I made an appointment at the service center online to get a few repairs/ inspections done on my vehicle, I needed a tune up, 100K mile inspection and wanted an overall inspection to see if any repairs were needed. I made an appointment at the service center and brought my car in at 8:30 am to get it serviced. I asked if I could get an ETA of when my car might be ready/ when I would get the results and told him I could probably pick it up the following day. The man at the service center said they were slammed and wasn't sure when I would get my car back and he didn't know if they were even able to look at it that day. It might be 2 days till they get to it. WHAT?? I asked if they had courtesy cars available as I have 3 children I need to take to school/ daycare etc. and he just replied with a "No" and went back to looking at his computer. Why would you allow anyone to make an appointment for a day if you are unable to service the vehicle for a couple of days? I didn't know what else to say, obviously I cant be without a car for half a week with 3 small children, so I asked him what my options were. He said I could go next door to the quick lane if I wanted an oil change. ??? I'm never coming back. I only gave this review 3 stars because the men at the quick lane were nice and very helpful. I was in and out within an hour there but I was in need of other services. It was obvious they didn't care and didn't want my business

Negotiated a fair deal and was in and out in under an hour. Pleasant experience overall!! 5/20/20.. Took truck in to have some tires, struts and an alignment done. Worst balance job in history. Called to complain and was told I bought cheap tires. Took truck to a tire shop and they correctly balanced, now everything rides good. I will be going in to the tire shop and have my alignment checked as well. I have zero faith that it was done properly either. Lesson relearned. Go to a specialist for repairs. Leave the dealer alone except for warranty work

Very unprofessional. Being a single mother you would hope that you wouldn't be tossed around. They put a new motor in my car, then once I got it back my engine light came on and it wouldn't go into reverse properly. So then they said I needed new motor mounts, then it turns into a transmission mount and that the motor mounts are weak. Seems like they can't deside on what is wrong with my 2014 fusion.

We purchased a new F-150 from them & the sales person didn't go over anything inside the truck, then right before leaving the dealership we noticed the glove compartment was broken & he just turned away and said, "it's covered by your warranty" in a very non-caring attitude which shocked me, especially just having purchased a new car. It was after hours when we left however he didn't seem to care at all and acted like this wasn't his problem. I also thought it was in poor taste that the finance lady made sure my husband completed the opinion survey before we were finished. If I had to complete it again now that the sale has been finalized, our answers would not be positive. We certainly won't be taking our car there to be serviced nor will we ever recommend them to anyone we know looking for a Ford - shop elsewhere! There's too many other Ford dealers in Atlanta & now I wish we had looked around more before purchasing from them. I'm sure there are plenty of other dealers that are more customer service oriented who want to ensure their customers are happy after their purchase.

Test drove the Audi q7, said the vehicle had checked out well by the technician. Would not put in writing that the Audi would pass stated inspection. Flat tire, molding falling off. Did not know about state inspection if the vehicle would pass. If a Dealership is selling a car there should be a list of safety standards that the car must have passed. Waste of customer tire to fix items that should of been fixed before car was put on lot.

I forgot to mention in the sales review just what the service department at Loganville Ford has done to help my family the past few years. We had a non-Ford vehicle that was way, way overdue for an oil change and they squeezed it in during a busy lunch rush. Changed the oil, checked the other fluids and made sure the tires were good. Even received a neat form telling me the condition of my tires and how the alignment was. Very impressive for a small town store! Will continue to service my vehicles there - even my Mazda!

