Sam made sure I had a good experience. Peter made sure I got in and out as soon as possible. The best car wash ever. I was informed of the status of the 10,000 mile service. This place is awesome. I was looking online for used car and found a car late at night so I gave a call and went to the dealer. The sales person Ash helped me see the car. The car I found was okay but once I was at the dealer there was more cars I was interested to see. I checked about 5 cars but Ash never said no and he was very nice showing all the pros and cons of each car. After checking those cars I did choose a car and went to finance. The person that helped me was David he was super nice. We went to finance at 11 PM because I arrived at 8 PM to the dealership. It was late and I was feeling so bad for everyone there but no one showed any anger or was rude. All of them gave the best service. I really do recommend this dealership.

Edwin was absolutely WONDERFUL! He possess in depth product knowledge and is very personable. We originally went to Keyes Lexus Van Nuys and had a horrible experience and we are so happy that we decided to go to Woodland Hills to complete the purchase of our 2 cars. Richard was also great. After a frustrating and unpleasant experience with another Lexus dealership in the Valley, we phoned the Woodland Hills dealership with a very specific question about the car we wanted to buy and were given a straight answer -there were several on site so we went over to see them. Mr Adel Atashzai worked patiently with us through the process without any sense of pressure. The showroom is light and airy and a nice place to spend some time deciding which of the lovely vehicles to commit to, When the time for the contract signing came, it was still all professional and efficient. We requested photos with the car and it's red bow, and I think they would have done that for us anyway. We recommend this dealership highly.

We had an appointment with Mr. Adam on December 9th 2015 to look into a new Lexus 2016. We were offered services which way beyond our expectations. The GM Mr. Adam and his crew were very polite and everything was in proper order. Best car buying experience I've ever had, started with looking at the web site and responding to a chat box with Edwin O. Edwin said he had the keys in his hand, I told him we'd be there in ten minutes. We parked on the street at a meter, Edwin took my keys and moved our car for us. Answered all our questions, this was not a new car it was a used car but he treated us like family. Tamer was just as nice and gave us extra info to help us make best choices. It started raining so they put the new car inside with a full tank. Best gift for my wife ever. 2 weeks, 9 dealers and two dozen cars later, I stumbled upon the best deal and Lexus dealer in southern CA. I started my search in San Diego, where I live, only to find the prices more competitive and inventory more robust in the LA area. I was scheduled to be in LA this past weekend for an event and decided to stay one more day to look at a car that I thought was priced right and after all my research I knew I would buy it if I liked driving it. Upon arriving, however, I realized I had been given wrong info and was told the car had navi but it did not and that it had Mark-Levinson sound. I was skeptical, even thought the car was really nice and I even made an offer but it was declined. After those games were over and I fielded about a 1/2 dozen more calls from other dealers then I was ready to head home without a car. That's when my phone buzzed with an update from the Cars.com app and it told me I was less than a mile away from Lexus of Woodland Hills and they had a really nice car in my price range! I called and spoke to the greatest salesperson ever, Sabrina Figueroa who immediately cleared up all of my confusion about navigation, Mark Levinson sound, certified pre-owned and other info I could not get from the many others by asking a straight question. I arrived within 10 minutes and the car was already pulled up front for me and it was spectacular! Chrome wheels, navi and certified, all at the best price! Sabrina and her crew were great to work with, I had a good time and drove home with my new car, and absolutely love it! No games, no price negotiating necessary, just got the best car at the best price, period.

I went to five different dealers looking for a quality used car. On the fifth try I stopped by Lexus of Woodland Hills. The minute I started speaking with the staff I knew I would buy a car from them. After being treated like an idiot and virtually insulted at the previous dealers, the experience was refreshing. I got a fair price and a very low key smooth transition. The sales representative did not have to hand me off to his "manager". Katie and Adam was able to work wonders with my situation and I was able to trade my CT in for what I have been wanting for 3 years and that is the ES 350!!!!! Every staff member acknowledged me and made sure I was taken care of through my waiting period that comes along with purchasing a car. I was set on getting another Benz but gave in to my husband's suggestion to check out Lexus. We went to several Lexus dealerships over a couple of weeks-- Ontario, Thousand Oaks, Glendale, Oxnard and just on a whim, decided to swing by to Woodland Hills since it was on the way home one day. Recently I went to the Lexus of woodland hills. I have been shopping around for quite abit because I wanted to make sure I was getting the car I wanted and the price that would best fit my finances. A couple of dealerships I went to were no help and didn't want to work with me, but not at this dealership. I went in and Jose Navarro immediately greeted me and was very polite and helpful. I was looking into the GS350 but once I was there started looking at the Is350 as well and couldn't decide. Jose then informed me that he could help me out have me test drive them both and see witch one would best fit my needs. I was then able to compare the two and i knew the exact one I wanted. My experience with Woodland Hills Lexus Dealership has me upset to my core, Yesterday I saw on the internet an add regarding a 2011 ES 350 that had low mileage so I called the dealership regardingthis vehicle. Color on the exterior was perfect, inside looked great and the car had a clean Carfax. So I called to speak with a salesman, receptionist put me through to Ellie, I asked Ellie if it would be possible to work out a deal for a for the car by coming down on the price a little. She said she didn't know if they could or would come down on the price, but she would talk to the Manager of the dealership. Ellie left the telephone briefly to ask the Manger then returned to the telephone and told me yes the price we asked for would work. We ended the conversation by setting up a meeting time for the next day so my wife and I could see the car. I told her we lived out by Palm Springs and it would be three hour drive to get there, with all of the traffic. No problem. Day 2, cleaned up our car to turn in and off we went. Five minutes before our arrival Ellie calls to say that she spoke with her Manager? and he told her that they have the lowest prices in the area and would not come down in price? I was shocked. Since we were literally three minutes from dealership we went on anyway. parked car went to lobby was introduced to Ellie. Ellie again said that we could not get price reduction then told us car was sold yesterday. What? In talking to Manager I found out that Ellie was not a salesman Ellie was a Product Specialist, she didn't ask her Manager about the price reduction she asked a fellow co-worker, and the car actually sold 2 hours before I spoke to her the first time the day before. OMG, 6 hours of driving, a half a tank of gas for nothing. So buyer beware; there has to be a more honest Lexus dealer somewhere just not in Woodland Hills.

From the beginning to end, everyone at Lexus Woodland Hills was extremely helpful. Trent Baskin was my sales rep and he was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but he was extremely personable. He made me feel comfortable purchasing at this dealership. I got the ES 300h, and there was never any pressure for me to get this car. I got a fair deal, and the atmosphere at Woodland Hills was amazing. Everyone was friendly, unlike the typical car dealership where this is pressure to buy. Overall, I give Trent's service an A+ and I'm glad to be apart of the Lexus family!

A positive car buying experience??? how is that even possible. I guess hell has froze over, and pigs have started to fly. Having purchased my fair share of cars throughout my life, (5 in the last 4 years alone), my experience at woodland hills Lexus has blown the competition out the water. The employees were all very welcoming. Did not feel pressured into a purchase ( not that i would have been). When i told them i needed a day to think things over, they did not try to keep be around. This was as painless a car buying experience as i think anyone could have gone through.

We were their an hour at the dealer test driving and negotiating. After they drove our trade-in to our home as we drove the our new car to trade belongings and had all paperwork ready to be signed at home. We have small children and had to come home to take care of them. We live less than 2 miles from them, so that made it a great buying experience.

What better testimony could you ask for?I have wanted a new Lexus for myself for a number of years, and finally bit the bullet as they say.The folks at Woodland Hills Lexus treated me wonderfully. I got a 2014 CT last night and Warren was extremely helpful and very conscious of everything I needed. Always made me feel taken care of. They were really busy so I waited a while to sign the deal, but when it came time Court was really apologetic and moved very quickly and was more than happy to spend as much time as I needed on the deal. Our experiences there were excellent from Mr. Eddy Arriola,'s knowledge about the car, and how he made sure to represent our needs to the owner since we went in there after doing our homework. We also met Mr. Saul Onassis, Lexus Technology Specialist, while we were in the customer waiting room, trying to get on the internet. He sensed our frustration, and offered to assist us. He patiently walked us through the process, and we were able to complete our task. Literally the minute I walked into the dealership, Fabio tapped my back and asked if he could help me. He got me set up with my paperwork and took care of my financing without out a painless amount of waiting. Within minutes he gave me a bottle of water and a few minutes to unwind while he got the car. Before I could even finish the bottle, the car was pulled up and he took me on a test drive. By the end of the transaction and waiting to sign the last papers, he joined me in the lobby and we just talked about life, experiences and got to learn about one another. This dealership is about 2 hours away from my home but if I'm ever in the area, I'll be sure to stop by and say hello to him. Thanks again for everything, day one of my lexus experience and I'm loving it already!

Had an RX 300 for almost 14 years which was recently flooded in the underground parking at UCLA due a geyser on Sunset Blvd from a 93 yr old broken pipes. Had to buy another car in 2 days! Had been car shopping extensively on the internet and all over SF for the last 3 days with my husband who is a car fanatic. Fabio Rustom came to the rescue!!! Walked in to their showroom with the car in mind (RX 350 2015 nebula gray pearl/light gray interior). He showed us all the cars I was interested in. Found the one I wanted. Sat down in the "negotiation room". We were firm on our offer. There was no back and forth exchange of dollar amounts. Within 15 mins, we shook hands and I purchased a gorgeous "babe" which I expect decades of bonding on the road into my retirement.This has been the smoothest and easiest car purchasing experience ever for my husband and I. We have owned multiple new cars in the past with our 2 daughters. Fabio was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, accommodating and conscientious throughout our ordeal. We never felt pressured at any given moment. Even though there was some waiting involved prior to the financing process, Fabio made sure that he updated us each step of the way. Definitely worth the wait. I still miss my RX 300 but I have no doubt that RX 350 will fill-in the void.

Alan Youssefi was thoughtful, knowledgeable, soft-spoken, and patient. He was the ideal salesman for us, and we are very glad to have met him. For reasons we never understood, it took almost 3 hours to buy the car though we had agreed on a price and were paying cash. We were kept waiting in uncomfortable chairs. If we had known about the wait, we would have had a Chinese meal across the street and come back. When we finally bought the car, we found that the cargo mat was irretrievably stained, and the cargo bay cover was for a different model car. By that time it was 6:30 on Saturday evening, we were tired, and went home, but not before asking Alan to rectify the two problems. He said the cover would not be a problem, but the mat might be difficult. Alan phoned us on Monday to say that he had spoken to Danielle Goodwin about the problems, and she would see to them. We made an appointment with Georgio Reinoso to have a tutorial on Tuesday morning to introduce us to the technology of the car. We met both Danielle and Georgio at the appointed time. Danielle had a new cargo mat and cargo bay cover for us, and Georgio gave us an excellent introduction to the various devices in the car. In short, the purchase itself was not a pleasant event, but the entire process was saved by meeting Alan, Danielle, and Georgio who took excellent care of us and put us in good spirits.

