Car shopping/leasing is exhausting, especially when dealing with car sales reps, and yes we know since we've been leasing for a bunch of years now, having dealt with different sales reps personalities, and one thing we've learned the hard way is, always avoid those "bait & switch" sales reps & so as always, we've shopped via email/online & we don't talk to sales reps on the phone until we get the best deal we wanted, though these sales reps keep calling & calling to the point of annoying, leaving the same messages on your voicemail to call them back. But sorry, that's not how you earn our business. You sales reps out there either do it our way or don't even bother calling us.Long story short, we did extensive research, tried to figure out which is the best lease for our money & so after 2 months of research, reading auto reviews, yelp & google reviews, reviews about auto dealerships, sending emails to like 10+ dealerships (BMW & Lexus) to the point of we're about to give up .. then suddenly, Tom Kent of Lexus of Glendale responded to my email-inquiry on Thursday - Sep 1, 2016, he emailed a bit of info on our inquiry on the 2016 Lexus NX 200t.And so in a way, because of the great deal we've got from Tom & so we're kind of advertising for Tom Kent (Internet Consultant | Tom.kentatlexusofglendale.com). Tom was very responsive & was fast in responding to all my emails. And yes, he kept on responding to my emails & so that made me became interested dealing with Lexus of Glendale. Other dealerships are so slow in responding or they're like merry go-around, meaning, they're not upfront or they don't give exact answers my questions. I have OCD in terms of me asking a lot of questions because I wanna make sure that I'm NOT dealing with a "bait & switch" sales rep. Anyway, I told Tom I cannot talk to him on the phone because I'm at work during the week & so that's why we were shopping via email/online on my iPhone.Tom understood the way I wanted to do business which is via email and so after several exchanges of emails on Thursday & Friday, then we started to see that we were getting the best lease deal/monthly lease total (monthly lease + tax + gap ins) that we wanted, & so we've decided to seal the deal with Tom & even called him on the phone Friday afternoon letting him know that we will visit their Glendale Lexus dealership the next day-Saturday-Sep 3, 2016.And yes, Tom Kent was true to his words, he's NOT a "bait & switch" sales rep, he was patient with us, he explained all the best he can, we test drove the NX 200t from their dealership to the I-5 North freeway to around the I-134 freeway & test driving back to their Lexus Glendale dealership. Back to their store, Tom prepared all documentation, made us very comfortable in their very nice facility/dealership, helped me filled out the credit application, ran my credit report & then he congratulated me letting me know of my very strong credit (my credit score is near 850). Then next was walking to the office of the Finance to finish & sign the paperwork.Tom introduced us to Lia .. So Lia Agababian, the Finance Director was all smiles, explaining all the documents that I was signing, and overall, it was such a pleasure to the point of fun talking & dealing with her.Anyhow, to both Tom Kent of Internet Sales and Lia Agababian of Finance, thank you so much for taking care of us & in getting the lease deal we wanted on the 2016 Lexus NX 200t. We went to their Lexus Glendale dealership on Saturday-Sep 3, 2016 at 12:00 noon & we were out at around 2:00 pm, me driving my new Lexus NX 200t. Yes, we believe that was fast us getting in & out of Lexus Glendale dealership since we don't wanna be in any dealership for more than 2 hours (been there, done that). That's why we're giving TOM KENT & Lia the 5 STARS !!!

in April I purchased a vehicle from the used car department and the transection went very smooth I was extremely pleased however when it came time to purchase an extended warranty he everything changed I try to get the person on the phone to cancel the warranty and there was no response I had to go there twice in person and I am still trying to get my refund back also the plates were sent to the wrong address and it's been a nightmare dealing with the finance apartment and getting my refund back

I worked with the David Freeman and the sales Manager Doug Harland. My wife and I found a certified pre owned car we wanted to buy. The back seat had been damaged because of a car seat. They told us they would change out the seat in the morning and to come in at noon to get the car. We called in the morning twice and didn't receive a call back. Mr. Harland had another Sales rep named David call me to say the car was sold. Love the Lexus car, but the service at Glendale is a complete joke. I would never buy a car there and I will sure to let people know how crappy the experience was for my wife and I.