Took my 2006 F350 in for a oil change. 6.0 powerstroke diesel. Went to check the oil today and noticed it was VERY THIN. Look at the window sticker and see they used 5w20 not 5w40. It's even in the ford manual, to use 5W40. I am now having to take my truck to another shop to get the correct oil change. These guys should have known better. And waited 2 hours for this lousy service. Will not be returning

I bought my first used car at this dealship with Carl, a lime green Ford Fiesta and I'm very happy with the customer service and help we recieved. Not only did Carl and his associates help me make sure the car was in working order, but they set up my phone and and other ammenities for the vehicle while we waited fo financing. My only compliant is that the paperwork took 2 hours, which was much longer than anticipated (since we had a 5 hour drive back to NC). At the same time, they were very hospitable and kind, so the wait didnt even bother me. The woman who processed our paperwork was very sweet and tried to get us out of there as fast as she could and made sure everything was clear and correct. Overall a very pleasent experience and I would reccomend this dealership. On top of that, I ADORE my new Fiesta and named him Gatsby. :)

The repairs that were done on our 2009 ford pickup Truck were needed!and very much so appreciated. The waiting room and free condiments are always great! The Widescreen TV shows are always very entertaining and the waiting room seating area is always very comfortable! Where to begin. So we were looking at their used vehicles. Started with a explorer that looked great husband looked under the hood to find no antifreeze in it and a cracked radiator. No big deal we were about to leave and the said wait we just got this one in. They bring around another explorer. We test drove it all was fine. But left to think about it. We went back the following weekend to purchase it and just as we were about to get ready to leave the motor was misfiring BAD whole engine shaking. So we got our check back and then they said the had another one. So we test drove that and the thing about threw you out of your seat cause the transmission was bad and 2nd gear was messed up. So we left. Then we get a phone call the next day and it was Loganville ford calling saying that because one of the sales people drove the vehicle and felt what we were talking about that they had to fix the problem. They continued to say they took the vehicle into the shop and fixed the misfire and replaced the coil pack. Now before we bought this vehicle we test drove it again and even ran a scanner to see if it pulled codes. Nope , nothing so we thought they did what they said...nope. Don't know how they band aid the thing but the exact problem is back! To me this is mis representation and completely appalling that they are scuzzy enough to lie just for a sale!!! We won't buy dirt from those people.

Started looking online for a Ford Flex and found several that fit my budget. At the top of the list was a brand new 2015 Ford Flex SEL from Loganville Ford. It had everything on my checklist, but I didn't know if the financing would work out for our budget. We decided to start at the top and give it a chance. The internet salesman we worked with was great. We drove the car, which just confirmed my decision about the vehicle in general. We started talking numbers with a manager, and after all said and done we ended up at the place we needed to be for a monthly payment. Which to me was a very pleasant surprise. It was then over to the Finance Department which can normally be another hard conversation. The guy we worked with basically presented the options available, explained all the terms, switched things around at our request, and even had to reprint paperwork after yet another last minute decision. He smiled through it all and got us going as quickly as he could. Overall we had a great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

My 2014 Ford Focus had a recall for a fuel pump and my display for my radio went out and had to be replaced. My overall experience was fine. I would have liked someone to have called me in the morning because I had dropped my vehicle off the night before, to let me know they got the ticket and the approximate amount of time Ford would have my vehicle. I had to call Ford to initiate the conversation about my car.

My grandson was looking for a truck and went to Loganville Ford. He found one and when he drove it he noticed the truck seemed to have little piower and the turbo did not seem to be working.properly and the check engine light was on. He was told by the salesman, Ken Yager, that it was probably only an emission problem and would have no effect on the running of the truck .My grandson asked to have a diagnostic test run and after much fanfare it was done. The truck was found to have multiple codes. It was very unlikely they were unaware of this truck's condition. He left the dealership and later purchased a nice truck from another dealer. .Based on his experience, I would advise people to be very careful before purchasing a vehicle at Loganville Ford.

I was told by a friend to contact Max at Loganville Ford and before I could call him he called me. After listening to my story....he went above and beyond what any other dealership did. I called at least 6 dealers and was so depressed that I gave up. I almost didn't call him back and I am so glad that I did. He was patient and kind that it made me cry several times during the process. I know that sales people are doing what they have to do to make their commissions but even so I feel like Max went out of his way to help me. Loganville Ford has the equipment and knowledge necessary to fix Fords and Lincolns. My '08 MKX went bonkers while I was on the road about 80 miles away. Nearly all the trouble icons that could appear, did appear at once, My odometer and speedometer "died", and the "get up and go" energy in the power train "got up and went". Nearby dealers at Saturday afternoon closing time gave me enough advise and confidence to return home, exercising caution all the way. On the following Monday, Loganville Ford (Mike Bellflower) had the problem promptly diagnosed and scheduled replacement of six computer chips that returned my MKX to roadworthy condition. Thank you Loganville Ford. You are tops!

