Taking into consideration that waiting for parts seemed like it took ' forever'...my service experience today was awesome! When I arrived at the dealership, I asked to see the parts they ordered for my Renegade. Being a bit skeptical since it took about 3 weeks for one of the parts to arrive I wanted to assure myself the parts were correct. The service team was happy to let me inspect the parts, and they then got the keys for the shop team to do the work. An Uber ride was set up to take me to work. And to take me back to the dealership once they notified me the parts were installed! Thanks again for taking care of my Renegade.

My wife has a 2020 Jeep Wrangler with the 2.0 engine. We recently received a safety recall notice that there is a danger of a fuel line connection leaking and the vehicle could catch fire. I called Viva to schedule an appointment to get the recall work completed. I had to leave a message with an operator who said they would call me back. Several hours later I hadn’t been called back so I called again. Once again, had to leave a message with an operator who told me it would most likely be the next day before I was called back. The next day came and went, no call. As a reminder, this is to get work done for a safety recall due to the possibility of a fuel leak in the engine compartment and fire danger. This dealership is pathetic!!

Car is back for 2nd repair, same item. Left 6 messages over 2 days, had to stop in twice to get an update. Ended up having to keep a rental car over the weekend and found out that the car had been done before the weekend. They don't appear to have a service manager.

We had planned to buy another dodge, but won't after the poor service from this dealership. Had to return the car several times for same problem which wasn't the worse. They will never call you about your car. We had to stop in to get an update. Then the car was finished on a Friday and we ended up having to keep a rental car all weekend because no one called.

Recalled for catalytic converter, hadeit replaced. Picked up vehicle and it had exhaust leak smell.thought it was the new part that shelled bad and it would go away. Drove about 30 miles in a month. Couldn't drive without windows down. It's didn't have a leak when I took it there. They said it had a exhaust leak (manifold)before hand,nothing in writing stating it had. They let it go out there door A CLEAR SAFETY HAZARD They caused leak during recall. I'm not a liar as they implied.

Thought I had a great dealership after buying two cars in the past two years. Think again...Crooks and liars. Was told quotas mean more than keeping a customer, seriously? Thought we could meet somewhere in the middle for a reasonable deal, whoa apparently they want you to see that they are doing you a favor by you dealing with them. I know I am the fool for trying to think that 2 cars in 2 years meant something, wrong again, Wonder why car dealers have a bad reputation? Take your chances with these clowns and find out. Preach small time service but they believe something completely different. If you are educated about car buying they try to manipulate you like it is a challenge. Find another dealership, spend your $$ elsewhere Las Cruces trust me...

I dealt with 2 different car salesman at Lithia Dodge in Las Cruces and it has been thee worst service I've ever received. They lied about calling back, you call them and they don't return your call. One of the salesman and finance person assumed that I made the median income of the Las Cruces area and didn't get any info to see what I qualified for or if I had money to put down.

I recently relocated to Las Cruces from Amarillo Texas and i guess the road trip was a little traumatic to my vehicle as i seemed to be having problems with my transmission. My vehicle was "clunking" horribly. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go or who to call. In my travels around Las Cruces I had seen Lithia Dodge on Telshor and although reluctant to check them out due to owning a Lincoln, I stopped by anyway and I am so glad i did! Turns out my tranny was not falling out (as i assumed) but instead i was out of transmission fluid. I am so grateful for the wonderful and honest customer service of Chris Brusuelas in the Parts Department.

This is my second review, my first one talked about how impossible it was to get in without an appointment and how it was so frustrating that this was the only Dodge dealership in Las Cruces. Today, however, I had my 12 pm scheduled appointment for an oil change. I gave up my lunch break to fit in my oil change because I am ridiculously busy! I check in 10 minutes early, 12:25, 35 minutes of waiting, I am informed that my truck is just getting started on and it will be 20 minutes. I told them to bring it down because I had no more time left. Why make appointments if it's not going to get done in a timely matter anyway? They said,"Sorry we seemed to have double-booked and "so and so" left to lunch without telling anyone." This just made me more upset and so pissed. This is absolutely ridiculous from this company. I will be looking else where to get my oil changed, but doubt I'll find a place that will document my oil changes through Dodge. If I did my job like they are doing theirs, their children would not get an education! GET A CLUE!!! Such a waste of my time with this place.