We recently moved from New Jersey and our vehicle was not starting. I called the nearest dealer to get an appointment and have my car towed in. Andre picked up the phone and immediately took control of the situation and handled pretty much everything we needed. He set up the tow truck, loaner and was extremely informative. I almost never write reviews or respond to surveys.But after using Glendale Lexus for 2008 IS250 maintenance for over 6 years, I am writing my first review for it. I would definitely recommend their service.Their loaner car service is definitely a big advantage and is a big point for convenience as long as you request it in advance.For a short time after the 2008 Financial Crisis, they would even fill up my gas tank and wash the car after every service except for after the minimal service,(That was nice!)Recently, I went in for a service and one service attendant (Jimmy Choi) explained very succinctly about what to look for in tire maintenance and replacements. He explained in very easy terms about what state what my brake rotors were in and what needs to be done since I haven't done that service since buying the car new. Didn't sound like a pushy salesman selling needless service. During the last 6 years, there were times when phone calls to Parts Dept. guys got just " I don't know" replies and just plain old not willing to help very much. What is it about these Parts Dept guys answering phone calls sounding like I-don't-care. I don't know who are answering phone inquiries now, but a few years ago, not so good.Overall, I would definitely recommend their service if you are within 10 to 15 mile radius.

I arrived to this Lexus dealership on middle of the week day. Upon arriving I noticed how nice and elegant the dealership looked from the outside. I went to look at their pre-owned cars on the outside lot. I didn't see much that I liked so I walked into the showroom. The receptionist greeted my friend and I in a polite manner. We wanted to take a look at the new IS to compare the differences, I own the previous bodystyle. The receptionist called a salesman to show us to one. We walked to the very nice elevator and went up a few floors. He went to grab the keys for us and asked for my license for a test drive. I said okay sounds fun. About 10 minutes later he comes back and says sorry no test drive, you're too young. I was stunned by that really. I have been to many dealerships and went on many test drives while barely being 18, I have never been turned down for a test drive, ever. This changed to whole aspect of our experience. He let us sit inside and start the new IS but we were too young to drive it. Wow I'm still shocked while even writing this. That just killed the whole experience for me. It's funny how I've bought cars, show up in a Lexus, and still can't even test drive a PRE- OWNED car from them. He even wanted to discuss pricing with me after that. In what world do you buy a car before even a test drive, what sense does that make. I will never go back to Glendale Lexus, ever. Young buyers are not welcomed there. Hope this helps someone.

I didn't even know there was a Lexus dealership in Glendale until i started to shop for a new car for my mom. We went to Longo and Cerritos before i got to Glendale and the Dealership is unbelievable. The whole time when my husband and i were doing the test driving my mom and aunt was enjoying the coffee, popcorn and the massage chairs. The whole process was painless, they had the exact car i was looking for and gave me a better deal than the other dealers had offered. We brought in our Lexus for its half yearly tune-up. Ken Kwan greeted us by our name, and made us feel very welcome. He let us know the specifics of what they would do to the car, and got us a loaner very quickly. The car was done in a very reasonable amount of time. When we were just about home, we realized we had left the car key at the counter. Since I had mine in my purse, it started up, and we didn't think about it. We live about 20 miles away. We called them hoping they could mail it. Ken got on the phone, and said he'd drop it by our house, since he goes our way home. We thought that was very commendable and couldn't be more pleased. If more people were kind and thoughtful as Ken, it would be a better place to live.

Went there to get my 5k mile maintenance done and I must say that the personnel there can best be described as genuinely kind, informative, and amicable. I enjoyed working the service staff and the courtesy shuttle drivers. Another takeaway is how nice the dealership is inside. Most Lexus dealerships are nice but this one had a slightly different essence about it. Perhaps it's the large screen Macs or the recycling body massage chairs along with the aesthetically pleasing layout.

In late October, 2012 my husband leased an LS460 from Glendale Lexus with prepaid maintenance. Included in this maintenance was a "full tank of gas" every time the car is brought for service as told to us by Lucy Sarkisian. However at the first maintenance, the service person said that it is only for specific mileage reached. At the second service, I was told the same and that this maintenance deal was not transferable at any other dealerships. SInce I had an RX350 that was serviced by Edie at Beverly Hills, I inquired and found out that prepaid maintenance is transferable to any other Lexus dealer. I lost on the money I paid for the full tank of gas for the five years. But I would rather deal with people who tells you the truth than sugar coat and reneged on their word.I will not refer any friends to this dealership. I now deal with either Santa Monica or Beverly Hills Lexus.

