We had a Ram in for service and was given a loaner to get us by. Although they were short staffed, I never felt unimportant. I received great service from Laura and she communicated with me every step of the way. Scott helped us out with the loaner in the body shop.My son is a car enthusiast and Scott talked to him about all of the cool cars, both on the lot as well as being repaired. He gave us the utmost attention and my son cannot wait to come put in his application to work there when he's of age! We are trying to get another lease and I am hopeful Rob in sales (I believe is his name) may give us a call within the next few weeks with some info!

Buyer beware and make sure you know your trade in value prior to shopping at Livonia Chrysler Jeep. Their initial offer was $2000 for a vehicle that shows a Fair Trade-In Range on KBB.com of $4,290 - $6,173. They came up to $3,500 and then laughed at my counter of $5,000. As a 28 year veteran in the retail automotive industry, it surprises me that dealerships are still using these tactics to screw over customers. Have they not heard of the Internet? Customers have access to all the information today. I guess we can agree to disagree on the condition. I would say the car was at a minimum in Good condition. But even with a rating of Fair, your first offer of $2,000 for the trade was extremely lower than the range for Fair of $3,321 - $4,760. And yes, there was a second offer of $3,500 along with a hard sell from the Manager. The $3,500 is still on the low end. My point that Livonia Chrysler Jeep is not offering a good price for trades is still valid. Thank you for the contact to call, but I don't really want to have another hard sell conversation with a dealership person selling cars this way.

I was married in October. we downsized to a condo and we wanted two new vehicles. Livonia Chrysler worked with us to get two vehicles to fit our new lifestyle. the entire process was flawless. the website is fantastic and much easier to follow than other dealership sites. the follow up was perfect right down to the day of delivery. we live 3 blocks or so from one of the largest Chrysler jeep dealerships in Michigan. regardless I would never trade our experience at Livonia Chrysler. it was perfect. all of the vehicle features were reviewed with us and the owners made us feel like family. we will be going back and we will recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family. please update my review. Livonia Mitsubishi had a very low mileage 2011 Transit Connect on their lot. These vehicles are difficult to find, as most are used by contractors and have extremely high miles. Our sales rep, Mr. Keith Green was very easy to work with and expressed no "high pressure" tactics at all. We test drove the van and told him we had several others to check out at various other dealers. He said that would be fine. If you decide on this one, just give me a call. We did end up purchasing it. We asked to have a few cosmetic issues repaired before we took delivery. No problem. The CarFax and dealer inspection paperwork was all in order. Everything was done correctly and in a timely fashion the day we picked it up. Again, no mention of trying to "stack the deck" by selling additional warranties, etc. Very smooth and painless experience. They even took care of the paperwork required to transfer the plate from our old vehicle, saving a trip to the Secretary of State. If we were buying new, we would not hesitate to direct our business in their direction as well.

We went in to the Mitsubishi dealership just to test drive the Outlander Sport. I had been researching small SUVs for several months and I was looking for the combination of features/price/gas mileage. My only reservation with the Outlander Sport was the industry reviews that said the vehicle was under-powered. Within the first few minutes of the test drive, I did not find this to be the case. The vehicle accelerated well and handled smoothly, both on surface streets and the highway. The 2015 apparently has better cabin insulation so road and engine noise were minimal. We were looking at the ES, so we don't have all the additional features, but I didn't need all the technology like backup camera and touch-screen radio. We returned to the dealership and began the paperwork, but had to run home to get the checkbook. On the ride back to the house my wife said she really liked the Outlander Sport and was thinking about getting one as well - trading in her 2013 Kia Optima. She liked sitting up higher and the size of the Sport both inside and out. By the time we returned to the dealership she'd made up her mind. We both left with one that evening and are extremely happy with them.

After 12 years and 120K miles I had to say "goodbye" to my Montero Sport. It was very emotional as I quietly turned the keys over to Laura. Over the years my car has provided me with invaluable transportation and the thought of getting a new one was tough. I was going to miss the service trips to see Laura and Edwin with an occasional Dutch Coffee and Stroepwaffel. I strutted around the car lot eyeing each vehicle and eventually opting for a 2015 model. The service provided was excellent when I decided to purchase a 2015 Outlander Sport. I later ran into an unforeseen road block. We discovered my trade in TN vehicle had the wrong VIN # and my car was not really registered with title owner ship in Michigan. My purchase would not go through without a valid Title with the correct VIN #. State of Michigan Office deferred the title ownership back to Tennessee. I was stranded at the dealership with thoughts of canceling my new purchase. I could feel my temperature and pressure boiling. The Livonia team rallied together; provided a service car and later added customer value by assisting with getting the title corrected. This was perfect customer recovery and retaining a valued customer. Thank You. You made a difference in my life and will highly recommend your dealership.

I was looking for a new vehicle after having had a Jeep for sixteen years. I called and talked to Keith Green on the phone and the next day I stopped by after work to "browse". Keith gave me his entire attention the whole time I was there, helped me work out the finances, explained the different vehicles, and showed me around the facility. Needless to say I am now the proud owner of a New 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander and I absolutely love it. I had a very good experience here. I first went to the dealer the closest to me who didn't tell me about the 1000$ rebate, got the wrong color car for me and more.. let's just sum it up that I was really upset with the other dealer. As I cancelled that buy and called around to other Mitsubishi sellers I came across Keith at the Livonia dealership. He instantly told me about the rebate, gave me other deals to lower the price, and he got the car lined up that I wanted within an hour. He was nice, personable, and never tried to oversell or cheat me. I was VERY happy with the experience and the car (I wanted a Mitsubishi because they make the best cars ever) and I would highly recommend both Keith and Mitsubishi to anyone who's going to buy a car.

