Everyone that we worked with was very friendly, helped in every way possible, and made us feel comfortable. They treated us great and it was just a positive environment. The staff was friendly and helpful although it did take longer to get the repair done because they only had one technician that could rebuild a transmission. I was initially refused a rental car because they thought I was going to use it to Uber once it was clarified it wasn't going to be used for that I did get a rental car. I was happy that the extended warranty covered the entire repair. Initially they were going to charge me $150 for rental car but that mistake was corrected and there was no charge.

Just purchased my first car from Lia Nissan today and have to say it was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. We worked out the details over the phone before I came in and no surprises or hidden fees. It was completely stress free, which is a stark contrast to most other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We should have known the second we met the dealer. My husband and I are a young couple in our late 20s/early 30s. I won't go on about our horrible experience, but I will say two things. First, the dealer immediately sized us up calling my husband "boss" and swearing about certain sports teams. It was extremely unprofressonal and belittling for him to look at us as a young couple and assume we talked/acted that way. Second, this was our first time buying a car together and we were learning. We gave him an offer for a Nissan rouge to which he laughed at us and said there's no way. He then got his manager who also laughed at us, said if he gave us the car for that price he would have to close down the business and to have a nice day.Just so you know, we went to Middletown Nissan and got the same car and package for LESS than the price we were laughed at and basically dismissed from the lia Nissan employees. Take the time to go down to the fabulous people at Middletown Nissan and don't waste your time with the rude, unprofessional experience you would have at lia.

1) Gave a list of recommended at 15k miles and glad I declined it. Verified with A different Nissan and they told me ii was basically lied to by these guys. 2) Had an issue with my hatch and I was told it's working properly after showing it's not, I was told to come back next week because they have to close for the day. 3) And not to mention they are very rude ..4) Had a recall part ordered by them and it never arrived waited 3 months and got it fixed at a different Nissan just by walk in. One of the worst delarship I been to

Our rouge started to make a noise when we turned left. I call Prudence Doty and she asked how soon can you bring it I. For them to look at. I gave my wife Jen a call and she brought it there with in an hour. Jen and my son went shopping and the car was fixed with in the hour. There picked the car up and Prudence let her know that a clamp had to be replace on the wheel. Jen said it was very easy to get the car fixed there.Thank you Craig

I was greeted by Jose Delgado. He was very professional and asked why I was there. He told me the mechanics were at lunch (I was early) and told me where I could wait. He came back a short while later and said that 2 clamps had broken off and that it would just cost $7.00 for the clamps and no labor. He said they were washing my car. I was in and out within about an hour. Quick and efficient.

The process of leasing our car was great and so was the first oil change and service it needed. Prudence (I believe that is her name) helped me the first time I brought the car in and was very friendly and helpful. She even told me about a recall I had not been notified of yet and took care of it for me. They also picked me up and dropped me off at work while the service was being done. They were fabulous. The second oil change and service was a complete turn for the worse. Prudence did not help me, another girl did. She lacked any customer service skills and wasn't friendly at all. When I dropped the car off no one greeted me and asked if they could help. Also they wouldn't help me get back to work, they said the guy who does that isn't here and they don't know when he will get back. And then the gentleman, Greg, who gave me a ride last time was in the building. I remember his name because he was so nice and helpful. And I work 5 minutes from the dealership. When we decided to lease the car and discussed the maintenance plan we were told they had a service to help us get back to work if needed especially since I worked down the street. My suggestion is either have the courtesy or don't, but make a choice and inform your customers accordingly. Unfortunately I won't be leasing from them again, I'm going to find a dealership that has the service.

Similar to most people, buying a car is not my favorite task, especially when it's for a teenager with very different expectations. My experience with Romaine Trimble changed that. He was patient, customer centric and really focused on what my son and I were looking for in a used vehicle, which not surprisingly, was a bit in contradiction. Romaine is not the typical sales guy. He really listened, cared, and wanted us to be happy with our decision. I was so impressed with his style and approach, so much so, I didn't look any place else. After 12 test drives, we found the right vehicle for my 16 year old and we're both very pleased with the purchase. Thank you Romaine!