I brought my 2006 Lexus SC in for the 50k mile service, and as alway it was an excellent experience. Upon a thorough check I had to replace a few things, but my Service Consultant, Fred Hottenroth, contacted me right away, detailed what was needed, and expeditiously proceeded upon my approval. I must say that I truly appreciate and trust Fred! He's cared for my Lexus service needs for some time and I must say a big reason I utilize Glendale Lexus for service. Thanks also to all the great servicing personnel, my car drives like new! Ilove my Lexus SC, it performs and looks as amazing in 2013 as it did when purchased in 2006!

The customer service at this is severely lacking. First the receptionist never greeted me and looked thoroughly bored and when I was sitting around for the car I wanted to test drive to be brought around - mind you this took an average of about 10-15 minutes PER CAR, NO ONE at the dealership took the time to check in on me or to see if I would have liked something to eat/drink or if I was even being helped! Finally when the first car I wanted to test drive was brought around it was the WRONG CAR model which added another 20 minutes of wait time! When I was driving the car around, the salesperson didn't even bother to ask me about what I was looking for in the car (i.e. exterior color, interior color, extra features etc) that I wished to purchase. I also have a car that I want to trade in and this dealer totally low balled me by about 70% in terms of the price quote they gave me when I already had done my homework and knew what Kelly Blue Book said my car was worth. Overall the are is nice, but the level of customer service needs major improvement!

Agreed in most of the leasing terms and drove to dealer to close the transaction and pick-up the car and requested to let me know if they would be ready, which they did. Unfortunately, they made ne drive to the dealer and never had the car on stock and were scrambling to get it from another dealer. Although I do understand that inventory levels fluctuate daily, I do expect for them to tell me that the vehicle that I had requested was not on stock yet, which I would have understood and consider waiting a few more days. However, the staff made me drive to the dealer and wasted my time even though I told me many times to be respecfull of my time. So I walk out of the dealer. Later in the evening, I received a call from the sales manager, Vivian, who informed that they had located a vehicle which would be delivery the next day and wanted to cofirm the terms of the transaction. I then asked her to send me the vehicle's specs. first for my consideration. Vivian emailed me the vehicles specs but it was missing a couple of the options (which I had desired and requested numberous time). So I told Vivian that I was not interested and may be would consider it the next day as I did not appreciate that they were not upfront with me and wasted my time and still did not have vehicle as I requested. After I cool off the next day, I send Vivian an email to let her know that I was very disappointed about how they handled the transaction and that I had higher expectations from a Lexus dealer. But instead of replying to my comments in the email, she reply to let me know that the vehicle she had offerred the day before had arrived and was ready for "inspection and that all the sales rep. were eager to sell it" so to come down to the dear to see it. I would have consider the vehicle even if it did not have one of the options that I had requested but the lack of response from her to my comments showed that all they care was about closing a transaction and not making a customer happy. They keep thinking that I was upset because I did not get the car as spec., which was not the case. So I bought a Mercedes-Benz instead of a Lexus the following week.

Arbi Der Krikorian is wonderful! I have dealt with GM, Honda, and Mercedes service departments, and Lexus is the best. From the lovely receptionist who answers the telephones to the service and maintenance department, my experiences with Lexus of Glendale has never been short of top notch! But even better than that, the fundraising support they have extended to my school is truly extraordinary! To make available car wash tickets to be sold to our parent community with 100% of the profits remaining at our school is so incredibly generous. In all of my years, I have yet to find another more caring and supportive school partnership. They were not knowledgeable about the product, they bad mouthed my toyota prius, I felt I was being put down and then the salesman Ken four squared me. In this day and age really? I got the bs line of " you know there is no money in this car" I told them to tell Lexus to take it off the market why put out something not profitable. I could not negotiate with anyone. The showroom is beautiful but they are unfriendly and condescending so I took my forty thousand dollars travelled 25 miles away to Lexus of Woodland Hills and bought a 2012 CT 200 loaded. They had the sale all they had to do was be respectful. A class product and class show room but not a class act

When I was in the process of purchasing my Lexus IS the salesman was helpful and made it seem like I was a valuable customer at Lexus. Their elite program even allows you to receive free perks and so forth through their service department for purchasing the vehicle there. Well as soon as you purchase your car and it comes time for the free washes, details, maintenance and so forth they all of a sudden tell you you are not eligible for whatever reason. I tried to give them more than one chance and each service was worst! My service advisor lied to me at least 5 times and his service manager was rude, unhelpful and could care less that I was telling him how I felt as a customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!! You may be paying for a luxury vehicle but the service sure isn't anything close to luxury. Sad to say Firestone provides more customer service and takes the time to explain the service to me more than Lexus of Glendale ever did.

