From the man (Doug) who wrote up the estimate to the time I picked it up (Doug again).after it had been repaired to driving it home, I was treated with respect and professionalism. Anthony my service adviser met me in service drive checked mileage, wrote me up and I was ready to go...yea! He asked me if I needed transportation which I didn't... But nice to know for future. About 20 minutes later he calls my cell phone and gives me results of battery test, quoted the price, I agree and in 3-4 hours I am driving out the parking lot.

I tried the finance but didn't went well, when I arrived home Jerry Paule the sales person who had me before called back saying that he had one bank to help me. Normally at all places people don't care because you are new and don't have credit builded so I wan to recommend Lou Fusz and specially the sales person Jerry Paule!

I called for an estimate to change plugs on my F150. Speaking with Matt I felt assured that the service would be completed properly. I did a nite drop and received a call in the morning that the truck was ready, with no surprises. I met Matt at his desk and he ask if I had any questions. My '05 Ford Ranger had recalls on both air bag sensors. Although it took quite a while for both to be in stock, I was able to get the truck in quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. Repair was about an hour faster than expected. Matt Niederhauser was the service advisor who worked with me. Very courteous and respectful, a real asset to your organization.

After the test drive Jerry was very quick in working up numbers for buying or leasing. He helped me get every rebate I could and it ended up being cheaper to lease than to buy. Had a great experience buying our latest car. Our sales associate, John Stahl, was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us through the buying process, even though we lived out of state. We were able to agree on a price ahead of time, contingent on the test drive, and we couldn't have been happier with the process. We are repeat Lou Fusz customers and would highly recommend this dealership. The car was for our teenage son, and John took the time to explain the car's features to him and even helped him sync his phone to the Bluetooth system. It's so great to know that they are still great people work in the car dealership. We went about 5 different dealerships in the past few weeks and we decided to go with Lou Fusz Ford. Is not because of Ford but because of the people who works at this dealership.We came with our son who just graduated from College and Jerry Paule came to us and showed him the cars. What I really appreciated was Jerry talked to our son and treated him like he would treated other customer. Jerry didn't treat our son differently because he is young. He directly spoke to him since this is for him. Then John Ream the Financial man also treated our son like another adult who dealt with this kind of things. This is the first rodeo for our son to learn about buying a new car and loan and other info. My family and I purchased a vehicle there on black Friday. During the test drive, the rep who was selling us the car made note several times that he had no information about the car, how it worked, etc. but did say there were no issues with it. He did tell us that it had been tested for emissions and they had to change the tune on the vehicle for it to pass. On the way home, the car began to throw codes and the check engine light came on. Once I returned, I did a large amount of research and after bringing it to my local and very trustworthy shop, I found that it had been sold to us with a stretched timing chain and the code had been cleared before we came to look at the vehicle. When the car was hooked up for testing, it would have thrown the code and they would have known about it, but decided instead, to sell the car without disclosing any of the information about the defect to us. So, $2,000 later, it is currently being fixed by my trusted shop and NOT in their hands. Now, let's talk about the negotiation process. The rep stated, as said earlier during the test drive, that he knew nothing about the car, but was firm with the price and repeatedly said, we know this is a great car and the price is reasonable. They also offered a warranty, but once we signed it, they revoked it and said it "didn't apply to the vehicle" after talking to his supervisors. This dealership is extremely shady and will not tell you everything about the vehicle you are looking at. Their intent is to make as much money off of you as possible. Be sure to read every document over, and over again, or just avoid the stab in the back and take your business elsewhere.

Not being a fan of dealing with high pressure sales, I usually detest buying a new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased my 2016 Ford F150 from Lou Fusz. My salesperson, Jerry Paule, was very easy to work with and I felt like I was being provided a service vs. being "sold" a vehicle. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and after I ordered the vehicle kept me aware of the progress the vehicle was making through its production cycle. Not really necessary, but it shows that he was willing to go that extra mile.All in all I was very impressed and satisfied with my vehicle buying experience at Lou Fusz, and would recommend the dealership and Jerry Paule as a salesperson.

I walked into the dealership & was impressed by how nice it was. Then I saw something that I haven't seen before, a very nice saleswoman named Tori Williams. In all the years that I've been buying a new car I have never dealt with a sales woman so I picked her to help me partly because I wanted to see just how knowledgeable she was about the vehicles. I am a very picky about what I wanted I'll admit that so I was curious about how she would accommodate me. She was wonderful. Very nice & patient and no matter what I asked she had an answer. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in & then told her I would think about it. After spending an hour with me I thought she might be a little upset because she spent all that time with me and I ended up leaving without buying a car right then. She could tell I was a little apprehensive about committing to a car payment for a new car versus buying u used car. She was very understanding tho & I left to think about it. Later in the day she called me and told me she had found all these rebates for the Escape & how much they would give me on my trade in &I was impressed & elated. She had made it possible for me to afford the new car that I wanted. She even had it in the color I wanted. I told her I would be there on Monday to get it. I went to buy it & she had all the paperwork read for me to sign then put on my plates and went over all the features patiently so I was completely comfortable with the new car when I left to drive home. There was no pressure on me by John the financial officer,to buy all the extras like all the other car dealerships I've dealt with. Tori Williams is the best car sales person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting & I sent my sister-in-law to her to buy a car. She was very happy with the help & bought her husband the vehicle he wanted. So bravo Lou Fusz for having a woman sales person. I'm recommending her to everyone. She's patient, she really cares & there is no pressure. What a breath of fresh air.

