I found this dealership on Carfax.com when I saw a picture for a 2016 Chevy Equinox. I went and Bob was very helpful. I test drove the car and I knew right away I wanted it. I wasn't hounded to finance with them because I had already mentioned I had my own financing through my bank. No pressure! They were very cut and dry and to the point about my purchase which I loved! I didn't feel like I was getting scammed and no hidden fees. I love small dealerships. Nice bunch of men and I recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Just bought a 2002 Lexus SC430 from Bob at this dealership. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The car was detailed and beautiful when we picked it up. I would recommend this dealership.

Friendly staff and nice selection. Had an issue right after getting the car home, Sam made it right and took care of the repair. Definitely recommend and would go back for future vehicles!

***Buyer Beware***Purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Lighthouse in 2020. The vehicle was clean, but needed a laundry list of things taken care of before it was even road worthy. ie: Oil change, emissions inspection, transmission fluid flush. Now Lighthouse did pay for these items, however those things should be completed prior to listing it for sale. Next, buyer beware...Do NOT purchase any extended warranty with this company. They will not honor it, and they will tell you that you can recoup the money from the warranty if you sell the vehicle...yea that didn't happen. I sold the van in May 2021, I've called Lighthouse about 12 times asking to recoup my warranty. Every time it is the same, "you need to speak to Kirsten, but she's not here right now, she'll be back in the office next week." Kirsten never seems to be at work and also, I still haven't recouped my $1200 from my warranty. Lighthouse is ok if you just want a car that runs with tires and an engine. Don't expect much else.

I have been buying cars Since 1972 and I have bought 30 cars in those years new and used. I have to say my experience at Lighthouse Automotive has been one of the best auto buying experience. They are honest and stand by their Cars. I found a great late model Jeep Wrangler there at an amazing price. And they gave me top dollar for my trade in. And threw in a new top with installation. I am a super happy camper. They have contacted me 3 times to make sure my new purchase was what I had hoped for and it absolutely is. Thanks Lighthouse team you the greatest.