I took my car in for a car wash and to get a small scratch on my front bumper touched up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ramon Barajas. I can't say enough good things about Ramon. He was very friendly, courteous and showed me great customer service. He performed the work quickly and was very nice and easy to deal with the entire time. Once I purchased the touch up paint, Ramon even offered to touch up the scratch for me - free of charge. He went above and beyond for me and it was by far the best service I have ever received from a car dealer. It is experiences and people like this that will keep me coming back to Lexus of Glendale.

I dont feel like a valuable customer at Lexus of Glendale. Time and time again I am treated like the little person. I feel like my service advisor is not helpful what so ever! He keeps on lying to me in an effort to threaten me into doing my regular maintenance service there. Car wash service is ok, I had to complain though so they would wash my car and take care of it. I took it in once for a wash once and the porter parked my car outside the dealership and left the keys in plain sight. On another occasion I arrived at 6:36pm for a wash (when the car wash closes at 7:00pm) and the porter told me he could not wash my car anymore. Overall I have yet to feel it was worth paying the extra buck to purchase from a "luxurious" dealer. The only bright side to this whole experience is the car, I love my car but have just about had it with Lexus of Glendale. It shouldnt matter what age you are, or what you look like all you should be treated well and fairly especially since I paid just as much as the next guy to own a Lexus.

I would not service this dealership, unless you have 8 hours of time to kill in Glendale. I dropped off my car at 11:00 am for a quick touch up of a scratch. The lack of professional attention and let's just say common sense cost me 7 hours of my day.1:15 pm: Jesus called saying he needed approval.3:00 pm: No word! I called asking what's the status of my repair, FOUR hours later. He said, "he was waiting." Why do I have to make the call? So, I did.3:30 pm: Still no word, and why no one thought to send me home with a loaner shows the lack of common sense.4:00 pm: There will no repair today.4:05 pm: A loaner is on its way 3 miles north. It'll be there in "5 minutes."4:47 pm: The loaner arrived.I was so irate at wasting 6 hours of unpaid work time, while the daft service manager got paid for his time to basically shuffle me around. I was left with canceled meetings, an annoyed boss, and a one hour commute during a freak traffic storm.No apology offered, no generosity or goodwill to show their appreciation for my patience.Needless to say, this is my second IS 250. I can assure you, I will not be servicing at this dealership. Ever.

On Wednesday evening last, Lexus of Glendale salesmen offered us $15K for our trade-in (an excellent 2007 Acura TL -- $22K retail value) and the MSRP for a new CT200h. We agreed all around and we left due to the late hour. We returned the next morning and spoke with the same salesmen and confirmed our agreement and sat down and filled out financing papers (a fall-back requirement to ensure our check wouldn't bounce) and gave the completed papers to the salesmen. They said that a Manager needed to speak with us. A man came out and sat with us and explained that he was rescinding the offer on our car and would only give us $11K. We were so offended at this bait and switch tactic that we got up to leave. The Manager asked us whether we were flexible. We explained that we had been lied to and no deal was possible. Too bad because they are the closest Lexus dealer to our home and we would have liked to use them for continued service for the car. We since bought our CT200h from Newport Lexus and found them excellent to deal with.

Service pricing at Lexus of Glendale, tends to be on the high side. As in any other business, relationship is the key to success. Having personalized customer care service and established relationship with a representitave makes me more comfortable when having to pay Lexus' high prices. I have been commited to one individual, Chris Bosque in the service department. Francisco was very helpful for my car search. Although it took him awhile to help us since he was also assisting several other customers, he came to us as soon as possible. I was interested in the ES350. He gave us all the options that he has on the lot and brought them down to us. We test drove the car with great handling. Francisco was very knowledgeable about the car. He even shared about his own experience of owning the car himself. We started talking about the price. He gave us a quick quote for out the door price. We thought it was a bit high. We told him that we'll think about it. He said that the price can be negotitated. He wouldn't even be surprised if it can go another $750 lower. We left the dealership wanting to crunch some numbers to make sure that we can afford the car. We came back an hour later with the intention to buy the car. We negotiated back and forth to get to a lower price. He eventually brought Gilbert Cheng, Sales Manger, out to talk to us. They both worked hard to try to meet my number. Yet in the end, it fell short. The final price they gave us was only $250 lower than the original quote. It didn't go down as far as the $750 that he believed he could get for us. We would have bought the car if they had gone lower than $250. Although we didn't buy the car from them, we had a great experience and I would definitely come back in the future to work with Francisco to get my next car.

