I have bought a few vehicles and had great experience. However those were new vehicles. Went to buy a used vehicle and had the worst experience to date and I have bought private party. The car was still extremely dirty... the process seemed just rushed overall with little care towards the deal being made. Needless to say, the only visits I will be making are for the oil changes. Last purchase there for sure.

Our service was exceptional when we leased our Hybrid Avalon! Our salesman, Jake, couldn't have been more helpful or patient! We tried several cars and Jake showed us all the features of each one.He answered all our questions! We had gone to another dealership but felt pressured and left! I'm 77 yrs. old and don't handle pressure well! We are very happy with our Avalon. Just one problem, it wants to go too fast! haha Great having the cruise control! Thank you very much, Jake!

I had been shopping around for about 6 months before I made it over to Lithia of Springfield. As a young female, I'm usually intimidated when car shopping. Jeremy was a complete gentleman! He was not pushy, and I genuinely felt like he listened to what I wanted and helped me make a good deal. I walked away feeling ecstatic about my purchase!...I also had my 14 month old with me, and Jeremy helped me around with my car seat and extra bags. Everyone in the dealership was so patient with us, and no one seemed to mind a baby running around! The buying process was quick, I was in and out in only a few hours. The facility was clean and they offered free snacks and drinks. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress free buying experience.

After a very poor dealership experience in Seattle, I contacted Lithia Toyota in Springfield because they had the car I wanted. I spoke with the General Manager Mario, and he arranged to have his lot engineer Jake pick me up. Jake was on time and we had a great conversation and a personalized tour of Springfield on the way. (Thanks Jake!!! Enjoy your travels in your VW Bus). I was greeted at the front door by Mario and he introduced me to his capable sales professional Jeremy who showed me the desired vehicle and seamlessly walked me through the buying process. Was a great experience. I was able to sleep on it overnight to be sure i really wanted this truck. It may even be the last truck I ever buy since i think it will last so long! What sold me was the sun roof, i've had one in my little Accord for so long I didn't want to be without. And this was the only Tacoma model that comes with one.Also Jake, the sales guy was very knowledgeable about all Toyota's and gave me no pressure what so ever.Only wish Toyota would have made this truck in a deep blue, that would have been my first choice if it was there. Last years model had that option, bummer they went to a Pearl Blue, just too bright for me. I went with the Magnetic Gray... and love it!

Jeremy Hull really went out of his way to find the vehicle with the specs I was looking for. They didn't have it in a new car but did in a Certified used Toyota. The process was quick and I was on the road in no time. I wish the facility was bigger so they could have more new car inventory which I would have preferred, but I'm not disappointed in the Certified used one I bought.

Purchasing and financing a vehicle at Lithia Toyota Springfield was a surprizingly easy and pleasant experience.A winter weather accident left me needing to find a replacement car in a pinch and not having prepared for a large purchase, was unsure what was affordable with my credit.Beginning my inquiry with their online Easy Pricing, communication with Keith was always prompt and polite with no pressure tactics involved. When meeting for the first test drive, he had prepared a substantial printout of vehicle specifications, its maintenance/repair history at the dealership and even a copy of the original window sticker. Though I was shopping one of the more budget-oriented used cars on the lot, I felt having the full attention and courtesy as if purchasing a new, premium model. For a few specific, technical questions I was introduced to the assistant service manager and his full attention was offered when answering them.The dealership offered financing through my credit union and the loan was quick, easy (for me), at a low rate and everything clearly explained. A month later, I am still very happy with the car and the purchase experience. By far the most positive car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Springfield for anyone's next car purchase.

Matt in your service department had let us know during our routine oil change that my Camry needed to have its brake, power steering and fuel injection system flushed and fluids replaced, and that the process would take about 2 hours (I estimated 3, based on prior experience). I called to schedule an appointment, brought the car in and was pleased that they checked me in even though I was 10 minutes early. Thinking it would be a long while, I pondered about walking to a caf a couple of blocks away. Matt got on the phone to make sure they were open. I had a leisurely breakfast and wandered back about 1 1/4 hr. later, still expecting to have awhile to wait for the service to be completed. No need! The service was done already! Then I pulled out a $20 off coupon I had received in the mail, and $20 was deducted from the bill. We love coming to your service department!

There was no pressure, and in fact, I was treated like an old friend the whole time I was there. After the purchase was completed, Rodney followed me out to the airport and waited while I returned my rental car. I was treated so well, even with my bad credit history. Keith pulled the car I wanted up and contacted me far in advance of my appointment to make sure everything was going smoothly. We test drove, discussed the car, and talked about life. It was a great experience! Then Steve, in finance, pulled off probably the greatest thing ever! I originally stop buy the dealership to look at used vehicles. The ones showed to me were nice but to small, I'm 6ft 1in tall, Then I was introduced to the Scion xB. I instantly feel in love because it had lots of room! The color was Metallic Army Rock, greenish/gray. I ended up purchasing it. My mother helped me with purchasing my first car. This time I was on my own but I remembered what she did so I copied her example. The only problem was I had no problem. The sales consultant was very informative and patient, the process went smoother than when I was with my mother back in 1983.

I originally went in with my dad to look at a Toyota Corolla he thought I would like but it just didn't feel right when we test drove it. I'm a very small woman and it's hard to find a car where I can adjust the seat just right. Fortunately while in the lot discussing it we noticed another car (a Scion XD) that ended up being perfect! Keith was really helpful and quickly got us all the info on the other car and helped explain the warranty and buying process as this was my first time purchasing a car through a dealer. There was no pressure and everyone was really friendly. I absolutely love my new car and thanks to Keith the buying process went smoothly and I was driving home my new wheels in no time at all!

Since Daryl fixed the oil leak, I am completely satisfied with the truck. We got 17.9 mpg going to Lincoln City. I would like to say a big thanks to the service department. They diagnosis the issue and schedule an appointment for repairs. They had the vehicle in at the schedule time and completed the repair ahead of schedule. I was also impressed when Lithia stood behind their 90 day warranty; so many times these warranties as good as the paper they are written; so many clauses and exception. The Lithia warranty was true to what was represented when I purchased the vehicle :). You guys will be on the top of my list when I go to buy another vehicle, new or used

We recently purchased a 2014 4 Runner Limited from Lithia Toyota of Springfield and it was nothing but enjoyable. We traveled three hours to purchase from this dealership even though there is a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from our home. I highly recommend Keith Moreck as your sales rep. He seeks out your car needs/budget and finds the right car for you. I took a chance and drove 60 miles to Springfield based on a great internet price and conversation with Keith Moreck over the phone.
