I bought my RAV4 at Lia in Northampton last year and usually go there for my oil changes, etc. but because of the distance and the construction out that way decided to try Toyota in Wilbraham and see how it compared. While it isn't as nice of a facility as Lia in Northampton I was very satisfied with the service. I was greeted when I first drove in, asked what I was there for and directed to Cynthia Patrick who made me feel right at home and provided me with exceptional service - thanks Cynthia :) And yes I would go back to Lia Toyota of Wilbraham.

Had a wonderful experience with Lia's s Service Dept. Great communication. The exception is that I requested 2 additional things to be done while they had my car for 4 days, and nothing was done. But the engine recall job they did was stellar. Was informed that the water pump should be replaced while the engine was being reassembled which I appreciated, although the cost of the pump was quite a bit higher than I could have gotten it elsewhere.

We were very disturbed when we got a call from our dealer Lia Toyota telling us that we will not be able to get the car for unexplained reasons by Toyota as they have not approved the same.When we questioned hard to Lia Toyota to explain the exact reasons and give us full refund of the deposit that we had paid to Lia Toyota back to us ( as they were not giving us the car anyways) we also spoke to management at Lia Toyota saying that we had been visiting and negotiating with them for the car form quite a while and they never told any reason of us not getting the car , we have a good credit history and didnt understand the reason for no approval and asked for explanation or else we would be happy to walk away to the other dealers who would be happily give us a car if we go there and we were also fine to go for other brands if there is any problem with Toyota or The Dealer Lia, but the Lia Toyota staff as well as management kept telling us just one thing that its not in our hands..or else we could have given the car but its Tyotas decision hence could not give a car also they were not ready to return us back advance money that we had paid for the car which means we were not getting a car or money that we paid for the car that was mentally torturous and disturbing to me and my family. But later when we insisted to talk to higher management about it or take appropriate action, Lia Toyaota reverted back to us saying they will deliver the car as promised earlier.Here I will like to know from Toyota, what was the matter, why was it decided earlier by Toyota to not approve for the car leading us to disappointment?? We want to know the exact reason, as we are still wondering what the matter was or who was playing nasty games??We have checked with nearly 50 people so far who are on visa and have bought a car on lease or loan from various dealers of Toyot and Honda , who do requires visa docs for processing but didn't not object if the credit history was good. Lia Toyota is the only dealer so far who has come back to me which such surprising and shocking update .... And that's really SHOCKING and SUSPIOUS. We have to get our full refund of deposit back to us,if you you are not able to deliver car as it looks like this a some kind a game plan of Lia Toyota dealer only.And we will do our best possible efforts to get our full deposit back, of required we will talk to highest authority at Toyota or Lia if needed.

I contacted this dealership and received the lowest price in the area (Mass ,NY,CT,VT) by email. When I arrived at the dealership I met their salesman Tony Blais and he honored the price they emailed me, and he setup and procelssed all the paperwork to get it delivered to NY 1 -/2 weeks later. We found a car from cars.com that we were very interested in. The initial presentation of the car was very nice and the at the beginning the sales team was very intentive, from there it went down hill. The next day we returned to purchase the car where we waited mutiple times for a long period of time. We were told to wait a couple minutes and it took close to thirty minutes. After processing the paperwork the sales person told us that our car would be ready in two days and we could pick up the car any time after 12pm on that day. Then we go to pickup the car on the said day at a time(1:15pm) that we had confirmed with our sales person. The car was not ready until TWO HOURS after the confirmed time. Overall the experience was unenjoyable and I would definitely not recommend this dealer.

I had a problem with my 2002 Prius. I brought it to Lia Toyota in Wilbraham, MA and Courtney Rex got the car right in and diagnosed the same day. That doesn't happen in many dealerships nowadays! Especially when I told them to get it in whenever they could. I highly recommend using Lia as they have always been excellent for servicing our two Toyotas. If you call the Service Department, ask for Courtney Rex to make your appointment for service.

UNBELIEVABLE, bought 2 cars on Monday, went to pick them up today. Car #1 paid cash,still took over an hour to complete the paperwork. The "less than prudent" pencil pusher took 4, yes 4 attempts at printing the sales agreement, finally called in back up who took 10 seconds to figure it out. I guess my time isn't valuable enough to ask for help performing this simple function of your job. This should have been done before my arrival. Car #2, now get this TOYOTA CANNOT FIND THE TITLE!!!. GET THE TITLE BEFORE PUTTING THE CAR ON YOUR LOT!!! they took deposits on both cars 5 days earlier THERE IS NO EXCUSE... NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. They tried to blame the previous owner even though it was leased from Toyota.

