After finding the right vehicle and haggling over price we finally came to an agreement. I am satisfied with the overall process and the financial people took care in helping with the finance of the vehicle through my bank. Everyone was extremely respectful to me, and took my needs into consideration. The salesman (Scott) was great, though being new and not knowing fully all of the aspects of the vehicle he still did an outstanding job with helping me find the right rig. I was able to return a couple of days later and was able to have another person help me with setting up the Uconnect and a give me a great orientation of all the features of my new Jeep Renegade.

We wanted running boards which they installed before we even finished up with the paperwork. I want to thank Lithia Dodge in Billings Mt. and all the staff especially Daryl Doney and the mechanic who worked on our van. My wife and I and the kids were on our way to Billings to get our van worked on anyway the oil changed, the transmission fluid changed, and sparked plugs changed and do a little shopping. Well when we were Glendive getting gas and than we were about to take off and drive again all of the sudden our van stalled out and the ETC light came on and the engine check light came on, but once we restarted the van everything was fine we were so worried the rest of the trip but once we were getting the van worked on Daryl had everything checked out he was concerned for us and wanted to make sure my family and I got home safely. He did not take advantage of us or try to charge us extra for anything he is absolutely awesome and so was the staff and I highly recommend both Daryl Doney and Lithia dodge in Billings Montana. Thank you you all again.

took van in because there was a squeal when the car was running. The customer service reps were very easy to work with. They said they tightened some pulley but they said if it was a belt that it was to new to replace a belt. It still makes the noise now and then so I guess it was a belt. I had a service bell that would ding when the car is started but they wanted to leave it as an alert until they changed the oil again.

I was in the process of helping my daughter move from Missoula, Montana to Virginia when I experienced trouble with my Dodge Ram 1500 in the Billings, Montana area. I took my truck to Lithia at 7am on a Monday morning without any appointment and was immediately met by their service writer, Chris. He patiently listened while I described what was going on with my truck, and then immediately told me what he could do for me and how long it might take. Within 45 minutes, Christ had my truck up on the rack and diagnosed what my problem was. He then told me what the truck needed, how long it would take to fix it and the approximate cost. Once the technician began to work on the truck, he discovered two more issues with my truck which might jeopardize me reaching my destination on the east coast. By 3pm that same afternoon, all work was complete and I was ready to resume my trip. While the repairs were costly, I firmly believe I was given the best possible cost for the work performed and I also believe nothing was done that did not need to be done. I can't begin to say enough good things about the professionalism of Chris and the other employees with which I had contact at Lithia. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle or who simply needs a reputable place to have their vehicle serviced. Thank you again for all you did to help me.

Service department was ready and waiting when I dropped off my Ram, at the time of drop off service adviser checked and found there was one more recall that i had not received at the time of my appointment, Shortly after i dropped off my Ram i was contacted by service adviser suggesting I have my 30,000 mile service done and they could complete that while it was there, Three recalls,regular service, tire rotation and 30,000 mile service, dropped off at 7:30 done at 4:00. This is a great deal when you live 320 miles from Billings.

Took them six weeks and three attempts to fix a jeep I purchased from them. They never bothered to call me and let me know if it was fixed. Excise me they called once saying it was finished only for me to drive two hours and find out it indeed was not finished. So four weeks later I called in and it was "finished." Only problem is they still did not fix the seats. Which seems important? They would love to sell you something just don't expect them to willingly fix the problems covered under your warranty. Plenty of dealers in billings!

I have been dealing with Lithia Dodge within the past 5 years and there were times I was upset due to time consuming recall repairs which was not the fault of Lithia in my opinion, rather the factory whom I later found had to produce working parts. Cameron Swift and Clinton Shelton, Sales Representatives have been excellent to deal with, being up front with type of vehicles I wanted and were excellent in making appointments for my service calls. The only thing now involves my recent purchase of a 2015 Dodge Van, they forgot to take photographs and give me a preferred customer card for my free oil changes and other services I may need. I commend the two gentlemen for their professionalism and assistance for dealing me the prices within my affordable car payments. I also commend the Service Department Sales Representative Darryl Spanie for his assistance in scheduling repair and other services that I needed.

The Service Department at Lithia Dodge of Billings is top notch. They treat their customers with the utmost respect. They have been doing the maintenance on my Dodge Journey since it had 3 miles on it, and now it have over 100K miles and runs amazing. I wouldn't even think about taking my vehicle anywhere else. Their knowledgeable service advisors are very thorough and honest. And trying to get an oil change is super easy. There's no need to even make an appointment. The service manager Dave is very personable and easy to work with. The Service Department really knows how to treat their customers. Overall I have been very pleased with my service and would recommend this dealership.

Nate is an excellent salesman and represents Lithia beautifully! I did not feel pressured to buy a car or like I was being hounded. The buying process was not difficult and Nate was very friendly and professional.

Chuck in parts is very helpful. I wanted to add a factory speaker upgrade, electric brake controllerand look at the possibility of adding remote start with rear view camera. He knew exactly what to order to get the job done. My service writer Darrel and service tech Leon got me in on time, work was flawless with no issues and my truck is the truck I wanted with the upgrades.Thanks guys!!!

Ryan and Kevin have been great to work with. My tire sensors don't work but that is not the fault of Ryan or Kevin they can't help if you can't buy parts to fix it. My over all opinion of you and your staff is awesome. Thank you for always taking care of my problems.

I love the Lithia Dodge Dealership! I have purchased 2 Dodge Challengers and a Dodge Charger from them. I have always liked the customer service there! Burton P and Charles B are wonder to work with. They both were able to locate the car I needed to fit my needs. Both of these gentlemen are friendly, outgoing and do care about the needs of their customers. worst dealership in town, more concerned with money than the customer satisfaction. I drive on to the lot to acquire more information about the dodge challenger to make a well educated purchase. First time I drive onto the lot, the salesman doesn't know a single thing about the 4 challengers sitting on the lot, other than the simple fact that one is cheaper than the other. Sure the kid didn't know a single thing about his flag ship car, I won't hold that against you. However what really grinds my gears, is that when I head back there later the next week to of course acquire more information about the vehicle since no one in town can tell me a single challenger fact. I talk to a guy who actually knows about the challenger, and he should, he's worked there for quite some time. However again Lithia seems to be obsessed with price, I didn't find a car I liked and they were still more concerned with price. What really annoyed me the most is the fact he told me the manual transmission would cost more.... common sense tells me automatics will cost more, I questioned about it and he continued with it. seriously guys go on to www.dodge.com get some information and stop trying to screw your customers. I hope people will read this and something is done about this. I plan on posting this as many times I can so people can be warned, after all the best and worst advertising is word of mouth.
