there were a few things dismantled and two repairs that need to be done. The car was waiting for me with stickers off from the detail shop. They didn't do a great job there because there was some car fur inside the top part of the arm rest mantle and the floor cover that says something like "dealer must remove plastic wrap" was still there. I am getting cilajet on the inside and outside of the car that protects paint and interior and they already knew that's what I wanted. I got a nice full tank of gas driving out of there! Buying my first car was fairly easy and exciting

I was in the process of purchasing a new GS350. I called and the sales guys (I think it's Hancock) told me that he's offering be $3K below invoice, which is a great deal because of end of the month. I declined. He called back again on the last day of the month and asked me to name a price. We agreed on a price, but he quickly backed out stating that the car was sold. I do appreciate the fact that he lied to me, rather than baiting and switching when I arrived at the dealership. The fact that the vehicle is still at the dealership 3 weeks after he told me that it's sold (VIN:JTHBZ1BL1GA003892) is still available on the lot. I called and had them physically verify that it's still on the lot.

Took my parents to look at a used 2014 Gx460, car looked brand new so we wanted the car and were waiting to go into financing then 2 hours later they tell us, how about you guys borrow the car since its late and the banks are not getting back to us about the loan which was a lie, I know they were putting another customer in front of us because she couldn't wait any longer. So I told them the only way I will buy the car the next day is if they have someone bring the paperwork to us which was 1 hour and 15 minutes away and they agreed but what a mess, I told them I did not want any extra insurance on the contract and they put it all in plus we have to pay 2 extra months which was not part of the deal. Make sure to read the contract before signing because these people are crooks and will fine a way to rip you off.

I just bought a Gorgeous new 2016 Lexus SUV GX240 our sales lady Sophie was amazing she kept in contact with me over the phone after stopping in and test driving this car a couple weeks ago. So we stopped back in today and they so went the extra mile to make the sale of my dream car come true. The manger and loan manager were wonderful not only did they do everything to make the sale of my car become a reality but took the time to give us some very valuable advice. Every person and part of the experance by concord Lexas was perfection.. I can't thank them enough for making my dream come true. I would recommend this dealership and Lexus family to anyone thinking of buying an amazing One of a kind luxury car. I'm so going to enjoy my dream car I just want to say thank you all so much I am on cloud nine!

Initially we were pleased with the service we received from Peter. My wife and I had a specific used RX350 that we found online and wanted to take for a test drive. I think Peter might have been from new car sales because he was all over the place. Our car buying experience took 3 hours when it should have taken no longer than 1. We told the dealership that we had a pre-approved 35k. Financing manager continued to push us to use their partners and moved our paper work from one financing manager to the next to try and make an interest rate more attractive than what we had already. This process seriously took over 3 hours to print and sign the documents. We were happy to finally be on our way and enjoyed the RX 350 tremendously. However, after leaving the lot we realized that we were given the wrong key, wrong operating manuals, wrong VIN postcard, and wrong shift knob. As you could imagine, our frustration continues to grow. We live in Napa and never travel to Concord so it is a great inconvenience for us to go correct all the little issues. The dealership has done nothing to help us out. "You will need to drive to the dealership to get your key and manual." What a mess and completely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. We love the RX350 but will not be buying our new one in a couple years from said dealership.

I picked up my car yesterday after having the two front tires replaced. At first glance, I noticed the tires (yes, new tires bloom) AND wheels were extremely filthy. They had not even bothered to do any sort of wipe down after the work was done. Then upon closer inspection, I noticed that the rims of both wheels were scratched. The service consultant said that he hadn't even taken a look at the car before returning it to me. The service consultant then claimed that the tire machine can chip off touch up paint (which sounds fishy that their equipment is that rough with the wheels). If that is true, they should have done courtesy touch up immediately after putting on the new tires before it even gets to the customer! He then tried to offer me $150 per wheel to have it refinished! Why should I pay to fix the damage that was done during the service? The car should be returned in the SAME condition that as it was received. It looks completely trashed, thank you LEXUS OF CONCORD for POOR SERVICE!

