Tristian Hatcher, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, respectful, and very helpful. While I was not sure of the specific vehicle that would meet my need, he showed me several different styles and provided detailed information on each. He allowed me to conduct my own analysis on the vehicles and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. The process for completing the transaction was efficient and the delivery of my new Highlander was a very good experience.

I recently moved from Warner Robins and I can truly say I miss the Lowe Toyota Service Department. Where I live presently, it is always a negotiation to schedule my vehicle for routine service. Terrence and Gina of Lowe's must have spoiled me because I grew accustomed to being squeezed in on the same day when I call. They always checked to see if I could get in when I request same day service. Sometimes I was told I might have to wait a bit, but at least there was a chance. I visited the area just last weekend and called for servicing, and they got me in! That is the type of customer consideration I'd like to see at my present location. Or maybe I'll just keep driving to Warner Robins when that service light pops on!

I recently visited this location around 5:00 pm on 01/13/16. The receptionist was so nice with a very friendly smile. I explained why I was there she immediately located Chris(finance manager ) we talked for a few minutes and he immediately started the process. I met with Eric Holmes (awesome salesman) he was very thorough and really went the extra mile to help close this deal. Our deal was finalized within (24) hours, they brought the paperwork to sign to our office in Eatonton, GA and delivered the car to us also. Now this is what I call TRUE customer service. Was browsing online for a used vehicle. looked at Lowes used inventory and found a small truck i was curious about. this pop up window offered to help me with any questions through an online chat. Lady says may i help you. I said can you verify if this stock number is still for sale. Lady says sure. then 15 minutes later after asking for email addresses and phone numbers last name usesless marketing information collected by an obviously standard crooked pushing cardealership, (i beleive there is a special place in hell for car sales people like this). I still dont know if the vehicle is still on the lot for sale and after this not sure i would do business with a company this type performance.

MY 2001 HIGHLANDER WAS IN NEED OF AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE.BEING AN "OLD SCHOOL" OWNER, I TRY TO GET AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE EVERY 3000 MILES AND I PREFER TO HAVE THIS DONE AT THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. WITHIN TWO DAYS AFTER THE OIL AND FILTER SERVICE THE CHECK ENGINE AND VSC LIGHTS CAME ON.THIS RESULTS FROM THE AIR FILTER HOUSING BEING REMOVED TO INSPECT THE FILTER.THE ONLY WAY TO CORRECT THIS IS TO CLEAR THE ERROR CODES FROM THE ONBOARD COMPUTER WHICH LOWE TOYOTA FAILED TO DO.NOW I HAVE TO SPEND MORE TIME RETURNING THE CAR TO HAVE THE ERROR CODES CLEARED WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN THE CAR WAS SERVICED.NEXT OIL CHANGE I BELIEVE I WILL SEE IF BUTLER TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN GET IT RIGHT!

I made a 10 hour round trip fully prepared to purchase a 2006 Honda Element with 5 speed manual transmission, and 105,000 miles. I brought with me my 2006 Nissan Frontier XE with power pack, towing pack, and A/T and 89,000 miles. My truck had all new fluids, was just detailed, and had new tires. Although a very nice car, the Element needed tires and had some issues with trim pieces (vent visors) Both the Frontier and the Element had virtually identical Black Book values and my Nissan had a NADA retail value of $ 1,000 more than the Element. The KBB value of my vehicle was higher than that of the Element. Keep in mind that my trade needed nothing more than a window sticker to put it on the lot. They offered me $ 5,800 for a vehicle with NADA trade value of well over $ 8,000.I am not naive and know that I would not have gotten retail for my trade but what I did offer was my paid off Nissan plus $ 650, plus the $ 700 documentaion fee. Their best offer was to take my paid off Frontier on trade and another $ 6000 for price difference, DOC fee, and taxes. I will say that the salesman was very polite and professional in his demeanor but the price difference was beyond belief. They lost my business on an Element that may be very hard to move due to being a stick shift.

This is the second car I have purchased from Lowe Toyota via Linda Slaughter as the salesperson. I have purchased many cars in the past from various dealerships. My experience at Lowe Toyota is always the best always! Before we arrived, financing had already been taken care of, along with all of the other details. Upon arrival, the car was awaiting us. It was gorgeous! Linda knew exactly what I liked, the amenities I preferred, and the small perks that made me smile. We were there only for a short amount of time before we were on the road in our brand new ride. I absolutely love Lowe Toyota and Linda Slaughter. I am a busy professional with very little time to waste. Lowes car processing/purchasing system is top notch and designed perfectly for individuals who simply do not have the time to spend all day haggling in a car dealership over a price of a new or used vehicle. In addition, I must add, my six year old was with me. Everyone was kind and professional. I cannot wait to go back to Lowe and purchase my SUV.

I had a very pleasant car-buying experience at Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins, GA. I had the opportunity to work with Corey Weber in new car sales, and he did an outstanding job of answering my questions, showing me different options, explaining how the many features of the new Toyota worked, and providing information on the operation of the dealership. When it came time to negotiate a price, there was no need for negotiation. The price provided to me was better than I had expected -- better than what Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book told me I would see. In less than two hours, I had consummated the entire buying process and was heading home -- very happy with the new Toyota that I had purchased, the price I paid, and the new friends I had just met and worked with at Lowe Toyota. In addition to Corey Weber, I had the opportunity to meet and work with Carolyn Hooton. Carolyn obviously loves her job in Customer Relations and does it quite well. She helped me load some Toyota-related apps on my smartphone and showed me how to use them. She also explained the service requirements for my new vehicle and how I should obtain the needed service. She took me on a tour of their beautiful facility and introduced me to the people that I would likely come into contact with now that I am a member of the "Lowe Family." Bottom line: Corey Weber and Carolyn Hooton made the Toyota buying experience an immense pleasure and one that was completely stress free. No one can ask for more! I highly recommend Lowe Toyota!!!

The sales lady was very friendly but negotiating took a bit. Her and another salesman had a hard time giving us usaa pricing on a vehicle that would need to be transported from another dealership but they did on a vehicle in their lot. Overall the experience was good and I love, love my new truck, but was slightly disappointed we could not reach a price on the original truck negotiated on.

I bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid some months ago and it was time for its first scheduled maintenance. My father took his Camry in for maintenance the same day. He went first and while I was waiting we took his car and did some shopping. I was driving his car and it was doing some things that did not feel right to me. When we returned to pick up me car I asked to speak to someone who could answer my questions. He got into the car with me while I was driving it. He explained that what I had noticed was normal for that car and explained in detail why that was so. He also explained other things that were useful for me to know. And he went over the differences between my hybrid and the regular Camry. He even told me to look for a recall for my car in the near future. That was helpful for me as I don't open mail unless it it is something that I believe is important for some reason. This is the third car I have bought from Lowe Toyota and I will buy from them again.

Internet customer service is terrible. Contacted dealer through email with a simple question, received somewhat of a form letter asking what was the best way to reach me now. When I responded back asking for just answer to my question yet another reply asking for description of vehicle I was interested. My third email gave description again that resulted in another response with no answer. Fourth email pointed out we were having a communication breakdown. From that point I received 3 or 4 word responses. I will never look at this dealer for another vehicle.

Went in to price/purchase a Scion FRS for my Daughter. Original salesman was not friendly and while my Daughter was sitting in the car I said the backseat was small and the Sales Guy asked did we have any kids as if we were married? I explained she was my DAUGHTER and we were looking for he college car. I had priced/reviewed our trade on Kelly Blue Book previous to going to the Delarship. The Kelly Blue Book "Trade in Value" of our vehicle was $22,238.00. According to Kelly Blue Book this is the price we should get from the Delarship for trade in value. I explained to the Salesman I was going to pay cash for the difference and had looked up the value and as long he was fair I would buy the car. Vehicle was appraised and they came back at $16,500 trade value. I got made and left. My Daughter then found a Camaro at Five Star and I went and started to negotiate with Five Star. My Daughter asked me to give the Toyota Place another shot, I had already received an offer of $21,000 trade from Five Star. We left and went back to Lowe Toyota and I asked to speak with Jerry Barker and explained I was working a deal with Five Star but she wanted the Toyota and I had been in previous and insulted with the trade offer. THe vehicle was appraised again by Jerry Barker and I was offered $18,500 this time and told he had helped me out with an exptra $2000. I left and went back to Five Star and asked them to look up the Kelly Blue Book Value for Trade in and they gave me the $22,238 from the site as trade. I then purchased a Camaro and went to the Five Star Nissan and purchased an new Nissan Frointer for my son. Lowe Toyota could have sold 2 cars but instead lost both sales due to low pricing on a trade in that had been bought at that very Dealership.

I have bought cars at Lowe Toyota in the past and have always had a positive experience, but I have to say this was the best experience of them all. My salesperson, Michael Lawrence, was awesome. I did not feel pressured, and I felt like I was treated fairly in all areas. Michael is very easy to do business with and very knowledgeable about Toyota and their products. He was very thorough when he explained everything on the 4Runner. Michael went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to finalize everything and show me once more how everything on the 4Runner worked. I strayed with my last vehicle and bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The difference in my experience at Lowe and the one I had when I purchased my Jeep - well, there is no comparison. There is also no comparison between the Jeep and 4 Runner. I learned my lesson. I will once again be a loyal Toyota customer. Purchasing a vehicle is a "big deal", and I am so thankful Michael was there to make sure it was an enjoyable experience for me. He is the best!!!