I bring my 2015 Toyota 4-Runner in for timely service. Each service has been thorough, efficient and always with an emphasis on doing the procedures within an hour. This past winter I had a scheduled appointment and as I was on my way to the dealer...through the ice and snow somehow I blew a tire...can you believe I was driving in on a rim and a prayer! No problem...they took care of the servicing and the new tire all the while keeping me aware of the details of the situation. I appreciate the service reps and the staff at Lia Toyota and depend on them for their expertise and professionalism in the care of my car....which I thoroughly enjoy...go Toyota 4-Runner!

Cynthia Patrick was awesome to deal with. This was my first experience with a pleasant and friendly service tech. My buying experience was horrendous, the service manager was absolutely awful to me as was the sales manager. I have not had any pleasant experiences with this dealership and have regretted my purchase since the day I picked up my 2015 Rav 4.But for once, at my 15000 mile check, I had a service tech who was super friendly and fun to talk to. No attitude or rudeness. Cynthia Patrick was a breath of fresh air for once. I dread going to this dealer for any reason because it's always unpleasant. So thank you Cynthia Patrick for finally giving me a positive experience. You have a great personality and we're an absolute gem to deal with. Which is huge considering all the problems I have had with the service department.I won't ever recommend this dealer due to the problems I incurred at pickup of my new vehicle and the drama from there on. The service manager owed me some serious apologies and I was told I would be compensated for my time by the sales manager..you know what I got..more attitude from the service manager. So..good luck with these people if you ever have conflict.

My 3 yr. old Toyota Camry Hybrid, with only 14, 900 miles on it, was slightly out of warrantee, but according to Cynthia, Lia picked up the tab for a a new seat belt.... I will admit, I was so surprised to see the seat belt get jammed when I tried to put it on, and further surprised it had to be replaced because it couldn't be fixed, but the job got done the very next day.Kudos to Cynthia and Lia for making a good customer relation decision.

1.0 star rating 7/4/2016My husband and I visited this dealership after finding a used FJ Cruiser on their website. We spoke with an internet sales person, Mary, who was very helpful and friendly (So we thought). She said the car was in excellent condition. I specifically asked about the body condition and if the car was smoke free. (No one wants to smell smoke in their car). She said yes to both. She also confirmed that it had premium sound and a convenience package. All of these details were very important, as we were driving over an hour to come see this car. When we arrived, Mary greeted us and passed us along to another sales person. I don't remember his name, but he wasn't friendly. He took our keys of our trade to get appraised and set us up for a test drive. Before we drove the car, we did a walk around and found a lot of body damage!! The rear bumper was dented & crushed (definitely needed to be replaced - it was a large dent and the sides were crushed), The front bumper had a large gash in it, the passenger door had a small dent, the paint around the gas cap had been scraped off - like it brushed up against something and was rusted, the paint on the driver side was chipped, the tires were bald (but Mary said new tires were on order), the windshield had a chip in it, and to top it off - all three headrests were missing from the back! I would hardly say this body was in good condition. Our sales associate said that was normal for a used car. Maybe some dents & scratches but a crushed bumper??!! I don't think so. When we got inside, we noticed that the vehicle did NOT have premium sound, which we were looking for. It was also missing the rear differential lock. The car drove okay, but we were disappointed in the body damage. When we got back, I asked our sales associate if they could do better on the price, considering the damage. He said no and explained it was priced aggressively. We asked if they had a number on our trade and he said he didn't even check because he didn't think we were interested. This sales associate was so lazy, unfriendly, and unwilling to help that we just asked for our keys and left. I'm shocked that he is able to sell anything.

