I must take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Kevin Jones and the Service Technician who adjusted their very full schedule to check out my Hyundai Equus during my travels. Kevin returned my distressed call for help (after my brake pedal went to the floor) and was extremely cool, calm and collected, professional and genuinely concerned for my safety and wellbeing. To ensure I would make it to my final destination, he allowed me to divert my travels to his location so they could ensure there were no leaks with my brake fluid or other damage or issues to prevent me from safely completing my journey to Tennessee. Kevin was informed and spot on with his advice on how to safely complete my trip!! My family and I are so grateful for making time at the end of your day to provide assistance!! I just may take the two hour trip to get my services completed in the future!! I know I will get top-notch customer service and technicians who care and do quality work!!

I bought a car from Linwood on November 21, 2015. I am happy with the car. However, after only 71 days I called to ask them to check out 2 problems I was having with the car. The brakes were squeaking a lot and one of the charger ports was not working. I was informed that there would be a $100 service charge just to look at it if it took an hour. I was not happy about that because we had purchased an extended warranty with the car. However, I went in knowing it would cost the $100. I dropped my car off and the man behind the desk said the charger port problem was probably a blown fuse. They had my car back in the service department for an hour and 10 minutes when I decided to ask what was taking so long. The technician came out and said the cause of my charger port not working was a blown fuse. I asked what was wrong with the brakes. He said he had not looked at that yet. So it took him an hour and 10 minutes just to figure out that I had a blown fuse and hadn't even looked at the brakes yet. So they got their $100 from me, but that will be the last time I go to them to have anything done.

I want to say Thank You to Robert Lanston and the service tech who worked on my 1997 Plymouth Voyager. I was on my way to Sturgis to work for Black Hills Harley Davidson during the 75th anniversary when my minivan started using large amounts of oil. 6 quarts in 400 miles. I took the van in on Friday morning at 8:45 am and said HELP. Robert said they would look at it right away. He called me back 30 minutes later and said I was right about the oil usage and that it would need a total reseal to be done to the engine. I told him to do it. Robert said they would try their best to have it done by the end of the day, but it was a full days work if everything went right. If not I would not get my van back until Monday. He gave me an estimate of the cost and a loaner vehicle to use. Having worked as a mechanic I knew it would be tight to have it done and the tech would have to bust his hump to get it done by closing. Later that day Robert called me and said it would be done by 5:00 closing time. I had gone to "Little Sturgis" since I was in the area and returning before close would be iffy. Robert waited for me to arrive, had my van done, washed, and came in $50 under the estimated repair cost. This fine work by the folks at Linwood Chrysler Jeep Ram trucks saved me 2 days motel rental and got me back on the road in a day. Now having traveled 4000 miles since the repair and a month later the Voyager has still not used any oil and works great. Thank you very much, I hope you enjoy your Dr Pepper Robert.

I looked at suvs at 4 different dealers. I was under so much pressure from the sales person that it just upset me to the point were I began to be weary of stopping at another. One of the dealerships before it was over the entire sales team was trying to talk me in to buying a car. My fifth try was at Linwood Motors. My husband and I pulled up and I seen the Tucsons and I got out to look in and then at the body style and then at the price. I ran back to my husband in fear of the sales people. Told my husband I love this suv, he had to get out and look. Still no sales person bothered us. We walked and looked at some others, after about ten minutes James Dismore came out and introduced himself. From then on out it was such a calm and wonderful experience. Everyone inside was happy no pressure at all. James just wanted to please us in our search.If you want a pleasurable experience if you buy or not go to Linwood Motors.i prefere James but all the sales team are great. The Hyundais are a very good car too.

We were lied to at least four if not five times while dealing with Linwood... They will try to bully you and try to manipulate you! If you can't stand ur ground don't deal with them. Personal I'd say drive right on buy flip Linwood the bird and go to paducah ford!

I had a Hyundai before and it was so easy to drive so I just stopped in to check on the new ones.My salesman that came out to help me was Rick Murray & I did go ahead and buy a new one ,they had the color and all that I wanted. Rick was so much help in showing me all the new things that were different than my other car.He has also had to put up with me calling on him when I can't figure something out.I just really couldn't of found a better salesman for my situation, he is just ready to help with such little things that I had forgotten that he had already told me. Next time I need another car I will ask for Rick Murray at Linwoods. Great friendly place!!