My first experience buying a Toyota was a horrible experience. I will not buy another Toyota from Lowe Toyota ever again. Randy Soloman was completely unprofessional by using aggressive language toward my husband and I. Even after our purchase, Ray Johnson and Randy Soloman we're not willing to discuss our purchase or offer an solutions to our problem. They pretty much told us that things would go their way, and we needed to leave their dealership. They kept us waiting for an extended period of time before acting so unprofessionally. I am convinced that Lowe Toyota is not a "people's business". Lowe Toyota made a mistake on our paperwork, but Ray Johnson was adamant at stating that was not their fault, and they really didn't care about the mistake or the customer.

We went to Lowe searching for a new car because we have always taken our vehicle there to be serviced and never had a problem. At first it was a nice experience because we were not hounded like other dealerships seem to do. When we did show interest in a car they tried to strongly push us into buying it even though we said we were just looking around first. They tried to get us to sign a paper saying that we would buy that day. That surely wasn't going to happen with the price they were asking for, and they would not go down much on the price. We told the salesman no and that we were going to do more research before we make our decision. We got up to leave and walked into the main floor. The salesman told us to wait and brought out the sales manager to try an convince us to buy that day. He asked what he could do to make us buy the car at that moment. We told him, and he did not listen to what we were telling him bringing out an offer that was the same price we already said no to. We looked on our phone to look up the msrp pricing which was lower than what they were willing to let it go for. We said this to him, and he got an attitude telling us we were wrong. He told us we would not find the car we were wanting with the price we were asking for. Well he was wrong. We went to Butler in Macon and got the same car for thousands cheaper with a lot less attitude. The sales manager's bad attitude is really what lost the sale. There is no reason to get angry at a customer that you were only involved with for 10 minutes because they told you no and wanted to shop around first. Because of Randy Solomon's attitude, we will not bring any other our cars there in the future nor will we recommend your dealership to others.

I started my search via the internet and narrowed my search down to a few vehicles. The next step I took was test driving the cars and was real concerned about that. Everyone knows how car dealerships are. They are like Vultures waiting for their prey. Of course I was right. The first 4 dealerships I went to were exactly like that. I could not even pull in the lot before they were at my car before I could even get out of the car. So to say the least my time at those dealerships were short lived. Not to mention half of the dealerships dont want to give you a price for the car until you have negotiated back and forth five times! Not my idea of good business. However I drove to Lowe Toyota and found it be a very refreshing experience!! No vultures, just sincere professionals doing their job!! Wow!! The sales man asked how he could assist me. That was a new twist. I told him what I was interested in and that I was not going to go back and forth with price. Just give me your best price and we will talk. So I then drive a few of the vehicles on the lot asking a billion questions about features, etc. and he answered every one of them with detailed information that you normally get from consumer reports. Very impressed yet again!! I finally decide which car I want which happened to be a 2013 Toyota Avalon. Now to the price!! Only took a minute to get that bottom line price and it was sold!!! Oh yeah did I mention they took it back and got it detailed and a new tank of gas while I was filling out paperwork? Thank you Lowe Toyota!!!!

But as the day went on I could not help but to be captivated by this mans smile and natural charisma. I called Jeremy around 3 pm to explain to him that I was headed out of town for the weekend and that my car needed an oil change. He told me to bring the vehicle right over and they would schedule me in. I brought my car there and was greeted at the front door. They took my car to the back as I waited in their "state of the art" lounge area. During the inspection, Colin Brown brought it to my attention that my car had a recall and that I would need to bring it back to Lexus of Macon sometime in the near future for the repair. He also explained to me that my vehicle checked out well and that on my next visit I should consider a few minor maintenance procedures. I was provided with a complete written report and a detailed description of the work performed. Knowing I was taking it away for the weekend, they even sent the vehicle to the wash area to vacuum the inside and wash the outside. I can not put into words the service that was provided to me today! The staff is very professional and courteous. I would like to thank Jeremy and Colin for a outstanding job well done! Your professionalism and attention to detail has earned my business with you and your company in the future. Although I purchased my vehicle at another dealer, I am happy to say that I won't bring my car anywhere else but Lowe's Toyota!

We were extremely pleased with the way we were greeted and the way the salesperson showed us all the different features available on the vehicles we were interested in. She was also extremely knowledgeable on the systems and was able to answer all our questions in a way we were able to understand them. We were not pressured and were able to take our time in determining what we wanted. The whole transaction was conducted in a very relaxed and informal manner which made us feel comfortable and quiet at ease. I thought that the price of the vehicle we selected was fair to both parties and one we could live with. I had researched the certified Siennas online til there was no more to learn. I'm from Macon and narrowed my search from a hundred mile radius from McDonough to Dublin. Looking at dealers websites and finding current stock LOWE had the best price with the features. The best miles and a virtually untouched 2011. First time on the dealers lot and I bought. The sales man, Michael Lawrence made it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable with all the Siennas on the lot and helped me know the vehicle even better. When it came time for negotiation the price on the Sienna was by far the best I had seen on any dealer's site. I was given what I requested for a trade value on my vehicle. I recently graduated college and got a job. I was not ready to move to where I got my job at so I decided just to commute for the time being. I was driving a truck to and from work every day so the gas mileage isnt the best. I was looking for numerous cars and one day decided to test drive a 2013 Camry SE. My father and me went to Lowe Toyota and wanted to check em out. We actually drove to where the Camrys where at instead of the front since we didnt want the salespeople to swarm us. After several minutes of walking and looking, we were met by Jason. He was a really good salesperson in that he answered my questions and understood I wanted to just test drive it. He wasnt pushing us to buy like some of the other in town car dealers (we would never go back nor recommend them). We thanked him for his time and we off after the test drive. I emailed the internet sales guy the next day to see what they could do in terms of price because I liked the Camry and not even 5 minutes later I got a call and an offer. I didnt even realize that Jason also was the internet sales manager at the time. So the next day, we went to another nearby Toyota dealer (since we had bought 2 vehicles there previously) to see their best price. They wouldnt budge at all and overall were not really wanting sell the car any lower and liked giving us the run around, so we decided to go back to Lowe Toyota and make a deal later that same day. The process was completely painless. After texting Jason letting him know we would be there, when we arrived he was there greet us. At that point I realized it was the salesperson that we had talked to a couple of days ago! We went out and looked at the cars and I choose the one I wanted and we went in and he honored the deal from earlier. The buying process was pleasant and they didnt push any other add ons to the price. The finance guy even saved me an extra .5% on my loan! We were there after hours they we not pushy in trying to get us out as quickly as possible. Overall I would highly recommend them as a dealership and would definitely recommend my friends to buy from them! Thanks a lot guys!

This was our third Toyota and our second car bought from Lowe Toyota. We especially liked that the sales staff allowed us to look around the lot uninterrupted. Nick was standing outside and identified himself as a salesman. Nick stayed with us through the entire sale never shifting us from person to person. He never pressured us at all and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He explained everything about our new Highlander before we left the lot. We found his price sheet showing us what our trade in brought and what the final cost would be fair and easy to understand. My wife and i went out to Lowe Toyota on Friday July 12 to look at a Corolla 4 Door L Sedan. I had found the same car on cars.com in Atlanta for 14,991 with an MSRP of 18,219 and a total price of 16,098 Lowe Toyota MSRP is 17,060 spoke to the finance manager to see if they would match the price i hand i writing, He drop the price to 15400 then add tax tag dealer fees to bring the price to over 18,000.00!Lowe Toyota MSRP is 1159.00 lower but their final price was 2000.00 higher.The quote i had from Atlanta clearly states the dealer fee is included in the 14991 and the tax and tag was only 1106. I told they no and walked out i work in retail it is a common practice to match prices.I guess sales and reviews are so good they don't care about customer service. I will buy my wife a new Corolla today just not at Lowe Toyota!I want to thank Lowe Toyota for wasting my time and confirming want a lot of people told me Don't buy a car in Macon or Warner Robins head for Atlanta the prices are cheaper and they don't rip you off.

I'd like to say that buying a new car, any car, is time consuming and filled with back and forth on negotiating a price that both the customer and dealership would be happy with. I'd like to say that the salesperson kept us waiting and waiting.....but i can't! Eddie Evans, Rusty Huton and Carolyn Hooten at Lowe Toyota exemplfy what a great salese team should be. Eddie understood from the moment that we walked on the lot that we were not going to be pressured or "lead" to what the salesperson felt we could afford or buy. Once we started talking, it was apparent that he was just going to show us the car that we wanted to check out (not just one, but several!) and let the Toyota brand sell itself. My wife and I drove onto the lot in a 2011 Corolla.....and left in less than two hours in a 2013 Camry. The price was well below what I had figured would be a fair price, the interest rate...well, lets say that the finance team did just as good a job as the sales team...and the whole atmosphere/experience was great!Would I recommend Lowe Toyota? Absolutely! Would I deal with them again on another vehicle? Again, absolutely!