Dan Hoeflinger was one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. My car had an AC issue that he noticed on the day I flew in to pick up the car. Ford just couldn't fix the problem, so Lou Fusz gave me a voucher and they actually paid for the AC repair I had done in Indianapolis. I would definitely work with him again in the future. His immediate supervisor, who took over the paperwork part of the sale at the end, was kinda rude to Dan. I didn't like the arrogant way in which he spoke to Dan. But Dan I heartily recommend. This is our second car purchased from afar from Lou Fusz. We have liked dealing with the Fusz dealerships. Of course, always take care when purchasing from afar.

I have taken another car to Fusz Chesterfiled for service on the recommendation of a co-worker. Mike Flynn and the Service Department have always gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule; their work was always excellent and the price was reasonable and completed within the time promised.. They are the reason I considered purchasing from Fusz. When I needed to replace my car and I had a limited amount of funds to work with, I called Mr. Flynn as I knew he and the dealership were trustworthy and knowledgeable. He referred me to Dan Hoeflinger. From experience I have had with car salesmen in the past. I was not looking forward to what it takes to buy a car. Dan was a "breath of fresh air" - courteous, friendly, and not high pressure at all. I have recommended this Fusz dealership to others in the past and will continue to do so. My husband and I had dealt with numerous car dealers before finding the perfect situation and experience at Lou Fusz Ford. John and Jeff were extremelly professional and really seemed to listen to our needs and wants. They always returned my calls in a timely manner and were able to answer any question that I had. Their location was a little out of the way for us, but it was well worth the trip!

I would like to recommend Jerry Paule at Lou Fusz in Chesterfield. I'm very particular when buying - a real PIA -especially so in advance of purchasing my diesel F-450. I had LOTS of questions, comparisons, and a ton of legwork for Jerry. He was a big help through all, and afterwards. Nice to stumble into a dealership and be treated so well. We'll be a repeat customer.

My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. After talking to Tom, the sales manager at Lou Fusz Ford I was wanting to get my car from there. He was very patient professional, and explained the process well. I discovered there was only one of the model/package I was allowed and color I wanted in St. Louis. It was at another dealership. Tom and Dan, the Fleet Manager, worked with ARI, the leasing company, and was able to get the car I wanted. I was very happy because dealership is very important to me. I liked what I saw and what I experienced with Tom and Dan. Unlike my experience at the dealership which originally had the vehicle. When I picked up the car today Dan was professional, pleasant, accomodating, and gave me a good tutorial on the workings of the vehicle. He gave me his card and cell number and suggested I call him anytime if I have questions, concerns, etc. He is also taking care of the licensing process. I have to give Jerry P. and Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield 5 stars! I have purchased many cars throughout the years and each time I was in the car buying mode I absolutely dreaded dealing with the car salesmen and their attitudes. My sister had been looking for a particular make and model car for some time. I was trying to help her find the car she wanted for a fair price. One day I looked at the inventory of the Lou Fusz Ford Dealer in Chesterfield's website and seen the exact make and model she wanted that was actually priced much better than other dealers. We went to look at the car and she immediately liked it. How lucky we were when the salesman who came to help us was Jerry P. He was so easy to work with. I decided to participate in the Ford Supplier X-Plan. I had contacted a couple dealers on different vehicles - Ford and Lincoln. Jerry Paule at Lou Fusz Ford was very responsive and got back to us right away. We wanted a particular model and Jerry was very helpful at locating the vehicle we wanted even though it wasn't on the dealer lot. Although our process took a couple of weeks, Jerry stayed with us and treated us as if we were his only customer. John Ream was great with helping us finance our vehicle and provided us with what we thought was a very good plan with Ford. We would definitely recommend Jerry and John as being no hassle, no pressure and great service and great information. Jerry was one of the most honest and most helpful salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When my fiance and I walked on the lot, he gave us some time to browse before greeting us and asking if we needed any type of help. We didn't require any immediate assistance, so he left us alone (I HATE being annoyed when I just want to browse) and let us look, informing us to come grab him if we had any questions. When we were ready, we went in and asked for his help; he was polite, efficient, and genuinely interested in what we needed. We're a fairly young couple; we both have great jobs, but I have some debt (student loans) and I'm still in graduate school. We were concerned about the price of the car and whether or not we would be able to walk off with the car we wanted. It took a little bit of coaxing, but in the end, Jerry and his amazing team were able to help us out. We walked out with a fabulous used 2004 red GTO, with red and black leather interior (pretty fancy!!). When we got home, we couldn't figure out the CD player. I called him for help, and he walked me through it, telling me I could bring it back for them to look at if we needed any more help. Honestly, I will go back to Jerry the next time I want to buy a car. I'd wait two weeks to buy from him, if I had to. He's your guy!