My dad had recently leased a Lexus ES350 and was very pleased with the salesmanship of Frank Alaleh. I myself am a salesman, so I was looking forward to meeting Frank and witnessing his magic. First off, he is a great listener and has a very easy going demeanor. I took a test drive of the GS & ES and during the process Frank was very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. By the time we returned to the dealership from the test drive, I told Frank if he could meet my price point then I was willing to cancel my other test drives and close the deal on the ES 350. As a result I spend alot of time at Lexus of Glendale and it has been the best spot to get my car serviced, maintained, etc., and my service agent-Selin has always gone above and beyond. The purchase experience was exceptional from A to Z - from intially inquiring and test driving my Lexus to a courteous, non-pressured follow-up to answer any questions. Negoatiations for the car i selcted were fair and reasonable, no hidden agenda or attempt to squeeze in extra accesories and products I was not interested in. Getting the car ready once I had selected the desired was quick and execution of paperwork went very smoothly. A loaner car is ready for me and the process for leaving my car and picking up the loaner has always been timely. When I pick up my car, it is not only serviced, but sparkling clean. On the occasions that I've waited during service, I have appreciated the complimentarty refreshments & comfortable Waiting area.When we were in the process of buying the car, Yvonne Perry at the front desk made sure we had refreshments & served as a welcoming member of the Lexus of Glendale team. I often call her & tell her what I need & she makes sure that I'm referred to the right person and insures that I am expeted by that person when I come in. Chris was very professional yet simultaneously personable which adds value to the service that I received. Chris provided timely updates on the status of my vehicle and accomodated any needs I had while my car was in service. For example, he worked closely with Selin Asatorians in order to provide a loaner vehicle. Our family had previously looked into Lexus as our next leased vehicle. After seeing the cars at another dealership, we were really impressed by by the vehicle- but were not comfortable with the sales team. We felt very pressured and did not like the quotes that were offered. A few days later, we decided to go to Lexus of Glendale to try once again to obtain the vehicle that we had really wanted to purchase. The staff was friendly, gave us a great quote and was a lot more knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were in and out of there much quicker than any other vehicle purchase I had experienced!In addition, the service staff is excellent. I have dealt with Selin several times for my maintanence. My car is ready when she says it will be, and I get courtesy phone calls about the progress of the job and when to expect to pick up the vehicle. I have 2 Lexus in my family and were purchase from different dealerships. One was from Thousand Oaks Lexus and the other was Vista Lexus. I've took my vehicles to thousand oaks and vista had a pretty bad experince. They were unhelpful and didn't try to help me with the issues ive been having with the vehicles i owned. I cannot commend Chris Bosque enough for being in the car business, and demonstrating integrity, and honesty in an environment where someone can be so easily misled and taken advantage of (female taking your car to service). There really should be more people with ethics in this industry such as his. I say that because of a previous experience at another Lexus dealer. The difference in treatment, as well as service, and follow up - was like night & day. I love that a loaner vehicle is always offered without my asking, and when I pick up my car from service, it is washed, cleaned, and ready to go. For that, although it is a little farther than my local Lexus dealer, I will continue to service my vehicle with Chris as my advisor at Lexus of Glendale.P.S. He is very friendly, along with all of his crew, and takes care of any issues I may have and he always takes his time to listen to any concerns I may have. Being a younger guy, sometimes it's hard to get the attention that you need from the dealership. People don't take you seriously. Not so with Michael Lee, he was more than happy to take me for a test drive, he answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable in all vehicles that I inquired about. He's also very level headed and will tell it like it is, in a friendly and courteous matter, you can't get that from sales people anymore, I can't stand it when dealerships give you the "run around" If you're looking for any lexus, go to him, he'll work it out for you. It only took me 2 hours or so to walk in with my trade in and out with my IS 250. Mahalo!