He didn't seem pushy or like other any other car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was patient and sincerely seemed to want to make my car buying experience exciting and without a lot of strain. The staff at Linwood's has always been excellent and knowledgeable about the 5 vehicle I have purchased from them. Everyone is helpful, from the initial greeting to the final sale. When we decided it was time for a new car, we were looking at three different ones. Warranty was important to us so we narrowed it down to the Hyundai Santa Fe, Nissan Pathfinder, and the Kia Sorento. We drove the Santa Fe first and fell immediately in love with it. This was going to be our family car so the whole family came along for the test drive. The experience we recieved from the dealership was professional, courteous, and laid back. We liked this so much as that we felt no pressure. We were treated with respect even after telling our salesman that we were checking out three different dealerships. Gerald, our salesman told us to make sure we purchased the one we liked the best, because this was a big purchase. He also told us that he would provide as much information we needed and that we could drive the car multiple times if needed to make sure this was the car for us. Gerald even stayed over past his shift to assist us in driving the car again. Later that week when we decided to purchase the car, we were given a fair price for our trade. Everyone at the dealership was helpful. The owner even came out and spoke with us to assure we were being treated good. This made us feel very important, as that we were not just a number but a customer. The finance agent was also very kind and the paperwork did not take all day to do. I would definitely buy my next car or truck from them, and recommend them to anyone for a good buying experience. Hyundai has a great product with an excellent warranty. We even took out the extended warranty giving us 10 years 120,000 bumper to bumper.

I emailed him one Saturday morning recently asking him to sell me a car and a truck. We live a little over an hour away, in IL, so by the time we got to Paducah and a few emails later, we had a good idea of what was available, and what we wanted. Needless to say, James came through and we purchased a truck and leased an Elantra that day. Very pleased with his knowledge and his outlook on life. OMG what a WONDERFUL shopping experience!!!! James Dismore was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I was in sales for seven years and I know a shmuck when I see one....not here. This deal was done in one phone call. James was informative, well educated on the product line and very well versed on anything I might have had a question on. Went to meet with him and he was very kind and friendly, moreover he was professional. There was no back and forth, plain straight english and no hassel financing. He calls me every couple of days just to make sure the car is working for me. I also have a second delivery appoint. This is where the dealer answers all those questions you may have after you have gotten to play with the vehicle for awhile. I had never heard of this before...What a treat. Dodge Trucks and rodeo go together in our family. The truck we traded in has taken our girls, grandmother ,dog, and horses many miles. These trips had to be safe, and no break downs on the way. We loved our dodge truck. So deciding to buy a new one was not hard. The dealership was not prepared for the wife and her own deals, but they made the sale. James was very polite and had to go back and forth alot, to come to the wifes way of thinking. Our daughter and her husband just bought a new dodge truck, we knew the pricing. The only negitive part of the visit is when they have to start at a price, and then go back and forth. James did a great job, but the amounts they should have came out with in the first place, would have saved alot of time. We know this is part of the process. Our visit was a great experience, and very funny. Love the truck, and the family is ready to travel alot more miles. I cant speak for those poor horses!!!

I began my effort to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler in spring 2012. Due to inaccurate information from the saleperson ( financing options) and several changes by the manufacturer, this purchase was delayed until fall 2012. In the fall, I was told the saleperson that they could order the vehicle I wanted with no obligation and I could check it out once it arrived and then decide on the purchase. The reason for this was because of discontinued colors and new colors had not been seen yet. Once I started asking for options to be included on it, they changed thier minds to wanting a non-refundable deposit. To decide on options, I had to research them myself because the saleperson was not very knowledgeable about this product at all and there were no brochures available. I placed and order and was told 2-6 weeks was the lead time, but then it took 7.5 weeks to get the vehicle (In the middle of my vacation). Phone calls were not returned promptly after the committment was made. Upon delivery of the vehicle the Lynnwood team prepped, inspected, and cleaned the vehicle. The cleaning job was real good on the exterior, but poorly done on the interior (soapy water dried on the seats, windows had film on them, and a small cut in the dash). The cut in the dash could have been done at the manufacturer, not sure. Despite the issues, I decided to purchase the vehicle anyway, due to the long drawn out purchasing process and the wait. Once, I said yes, I was taken on a facility tour. Then the finance lady appeared and I never saw the sales person again. Personally not impressed. :(

We have worked with Kliff Kester for years, and even though he is in a different position from when he started with Linwood, he has earned our trust so he still takes care of us. We have recently moved 13 hours away, but we made the drive back to Kentucky to do business with Kliff and Linwood. We knew exactly what we wanted and he worked for days to find it, report back and forth with us, pick up the vehicle hours away, and finalize the purchase. When we have had service requests or issues in the past Kliff has always helped us work with that department to ensure everything goes smooth for us well after the sale. It's the little things that make our buying and service a truly small town experience.