Terrible customer service. I went in to get a basic oil change and upon pulling up in bay, there wasn't one Service Manager in site. So I set in my vehicle awaiting someone to come and get my mileage and no one ever showed up. So I proceeded to get out my vehicle in hopes that someone would see me and ask if they could assist me. I stood in the bay area for approximately 10 minutes with no one acknowleding me. So I nicely proceeded to get back in my car and pulled out. I continue on to my usual Toyota dealership - Butler Toyota which is in Macon, Ga. it is a shame that I have to drive 20 miles out of town to get good customer service.

I purchased my Rav 4 in 2010. When my husband needed a new truck we went looking in the used car lot. To our surprise, we were able to buy a new 2012 Toyota Tundra! My husband was delighted to have a new ride! Our sales person, Corey, remembered us from the Rav so it was nice to see a familiar face. We went to the dealership several times before we made up our mind and everyone was very friendly every time. I would recommend Lowe Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. No high pressure or fast talk, just people helping people buy a safe and dependable car.

My mother wants to purchase one last car and we really wanted to buy locally. By the commercial advertising alone you would think you could get the best deal here in W.R., but so far we have been able to get better deals over the internet from Atlanta dealers. What is up with that? Even Butler in Macon gave us a better quote on a more expensive car the Lowe did. Why is it such a battle just to buy a car? More people should shop around and maybe there would not be such a hassle. Unsatisified with local dealers.

I have been in my 2012 Camry SE Limited Edition for a week now....and I am loving it! I will say my transition from my 2011 Dodge Charger (V6) to my now Camry (4 cylinder) was a big one... I love my muscle cars...yeah even for me being a chic (wink)...but I guess it was time to let go LOL. After my rear-ended accident back in July 2012...it was one issue after another. My parents are Toyota lovers....my father had a Celica back in the late 70's and now my parents own a Rav4 since 1999.So...yes...I've jumped on the bandwagon ....and for the great price I got it for...I am driving a sporty car...fully loaded...and KNOW its a reliable ride. Toyota's name has a great backbone. :). So I would like to send a "great thank you" to my "very helpful" sales person Corey Weber & the team at Lowe Toyota! I entered the dealership with the idea of surprising my wife with a new car as a Valentine's gift. Sam Alonzo and I walked the new car parking lot and had some ideas of what my wife would like. He then assisted me in getting all the pre-approval paperwork done. We had everything ready when I called my wife to the dealer telling her I needed a ride home because my car was in the shop. When she entered the dealership showroom, Sam walked her over to his office where my Valentine's day card sat totally surprising her. Jason provided us with information about the car we ended up purchasing and was very patient while we chose which options we wanted. He appeared to be knowledgable and enjoy his job. This was by far the best new car experience we have ever had. We made the mistake and visited other dealerships before we stopped at Lowe Toyota. Those dealerships were very pushy and it was quite apparent they would say anything for a sale. We were greeted at Lowe Toyota by Michael Lawrence and instantly you could see the difference. He was very honest, upfront, and knowledgeable. We even left the first night of looking and he didn't have a bad word to say. When we came back 2 days later Michael greeted us like we were friends even though we had wasted his time the first night. During the test drive he knew everything about the inside of the car and how all the bells and whistles worked. Once back at the dealership after we made the decision to purchase, the process went very smooth and fairly fast. I wasn't given a ridiculous number and expected to play the normal dealership cat and mouse game on price. I was given a decent price and within 5 minutes we agreed. Even after all the paperwork was signed and the car was ours Michael took the time to help us set up our phone to the car and showed us how it all worked before we left. It was an overall great experience and one that will be hard to match whenever the time comes to purchase again.

Me and My wife and 10 month old went in to look at a 2012 scion today when we drove up the sales guy meet us and asked what type of car we wanted so after going over the cars and making him open up and show us 4 different suv's we decided to go with the xb while waiting for the paper work to come back my little boy ran out of juice so are sales guy went and got him a bottle of juice because me and my wife had are son their they got us in and out with no problems and super fast and with the payment we wanted I will buy another car from them and I suggest you do also

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Lowe Toyota and this was the fastest and easiest transaction I have ever done with any car lot period. The staff was great and worked with my pregnant wife and 10 month old son and I. They understood what we wanted and needed for our family and gave us the payment we wanted with no money down also. I will be back in a few years to buy another car also and if you are in the market for a great car/truck this is the only place to go , I love how the sales people are laid back and not pushy at all Michael was great and didnt roll a eye when we asked him to show us over 4 cars before we decided to test drive the first one.

I have purchased approximately 10 new cars over the last 20 years from 4 different states, and most of the major brands, and this dealership was by far the best. There are several reason i say this beginning with 1) Time at the Dealership: from first consulting with Mr Blackmon, the financial paperwork, until we received the vehicle from detail was less than 2 hours. 2) Dealer: Mr Blackmon was patient and could answer any question thrown at him. He was easy to work with vs the pressure tactics I received from previous dealerships trying to nickle and dime us. I will definitely use this dealership from now on. Mike

The salesman and all other staff we were involved with were very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered and the staff was very knowledgeable of the vehicles they are selling. I had a truly wonderful experience doing business with Lowe Toyota. Mike was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was very accommodating to all our questions and requests. He was not pushy at all. We have purchased many cars in the past and had just awful experiences. My son purchased his 1st car on his own from Lowe 2 yrs. ago He had done his research and knew exactly what he should be paying for the car. We went with him "just in case" since he was new to the car buying process. We were amazed that he did not have to negotiate to get a great deal, they just came right out with a terrific price. He asked for a few upgrades that were aftermarket additions, not normal Toyota options and they even worked out a low price for those things and had them installed....he was a Happy Camper!So, when it came time for me to purchase a new car, we immediately thought "hassle free buying at Lowe Toyota". I am normally a Sunday car shopper to prevent frustration but I knew that my son had had such a trouble free experience, I was willing to shop on Saturday...;-)We of course did our research before going and knew what we should be paying for all the "many" options I wanted in a car. Mike directed us to exactly those vehicles saving us time we might have wasted looking at stickers and options. We test drove a car, in town, and on the interstate since I do most of my driving on I-75. He wanted us to be sure that it felt right for me. My husband wanted to try it out too so we swapped and reversed the path, we both loved the car. Now the big decision...white or silver....of course we test drove the white and I decided I wanted silver. So because we hadn't test driven the silver...my husband requested a second test drive and Mike didn't bat an eye...he just said "sure, lets go" so off we went. When we returned to the dealer he quoted a price, we mentioned we had seen a 0.9% apr loan term on the tv and Mike said yep no problem that finance would work that out. The price was only $50 away from what we felt the car was worth in our area and we got the low interest rate to boot. When it was time to visit finance, it was easy peasy. Jeremy Smith was our finance guy and funny enough (Even though Warner Robins is no longer the little town it used to be) we were excited to see Jeremy working there. We knew Jeremy from years earlier, he played baseball with our son, but we had no idea he worked there. It is a small world indeed!All told with the search, questions/answers, 2 test drives and financing we were there just over 2 hours...a major good thing in our estimation!What did I buy? A 2012 Camry SE with all the bells and whistles and I LOVE it! Thanks Lowe Toyota.

I especially appreciate the "non aggressive" approach exhibited by Kevin in dealingwith my time spent at your dealership. I had the BEST experience here. This was my first stop in my search for my new pre-owned vehicle. I had a certain price point and payment range that I wanted to stay in and was quickly pointed in the right direction by Michael, who by the way, is a fantastic salesman. He didn't push. He let us take our time and decide what we wanted and then offered his advice and got the keys ready for us to do some test driving. I found a car almost right away that I liked but still had a couple of other vehicles that I was wanting to check out at other dealerships. Michael got my cell phone # and told me he would text me with any new deals he came across while I was gone. He even gave me the name of a guy at one of the other dealerships to speak to when I got there. He actually said, "I want you to find what you need even if it isn't from us although I would prefer you bought from us." He seemed genuinely concerned about me and what I needed. I checked out the other vehicles but no one could offer me the customer service, the prices, or the quality that I seen at Lowe Toyota. Michael made good on his promise to continue the hunt for a great deal for me. I received a few texts from him while I was gone letting me know about more vehicles in my price range and what he could do for me. He went above and beyond trying to help me out. So, I walked out of a Ford dealership where the salesmen had all but shut me in the office and locked the door and headed straight back to Michael at Lowe Toyota. He put me in a 2009 Scion XB for the price and the payments that I wanted and he made sure that this was what I absolutely wanted before he would even draw up the papers. He was almost as excited as I was. Thank you to Michael and Lowe Toyota for making this the best car buying experience for me! I would definitely recommend him and the dealership as a whole to anyone looking for a vehicle (new or pre-owned).

Upon arriving on the parking lot, I was greeted with a professional acting salesman. He immediately made me feel like I was the most important person of the day. Then he asked me what I wanted and gave me options for what I was interested in. He knew that he was a newer employee and that he would need help from an employee that had been there longer. The car salesman was great. Reggie Thompson. Highly recommended. He was very nice and very understanding. He gave us our space when needed ad had all the information we needed. The only thing that I did not like abot the experience is once we bought the car and everything was final it took over an hour to actually get the car. They said it was in detail but it took forever to get it.

