I was just "browsing", and Ernie came out to greet us. He was very friendly, professional, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about the RX350's I was interested in. Everyone I encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. After we closed the deal, I found out they closed at 6 pm on Saturdays, and I was there until 8 pm! Ernie never said a word, just took his time and didn't try to rush at all. I picked up my 2014 Certified RX350 on Halloween! What a treat! ( for me and Ernie) One of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a new vehicle! Ernie was great!

While I find Lexus dealerships as a whole to be responsive and capable, especially appreciate the effort, coirtesy and responsiveness of the folks at Lexus of Warwick. I paused there for a 50,000 mile tuneup while on a 400 mile trip to New York. We were an hour late but Paul, with whom we dealt, said no problem, and the car was tuned up and cleaned up and we were good to go in two hours. Paul kept us informed of developments and extras needed, auch as new windshield wipers, which proved to be important because we went on to encounter some horrendous rain on our trip. Starting from the sales rep, moving forward to sales managers and finance officer, one of the best car buying experiences. Professional, courteous and respectful. Futuristic updated setup in the building. Well-priced certified vehicle (i eventually purchased), full detailed exterior and interior, full tank of gas on delivery. This dealership is located in a huge development of premium dealerships by Penske. They will hide a problem to make a sale on a used vehicle, after you buy and discover the problem, they will gladly look at it and make a bunch of excuses to not fix the problem. If you want a good used Lexus, go some place else..

Kudos to Ray West at Lexus of Warwick!! This dealership is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, talented salesperson on their staff. Ray walks the talk of Lexus commitment to customer service. Buying a car online can be daunting, requiring the buyer to have total trust and integrity of the salesperson. Ray possesses those qualities and more. His insightful understanding of a customer needs, along with his caring and treatment of each customer as a true individual is unlike any salesperson I experienced. Arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed by Ray then shown to our car sporting a red bow on its rooftop and parked on a red carpet. This Lexus certified used car looked like it belonged in the new car showroom. On the dealerships website, Ray earned his title as Master Certified Sales Consultant. This was one reason that I contacted him. Luckily, I did. He has won me over as a loyal customer for future purchases. Thank you, Ray.

Purchased a new NX as part of a weekend promotion for current customers. Traded an Infiniti. The dealership was swamped and staff struggled to keep up with the interested shoppers. The finance department was particularly understaffed. I worked with Craig who was very informative - no pressure just wanted to please. I would highly recommend you ask for Craig is you go to Lexus. On pickup day I worked with Randall to go thru all the bells and whistles. He was patient and very helpful. Overall a very good dealership but I would recommend that you not shop on a promotion weekend or expect to wait a very long time.

I bought my first Lexus a number of years ago from a private dealer. I loved the car from the moment I drove it. I travel with business everyday and recently passed 290,000 miles on the car. I began having nickel and dime repairs on a regular basis. and quite honestly, the car gave me all it had. My wife suggested looking for a newer used Lexus with hopes that we could get the money and mileage out of another one. I searched for a while but never found what I was looking for. I found a similar model to the one I had at Lexus of Warwick. When I called I spoke with Richard Johnson. He said he thought the car was gone but wasn't completely sure. He called me back and informed me that it had gone to auction but could try to pull it back if I was sincere. He got the car back and I went in the next day for a test drive. I knew it was what I wanted 10 minutes into the test drive. Richard, the finance personnel, the mechanic who swapped my plates. Everyone was 2nd to none. I actually left some personal items in the car and Richard reach out to let me know he retrieved them, and they would be waiting for me upon a return visit to the dealership. I need it serviced and Richard went above and beyond by setting my appointment and giving me a "Loaner" for the day so I wont miss any work. If you're looking for a new or used Lexus? Reach out to Richard. He treated me with professional respect and went above and beyond knowing there was a chance I may not even feel the car was suited to me. When I'm ready for another one, I'll be reaching out to Richard Johnson again!