words can't describe my experience at Lia Nissan Enfield.. Mark V & Stu are a formidable team. Stu asked me what I wanted, my budget limit, and told me to go on a test drive and that he would make it happen. Honest to God that's exactly what happened !!. during a lengthy test drive, Mark explained every feature (and again at least 3 times over the entire 5 day process). He was extremely concerned over how i felt about the car. they both told me that they do not work on commission but acted like they did...in a good way. they were interested in me as a customer and empowered me as someone who has the ability to say good or bad things about the experience and influence others.. I never felt like just another potential sale...absolutely no pressure. pointed out the best choices for me and my lifestyle and budget. They actually gave me a much better APR than my credit union where I was already pre-approved. I was encouraged to come back and/or call as often as I had questions no matter how insignificant, and told me that their job is not over after the deal was done. I have only had my Rogue SV since yesterday and already know that I will enjoy every mile and always feel connected to Mark and the entire dealership. I have already told friends & family to go nowhere else when looking to lease or buy a new or used car. Both of these gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable about their cars, finance, and have outstanding people skills. Nissan is very fortunate to be represented by folks like Mark & Stu. I am looking forward to a similar experience when I come in for my routine maintenance and service when needed. The service department reviews are also superb. Believe all of the rave reviews you read about Lia, they're all true. I could go on and on but must get back to work....Bottom line: I leased the Batmobile from Batman & Robin !!

After encountering an unfortunate event with my car, only 6 days after purchasing it, I went to Lia Nissan in Enfield, after seeking assistance at 3 other glass shops that were unable to assist me. I was feeling extremely frustrated until I arrived at Lia Nissan. Prudence Doty was there to greet me in the service department. She immediately made me feel comfortable, and was sure to calm my frustrations, and help me feel at ease. Prudence walked me through every step and continually checked on me as I was trying to coordinate everything with the dealership, glass shop, and the rental car company. I felt extremely supported by Prudence, and her positive energy immediately helped me feel more at ease. Every dealership should have an employee like Prudence. Lia Nissan in Enfield is lucky to have her on their staff. Anyone who deals with Prudence should consider themselves lucky!

I believe we are most satisfied with our experience because of the quality of the product. We wanted a crossover SUV and the Rogue is awesome. In general I found the dealership to be friendly and helpful. Things were reasonably well organized though at times there were some awkward waits. On our first visit we were paired with a salesperson with a lot of experience but a bit of abrasiveness to his personality. Feeling he had invested some time with us we felt obligated to continue with him and to our favor, he was unavailable when we returned. Stefan Bosworth-doty was available and was both helpful and very nice. We changed course from a pre-owned to a new vehicle and got exactly what we wanted. We spent more but did not feel pressured to do so. The effort to ensure we were satisfied was felt across the people with whom we dealt.

I went to Lia for a scheduled oil change and the service was very good. They did check other things in my 2015 Murano and even realigned the back wheels for free.The only thing was that tire rotation was not done and no explanation why. Overall, it was a nice experience and I plan to go back!

I went in on Dec 29th for the $188 sign and drive lease for the 2015 Sentra. I called before going in to make sure they had this deal still on the lot. Kimberly assured me that the $188 sign and drive, True Blue, no money down lease was still going on and they had many of them on the lot to choose from (still have the voicemail on my phone). We went in and test drove a Sentra and decided to move forward with the lease. When negotiating the deal, Stephen informed me that there would be an additional $1,630 needed to be paid from us for fees. I pulled the deal up on my iphone and he brought that in to the Sales Manager, Will, to show him the $188 sign and drive, no money down, True Blue lease (just sign and drive). Will came back with Stephen this time and said he realized that we were looking for this deal, but unfortunately those two Sentras were no longer on the lot. But if we met him halfway and paid $814 that Lia would pick up the other half of the fees for us. My wife and I talked about it and decided that the deal was too good to pass up and decided to go with it. Will told us that our lease would be $188 plus tax. I was then passed off to Stew for the final signing. Stew pointed out that there was tax added on to the 188 that would be added to the payment. I told him I knew that and understood. When signing the paperwork, I asked Stew why the payment was $223? He stated, it is because he added the taxes in for me. I took him at his word and finished signing the paperwork. Much to my dismay, I reviewed the paperwork because $40 in taxes seemed pretty high to me. Come to find out Stew lumped the $814 that Lia was going to pick up as their half and put it in to the cost of the vehicle. So it made my base payment go to $210.62 instead of $188. I fell for the old bait and switch. I do understand that I signed the lease, but had I had the time to do the math, I never wouldve signed it because I didnt agree to have that $814 rolled in to my cost. I agreed to a payment of $188 a month plus tax with Lia meeting me halfway with the other $814. The way my payment works out now is $210.62 + 13.37 tax for a total of $223.99. I understand that $22.62 a month doesnt seem like a big deal, but over the course of the lease that adds up.I called on Dec. 30th to point this out and asked if they can make this right for me. I'm out $814 over the life of the lease. I asked if maybe they could offer me oil changes or maintenance to help offset this and haven't heard from anyone. You can make this right and I hope you will. Next stop is the BBB to point this out.