Once my vehicle was purchased it took a total of over 5 hours over 2 days to drive away with my brand new vehicle in pristine condition. I talked to both my salesman and a manager about my experience and received nothing but excuses. I felt that I was just being put off because they knew that they already had my money. In the past with a new vehicle I have been offered a loaner car to take with me since the service was going to take more than an hour on my newly purchased vehicle and this dealership did nothing of the sort. I would understand if they had informed me that they were busy, but they would say it will only be an hour and I call back to check in 2 hours and they had not started work on my vehicle yet. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my service.

When I spoke with Leory the night before coming in the following morning I told him what two vehicles we were interested in and what specifications we wanted. The following morning when we came in, he remembered which two and had his sales manager come in and he had Leory bring a camry around he thought would match. Even though it was close to what we were looking for, Leory allowed us to look at others in which we found the one we really liked and bought. Leory was very patient, he never once tried to talk us into a different one, and allowed us to look at as many as we wanted without rushing us. In a business where sales are the way you make your living, it was nice that he never pressured and rushed us.

They provide all the requested information very professionally about options and such and never attempt to persuade me into buying more or less than the exact vehicle I'm looking for. They are far superior to any other dealers in the area as they are VERY willing to negotiate with the buyer rather demanding absurd amounts for their vehicles (which is the trend at the other dealers around here). The sales person I've worked with was the first person I met about 3 years ago when I bought my first vehicle and it's reassuring to know that I was able to go back to the same sales person again over the next 2 years, this speaks well about the dealership that they retain quality staff. I'd also like to mention that Mr. Lawrence has always taken the offers I've made seriously and presents them to his management without a hint of reluctance and crying like most other sales people do when the offers are very low but still fair. I have bought numerous vehicles in my time and I know what they are worth and I also do my homework and have facts about the vehicles well before I approach the sale personnel, I have almost always in the past encountered a reluctant and arrogant attitude from other dealers but have NEVER been treated this way from Mr. Lawrence or any of the other staff at Lowe Toyota. Bottom line I am extremely pleased with the sales and service I receive their and I intend to return next year for my wife's next new vehicle also.

Honestly, I would have never imagined Saturday morning when I woke up that I would be driving home in a new car. I had not heard of Lowe Toyota until I visited Autotrader.com. Once I got on to their website, I was very surprised at the vehicles that were listed in their inventory. The last 2 vehicles I purchased, I bought them in Atlanta. Being that I'm from Ashburn, I decided to stop in Warner Robbins to see what sort of deal I could get. I ended up buying a vehicle for my wife and one for myself. It took several hours for all of the financial details to be worked, but everyone there did everything possible to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. We found the cars we wanted to test drive and Frank was there to give us quite bit of information on them. After researching the Scion Xb we came back to test drive it again. Requested 3 things from the car (color, back up sensors and specific radio) and only recieved one of them (color). Had I not been in such a hurry to buy a car, probably would have not bought the one I did.Was supposed to be set at a certain price and was over that. Was billed for GAP insurance from the dealer that I did not ask for.Currently have an air conditioner that seems to only be half way working. Would take it in but feel I would be given the runaround.Salesman was friendly and good to work with but as usual I seem to keep getting screwed by your finance people.Since I believe I have a month to really try out the car (and I am not planning any long trips) I am still debating whether to keep the car or not.I may recommend the dealership but I would tell anyone to be wary when they do finally buy.

I had just wrecked my van and totaled it. We came to toyato to see if you have one we would like. We were just looking because my insurance had not settled up with us. Corey Weber came out when we drove up. Very nice friendly guy. We were inpressed from the start. We told him what we wanted to look at and he brought it up went over everything with us and was so very help full. We left and told him we would be back when the insurance settled up. We got lucky and the insurance co. called the next morning and settled up. So we headed to toyato to get me a van or a car. We wanted to try a small car and a van to see what we wanted. We tried both and decided on the Van. Corey was very easy to work with. He never pressured us or hurried us up. Everything went great. I have never had such an easy experience buying a car before. I previously owned a 2010 Toyota Sienna and it got totaled in a wreck. Before settling with the insurance company, I went to Lowe Toyota, where I had bought the 2010 model, to get the value of that car. Corey is the salesman that met me as I entered the business. He was very helpful in finding out the value of that vehicle. I wanted the same model to replace the wrecked vehicle. Therefore, when I got serious with buying, I went back to Lowe and started dealing with Corey. He was not forceful at all in trying to pursuade me to buy. He just got the information from me as to what I wanted and the color. He got busy and found the vehicle I had described. When the deal was finalized and I was ready to take possession, he took the time to sit in the car and go over some things that I may not be familiar with. I can truthfully say that I enjoyed doing business with Corey and with Lowe Toyota.By the way, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Lowe Toyota within the past two years. My daughter, Alicia Belflower, bought a 2012 Sienna from Lowe in October, 2011. It is in her name, but I am paying for it. I was pleased with the adequate sales pressure and intelligent approach of sales and finance. I cannot stand to be patronized and most salespeople do that, but Lowe Toyota did not. I also cannot stand it when car salespeople try to make me feel that I will never have another opportunity to purchase unless I do it that very minute. They allowed me to go home and sleep on it! I'd purchased a new Sienna van. The ENTIRE crew was simply outstanding. I was thinking about a Highlander as well and they were very thorough in explaining the differences. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. In fact we were about to leave to think about the price, and the General Manager came out and thanked us for coming in. He'd not once asked us to purchase on the spot! He'd informed us that he was accessible and available at any time, and if we had any questions to call him. We then spoke to him about how we like to travel and he'd pointed out a few more items on the van that we didn't know and we were just thrilled. Lowe Toyota does so much for our community, and we just decided to buy right there on the spot. As long as we live in Warner Robins, we will not buy from another car dealer.

Michael let me test drive several vehicles and took the time to explain the features of each vehicle thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable about each of the vehicles that we took out on a test drive. He was very personable. He took time to ask exactly the type of vehicle and options that I would like the vehicle to have. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted even though Lowe didn't have it in their current inventory. Lowe gave me a fair trade on my vehicle also. In the past when trading cars at other dealerships it was always a hassle with getting a fair trade on my vehicle and negotiation on price. At Lowe, the business part of the transaction went smoothly. Michael delivered my vehicle to me about 50 miles from the dealership within two business days. I would definitely recommend Lowe Toyota.

Not only is Linda (and all the other associates I dealt with) extremely professional and kind they cared. Not once did I feel the "sales pressure" when looking to purchase. Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do because at other dealerships in the past I always felt like a bleeding fish surrounded by sharks waiting to attack. I decided to buy me another vehicle and the one person I thought of first to go see was Mr. Johnson. This time I bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla and he gave me the same great service he gave me before and I was able to take the car home within minutes I made up my mind with the color I wanted.In the future I will go to Lowes Toyota to buy my next vehicle and I hope Mr. Johnson will be there to make him my sales associate as before.

I just wanted to look at the Tacoma trucks. Mr. Watts introduced himself to me in the lot showed the direction of the trucks. I felt really at ease with him, no high profile sales pitch which I experienced at the local ford and Chevy dealer. He let me decide rather than push me to higher priced trucks. The trade in deal on my S-10 was the final touch. I wanted a new truck, he wanted to get me in one.

Although our initial visit to the dealership was only to inquire if trading down to a smaller size might save us on gas , we ended up trading in our 2010 4-Runner for a 2012.The salesman Ray Johnson was very informative and honest and although he offered to help in any way with our decision making he did not in any way pressure us one way or the other. When we contacted Ray on Monday morning telling him we would like to consider trading if it was financially feasable for us at this time he was very honest and promised to do what he could...and he did. It took only one phone call and one short visit and we were out the door with our new vehicle. We were promised leather to be installed and that was taken care within 2 days and we are pleased.We are new to this area however this is the fourth 4-runner we have purchased and when we brought the previous one in two weeks ago to have it serviced we were extremly pleased with the service department at Lowe as well...I was there less than 30 minutes...awesome!This is the 5th dealership in Georgia we have ahd dealings with in the past 3 years and I am happy to say we will continue to use Lowe !!Thank you Ray Johnson , we appreciate it!