The experience was amazing. From the greeting I received by Michael to the service department, Arbi, answering all questions regarding the vehicle. I felt relaxed and confident while making my purchase. It was quick, easy and hassle free. I would recommend this dealer and these employees to anyone interested in a Lexus. Michael Lee and Arbi Derkirkorian were phenomenal.

This post is directed to the owner/s of the Lexus of Glendale dealership.The primary reason we return to Lexus of Glendale is the honest and professional services we receive from Fred H. in the service department.Fred tells me exactly what they intend to work on and when he anticipates we will have our vehicle back. Fred always keeps is word. In short, my wife and I trust him. My loyalty to Lexus is not based on The brand, but rather the individuals I deal with on a regularly basis while at the dealership. I intend to continue to purchase Lexus vehicles from your dealership provided Fred H. is there to manage our services needs. The clear fact is that Longo Lexus is much closer to my home and they have a greater selection of vehicles to choose from.What they do not have is Fred H. CustomerV.B.Glendora CA.

Terrible service. The worst ever. I took my car in to touch up a little road rash on the front bumper and it stayed there for 3 weeks. When I finally got it back it was covered in over spray and the rear bumper was scratched. I could go on and on, but now I drive the extra 20 miles and go to Longo.

The past negative reviews are surprising. I have been using this dealer since 1999 and am completely satisfied. Anything not to the Lexus level of sevice was quickly corrected and I always had a loaner for my use.BTW they moved and to a beatiful new showroom.

I have read the other reviews (all negative) and I am very surprised. I have been dealing with Lexus of Glendale since 1992 and can honestly say they are an exceptional dealer in every way. I certainly would not remain a customer if my experiences were negative so it might be interesting to hear the other side of the story as it does not fit the profile of Lexus of Glendale to have unhappy customers. My son has been a customer since 99 and is thoroughly satisfied with his sales and service experiences. I also have friends who have their cars service there even though it is not the closest dealer to them.Of course you cannot please everyone but the fact they have about 175 loan cars says that a lot of people like the service there. I have talked to other Lexus owners who deal with other dealers and they, frequently, cannot get a loan car. If they run out of loan cars, they provide rental cars free to the customer, what more can you ask?

I took my vehicle in for a service and some other issues to be looked at (took 3 days). When everything was fixed and I took my vehicle home, I noticed the back of the front seats had been ripped/torn and the plastic trim had also be damaged. Upon further investigation, I found a condom in the back. The dealer had taken 3 days to fix my vehicle, and someone had obviously decided to use if after hours.I have since contacted Lexus Corporate and started legal proceedings against this dealership.STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!

Did not have loaner vehicle as promised, had to wait 45 minutes for rental, paid by dealer. Car was not ready as promised. The Service consultant, Rick left early and know one knew what the status of my car was. After 30 minutes a very helpful cashier Celina, discoved car was not completed and arranged for a new loaner. Loaner (not Celina's fault) had been smoked in. Rick called next day car was completed made arrangements and smelled badly for delivery in a 2 hour window that afternoon. Car not delivered on time. No invoice was provided when car delivered, 30 to 45 minutes after the delivery window Enzio, service manager did attempt to rectify situation with a 20% discount from bill and did provide an invoice by Fax and Mail. This is the second bad experience with this dealer. The 1st was my attemt to purchase my car at the lease expiration. Significat fees at Gelndale Lexus went back to Santa Monica where car was bought and had a great experience, no fees. If using Glendale Lexus, only use Arbie as a service consultant as all my experinces with him were great.

Thought we completed all arrangements through FleetRates.com, who we communicated our desire to trade 04 GX470 for new 06. Price for new vehicle set and kelly blue book established for trade. FleetRates said Lexus of Glendale said they could do the deal. My wife and I drove almost two hours. Upon arrival, the salesman valued our trade almost 10K under the kbb avg car tradein value. Obvious low ball attempt. I should have paid more attention to the warning flags. Almost all of their showroom inventory had huge dealer markups over MSRP. 10K over MSRP for an IS350. On a new 450h- they had 5K just as dealer markup-no other explanation. Total price of that car was over 72K. I have owned over 13 Lexus autos, all the time I was treated with respect, dignity, and without the usual car salesman "hussle". Not so here- I could have been at any "less than average" dealership in the nation.Needless to say , my wife and I just walked out in disbelief, noting that the dealership had a 2004 model on their lot- their asking price? 45, 380!!
