I could not have been HAPPIER with purchasing my new car through Lockhart Cadillac. I had been shopping around other local dealerships, and pushy sales tactics quickly ran me off. I ended up at Lockhart, and I was blown away by the costumer service, the quality of cars they had, and lastly.. the salesman Elliot B. Elliot made the process of getting my dream car QUICK, EASY, AND PAINLESS. He was professional, knowledgeable, personal, and very attentive. Elliot and the GM went ABOVE AND BEYOND when finding me the right car. I wish I could give Lockhart Cadillac 10 stars for my wonderful experience, but I guess 5 will have to do. For all my future car endeavors, I will only be using Lockhart. I also will be referring any friends and family who are on the hunt for a vehicle to Lockhart Cadillac and specifically to the salesman who helped me, Elliot B.

Drove 6hrs to purchase a CPO Escalade ESV and was well worth it. Charles took care of the paperwork prior to my arrival, picked me up at the rental place and had the Escalade detailed to perfection. The Escalade was better than described! Charles took the time to go over everything in the Escalade and was extremely professional. Amazing attention to detail. I would definitely purchase my next Cadillac from Lockhart and recommend my friends .even with the drive! Huge selection of Escalades.

Spoiler blew off of car in August and took it in for you to look at. On August 17 I called Tim Haskett to go ahead and order parts to get it done. On August 26th after not hearing anything from him I left a message about status..no return phone call. On August 29th, I called back again...no return phone call. On August 30th, I called Tom Vanderpool. Amazing I did receive a return phone call after that. I scheduled Thursday September 1st to bring it in. On Friday September 2nd, Tim calls and asks where a part is. Like I'm supposed to know where the part is. I took it to him to look at to order what was needed to complete repairs. He said I'll let you know. That same day at 5 I call him (he never called me) to see when I could pick up my car. This was the Friday before labor day. He says I have to order that part and your car won't be ready til Tuesday! I said whey didn't you call me earlier to let me know as now I have to find a vehicle for the next 4 days! He never once offered me a car. And he proceeds to tell me that he took a late lunch and he was going to call...when...midnight?!? On Tuesday again at 5 (he never called me) I call to see when my car is ready. He says You know what...that part never came in. It's going to be another day. Are you seriously kidding me. At some point in that day he knew the part wasn't coming in and never called. I finally called Tom and told him to get involved. Not ONE time did Tim ever call me to tell me anything unless prompted by Tom. Finally picked my car up at 6 on Wednesday!!!! I can purchase any car that I want. I picked Cadillac for their service. This was my second car I purchased from Lockhart. It is also sadly my last. Get better people. When Tom was involved he took car of it but it was too little too late.

On two occasions I was informed that I should wait until my oil percentage reached 20, before bringing my vehicle in for a oil change. I was advised that this would permit receipt of an oil change and tire rotation free of charge as a result of my premium package purchase/status. This was based on the information provided in the dealership system . However, this was not the case. Upon my arrival to my scheduled appointment, I was advised that I was responsible for paying both the oil change and tire rotation due to the mileage on my 2015 Cadillac Escalade. Specifically, they advised that once my vehicle reached 50,000 miles my account status became null and void. I was very unhappy, to say the least. I expressed my frustration and what I was initially informed to both the customer service team - in the service department and to the finance manager. They offered nothing as compensation or service recovery. As a matter of fact no one even cared enough to apologize. I paid for both the oil change and tire rotation service. This is very disappointing because I receive better customer service from Andy Mohr and Tom obrien Dodge- who service my other vehicles. And to think, I traded in my Range Rover to support my American Factory Workers...for this...This is Cadillac?

Matt Mustafa has found everything I have been looking for and brought the vehicle in for me. I am more than happy with the dealer and also the service department. Sam in service always recognizes me when I come in and is always friendly. They are a great dealer and always finds or has what we are looking for. Highly recommend them!