My 2014 focus needed a new clutch for its automatic transmission. The service adviser said that would solve the problem. He said it would take about 6 weeks to get the part in. Well, it took 17 weeks - 4 months!! I think that is an excessive amount of time. You didn't call me when the part came in like you said you would. I found out it was in when I made my monthly call to inquire about it. I was told I could bring the car in if I didn't need a rental car. There were more than 10 in front of me. Thank goodness I did not need a rental car. I took the car in and the advisor said he would call when the job was completed. I finally got the call 30 minutes before they closed. He was sorry he called a wrong number and he just realized it. Since by then I was cooking dinner and couldn't make it before they closed. He said he would leave my key with the receptionist which he did. She gave me my key and I signed the paperwork. All was in warranty so no charge. I asked if I could have a copy of the paperwork for my records and she assured me they would send a copy in the mail. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have it. I usually like bringing my cars to you and usually have a good experience. I won't hold this disappointing experience against you, but I sure hope it will be better the next time I come in.

Bobby was very sincere and personable, he was Amazingly patient with me and answered All of my 500 questions about buying my 2011 Nissan Altima. The manager, Barry Weatherby was absolutely Exceptional and went above and beyond to help me become a car owner. Took in a 2009 Honda Accord for a leak, the cause of which was determined to be an axle seal. Had some problem getting the part from Honda, but once they did, the fix was done in no time. Matt Stephens is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I passed the time using their FREE WI-FI and coffee.

The service was good but the wait was long and they did a good job--I had an oil change service the first time I came there and the a few weeks later oil was leaking out of my car so I came back and the oil filter was loose, they tightened it and cleaned the oil from underneath my car, the service rep stated that he hoped it was not a bad oil filter and to watch it and if it leaks again bring it back--I do think that if you have had bad filters in the past that it would make more sense to go ahead and replace the filter so that the customer does not have to be constantly worrying about an oil leak--I had full synthetic oil change and it was not cheap so I don't want to have to pay for another before I have too--So I will continue to use the service department at this time as it is close for me and the people so far have been helpful...

Alaina Conner makes us feel like we are family, she remembers or names and makes us feel like we are bringing our vehicle to a family member to inspect it. She makes sure that everything is taken care of so that we don't have to bring it back. She makes sure that the vehicle is ready when promised. There are a lot of closer places to take our vehicle, especially for an oil change, goodyear is right around the corner, But we always bring both of our vehicles to Loganville mainly because of how Alaina takes care of us.

I had an overall good experience. The service advisor was very friendly which I appreciated. My only area of concern was that I had a 7:00 am appointment and my vehicle was not taken back for service until approximately 7:40 am. That was forty minutes wasted in my view and there was only one other vehicle that came in at 7:00 am with me so I don't understand the delay. The checkout process was efficient and friendly again which I do appreciate. I hope you can work on your timeliness before my next oil change. I picked 7:00 am as the appointment time thinking I would be in and out quickly but apparently my thinking was flawed in that regard.

Brought my 2014 F150 XLT in for a shuddering or vibration when braking. It was determined that the rotors were slightly warped and needed turning, which was done under warranty, and completely fixed the problem. I dropped off my 2012 Lincoln MKZ on a wed evening as the air conditioner was not working and it was 100 degrees outside which meant it was even hotter in the car. Being that I drive 100 miles a day that was just not going to work. I talked to Matt in service and they said that a sensor in the dash had gone bad and they said it was fixed that Friday do I picked it up that afternoon. It worked fine until sat afternoon. I called Lana in service and she was able to get me into a loaner before they closed. I finally got my car back about 3 weeks later which I did tell them to take their time and do it right. They finally stated that it was another sensor in the dash that stated that the temp in the car was only 6 degrees so the car was trying to warm the car up to 60 degrees which meant the heat was on full blast. I have to say that even though the repair took a lot longer than I expected that the service department went out of their way to accommodate my unfortunate situation, so I am pleased with the experience and hope it stays that way repair wise

