My experience at Lovering Auto Meredith was excellent, and this is coming from someone who really doesn’t like the car buying process in general. Lisa was friendly and helpful, even assisting me during a long weekend when she was away from the dealership. She made sure it was detailed and ready when I came to finalize the purchase. Financing was easy and Emily had everything ready when I arrived to take delivery. I spent less than a half hour on paperwork and was out the door. I must say it was simply the best car buying experience I have had in my life!

Smooth transaction with exceptional service. Kind and informative staff. No sales pressure. Received a better interest rate than expected! Purchased a used car. They had it detailed, serviced and financing ready same day so I did not have to come back as I live 1 hour away. Would highly recommend!

Dorene Blanchard is a low-key, knowledgeable saleswoman. Her unhurried and unselfish approach was so welcomed! I purchased a new XC60 Hybrid and love it. Dorene invested over an hour with me explaining how to use all the features of the car, and also installed the Volvo app on my phone, explaining how to use that as well. Overall I had a great experience.

Dorene Blanchard was an excellent sales person for me. I don't like pressure or being rushed as buying a car is a huge deal in my life and I need time to think things over. She got it but at the same time, was attentive to my many questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