Excellent and quick. I asked Ray West to keep an eye out for a gently used Rx350 with low miles, like new and certified. He called me Thursday evening with one to look at, I went in Friday morning, test drove the car and picked it up on Saturday. It is my 2nd RX and other than a Lexus LX I can't see myself driving anything else ever! Very appreciative that it was a quick sign and drive process as we are very busy (like everyone these days)! So my boyfriend and I were looking to trade in our 2005 Honda Accord when we were informed about Lexus of Warwick. We made the inquiry on the Lexus we wanted and within a day we received an email back about the car. So we decided to take a trip up to the dealer and check out the car lot.. When we stepped inside we were greeted by John with a smile and a firm handshake. We told him about the inquiry and then he pulled the car up to the front door. We instantly fell in love with the vehicle we had planned on purchasing.. We sat down with John and discussed the process we would be going through in order to make this purchase final. Not once did he try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot. The numbers worked out perfectly... Usually car dealers try to low ball with the offers on a trade in... But not Lexus. They offered us more than we expected.. Which left us smiling. Tomorrow we go to sign the final paperwork to our new Lexus and couldn't be more excited. So Far we have experienced nothing but awesome customer service!! If you're looking to buy a Lexus I would definitely recommend this dealer and the associate John A.. I've bought about a dozen cars over the last 40 years, including one of the first Lexus Sedans (LS 400, I believe). So I'm a believer in the quality of their product. I traded my 2005 Jeep Laredo for a lot less than I thought it was worth, but I still feel the net price was fair for a 2011 Lexus RX350 with low miles. This was my most enjoyable buying experience of the dozen. Dave Poccia was expecting me. He was professional, friendly, honest and gave me a lot of his time. We drove two cars before I decided on which one. I had fully intended to get a price and move on to three dealers in MA, but at the end of the day (and we WERE at the end of the day) I felt the few dollars I might save were not worth it. Once the test drives and negotiations were over, Jackie walked me through the legal, warranty and financial matters. Also very professional. I would recommend Inskip Lexus (Lexus of Warwick) to anyone.

Totally unimpressed. I was very interested in buying a vehicle that they had on the lot. I made it very apparent that I was interested and wanted to make a deposit to come look at it on my day off. They never got back to me on the deposit information that day. Next morning I called and they took my info again and claimed they would send the deposit info immediately. Never happened. Called back again to find out there was an appointment made to look at it the afternoon before (after i told them I wanted to make a deposit on it) and that if it did not sell I would be able to make my deposit. Needless the say the vehicle sold. All I got was a sorry. This dealership is the reason people have horror stories from buying cars.

I bought a slightly used 350 ISC in December of 2013. The car is beautiful and runs great. The problem is that I am unable to register in my home state of Oregon because the car has a lien on from the previous owner and they need a copy of release of lien. My DMV says that it probably a repossessed car. I originally worked with Korine who said she would straighten out the matter. She did nothing and eventually stopped returning any calls. While Korine was on vacation Jackie took over her roll in financing. She was eager to help but came up with nothing and eventually stopped returning my calls as well. I requested a manager, so in comes Neil. He said he would find and email me a copy of the release and send me a hard copy. Two weeks later, no email or hard copy and now Neil won't return calls. I have messages with Jason, another manager but he has never returned a call. It seems like office policy not to answer the phone and always let it go to voice mail. I am completely frustrated dealing with Lexus of Warwick. Mind you that it is Oct. 1st and I still don't have my car registered.

I researched the Lexus, Audi, and Acura SUVS, and I visited six different New England dealers. Hal, and the entire staff at Lexus of Warwick, made me feel welcomed, valued, and relaxed. They were far and away the most professional group of people I've met in a decade. I test drove one particular vehicle four times...once with my children, once with my husband, and twice by myself....and each time, Hal treated me as though I was a welcome addition to his busy day. When I finally made a decision, the purchase was painless and more than fair. When I picked up the vehicle - a certified preowned- it was presented with a bow and the technician spent an hour with me going over the car's details. Today, when I picked up the registration and found that Hal was on vacation, another salesperson took care of the details himself and was incredibly gracious. The genuine regard for customers, and the superior experience, are truly to be commended.