Tony Cron did an outstanding job making sure my Cadillac Deville would finally get the repairs that it needed. For months I'd been to several other places trying to get it running right again and failing miserably. My biggest mistake was not bringing it to Lockhart sooner for service. Tony looked over all my receipts from the past 18 months, looked them over carefully and then passed them on to the mechanic. His goal was to make sure my car was gone over thoroughly so nothing would be missed. As it turned out, my car needed a lot of work, but it was finally somewhere the work would be done right the first time and nothing was going to be left undone. During this lengthy process Tony made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. He also took extra time to call my extended warranty company to see if any of the necessary repairs were covered, explained every repair and why it needed to be done, broke down the costs for me, provided rides for me during this week long process and helped make a difficult situation manageable. After having experienced so many problems from so many other places with so many repeated repairs (and the list is quite long!) it was wonderful to finally be able to trust someone with my car and know it was going to be fixed right. So please pass on my high praise for Tony Cron to the general manager and the owner of Lockhart Cadillac. He went "above and beyond" the call of duty for me, and as a former major in the United States army that's a really big deal. In fact, Im so confident my car is going to be fixed perfectly (finally!) that Im writing this review before I even get it back. Thats this Friday and I cant wait! Janet

I came in to get warranty work and a courtesy check, after waiting an hour and a half, I ask about the vehicle. I then wait 20 more minutes with no answer... to be told that its finally finished. Go out to the car and the electronic key fob was missing, the car was unwashed and not vacuumed. After tracking down a service Rep to get it all corrected I'm now again waiting.

Although I purchased my Cadillac in another state, Lockhart Cadillac in Fishers, Indiana is the only place she goes for service! Tony is the service department has been nothing short of spectacular in every dealing I have had the past year and a half. We had an agreement on a deal for a car - everything was ready to go - until Dave Lucas (or his superiors) wanted to get an additional $1000 out of us for purely nonsense reasons. These guys are snakes, pure and simple, and are the stereotypical "used-car salesmen" that everyone hates dealing with.

Everyone was extremely warm and positive..this was my first servicing of my SRX and I kinda did not know what to expect...great experience!They covered all my questions with patience and the car was spotless when they finished....replacing a wiper blade that was iffy. Class is not always measured in dollars and cents! Customer Service without being forced is certainly practiced at this dealership.

Tom Knotts was a friendly, no pressure salesman who gave us excellent service on our new auto purchase! Very patient. we requested all weather mats and headphones and he secured those for us immediately. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and offered our little girls food, drinks and an IPad to occupy their time while we were busy signing. I have called Dave many times over the past few months looking for a used SRX in my price range. He always took the time to talk to me and let me know the vehicles he had available. I finally made it up to the lot to speak to him in person and he ended up putting me in a brand new SRX for my budget that I expected to be in for a used vehicle. I just traded in my Cadillac CTS 2012 leased company car, three months ago and would never tell my friends or family members to come to this dealership. The first day we took my Cadillac CTS home October 29, 2011 the tire light came on. We checked all tires to find the back rear tire had only 26 pounds in it and this was in 2011. I called my sales person and she said to make appointment with service to bring car back in to address the tire issue, and also while we looked at the car some more we noticed in the chrome rim there was a deep mark in it, and also a pen mark in the back seat. When I picked up my car after all the repairs were done, they buffed out the rim, aired up tire, and put in a new backseat everything was good, but in two weeks my tire light came back on, and this happened every month I had the car. My husband waited an hour when he brought it in for a oil change and to see why the tire was always low on air just the one in the back rear, they did water test, and no problem with the tire they told my husband. After two years and now its 2013 my two front tires only had 20 pounds in the two fronts, and my husband was going to take the car to a business trip on Jan 20, 2013 the coldest day of the year and I called in and said I have had this issue for two years ,and I have had to air up the one tire, but now its two tires at 20 pounds each and that was going on after they rotated them. In Jan 2013 after I called and spoke with receptionist and was concerned for our safety she seemed like she didn't care about the problem we were having, I just wanted to speak to a service manager or a higher up to resolve the issue because going to service was not fixing the tire issues and they were getting worse over the years. I told the service manager that my husband is all I have, and I don't want something to happen to him when he went on his business trip. He told me to bring the car in that night which was a friday after work and he would give me a loaner until the tire issue was resolved. When we got our car back after having it detailed and paying $200.00 our car was dirty inside, and my tire issue was fixed after two years of asking for it to get fixed. After all this I told my husband I don't want this car anymore and I don't want to go back to this dealership, to find out when we traded our lease in they had us locked in for a four year term and we wanted a three year term to have the car because we never go over the three years because of changing body styles and we like newer looks of cars. The CTS was my dream car, but the dealership made this not my dream car anymore. I ordered my new car and it took three months to get it, but I can say the car I am driving now is safe and reliable and no lights have came on the dash. Bottom line, You can't replace the ones you love and safety is first, Life is too short!!! Stay away from this dealership!!!!