I had been planning on buying my Venza at another dealership, although it was not my first color choice. My husband looked online and found that Lowe Toyota had exactly the car I wanted, in the color that I wanted! It was 2 hours away, so I called first to be sure they actually had the car. Our salesman, Don Watts, was very helpful, he went and actually got the car to be sure it was what I wanted, before I drove down. I am one of those customers that is very skeptical regarding the type of service to expect from a car dealership. I have had some very bad experiences in the past. I go into the process with a me vs. them mentality. And even though I go in as prepared as possible, I know they know more about the process, product and price than I ever will. So my guard was up and my data (ammo) was ready. Earl Yongblood stepped forward and introduced himself and I thought "and so the battle begins". Earl began with a nice professional smile and handshake. As we test-drove vehicles and looked at different models Earl was ultra polite to both myself and my wife. He gave very straightforward answers to all our questions. When we finally settled on the car we wanted, he and Mike, the sales manager, were very upfront and honest about what they would and would not do. I took a couple more days shopping around at different dealers but eventually it was Lowe Toyota that won my business because, first when all numbers were considered they had the best price but additionally they remained professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Because we have had bad experiences in the past at car dealers, we wanted to try a dealership we had never done business with before. And what a nice surprise! We will definitely return to Lowe Toyota for our next purchase. Frank Haynes, our sales contact, was very knowledgeable, listened closely to our preferences and never once tried to pressure us into buying before we were ready. Mike, the sales manager, did a great job giving us the best possible price for our trade-in. When it came time to do the paperwork, the finance manager went out of his way to expedite the process but was very thorough in explaining each step. We didn't feel like we were "lost in a cloud of dust" through the paperwork. To sum it all up, Lowes Toyota is a successful dealership consisting of a team of dedicated people "moving forward together" to deliver the best possible service to their customers. If everyone moves forward together, then the success takes care of itself! We left feeling as if we had made new friends, as well as bring home a new car! A great feeling! Everything about my experience was fantastic! I did some preliminary research, and then submitted an electronic request for a quote on a Tundra. Within 24 hours, Jeremy gave me a call about my quote. He was extremely accomodating. I had some things to do before coming in to discuss the truck, but it fell through, and when I showed up a few hours early he did not hesitate to drop everything and help me. He was very informed about the vehicle I was interested in. He walked me through all the features, and when it came down to price they really worked with me to get it within my budget. Everyone I encountered was very very friendly! I have never felt more comfortable inside a car dealership. I knew going in that I had a disadvantage being female, but nobody tried to pull the wool over my eyes or talk to me like I didn't know anything about cars (which isn't the case). It was a wonderful experience.

We had originally intended to purchase a car from Toyota South, as we'd purchased our past two Toyotas from them. However, when they did not have the Venza on the lot we wanted, we decided to venture down to Lowe Toyota to see if we could deal. I called ahead of time and spoke with Joseph Horton about the Venza. I told him what I hoped to get the vehicle for, and that I was traading a 2010 Toyota Camry. When we got to the dealership, Mr. Horton was ready to let us take the Venza for a test spin. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was especially patient with my 3 year old daughter who wanted to ask a million questions (about ANYTHING). When we got to the dealership to talk deals, he gave me exactly what I wanted on the first offer. The process was perfect in every way- it reminded me so much of Toyota South and the easy dealings I'd had there. Luckily, Lowe Toyota is closer!We will recommend Lowe to ANYONE looking for a Toyota vehicle, and we were certainly come BACK to Lowe for our future Toyota needs. We have now owned five Toyota vehicles in our family (compared to 2 Hondas), and we love Toyotas. Mr. Horton should be commended for his spectacular service.

I received a letter from the Sales Manager telling me I could trade my 2010 Toyota for a new Camry with basically the same payment monthly. Needless to say I got the run-around from the Sales Manager on the proposed deal. He had no intention of making the trade. In my opinion Lowe's is kinda shady in their business practices. No advertisements etc. I will not buy another vehicle from them. Would rather go out of town and receive good service and be appreciated.

My car, a 2006 Toyota Corolla, vin #JDBR32E560059188, was brought to Toyota on 375 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins,GA on October 12,2011 because it had an issue with starting the engine.I spoke with a service mechanic ,Barry McNeese, whom i explanied the problem about the car. A diagnostic test was done on the said car, 2006 Toyota Corolla,Vin# JTDBR32E560059188 on October 12, 2011. According to Barry McNeese he started the result from the diagnose test was an issue with SSP,computer, and recommended replacing the ignition key. Upon receving the total cost of $766.99 to complete the job, i specifically asked Barry if he was certain, that was the issue with the car. He assured me that he discovered the issueand the total cost was $766.99. I explained that i didn't have that amount at this time, but would try to gatter it, so i'd like to know if the SSP, computer and replacing the ignition key would solve the issue with the said car. Barry replied and said "I'm sure". I then gave him the permission to repair the issue according to the diagnostic test. Picking up the car ,2006 Toyota Corolla, VIN# JTDBR32E560091088,a few days lateter, on October 15,2011, Barry started the problem was solved and I had to pay the full price of $766.99. Leaving the car lot, less than 2 hours later, my car 2006 Toyota Corolla, Vin#JDBR32E56009188 shut off and would not start again. Immediately, I contacted Barry McNeese and explained the situation. The said car was brought back to Lowes Toyata on 375 S.Houston Lake Road Warner Robins, GA on October 16,2011. On October 17,2011 ,I spoke to Matt Leopard from Customer Relations and was told that the real problem with the car was discovered. To resolve that problem, I would have to pay an additional $1000. It is completely unfair to request any additional cost for the said Toyota Corolla. Thanking you for your attention in this matter.

Michael Lawrence greeted me and immediately began showing me the models I wanted to see; he was informative and knowledgeable. The service was just ok. We were disappointed that when we asked for a CarFax report, they finally gave it to us 3 weeks after we purchased. We should have waited around for it, but we had already spent so many hours there we were anxious to get home. Also, the car only came with one key, so if we somehow locked ourselves out, we're screwed. The price of the vehicle was still too high for a used car with over 50,000 miles already on it. Also, the salesperson told us that a toyota certified used car only had one previous owner, but when we received the CarFax, there was 3 previous owners! Either he didn't know what he was talking about or it was a LIE. I believe the latter.... I expected way more from Lowe Toyota and I did not drive home happy.

Reviews like this make me nuts!!!Please do not recontact me about this! My salesman, Mark Brown, was very nice and helpful and I felt he was being as being truthful to me. I had to come back for installation of a tow hitch and he helped get this expedited. The financing part went quite smoothly and they did take two pretty old cars in trade which was a relief to me to get rid of them. I have been doing business with Lowe Toyota for 5 years and I have no complaints, i seems like a very organized place from top to bottom.

Worst experience at a dealership ever. The car had sat there for two years and was very sluggish as if it hadn't been driven or maintained, it also had a lot of scratches for a car with 72 miles on it. After test driving the car, Reggie took us on hour and a half long ride in another company vehicle (Orange Chevrolet Avalanche on large chrome rims), during which time he drove erratically and dogged it out, to pick up food for the office. When we finally returned to the dealership with food, they did not listen to my financing situation and tried to bully me into a high interest rate offering said car at $350/month for 72months with $1000 down ($26,200 total). When I declined, Mike was beyond rude, made a scene and insulted me on the main sales floor saying that "You are just upset that you can't afford a $15,000 car" in front of other customers. Prices were above k.b.b. and n.a.d.a. retail. DO NOT SUPPORT LOWE TOYOTA, they are crooks.

Best experience we have had buying a vehicle in 44 years of driving. Corey was informative, but not pushy. I usually do not care for car salesman because they try to ram anything down your throat, pester you on the phone, or try to get you to finance with whom they choose. We had our own finance, so Corey did not try to push Toyotas' on us. He took the time to go over the crossover with my wife completely, including the owners manual, warranties and help set up bluetooth. He made sure she was satisfied with the purchase. We will recommend him and the dealership to our friends. Thanks!

Reggie met us at the door and asked how he could be of service to us. I told him I was in the market for a Rav 4 and asked him about the 3rd row seating option. He informed me that Lowe Toyota did not have one with that particular option on the lot but would check the computer for availability if we cared to wait. He located exactly what I wanted and showed us the color choices and options that were on the vehicle. When I asked how soon it could get to Lowe Toyota, he informed me he could have it here the next day. True to his word it arrived right on schedule and after he had it detailed I was called. From start to finish and that includes the sales manager and finance department it was a seamless transaction and a real pleasure to deal with a car salesman that did not use overbearing tactics to get me to purchase from them. My wife was in the market for either a Toyota Highlander or a Venza, so after a month long search I happen to find a 09 Venza parked at the Lowes Superstore on Russell Parkway so I stopped and looked at it. I was looking at the Venza for about 10 min and a salesman didn even come to see me so I drove to the front of dealership and the sales manager had to direct someone to my direction. I got some general information on the Venza. I returned the following Friday to make an offer on the Venza. After doing the usual give and take I arrange for the vehicle to be picked up by my wife on April 18, 2011. This is when the sales amnesia started, my wife had to call me because he claimed he could not remember what we agreed on, and so I had to remind him over the phone. All my wife had to do was signed the title over on her old car and do the necessary paper work for the new one but no they gave her the run around stating that she had to drive to Robins FCU to get them to the check even though they had the name, phone and fax info of the individual that was handling her loan. It got so bad that the loan officer had to call Lowes to force them to fax the info over. I told the salesman that he had an hour to get this straight or I wanted my deposit back. Minded you my wife arrived at the dealership at 9 A.M. and she told them that she had to be at work by 11:00 needless to say she had to go to work. The salesman called me around 11:30 to ensure me that everything was taken the care and the vehicle would be ready for pick-up between 3 and 4 that evening, when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was not ready. The floor manger could not find the salesman that was handling the sale and they gave me the stale tactic about them getting the vehicle ready, then the store manger came out to try and reinforce that they keep their vehicle clean and that they clean them again prior to the sell. I must remind you that my wife arrived at the store at 9 A.M. that morning. When the vehicle finally came out of the detailer I was not impress the car was still wet and the inside was still dusty but you had over 8 hours to clean it. Then to add insult we still had to come back to the store after my wife got off at 7 to finish the paperwork. We set for 45 min before anything got started. Our salesman was busy doing other things we finally completed the transaction after 9 P.M. 12 hours later. We still have not gotten a customary follow-up phone call on our purchase. Ie already heard of one first-hand account their service department from a co-worker and how they tried to repair his fender with double sided tape. This is my wife third Toyota so she loves their vehicles. If I had to tell recommend Lowes to anyone who that was looking to buy I would tell them to go to Butler in Macon. It is obvious that Lowes Toyota main focus is selling cars than training their salesman on the process of how to sell cars.