I think these other reviews were written by the employees of Lexus Concord. When I bought my used RX450h, it was dirty. There was crust on the steering wheel, goo in the console and hair in the door arm rests. The floor mats did not match the interior, and I had to have them restored to the original. they didn't even give me a full tank of gas. FOR WHAT I PAID? I eventually contacted another sales person who corrected these problems, and had the car detailed (again? maybe not...). My original salesperson refused to budge on the price of the used car; the only thing Lexus did to help me was manipulate the car loan terms, which was, ultimately, only to help themselves.. I knew the online price of the car I wanted when I went in; the salesman told me it was too bad I knew that because now he could not lower the price. WARNING: the price listed on the car in the lot is not the (lower) online price, and they will not sell the cars for lower than the online price. I just took the car in for the first service, and again I was disappointed. Whenever Concord Lexus fails to follow through, they never apologize. Go to a different Lexus dealer if you want to be treated decently.

I bought a 2005 Ford mustang from Lexus of Concord, it was clean and low mileage for a 10 year old car. I asked the salesman Alex about the ( as is no warranty ) he told me normally if there are any issues within the first 30 days, that Lexus being the high end dealership that they are will work with the customer to resolve the issue, nothing could be farther from the truth. I test drove the car and when I parked it there was no emergency brake, the paper work that I received said there was a complete safety inspection and any needed repairs were performed. (how do you miss the emergency brake on a safety inspection ) I should have walked away then. I bought the car on May 4th and picked it up on May 6th after they installed a new emergency brake cable. 5 days later and 133 miles the car was in the transmission shop and the transmission was being rebuilt, the reverse band was bad and the solenoid pack was replaced. my attempts to reach somebody at Lexus of concord that could help me were futile. I called corporate Lexus complaint dept. and they tried to establish communication but very little was established. Mike, the general manager told the complaint dept. that I bought the car for my son and he alluded that my son did something to the transmission, that would have been hard to do, my son doesn't have his drivers license yet. I wasn't trying to get them to pay the $2573.30 bill, but it would have been nice if they stepped up to the plate and paid half of it. I have bought new cars over the years from Ford, GMC and Chevrolet and I have never been treated by any business, company or dealership with a total lack of respect as Lexus of concord

I was looking to purchase a 2015 LS 460L and located two exact vehicles at two dealerships, Concord and Sacramento Lexus. I was able to put the two dealerships against eachother to get the best price. This is where my bad experience happened...Lexus of Concord gave me a very fair price which Sac agreed to match. I then called Rey in Concord to see if he could beat Sacramento's price again. Rey acted extremely unprofessional and started yelling at me on the phone saying he "stuck his neck out" for me to get that price and it was unbelievable that I had the audacity to even call Sacramento again to see if they would beat it. Who wouldn't try to get the best price?? Rey didn't "stick his neck out," he sat on his xxx and told me a price. To be angry and yell at a customer on the phone is something a sales manager at a corner used car dealer does, not a Lexus dealership. Rey is a cancer to your business and I highly recommend taking your business to Sacramento Lexus. They will sell you a new LS at 700 bucks under invoice and you don't have to deal with xxxxxxxx like Rey who have a false sense of self accomplishment. Congrats on costing your company a $ 84,000.00 car deal.

I was contacted by someone at this dealership. I forgot her name, but she was extremely polite. She inquired about my shopping for a 2014 Lexus and i unfortunately had to tell her that i had already purchased my car. She was still polite and congratulated me on my new vehicle even though she was obviously looking to sell me a car. She thanked me for my time and we concluded the conversation. Very nice and polite.

As I provided some engine splash and its related clips to this dealership and I was prepared to pay the cost of installing them for me, I was rejected by its foreman for same reason.Service report was filled and my car was taken in. After an hour waiting, I hear back from my service man that sorry they say you must buy all the parts from us to give you service. The fact is I purchased what parts they already had in their stock and did not want to wait for the rest to be ordered while were available outside.