The customer service was outstanding. Jim was very responsive and provided updates on the progress of my vehicle as well as recommended additional repairs. What I truly appreciated was that he separated what needed to be done this visit from what he recommended to be done either that day or in the near future and then allowed me to decide without pressure. The car wash and a quick vacuum was a very nice touch and appreciated.Kim Heman was spectacular. She was the only person still in the service area when I arrived shortly after 6pm on Monday. Even though it was after hours, she allowed me to pull my truck inside for the evening, answered all of my questions and then waited with me until my ride arrived. Her extra effort, versus just telling me to use the night service deposit box, made a big difference in my experience. Kim then again helped me at check out as there was a slight confusion, she happily stepped in and got me on my way.This level of service is why I will be coming back to buy my next vehicle from Lockhart!As a side note, I was also dealing with another vendor for a different vehicle at the exact same time. Not only did I not receive the same level of service, their timeliness was pathetic, which cost them all of my families future business. It was almost the exact opposite scenario, no updates and no sense of urgency to fix my vehicle.

I expected to pay more going to the dealer but I didn't expect to fix their work.I had to tighten my steering column after a fix and a part on my headliner was not reistalled correctly after a sunroof fix. I let them know the issues but I will not be taking my car back there. If I'm paying that much for (around $145/hr) I expect the work done without obvious flaws.

Drove over 900 miles to buy a used car that was placed on "hold" with Dave from internet sales for Lockhart. When we arrived, Dave was out on a test drive and George greeted us. We looked around at a few other high priced Cadillacs when George asked what we were here to look at with Dave. After mentioning the vehicle we were there to buy, George informed us he had sold the car, "just this morning. Paid for and delivered." We waited to speak with Dave - hoping this may be a bad sales ploy - unfortunately for us, the car was sold. These are just lying, dishonest salespeople with a lack of integrity. Cadillac is a great car, just sold by horrible people. Never dealing with a Cadillac dealership again.

Not willing to negotiate. Was willing to pay cash for a used 2006 Volkswagen Beetle and they only came down $95 off the sticker price when there was a $300 repair they knew about. Would have LOVED to purchase the car but they were very rude and insulting. I would not recommend this dealership to my closest loved ones. Very bad experience.

Ifound the car with the options and color I wanted through the gm site. I called and a salesperson gave me a price. Since the car with my specifications wasn't available in my area, I decided to drive the 150 miles to the dealership to get the car. I told the salesperson that I would be there in less than 4 hours. Enroute, I called, and told the salesperson that I would be there in 2 hours. We arrived early, only to find that the salesperson was with another client. We were told a few minutes wait, we said fine. BUT, it was over 2 1/2 hours before we were dealt with! I don't understand why someone else couldn't have taken care of us! When I mentioned that I was using my GM card, the salesperson couldn't figure out how to work the GM website to get my earnings. I grabbed the mouse from her and filled it out myself! Then it turned out that the price she gave me couldn't be combined with the GM card earnings. At this time, we had already driven 3 hours, sat there 3 hours, and had a 3 hour drive home. If we had been local, we would have left after a 30 minute wait. We ended up paying more than we expected to. During our 2 1/2 hours of exile, several salespersons, and the person that ended up being the head of sales kept walking past us. I don't understand why nobody else could take care of us. It turned out that the head of sales had us sign the paperwork, I have no idea why we had to wait why she took care of the other customer. I don't know why their transaction took so long either. When we were done, she insisted on pointing out features of the car. She told us several things that were not correct about our vehicle. When she left, she hit the onstar button, and told me that they would give us directions back home. It was a waste of 10 minutes, because the onstar directions functionality of the car wouldn't be available for 24 hours after activation. She should have know this! She told me she would call me on Monday morning to see how things were going. It's now Wednesday, and I haven't even had an email from her. I thought I would at least get an apology and a thanks for my business. Nothing! We had no trade-in, and no financing was necessary. I don't know why we had to wait so so long! Salesperson greed, I guess!

I have had mulitilpe problems with this dealership over the past three years. I bought two cars from them, and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Cadillac DON'T. By anything but. The dealership is more worried about making money than satisfiying the customers. I have repeadily gotten my car back without it being fixed properly. I have now been waiting three days for a call back. No such luck there. Infact I was told by the service manager that I had to look at the sun to get things done. Which meant I have to contact Mr Lockhart to get the proper repairs. This dealership is a total joke. Let alone the fact that my car is only three years old, and everytime I take outside the state lines it brakes down. I can get more luxury and reliability out of a KIA.