I contacted Lia Nissan of Enfield to facilitate a lease buy-out for my 2013 Nissan Rouge. I went to dealership to obtain the purchase order on 10/31/15. I went back to the dealership on 11/5/15 with the check from my credit union and was told that there would be a 7-10 day waiting period before the title came back, which meant I would need to rent a vehicle in order to get around while I waited for the title. Initially, the GM let me keep my car and put dealer plates on for me, which allowed me to keep the car exactly one extra week. The following week, I was asked to bring the car in and got a rental from Enterprise on 11/12/15, thinking it would only be a couple of days before my title came back. I gave them my keys, and left all my personal belongings in my car thinking I would have it back in a couple of days.I called the dealership on 11/16/15, spoke with the GM, and was told my title had not come back yet (this was technically the 11th day). The following day, I called Nissan Auto Finance myself and was told that they had only just received the payment the day before, and had sent the title via overnight delivery, scheduled to arrive on 11/18/15. I called the GM shortly after and he pretended that like he had no idea what I was talking about, so I hung up frustrated. I received an email confirming the arrival of my title on the 18th and took an extended lunch break to drive up there to retrieve my car the following day, 11/19/15. When I arrived, the GM called me into the office, shut the door, and stated "I have some bad news for you." He proceeded to tell me that my car had been taken down to an auction in New Jersey, and that they were in the process of trying to locate it. Needless to say, I was in complete shock! Not only had they lied about the timing of the title exchange, but now they had allowed my vehicle to leave the lot, undocumented no less, with no ETA on when they would get it back. On top of that, I had just spoken to the man the day before, and at no point did he mention any of this!! Nor did he call me himself to inform me about this royal mess-up on their part. He went on to tell me that he would take care of the bill for the rental (like he was doing me a favor), and would put me in a rental vehicle until my car was retrieved and brought back from New Jersey. I was told at that point that I would get a call as soon as my car was brought back. Over one week went by and I hadn't heard anything. Finally, I called the dealership on 11/28/15, but was sent to the GM's voicemail. I received two calls the following Monday, 11/30/15, while I was at work, with one voicemail stating that my car was back, and that I could come pick it up. I returned the call later that evening and informed the rep that I would be in on Wednesday, 12/2/15 to pick up the car. I even asked to confirm that my stuff was still in the car and was told "yes."On the afternoon of 12/2/15, I arrived at the dealership, and was taken into the Finance Manager's office to complete the registration. At no point did the GM come out to address me or apologize for the poor and careless service provided throughout the process. After signing off on the paperwork, I was led outside to my car, which was parked out front, as one of the Reps was putting on the new plates. I opened the front passenger door only to find all of the personal items that were stored in my glove compartment and center console laid out all over the floor and on the seat of the vehicle. Paperwork that had my address, DOB, SSN, etc., had been ravaged through and laying on the floor. I don't even remember whether or not the doors were locked prior to me opening it. As if that wasn't upsetting enough, I looked in the back seat and in the trunk only to find ALL of my personal belongings missing, in addition to my car, charger, sunglasses, etc. When I demanded to know where my items were, no one knew or could answer as to where they went. You would think that after putting me through the ordeal with the title and then taking my vehicle to the auction, that these people would have at least checked the car to make sure my stuff was still in it, and that it was clean. Not the case...and it certainly gets worse!After speaking with the Rep, he brings me back inside to speak with the GM, who of course is totally clueless and quick to place the blame on everyone else. Again, you would think as a GM, and someone facing some pretty hefty liabilities, he would have gone out of his way to make things right. He asked for a list of the missing items, wrote them down on a piece of scrap paper and told me he had to call someone at Nissan Finance to find out where my items were. I walk out of the office to my car infuriated, only to find the gas past empty, a message about my key battery being low, and an error on the navigation screen indicated that the SD Map is missing. I walked back inside to inform him, and he asked one of the Reps to get another SD card. The guy comes outside with the GM, inserts the card and walks away. After noticing no activity on the screen, I inform the GM that it's not working, but am told that it takes a couple of minutes. I drove off the lot and headed to the nearest gas station before the car died on me. While at the gas station, I called the dealership to inform them of the error message from the SD card and was told that "I should come back when it's convenient to have them check it out"...I live and work at least 30 minutes away...there is nothing convenient about driving out to Enfield.The following day, 11/3/15, I called the dealership and spoke with the DM about the status of my stuff and when I could expect a new SD card. During the conversation, he stated that he would get somebody to come to my job on Friday, 11/4/15 to replace the SD card, and would call me to arrange a time. It is now one week later, and I have not received not one phone call to replace the SD card, or a simple status update on my belongings. Additionally, on Sunday, 12/6/15 the batteries on both my keys ceased to work, and now I don't even the keyless entry function on the vehicle.The treatment, response times, sense of urgency, customer service, and integrity of this dealership are beyond disgusting!!! I would NEVER do business with them again, and I want the GM and everyone else involved in this mess held accountable for their actions, or lack thereof. This is a horrible way to treat a customer, and a poor reflection of Nissan.