As a young adult Fabio Rustom treated me with the same courtesy that he would with any older man. He explained all the details I needed to know about the car I wanted. He even explained to me what was needed in order to get me into the car of my dreams . I ended up getting my dream car , the exact way that I wanted it ,even though they did not have it in their dealer , he made it possible for me to get it . I purchased 2014 Lexus GS 350. I was extremely satisfied with my new vehicle purchase from Lexus of Woodland Hills. The sale price was great. The sales person Fabio Rustom was the best. The transaction was completely hassle free. Fabio took good care of me. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule by coming to the dealership on his day off. Fabio kept his word on what he originally promised. When Fabio found out that the car in his stock was almost $1000 more on its MSRP than what he quoted me first, he still honored the original quote. Way to go Fabio! Building trust with customers is the most important trait any sales person can have. I will recommend this dealership and Fabio to anyone interested in buying a Lexus. Fabio was very easy to work with and very friendly. He didn't pressure me at all. He was able to get me a great deal on a 2014 lexus CT. I had shopped around at other luxury auto dealerships but they just seemed to want to lock me into making a deal with no concern for my budget (which I had made very clear). I had a good experience at this dealership. Most people go into a dealership with the expectation that when you leave you know you got ripped off. Me however, did not have that feeling once I left. It was a pretty smooth transaction with the typical sales negotiation of "this is the lowest ill go" then twenty minutes later there lower than that rate. There professional salesmen that made things easy and quick.The car is absolutely beautiful and I feel I got a good deal. The only hassle was not having the proper underwriting done before you sign the contract. It was a bit of an inconvenience receiving calls after the fact to verify everything. Was a bit backwards--but I guess that's how you close deals..?All in all I think I would return to this dealership in the future.

I was looking for a Hyundai genesis and one matched what I was looking for at Kami's dealership, but when I arrived he said the car was sold already. I quickly glanced at others and got in my car disappointed and was looking for the next stop. A few minutes later kami told me that the car was being wholesaled to another dealer and he could possibly get it back. Two days later, he did. I came and liked it. He gave me no pressure, and was very pleasant. The deal went very fast. I would recommend Kami to anyone. I was really happy that he went out of his way for me.

I was over at two Lexus dealerships that morning that ended up in a bust, and I was a little hesitant at first. I am so glad that I drove to Lexus Woodland Hills. Not only did he get me a good deal, he also got me the color of the car that I wanted. I am very happy and satisfied with the deal that I got. While waiting for my papers to process, I told him that I was going to check out the cars on the lot, and with no question, he gave me the keys to the car so that I can also check out the inside. How cool is that?My girlfriend was so impressed with the deal that she also decided to go and get a 2014 IS250 from Fabio. He is a top notch salesperson, and not once did we feel pressured from him.

Going into the dealership I was a bit nervous because most sales person are very pushy and just try to sale you a car that they think is good for you. We purchased a Lexus RX350 there in 2012, a Ceritified Pre-owned vehicle. We even bought extended warranty and they spoke so highly about the vehicle; NO CARFAX given or offered. Today, we went to trade in the car and surprise surprise, the vehicle was involved in an accident way before we bought it and had its front and doors repainted with a missing VIN sticker; that affected the trade-in value by about $4000. Come to think of it, there was some uneven spacing on the front grill and when we took the car to their shop to get checked, we were told that we must have hit another car; it was the accident that caused the issue but they blamed us for it; the truth is finally out.Please ask for a CARFAX report from these guys even if you are buying a Certified Pre-Owned; you'll be surprised on what you'll find on it. We will never again buy a Lexus especially after this experience. How can you sell a vehicle as a dealership and fail to disclose previous accidents and paintwork knowing so well the effect the same has on the value?

I had always received excellent service here on an older Lexus and recently my wife was considering a newer one as a second vehicle. We ended up buying a model two years old that looks and drives as though just in from the factory. The entire process was extraordinarily easy and the staff helping us were friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to make us happy. When shopping for a car I am always wary of being approached by the stereotypical pushy salesman. To my great delight my wife and I were met by Kami. We instantly felt very comfortable with his quiet, professional demeanor. He showed a very caring attitude to our needs as he showed us several cars and encouraged us to take a drive in two of the cars. Kami is obviously very happy in his job which shows in the extremely friendly way he presents to his customers. It felt as if we were engaging with a new friend, not just dealing with a salesman anxious to close a deal for his own benefit. I went in to buy a used Lexus RX350. The salesman, Nissim, spent a great deal of time with me, helping me find exactly the right car. Later he asked me to compare the benefits of a used car versus a new one. No pressure whatsoever. It became clear to me that buying a used Lexus didn't pencil out as well as leasing a new one. Nissim saw to it that I got a fantastic deal. After I chose the car he spent a lot of time showing me all of its features and how they worked (big changes from my 2006 Lexus). Boy, am I glad I chose to lease. BTW, the service is just as great as it was for all the years the previous owners, Vista, serviced my 2006 Lexus RX350. In other words, outstanding! Friendly, helpful people, great loaner car policy, coffee, bagels and Starbucks coffee in the customer lounge.(BTW: the only service my Lexus required in 6 years was oil change and other scheduled services. Nothing ever broke!. Lexus really makes a superior product!)

I decided to buy another and was extremely blessed to have met Fred Hakami who was my salesman. Lexus of Woodland Hills is so lucky to have him on their team. Ly Do and Laurence Beerman are the nicest and most professional service consultants I've ever encountered and when things go wrong with my vehicle, which is very seldom, I look forward to taking it in because of them. Jerry Bloomfield....truly deserves the title of Master Problem Solver because there is none that he cannot handle. He keeps you laughing and his work is impeccable. When my car is ready and it's time to leave, it really is hard to do at times because of Isabel Reyes and Katherine Maurico. They both are so nice, professional and a joy to be around. Sure makes paying for the great service easier. If this dealership was a restaurant, I would more than gladly leave a generous tip, just because of Isabel. I have never had a positive experience at a dealership in all my years of buying cars. I worked the deal out through email and when I went in to pick up the car, Nissim not only honored the deal he had it washed and ready for pick up. We were in the finance office for less then 10 min and all the paperwork was printed and ready to go as promised. Then Nissim took us back out and showed us the small details of the car and how to use them. He was nice, polite and never tried to add or up-sell us on anything. I must say dealing with these guys was a great experience. I own a dealership in Chicago, my customer was moving from Chicago to Arizona and Wanted a Lexus CT200H so I had to do a nationwide search to find him one asap as my time was limited due to him moving in a few days. I was lucky enough to find a beautiful 2011 Lexus by this Dealership. I asked to speak to the Manager and was directed to Fred. I told Fred that I would be buying this car sight unseen and I'm basing my trust in his hands. Fred was nothing less than professional all the way through. He went around the entire vehicle and told me it had no imperfections what so ever. Which was what I would expect on a 2011 with 14k miles, however some dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I told fred that I would be shipping the lexus from California Directly to my clients door step in arizona. Fred assured me the car was in excellent condition and it came with both keys,and manual. Everything went smooth and my customer received his vehicle a week later and called me thanking me saying the car was PERFECT! WHeeeeew boy was I relieved because it's hard buying a car sight unseen. So If you're looking to deal with professionals who stand behind their cars this is the dealership to do business with. Keep up the good work guys dont change a thing!

I wanted to do a lease buyout and was shopping my financing and extended warranty around ... they gave me by far the best deal (on both the interest rate and extended warranty pricing) and were extremely courteous (and honest). They were also both very knowledgeable and explained all fees in detail.

I called around several dealerships looking for a specific model and color combination. Lexus of Woodland Hills was one of the 3 dealerships who had what I was looking for. I spoke to Kami over the phone and we negotiated a deal before I went in to the dealership. Kami was very friendly and professional (not like the typical sales person you encounter at most dealerships) and kept his word on our verbal agreement over the phone. Unfortunately, my car was not at the dealership when I went to sign the paperwork. Kami offered to drive the car to my house (approximately 100 miles from the dealership), however his assistance was not needed as I found an alternative to get the car home. I would recommend Kami to all of my friends and family for their next car purchase.

Dealt with 3 other dealerships before speaking with Eugene (Internet Manager) and Eugene quickly responded to all my emails and gave us the best price on our new 2013 RX350. Eugene saved us about $1,000 and on top of all that, there was no BS and typical sales pressure. I''ll recommend Eugene any day to anyone!!! I had bought a 2013 Scion for the wife 3 months prior and was looking for something affordable to treat me :). I found a 2011 VW EOS on the website and was contacted by Eugene. As a customer care call center manager, from the fisrt email, the first call and the first visit, I knew that they had sold me based on their customer service. There is no presure to buy at this dealership, mostly because they know that if they treat you as a friend, you will give them your business.

We have had a Lexus for 14 years and decided that it was time for an upgrade. A pre owned vehicle with very low mileage, in showroom condition is what we were looking for. We did a lot of research on the Internet and could not find exactly the car we wanted. Car prices are higher in Las Vegas where we live and the selection is not as good as California. One Sunday morning I found an ad that looked promising and replied to it. Kami called me back promptly and the transaction was done over the phone and email in one day. Kami was a pleasure to deal with and highly professional. The best part was that he volunteered to deliver the car to us in Las Vegas and pay for his way home.We are very happy with our new Lexus and would recommend Kami and Lexus of Woodland Hills. I had a very good experience with Service Rep. Ly Do. He was friendly, courteous and helpful in explaining the 60,000 mile service required for my 2006 Lexus GS430 and the work that was done after completion of the service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Kami Husseini is a very polite salesman who was willing to work with me regarding the trade in of my old IS 250 Lexus towards leasing a new Lexus. I enjoyed the service and performance of my old car and was open to the idea of getting another one. Like other reviews I've read I would have to agree that Kami is a very helpful and informative salesman in a non-aggressive way. He was willing to stay late, past 9pm, to make sure I learned all the unique features of my Lexus and the new navigation system. Also, even after he sold me the car he followed up with me to make sure everything is going well and that all my questions were answered regarding the car features and servicing.5/5 all the way, I highly recommend him!