I went in to have my oil changed and decided to look around on the lit. The service people took down my cell number so they could call me when my truck was ready. This was especially courteous so I did not have to keep walking back and forth to check on the status of my service. I talked with Dwayne Bender who sold me the truck I have now and he showed me around the lot and a few options that I might have. Although I was not able to make a purchase that day, Mr. Bender took his time with me and did not try to pressure me into a sale. We will be back to make future purchases and have service completed. I was taken care of by Alicia. i think that was her name, however, the next day I realized that they did not replace the sticker for my next check up or reset the oil change alert on the car. So I had to come back a couple days later. It just made me wonder if they even changed the oil. I would never know one way or the other. When I went back the guy opened the hood to show me the fluids were there, but really? Most women would have no idea either way. So that part was a little disappointing. But I loved my girl in service!!! She was great!!!!

I went to Loganville Ford to look at the Edge. I had been driving a Nissan Rogue that wasn't very old and I really did love it, but it was too small. My family and I like our space and after a long weekend, recently, where we spent a lot of time in the car we had just reached a breaking point. After hearing a radio ad for the dealership, I was reminded that my husband had really liked the Edge when we saw it at the Yellow Daisy Festival a few years ago. My son and I went to the dealership to take a look at what they had available and to see what I could afford to get into. Everyone we spoke with was so helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I am so grateful for everything they did! Funny enough, we were originally looking to purchase a silver Edge that was in stock at another dealership, but they didn't want to trade. They were able to find a beautiful, bright blue at another location and I am absolutely thrilled with it. And my best friend, while she didn't go to Loganville Ford to do it (and I tried to get her to, I really did-it just wasn't close to her), she purchased the silver Edge we had originally looked at. Everything worked out beautifully!

The Service advisor did / always does do a great job, no problems there whatsoever ..............I just wish the technicians were more careful. This was the second time in a row I've had grease left inside my truck. Time before this service it was a greasy hand print on the drivers door, and this time, 2 greasy foot prints on my carpet / floor mat, which made the interior smell like motor oil. Why can't they put down the paper protector mats like other dealerships do ? I would be TOTALLY happy as long as they quit getting grease inside my truck.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Service was excellent. After test driving the used Nissan frontier truck we returned to the dealer and shut off the engine and the salesman asked to turn on the ignition again and get the mileage. It would not start no matter who tried to start it. A mechanic diagnosed the battery was dead. They immediately took it to the shop and installed a new battery and returned it for us to test drive again and we continued with the purchase. Kudos to all your staff.

Was quoted (didn't get her name)a price over the phone that was not true when I came in for the "diesel works" service. However, service manager Michael was very helpful and did what he could to get the actual price closer to the quote. Don't like the idea of " first come / first serve" and not being able to make an appointment for an oil change, I waited over an hour before my truck was even brought into the service area. One other thing I dislike, is the fact that Ford Dealerships consistently and I mean every time, find add-ons to increase the service bill. I did note that all personnel that I came in contact with were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.

The experience was typical dealership profit factory. Focusing on payment over vehicle price. Lowball trade in offer, holding trade keys. No real knowledge of the vehicle they were trying to sell. (used car). Inflating the interest rate for profit. Lengthy wait time while salesman left me to prey on another customer.Then on to the finance department where the finance guy spoke too fast and added unnecessary dealer profit items without telling me, hoping that I wouldn't catch it. Then after I finally got the price and payment that was good for me; the salesman never thanked me personally for the business but sent me an email a week later asking me for a good online review. Car dealers are all the same. Dishonest con artists.. I then received a letter from the dealer today that had a $20.00 refund check for the tag fee I was charged because the vehicle still needs an state emissions test that they ,the dealer were legally obligated to complete before selling the vehicle. They did offer to reimburse me the cost of the emissions test. I hope the car passes or they better hope the car passes.I wont say do not do business at Loganville Ford but I will just say this. Caveat Emptor..

