Took my car in for oil change, you know how long these visits normally are. Nope, not here, Michael Garcia was amazing at making sure it was done in a timely manner! Would highly recommend. The service I received from Michael was the best service I’ve had in a really long time! Keep up the good work Michael. Lorenzo Buick, make sure you keep on taking care of him! He’s a great asset for your company! Clients are normally happy when they are buying their new cars. This is a great way to make sure they stay happy!

Be prepared to pay extremely high dealer fees and a lot in extra hidden fees. Read the fine print with any price you see online and ask what the extra fees are before even getting started. Also, don't trust that the salesman will keep his word with any promises they make while trying to sell you the car. Once the papers are ready to sign they will act dumb and pretend like they did not make all the promises. Maybe other salesman are honest and keep their word but the one I dealt was a true "used car salesman." Needles to say I will not be buying another car or using their services ever again and I definitely do not recommend them.

Thank you Michael (service Dept)! Today I went in to change my rear break light. This is the 2 time I’m assisted by Michael in the service Dept and I’m beyond pleased with his customer service. He’s so professional and exceptional at what he does. He’s so hands on and genuinely kind.... as if I’ve been a client for years! Thank you Michael for making my time go by smoothly with no inconveniences whatsoever! You’re the best!!!! I’d highly recommend anyone to ask for Michael in service Dept when you need something done to your car. 10 stars for him!!!!!!

I decided to take my car for service at this dealer although it was not where I bought mine. The oil change was $49 with tire rotation which was half the price of my dealer. The service agent told me that my oil life was at 48% and he didn’t want to take my money to wait until 10%. To top it off he offered to wash my car and actually did. OUTSTANDING PEOPLE. You deal with all type of people in this city and it’s refreshing when people are genuinely nice and honest. I’ll see them at 10%!!

ASK FOR ARA ADAN !!!!!! She is the best in what she does. I'm sure I was a handful to deal with but she was understanding, helpful , never annoyed with me and honestly has just been amazing at trying to accommodate my needs despite me being super stressed and confused at the same time. She fought to get me the best deals. Again ask for Ara and you will not be disappointed. She goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service for her clients and very knowledgeable to every question I had. Thank you Ara for putting me at ease.