Had a ridiculous experience with this dealership this week and especially this morning, and after seeing some of the reviews here on Yelp, it sounds like the Kami and management combo is still up to their bait-and-switch tactics, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.I am in the market for a new 2013 GS350. I contacted the sales department of a couple dealerships in the area, and Kami from Woodland Hills contacted me to let me know he had the exact car that I was looking for.After a couple discussions over the phone and via email, we agreed on a price. I called Kami one more time to set up an appointment, and he mentioned that the price we had agreed on was for a lease only (b/c of some manufacturer incentives). And that if I purchased, the price would be $2500 higher. I told him that was not what we had discussed, and if he can't honor the original deal, I wasn't interested. (this dealership is an hour drive from where i live, without the discount, I could get the same price at a dealership down the street)Kami emailed me back about 10 minutes later and said they would honor the original deal we had agreed upon. I agreed and said that I would drive up there the following Saturday to fill out the paperwork, since with our 6 month old, it would be hard to get there on a week night. He then called me at 4pm that day and asked if they could deliver the car that night to our house, and just do the paperwork at my house. I said sure. Then I heard nothing the rest of the day and night. At 1am, i received an email saying that he was sorry. He then asked if we could come in on Saturday at 9am and pick the car up. I said sure.On Saturday (literally, this was two hours ago), i get the wife and the baby into the car, we're there by 9am. Kami shows me the car, we take it for a test drive. All is good. We fill out the credit application. 5 minutes later, he comes back and says "ok, so its going to be $2500 more than we discussed, b/c the $2500 is only for leases". I was flabbergasted. I told him that this wasn't what we discussed. In fact, we discussed this exact issue a couple days ago, and he told me that he would honor the deal anyway. We drove an hour each way under that pretense.He said, sorry he made a mistake. I reminded him that he didn't make a mistake, he made the mistake twice. We asked to talk to the manager, who said sorry, he wouldn't honor the deal, and that Kami made a mistake. I said, I can't believe you won't honor a deal that your dealership put in writing. The manager asked me whether i had an email from "the dealership" or from Kami. I asked him whether or not Kami spoke for the dealership or not. No response. So we walked away. No apologies, no attempt to make it right, no offer to meet me half way, nothing.Literally, my worst dealership experience ever. Unfortunate that these guys have the Lexus logo on their building. They're sullying the brand of a great car manufacturer.

I could not find an ES350 in the color and options that I wanted and I was getting discouraged when I was told by one dealership that there was only one in Arizona and no others available in the western US. I was resigned to the fact that I would have to wait a month or two until a new shipment arrived from Japan. I read the great dealer rating and review on this website for Lexus of Woodland Hills and noticed the excellent reviews of Eugene Kang, so I decided to call them and I asked for Eugene. He took down the information of what I was looking for and immediately began checking their stock for an ES350 in the colors and options that I wanted. He called me back a few minutes later informing me that there were two cars on hand that met my criteria. He then e-mailed me the descriptions of the cars including all the installed accessories and options. I decided on one car and we negotiated the price via e-mail, and I made an appointment to come in that evening to pick up the car! I must say that this was the most enjoyable and easist car buying experience that I can remember. I highly recommend buying a car at Lexus of Woodland Hills and be sure to ask for Eugene.

I Just went in to look at cars and Kami was so helpful in helping me choose a car. He was never pushy and went out of his way to get me the best deal on my car. I had gone to over 6 different Lexus dealerships and dealt with many different salesman but he was by far the best and most helpful. I do not have one bad thing to say about him in all honesty. It was as if one was buying a car from a good friend who tried his absolute best to help you out and get you a huge discount.

When it comes to customer service in Lexus - Woodland hills, CA - I would say Kami Husseini. I am recommending him to all customers who wants fair deals with perfect services. My story will proof this;On Apr 26 I sold my car at 5:30. Right after that I called Kami if he is available to check Lexus deals. He was in OC, it was his day off, and nevertheless he accepted to see me at dealership at 8PM Friday the same day. I was looking for cars for past two weeks and all had some issue that I did not like. I was finally sure that I really want to have Lexus ES350 but I was not sure if there is a good promotion that I can afford.We went to dealership sharp at 8:00 PM, Kami was there on time waiting for us. After negotiation in price, Kami offered a great deal that met my budget and was affordable. I was happy that I would have my new Car the same night until Fred the sales manager stopped him. He refused to sale the car to us because he believed that dealership would lost on this sale and he cannot go down to price that Kami had offered. Frankly speaking, I thought it is one of those Dealership tricks to start increasing the price. I left the room, angry and disappointed. Kami said, I am so sorry Leila I promise to get this deal for you. let me talk to our General Manager, Mike Hong tomorrow. I will bring your car to your home at 11. This is your car. You will see. We really feel that Keith went above and beyond what was expected in order to work with us and meet our time restricted schedule. I visited Lexus of Woodland Hills because I was interested in trading in my car towards a new car. I was helped by a few sales people, Mike and Eugene, and it was a very pleasant experience, even though I ended up not buying a car at this time due to unforeseen circumstances. However, in a few more months or the coming year, when I am back in the market for a new car, I will most likely visit this Lexus dealership again and probably ask to work with the same sales people.

I live right next to South Bay Lexus, but I still drove 40 miles north to see Eugene at Woodland Hills Lexus. He is very knowledgeable about every single features in every car in Lexus lineup. He made sure that I'm satisfied with my test driving experience. He worked very hard to get the exact model and the features I wanted. I absolutely love my new CT200h and the F sport package. When I was indecisive of what color to get, he lined up every single color in front of me, and let me compare side by side, and that was extremely helpful. I have been looking for a car for what feels like forever now, but on the first day I visited this dealership, i found a great car and bought it right away. That could not have been done without the help of Kami Husseini. He was kind, helpful, efficient, and honest, however at the same time, not pushy, over-eager, or forcing. I was very disappointed from the sales experience and service I received from the Lexus of Woodland Hills dealership and Mike Soboti. I don't recommend buying a car from this dealership. I paid for a Lexus car a higher than agreed upon price. When I noticed the mistake and went back to the dealership, the salesman and manager were unwilling to give me the price that was agreed upon. They claimed the price included upgraded tires - $4,000 for upgraded tires??? Tires that I didn't ask for. This is not a proper way to conduct your business. I will never buy from this dealership and recommend you to steer away from this dealership and Mike Soboti. Buyer beware.

Everyone we were in connect with at this dealership is very professional, friendly,and accommodating starting at the front door with Louise (who handles the phones and greets the customers with a smile) and makes a person feel welcome. Just had a training session with Rishelle Abarca and she was just delightful,knowledgeable and informative and so helpful for me to learn all the features in my new car. She was so patient with me since it took some time to understand all the new features I was not accustomed to. It's a great car and she's the right "Teacher". Now, for the Maestro of the purchase, Mr Keith Slater, who orchestrated (handled) this whole experience without any anxiety for my husband and me. He listened to us as to what we required in a car, informed us about all our options, showed all the possible cars we might be interested in and then helped with the right financing. Kami was outstanding. My wife and I both appreciated his professionalism and kind demeanor. He was courteous, listened to our needs and steered us toward the exact vehicle to meet those needs. He worked hard to address all of our concerns and entertained all requests no matter how outlandish without ever patronizing us. During our three-week search for a used vehicle we encountered all manner of salespeople. My wife didn't get a good vibe from any of them with the exception of Kami. Everyone else either spoke down to us, tried to "educate" us, steer us toward a vehicle that clearly didn't meet our needs (but met theirs), or ignored us. Some did all the above! Kami has restored our faith in car salespeople. If only more were like him it wouldn't be such an unpleasant, gut-wrenching process. We hope Kami stays at Lexus so we can buy our next car through him.

Kami worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted for the price I could afford! I spoke with many other sales people and none of them came close to the deal he offered me. I even went to a car agent who promises the best price and was told to run,not walk to grab Kami's offer. He was very honest and actually delivered the car to my home. The service at Lexus of woodland Hills has been top notch and I highly recommend buying a lexus from them, if you ask for Kami!

There are many reasons I would highly recommend Kami at Woodland Hills Lexus:1- Friendly staff. Kami was extremely patient in explaining the car and when we test drove the vehicle. He took his time to find the exact package I was looking for.2- Honesty. This is the most important reason I am very happy with my experience. Kami was transparent and did not play games with me. 3- Price. Kami even beat the price of the biggest Lexus dealer in California.I was so satisfied that I even took my father in law and bought a second Lexus within a a few days.

My experience with Kami Husseini was excellent. I almost always dread having to deal with car salespeople, but in this instance he was friendly, personable, and most importantly pressure-free. His easy going nature put me at ease as well, and there was a total lack of b.s. I did not have to haggle with him at all over price! The whole process of buying a car was effortless!

I brought my new 2013 Lexus GS350 for a service appt to have the Perma Plate process done for my car on 2/7/13 at Lexus of Woodland Hills. Mike Skobin kindly arranged for the appointment as a follow up to my recent lease purchase on 2/2/13. Eddie Aquino. Service Advisor, greeted me at the service area and was extremely helpful, courteous and promptly arranged for the work to be done in a timely manner. The car was ready at the time promised by Eddie, who personally brought the car to me. I was very pleased with the excellent service Eddie provided. I then went to Mike Skobin's office to pay for the Perma Plate process since he is the one who handles payment of that service. Mike was once again very personable, helpful and provided overall excellent support, as he did during my lease purchase process.

George from the parts dept. was very helpful in getting my headlight fixed. I bought the part and he got a technician to install it for me without having to pay labor charges. Installing a head lamp is very challenging with a Lexus. Unfortunately, the technician struggled even more than I had in my garage, as it took over an hour to install. Nonetheless, George was very helpful in trying to get this done for me as he went the 'extra mile'.