I was a previous Lexus owner (2003 IS 300) and with such a great experience with that car I only considered another Lexus. I researched and shopped around for months and I found several Lexus IS's I was interested in. I met with Richard and he was very accommodating, no sales pressure, he just simply presented the facts such as around the value of a certified Lexus versus non-certified, etc. Then when I noticed a price drop on a IS 350 I quickly contacted him and even negotiated the deal over the phone (I live an hour away). This was exactly what I wanted to do, I didn't want to drive an hour away and not be able to reach a deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lexus of Warwick to anyone.

With all the considerations to make when buying a car, we couldn't have asked for a better and more knowledgeable salesperson than Hal Pelit. I brought my 2010 Lexus GS350 for warranty service at Lexus of Warwick. Even though I purchased the car from a private party I received top notch service from their dealership. My service advisor was Kelvin Almonte. I spoke with Kevin the day before my appointment to check on the warranty status of my car and he was extremely helpful in explaining my coverage, and he had general knowledge of the issue my car was having. Kelvin also followed up with my questions via email which I liked. I'll admit, I was a bit apprehensive about taking my car to a dealership I never used before, but after I had my car repaired, I was very impressed with the entire process and staff. I would not hesitate to have my car serviced at Lexus of Warwick in the future and would strongly consider buying my next car there. Great customer service!

I live in Connecticut and have been driving 45 minutes each way to have my Lexus RX350 (and previously, RX300) serviced at Lexus of Warwick because the service is consistent. I know I can expect to be treated with courtesy and fairness....as was the case at my most recent maintenance with Service Representative, Kelvin. I was visiting friends on the Cape and drove directly to Warwick -- arriving an hour ahead of my appt. time. Kelvin was helpful in accommodating me and arranging for a loaner. He called me on my cell to discuss some unscheduled work that might need to be done and together we figured out a good strategy. Now, why would I go anywhere else for Lexus service??

The first time I went here they took 2 hours to do an oil change. They did do it for free which was nice. But they lied and said I needed 2000 dollars worth of repairs on my new used car. Next time I made an appointment to get a duplicate key made. I brought it in and they said "oh the key machine is broken". They did not offer me anything for my inconvenience. They also told me it was out of alignment and I just got 4 new tires and the car aligned from my mechanic. They lied to me again! I called Lexus customer care and complained that they didn't compensate for my inconvenience so they covered the cost of the key and I eventually got it free. I will try to avoid this dealership if possible. They aren't that bad but not that good either.

Recently our old 97 Lexus had some issue and we decided to get a pre-owned ES350 mainly based on our great experience with this 97 lexus. Extremely smooth and reliable. So I started communicating with David Poccia who is the internet sales manager of Lexus Warwick. It is absolutely very nice to do business with him on finding a car. He replies my email so quick! I am really surprised that I got his immediate response after I sent him an email around 10:00pm in the evening. And during our test drive of the used ES350, another sales guy Raymond West helped us and he is professional and easy going. At that time we found the front bumper and some other places of the body have scratches and Ray asked his manager to take a look and they agreed to re-paint the front bumper and took care the other scratches as well. Actually they have done a great job for the re-painting and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase! Kareen in financing was nice and professional too. I would like highly recommend to my friends if they are looking to purchase a new or pre-owned Lexus.

I have to say, The service I received at this dealership is first rate! I did not even buy my car from them and they really did give me amazing service. They offer email specials for oil changes and the like and the value is incredible. Their full priced service are pretty steep though. I've traded in my Lexus and got into a different make of car and I'm a little sorry about the whole service aspect. I'm hoping to receive as good a service at the new dealer. It is another Inskip dealer so, I'm hopeful.If you have a Lexus, get on the email list and go there. I think you'll be very happy.