I recently purchased a truck from Dewayne at Loganville Ford and the experience I had was great. The dealership is not a huge car mill. It had a small town feel and we were greeted by Dewayne whom I had talked to on the phone previously. The finance dept. already had my info and were working on a deal while we test drove the truck. After minimal negotiating, we agreed on a price. (The truck was fairly priced from the start) Usually, it takes forever for the finance dept. to draw up paperwork. Not the case. The paperwork was pretty quick and we were out of there in good time. Overall, I appreciate the dealer respecting my time and getting us home to the kids in my new-to-me truck!! Thanks!

Just a normal oil change and coolant flush for my 2008 Ford Fusion. Technicians mentioned brakes were getting close, so had both front and back pads/linings done and rotors turned. Car was ready on time. Customer service folks professional and courteous as usual at Loganville Ford.

I haven't driven the truck since I got home Saturday after the service. Today I drove about 40 miles to work and have a burned oil smell when I parked. I will observe more to see if there are leaks or maybe some oil was spilled during the service on Saturday. I have never expereinced this before with this truck.

As usual, the service rendered on my 2010 Ford Fusion was excellent. The waiting time was understandable and not prolonged by disorder. The Service Agent who checked me in was very knowledgable of what was needed reference my vehicle. He did nothing extra to it without first consulting me with options. Service was completed, oil change and Nitrogen put in the tires. The entire job took 2.5 hours which we thought was a little long since the shop was not crowded. The price was not competitive, but we feel the service is good.

Confirmed engine coolant good, sence I had a notice on the dash to check engine.I keep smelling Diesel Exhaust. The reason, as I was told,it does that when the exhaust filter (SCR) regens, not sure that's true, but possible. The smell is in the cabin, not at the end of the exhaust pipe. It's coming from under the hood!

I drove my Escape to the Service Department at Loganville Ga. Ford and as soon as I stepped from my vehicle a Service Advisor met me asking how they could help me. I told them that I had spoken with Service Advisor Matt Stephens the day before and he told me to bring my Escape in on this day. Matt Stephens was paged and told that he had a guest. MR.Stephens came immediately and talked with me and he began to have my Escape serviced. I only had to wait a very short time for my Escape to be serviced and I was ready to go. Everyone was VERY courteous and helpful and it. I will continue recommend Loganville Ford for sales and services. When I purchased my from Ford from Nathan Swope it was an enjoyable experience and when I took my Ford for service it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you Loganville Ford.

I needed to have recall work done on a used vehicle that I had purchased elsewhere. When I contacted the first Ford dealership they said that it would take 2-3 days for the work, so I asked about a loaner - they said NO! I felt that Ford should be responsible for providing a loaner for a multiple day recall repair. Corporate said that was a dealership call - not "NO"! The first dealership was now off my list for good! Loganville Ford gave me a loaner and did the work. It was a GREAT little loaner car! I will use Loganville Ford again!

I was approached immediately with excellent customer service, I was allowed to look at F-150 trucks and test drove the truck of my choice. My sales person did everything to get my information to the correct person for financial approval. He also insured once my vehicle was approved for financing to get the items I requested for my new truck and answered all my questions once I was given the key to my truck. He also showed me the numerous functions to operate my radio and other items in the vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with with the Ford Dealership in Duluth, and my experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from a Dealership. I would also like to mention it did not take several hours at the Dealership, I was very surprised the experience was not time consuming. Thanks Ford I will return to get my wife a new car in 2015.