I cannot say enough nice things about Corey. When we stepped on the lot, there was absolutely no pressure at all. Coming from Atlanta to purchase our van, it was refreshing to feel no pressure and to deal with a genuine person. Every time I spoke with Corey on the phone, he knew exactly who I was and my wish list for my van (since it wasn't on the lot and had to be brought in from another dealership). Corey is a true professional and have recommended him to several family members already. I have purchased many cars in my life and this by far was the best experience that I have had to date. Lowe Toyota was easy to deal with - they knew the product and made the process easy. My husband and I felt no pressure to buy. They seemed to be very honest. First of all, this was my first experience buying a Toyota. The salesperson did not show me how to operate any of the controls in the car. The clock was not even set to the correct time, had to read the owners manual to figure that out. I was in the dealership for what seemed an eternity. Then, for my first service, I took the car in, even though I am capable of doing my own service, I thought it might be easier to let the dealership take care of my oil changes and tire rotations. Wrong! It took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment. To keep things in perspective, I can perform this same routine maintenance in my driveway in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours, I was directed to go ahead and pay and my car would be ready. I stood around after paying for another 15 minutes waiting for someone to find my keys. Afterwards, I called and spoke to the service manager about what happened and he acted as if he could care less if I was satisfied or not. I felt like I didn't matter because their dealership is so big, they didn't need me. They won't ever get another dime of my money nor another minute of my time. I have advised all of my friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and complete strangers of my experience and will continue to do so as long as these folks are in business. By the way, I love the car, I just wish I had bought it somewhere else.

I had been to several dealerships looking for a new car, even went to the dealership where I bought my used car. They showed me a new car, then they went to used ones. I am single, I need a new one with a good warranty. They hoovered over me, kept me in the dealership for 3 or more hours with no new car. Then one dealership even called me back and left me a message that we can work a deal, so I go back and they end up showing me the same used car I turned down to begin with. I even suggested they hold a lean event to get customers thru financing and everything in an hour or so. I was really upset. So I thought I would drop by Lowe's. Don did not hoover, I told him what I was intersted in he brought it around to let me drive it. I told him I was not interested in a sliver so he found me one that I kind of liked. I told him what monthly payments I could afford and the figure that I would not go over. They worked with me and I left about an hour and half later with a new vehicle. I was very impressed. Don and the financial person were very good. Thanks again Lowe's, and Don.

Friday, Jan 7 2011, my wife and I were at the dealership having our 2010 Tundra service. We were not in the market for a new vehicle; however, an upgrade would be nice. The salesman found a Tundra that met my expectation. I told him we had errands to run and if he could get the price right he would have my business. My wife and I returned to the dealership a couple of hours later to pick up our Tundra from the service department. Mr. Watts verbally told me the price and payment at a good interest rate, so we purchased the new truck on the spot.This has been the best vehicle buying experience I had ever had. Not much game playing, no playing with the price and figures. Just good old fashion straight talk and a handshake. Again we were not in the market to buy a new vehicle, because the 2010 Tundra exceeded my expectation. The 2011 Tundra were a year and package upgrade only.

I researched about 8 different SUV or cross-over vehicles prior to going to Lowe Toyota. I visited 3 different dealerships (Ford, Honda and Toyota)and corresponded with 5 online. Sales service was superior from the Toyota dealership because the initial salesperson was allowed to manage the process without sales management taking over the exchange. Working as a team, individuals from the dealership never waivered from providing me answers to my questions that I felt were honest and straightforward. The salesperson was very competent, friendly and patient. Both the salesperson and the finance person took time to explain options, work toward my requests as the customer and review my choices after selection. Not only will I return to this dealership for my next purchase, but I am recommending my friends!!!

Lowe Toyota came through for me. My wife's & my credit took a hit this year and I was upside down in my trade (Beautiful SUV but gas guzzler). I wanted a new Camry but was concerned about trade value. I was initially disappointed by what they offered for my trade in, and decided to check out the competition in Macon. I discovered a significant decrease in the level of professionalism & customer service immediately. They were willing to offer me more for my trade, but I felt uneasy the whole time...felt like I was gonna regret my purchase. I was declined from the lender that I wanted to use and since evening had rolled around they had to shop my deal to another finance company. They let me keep their car overnight and at 3pm the next day they told me I was approved at the most miserable terms you could EVER imagine. I took the competition's vehicle and drove it to Lowe Toyota. I told them the situation with my credit and it was like it didn't even matter. I told them what I wanted and they listened. I felt valued and they seemed proud to earn my business. The competition threw my credit in my face and smeared it all over me like I was a disgusting worm who should be lucky anyone would be extending me credit. Less than an hour of my return to Lowe Toyota, I was approved and they BLEW AWAY the competion. They gave me a fair trade value on my nearly 8 year old vehicle that I still owed on! They took $5,000.00 off the MSRP on a 2011 Camry!!! The price was UNDER INVOICE!!! The scheduled maintenance is FREE for 2 years/25,000 miles!!! I still can't believe the interest rate is as low as it is with our credit score being so hideously low. I know I could have gotten a car anywhere but the terms would have been horrific. Needless to say, I took the competition their car back and wondered why they advertise better price and selection. Fuel savings and trade value were my top two concerns and I was taken care of. I will recommend Lowe Toyota to anyone and everyone. I literally 'Drove Home Happy'!!! I'm so excited when I go out to the garage and see my shiny new Camry. I'll save THOUSANDS of dollars over the life of my loan compared to the competition...I'll save thousands of dollars in fuel costs...my insurance is cheaper...I paid ZERO dollars out of pocket and the sales rep (Mat Leopard) went the extra mile to familiarize me with the service department, the website, he even fed me for free! I AM A TOYOTA MAN!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU LOWE TOYOTA!!! I just read online at how fuel prices are expected to be near $4.00 by summer of 2011. Thank you for taking care of me!!

I am someone who does not look forward to buying a new car because I do not usually like dealing with salesmen. I generally buy a new car every 5-6 years and it was time to start looking. I researched several cars on the internet and then did some test drives. I narrowed my search and selected my vehicles to purchase. In using the internet to obtain dealer quotes my two local Toyota dealers showed up. I initially went to the closest one. They did not have the car I wanted and then after telling them to contact me when they had a car with the options I wanted they never called me back. Then I went to Lowes Toyota. I met up with Ed Lyons and he energetically found the car with the options I wanted. He was friendly, professional and determined to make me happy about a new car. I felt he was very honest. I do my homework when it comes to major purchases. I spend hours on the computer for reviews and prices of the object I plan to purchase. In 2007 I had planned to purchase a my first new vehicle, a Toyota Prerunner Off Road TRD Double Cab 4X2 Truck. I visited a couple dealers in the South GA area and was not satisfied with how I was treated as a customer, or the price. A friend told me to go to Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins. The exact truck I wanted was on the lot. The salesman I worked with at the time was very friendly and explained everything to me so that I understood. I was very pleased and excited about the new purchase. This year, 2010, it was time for me to make another purchase. I was passing my first purchase down to my son. Again, I did my homework. I searched on the internet for longevity, resale value, gas mileage, a price range to fit my budget, and of course what appeals to my taste. I decided that I wanted the new 2011 TX Off Road Toyota Prerunner. I began making calls this time. I knew what the truck looked like; the body style had not changed. I just needed someone to give me a good price. I talked to a few dealers over the phone, but it seemed that business over the phone was not what they wanted. After a little dismay, I made the call to Lowe Toyota. I told the salesperson what I wanted, and after an intelligent conversation, he gave me a price that was in my budget. I was so excited. Don Watts was very friendly over the phone. When I arrived at the dealer, everything was as he said it would be. The truck was ready to go and everything I asked for over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership in just a couple of hours. I was so excited. The service was great! Why I ever called the other dealers in the first place is beyond me.

I knew a few "wants" and quite a few "don't" wants that I had in mind. I asked my friend, Jessie to come with me as she is more,"car savvy" than me. Ray had not one but two women firing questions as fast as we could think of them. He was very patient, asking specific questions to zero in on the best car for my needs. If we didn't understand something he would repeat/rephrase so we did understand. I felt comfortable with Ray's experience and guidance. He gave me phone numbers to reach him if I had any questions or problems. I took his card, not thinking that I would ever need to use it. As it turned out, I did need some information a few days later and didn't know where to begin to find it. I called Ray, who was on his lunch break at the time. Within an hour I had the needed information. I was also told that I could stop by the dealership at any time if I needed anything. I will recommend Lowe Toyota and Ray Johnson to my friends for their car needs. Ray Johnson is a great asset to your dealership.