Visited Lexus of Woodland Hills to see their CPO LS 460 that I saw on their website. Made an appointment with Eugene Kang for that afternoon and met him there. I dislike the heavy sales mode that you get at car dealerships (even Lexus ones), and luckily Eugene sensed this and gave me a lot of space and time to look over the car and to think about the sale. I was hoping to be able to take the car for a test drive alone, but I guess for insurance reasons they couldn't do this. But Eugene was nice enough to just let me drive around and not tell me where to turn, give me a sales pitch on interesting features, etc... I usually get stressed out when salesmen do this on a test drive, so again, kudos to Eugene for being so cooperative on this, and letting me concentrate on the test drive itself. Of course, he was able to answer questions that I had that came up.Decided to make an offer. Instead of the usual "bid low and work up" strategy, I made a single offer that I felt was fair to both me and the dealership, and eventually that offer was accepted. Did the usual finance and paperwork, and I was off in my new (to me) Lexus. Mike did the paperwork, and was efficient and patient with me. Although I was going to use my credit union to finance, Mike was able to actually find a better financing option, which was a welcome surprise!They also followed through on a promise to fix a paint chip on the hood later on, which I'm sure wasn't cheap for them to do. Overall, I'm very happy with this dealership and with Eugene, and don't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I brought my 2007 RX350 to service dept. due to metallic noise that occured intermittingly ONLY when I started the car. The service person called me the next day to inform me that the repair requires new Actuators, new cams & new housings. I have it in writing. Total repair including Parts and Labor $5,100. Their L-SB-0028-09 Rev.2 form indicates Engin Ticking, MIL (Mulfunction Indicator Light / Engin light) warning on, P0014, P0015, P0024, P0025 and P0017 or P0018 failures. Again, the only thing I told Mr. Christopher Morrey, Service person, was that the car makes noise only when I start it. I bought this car brand new at Lexus Santa Monica. It has 82,000 miles. I said to the service person " could it be something else? other than the failures that you determind? he said " our technician is highly trained and experienced and did a thorough analysis". This did not sound right to me as the car drove very smoothly.I took the car for second opinion to Van Nuys Lexus. These people REALLY analyzed it and showed me a computer print out (rather than a Service bulletin). ALL WAS PERFECT. None of the Lexus Woodland Hills failures were there. Be very careful of these people. I guess the customer well-being is not on top of their interest. This is my second Lexus. My family owns 4 Lexus cars. I alerted them and I will everybody I know to the very bad reputation of Lexus Service in Woodland Hills. I tried to get help from Lexus Headquarters in Torrance but after 4 weeks, the top lady there (Lisa) told me that due to poor service record (I did not know I have to service the car in Lexus gargae) they can not help me. THAT IS NOT THE IMAGE THAT LEXUS IS ADVERTISING. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they get the anxiety that they gave me for 4 weeks. Signed: Danny

Initial experience was okay until we got to the Finance Manager Mike Martirocyan who lied to us that with a Credit Score close to 700, our Finance was going to be over 7.99% but "He'll try and see what he can do". This was on a Friday evening, he called back on Monday and said that BoA had approved it for 4% but with "Conditions". The conditions were that we had to Purchase Lexus Extra Care Platinum VSA, Gap insurance (even though we had put down more than 20%) and Lo Jack. He made it clear that we will not get the rate if we declined the conditions and he'll have to resubmit to other companies for finance.Needless to say, he was "kind" enough to wave the Gap insurance and give "discounts" on other two required options. He was however gracious enough to say that we could cancel all these add-ons after 3 Months..(Ironically, he'll have received his commission cut by then).We signed the loan agreement and waited for a call to install the Lo Jack option we had been charged for. The call never came and repeated Voice Mails left for him went silent. I finally walked to the dealership and after waiting for about 30 Minutes, Mike Skobin finally called me to his office. I explained the circumstances and our experience with the other Mike and he was so disturbed by our experience that he wanted me to talk to the Director of finance who unfortunately was too busy to listen to one more complaint about Mike Martirocyan. Mike Skobin took all the details and said that we should get a Check from Lo Jack for full refund. That was two months ago. I went back there two weeks ago to follow-up on what happened to the Check; guess what, he took the details again and said he was going to follow-up. We are still waiting for a refund with no idea when it'll ever arrive if at all.My best advise is to get financing straight from your credit Union and avoid all the mess this Finance Dept will put you through. I'll not be buying a Lexus ever again if this is what their Finance Depts are made of. It was our first Lexus and possibly our last. Small Claims court is our next option.

last weekend on Dec. 2nd. 2012 with my wife after internet shopping of certified pre-owned Lexus RS350, one of that caught my eyes and wanted to see.After my wife and I got there to see the vehicle, he told us that vehicle is not in their parking area and it is in service for little scratch on the rear bumper unlike they told me I can see anytime come and see the vehicle over the phone and gave me a exact price that he could offer me as low as possible. After two days with prepared every thing to buy the vehicle ,I met sales mam who offered me the lowest price to make paper work for that RX350, then out of nowhere he denied that he never gave me the price he offered to me in front of my wife and myself I am totally pissed off. He said that there are two more customer waiting for that vehicle so he is no longer offer that price to me. What a flip-flop salesman in the world. I really disappointed that what they did to me. A waste of time is how best to describe this dealership. I cadme in to test drive a few cars as my lease was about to mature and Lexus was offering some good programs for customer loyalty. I met with Kami the Internet dealer and his manager Keith. I was sold on trading in my Rx 350 for a new 2013 RX at no money down cause of customer loyalty program and equity in the current car and a monthly payment with tax included on a 12k mile per year 3 year lease at $510. The deal seemed pretty good and the next day Kami contacted me to verify that they would honor the deal. I spoke to him twice that day to verify the deal and confirm a time that I would come in with my family to finalize. I also explained that my kids would not last long so to have the new car ready along with paperwork. We show up ahead of time, Kami didn't know what car I wanted all of a sudden and after sorting that mess out which Tom 30 minutes we sat in the room waiting on the credit check and final paperwork only to have Kami return with some other deal that we had never discussed the entire time. Then after I explain no that is not he deal we discussed Keith comes in to say Kami may have made a mistake or I was mistaken about this deal. Of course Kami is nowhere to be found at this time, so I ask Kami to come back in and he looks at his phone the whole time and says sorry for the confusion, then Keith leaves and Kami says to me that Keith approved the deal earlier so he was sorry it changed all of a sudden. We are now at 1.5 hours here at this disgusting place at which time we get up and leave and warn the other buyers in the showroom about the dealership as we walk out. The really sad thing besides the waste of my time is that Lexus is a top car dog and I felt in the end we were at a sleazy used car dealership.

I bought a new Lexus LS460. I had done all of my research before Costco referred me to Tim Mitchell at Lexus of WH. I knew exactly what features I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. Took a test drive just to confirm what I already believed then sat down with Tim and Alma Jimenez. Tim told me he wanted me to be satisfied with this transaction so I would buy my NEXT car from him as well. Well he succeeded. This was as painless a transaction as I have ever had. I ended up paying more than I had anticipated, but got everything I wanted and more. And got a fair trade-in on my 9 year old Lexus. I don't know if everyone at this dealership is as knowledgeable & professional as Tim, but I hope so.

Bought a used IS250 from Michael Sachs and Nissim Meidan. I know what I want and how much I am willing to pay for things and appreciated that Michael did not want to try to put me through the typical car sales process. We negotiated via telephone/email and came with an acceptable price. He was very honest and helpful and gave me any information I requested in a timely fashion. After driving the car for a week, I had a few questions and he answered them right away for me. This is my first Lexus purchase and he was a great representative for the Lexus brand and has built a relationship with me that will bring me back to him for my next purchase.

My tail light was out and I didn't know how to do it by myself so I called Lexus dealership in Woodland Hills and spoke with Eddie. He said to come on by and that he will do it for me free of charge! That's service! They are so generous and really go out of their way to help you. I am sure they could easily charge me a lot of money but they rock. I had purchased a tail light bulb from Pep Boys but they had give me the wrong one. Since it didn't fit, Eddie brought me the right size bulb. Saved me a trip to have to go back to PepBoys to get a new one. Now i have all of my lights working and feeling safe! You guys are terrific. Thanks Eddie :)This is the 2nd time(Jeff and Luis) that they gave me great service here at Lexus in Woodland Hills. You also can't beat how close it is to my home !

I dealt with Mike Soboti and Larry while buying my new ES350 and it was a pleasure. Being in property management I know the feeling of taking lots of money for a great product and providing the best customer service. These guys definitely deliver! Once I took off with my new car there was a little issue cosmetically I discovered 3 days later and that's when I met Craig the service manager and he came though. It was simple and I didn't have to twist arms like other dealers I have dealt with in the past. I also found that when I pull up to the service are employees actually approach me and as how they can help, again other dealers I have been to it a challenge find a rep to help.

I had a great experience at Woodland Hills Lexus. Sam Choi was extremely helpful and courteous during the sales process. Niko Amiri was very helpful with my test drive, preparing the car and filling out the paperwork. Mike Skobin was thorough, professional and friendly in going through all of the paperwork and made it as painless as it could possibly be. Jerry Banderas even came out to my house the night of the sale to program my garage door and gate openers and even helped us program our other car which we'd never been able to do before! Alma was great about explaining the features of the car in a manner that was clear and helpful without being overwhelming. I feel confident that both Jerry and Alma will be there for us if/when we have more questions as we become more familiar with the car as will the rest of the team. Even the receptionist was courteous and helpful when we arrived. After spending almost 20 years working for J.D. I have been a long time customer of woodland hills Lexus (formerly vista Lexus). I purchased my first car from this dealership over 22 years ago when all they had was a tent. I have been very pleased with all aspects of this dealership, but today I would like to focus on my service consultant Louis (Ly Do) Do. Louis is a most affable, gracious, and courteous gentleman with a wonderful sense of humor. If we were talking about a Dr., we would say he has a great bedside manner. But it is not his "bedside manner" I wish to emphasize. It is his knowledge. He is very technically proficient. I am not. Yet he can explain everything in terms I can understand, which allows me to truly make informed decisions. Almost all of my non-scheduled service needs are resolved with a relatively brief meeting with Louis. A true professional in every sense of the word, very technically competent, and a wonderful bedside manner...what's left? I have been driving for over 55 years, I've owned all types and models of cars, and have dealt with many dealerships over those years. I feel very safe in saying, Louis, your peers throughout the industry would do well to emulate you.

This guy does not know the meaning of the phrase, "It can't be done". Came here to purchase a 2012 Lexus CT hybrid with the wife on 9-30-12 and Mike Soboti made it all happen. We "never" felt pressured from the test drive to the negotiation of the price. He made it very clear form the introduction that he is there to help us. Just don't be a jerk when it comes to negotiation. You're inside a Lexus dealership, not Toyota. How would you feel if someone comes to your house and takes a dump in your living room? EXACTLY! Give Mike a reasonable price to work with and rest assure he will do what he can to put you in a vehicle you want. After all, they are trying to run a business, not give away stuff for free. If you are in the San Fernando Valley and own a Lexus or would like to own one, ask for this guy.

Larry Ellis went above and beyond! We negotiated via email and text and settled on a price. Inspected the vehicle and took it for a test drive. The condition of the vehicle and the packages matched exactly what was listed on various web sites which I had found the car on. I flagged two mechanical issues that I asked they fix them. They promptly had their mechanics inspect the car and confirm. I filled out all the paper work and they gave me a loner, same type I purchased, while the car was being fixed. I also asked they switch out the chrome rims with a different set. Larry made all this happen and personally drove the car out to me, 30 miles, when it was finished (Friday evening). I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a Lexus.