Long story short, they told me they could not get me financed because even though my credit is great, I wanted to buy an older model car with high mileage (2001 Pathfinder, 145k miles). Even with a fifth of the payment down, I had to wait over an hour for a decision from the finance department. Verdict: The banks wouldn't do it. Okay then. I left.Went to another dealer who got me a good rate on an OLDER vehicle that cost thousands more. No problem getting a 36-month deal.I got a call from Lexus of Warwick a few days later offering me financing on the Pathfinder. Well, to little too late. I took my great credit and my money somewhere else.That's just the finance department, though. The salesman there was helpful for the most part, but you could tell he thought I didn't know too much about cars. I'm a small, young looking female -- but I write about cars for a living and have owned multiple beaters over the years, all needing plenty of TLC. The salesman at Lexus of Warwick told me he would clear the Pathfinder's check engine light before I got a sticker. Well -- it takes about 100 miles for a check engine light to reset. I obviously didn't want him to just clear it; I wanted them to guarantee to FIX THE PROBLEM, whatever it was (he had no idea -- shouldn't they have scanned it before putting it on the lot?). He kept insisting he would clear it -- never specified it would be fixed.I would recommend for anyone buying an older vehicle to hop over to Mass, if only for the 30-day mandated warranty.

I have owned a Lexus LS400, LS430 and now an LS460L. All have been under preowned certified warranties. I am a knowledgable owner and research all TBS's and have all issues fixed. On the last 2 cars, I have dealt exclusively with Frank. He has made sure every one of my issues has been taken care of to my satisfaction. All TSB's have been taken care of and if they cannot fix an issue, he lets me know exactly why. On my latest service visit, I had a driver door hinge and front headlight lamp out at 49k miles. Should not happen. While Inskip disnot take care of it 80025lexus sure did. Fixed at no charge, even though the hinges were not under waranty (when does a Lexus hinge fail at 49k miles!?). Inskip and Lexus corporate keeps me a big Lexus fan.

I was contacted by Lexus Corporate many times asking what I was going to do for the end of my lease. I had explained to them what happened and that asked that I please return to Inskip and they were going to call someone at Inskip to discuss the issues and what I was looking for. I am so thankful for that and the person they had me go and see. I simply cannot say enough about how this person saved not only a customer at Inskip but also with Lexus as I was at the point of returning to Mercedes. Michael Silva, Certified Sales/Leasing Coordinator, at Lexus of Warwick is fantastic. He is a fine example of a true car sales professional. Mike made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. I am sending all of my family and friends to him and I hope when I am ready for my next Lexus that he is still there. Also, another positive part of the experience was meeting Kenneth Golini. He too is a consummate professional. And there is one more person that I have dealt with in the past that made me want to be a return customer and that is Peppino Palladino in service. There are two reasons to deal with this agency:The sales associate Ray West is interesting and informative. He is meticulous when delivering a new vehicle and insures the item is ready to his standards.The second reason is the fabulous service manager Peppino Pallidino. He is not only working for the company, but also very much concerned about a customer's safety, satisfaction and quality of work performed. Were it not for these two employees, I may not have been a return customer at Warwick Lexus. I went to Inskip Lexus to get some warranty work performed before my dad's 2007 Lexus ES 350 ran out of warranty. My primary complaint was rattles, creaks and groans heard from the dashboard and gauge cluster. I asked Mr. Vanner if he wanted me to go on a test drive with a technician so I can let him hear all the issues I am having to which he said no. Good enough. So I get a call back the next day stating that the car was ready and that they fixed the rattling from the center dashboard but they couldn't duplicate any of my other concerns.I headed to the dealership the next day and asked if I could test drive the car with a technician to see if I could reproduce the other issues that they couldnt. We head out and lo and behold, on the FIRST real pothole I could reproduce the creaks/rattles from the whole dashboard. To make it even worse, there is a technical service bulletin(TSB) from lexus about this issue! I guess I am not the first to complain about this hence the TSB. I was not happy about this. First, if I could reproduce this rattling on the first try then did the service tech even test drive the car carefully to reproduce my concerns? Its one thing if it takes me a half hour to reproduce the noise but another when it takes me literally 30 seconds to do this. Second, if there is a TSB out about the issue, don't you think they should have just performed the TSB since this was my exact concern?It just seemed to me that this service department may not take pride in their work or are just plain lazy to go the extra mile and satisfy their customer service. This is the only conclusion I can make after my experience at this service department.Hope this helps someone who is looking to service their Lexus'.Thanks.P.S. I did some googling about this dealer service and wish had done it earlier because this service department doesn't get good reviews on other sites as well.P.P.S Mr. Vanner the service advisor had asked me to amend/retract my review after the work was performed to my satisfaction. After reflecting I am not going to do so since the fact that the work performed on the dash board was inferior before it was corrected. One example I can give is the fact that the second time I returned for a test drive after being assured that the rattle was gone, I decided to open the passenger side window(which was where the rattle was) I could see with my inexperienced eye that the dash board that meets the "A" pillar adjoining the door had no gap on the bottom but as you went up, the gap widened. This was verified by the master technician as well. Even though the dash is now quiet, the inferior work on the first two tries is the main reason why I will not retract this review.