My experience at Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins, GA was great! I received superb customer service from the staff. I visited the dealership several times with family members who had purchased cars there previously, including my mother. This time, I was able to purchase my own. I requested saleswoman Linda C. Slaughter because of her great reputation for selling cars with this dealership. She was recommended by my mom, who purchased a car from her almost 8 years ago. Mrs. Slaughter gave my mom GREAT service then, and she returned the favor to me. This is my first car purchase, and Lowe Toyota made it very memorable. The financial officer Rusty Hutson, was very specific as it related to financing and payments and customer relations Grace Brown, was very informative about the benefits and services offered by Toyota. I love this dealership and the staff! I am so glad that I have joined the Toyota family, specifically the Lowe Toyota family. If they were to receive a rating from 1-10, with 10 being excellent, they would receive a 15 from me, primarily because their excellent customer service exceeds the standards. Most people would say that they exceed expectations, but I wouldn't say that because I expect nothing but GREATNESS from them, and that's what I got. They top all dealerships in the middle Georgia area.

I like how Mr.Don Watts didn't try to over sell the car to me. I also like how he let me drive the car without him in it because he let me see how the car drove without someone trying to sway me into buying the vehicle. When me and my dad came out to look at vehicle's one sunday and Mr. Watts was there that day he pretty much knew what kind of car I want it and he took me right to the toyota corolla sport and I was pretty much hook on the car. That is some of the reasons why I decide to buy the toyota corolla sport. One more thing I like to say is that Mr. Don Watts was a very nice man who didn't try to rush me into buying the car.

We stopped by your dealership on a Sunday afternoon just to look at what the Prius models looked like in person. (We had been doing research on the computer and talking to a friend who owns one). While we were there, Mr. Watts happened to come by the dealership. He approached us to see if he could answer any questions---and we had plenty of them. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He spent at least 45 minutes with us even though the dealership was closed and it was Sunday afternoon. He told us about the rental cars available for sale and about the new 2010 Prius that could be purchased at 0% interest. He invited us to come back for a test drive at our earliest convenience.When we arrived at the dealership for our test drive, we had already decided to purchase a Prius if we could get the car at a price that would fit our budget with our specified down payment and monthly payment desired. We looked at several cars and several options. Again, Mr. Watts was very patient with us and worked with us until we found a car that we really liked that fit our budget/down payment/monthly payment specifications. Mr. Watts never pressured us to go for something we did not want or something outside our budget.We have had the car for five days now. Each time we get in it to drive, we are excited about the hybrid and discover new things about it. We hope that we continue to be as pleased with it for many years to come.

I feel I was given the "Royal Treatment" by the staff of Lowe Toyota. Everyone I came in contact with spoke to me with a smile. I was greeted promptly by a courteous, professional salesman. I was considering two separate vehicles and Marcus had both vehicles ready for me to test drive. I decided on the Venza as it was a 2009 and this allowed me to get many more options than I would have been able to afford with the Highlander, my second choice. The Venza is a beautiful car and drives and handles very nicely. And it is equpped with more options than I have ever had in an automobile.The "buying" experience was as stress free as it could be considering that buying a car is a huge purchase.Marcus was extremely knowledgeable about the vehcile and all the high tech ammenities that came with the vehcile. He spent a good deal of his time, even after closing time, explaining to me how to use/operate all the many options.This was my second purchase from Lowe Toyota, but I expect it will not be my last. My recent truck purchase at Lowe Toyota was truly a unique experience. As with all dealerships, the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by a sales person and was bracing myself for the unwanted pressure. Instead, I met Lindell Ritzie who immediately welcomed me and let me know up front he'd be happy to show me around the car lot and provide me with any information needed whether I was just looking or wanting to test drive. Prior to this day, I had done my research and knew which truck I was interested in and a rough estimate of what they were selling for. We first looked at the used trucks, and then Lindell drove me in his golf cart to the new line of Toyota Tundra's. It just so happened they had recently received the exact color and model I had been looking for, a 2010 Silver XSP package, Double Cab Tundra, with 9 miles on it. The MSRP price on the sticker was to be honest shocking, compared to the low mile used trucks I had been researching on the internet. I told Lindell the price range I was looking for and the amount of monthly payment I could afford and expected him to tell me my only option would be a used one. Instead, he told me to come in out of the heat, got me a complimentary bottle of water and said to let him work the numbers with his boss. To be honest, I'd been searching for over a month for this exact truck and the only one I found was a used one at a dealer in Ft Lauderdale Florida, and it wasn't the color I wanted but the price was alot lower than the MSRP on the sticker on the one Lindell was running the numbers on. Before long, Lindell came out and presented me with the drive out price and low interest monthly payment. It included a down payment, and was slightly higher than I was thinking. I told him I didn't have the money to put down, the price was more than I could handle and I figured I'd be on my way to Florida. He told me to let him work for me, wrote my terms on the paper and disappeared for a few more minutes. Long story short, I was able to trade in my 11 year old truck for a fair priced down payment and got the drive out price and monthly payment I desired for a brand new instead of used truck. The whole experience was enjoyable, from the sale with Lindell, touring the Lowe Toyota showroom and service center, and even dealing with the finance manager setting up my loan. I've purchased a new vehicle before, but never received the level of professional service as I did with the team at Lowe Toyota.

Rudy went the extra mile to help me get the car at the price I wanted. The sales process probably went longer for Rudy than for me. In the end, I got what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I hope Lowe Toyota recognizes the professional people it has employed. Al Johnson (with whom I have personal experience in purchasing or financing 4 Camrys) sealed the deal with his hometown way of making confusing financial figures easy to understand. First the appearance of the dealership is a plus. Was easy to find. I was only browsing different dealerships and just decided to try Toyota. I have never been a Toyota fan. The hospitality was great and there was no hassle. Mr. Blackmon's approach was very professional throughout the entire acquisition. The ease of purchasing from Toyota was simple and very speedy. Even in the absence of Mr. Blackmon other sales professionals would inquire to ask if I was in need of anything. Very warm reception when returning on Saturday to have a final clean up being it was too late to do the required job the previous evening. Please note it was my suggestion to return so they could close. They insisted it was not a problem, but I do know how it is when time to go. I thank Toyota also for a nice lunch while waiting to get serviced. Mr. Blackmon was there to meet me upon arrival and periodically checked to let me know the status of my car. I do hope the service is as prompt as the sales and I do have no doubt it will be. Thanks for changing the perception of car salesmen to sales professionals. Yes I would definitely recommend this dealership.

He stood in the rain with us, he played "Chineese Fire drill" with me so I could sit in all seats of my car to see if they were comfortable, he stayed late,he walked the lot until he found the car with all the features that we wanted and called to let me know what he found, he gave my husband a ride home, he explained everything to us, he NEVER gave a high pressured pitch, he didn't make me feel stupid by talking ONLY to my husband, he was very professional and knew his products. If he didn't know he didn't make it up....he went and found out the answers! I felt there were no games or tricks....pleasant deal all around!

We came to look at an ScionXB and wanted to talk to Marcus Lillard. Marcus helped our mother purchase a ScionXD. We were very satisfied with the service. Marcus was in the middle of closing a deal with another customer so he introduced us to Corey Weber. Corey was very thorough in going over everything about the ScionXB. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure we understood how to operate the different options on the vehicle. He went over all of the paperwork and car manuals with us. We felt for we got a very good deal on the price. I bought this vehicle from Lowe Toyota because of Al Johnson and his past history of treating car customers right. He handled everything from the dealership and we never left Milledgeville to buy this car. In fact, he delivered the car to us with paperwork in tow. I have bought general motors products for thirty years up to this point, however, Toyota is looking good at this moment. I will be in the market for a new large pickup in the next two years and if Al is at this dealership you probably will get the sale. I will give Lowe Toyota a legitimate shot at my business in the case that Al is no longer associated with your dealership. In closing, my suggestion to the ownership, is that you think long and hard before you let this man leave your employment. I want to relate to you my recent experience at Lowe's Toyota. To be frank, I have not been to Lowe's for quite some time due to a bad experience with the service department. We had been loyal Lowe's customers for quite some time, and were very pleased with the service department when they were located at their old address. We highly recommended them to all our friends, and even had our son bring his Toyota down from Statesboro to have work done on it when he had a problem, as we found the service department highly reliable and very customer oriented. We send people we knew over to Lowe's to buy a vehicle, sometimes from as far away as 120 miles. Upon moving to the new location however, things seemed to change with the service department. We took our Tacoma in for an oil change, and were mildly irritated when something else was "fixed" when we hadn't asked for it to be done, even though it was needed, so we didn't protest too much about the additional charge. The straw that broke the camel's back however was when we had our Camry towed to Lowe's because it would not start one morning. It turned out to only be the battery, but we were charged about $90 for the determination that the battery was bad, and then the cost of a new battery, totaling almost $200. That left a bad taste in our mouth, and we quit taking our vehicles in for service. When it was time to shop for a new Toyota, we had decided to look elsewhere.Well, as fate would have it, the Tacoma ended up being totaled in an encounter with a deer, and we needed to shop for a new vehicle sooner than we expected. While waiting for the insurance company to make a determination on the Tacoma, we needed a rental car for a few days. With some misgivings, we decided to check on a rental from Lowe's first, as they are just down the street from our home. That's where we met Lindsey Kalalecik. She was wonderful! What an ambassador of goodwill she is for Lowe's! She was so helpful and professional in taking care of our needs, we started having second thoughts about looking elsewere for a new Toyota. In fact, we spoke with her about our need to look for a new Toyota, and she immediately put us in touch with Narrio Gibbs. From the very beginning Narrio was very helpful, informative, and professional in helping us explore all the options in our new vehicle search. He gave us time to look at the vehicles we had interests in, and didn't hover over us while we we were looking around, but was always nearby to answer any questions we might have. It was the best car-buying experience we have ever had.When we had made our selection, Lowe's did everything they could to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford. As a result of our experience with Lindsey and Narrio, we have become die-hard Lowe's fans once again! When we get ready to trade in our Camry, we will be going back to Lowe's. Our son is wanting to trade in his Tacoma and look at a Corolla in the next few months, and we will be sending him over to Lowe's.