Came in, just to look at a RX and Nissim found exactly what I was looking for, and even more. I ended up with a 2011 Pearl White RX with 11,000 miles dealer loaner miles on it. I came to Lexus of Woodland all the way from Bakersfield, CA to look at a used 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had on the lot. The pictures that were posted on Auto Trader matched exactly what they had. All the staff at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, especially Larry Ellis. We took the Jeep on a test drive and after we were done, I was pretty much set on it. I just wanted to make sure the 4 wheel drive (Quadra-Drive) system worked, but to do that the Jeep need to be up on a lift. I asked Larry if that was possible, and he said, "sure, no problem!" He took us back to the service center where we got the Jeep up on a lift and were able to put it in Drive and let it idle to make sure the Quadra-Drive worked. The back wheels would spin and then the front wheels would start spinning which shows a working Quadra-Drive system. There were even a couple of minor issues that I wanted to research, and Larry was kind enough to let me browse the internet on one of their computers. That really is some above and beyond service to sell a car right there. Because of their great service, friendly staff, and fair prices I was finally able to end my 5 month search for a new Jeep and not have to visit any other dealerships while I was in the LA area. Thank you Larry and everyone else that helped me out.If I ever plan on buying a Lexus new or used, or another used car they have on the lot, I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again down to Lexus of Woodland Hills.

I recently purchased my 2013 Lexus GS 350 last week, and decided to go with the perma appearance and Lojack addition. I was told at time of purchase that I would be contacted within 48 hours by the service department to schedule an appointment for installation. I was contacted by Luis promptly, and he set up a time that was accomodating with my work schedule. On the day of service, I just dropped off my car in the AM and was met by Luis. I was given a loaner car for the day, and was contacted later in the afternoon when everything was done. Everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. This was my first time purchasing a Lexus, and the team at Woodland Hills was excellent from the time I walked in the door, up until I drove off with my new car. The sales associate Nissim took me for a test drive, and went over the many "perks and options" of the lexus gs 350. I initially was planning just to test drive the car, but Nissim was very good in going over the pros of the Lexus without being overbearing, that I agreed to sit down for further discussion. Afterwards I met with the sales manager Johnny, who was very friendly and negotiated a great price for me. He was very acommodating to the different specs I wanted for my car. Then I met the finance manager Mike, who went over all the finances and paperwork. He was very knowledgable and made what is usually a tedious process of paperwork go by smoothly. Finally, when the paperwork was signed, I was met by Jerry who gave me a tutorial on my Lexus. He was very through and detailed in his explanations. He took time to uplink my wife and mine's cellphone to the car, and answered all my questions. This was my first luxury car purchase, and I am glad I went with the Woodland Hills team because they also offered the luxury customer treatment.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and service I received when I purchased my car. Tim Mitchell got me a great deal on my new car and Alma Jimenez was very thorough in her "orientation" of all the features of my car. Jerry Banderas even came out to my home to program my remotes and car to our guard gate and garage for me. Everyone was very thorough in their follow up to make sure all my will call items were completed in a timely manner. I would definately reccommend all of my friends and family to this dealer.

This was my first Lexus purchase and due to my experience at Lexus of Woodland Hills, I'm sure I'll be a Lexus owner for life! My experience was superb! Mike Skobin was truly fantastic in explaining all of the finance options and working with my budget. I am confident that I received a better deal than any other dealer would have given. Mike was also personable and fun to work with! I was drving a 2010 Lexus 450h I had leased from Lexus before it became Lexus of Woodland Hills. A couple of weeks ago Mike Sachs called me and said he had a buyer for my car and could put me into a new lease with a 2013 Lexus 450h. With a set of new tires required shortly, and the continuing expense for maintenance even on a 2010 I went ahead with the deal. It was expedient and Michael went through all the alternatives satisfying me that the deal was a good one. Once I took delivery the next morning, Alma walked me through the changes in the setup: radio, etc. A couple of days later Michael showed me more of the details with the onboard communications in the event of accidents or even directions to a nearby restaurant. It's a great car and a great deal!

I gave them a perfect score because they were all consummate professionals and took care of my every whim and need. Tim Mitchell cut an absolute killer deal with no pressure or haggling, Alma walked me through all of the paper work, the car and even helped me clean my old car and Mike Skobin explain all the financial stuff with no pressure to buy. These guys were fun and friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They know its not about selling a car it is about getting a loyal customer and that is what they got from me. This experience restored my faith in Lexus. I have been a Lexus owner for over ten years. When I went to look for a new car, I did not consider any other make, because of the excellent service and attention they have given since I purchased my first Lexus. I started my shopping for my new car at the same dealer I purchased my original ES330. I understand that the economy is tough, but the treatment I received was a 180 degrees from what I was used to. Then I went to another dealer, again wanting to maintain my faith in Lexus. I was insulted by the sales methods and cheap tricks that were used to sell a car, so uncharacteristic of my expectation of a any car dealer, and even more so from Lexus. I was ready to look at Mercedes or BMW. My wife convinced me to give it one more try... I am glad I did. Lexus of Woodland Hills and their team went beyond my expectation. They were friendly, fun, helpful, honest, reasonable, quick, understanding of my needs and desires in an new car, etc. The salesman, Nissim Medan, greeted us with a friendly simle, and energetically found the best car for me. He then assembled his team, manager, finance, tech specialist, to help our purchase go quickly, and efficient, and it did, we were done in a little over two and a half hours. I gave a reasonable offer for my trade, and discount on the car... and it was ACCEPTED WITHOUT HAGGLING!!! Amazing customer service. The finance experience was equally enjoyable and fair. While presenting the paperwork I was given an interest rate of 6.95%... The deal had gone so smoothly I forgot about the rate I was expecting... 0.9%. I thought the deal was dead. I was wrong, the response to my dissatisfaction with the rate "No problem, let me change the rate". The training on the car left with me fully informed with no questions remaining. I drove away in my brand new 2012 Lexus IS250 F-Sport, shinny clean, full tank of gas, and a huge smile on my face and my wife's

Ly Do is one of the friendliest and most thorough people I have ever met. I have confidence in Ly because he always answers my detailed questions (even when I'm traveling and not at the dealership), he goes above and beyond, and overall makes my car service/maintenance experience pleasant. He gets me in and out very quickly and can accomodate my hectic schedule. I have to say that my visit to Lexus of Woodland Hills was like visiting with new friends! It had been 9 years since my last Lexus purchase and I been dreading the thought of going into a dealership to buy a new car and having to deal with the stereo-typed car salesman. My experience was nothing like I thought it would be. Instead, both Tim Mitchell and Alma Jimenez were very friendly and professional and they truly cared about what I wanted and tried to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. They each made my car buying experience pleasurable! Tim made me feel as though I was in charge of the price and I know I got a great deal! I had a great experience with Nissam because he worked tirelessly to help me get what I wanted. He went above and beyond every step of the way. He even took my rental back to Enterprise on his day off. He made buying a wonderful Lexus a joy. Great personality as well. I also had a great experience with Jerry Banderas. He was very patient with me and showed me how to do everything with expertise. He was friendly and offered help in the future. I also enjoyed Mike. I had to wait some time for financing because the lady in front of me kept asking questions and waffling. I'm sure poor Mike had to use a lot of patience with her (I sure did). It wasn't Mike's fault and he apologized and moved me through the process quickly while answering any questions I had. He offered me some more options, but I only took the paint/seat protection, which sounds great. He didn't miss a beat.

I greatly appreciated the patience and guidance that all the employees gave me throughout the entire car buying process. I felt that all of the employees were honest and did not try to force me into anything I did not feel comfortable with. I also noticed that the employees display a great work ethic and work together, and with myself, very professionally. OK, so we are definitely Lexus fans. Since 1993, we've purchased (6) different models fromm this dealership... reason??? Great staff and service, and we love Lexus. We actually went to the Audi dealership down the street, to test drive the A6 Quattro... well, waited 40 minutes for them to find a car, then they drove up in a very dirty car. Next stop was our old faithful, Lexus in Woodland Hills, and we now have a beautiful 2013 GS 350... It's in the garage and I'm very happy.Fred was the best, Larry has sold us 3 cars, and Jerry was so patient ( I didn't have my glasses) explaining my new car to me. Mike in the (finance room) :-) was equally friendly and we are once again, happy Lexus folks.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this dealership after deciding to lease a new Lexus to prepare for our new baby. Tim Mitchell took care of us, gave us the car we wanted with a price we were comfortable with and he made the entire experience of leasing a car painless. His assistant, Alma, wow! She made herself available for any questions we had about our new vehicle and always did it with a smile on her face. Jerry Banderas came over to our home and programmed our garage doors to our new vehicle the same day I informed Alma that I was having trouble doing it on my own! All three were so friendly, so accomodating and so easy to work with. I was having trouble getting the home link to work after some gate repairmen changed the gate code. The cars were having trouble synching with the garage door opener. when I (and the gate repairmen) could not fix the problem Jerry Banderas came to my home (he left the dealership) to help reprogram the cars. Jerry represents the kind of high quality, friendly and helpful customer service that one hopes to get when you buy a Lexus. Keep it up!

I just concluded a lease deal for a 2012 Lexus Is-250 with Mr. MICHAEL SACHS. It was a truly outstanding experience. He is honest to a T and was able to get me out of my previous lease with excess mileage and in to a new model paying a lower monthly payment (actual cost of car was very close to invoice). I even turned up at the dealership expecting to pay a certain amount and without asking was given a slightly lower payment. In the future I will always continue to work with MICHAEL SACHS FOR THE VERY BEST DEAL

My wife and I bought a used car from Lexus of Woodland Hills and had an amazing experience. We bought from Mike Skobin (and Brian Pierson who was in training) and they really worked with us to get us in the care we wanted for a very reasonable price. Ly Do and his team did a wonderful job in repairing my car and I was 100% satisfied with the experience earlier this week. My mom and I both purchased our cars here and take them back often for maintenance and we only have the best experience at Lexus of Woodland Hills. Ly takes care of us from A-Z and makes sure to answer all of our questions and really spends his time to make our experience a pleasant one. Getting my new Lexus at Lexus of Woodland Hills was probably the most enjoyable experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. My credit was not great and I couldn't even put that much down on my car, but the men I worked with spent several days trying to work out a deal for me, even calling in favors and coming down drastically on the overall price of the vehicle, giving my trade-in way more money than it was worth, etc. They genuinely wanted me not just to go home satisfied with a purchase -- but to go home in exactly the car that would personally make me happy. I can't thank them enough for making an unbelievable deal happen for me. I know I wouldn't have gotten this kind of treatment anywhere else. Love the dealership and my service representative Ly Do. They are very thorough and fare priced and not pushy when it comes to the maintenance and repair of my Rx 300. I enjoy my time spent in their new facility and the location is convenient and central in terms of the great shopping in and around the area. I am able to accomplish business in their new state of the art service area waiting room. On occasion I am driven close by if need be set up with a loaner vehicle when necessary. I like Ly's demeanor with us the customer he aims to please and will go the extra mile to do so. Try them and visit Ly Do you won't be dissapointed.

