We are relatively new to this area (about 1 year), and when we mentioned to new friends who are locals that we were in the market for a gently-used car, they enthusiastically referred us to Lous garage. It very much felt like a conversation with a trusted, knowledgeable friend, not a salesperson. We gave Lou a tall order to fill, and he stuck with us: communicating clearly and consistently - by phone and by email - and always refining his search based on on how we reacted to the cars he presented to us. In the end, were thrilled with our new-to-us car. It doesnt feel as if we bought it from him, it feels more like we bought it with him. Lou and his brother Chris were just as excited as we were on the day we came to pick up the car. It was truly a unique and satisfying car-buying experience. I have always had a wonderful experience at Lou's. They are honest and trustworthy. I have bought 3 cars from them and they have always held up great. They are honest about repairs and never fix things that are not broken. I know I will keep going back. I have recommended them to many friends.

Kind, patient, and honest, best describes Lou's garage. Would recommend to anyone searching for a used car. They have the best customer service and Chris went out of his way to find us the car that we wanted for our budget. Best experience we had buying a car.2011 VW jetta.

I bought a used Jetta from them 8 years ago on Chris's recommendation because my teenage drivers would be using it and he felt it was very safe car. Last month, a driver came through a light and totaled the car but my daughter walked away. Glad I listened to Chris because the Jetta crashed like a champ! So I headed back to Lou's where he had another Jetta prepped and ready for me within 24 hours. Good guys, quality used vehicles, (mostly one owner) and fair prices. Thanks guys!