david poccia should be promoted to sales manager and you would get more deals done, he is professional, knows his products and can get it done without pissing me off. Nice car, love it. The only part is the sales manger you have on staff is an idiot, i had a deposit on a car and they sold it under me, Dave worked with the VP of lexus and got me another car. So it all worked out, so make the change, because your business looked slow to me the times I stopped in. You guys market cars well, but the perception on the street is you don't bend on price to well and piss customers off. I attribute that to the sales mangers and I know they are the gait keepers in making money for the company, but without customers spending you have nothing.

We had been dealing with an issue that required us to rewrite & update our RX 350 lease. Initialy we had very bad vibs and believed that this was going to be a very bad expierence. Michael Silva was the salesperson. Michael was exemplary in all facets of his dealings with us. He is an excellent representative for Lexus. Larry worked very hard with regional and national reps to make every attempt to satisfy our demands. I do not think he could have done more. Dealing with Michael Silva was great. He spent a great deal of time going over the car we were considering. When showing you details about the car, he speaks to you using your name. It makes for a friendly discussion about the car. Michael is what I wish all car salesman were like. He's friendly, honest and not pushy. I don't know why car salesman think being pushy works. It just sends me to another dealership. When given a price on the car, I hate being told this price is for today only. Seriously, if I call you tomorrow and say I would like to buy the car at the price we discussed you' re going to say no. It was refreshing not to be treated like we were stupid. Michael Silva was a pleasant find. There should be more salespeople like him. I hope he is still there when I come back for the Lexus convertible.

Being in sales myself, I feel very comfortable stating that working with Mike Silva was a pleasurable experience. He was friendly, forthright and closed the deal but never came across as pushy. The most important part was all of the time that he took after to go over the car and the specs. The sale had already been completed, but he spent 45 minutes, in very hot weather going over every detail of the car. Brought my friend, who works 7 days a week and had precious little time to spare, to BUY a GX 460 today 8/30/10, at abt 10 am. We went for a test with Mr. West, who was quite agreeable. We got back to dealership to talk price, and was subsequently introduced to the Sales Manager who was very rude, demeaning and condescending. She basically refer to us, her customer and potential customers, as "fully stupid" for offering a "ridiculous" price. We abruptly left Inskip...for good!We then went to Herb Chambers Sharon at 12 pm and made the same "ridiculous" offer, but was met with generous understanding from Mr. Gerry Baker. We eventually came to an agreement, not far off from the "ridiculous" offer mentioned. My friend drove home with her NEW 2010 GX 460 at around 6 pm today 8/30/10. SORRY MR. West. Your SALES MNGR cost you a sale today, and I hope many more sales in the future.

