The process was a little long, but the end result was good. It was a Sunday and the dealership was extremely busy. Ralph was wonderful and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He is very well versed in his brand and in car sales overall. This is my third Kia and I plan to continue to purchase this brand in the future. My purchase at Lou Sobh Kia was great. They gave me a great deal on my trade, and they even helped me get rid of some of my negative equity on a previous auto loan. Shane Thompson was my salesman, and he did a phenomenal job. He is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable about his products, and he makes the buying process stress-free. This dealer's facilities are 1st class and the staff is consistently professional, competent, respectful and friendly. That may sound like a paid endorsement but it isn't. The contrast with many other dealers and service operations is pretty clear. They even reset the automated service reminder - a small courtesy maybe but nobody else has ever bothered to do that. The waiting area is very comfortable with good coffee, high quality TV and free wifi. Very satisfied ... top notch service.

I was very pleased with my first scheduled oil change and the completeness of the service. They checked the wear and nitrogen in the tires, checked the alignment, serviced the engine, washed the vehicle, suggested the tires be rotated on the next service and many other things, This is the cleanest and nicest dealership I've been. I don't believe you can go wrong having your car serviced here.

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Chad and his wonderful crew at lou Sobh Kia in Cumming GA. I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from MANY dealerships. Without a doubt, Chad has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded quickly regarding a jeep I was interested in. He was not pushy and was very informitive when discussing my needs. He took his time to explain EVERYTHING thoroughly. He hit the nail right on the head here. He took care of it all, his honesty as a salesman was astounding, I am so impressed by this dealership in it's entirety, it was truely a VIP experience. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership had a happy, down to earth attitude, everyone I saw seemed delighted to be there. I had gone to 7 dealerships before going to Lou Sobh, and they absolutely blew me out of the water with the price and how I was treated throughout the entire process. Chad had the integrity I'd been looking for in a sales person for a very long time. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he exceeded expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiney new Jeep as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure my complete satisfaction even after the purchase This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend them hands down. The 7 other dealerships I'd visited within the 3 months all turned out to have the same pushy, scam artist attitudes. This experience was awesome!! We went in answer to an event mailing, we had a 2015 Soul we loved, but found a little yunder powered. They were able to fit us to a white Soul with the bigger engine.As long as the license and registration goes well, we're happy. The sales people were pleasant and professional. I stopped by in the AM because I had a letter from KIA about a recall, They gave me an appointment for the same day in the afternoon. Was told it will take about one hour plus a few Minutes.The car was ready as promised they even had the car washed. The also checked the car to see if anything needs attention. Everything was fine and I was Happy.

I worked with Robert Baptiste as well as Holly in mid-December 2015. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism; they were both incredibly polite in answering all of my questions and understanding of my financial goals for purchasing a new vehicle. In addition, I had my children with me, which as you can imagine was pretty stressful. Mr. Baptiste as well as Holly did a great job of making us comfortable but also realizing that my time and patience were limited. I did plenty of research before I came in, thinking it would help expedite the purchasing process. Regardless if this was the case or not, I made the purchase and had all the paperwork signed and completed within two hours. I am confident that they are both knowledgeable and capable of explaining just about anything relating to KIA products. I am incredibly impressed with my shopping experience at this facility.

I came in for a new Soul + with a top cash price I could spend. We could not make a deal on the first day so the following day my salesman, Santi, texted me. We came to the cash price I wanted and when I arrived I signed all the papers and was waiting for my "car to be detailed". The manager (?) came for payment and told me it would be the amount offered to me the day before if I was paying cash, That the amount we agreed on was if I was financing. I said No, we agreed on this cash amount today. He said he would call the GM. After about 30 minutes I went to find him. To make a very long story shorter, I ended up walking. When I signed the papers and they didnt seen relevant, the salesman either said we have everyone sign it or he didnt know. I am disappointed in this dealership that they treat people with such disregard for their time and money. It gives all dealerships a bad name.

I went to Lou Sobh Kia to check out their inventory of Kia Optimas. I worked with Chris Gardner throughout the process, and he was a true professional. I had checked out a couple of other dealerships, but none had the selection and excellent customer service that Lou Sobh Kia offered. The buying process was hassle-free, and the friendliness of the staff was off the charts. I drove off the lot with my 1st new car in over 10 years, and I would recommend to anyone that they check out this dealership if they are on the market for a new vehicle.

Part of the service happened to be covered under the Kia warrenty, he explaned the process and called when the part came in, when I went to get the service perfermed it was completed very fast and I was quickly on my way.