We bought a 2010 Explorer Sport Trac before the end of the year with the help of Adrien Moore and the Financial Dept who was very nice and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant experience and got finance for a vehicle that we were not ready to purchase at that time. Everybody was very helpful. The only problem we have is that the Sport Trac has Satellite radio availability that after purchasing we received a call from Sirius stating that we had 3 months free trial from the dealership. Naturally we wanted to try it! Only to find out that there was a problem with the radio. It would come up with a "SAT FAULT" display. Sirius told us to take back to the dealer, we did, and had to bring back on a Saturday. We were told that it would be $85.00 for the diagnostic because we did take out a warranty on the truck. I have a problem with that because with purchase a vehicle that was suppose to have that capability from the beginning and to tell us that we have to pay is out of the question. we understand that the vehicle was "As IS" when sold but we also understand that the dealership has a responsibility to check their vehicles to make sure that everything that the vehicle is suppose to do is in working condition before sold. Other than that problem Loganville Ford is a nice place to purchase a vehicle from and I would recommend.

My need for a new reliable truck was at the top of my list. But I'm a union sheet metal worker and I always fear being able to pay for large items if I get laid off. The men and women of Loganville Ford helped me to find a used truck on their lot that was able to satisfy everything I needed including my low credit score. They never maid me feel like a number or a problem they listened to all my worries and that to me was the greatest part. I don't think that I would have felt the confidence that I have with the sales team anywhere else I have looked. My service rep pointed out that I will need 2 tires by my next oil change and recommended not spending money on balancing until I replaced my tires. Ford Fiesta is exactly what I was looking for. Efficient and comfortable with the pick-and-go that is needed when your driving up to 90 miles each day. Having a hard time finding in a small vehicle with those features.Mr Chacky Thomas went out his way to be helpful and very knowledgeable about Fords and how the technology worked. Chacky came out immediately to greet me and to offer his assistance regardless of being the coldest night of the year. He also took the time to set up the features on the Ford Fiesta and to give him a call anytime, if I had questions. That's customer service!Mr, Gunter, Credit Manager was knowledgeable and not pushy to make sure that was the vehicle I wanted even though it was closing time. Its the people that work in the company that make it a success, so please pass on my appreciation! I'll be back in a couple of years and hope to see them.

2003 Lincoln Navigator, serviced Saturday 1/10/20. The work and staff was excellent as usually, only had one still unexplained question. In the past when they run the diagnostic on the vehicle if we have the work done at the time they did not charge the $79.95, this time they did and when we asked they claimed they always did. I looked it up when I got home and in the 3 years previous they never charged it. When I called back today, Monday 1/12/2015, they claimed it was deducted when they gave me the estimate, but it still was on the invoice and I was charged the diagnostic fee.

I purchase a new vehicle every couple of years. I've always waited and waited on one or more parts of the process, but not with Max.Before making the trip to buy my Avalanche I called Max and told him what I was looking to spend and if it was possible. He made no promise, but told me it shouldn't be a problem. I arrived, drove the Avalanche and he did the rest. I spent a total of five minutes in the finance office. I've never been out that fast. I'll be going back to Max for my next purchase.

I have bought many vehicles through the years and from many dealers in the South (AL & GA). I can honestly say that Loganville Ford has been the best experience out of all of them. This purchase makes my second in two years and both were from Loganville Ford. It says a lot about a dealership when you are a repeat customer. Greg Holt and Mike Livingston were my salesmen for my two purchases. Both of these guys are professional, very friendly, honest and very attentive. The purchase that I just completed was with Greg Holt and he ensured that I was extremely satisfied every step of the way, not "just satisfied". I was accommodated very well during the purchase too. The experience does not end when you sign on the dotted line either like at many other dealerships. Any questions or assistance needed and Greg has been there for me. I bought custom leather interior, spray bed liner and window tint at the dealership as well. Greg managed the whole customization process and everything looks great! The prices were very good and unmatched. I also bought the WeatherTech mats for the front and back of my crew cab. The pricing was cheaper than buying on-line from the manufacturer as well. Dave Gunter ensured that I received the best financing and was great to work with.Alaina Conner is great to work with in the service department and always helps to get the best pricing possible. I want to buy a 2014 Focus, I gave Nathan a price, he said he cannot do that if I am not in his office, and then I said if we cannot come to an agreement about the price I would rather visit another dealers because they give more discount, then he said "ok i can do that for you if you can come". And then i reject any other offers and visit his place, we test and then sit down, talk about the price, he said he never promise the price and he add $3,000 more to the promised price, and I want to walk out, and request my drivers license copies back, he said he need the copies in file, then i strongly request i need that back, he walk around and gave me one of the two copies, and threaten me to leave the building. then a manager Jamie threaten me that that's a private property i must get out of there immediately. I was frustrated how can they do that! Never believe the promised price on phone, request the written offer!!!! Even though these salesmen give you the written offer, you should be careful, don;t be played again, they are dishonest and dangerous, they are sucks!!!! And never give them your drivers license, copy your drivers license by yourself and write a note on the copy"may not be use to do credit check"!!!!!! Keep that in mind.