I must say Richard is the most professional, hard working and helpful sales person I have ever met in the automobile industry. Most recently, after leasing a 2010 ES 350 we received a notice from from Toyota Financial indicating that there was a balance due on the leased vehicle we had just turned in. The customer service is outstanding, I asked about a repair to the leather which was cut and they immediately knew what caused the damage and said it can be repaired once looked at by Lexus Representative. Within two weeks the representative looked at the tear, the part was ordered and the damaged interior panel was repaired. We are always told by dealerships that the only rating that is acceptable is outstanding, but I have to say that Paula Triburcio and Jay Warren of Inskip Lexus set the Benchmark for customer service.

Amazing amazing customer service! I have had my lexus serviced at the inskip lexus dealership several times, and each time I have a wonderful experience. My service rep is Peppino Palladino, who is wonderful. He is courteous, caring, and every time has been able to come through. I needed my car repaired the same day, and not only did he provide with with an identical rental (which I needed to fit my 5 kid carpool), but I received a phonecall only 2 hours later that he was able to get my car repaired! I brought my 2008 LS400 in for its 30,000 mile service. Peppino gave me a Saturday appointment with little notice. He personally met me upon arrival and in his customary friendly and efficient manner had me on my way with a loaner. I am writing with respect to our salesman at Inskip Lexus in Warwick, RI. His name is Michael Silva. Although my fiance had been wanting for some time to buy a new Lexus SUV to replace her 2004 model, we actually had just stopped at the dealership simply to pick up a new key. I happened to bump into Michael while my fiance was still outside in the parking lot. We started talking a little bit-nothing high pressure-just chatting about the new vehicles on the lot. What he had to say peaked my interest and my fiance's. One thing led to the other, and within a couple of hours, we decided to purchase a 2010 model.I can genuinely say that Michael was one of the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional salesman I've ever dealt with. He definitely was the lynch pin to us making the deal. I was so impressed that I walked over and told his sales manager how Michael had distinguished himself and that Inskip Lexus should be proud that he was representing their company.After the decision was made to take the vehicle that day (it was a Saturday), Michael told us that we could go finish our errands for the afternoon, and then come back later to pick up the new car before they closed at 6:00 p.m. Well, as sometimes happens, we lost track of the time and did not make it back to the dealership until 5:55 p.m. When we walked in, Michael still had a smile on his face. He sent us off to finish the paperwork with the business office manager while he waited patiently. After we had signed the paperwork, Michael went outside with us, jumped in the car, and went over every single feature with us for over an hour. Without question, he went above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that we felt safe and comfortable driving the car home. On February 1, 2010 Paula Tiburcio, my service rep, left a message to let me know that recall service was needed on my car and that this week was a good time to come in and get it done. From that phonce call on I was impressed that a dealership would make the effort to try to make life easier for its customers. I called the next day and she found me a convenient time, arranged for a car so that I would not have to wait there for three hours, apologized for any inconvenience this might cause me and in general made me feel as though I was being cared for.When I arrived with my car, the paperwork was all ready, the loaner car was set to go and I was back at my office very quickly. Thoughout the whole process I was treated as a special individual who would be well-cared for, and I was.I expect when I go to the dealership to get service that I will be treated politely and that things will go relatively smoothly but for the service area to go out of its way to arrange things at its initiative at my convenience is to me much more than any expectation I would have.

I have brought my IS 250 to be service several times and each time, i have become more and more comfortable with the whole process. I always worked with Frank. he is accomodating to my schedule and will come in on his days off if i need my vehicle serviced. I am a very busy person and will rarely have time to sit and wait. Frank is very well aware and always has a loaner for me so i can continue to go about my business with no interuptions. I have worked with Peppino in the past while Frank was away and he is also a nice person to work with. FYI: i did not purchase the vehicle there, but glad i can still receive great service without having to drive back to the purchased dealership.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire sales and service teams esecially Elena Corsi,Rob Picerno and Jay Warren. I came into Inskip Lexus for a reaccuring tire pressure problem that another dealer was unable to diagnose properly. Not only did they correct the tire problem at no charge, they made feel like a VIP! While I waited for the srevice to be completed, I wandered into the sales center to take a look at the new cars on their floor. I was approached by the sales manager who was very informative on all of the cars I had questions about.