I drove into the service center to Lexus of Woodland Hills at 3:30 because my rear view mirror was loose, my iPhone was having trouble pairing with my bluetooth in my car and the battery on my remote key was low.I was assisted by Luis Lopez and Sherry Mak.Sherry is always friendly.She called Luis over to help me with my technical problems.He spent 30 minutes with me uninterrupted.By the time I drove out, my mirror was fixed and I had a full explanation on how to change the battery in my remote.Also, I learned how to get into and start my car if the battery is ever dead...and most importantly why my iPhone would not connect with the bluetooth in the car.We reset my phone and everything worked perfectly.Luis' lever of service was off the charts.This visit cost me nothing other than 30 minutes of my time.This is the 2nd car that I have leased from this dealership and with any luck there will be a 3rd.

After seeing how well they treated him I decided to see what kind of deals they could work with me on a trade in with my 2004 Lexus is300 sportdesign. After comparing numbers online I was sold on the new 2012 is250 F-sport. They gave me a great deal and great service. I would only take my family and friends here and nowhere else for a Lexus !!

My wife and I had been looking for a 2009 Lexus RX350 for almost a month before we made our first contact with Larry Ellis via email.Larry responded almost immediately and we made an appointment to meet with him the following day to consider the RX350 we had seen on his website. The car was EXACTLY the year,make,model and color we had been looking for and Larry exceeded our expectations in every capacity.I can't say enough good things regarding his salesmanship and would happily refer him to family and friends without reservation. We also spent some time with Jerry Banderas, the technolgy specialist, and my wife in particular was very impressed with the way he described the various functions and extras in the car,especially the Navigation system. I'll be honest. I didn't come here to buy a Lexus, nor do I own a Lexus. i came because the battery died on my crappy Honda across the street. I was greeted very kindly by Jerry and Vanessa at the door who sympathized with my situation. It was Sunday and the parts department was closed, so no luck getting a new battery. Jerry made a call, and within moments, another employee arrived with a portable battery charger. He was nice enough to walk with me across busy Ventura Blvd. and get me the jump I needed to get back down to the South Bay. Now, I had no business there and they still went out of their way to give amazing customer service. I can only imagine what kind of service they'd give if I did.

Brian was my first contact and Woodland Hills Lexus. He was very welcoming and friendly. Once Seated inside and ready to purchase Brian took a while to get all the information and documents ready because he had to keep asking his manager, this was totally acceptable because he seemed to be new to the job plus he was still very nice and sorry for the delay.After Brian I talked to Jerry, who gave me and run down of the car and manuals, also helped set up the Lexus inform. Jerry was very helpful and informative.I also dealt with Mike in finance who was quick, helpful and friendly.

I bought my vehicle from Mike Skobin & his trainee Brian who were super friendly & did an amzing job to make sure I was happy & satisfied. There were 2 little scuffs on the car, front & rear bumper as I purchased a barely used 2011 so brought it in to be serviced when the spoiler came in & Ly Do was awesome. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. My car did take longer then I was told but Ly called me to give me an update & I would rather have them take their time & do the extra steps to make sure it is done right then have them rush through it & do the job 1/2 way. Glad he is a perfectionist & wanted to make sure it was perfect as the fianl results were amazing. I was very happy w/ the service all the way around & would def. recommend this dealer.

We are a loyal Lexus family. Prior to our experience we had leased five Lexus vehicles, most of them from Lexus of Woodland Hills (formerly Vista Lexus). We weren't sure initially how Woodland Hills Lexus would fare relative to the previous dealership, bu from seeing many familiar faces, many of whom we worked with in the past and loved, our reservations were ameliorated.Nissim was PHENOMENAL. From the moment my family and I walked though the door, Nissim was there to take care of us. He gave us a great deal on a new CT hybrid. "Can you back back tomorrow?" was the first thing the sales rep (Frank Motamedi)said to me when I asked for a test drive. I asked again what he said but sure enough he repeated to come bacK tomorrow. He did not even let me go into the dealer. I guess this is how they do business there. I see that Frank is a Sales Associate but he apparently was not doing his job. I was so furious I left the dealer without a reply and I called the dealer (four times since the receptionist there did not pick up the calls) and asked to speak to a Sales Manager or someone in charge when the receptionist finally picked up the call on the fourth call and she was giggling and speaking to someone else. THIS IS THE WORST DEALER EVER. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALER I EVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I spoke to a Sales Manager by the name of Fred and explained to him what happened but I still felt that he's apologies were not sincere but fake. I will submit a formal complain letter to the head of LEXUS!!!! And you're welcome!!! You have a lost many future clients!!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Vista for over 20 years. Now that the dealership has changed hands i was concerned if I was going to get the same great treatment that I've always received over the years from people like Sherry Mak. While I have leased 6 vehicles over the years from Vista, I live and work at least ten miles from the dealership from the dealership so there are other options for me to go for service. Thus far it appears that i will continue to come back to Lexus of Woodland Hills because I continue to be treated very well by Sherry who is a great service representative. I brought my car in this morning for a regular service and Sherry greeted me back like an old friend; arranged for a loan car and got me on my way quickly, just like she always has. It was also good to see Eddie Aquino who has also provided excellent serivce over the years as well. Sherry informed me when my car would be ready wiht a friendly phone call and it was ready as promised. Yesenia Ramirez handled my payment processing and she was extermely friendly and courteous.Bottom line fro me is that i will continue to patronize the dealership even after the change of ownership as long as i feel I'm being treated in the great fashion I got use to under the Vista ownership and good folks like Sherry et al.

I also visited Thousand Oaks Lexus during my investigation of my last two cars. Being the experienced and diligent customer I am you can take my word for it that Tim Mitchell and Alma Jimenez of Woodland Hills Lexus are your go-to sales people and dealership. Their customer service, honesty and terms provided are far superior to any other Lexus salesperson or dealership Ive experienced. They found the car I wanted at another dealership, received it hours later and dropped it off to my office that afternoon! I moved out to LA and needed a car, and Tim and Alma catered to my every need, including picking me up from the airport to bring me directly to the dealership to get the car we pre-arranged and negotiated over the phone. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX350 because I wanted a quiet and smooth-riding car. The Automobile Club of So. California referred me to Michael Sachs at Lexus of Woodland Hills. Michael contacted me immediately and said that his job was to make the process as easy and as painless as possible. I went in for a test drive. Since the RX350 is popular, reliable, and kept by most owners for years, it was hard to find a used one. Michael kept me up to date on the search, and finally one came in off a lease. Since Michael had answered all of my questions beforehand, the transaction was indeed as easy and painless as he had promised. The car is beautiful and very comfortable, just like I wanted. My overall experience was very good. The only downside was that once I was in the process of picking up the car after I had paid, one of the service guys whose name I cannot remember was going through the car with me and we discovered that the right front highbeam was not working. After I left I found out the cd player was not working properly and we called to let them know and they said to bring it in. First of all the car shouldn't have even been on the lot for sale with these problems let alone hand it over to us knowing these issues were going on. Then when me and my dad had dropped off the car about a couple weeks after we picked it up for them to fix these problems, they took out the radio so they could order a new one, I told them one of my cds was stuck in the player and they hadn't taken it out. Then they replaced the highbeam bulb, but when we came to pick it up it still was not working probably because of the electrical system being messed with from taking out the radio system. I then later discovered after I had left the lot that my right left tail light was out, the fact that they didn't notice this before they gave it back to me bothers me because I could have been pulled over and ticketed for that. Their customer service and sales department is very good although their service department either doesn't know what they're doing or is lazy and it is a problem.

This is one Lexus dealership that I highly recommend for excellent service and reasonable price. My service advisor, Ly Do, is outstanding. He does not recommend any repair or replacement if it's not necessary, unlike my experience with other Lexus dealers. And their price is reasonable. Very friendly service.

Craig Jennings completely understands the meaning of "customer service". I was able to phone Lexus of Woodland Hills (thanks to the kindness of a perfect stranger) after I had locked my keys in the trunk with my purse and recently purchased groceries. The operator referred me to Craig who was more than happy to assist me (even after he informed me that my 5 year old Lexus ES 350 was no longer under warranty/Lexus Roadside Service). Not only did he look up the phone number for AAA road service, he PHONED them on my behalf. Later that afternoon, Craig telephoned me just to make sure that all was well.That, my friends, is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wasn't looking for a Lexus and was at a nearby competitor when I walked onto the lot. Even though it was almost 9pm, Mike Soboti greeted me like he had just had his first cup of coffee. He was genuinely nice to meet and we looked at a 2010 RX350 that was in near mint condition. After test driving the vehicle and learning about all its features, I went ahead with the vehicle purchase. Everything went smoothly from the sales negotiation, finance (Ivan) to vehicle delivery and orientation. I would buy another car from Mike and Lexus of Woodland Hills.

Tim is straightforward and no-nonsense. We negotiated the pricing over the phone and via email before coming into the dealership. He was timely in returning phone calls and emails and kept us updated throughout the process. Tim honored everything that was discussed and was completely professional and treated us with respect. He noticed a scuff on the car and assured us that he would make arrangements for it to be picked up and taken back to the dealer to fix and that we would be provided with a loaner car in the interim.Alma was also great to work with. She made sure that we were taken care of and took the time to show us all the features of the car. Alma is very personable and provided great customer service.The entire transaction was hassle-free and we got a great deal on our car. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I am diligent in my service record with my 11 yr old RX300. And why not, when I can set my appts online; ask for a loaner car; and always am greeted with a smile. I have been seeing only Ly for my service needs for the last 5 yrs. I am given an estimate that is usually right there or under. Wehave a good conversation to make sure I don't forget to tell him anything. The loaner car is a great benefit. And Ly will usually have my car ready before the time estimated. Yesenia in the cashier office will complete the transaction quickly and efficiently. Great service all around!

Michael Sachs gave us a great deal on an RX350 and did it without any hassle. He listened to us and made sure we got the vehicle we wanted. And our car was ready minutes after our credit was approved. Jerry also went over the car with us before we left and answered all of our questions and showed us how to get our phones and iPod synched to the new car before we drove off the lot. The best, easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had and the car (RX350) is top notch.

I have purchased three cars from this dealership over a 7 year period. The latest was yesterday and it was truly an outstanding experience. My sales guy was Larry Ellis (Internet Manager) we exchanged few emails and phone calls prior to coming in and agreed on a price. The deal was great to the point that few other dealerships I talked to didn't believe me when I told them what I had agreed on. When we came few days later the price we agreed on was exactly the price we got and the whole thing was effortless. No hard pressure, no gimmicks, no lying. Really felt we treated as guests. Will definitely be back buying again from Larry.On a side note their service department is great too. I've been taking our cars there for service (after being royally screwed by another dealership much closer to home) and always received excellent service. Sherry Mac is the adviser we use and she is great and the most important thing - honest.