September 2015 was my second personal experience with Lia Nissan of Enfield; the first was when I bought my car in December. For a few weeks I was gently reminded that it was probably time to get my oil changed. I finally followed the link through the e-mail and set up an appointment via the website. It was easy, painless, and a great service since I'm on the computer so much. I arrived at the appointment time and was greeted by smiling, friendly faces. The ladies who welcomed me acted like they really enjoyed being there! They directed me what to do, told me how long the wait would be, and I was able to sit in a clean, comfortable lounge area. Just about one hour later (as predicted), I was told my car was ready. I signed off and was told that I was given a discount coupon even though I didn't present one. How sweet is that to go in and expect to pay $79.90 plus tax for an oil change and tire rotation but walk out having paid only $51 plus change for both services AND a car wash?!?!?! That was my pleasant surprise. And oh yes, there was a $10 discount coupon hanging on my rear view mirror for the next time.

Car shopping has always been an unpleasant experience in the past and I was dreading it. I am leaving the area and my vehicle needed to be replaced and one of my co-workers suggested the Lia Dealership. I worked with Chris Salvatore who was great. He answered all my questions. We took out 2 vehicles for test rides and he was very helpful and knowledable about each one. I bought my Rogue and picked it up the next day. Our experience began when my son totaled his Versa. We needed another car that would be within his budget and would be a bit on the heavier side. My son is not a small person. Eli helped us with the perfect car for my son. I also was leasing a Rogue and Eli helped me with an old lease buy out and got me into a new lease with a little less money. While we were at it, we looked at cars for my husband and picked a Sentra that my husband really likes. My car was recently brought in for its' usual oil change. I met with Jose Del Gado who told me exactly what was to be done, what oil will be used and when it would be ready. He advised me that my car had a recent recall and we scheduled an appt for the following week. When I received my survey for the prior service, I casually mentioned that I would have loved to have the car vacuumed - wishful thinking, I thought. Well my recall was done, and Jose saw to it that my car was vacuumed and was washed inside and out as well. These are only some of the services that will keep me going back to Lia Nissan. I had an appointment on Friday 6/26 for a recall on my Nissan Altima. I received a very friendly greeting from Prudence when I arrived. She told me it would probably take 1/2 hour and she was true to her word. She also found another recall on my car and both issues were taken care of in the same visit. Not only was my car wash for me after the service was complete, but my grand daughter had lost a very small toy in the back seat and I asked Prudence to have the back seat taken out if it wasn't too much trouble to see if they could find the toy. They did remove the seat, unfortunately there was no toy. But I am very grateful for them checking. Thank you Prudence for making this a very good experience.

I just received an email from Lia Nissan thanking me for my purchase, which is laughable, as I did not purchase from them. They pulled the 'ol bait and switch on me last weekend and wasted my time with their sketchy practices. I would run away and not look back. The only redeeming thing I can say about the experience is that the salesman (who I won't name for his benefit) was the only honest one in the place and told me to get out of dodge and go somewhere else. Everyone else seemed completely okay with lying and trying to talk me into a more expensive car after the ones I found online (and had verified were in fact at the dealer waiting for my test drive) weren't available (one magically disappeared altogether, no record of it...the other "sold").