This was my second purchase from Jerry. My first purchase was a 2008 Edge. So when it was time to purchase my 2012 there was no doubt at all as to who I was going to when I was ready to purchase my new one. Jerry is the only person I would every deal with when it comes to purchasing a new car. Unfortunately I am moving to California in the next month and regret the fact that I will not have not only the sales staff but the service staff that I have become so comefortable with over the years. Jerry made me feel so comfortable with my first purchase and was no pressure with the sale. I told him what I wanted and he found it. The same with the second. He did exactly as I wanted and made the whole process as smooth as buying a new shirt. What more could anyone ask for when buying a new car. He follows up with his customers frequently after the sale and if there are problems he follows up until things are corrected. He is top notch and one of the most professional sales people I have ever worked with. I have never delt with a car salesman like him in my life. When I move to California if I can still purchase a car at Lou Fusz with California Emissions or whatever the law requires there and you can get it, I will fly back here to pick my car up from Jerry. This is how much I trust him and love dealing with him. He is one of a kind. He is truely an asset to Lou Fusz Ford. I came in a few days ago to have something checked and the service advisor (don't remember his name, it was not Mr. Flynn) really came across as not caring. "Dont't have time to look at it today. Here's my card call and schedule an appointment". I thoughr I'd give them another shot. I came in today and Mr. Flynn and Mr. Decker took care of the problem within and hour and both were very professional and courteous. I realize that at times you are very busy and maybe today I hit it at the right time but the initial service advisor came across as being rather brusque.

Andy Eldridge was the most profeesional and knowledgeable salesman that I have worked with when it comes to trucks. Not only did he know the Ford truck line but he was well versed in the competion as well. I think he knew so much about the competative makes because he sales those makes as well. I started working with Kevin Barry back in November. I told him that I would be looking for a Minivan for my wife over the next couple months. He never pressured me at all. He just kept sending me information on minivans and cars that I was interested in. He said that we would just keep looking for the right vehicle. He talked to me and my wife early in Feb and said he thought he had a good minivan that would fit our needs. He brought out to our house on Monday to have my wife test it out--she loved it and I went that night to see him and sure enough it was a perfect fit. I don't think alot of people really enjoy buying cars; I know I am not a big fan. Kevin did an outstanding job 1. Making the experience enjoyable and not once did I feel pressure and 2. He delivered what he promised. I will definetly be coming back when it is my turn to get a car.

Purchasing our truck from Lou Fusz Ford (Kevin Barry, salesperson)was the most pleasant experience ever. Kevin really listened to us regarding the exact truck and options we wanted. Our son had purchased a new truck shortly before we started searching for a truck, and highly recommended the dealership and Kevin. The same day I contacted Kevin, he located a truck with the specifications we had given him. As it turned out, that truck became unavailable, but shortly after, he found us another truck. As soon as we gave Kevin the okay, he brought the truck into the dealership and we were on our way to pick it up. We were very impressed with the professional, yet friendly atmosphere of the staff there. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and the truck was soon detailed and we were on the road home. I highly recommend the dealership and Kevin. I find it difficult to give any transaction five stars, but in this particular situation, I feel credit is due. Thanks Kevin!

The emission light on our 2005 Ford Mustang displayed requiring immediate service attention per the Ford Owners Manual.We took the vehicle immediately to Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield for service. The vehicle was placed on the dignostic machine and indicated a code that represented electric fuel pump malfunction. Per the professionals we agreed to have the fuel pump replaced at a cost of $647.67. Within 2 weeks same display indicating emission service required reappeared. The vehicle was returned and a diagnostic test revealed the identical finding. Service personnel admitted that this finding was incorrect as the pump did not need replacement, and admitted that the original finding requiring the new pump was not necessary. They decided to try another less costly repair, but were not confident that the findings were correct or that the emmission repair was complete. They explained that the diagnostic test was a starting point! However, the Service person did agree that the difference in repair cost would be refunded, and hoped that new repair worked. The difference in cost was approximately $400.00. When we arrived at the dealership to retrieve the vehicle, we were presented with a credit of $89.00, not $400.00 as agreed. The cashier was very surprised we were not happy with the amount of the credit and went to the Service Manager to inform us how they arrived at that amount. He informed us that he was willing to credit the cost of the fuel pump, but not the labor as they still had to work on the vehicle. It was ridiculous to expect a consumer to pay a repair person for the labor to install something that wasn't in need of repair. After an intensive battle with the Manager he finally agreed to the credit, but it was an absolute nightmare and caused my husband and myself to rethink purchasing future vehicles from FORD. The Bottom line, CONSUMER BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