Our salesman Don was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the Tundra pick-up. Within 5 minutes he had us an acceptable line of credit and worked towards finding us a truck with all of the features we wanted. Don was able to actually get us an upgraded truck package for much less money then we had seen trucks with only standard features. It was an overall excellent experience. I went it looking at a used car but Don explained to me without pressuring me, that my payments would be lower on a new car because of the 0% financing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car I wanted and didn't have any problems with bringing it in from South Carolina for me. I've been searching for a car for some time and everywhere I went pressured me into buying a car I didn't like or knew I couldn't afford except for Lowe. Despite dealing with a "Car Dealership", Lowe Toyota was atypical. There was nothing negative about my entire visit. Before appearing in person, I was assisted by Gina Walsh through the dealer website. I built the car I wanted online, and somehow, the car miraculously appeared there at the Dealership.Once I made it to Lowe Toyota in person, Leory Blackmon assisted me in looking at the different models available to me. Not one time was Mr. Blackmon the least bit "pushy"; a trait I disdain...on the contray, Mr. Blackmon was extremely patient, understanding, and bent over backwards to show me the things I was interested in.Once my choices were narrowed, then the sales manager, Mr. Grady Johnson became involved. Up front, I discussed what I was willing to spend. The final price quoted me was within $300.00 of what I had expected before I ever arrived on the lot. However, the price I had in mind did NOT include the extra options I ended up getting with my new Camry.There isn't one single area with which I am not extremely pleased with. I needed to get a car for my job which is a traveling job. I met Brian Willard and he was great and I picked out my car. He sent me to Anthony, who I requested Gap insurance and a spoiler to be added into my deal. He just told me to come back Monday and it would be not problem. When I went back Moneay he was very rude and told me he needed to answer the phone and I needed to step out of his office. I was trying to ask him a question and he dismissed me. He was very rude and told everyone that he did not tell me that I could get the spoler or Gap. I was very upset and told Brian that I do not want to work with Anthony. I was sent to Eric who finished my deal but could not add in the spoiler because it was too late. He did a good job but after being treated the way I was I will never buy another car from Lowe and I have to have a new car every five to seven years. It is not about the spoiler it is about how rude Anthony acted. The other people there said he treats all the customers that way and that is what makes me angry. Lowe should not let somone who treats people like that to work there. I also will not recommend anyone.

This buying experience was the absolute best ever! Everyone was helpful, friendly and fun to work with. Someone greets you when arrive, but they do not pressure you. For anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle you should go to this dealer even if it is a good distance away. You will not be disappointed. From the moment I test drove my choice vehicle to when I drove it away seemed like no time at all. That is because the salesmen new what they were doing. There was no dreadful haggling, pushing and conniving sales strategies. There wasn't any long boring wait times for salesmen to run back and forth. The process was simple, easy to understand, no hidden stuff out the door. At my first look at the contract I notice that the final price was way less than we had agreed upon too. Lowe Toyota really tries to give everyone what they want for the price they want.

I have never in my life had such a wonderful experience buying a car. From the moment I entered the door until the moment I left, I was treated with respect and kindness. Ms. Jessie is an awesome salesman and it was a pleasure to have her as my salesman. Ms. Jessie does not pressure you; she finds out what you are looking for, finds it and gets you approved. It was just that quick and simple. Ms. Jessie did not try to get me to purchase something I did not want; she got me exactly what I asked for. Ms. Jessie is down to earth, wants to help you, and does everything she can to get you approved. My car buying experience was so quick I could not believe it. Mr. Garrett the finance director was exceptional as well. I was not pressured into a high payment and he was very personable. Mr. Garrett will help you in any way possible and that shows that Lowe Toyota cares about their customers. The finance directors are the most important people at the dealership because they are the deciding factors or approval. If you have a dealership with a poor finance director who will not try their best to help the customers get approved then your sales will be low and the reputation of the company will be frowned upon by the community. Mr. Garrett definitely creates a comeback impression on customers. I will not even hesitate to come back when it's time for my next vehicle because of Ms. Jessie and Mr. Garrett. I came into the dealership to get my 1999 Toyota camry checked because the check engine light was on. After talking with the mechanic, I was told it would cost over $900.00 to get it fixed. I had been driving my car for over 10 years and decided just to take a look at the new ones. Mr James Snow showed me a few new ones and he decided to drive me around in the new camry. He explained all the new things to me very throughly especially all the new safety features. The car seemed to be just what I needed since I have recently had hip replacement surgery and needed something comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Everybody was very friendly and tried to help me understand the financial part. I especially liked the free maintenance for two years and the road side service that comes with my purchase and the free tanks of gas was very nice too. I have told several of my friends about my experience at your dealership and I know some will be stopping by to check this out. I just hope my new camry will last as long as my old one. rudy met us as soon as he realized we were on site looking at Lowe new toyota Tundra trucks. Rudy showed us all the trucks that potentially met our purchase requirements. He showed us over 20 trucks and spent the majority of the day with us as we were trying to decide what vehicle that we wanted to purchase. We actually changed our mind 3 different times on the color and type of truck that we wanted to purchase. Rudy was very helpful and explained all the features and differences in each truck. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LOWE TOYOTA - ON S. HOUSTON LAKE RD. My husband and I went in to look at the 1997 Geo Prism that they are trying to sell for 4,800 with taxes. It looks and sounds like a great little car, but being smart used car buyers we took the car to a mechanic in town(Precision Tune Auto Care on Watson) who told us that the car, which was supposedly checked by the Lowe Toyota people, needs at least $$$$$$2,500 worth of work before it would be a good car to buy!!!!!!!!! Let me say what specifically: it needs new front and rear brakes(costs: $300+), two new belts - one of which has a rip down the middle, (how can you miss that?)(costs: $130 for both), it has three leaks - in order to fix just one of them the whole transmission needs to be taken out(costs: ~$1000 just for the one leak and plus whatever the other two cost to fix) and there are a few more things that add up to around $1000 more for a total of $2500...I don't have the specifics on the rest because the people at Lowe Toyota took the list from me. After hearing all this I went back to Lowe Toyota and told them what he had said. I offered them $1500 for the car to make up for the major repair work costs and if that wouldn't work I said I would be willing to wait for them to fix the problems and when they were fixed I would pay the full price they were asking...The sales person talked to her manager, the manager then came over to me and said that their mechanics looked at the car and spent $300 to "fix it up" and that the brakes were "perfectly fine" (the mechanic who had nothing to gain has said the front and rear brakes need replacement) He also said that we shouldn't expect any better from a used car...that these "minor" repairs are part of buying a car used....he also said that they would sell me the car for the full price or not at all(which, with repairs would cost me $6500.....the NADA and Kelley Blue book price is around $4000 - $3000 for the base price and around $1000 for the mileage being at 62,950 and that is only if the car is in excellent retail condition which it is obviously not)...I told him: of course you would say that the brakes are fine because you want to make money off of this sale, the mechanic I took the car to told me what was wrong with the car with no expectation that I would be paying him to fix it...I think he is a little more trustworthy.... secondly, if this is the condition a used car should be in according to you, I don't ever want to buy a car from Lowe Toyota and I will make sure that I let everyone else know what kind of business you are running here...and I really hope that nobody buys this car from you because it is a rip-off....and do you know what he said to me, he said: "That is your opinion"... Ha!!!! Well, it may be my opinion now, but it could also end up being all of Warner Robins opinion as well when I am done with this...oh btw..in case anyone from Lowe Toyota is reading this...my husband is in the military and he is going to go to the legal office on base and he is going to blacklist Lowe Toyota :D...So good luck selling to anyone who reads this or hears about it from friends...I know I will be spreading the word :D And to all you car shoppers out there...Please DO NOT give them any business and especially avoid the 1997 Geo Prism...I only hope it isn't too late.