Whatever you do go to another dealership to buy a used car. Don't give these crooks one cent of your hard earned money. They sold us a BMW with major problems. After two days of owning it the transmission went into its safe mode took it back to the dealer. They told us of it's fine just restart it and you'll be good. They told him oh we only sell the best product. Not even 3 days after that the entire power steering system went. Still called the dealership and they wanted nothing to do with the product would not even stand behind it. So we got that fixed $4000 later. Went on a short drive and the transmission completely went!!! So now we are stuck paying for a pos and the dealership refuses to even call us back!!!! Do not give this dealership the time of day or any of your money!!!

I bought my first Lexus 15 years ago. It was time to buy a new car, so I bought my 2nd Lexus from George May 2013. He is very professional, easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Unfortunately George left Stevens Creek Lexus and is at Lexus Concord, After driving the 2014 IS 250 loaner (10K service) I called George and told him I wanted the 2014. He came over on his day off to find out what car options and drove over the next day with my car. George is the best!!! I highly recommend that you work with George!

We're not big fans of used cars. In fact we haven't purchased one in about 15 years so this was a big step for us. I used cars.com and several other resources to find a vehicle that would fill the need. I made contact with Wayne Tarlton, he's the "Internet Sales Manager". First contact was via email then a phone call.I made arrangements to test drive the car the following day. When I arrived I was notified that the ac was not functioning and they were waiting on a relay to make the repair. I took a test drive but declined on purchase until the repair was made. I received a call a couple of hours later notifying me that the vehicle had been repaired. I loaded up the family and headed over so my wife could drive it. Everything went well, we made an offer on the car and made the purchase. Here's where the fun begins (he said sarcastically.....good ending though) When I went pick up the car the ac did not work. They took the car back to the shop and got it working. HOWEVER, in a couple of days it went haywire. Wayne said to bring it back and made sure I had a vehicle in the interim to handle my needs.A few days later I called and they said the car was ready. I pulled out of the used car lot and drove about 100 feet and the ac quit so I pulled into the new car driveway and back to the shop. I was really frustrated. Mike (service manager) listened to what I had to say as I described the problem and series of events. He offered the loaner car but I wanted my car fixed because I had an appt at the local car stereo shop the next morning. So I waited. About 20 minutes later Mike came back and said he found the problem. I asked him if I should just set it on fire and drive it off a cliff :) Ok, here's the key part. As I was explaining the series of events and blown fuses he was actually listening. He took me back to the car and showed me the problem. Through time the wiring harness had worn and if the car hit the right bump it would short out. So he and Carlos made the proper repair and explained the process to me. I live an hour away but I'm actually considering taking the car to them for routine service. The fact that someone just listened is refreshing. I've dealt with shops that cut you off have way through your statement because they know how to repair it and don't and most of all they waste my time.So as I close this commentary I want to say that the combination of Wayne (sales) and Mike (service) was truly exceptional to any vehicle purchase we have made. I made an $11k purchase but the made me feel like it was a $60k purchase. The next time I'm in the market I will definitely look at Lexus of Concord first. Thanks for a truly wonderful experience.

I recently purchased a used Lexus rx400h. When I first test drove the car it was in as good a condition as you could expect considering it had nearly 100k miles on it. There were two salesmen I worked with Mark Nguyen and George Solamon. They covered each other when one wasn't available and answered all my questions. They were honest about the condition of the car and were fair once it came time to settling on a price. It was clear that they wanted my business, but didn't pressure or guilt me into buying a car or paying more than I needed to. We even agreed to getting a significant repair done to the car as a part of the purchase to further improve its condition. It hasn't been done yet so I can't comment on the quality of the repair, but I expect it to be high quality. Very good experience overall and Mark was great to deal with.

We used cars.com to locate the used car we wanted and drove over 1 hour to there from Modesto. Jeff (the salesman) is very friendly and not pushy on trying to sell the car. We have all the time we need to look at the different cars, we end up buying a different one than the one we look at and it's not because of Jeff trying to get us buying another one. We have all the time we need to look and we test drive two of them. We like and enjoy our visit there and like our purchased too. Dealer is not very pushy on selling their warranties either like some others.