We knew that we wanted a Lexus E350 and were referred by the Auto Club to contact Michael Sachs of Woodland Hills Lexus. From the moment we spoke with him over the phone we felt an instant rapport. Although it is quite difficult for us to get convenient times off, because we own a medical clinic, Michael made himself available to us at whatever time would work with our schedule; which wound up being after his normal business hours. He encouraged us to take all the time we needed to pick the exact color we wanted and to drive the car we finally chose. He was very friendly and easy to work with, making us feel right at home and gave us a very good price. He stuck to everything he said, with no hidden agendas. He also contacted us after the purchase to make sure we were happy and to let us know that he is available at any time for any problems that may occur. Fred was very nice while I was looking for an IS250C but they did not have in their stock. I bought an ES300 but after 5 months they got an IS250C with my favorite specification. I sent a request and Larry responded back to my email quickly. We had some emails back and forth and Larry was always on top of it with quick responses and following up. I had two other cars to trade and when I brought them in Larry and Fred both did a great teamwork to make the deal happen. Both of them are very nice, patience and reasonable. Larry was trying any possible options and finally we made the deal. I like both Larry and Fred and their teamwork and thanks both of them for doing good job. I recommend this dealer to whoever looking for reasonable deal in this area.

I needed to change cars due to a bad back and the need for better ergonomics in my car pronto. I did a lot of research and went to a lot of dealerships to try cars both new and used. From my first interaction with Nissim Meidan online in response to a question about a certified pre-owned Lexus I saw on Autotrader, I had a great experience. He answered my question immediately in an extremely friendly manner, and was patient as I went back and forth about whether or not I wanted to come in. There was absolutely no pressure. When I finally went in, with my husband, we were treated like royalty. Nissam listened to my needs and was very understanding. I test drove the car and couldn't believe the quality of the vehical at the price offered. The 09 car was like a brand new car. My husband and I decided to get the car, but I feel certain that if I needed to leave to think about it that it would have been absolutely fine. We were treated with the utmost respect. In financing, Ivan Blume made sure we knew what optional add ons were available to us and discussed them with us at length, but at the end of the day was very respectful about our decisions. The gentleman who showed me how to use the car (so sorry I forget his name!) noticed some dirt in the car and made sure that before I drove off those spots were thoroughly cleaned. Truly, I felt spoiled rotten, and got an amazing deal on this car. Now I must also mention how much I love the car! The Lexus Rx 350 drives like a dream and I absolutely love it. My back is much happier too!

I recently came in for service having been a long time customer with Vista Lexus.I was alittle nervous about what to expect from the new owners.Craig Jennings immidiately made me feel comfortable.I had questions and concerns about the repairs i needed on my lexus rx300(ilove that car)Craig was very knowledgable and professional in answering all my questions he tried to give me an idea what was needed to be done,the cost involved and although i didnt make an appointment a courtesy car.He explained that until they assessed the problem the cost of repair he gave me was only an estimate.Sherry my long time service rep that i love(she truely is the best)had me in a loaner before i even finished my coffee.The next day i got a call as promised re the repair findings which confirmed exactly what Crair the service dept mgr assessed.When i picked up my car it was washed,and ready when promised,and most of all the cost was within the estimated amountgiven originally.In fact there was a discount that Craig authorized on my repair.My Lexus is 11 years old,it runs perfectly.I'd like to think that beyond the fact that its a great car,the service i have been getting on it from my dealer made a difference.I KNOW IT HAS.THANKS SHERRY FOR ALWAYS TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT I HAVE REFFERED TO YOU.

My wife and I traded in her leased Lexus GS 350 for a Lexus RX. We dealt with Larry Ellis and Michael Sachs. Larry and Michael are very knowledgeable and were excellent in terms of knowing the vehicle and being able to get us the vehicle and the price that we wanted.The only real complaint we had was that we were using a co-signer and were told that the rate and monthly payment would be a certain amount WITH my wife's credit factored in but then when we got to the finance manager we were told something completely different which increased the payment to beyond our price range. However, we were more disappointed with being told the monthly payment was going to be one thing and then finding out that was not accurate. We almost walked out then but eventually were able to come to an arrangement.So overall it was a pleasing experience and the car Larry and Michael were able to get us was phenomenal, we just did not appreciate being told one thing during sales negotiation and then finding out something completely different during finance.The payment was not so much the issue as we could afford both but we didn't appreciate being played like that just to get us in front of the finance manager.There was no haggling over the price because we used the AAA deal but the financing stuff irked us a little bit but not enough to keep us from buying the car obviously.Overall, I would recommend this dealership

The service manager and Sherry were both OUTSTANDING. They provided the ultimate in customer service being very considerate, identifying the best possible way to address my issue and working very diligently to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. I give the service department at the Lexus Woodland Hills a 5+ because my experience was fantastic! I was able to schedule my appointment for the day after I called with a loaner car so I was able to go back to work. I was able to call the day of my appointment to postpone my drop off time from 8 am to 1 pm and still keep my loaner car. When I arrived Louis in service quickly attended to me with a friendly affect. He quickly, yet informatively, explained what they were going to service on my 5000 mile free of charge service and got a loaner car for me so I could go to work. I was called when my car was done and was able to trade cars after work at 7 pm (hours of the service department are fabulously convienent). Sherry and Yesenia helped me complete my transaction and I left with a smile.

I was having trouble with my cell phone connecting to the blue tooth. She fixed the problem and gave me a lesson on the use of the phone connection and at the same time showed me how to work the navigation. Sherry has been my service person for the last few times I have taken my car in. She is very nice, knows her stuff, and always lets me know when the car will be ready and if there will be any other charges attached to my visit. Not only does she tell me, but she carefully explains why I have charges so that I can make a decision about them. I feel very comfortable leaving my car with her. Amanda is the cashier, and she has them bring up my car even when I can see where it is parked in the lot. Some of the other cashiers have me walk to the car. It is sort of nice to have it pulled up for you. Anyway, I love the dealership and would recommend it.

He sold me the new Lexus CT hybrid - and actually helped find it for me in CA. Got exactly what I wanted. We bought a new RX350. We were very close to buying a Mercedes ML350 but we got two strong recommendations for the Lexus from mechanics we trusted. We walked into the Lexus dealership cold with no expectations and very wary about the whole "car-buying" experience. We were "assigned" to Harry Deirmendjian as our salesman. We found Harry to be warm, friendly, low-pressure, and competent. Kind of the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. After showing us an RX350 in the showroom he quickly arranged a test drive on the car we eventually bought. With a minimal amount of negotiating we made a deal, and drove the car home the next day. It was a pleasure working with Harry.

I conducted hours of research on the Lexus IS 250 and found myself in touch with Larry Ellis, the Internet Director at Vista Lexus, who had the perfect car for me at the perfect price. We exchanged several emails and phone calls over the course of a week and he was so polite, responsive and easygoing, I doubted that he was actually part of the sales department. Since I was still wrapping my life up in SF when I initiated contact with Larry and unable to come down and see the car for another week, Larry, sensing my genuine interest in purchasing this car, offered to hold the car for me until I came to see it in person. If, for any reason, I decided not to go through with the purchase, I was free to walk away with absolutely no obligations or penalties. I really had nothing to lose. When I finally made my way to the dealership, I found that Larry was just as awesome in person as he was over the phone and email, I LOVED the car, LOVED the laid-back atmosphere of the dealership and the easygoing nature of everyone who worked there and LOVED that I was in and out of there and on the 101 on my way home in my new-ish car in one hour. No joke. Car salesmen across the world, take heed: forget everything you've been taught about selling cars and learn a thing or two from Larry Ellis. I visited at least four other dealers (2 other dealers of same manufacturer, 2 other car manufacturers). Vista Lexus was easiest and most friendly to work with. I received excellent price for purchase of new Lexus and the whole sales process was very smooth. The dealer was very accessible, the decision-making process on the dealer-end was instantaneous - no "let me check with my GM" and have to wait 20 minutes for an answer. I couldn't imagine an easier car buying experience.

I bought a new car from Larry Ellis and the process was so smooth it was practically unbelievable. Larry was willing to send me the vehicle spec sheet and price by email before I drove to the dealership. Almost every other dealership I talked to wouldn't send me a quote by email. And half of them wouldn't even discuss price over the phone. I went to Larry's dealership expecting the worst. I expected him to try to increase the price or tell me the car was just sold but I didn't experience any of that. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours.The experience was fantastic and I wish all my past and future car buying experiences are just like this one.

I purchased my CPO ES350 around nine months ago from Vista. Recently, I noticed that the paint was bubbling around the steering wheel control so I called Vista for some help. I left a message with the service manager, Steve Schwatz, who called me back the next day. He immediately explained that he would have called me back earlier but was helping to cover for a short staff situation. He explained the solution for my problem but also took the time to check out my warranty and any expiration periods of which to be aware. Vista was terrific at the time I purchased the car and immediately after with great followup to ensure that we were happy and this most recent experience affirms that Vista is a terrific dealership.