Bought a used car from them 8 months ago, brought it back 6 times under there 30 day warranty. They told me each time there was nothing wrong with the car. The last time they didn't even look under the hood. Brought the car to a different dealer and the entire engine needs to be rebuilt. So much for great customer service. Will never deal with Nissan again. Such a waste of time and money. Rude and horrible service department. also the guy who told me each time there was nothing wrong with my car apparently worked at a dealership that was specific brand to my car and still told me there was nothing wrong. This place is not where you want to bring your car or buy one for that matter and trust the company to put the time and effort into making sure you are driving away in a good car, instead they tell you to drive it 20 miles away to a different dealer because they are in capable of caring about other people who they sold cars to and just want to make sure there cars are safe to drive. Not yours. I feel 100% disrespected. My car is now being fixed properly and I won't have it back for a week.

He said it would take a few days but if I came back he could swipe my card and return it faster. I came in only for him to say he couldn't swipe it because his finance manager wasn't in and I had to fill out a form. I did that TWO WEEKS AGO. Still haven't had my money returned. I've called and he keeps giving me the run around. This is the most unprofessional car dealership I've been too and even small fly by night dealerships have better practices.

My wife and I recently moved out of state and returned to CT to visit family in August. We decided to trade in our current car for a Nissan Altima. Alexander Carroll assisted us with the vehicle and located a car with everything we were looking for. He was personable, yet professional, and answered all of our questions/concerns with confidence. He didn't try to push us to buy something we didn't want. The facility was clean and the general feel of being in the dealership was relaxed and lacked the pressure generally associated within the auto-sales environment. The comraderie between Alex and his fellow sales associates was refreshing. They helped each other as a team, as opposed to sharks just looking for a sale. We will, without question, return to Lia Nissan for future purchases.

Recently I stopped pumping money into my old car and made the decision to get a new, used car. Having purchased a car for my son 10 months earlier I immediately contacted Alex Carrol at Lia Nissan. With two in college I told him my strict budget constraints and my needs as a long distance commuter. I met with Alex and we considered the cars he felt best met my criteria. Two days later with no hard sell tactics or pressure I drove away in my new Altima. I have to say I appreciated the casual yet professional approach that Alex used and how he had time to answer all questions thoroughly. From my initial contact with Mary on the internet to Matt in the business office everyone was great. I left the dealership feeling as if I had been taken care of rather than taken advantage of. As I left I told Alex, my other son will be looking for a car next year, I will give you a call. That would make 3 cars in 18 months from this dealer. That's as good a recommendation as I can think of.

First off, let me say that the internet chat folks were great to work with, nice and helpful. I was looking to take the car on an extended test drive to have my mechanic look at it. The online person (Stephanie) helped me set that up, which I am glad that I did. The first light that I approached I could immediately tell that there was something wrong with the brakes. Upon breaking it sounded like I was riding on the rumble strip on the side of the highway, horrific. So I got to my mechanic (literally a friend of mine for about 15+ years, ASE certified, and highly respected amongst the many mechanics I know - I grew up at a garage that my father worked at) and didn't ay anything; he drove the car around the building and into the bay, stepped out of the car and said - "wow, there is something wrong with the brakes." He put it up on the lift; we then saw the cracked bumper shroud and as he looked at the brakes he said - "yup all four brakes are bad, pads and rotors." I press him on this and he said that the pads were down to 25%-30% and that the rotors were shot, not surface rust from sitting, but shot.So I took the car back and expressed that I would want the brakes fixed, all the way around. The sales man, John I think, was new or something and went to ask about this came back and proceeded to tell me that my mechanic didn't know what he was doing. Now, I don't blame John (because he was new) - I blame the sales management team which he kept looking at as I was expressing my concern over the safety of the vehicle. Now my previous car lasted 185K - and I had recently redone the brakes (in the Fall of 13), the rotors were pretty bad and even then they did not make the sound that this car was making. I also blame the service department for certifying this vehicle, there is no way it should have made it with brakes like that. I called my mechanic an mentioned to him that they said it was surface rust, he said "leave now. they are lying to you." I did.I truly hope that no one buys this car without getting the brakes fixed, that is just plain dangerous. I now see this business as having no integrity, care for the safety of their possible clients, or honesty (with regards to the client and to the Certified pre-owned system).Do NOT buy from this without first getting someone you trust with your life to inspect the vehicle - because that is what you are putting on the line every time you get behind the wheel of any car.Lastly, I would like to note that this is the first negative review of a dealer that I have written and I have been car hunting for about a month now.