Driving over hour and half to buy an used RX350 should never been enjoyable. Coming to this dealer is surprisingly enjoyable. The salesman (Jeff) treats us as VIP customer. Starting from greetings, taking care of our needs (car faxes), giving us a freedom to look/test drive for the one you want. Absolutely Jeff is not a pushy salesman. The good part is, he's still answering my phone call after the purchased. (the second remote is not programmed correctly). I have a very good buying experience with this dealership.

Quoted a price in writing by the "internet sales" mnger, Clint Wesley. After a day of back & forth by phone w/Chris Montoya re the price I'd been given, was told they would honor it. Next day spent 2 hrs out there being shuffled from one person to the next who wanted more for the car, finally Sales Mnger, Bob Brock came in to "explain how our pricing works." I politely told him I just wanted to buy the car at the price I was offered & expected & really didn't need to know how they got to it. He stood up & said "Then I guess we have nothing more to discuss" & asked me to leave. These "internet sales" prices this agency quotes is nothing more than a bait & switch tactic in my opinion. And now, even if they gave me the car for the price, I'd be afraid to have it serviced there. Ive bought a lot of cars in my 33 yr career in sales and have NEVER seen an operation like this.

Recently I was interested in a particular car from this dealership but living in Sacramento, didn't want to drive all the way to Concordnif they had sold it. I sent in an email requesting more info, and Jimmy Kahn not only returned my email, but followed up with a phone call the same day and the night before I was going to drive down to Concord to reassure me they still had the vehicle. Since this was over Labor Day weekend and they were expecting a big turnout, he even pulled the car aside the night before so it would be there when I came down in the morning. He was very pleasant, helpful and NOT pushy, what more could you ask for in a car salesman? If you go through this dealership, I highly recommend you work it's Jimmy!

My paint and windows felt like sandpaper when I got there, possibly overspray. The interior was also dusty. My new backseats were wrinkled and dirty. Employees said the car was just dirty. The manager was hostile and dealt without integrity. My car was in immaculate condition before I went to LOC. I was also told to purchase services that I didn't need. COMPLAINING TO MANAGEMENT HERE WAS USELESS. NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

So I walked in with a tough bird look on my face and to my surprise I didn't need any of that. Bob still delivered the same helpful service and helped me start to finish. I am so impressed with the respect i received from this dealership. My first car purchase Online !

I went there to trade in my van for a RX360. At first, I was very pleased with our first meeting, and after debating on which car company to go to; I decided to proceed with Lexus... I called the salesman and scheduled a test drive for 3 days later. Twice, the salesman called to confirm our appointment, and said everything was set, he had the car ready, and that he would have his technician on site waiting for when I arrived. When that day came, I showed up on time at Lexus, ready to trade in, my car papers all ready; hoping to leave the lot with a brand new RX360. Instead? I walk into the lobby to hear the receptionist tell me he left on a test drive after he saw me pull in. EXCUSE ME? He left, right as he saw me approach?Eager to make a sale, another man asked if he could help me instead. I agreed, then he asked what car, what color, and what features in the car I would like to test drive. After I told him, he informed me that they didn't have the color of the car interior OR the features that requested. WELL, when the salesman called to confirm, he had SAID he had the car ready. So he missed our appointment AND told a lie? That definitely turned me off to Lexus. I drove off the lot and never looked back, only to have the him call 3 hours later; saying the client 'took a wrong turn'. RIGHT.Its been almost one month since that incident and I STILL recieve calls almost every night from that same salesman, FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS. Um, stalker? All I can say is do not go to Lexus for business.

I play professional sports for a local Bay Area sports team and had my assistant purchase the IS F. My assistant told me she received great customer service through the whole nine yards of the car buying process. When the time came to address who the car was for, the Salesman was shocked yet, he had already presented a great deal. I am glad at least one car sales establishment remains professional and treats women with respect. Before Lexus of Concord, car buying was a hassle. Thank You Lexus of Concord

I had a problem in having my car serviced because of a major illness in the family. Greg was able to resolve my problem without hesitation. He gets my " outstanding" rating and personal thanks. I believe that is sufficient and so the rest of this message is to satisfy the 250 character requirement.