We have just purchased RX450h with only 3 days of searching and contemplating of buying either Toyota Highlander Hybrid or Lexus Hybrid. Visited one dealership and made us decide to purchase Lexus over Highlander. First dealership did not have the color we wanted. We called Vista Lexus and Larry Ellis told us immediately he had what we wanted. Although it was far away from our house, we drove to see it. Larry was very friendly and kind, and also VERY knowledgeable about the function of the car. Initially we were going to trade in our car, but he advised us to sell ourselves. We had a chance of talking several sales persons from the several dealerships regarding the trade-in deals. We sold the car in two days through Internet and although we received the better pricing on the different color and different options, we both strongly felt courteousness of Larry at the Vista that brought us back to this dealership to purchase it. I explained to him that I needed to have my personalized settings changed for the lights, unlock doors, etc., and he said no problem!this may not seem like much - but - most dealers dont' like to do the 'freebies' for other dealerships. This review is for the sales team at Vista Lexus.I specifically worked with Larry Ellis, Internet manager.About a year ago, Lexus announced their new CT 200h hybrid hatchback would be coming out the following year. I did my research then and became obsessed with the car. I had recently totaled my first Lexus, a 2007 Lexus RX350, which saved my life, so I figured I'd go with Lexus again.I initiated contact w/ Larry back in February of this year, after my car accident. I knew the CT 200h was slated to come out in March, so I wanted to have my homework ready. I solicited quotes from several dealerships in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Larry, of course, was the first to get back to me. He promised me that he would not mark up the car (which is typical for first year releases or for hybrid vehicles) and that he would give me the best, most hassle-free experience. And that he did.Although we had initiated contact back in February, Larry was ever so patient with me as I went back and forth between the various dealerships that responded.As time went on, it looked like Lexus was not going to supply the US with many of these CT 200h's; most were slated for the European markets. That, coupled with rising gas prices anticipated this summer, along with the tragic disaster that struck Japan, many dealerships were not only not willing to sell below MSRP, but were also starting to mark up their cars.Keyes Lexus, which is literally a 5 minute walk from my house, was one of many dealerships I actually stepped into to make a deal. I had my numbers ready and was ready to deal. They didn't have the car I wanted exactly, so I moved up and decided to get the fully loaded one they had on their lot. I believe I went in on Tuesday, 3/15/11. The internet manager was leaving, so he said hi to me and passed me onto a sales associate. The sales associate was young and probably new, but we connected because of our age. Unfortunately, when it came time to deal, the sales associate had to pass us onto a more experienced sales manager, who played games and refused to sell us the car at below MSRP, which the internet manager had me believe we could make a deal. This was after weeks of dealing with several dealerships in the area. I was getting frustrated and fed up with the whole game. I would either get this car at the end of the month, or wait until the 2012 one came out so I could get a used one.On Friday, 3/18, Larry got in contact with me to see how I was doing. I offered my price, but it was too low. However, the one thing Larry did right was to actually negotiate with me until we could both find a number that we would both be happy with. There was also a $1000 Lexus Loyalty Rebate that Larry was able to dig up and qualify me for, which none of the dealerships I talked to even mentioned. In the end, Larry was able to get me the car I wanted for $1500 off MSRP, fully loaded except for PCS/radar cruise control.The whole deal took 1 hour, which consisted of me filling out paperwork. Larry and I made a verbal contract over the phone prior to this and he stood by his word and did not try to pull any fast tricks on me when I actually arrived to his dealership a few minutes late due to LA traffic.The icing on the cake was, Keyes Lexus tried calling me 6 times while I was filling out paperwork. When I was in the office w/ Roger, who is excellent, btw, I finally picked up my phone and Sam, the internet sales manager who passed me off at Keyes Lexus asked me if I wanted to come in to deal. I happily told him I was at Vista Lexus filling out the paperwork for my new CT 200h and that he was too late.There was also an item missing from my car when I took it home, but Larry followed up with me and was able to get it for me.Exemplary customer service. When an auto dealer promises that a transaction will be quick and easy you may be skeptical. When you add the best price available it becomes unique indeed. We did most of our shopping for my wife's RX350 sport ute on line. The follow up we received from Larry was professional without being overbearing. He promised a quick and easy transaction and he delivered! Roger in the finance office was low key, warm and welcoming. Overall our experience with these gentlemen and Vista Lexus was a 10 on a 10 scale. We will absolutely recommend them to others!

Keeps you informed at each step. Friendly and efficient. Michael Sachs assisted me in buying my leased GX470. He was prompt in responding to my calls , had everything ready when I arrived . Explained all the options open to me in a clear and forthright manner.Closed the transaction in an efficient. Tim Mitchell has always been very responsive from the very beginning when I leased my first LS400. I am feeling in a writing mood, and this commentary is overdue. I see that the Frances family and Vista Lexus are about to celebrate our 20th anniversary. So this is really long overdue. We are now looking at purchasing our 11th car from Vista Lexus. This loyalty to Vista I assure you has been earned. Starting with a very knowledgeable and professional sales team. Those that I have interfaced with over the years are Tim Mitchell, Mike Brown, and Michael Sachs all working under the astute direction of Sally Smeed. I am not going to tell you I always get the cheapest price, but, after 20 years, I know I always got the best deal. They have always made me feel very comfortable...like one of the family.The best part of the Vista passion, however, is not the sales experience. It is the service experience. Let's face it, as much as I enjoy the interfacing with the sales team, the lion share of my time at Vista is spent with the service department. A minimum of two cars being serviced every 5,000 miles over all those years is exponentially greater than the time spent with sales. One bad experience with the service department can cost a dealership a customer.In my twenty year history with the Vista service department, their performance has been nothing short of superior. Service manager Steve Schwartz is most professional in his running the center and creates a very warm and friendly environment. He leads a team of very caring and knowledgeable service consultants. I have been driving for going on 54 years. During that time I have owned quite a few cars starting with a 1953 Henry J and going to Mercedes Benzs, BMWs, and a great deal of everything in-between. In all those years I have never dealt with a better group of service technicians than I have experienced at Vista Lexus; and that includes service departments at two other Lexus dealerships. I have also never been negatively surprised by the service costs. It is Mr. Schwartz and this outstanding team that, on a regular schedule, cements my loyalty to Vista. Thank you Vista!

This weekend, I leased an ES 350 from Vista Lexus and dealt with Michael Sachs. Unlike other dealerships, the employees at this location were very professional and did not talk down to customers. They simply do not apply the same sales pressure that are common at other dealerships. Mr. Sachs and his fellow employees made his customer feel valued. They also have continuty of employees.

Having always bought new cars over the past forty years, I wasn't quite sure about buying one that was two years old with 48K miles. However, after listening to the advantages and disadvantges as explained by Shawn, I bought a 2008, LS 460 and my wife couldn't be happier.What made the experience more satisfying, was the confidence I felt in reaching a decision when explained by someone with a fudamentally thorough knowledge of the car. Shawn's ability to answer questions and demonstrate on paper how the purchasing of a pre owned and certified car was the best deal for me, was an immediate asset. He also helped me obtain the best possible outcome on getting the most for my trade in.Although it wasn't necessary, Shawn patiently and repeatedly spent his time going over all the car's inner workings with my wife and not just disappearing after the deal was done. I could tell by the way he handled the phone call and emails that he is a very fine gentlemen.When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Sean Gates...Sean was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and provided very good information and service. I called every dealer in my area to try to find a Lexus RX 350 with the options and color that I was looking for and a fair price that I had in mind after researching the value of the vehicle. Vista Lexus had the car I wanted and after talking to Harry on the phone I paid them a visit and within an hour and a half I drove out of the lot with a car that I am thrilled with. They gave me a very fair price for my RX300 that I traded in and took care of all the paperwork. The thing that always bothers me at car dealerships is the constant going back and forth between your salesman and the manager and this was not the case. After the sale was finalized I also didn't feel like they were being pushy with the usual LoJack, extended warranty and assorted add ons that dealerships will offer to bump up the sale. The manager Michael Brown was very laid back and very honest. Harry met me at the dealership on his day off after I finished work which was appreciated.The follow up service is also fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have bought several vehicles over the past 30 years, the last three being Lexus vehicles and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable experience that my wife and I have had. I look forward to a long relationship.

Most of the time all you hear are complaints. Well, this time I want to take the time to let you know about my extraordinary experience with Vista Lexus and Michael SachsI had the pleasure of purchasing a 2010 Lexus ES 350 from Michael Sachs. He is the Leasing Manager for Vista Lexus. He was not only friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful of my time but he treated me as if I was part of his family. Michael was also extremely knowledgeable about the ES 350 which helped me make my decision. Given that he patiently answered my questions, I felt extremely comfortable buying a car from the dealership he represents. (I went to 2 other Lexus dealerships) His approachable and amicable demeanor made me feel at ease from the time I walked through the door until I drove out of the dealership with my new car. His sincerity when he both described and praised the car that I was interested in was evident from the beginning. He was as excited as I was about the car, and he was able to give me the detailed information I needed to make a well-informed decision when I purchased the ES.I felt that the negotiation process as to the price of the car was fair and equitable, and was handled in a professional, proficient manner. Roger in the finance department was very helpful and fast! After I purchased the car, it was given to me in perfect condition and I felt as if I were being welcomed into the Vista family. He even introduced me to the General Manager, Sally Smeed which was a really nice touch. Simply put, I had an excellent experience purchasing my car in every aspect possible, and I have enjoyed my car immensely since I bought it. It's refreshing to see a dealer respond positively to a customer with a problem 2 years after purchasing a Certifed Preowned Car. That was the case for me when a minor issue was quickly resolved.Kudos to Michael Sachs of the sales department who assisted me in resolving the issue.Since purchasing my car in 2008 I have had several routine service visits and have had excellent results and positive interaction with the staff.Keep up the good work.

The service repair dept is run by rude, high-strung little man(Steven Schwartz) who seemed annoyed and acted too busy to speak with me. I had to actually follow him around to speak with him. I had a question regarding my rear end sensor system they had installed several years earlier:if it was working properly after fender work had been done by a nearby paint/body shop and was challenging his service agent's statement that it would 1st cost me $1200 for them to check the system. He supported his agent's large fee estimate, explaining he had to remove the fender...then proceeded to tell me they no longer made this system(which should be registering at a range of 15 ft not 5 ft), then stated it probably was a broken sensor or I needed a new computer brain. He refused to put anything in writing but agreed to speak to my insurance agent if they called him. He went on to say they no longer made this system and it was impossible to buy parts...I would probably need a new system.I fortunately was able to locate my warranty and the company is still in business and agreed to meet with me to check out my system. *I have had past concerns re:this service dept identifying "false" & costly repairs (which a 2nd opinion at a non dlr mechanic verified), so have avoided using this dlrship, however they initially installed my sensor system so I went to them hoping they could be of help.

CROOKS!! We found a car online that we were interested in a used car advertised by Vista Lexus at a specific sale price. When we went in with the ad which included the VIN#, we were told it was advertised at the wrong price "by mistake", even though it had been listed that way for several days and is still listed at that price as I write this. The same exact pricing for the same exact vehicle also appeared on another car sale website--so much for a "mistake" on their website only! They refuse to honor their pricing and we have now notified various consumer groups as well as the BBB and Lexus Corporate, who has said they will look into it. Their practices are a clear violation according to the Federal Trade Commission and have been reported to the FTC, BBB, and the Calif. District Attorney's office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! They do not honor prices they advertise and in fact violate FTC regulations!

I love these guys! Been to a lot of other lexus dealers too. The service dept is expensive - and they almost always forget to get your car for you or take forever to do it - almost ALWAYS! So i dont take my car to them for service...plus you cant get a loaner car. Thats why they dont get a 5 across the board. On the dealer side, a much better situation. I called 3 dealers looking for a specific model / color and Vista was the only one willing to find it for me. The others flat out lied and told me there werent any in the STATE! Vista found the car (RX330 flint mica / blk int) in 15 minutes and the car was here in 3 days. It was the Dec. to Remember promo and I got a great deal - OVER THE PHONE! didnt even have to mess around. Great guys, my whole family goes to these guys. The only drawback is they can get busy - last time I was handed over to another sales rep after having an appt. It was okay in this case though because he was a great guy too. Not too much pressure....not pushy - but its still a car dealership! Going back this coming december!!!! Edit: Alas, this dealer let me down in the end - took my family's business for granted and really stopped working for us and screwing us on the prices...now i'm at Thousand Oaks Lexus - and am very happy!