Nathan Swope was my sales person and from the first phone call i made to the time we drove our new vehicle off the lot (and even a couple days thereafter, i am needy), he provided superb customer service. Excellent service from the beginning! Both Laura and Dwayne assisted me in getting financed for my new Ford Edge. They made things very easy and accepted my communication through email/text/phone etc... as whatever was easiest for me at the moment. I felt that i got a fair value for my trade and was very happy with my overall experience. They had to replace my side mirror (which i didnt even notice- but Dwayne pointed out and told me to bring it in for an IOU). I had a slight issue with my heater not thoroughly warming and Dwayne came out the next day to pick my car up from my work to have it serviced and to have emissions done and brought it back and dropped it off for me! Since then, I have even had follow up from teh dealership ensuring that i am still loving everything, Dwayne and Laura were both very personable and i would highly recommend reaching out to them. The only thing i wasnt completely satisfied with was the detailing that took place on the car. I know that Dwayne had put in a request for itto be done before i came to sign everything;however, i received a few comments from people that loved my car but questioned whether i had to still get it cleaned or not. (Not the end of the world obviously and doesnt hinder the level of gratitude I have for Loganville Ford and the wonderful experience i had as this is my only non-positive comment about everything). I was called when my mirror came in and they fixed everything very quickly. Excellent dealership! Super awesome- even the financing guy we met with with all the UGA stuff in his office was very nice and easy going!

When the car I have had for 15 years was finally totaled beyond repair I began searching for the "perfect" new-to-me car. After visiting 6 other dealerships and experiencing a variety of sales techniques, I found my "perfect" car at Loganville Ford through True Car. Wes the sales rep who assisted me in making my purchase was very patient with me as I wavered back and forth about spending the money to buy this car. Wes acknowledged that buying a car is a big decision and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the purchasing experience as well as the purchase. Other dealerships treated me as though I was making too much of this rather big decision, as if buying a car is something that I do every day, even though it's been 15 years since I bought a car! When I finally did make the drive out to Loganville in my rental car, it was an easy and painless decision to purchase the perfect car. The financing department managed to get me a better rate than my pre-approved rate. And Wes even arranged dropping off the rental car with the rental company and helped me return it to the company, taking more than an hour of his time to help me finalize all of the details necessary to drive away in my new car. I don't know if all of the reps at Loganville Ford are as friendly, patient, and helpful as Wes, but if his personalized attention is any indication of the overall service provided by this dealership, I highly recommend checking out Loganville Ford when making your next vehicle purchase. Other dealerships may pressure you, ignore you, or treat you like a mark, but Wes will deliver the personalized attention you deserve!

I traded in my F350 that I bought from this dealership 10 years ago. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Richard had of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. There was not one question he was not able to answer in a very thorough manner. Never once did I feel pressured, and I actually left the dealership and went home only to return 4 hours later to make the purchase. The staff made sure I was taken care of. I will be back in the future and will tell friends and family about my experience. I remove this dealership from the "car sales" stereotype I had in my head.