Cynthia Patrick was great ... just great. I brought in my '06 Tacoma, which had a couple of issues -- or so I thought. Turns out my old truck had a lot more problems than I had realized, and the repair bill had the potential to get quite costly.Cynthia walked me through various options, realizing that I'm not made of money. She gave me a couple of different price ranges, including a cheaper bill that would have used either non-Toyota or used parts (can't remember the specifics), but I ultimately went with the Toyota parts to ensure my truck's overall health. It's a decade old with 125K miles on it, so it won't last forever. Or will it?My point is simple. I could have gone to my longtime mechanic, who would have taken twice as long to fix my truck, and who would have had to order all the parts from Toyota anyway. He tends to do things cheaper than dealerships, but time is money.Instead, I brought my truck to you guys. I was instantly at ease after talking with Cindy, who has a great way about her. She was nice, knowledgeable and helpful -- everything you could want in an employee. Give her a raise! I'm serious. This is the kind of employee you want to hold on to for the long haul. Even though I was without my truck for a few days, Lia Toyota of Wilbraham hooked me up with a loaner car at no cost for several days, which allowed me to get to work and spared me the hassle -- and the expense -- of having to rent a car. This, I'd say, is a major selling point for working stiffs such as myself, and a major reason to consider a dealership that truly looks out for the customer.On the whole, I'd recommend Lia Toyota of Wilbraham to any Toyota vehicle owner in the 413 area code. It's a nice, clean modern facility with amenities and a comfortable waiting room, and the service was second to none. And, oh yeah ... Kelly King was great, too! I almost forgot her. Purchased a new car from Lia. Salesman was Darren. He was very knowledgeable. We asked many questions and he had an extremely amount of patience explaining everything to us. When we picked up the car he got into the car and sat in back and explained everything about the dashboard and showed us how to use all the new buttons. We had contact with 3 different people there and everyone was great. We had been to 6 different dealerships before coming here and we bought it that day before we left. . I have never owned a Toyota before but looking forward to owning one.

Lia Toyota still has along way to go to get to a five star rating, but with people like Joe who advocates for the car owner they will get there. Some confusion over an oil leak that could have cost me $2800 (first estimate), then a not sure what the problem is, turned into a $100 job, and wait until next oil change when things will be more clear. Joe got the right people involved. Good job.

Needless to say this dealership is a major disappointment as well as its turn around on employees! After avoiding this place on servicing my Camry, my husband encouraged me a year ago to get an oil change since he received an email with a special going on for the summer. I gave it a shot and was impressed with my service rep. Jennie was friendly, bubbly and professional! She made my experience a fun one and made sure I wasn't charged more than I should! I kept in touch with her (considering I needed some other minor repairs) and she made it a pleasant experience. I went back in a week ago and was disappointed to hear they let her go! Why? Good employees are hard to find people! Don't let them go! They seemed short staffed and one of the men working there seemed agitated and wasn't afraid to show it! Very unprofessional! I waited too long be greeted and when my car was finished there were grease stains on my door handle and seat! Looks like I'm not going there again!

Needed a leaking part to be replaced. My car was taken in efficiently. My service rep was very attentive and polite. I was told how long the job would take and encouraged to utilize the waiting room and self serve coffee. Once the car was repaired I was efficiently sent through the payment process and encouraged to ask any questions that I may possibly have. I find that this type of service oriented repair and sales shop really lends itself to helping you keep your car in the best mechanical shape possible. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Lia Toyota in Wilbraham. For this recent purchase we had visited five other dealerships, but we started and ended at Lia. I have nothing but great things to say about the help that I received from Jeannie Kalogeras in the intake for service to be done on my car. I had issues with my radio and my bluetooth phone. Not to mention the issues with the sunroof gaskets... Jeannie made sure that it was taken care of. She followed it thru to the very end. She is a multi tasker thats for sure. Dealing with Sirrus radio people for me on one phone and doing all her other work ar the same time. She tried to get my trial for the 90 re issued due to the issues i had i was not really able to enjoy the music but Sirrus radio was not as helpful as Jeannie was. So far I have had 3 (5,000 mile) checkups on my Toyota RAV4 purchased at Lia Toyota and all have been very timely and efficient. The longest I have had to wait was a little over an hour and the shortest time was about 35-40 minutes. The waiting areas are clean, comfortable and pleasant and all of the staff I have interacted with are very friendly and easy to talk to. I have also been extremely happy with the purchase of my RAV4 at Lia. Lia was the only Toyota dealership that was able to get the red RAV4 Limited that I wanted and I tried in person at Balise and a couple others on-line or on the phone. Time will tell on the quality of the work but I am assuming that, so far, all is good! I don't remember the name of the representatives I worked with but all did a wonderful job!