They did not have exactly what I wanted on the lot but all I had to do was tell our salesman Josh what I wanted and it took him no time to get it there!! I had been looking for a newer Chrysler van for some time. It turned out that Linwood Motors had the best prices around. I looked at another dealership and they were considerably higher. Price was satisfactory, overall experience was very good. did not feel pressured, we had a target price from our research and got very close to it. Sales people were very nice and the process moved along at a good pace. I would recommend this dealer.

My husband and I have been shoppng for a new car for quite a while. We've always been Honda owners but decided to look at vehicles comparable to the Civic. We went to Linwood twice and talked to Gerald Walters. We were very impressed with him - he gave us the information we needed and didn't pressure us, which we appreciated. Our two choices were the 2012 Civic and 2013 Elantra. We chose the Elantra and so far we're very happy with our purchase.

Wanting to buy a new car, we went to a few dealers. First stop was Linwood in Paducah where the car was right but price was out of our range. We were impressed with the sales person but didn't buy. We visited a few other dealers and found no one appeared interested in selling us a car! Some didn't even offer to let us take test drive. Linwood at least gave a sales pitch, a good one at that. A few weeks later we saw an ad, Linwood had a demo unit at a special price. We went back and bought the car. Again the sales person (a different one this time) was great. We found all we dealt with to be great and we are glad we went back to Linwood. Thank you Kevin, Lacey, and all at Linwood. Good Job! I recommend anyone stop by Linwood if looking for a car.

i found a pickup on the internet listing. i stoped at dealer ship to look at this truck,the sales person was good. the sales person took time with me and i ask for a price on unit. the price was very close to what i was willing to pay for unit. i left to think about it and returned to dealership and made a offer on truck to the sales person,linwood accepted.on making out the paper work linwood sales manager said they made a mistake and it would be over 400 more for that unit after accepting my offer on this truck. i dont understand how a mistake like this is made or are trying to get you suckered in so you will agree to there offer

My wife went to this Linwood to purchase a 2010 Jeep Patriot from this dealership. The first day was just test drive and discuss price. We were left on our own for about 20 minutes, but the dealership literally got hit with tons of customers at once. When we did get a chance to talk they really took time with us and focused on us. We came back two days later and bought the Jeep for a very good price considering the low mileage, model, and amount of upgrades that it had. We were extremely happy with their service and the price we payed. The tires were going to need replaced and they basically took that amount off the price since we would do it ourselves. We would definitely buy from them again.

I recently went to Linwood Motors in Paducah, KY to shop for a Nissan Altima. I initially contacted them by email and they promptly responded. I was contacted by Kevin Duncan in sales who set up an appointment with me the same day for a test drive and trade appraisal. When I got there Kevin had a Vehicle History Report ready for my review and the car I was interested in was pulled up and the air conditioner was cooling the vehicle. He immediately had my car appraised while I looked at the new car. It was a very pleasant and expeditious car buying experience. Thank you Linwood and Kevin!!

I filled out the pre application over the phone and was preapproved the next day for one of the 2011 Chevy Impala's that they were offerring. Upon hearing that I would be paying 23 thousand dollars ( after tax, title, license, along with interest and finance fees), i felt i was getting ripped off. When i told the gentleman from internet sales this, he had the Business Manager call me. When i relayed my feelings to her, and told her that i have friends that work at other dealerships, and what they had told me. The "business manager" had the nerve to tell me over the phone that if they worked in a bank, get my friends to give me a loan with the interest rate I wanted. Talking about RUDE!!!! Her rudeness was enough for me NOT to even think of buying a car from them. I went to a different dealer in that area, and walked a way with a car with less miles, and salesmen with less attitude. Thanks, but no thanks. I'm sorry what happened to professionalism and telephone courtesy, because obviously their business manager has neither of these qualities