When I first came to the Lia I was greeted well and had a prompt and hassle free experience. The negations were simple and pricing laid out easy for me to read. Vaughn Andrews was our rep and was extremely patient and explained everything for me and my mother. Worst experience ever! From the purchase day right through a couple weeks after when we got our car back with accessories and not detailed! Customer service was terrible, mislead us about important options included in car or lack there of. They misinformed us multiple times during the whole buying and installing extra accessories process. In the end we got a car with less options than originally asked for, dirty car (you could tell it was a very rushed detailing job) and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are honest, hardworking people and want to pass along our experience to hopefully prevent others going through the same thing.

We entered into a lease only to find out all the options we asked for are not included, we were clear on everything we wanted and the sales process was very rushed that we ended up with missing options...very important ones that at first glance of car you would realize they weren't there. Sales manager even admitted our sales person didn't do our sale properly but when we told them what we wanted to make up for confusion and misinformation they did nothing to help us! From the minute we signed on the dotted line we have had nothing but issues...even when we brought the car back down to the get the accessories added that we paid for on the transaction date, we were told it would take four hours... its been over two days without our car!

I traded in a 2006 G6 and Lia of Enfield offered me more than CarMax and other local dealers I took the car to. I had my eyes set on a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox, but with my negative equity that choice was not an option. They talked to me about a lease on a 2014 Rouge, which I though was impossible with my negative equity. Marc and Matt were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with different financial options, and vehicle knowledge. The other sales people were very friendly even though I was not working with them. Through my car buying process I looked at 5 dealers in CT, and Lia of Enfield is by far the best.

The good reviews on this dealership must be coming from the employees. I have never met such incompetent, rude, and careless people in my entire life. Receiving the car with faulty keys, no detailing or cleaning, a broken visor mirror (it fell out into my lap), and without the complimentary gas, we started calling for help. They took 3 weeks to even meet with us and tried to get away with not fixing the mirror that fell out the 2nd day! They insisted that the poor customer service was our fault and have made sure that this buying experience was one to regret.There is nothing good I can say about this dealership. The GM, Steve, is probably one of the most inept, idiotic managers to step foot on a car lot. He continuously disrespected me in our talks and talked down to me. He has no place in this industry (or any other that interacts with the outside world).

From my experience they DO NOT CARE about customers. I bought my certified used Nissan Altima from them and since regret it. They never put it through emissions, they didn't clean it and after giving them three attempts to fix it I still have no resolution. I am washing my hands of them and will probably get pulled over in the next couple days because I'm pretty sure I'm unregistered.That's only part of my horrible experiance but they have wasted too much of my time already. Thanks Lia for making my car buying experiance a regrettable one.

they do not know how to change oil. they charge for 5 qts but only use 4. i have an issue with my transmission and was lied to about a test drive that never took place. i have called the service mgr several times about this and more and just get a run around. they arent interested in fixing the problem. i rate this dealership poorly because they only kiss up to you when you want to buy something then they lie and cheat to keep you quiet afterward. i will never use lia again.

Service dept had to work on our car, they could not figure out it needed a battery. My mechanic knew right away what the issue was and confirmed it by simply hooking it up to a voltmeter. Their courtesy van took my wife to work but then refused to pick her up. I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get her then return home to go to my night job. Had to bring to my own mechanic as Lia was unresponsive and unreliable would not test drive the car. This car was purchased from Lia and they had no interest in helping me after the sale.

I had a very good experience in buying a used car from this dealership. The sales man was commited to serve me well and was very friendly which made my experience great. Though the price was higher than what I found with 100 miles from my city, I bought them from Lia Nissan because of the experience. I took almost two weeks to make the decission and the sales man helped in my decission making.

I feel that I got a great car at a great price. I had found this vehicle on cars.com and e-mailed the dealership. Within minutes the dealership contacted me by phone and set up an appointment to see this vehicle. The salesman at Lia Nissan made my purchase easy. However,when picking up the vehicle, I had to wait over an hour because the salesman was with another customer. The vehicle came with only one ignition key and with less then a half tank of gas. Still feel that the overall experience was O.K.

Don't believe your salesman as you negotiate. I dealt back and forth with one here for more than a week after driving a car. After negotiating for that long, we shook hands and agreed on a price at which point he went back and called 'corporate' who then raised the price by $1500.