I think a dealership is only as good as its sales and technician employees. This experience was very good for us. Our sales person, Leo, was very knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy or brash. We bought a Certified Toyota Prius 2010 over the Memorial Day weekend. Out Sales person was Leo. Our buying experience was quite pleasant. Everyone was really nice and very helpful, walked us through the whole process with patience. While test driving the car, we had pointed out few minor paint chip offs and untidiness of the car to Leo, and also Leo had seen few things that he assured to be fixed before the delivery of the car. We are quite happy with the service we received that day and were happy with our purchase as it was a CERTIFIED car which we paid little extra for the certification. Car was delivered on time. When I received the car, I had mentioned it to the gentlemen that externally all of the chipped off paint is still there and car has not been cleaned from inside, and also car didnt have a Users Manual. I would love to attach pictures to show, how food and hair was stuck everywhere. I was asked to call my Sales person and was assured that, this dealership always takes care of their customers. They will get it fixed. This is where it went down the hill. I called Leo and left a voice-mail, he was out that day. Didnt hear back from him so decide to write him an email as I knew many of dealerships do not take responsibilities after the delivery, and this way I can attach pictures as a proof. Email address did not work, tried it again the next day thinking something must have gone wrong the day before, same thing. Meanwhile, I had noticed that radio signals were breaking off on a highway where I had never had any problems with any of my previous cars. I found that Antenna was broken. One or two days later, I chatted with an online representative who told me that they can have him call me back, which didnt happen so I tried reaching out to him over the phone. Finally I was able to speak to him. I expressed to him that he was really hard to get in touch with and told him everything I had found. For paint job, he explained to me that not all chip-offs can be repaired. My response to that was, these are small enough that my husband could have fixed, your technicians might have somehow just missed them. He told me that he will speak to his service team and have that paint mail to me. I was quite taken back, but thought my husband can really handle it, why bother? About car being dirty, his response was, Oh! Really?, I had told them to clean it. And about the Antenna, his response was, I think Prius has a built in antenna. I assured him that at least my car didnt. I also mentioned the Users Manual which he agreed to order. He called back the same day and told me that paint cannot be mailed, they have it in stock and I should pick it up. Antenna and Manual will be ordered and Manual takes 4 to 6 weeks, he will let me know once it is in. I called him back to let him know that if I have to drive 60 miles to pick up the paint, I would like the dealership to paint it, had to leave a message. I did not hear back from him. I called him few weeks later and told him the same thing, he agreed and told me that dealership will be happy to paint it for me and he will call once the user manual and antenna part is in. I did not bother calling as I knew it will take close to month and half. 2 months passed by and didnt hear anything. I had a miss call from the dealerships number, so I called back the same day to see if he called. He was busy with another customer so left a v-mail. Since then I have been leaving v-mail every other week to get the progress. I have not heard back once. Two weeks ago, I talk to the receptionist and explained my situation. She told me that they work in a different section of the dealership and cannot personally deliver a message. After many request she agreed to take a message and told me that she will deliver it when she sees him. 3 days later I called back and the receptionist told me that she hand delivered a written message to him. She told me that I should leave a message for a general manager, which I did. Did not hear back from her wither. Today I just lost it and decided to speak to someone over the phone. Didnt go so well. I had been calm till now, but when Leo came on the phone he had an audacity to tell me that he had received all of my messages but has been busy so forgot to call back, but I should have talk to the service team to get my issues resolved and for that I should have made an appointment with them. He also mentioned that I am getting all worked up about a Users Manual which I could have downloaded online. SO basically it was my fault. Apparently, their service team had called me few times but since I didnt respond there is nothing he can do. So basically I am dumb enough to keep calling him every other week to get a status when I should have been calling the service team. If I ever received a message from their service team, why would I call him? So result is, Users Manual will be mailed to me, I can bring my car into the dealership to get it clean, but Antenna cannot be fixed as I cannot prove that it I didnt break it. 160- Point inspection# 71 Owners Manual and TCUV Warranty Supplement in dealers possession#143 Interior is free of debris#148 Glove box and console compartments are clean#101 Antenna is present and functionalThese are all external issues, who knows what types of internal issue will I start noticing soon? So much for a 160 point inspection for Certified Toyota.