I drove from Oakland all the way to Concord because I was referred to this dealership by Costco Auto, I was impressed by the quick response I've got from the website. Within a few minutes I received a phone call and made an arrangements to come by and test drive a car. Being a Lexus dealership the least I would expect is great service but what I got was very, very disappointing. When we arrived we inquired about a IS 250 base model, the salesman said that it was hard to find a base model and started looking all over the parking lot; he found one and even before showing us the car he asked how I was going to pay for it and said that there was special financing on that model for today and tomorrow only (yeah right). We looked at the car but when it was time to test drive it he simply would not let me! He said that someone took the keys and went to lunch, this is at 5:30 in the afternoon! So I told him that maybe I could drive a similar car, he said that the guy who took the keys to lunch took the keys to ALL the cars. He said you can wait or you could go to BMW maybe they will let you drive a car and then come back. What? How ridiculous is that? A CAR dealership with no cars available for test driving. I never felt discriminated before but I can't help to wonder why he didn't want me to test drive one of your cars. Was it my race? Did I "look" like I can't afford one of your cars? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience.Don't waste your time.

I had been looking a many different lexus stores for the past 2 months. I submitted a internet lead and they responded quickly. I visited both Oakland Lexus and Pleasanton Lexus and a TERRIBLE experience at both dealerships. I went to Lexus of Con cord and after spending some time with me and allowing me to test drive a couple of cars overnight to make sure it was the right car for us. I was able to deal directly with the general sales manager and was abe to get a GREAT price. He was great and knows what customer service is all about. It was a GREAT buying experience and I will recomend to all my friends and family.ML

We went in to the dealership to look for a CPO 2004-5 GX 470. The 2004 we initially scheduled to drive was just sold moments before we arrived. The salesman gave us the keys to a 2005 model, which just arrived and had not been detailed. We were trying to keep costs down and decided to look at preowned. The salesman kept talking down the other brands and was trying to sell us on the Lexus name. He kept bashing BMW, not knowing that we own 2 and have never had any problems with either. He kept on talking, and did not listen to our needs or concerns. He also kept mentioning that if we could not afford it, we could always go to their dealership next door and buy an Acura. How does he know what we can and cannot afford? I could pay cash for ANY car on the lot if I wanted to. I found it to be very insulting how he assumed we could not afford the car. We are good savers and are trying to make the most cost effective decision. We have decided to purchase a new car instead. We are going to look at the 2008 X5. We have seen several CPO Lexus vehicles that were repainted. We do not want to purchase someone elses headache.I was not very pleased with the dealership and do not recommend it.

We were referred to Lexus Of Concord from our family who had bought their new car at Lexus Of Concord. We live about 45 minutes away from Concord but drove up to visit the dealer based on their excellent reputation. We were greeted with a smile and felt like a welcomed guest. Our Salesman was courteous, responsive to our needs and offered us a very aggressive price. He introduced us to the Finance Manager & Sales Manager (who personally welcomed us to "the family"). He gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the Service Manager along with showing us what to expect when we come to service our new ES350. We were so extremely happy with our buying experience at Lexus Of Concord, we look forward to servicing and our ownership with them as well! I would recommend 100% A+++ to the staff at Lexus Of Concord. It was well worth the extra drive to join the Lexus Of Concord "family"! Thank you all! We appreciate your complete dedication and the professional service we recieved! What they say is true.... Family does know best!!

We bought a used car five months ago and have spent almost 5K in repairs. Needs new steering rack, brakes, all wheel drive doesn't work, SIM card went out, replace ball bearings. I would expect more from a reputable high end dealership. Cars that need this much work should be down sold.