I trailored my 2014 ram truck 370 miles to Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces where purchased. I called Service Adviser Mike Romero about a bad fuel pump. Mike called as i got in to Las Cruces and he helped me get Road Side Service to get my truck to the dealership for repairs. Parts were ordered Mike kept me updated on repairs. Mike called truck was ready. My dodge ram looked new, Mike had it washed and ready to go. I could not ask for a better Service Advisor than Mike Romero.

I recently visited the Lithia Dodge dealership in Las Cruces to purchase the parts and fluids needed to do a transmission service on my 2007, 6.7l Cummins powered Megga cab. I found that all supplies I needed were in stock and priced reasonably. Matt Rosales is the parts specialist that helped me and I found him to be courteous and knowledgeable able. If you go to Lithia I suggest asking for Matt in the parts dept...

The process just took a little over 2 hours, from the time I got in the door and when I signed my name on the dotted line. My wife picked out the vehicle that she wanted and they had it parked out front when I drove in the dealership. David Provencio is very professional and also got to give 'Props" to the Finance Man Steven(on his day off) got us great numbers. Closed the deal with Katlin Martinez and called the wife to pickup her new vehicle. Happy Wife is a happy home! I just had to thank Vincent Armijo(GM) that he's got a great team and very courteous people. I can truly say that, they more than delivered what they promised my wife. Very good, The staff went out of their way to see to my needs and I was very impressed. With the exception of the pitch for the extended warrantee that I am still not sure does anything more than lighten my wallet, I felt very good about my overall experience. That says a lot. I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years and I usually come away feeling like I got screwed and didn't even get a kiss.

I was having trouble with my vehicle the engine light came on I went and got it tested for free at auto zone and it came as an electrical problem with a control unit in the intake manifold. They suggested I take it to the dealership because the vehicl being too new they couldn't order parts for it. I rolled up to the service department with my test results receipt and was told let us run it and we can see if its the same error codes it was. Only difference was at the dealership they were trying to sell me an entire intake manifold rebuild kit which was going to run between $1200-1800. I paid my $150 test fee and went to get a second opinion at pep boys I showed them the results of both test and let them know what the dealership was trying to repair. They looked up the codes which all showed electrcal issue and printed a sheet of possible diagnosis and told me to take it to Jack key.They checked the manifold which came out fine and everything on the diagnosis sheet. It turned out I had a burned out control switch on my intake manifold actuator. Which only ran me $650 to repair.

My service advisor, David Russell diagnosed an issue with my 2010 Dodge Charger. He knew about the 100,000 mile/5 year power train warranty, which I was unaware of. Their was a clicking noise in my engine. David and the technician detected an issue with my rocker arms. They replaced the rocker arms and additional warranty work to put my car back like brand new! I bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla with 94000+ miles. The sales person was very kind but maybe didn't completely listen sometimes. The car had been shampooed and not aired out well, so it had a stench. Since then that has mostly disappeared. They should be more careful with that because it doesn't give a good impression. Otherwise the car worked great and is very pretty. I am happy with it and the overall transaction. I will more than likely return for possible future purchases.

They were very efficient and paitient with us in haggling an affordable price. They really did want our business and did everything they could to make sure we left with the Challenger. My only real complaint is that they did not really clean and detail the interior of the vehicle. But man, what a great car!