I went into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted including options. I wanted leather, heated seats. They didn't have a Camry with all the options I wanted on the lot so they had to get it from another dealership. They showed me an employee's vehicle who had the options I wanted. I signed all the paperwork but a few things seemed a little sketchy. They were really in a rush to get me to sign everything and stayed open late to finish the paperwork. They also marked the date as a few days before the day it actually was. When I questioned this they said it was to get me a promotional price. I went home and did research and found out the car they sold me was on a NO SELL list. They wouldn't let me out of the contracts until I got a lawyer involved and the entire thing cost me a lot of money for nothing. They "claimed" they didn't know the car was on recall because it wasn't on their lot and not on their list of VIN numbers however the recall was for ALL Camry's with heated seats. Everyone was extremely rude and tried to bully me into picking the car up although I had informed them several times about the stop sell. They definitely took advantage that I am a petite young woman and I wouldn't advise anyone to step into this place. They are so desperate to sell vehicles they will swindle and do whatever they can.

Received a vehicle warranty enhancement notification frm Toyota. Since we were having the problem that was described in the letter, we made an appointment to have the necessary repair made. The letter said the repair should take about an hour, but the service manager said they would need the car for the whole day. We brought the car in, and the service tech looked at it and said no repair was needed. We explained that the problem could not be verified by a visual inspection, and that the steering wheel lock had worked loose on several occaisons, because there is no way to lock it in the selected position. The bottom line is that Lia did not do anything to correct this known service issue.

My wife, 2 young children and I took the hour plus drive from the Berkshires to lia Toyota of Wilbraham. It was definitely worth the drive. We were pleasantly greeted by Carlos Rios who genuinely wanted to help us. We were quite upside down in our car and knew it would be tough. He worked with us for 3/4 of the day to make a deal. Modesto Zenon, the sales manager even came to help us out. After initially declining, we went for lunch, talked it over and realized all the points that were made were valid, no BS points. We went back to finalize the deal. Ward Keegan the finance manager was great. Another no BS kind of guy. It was getting late and there wasn't time to get to the RMV that day. We figured we'd have to make another trek out to pick up our 2014 Camry. We were wrong. The next day Carlos personally drove the hour + drive to deliver the car to our house and to pick up the trade. I would highly recommend this dealership and would go back in the future. This is the first time I haven't felt like I needed a shower after trying to buy a car.

We purchased a car on December 28th 2012 with cash. Today March 1st 2013 I just received the title. The title was put in wrong by your employee then looking on line with the RMV they had a lein on the car and the title was sent to Toyota credit union. So I had to wait 9 weeks to get the title and could not register the car without it. The customer service that I received for the past 3 1/2 weeks from your Managers was absolutely disgusting. They were rude and not at all once did I feel this was of any importance to them. I had to call on a daily basis because they would not call me. I even had to call a higher Manager in New York to try to get some help with this. Every time I talked to them they had a different story so what it came down to was outright lies every day. I personally would not ever buy a car from this Company again an further more I would NOT reccomend them to anybody. If you do not know how to treat people with respect then you should not be working with the public. This by far was the absolute WORST experience I have ever encountered.

The Service Auto Body Shop of Lia Toyota in Wilbraham is a FRAUD!!! They stole $300.00 from me! I was experiencing trouble with my car so they claimed that they changed the timing belt, charged me $300.00,and gave be a belt that they claimed was in my car but there was no way that this belt was in my car it looked as if it was sitting in the sun for years! The following year, I was experiencing the same trouble and come to find out that all I needed to do was clean out the fuel system and that was what they probably did the previous year. That only cost me $5.00. As a single mother who works full time and also goes to school full time, this made me sick! Especially with Christmas right around the corner. DO NOT trust them, they will rip you off!!

Costco has a no haggle buying program that referred me to this dealer. I phoned ahead of time to make sure the person would be available to see about buying a Prius since the dealer is over 45 minutes away. After arriving I was told they were not going to sell any Prius vehicle via the Costco program since they had problems getting the vehicles and high gas prices.

This dealer was the only one in Massachusetts that had the Costco car purchase on the Toyota Prius. I called to confirm this and they were certain that they were on this program. Long story short, they were not on this program (I called Customer Service at Costco because this dealer appeared on Costco.com's website to check it out.) Long story and lots of time later, the salesperson who I first spoke to, I don't remember his name, told me that he never said that the dealer was on the program. Costco Customer Service resolved this issue. The dealership and this salesperson were so hard to get one answer, which when I repeated it back to them, they gave me another answer. We wound up buying our car at Wellesley Toyota, easy, no nonsense, a pleasure to deal with.