Contacted the dealer last week about purchasing a 2007 Mitsu Eclipse Spyder from a neighbor. Spoke to Edwin at the Service Desk, and he told me the warranty work due on car, discussed the price to offer the owner and was very knowledgable. After a few discussions with him, I purchased the car. Took the car to the dealer today, per his advice, and had the necessary warranty work done. I drove right in, spoke with him and he took care of me, no waiting. He was very informative and called me to let me know additional belts needed replacement. I followed his advice, and the car runs great. I also asked him about an adhesive on the back window, and he said he would take care of it. He did, and it looks spectacular. Edwin also took the time when I picked up the car to show me how to apply touch up paint. He did one for me and told me how to continue and when to apply the clear cover. He was wonderful and made my experience to the dealership a pleasant one. He also informed me to have an oil change in October prior to storing the car for the winter. I rely on him and his knowledge and will only have Livonia Mitsubishi service my car and go through Edwin. The dealership was very clean and professional. Everyone was very nice to me and I am go glad I purchased a Mitsubishi and found this wonderful dealership. Thank you again, Edwin. I have been bringing my Mitsu here for service and I always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the work is done right. Unfortunately I was in an accident and my Mitsu was totaled so that left me without a vehicle. Livonia Mitsubishi made a difficult situation into an exciting time for me to choose the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of, they are all just a great bunch of people. We have been buying cars, and getting our cars serviced from Dave and Colleen McDonald for years. So when my daughter was in position to get her first new car we suggested she go talk to them. Dave was very patient and took the time to explain all the pluses and minuses of new versus used, and how to finance it. At the end of the day they decided that a used vehicle would suit her needs best and he found her an awesome Uplander at a super price. It is the perfect vehicle for her and she loves it. I'm sure they would have made more money if they talked her into a new vehicle, but that's not the way the McDonald's do business. On top of everything else they also found her financing at 2.25% for a used car! You will not find better people to deal with than Dave or Colleen McDonald, and their Sales Manager Mike.

I made an appointment for a service inspection since my car is close to 100,000 miles. As a loyal owner of Mitsubishi cars, I've had a lot of experiences with Mitsubishi dealerships and this place was top notch. Had excellent service, was given a discount on my oil change, and even left with a car wash. I had a few minor unrelated issues with my convertible top, which were fixed on the spot. What a great dealership, full of knowledgeable people! We found the dealership on line and my husband went up to "check out" a van. He came back raving about the people and quality of vehicles available. He went back the following day and bought (and traded in) his van, while there he noticed a car I might be interested in, so we went up again. We bought and traded 2 cars in 3 days! On the way home from the 2nd purchase, I experienced a problem with my "new" car. I spoke with Mitsubishi and they said get in fixed in my home town dealership and they would pay. They never questioned or doubted my concern about the car. I did get it fixed and they quickly paid for the repair. Even my home dealership was amazed at the response of Livonia Mitsubishi since I had bought it used/as is/no warrenty! All the staff was friendly and eager to please. I can't tell you how easy & fast they made the sale happen. I am soooo going back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. This dealership was an hour from home, but worth the trip. They even will watch for vehicles, if requested, so our next purchase will be even easier.

I purchased my second Mitsubishi outlander from Livonia Mitsubishi, the first outlander was purchased in Ann Arbor. First the loan process was filled out on a "old" form and I had to drive back and resign the loan papers. Three months later I was notified that the title for the new car had the wrong VIN number on it. I now have to mail them my title and wait up to one month to receive it back with the correct VIN. Nothing but a hassle, I will never go there again.

The Staff at Livonia Mitsubishi is top notch, with well over 100 years of combined experience in Auto Sales these guys know how to get it done. No sleasy salesman here. The staff is knowledge, personable, and all around good people. I came in with a specific set of demands for what I wanted in a new car and when it came down to it there was only 1 car out there that fit the criteria. Mike Thompson worked with me to make sure that we were able to secure the car. They picked it up and brought to the dealership for me so that I could come grab the car in the evening as it is hard for me to make it to the dealership during normal business hours. I had told my husband before we set out,"we are not buying a car today". This particular day we visited "another make" dealership (name withheld it was so bad), prior to Livonia Mitsubishi. Even after all my homework, I was uncertain as to which vehicle to buy until I saw this Outlander Sport in the showroom. I knew it was the car for me the moment I sat inside and saw all the extras, besides all the other important features necessary. My husband took one look at me and knew I wasn't going to settle for anything else. Plus, he had been trying to get me to buy a new car for some time. He gets my old car, you see and he was past due for another vehicle. I asked the salesman, Mike, "how long would it take them to remove the car from the showroom and get ready for me?". They had the paperwork completed and the car ready for me to take home that day. I may only of had the car for three months now, but I still love it as much as the first day I saw it. Actually, I love it more since I have gotten to know it better. My first maintenance visit was today. It went real smooth. I made an appointment prior to service. It was great to deal with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable people both visits. Keep up the good work!

i was looking for a car and must have called keith about 3-4 times asking questions. he is very friendly,not pushy,and answered all my questions without getting annoyed with me. he made the deal very easy. iv been to other dealerships and left due to pushy sales man who annoyed the crap out of me. i would go back and deal with keith in the future. im very happy with my car and had very small issue that the dealership took care of right away with no problems at all!very friedly and helpfull!!

These guys are fantastic! I have been getting my car serviced there for a few months when I got the new car bug.