When I decided that it was time for a new car, I visited Loganville Ford. Loganville Ford isnt the closest to my house, but after talking with family members, I heard they were the friendliest around. When I arrived on the lot, Derek Williams greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I let him know upfront that I wouldnt be leaving with a car that day. He replied, No problem, what are you interested in? I told Derek I was interested in a Focus, so we drove a Focus in every variation (SE, Titanium, even a 5 speed). We talked about seating for the family and that lead to a drive in the C-Max and the Escape. On the way back from the last test drive I noticed a used Focus ST (the turbo 6-speed sport model). I had no intention of buying it, but was itching to drive it. I told Derek as much and he said, Just a second, let me grab the keys. Out we went and the car was a dream to drive. We returned from the test drive and we parted with another handshake. After taking up about 4 hours of his time, he didnt pressure me at all, he only asked me to call him when I was ready and gave me his card. About a month later, I called him back. I was able to talk my wife into buying the ST. He didnt have any on the lot, but he said he could get one the one I wanted within 24 hours and he did. Thanks to Derek Im the proud owner of a 2013 Focus ST. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process.

Took my car in for a factory ford recall..... They tried to sell me a battery right out of the gate( my battery wasnt even 4 months old)... After being told by several dealerships the recall would take about 45 mins to complete, figured i would window shop and check out other vehicles... Stalked by salesmen( there job i know), after about 5 mins my car came back from being in the shop and recall was completed.. Didnt think anything of it, and went about my day.... Week went by and noticed things acting strange with my airbag light when someone was in the vehicle with me... Went to a different dealership to have them check and found out the recall was not done..... Aftering being extremley mad, the Service Manager at other dealership said they could not perform the recall as Loganville Ford charged Ford Mtr Co for the recall... I called Ford direct to complain about this, was told to call the dealer, called the dealership and talked to the GM... He said he lived near the tech at the other dealership and would confer with him.. Never contacted me back until i hounded him... Then told me i was lying... I even filmed the tech at other dealership performing the recall correctly on my vehicle and paid him out of my own pocket to get this recall performed correctly... Talked back with GM at Loganville Ford and he became highly peeved off, and shouting at me and then proceeded to tell me to F*** Off.... This dealership is a pitiful excuse.... I am sure there are good people there, and the bad negate them.. But on a whole, I live 5 mins from the dealership and would drive out of state to save from buying a vehicle from them... They constantly send me stuff in the mail and call me after multiple times telling them to cease and they dont care...

Visited Loganville Ford after being quoted a price over the internet/email. My wife and I went for a test drive and made an offer several days later after test driving other cars and researching cars and prices. While our offer was accepted over the phone, when we got there to complete the purchase the sale price increased considerably. The whole experience felt like the dealership was playing games with us. Needless to say, we did not complete the transaction and were disappointed with the time we wasted. This experience should make anyone think twice before you deal with this less than forth right business. If you are not careful, I am convinced you will be taken advantage of.

We went there to buy a used truck. We called before driving the 2 hours and asked if they could work with us. They said absolutely so we drove to loganville ford and arrived at 2pm on saturday. Max came out and asked if he could help us. We told him that we saw these 2 trucks online and would like to look at them. He said that he wanted to do the financing part first and then we could test drive the vehicle. We thought it was strange but we thought he was doing what was best. So we went into the office and he got all the information he needed. We sat there and sat there. He only came back 1 time in the 4 hours that we were waiting and told us it would be 5 more minutes which in actuality was 2 more hours. We still hadn't test drove the vehicle we wanted to and he was trying to talk us into a vehicle we didn't want and was thousandsmore than what we were looking at. They had our keys to our car so we couldn't leave and he just left us sitting there. Finally after 4 hrs he said "oh the bank is closed now so we have to wait until Monday" I asked him if he was kidding and he responded in a very rude tone that this wasn't his problem. I was highly disgusted at that point especially since we hadn't even been given the opportunity to even look in the vehicle. Max wasn't keeping us in the loop what was taking so long or commicating with us at all just kept going outside to smoke and left us at his desk. During the time we were waiting another couple was also waiting and ended up leaving without making a deal either because they had been there for so long and noone was telling them what was going on either. We left there still not knowing anything and they had the nerve to say please come back. Um no we drove 2 hours to sit and stare at your cubicle wall anf watched all the employees shop online and watch the braves game. Poor poor poor customer service.