That's good advice at all times, but most importantly when dealing with the sales staff at Lexus of Concord. I went to Lexus of Concord to trade in my Toyota for a Lexus. I was very surprised at the initial offer which was about $6000 too high for the new car and $5000 too low for the trade in (based on what I ultimately got from a different dealership). I was able to negotiate the cost of the new car to a reasonable level, but couldn't get them to the right number on the trade-in value. As I still owed some money on the Toyota, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't coming out behind on the deal, so I kept telling them that the only way I would buy a car from them was if they gave me at least the amount I still owed on my Toyota. The difference was only $1000, so I thought we were close. They kept telling me that they couldn't go any higher on the trade-in value and that I would need to pay the $1000 difference between the trade-in value and the remainder owed on my loan as a down payment. When I said that I wasn't happy with the offer, the salesman just stared at me and told me that everything would be okay and not to worry about things. It felt as if he was trying to hypnotize me. When I started to thank him for his time and stand up, he told me in an almost annoyed tone to not be so hasty and to wait in his office while he talked to the sales manager. He came back quickly with a huge smile on his face and a printout that showed the $1000 down payment crossed out. So we shook hands and I went into the finance manager's office to sign the paperwork. I am very careful about signing anything, so I took a good deal of time going over every number. It was at this point that I noticed a $1000 charge on the contract that I didn't understand. When I asked about it, the finance manager told me that it was the difference between the trade-in value and what I owed on my Toyota. It turns out that they crossed out the $1000 on their printout, it didn't mean that they were increasing the value of my trade-in, but rather moving the $1000 down payment they wanted into my financing. At this point, I stood up, thanked the finance manager for his time, and began to leave. They made a huge fuss about having to give my Toyota back (I guess they had already begun to process it). Just before I pulled out of the lot, the salesman told me he would waive the $1000 altogether. I told him it was too late and I wouldn't be doing business with them. . .ever.In the end I got a much better deal with another Lexus dealer a bit farther away. They gave me a great deal on my wonderful new Lexus and I actually made a bit of money on my Toyota, which, by the way, the dealership still made over a grand on when they sold it 5 days later.Bottom line: Shop at your own risk at Lexus of Concord.

THIS WAS A VERY BAD VISIT - SERVICE DEPT. PERSONEL ARE VERY INCOMPETENT.WE'VE HAD TO GO BACK MANY TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEMS. WOULD ABSOLUTLY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. IF YOU GIVE YOUR OPINION TO THESE SURVEYS - WATCH OUT BECAUSE , IF THEY ARE NOT GOOD , THEY TAKE YOU OUT OF THEIR DATABASE AND PUT YOUR VIN # UNDER SOMEONE ELSE , SO THEY DO NOT HAVE A BAD MARK TO THEIR COMPANY!!!! OF COURSE THEY WILL SAY IT WAS A MISTAKE BUT WE ALL KNOW IT TAKES A PERSON TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN A COMPUTER. I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTMER SERVICE MANY TIMES AND THEY NOTE MY COMPLAINTS, BUT THERE TOO YOU ONLY GET APOLOGIES FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE - NO RESOLUTIONS!!!! I RECOMMEND PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE 2007 RX 350 .

went to test drive new lexus and no sales person approached until about 15 minutes later, also they wanted to run my credit and do an application before taking a test drive, it was so unprofessional. The salesmen said he had been in this line of work for 15 years, he did not act like he knew the features of the vehicle, he was more concerned about my credit status instead of helping me find out what I would like to buy.

Brought in the car to have a leaky battery replaced. The service order required cleaning-up the acid, replacing the lugs and battery bracket. A simple repair. When the car was returned the battery was replaced. That's it. The service tag said the clamp and lugs were replaced and were billed. However, the lugs and clamp were not replaced. And no washing of the acid took place. The car was returned. The service writer appologized. They washed the acid from surface areas by hose-nothing to neutralize the acid. The clamp was replaced. In the end I was so disappointed I removed the battery, cleaned all the acid under and around the battery with baking soda. I completed this very normal, low skill, service properly. They will not work on my car again.

Called into the dealership to test drive an SC430. When I returned from the drive, the salesman told me he had 'lost' my driver's license! Even worse, he more or less hassled me out of the dealership. I was so shocked at a 'luxry' marque salesperson behaving like this I went. Next day, no call to confirm the license was lost (even though he promised he would call to let me know). Day after that I called, and was told 'we are still looking for it'.Next day, again no call. Day after, I called to speak to the sales manager. He is turn called the salesman, and made him call me. The call I received was a tirade about me calling his manager, and that he was 'still looking, but I'll call you to let you know if we don't find it'.I got a new license from the DMV....and am still awaiting a call. Terrible dealership.