I had bought a new Dodge Challenger a year ago and was interested in a new truck.I dealer with Isac Cole on the truck.Isac sold me my Challenger and he is a very knowledgeable salesman.He is also polite and has the no pressure aditude...great person great saleman.But here is where I am unhappy as a customer.When haggling on the deal on the truck the manager Raymond A starts disrespecting me on the deal.Like I told him your going to lose a sale because of 250.00 difference on price of truck.He talked down to me in front of others and I didn't appreciate that coming from a mamager.We agreed on my price and I paid for the truck in cash this last Saturday.This Monday I show up to pick up my truck and it hasn't yet been brought thru shop for safety checks and detail work. This was 230 pm hours.I addressed this to manager Ray A and his rude answear was...we have been busy today and we just can't stop to get your vehicle done!!!!Again total disrespect by him...you've got my money but yet forget the customer service experience.Truck will be ready on Tuesday but after my experience with this manager and his disrespectful attitude toward me makes me think that I should have never bought this vehicle from Lithia Dodge.If I am not happy with the out come of this issue tomorrow Tuesday...Lithia Dodge can keep the truck and refund my money.This has stressed me out....no person needs to be disrespected like Ray A has done to me. I recently had a pre-negotiated price for a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan through USAA/Truecar.com. The MSRP of the van was $36,120 and the negotiated price was $30,892. The lowest the dealership would go was around $32,700. The general manager, Vincent Armijo, told me the USAA discount price does not exist and I must be a liar because he was not lying about the price. The salesman, Chris Van Wyngarden, was extremely low pressure and about the most honest car salesman I have met. The general manager stopped me on the way out the door to call me a liar and say there are no discounts for buying a car through USAA. I do not know how this dealership expects to stay in business when the general manager calls a customer a liar and refuses to accept a pre-negotiated price.

I got a great vehicle because Vince gently convinced me of the great product a RAM truck is. I previous was a Ford and Mercury owner for 5 decades as my father was before me. Due to an unscheduled trip, several weeks passed between my first visit and when I purchased. Nevertheless, since Vince was not available, he provided me a referral to another friendly and low-pressure salesman. Raul did a great job and patiently and very friendly answered my questions and assisted in my purchase. My wife and I drove away in new 2015 RAM 1500 truck that was just detailed and nicely appointed with options that Vince correctly anticipated that I would use but not loaded with extras.Strongly recommend visiting this dealer before buying elsewhere.

I am so glad that Lithia moved to Las Cruces. I have a 2012 Ford Mustang and a 1999 Ford Mustang. I take both of my cars to Lithia anytime I have a problem. Recently, I have been dealing with the local Ford dealership for warranty issues. The service is not good. If I could, I would take my car to Lithia in a heartbeat. Their service is extremely professional and friendly. I am treated, as a woman even, with respect and courtesy. The gentlemen who I work with know that I am a car person and treat me accordingly. It is very much appreciated as I have not been so lucky at other shops. The center may not be the quickest service on the planet but I would rather wait, have them take their time, and the job be done right. They are always quick to inform the customer of what needs to be fixed without adding on unnecessary parts or services. They leave my car in excellent condition. They try very hard to keep the seats, floors, and outside clean. They are also more than accommodating when something has been fixed and for whatever reason it just isn't quite right. I had some work done on the 2012's suspension and was back a half hour later when something didn't quite feel right. They dropped what they were doing and checked everything over again. I don't remember the exact problem they fixed but it was corrected quickly, and I was sent on my way in a matter of minutes. I happily recommend Lithia to anyone who is looking for a car or just a great service center. I trust my cars with the gentlemen at Lithia. My car's are my babies and that trust is not easily earned. Kudos for creating a wonderful Dealership and not a Stealership.

Upon arriving I was greated very warmy, I was asked the reason for my visit. I stated I had an appointment at 10:00, it was 9:40 when I arrived. Their response was no problem and asked what I needed. Told them I needed an oil change and a tire rotation and whatever else was needed at my mileage. The service rep told me a couple of things that might be needed, one was very expensive. I said if necessary then you have my approval. I then asked how long and was told at least 90 minutes, I had assumed 2 hours based on other dealerships. In about an hour and 45 minutes from the time I arrived, the service manager came and got me saying the truck was completed. They could have easily done the expensive service but they were honest and checked, then determined I didn't need that expensive service, this is honesty at it's best. This type of service makes me wish I lived here just so I could use this dealership. He then went above and beyond and recommended an excellent choice for lunch. There were two service reps that took care of me, one was Charles Armstrong, I didn't get the other gentleman's name. Both were professional and very helpful. I called to see if I could get an oil change on my early lunch break. Whomever answered said that would be fine there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and sat in the waiting room. 45 mins later a salesperson came out and asked if I wanted to replace my filter. I said yes and I asked if they were almost done and he said yes, we just need to change the filter. After 1 hour and fifteen minutes I went out to the garage to find out the problem and what the hold up was. The gentleman went over to my truck which was still being worked on to talk to him. I was told it would be a few more minutes. Peter Vargas then entered the picture. He explained that they didn't have my air filter and he was sorry. I stated that I could understand that if I had brought in a Honda to a Dodge dealer, but since I brought my Dodge truck into a Dodge dealer that was unacceptable. He explained the reording process...and I stated I still feel it is unacceptable. I explained I was unhappy since the gentleman on the phone stated it would be fast, there was no wait and instead I was still there after 1.25 hours with my truck still in the air being worked on. Peter then stated he would immediately take me to my place of employment and would bring my truck to me later. He apologized profusely and was all ears on my complaints while he was driving. He is the epitomy of customer service. I did not have a good experience, but Peter let me know that he accepted the responsibility, apologized, and did what he could to make it right. I will come back to this dealership for maintenance, but only due to Peter Vargas professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Peter.

I came in for a trade with a F450 truck...I was provided with many options and then selected a 2012 new Dodge Ram 3500 truck. Kythe was very attentive to my questions and provided several test drives to ensure this was the right vehicle. I took my car in for repair, there was a piece missing from my car. They insisted that it was not there when I dropped it off. I spoke with the GM Vince Armijo, he told me ( in so many words, that he did not take it . He was the only one that drove a vehicle like mine but he did not need that part). I think that was very poor choice of words and lack of customer service, it was like accusing me of lying and I was blaming him for taking it. I just thought it might be misplaced. This resulted in a shouting match in the main floor. (in which I stooped down to his level, and I am guilty of). I will NEVER do business with Lithia Again. They need to employ people with management experience and customer service skills. I cannot even give them one star. I am so disappointed in that dealership and the personal (Vince Armijo) they employ.

I want to start off by saying that I usually do not write reviews on any of my purchases, this time is different because i really think the people of Lithia Dodge deserve it. When I was looking to buy a used FJ cruiser i called Lithia and was transferred to Mr. Adrian Armendariz. He is one of the best sales associates i have ever worked with, since i got to the dealership Adrian took care of everything he even went the extra mile to help me with my budget and we worked a deal faster than i had expected. When it was time to go to the financing department they had three sales to go before me and they even stayed way after hours to make sure i did not have to return the next day. I would really recommend Lithia Dodge and Mr. Armendariz to anyone looking for a good vehicle and a great price.

I traded in my Ford F150 for a Jeep Wrangler. My wife and II visited Lithia on a Tuesday, checking out Jeeps in Las Cruces. Mr. Adrian Armendariz greeted us, and when we told him we were just looking at dealerships wished us luck and didn't pressure us at all...just gave us his card and said to see him if we needed any help. After talking with other dealerships...we headed back to Lithia the next day. We walked in and asked for Mr. Adrian...the rest of the sales reps almost bent over backwards to track him down (a level of teamwork I was not expecting). The whole time Mr. Adrian was helpful, even finding another rep to figure out the best way to fit our car seat into the prospective Jeep (props for asking for help and props for Lithia for encouraging it). When it came time for financing, Mr. Kat Martinez got us a better deal than our pre-approval and patiently explained the differences between the extended warrenties (a must for me, they have paid for themselves in previous behicles. Great experience!

David Provencio was the first sales representative I encountered. He was so nice and asked exactly what I was looking for and my price range. David was very funny and straight forward, which was the best part of my experience. After finding the perfect Dodge Durango, he appointed me to Kat Martinez Finance Manager who was also very fun and offered several options upfront that were in my best interest. They both did an amazing job. Shortly after I had to go in to get a new key programed and with no problem, they did an excellent job helping me with my needs and wants. I did not encounter not one person there that was unwilling to help me. They were all very kind and had upbeat personalities. I would highly recommend them; in fact, I have recommended several people from Truth or Consequences already knowing they will have a great experience as well.

I went into Lithia with the purpose of trading in my gas guzzler. I was greeted by David and told him my situation. I was upside down in my vehicle and the AC wasn't working. He showed me a few vehicles while Vince was evaluating my trade. I was informed that my vehicle was smoking when they lifted the hood and they thought it might be something electrical. My heart sunk into my stomach and I immediately thought "I'm screwed". David and Vince worked really hard to get me the best price for my trade and found me a great rebate. They made me feel important and I could tell they really wanted to help me. They turned my bad situation around for me and put me in a really nice vehicle. I highly recommened this dealership!

Brandon Campos was attentive and helped us really understand the details about the car and walked us through the process without the high pressure sales and games. The whole staff was really friendly and had the same approach. We went in on a Sat. to just look at used vehicles. Patrick did not pressure us or push for our information. He let us look around and test drive and even made suggestions on what we might like. He suggested the new Dodge Journey and we were hesitant, but it turned out to actually have many of the things we were looking for. After doing some research on what exactly we wanted, I called Patrick. He found us one similar to what we wanted. The only reason I gave a 4 for Quality of Work and Overall experience was because there was a misunderstanding for what year we wanted. Kat in finance was also very pleasant to work with. He stayed until after close to finish the paperwork and didn't rush us.

I just recently bought a 2013 Dodge Dart. The buying process went very quick and painless. Lithia Dodge is the first place I stopped to test drive some cars. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wasn't being pushed into trying any type of car. Mike and Patrick were very patient with me while I test drove many cars and some of them more than once while I tried to pick the perfect one for me. I stopped at a few other dealers to try some other cars to narrow down my search and very quickly went back to Lithia Dodge after some very rude and uninterested sales people tried to pressure me into particular cars at the other dealerships in Las Cruces. I would suggest to everyone that is looking for a new or used car to go to Lithia Dodge first, because you won't want to bother going any where else after that!!!

My wife & I took delivery of our new 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn on August 7, 2012. We are completely satisfied with it as well as with Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces. On our inital visit we were greeted by Michael Parker, Sales Consultant. Mr. Parker was very open & friendly, after discussing our needs & desires he showed us several trucks that could have been satisfactory. On our second visit we purchased the Longhorn. The negotations were very friendly, reasonable & we were never at any time pressured to buy, that fact in itself was very much appreciated by us. In my summary, Mr. Parker is very knowlegeable & strives to please his customers. The same can be said for all the Lithia personnel we had contact with. I would most definitely recommend this dealer & Mr. Parker if you plan on purchasing a vehicle.

Definitely the best car buying experience that our family has ever had. I normally hate buying cars; however, this time was very different. Patrick truly took care of us and made sure that our experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Even my husband, who is seldom impressed on customer service, was extremely happy. Patrick did some research for us even before we arrived, and then gave us great directions over the telephone on how to get to the dealership after we took a wrong turn; he even stayed on the phone to make sure we did not get lost. The actual buying experience was also great, and everyone in the dealership had an awesome positive attitude. The whole dealership actually stayed open late to make sure we were taken care of, and then continued to take excellent care of us throughout the entire process. Patrick truly bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care of and that our time was not wasted, especially since we were out of state and had a long drive home. Ruben also took great care of us, and made the already great experience even better. It is amazing and impressive to see an entire organization with such a genuine and positive customer service attitude!

Alex was great to work with and very friendly. We were told by a manager, Ray, that we would get the car below book. Of course we thought that meant Kelly Blue Book, and brought in that figure. They informed us it was their book the NADA. They did give us the Kelly Blue Book price but did not go under. I would have felt better if they would have offered even a dollar under, then they would have been true to their word. The paper work was hours long to complete and we had our own financing. I guess that is the way it is at all car places. I love our car and I really enjoyed working with Alex. I would recommend this dealership to my customers, friends and family. All in all it was a positive experience.
