Overall great experience. After a long and exhausting search for a good car for our family, we found ourselves at Lynch talking to Chris Fisher. He was absolutely wonderful and, as a young couple with a child, he helped us get payments we could afford on a used Malibu. He actually got us into a vehicle with less miles than the one we were previously looking at and it has every feature in it we could possibly want. He made us feel comfortable enough to ask any question that came to mind and had an answer for all of them. Everybody else made us feel so welcome as well. We had brought our 16 month old son who was bouncing off the walls with us and everybody there was so kind and patient toward him. The sales lady Angelita kept offering different options to keep his short attention span busy and even let him play at her computer when she wasn’t using it. The entire team was so friendly. Will definitely return to purchase vehicles from Chris and Lynch in the future. **Update** We returned to see Chris again and he got our Malibu traded in for a newer, bigger vehicle that we needed for our family! The process was as painless as he could have possibly made it. We will always return to purchase our vehicles with him.

Told on phone by Sarah to ask for the VIP Manager . Then I was informed by the VIP manager the car sold the day before . Such rude , crude treatment of a customer in a very competitive business is intolerable . I will never be go there again .

Brought vehicle in for a leaky tire as told to the service advisor. I had explained to the advisor that we had been putting air in the tire pretty regularly. Waited about an hour to learn that the "mechanic"/tech put air in the tire and intended to send me on my way. Turned out there was a small nail (it wasn't shown to me) in the tire. In my experiences the thing that causes the tire issue is shown to the customer. Then we found a locking lug nut in our cup holder and the other lugs left out in the back of the vehicle. We originally purchased the vehicle at a dealership in Racine and are tempted to start taking it there for service, as we have had another issue in the past.

Lynch of Kenosha was the third dealership I had gone to looking for a Malibu. I wasn't happy with the salesman I had to deal with at the first two places,way too pushy! Started walking around the Lynch lot and Chris came out to see if he could help us,we told him we were just looking around right now,so he backed off and just let us be until we were ready to go and talk to him! When I did go talk to him, I couldn't of asked for a more helpful or friendly sales person to deal with! It's been over three months since I bought my car and every time I've gone into the dealership, Chris greets me by name and always asked me if there something he can help me with! Highly recommend Lynch and Chris!

Staff is awsome! First time ever coming and everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Had a test drive a schedule and AL was right there ready for us as we were walking in to the building. AL and Jerry were excellent! They worked with us to make it easy for us to make our purchase decision, they even treated us with a pizza since we had come straight from work and hadn't had dinner.Excellent service! Brought my impala in for a recall and picked it up with deep scratches on the steering wheel every 4 inches. Jeff the service guy took 4 weeks to get me back in. I'm going to Palmen Motors from now on. Also tried to buy a Silverado. Advertise one price but way more expensive when you get there. I called for a cash price and they refused to give me one. Palmen did and I bought at Palmen.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of Customer Service that I received from my latest visit to Lynch Chevrolet. Everyone from Chris Fisher to William Wilson Jr that took care of us were very attentive to our needs and that ultimately led to the purchase of a 2014 Silverado. They provided a family atmosphere, one where we are not afraid to show up just to say hello. Yes they sell vehicles, but more importantly they are friends as well. My daughter is looking at purchasing a new car and had narrowed it down to a Mazda and a Chevy. We were up-front with the salesman, explaining that this was for comparison and test driving purposes and that a purchase would NOT be forthcoming (on the first visit). David was informative, friendly, and very easy to work with. When the field came down to the final two vehicles, a appointment was made for a second test drive. At that point, the Chevy was the front runner. But when the Mazda was driven for a second time, it pulled out ahead. Because a car is quite a large purchase, we decided that we needed a second drive on the Chevy to see if everything about the car was being remembered correctly. During the second test drive, David was informed that my daughter would NOT be purchasing the Chevy. The Mazda just "felt better". As all good salesmen will do, the people at the dealer ship tried to find something in their inventory that would "win" the contest. When they were told that none of the other vehicles offered would do, they graciously accepted our decision, wished us the best of luck and that was it. It was a pleasure dealing with a car dealer that understood the meaning of TRUE customer service. We would definitely consider buying a vehicle from Lynch.

We have a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. We had consistent, recurrent issues with the DEF fluid system at another dealership in our area. We spent a lot of $$ over and over again on return visit after return visit to them, and we never drove out of that dealership with our problem being fixed. They even told us this last time that "the red light on the dash indicating a problem will eventually go out!" We then called GM directly and asked them to refer us to another dealership. Within a few days of the Lynch service team having our truck (GM referred us to them), Jeff from service, informed us that he believed that they'd found our problem, which involved reprogramming the computer, among some other things. My husband and I are ecstatic that we've finally found a team who we trust and is capable and knowledgeable in what they do! We will use the Lynch service team for all our vehicle needs. Jeff is to be commended for his knowledge and customer service skills. We will only use your service team from now on. Thank you so much!!

When we first got there we were quoted 1 hr to 1.5 hours for our Oil Change because they were running a little behind (I expected at least an hour before I even arrived) but they were done within 45 minutes! It was a pleasant surprise considering I had my 2.5 year old with me. Also my son saw the balloons on display in the showroom. We asked a sales associate if they had any extras for him, the sales associate (name escapes me) gladly brought my son a large bright yellow one to take home.

"Incompetent Mechanics- Bad Attitude GM Mark Jraisat"Incompetent mechanics, evasive/ambiguous service writers and a very arrogant, flippant dealership General Manager. I originally purchased my 13 Silverado from Lynch in Mukwanago, very first new vehicle for me. Two days later I am cleaning the wheels and notice that all the "fake" chrome is pealing on all off them. Gas was $4.50gl at the time and I live 30 miles away. $16 in fuel round trip plus my time so they could confirm the fault and then again to install them. Then I had Jeff one of the incompetent Service Advisers only want to give me 3 wheels after dropping 40g's. A couple of other issues they could not figure out and I lost faith. The other dealerships I took it to were able to figure out the problems that I was told they could not reproduce or that everything works as it should. I have a friend who buys vehicles there every few years and he will not even take his there for warranty or repairs. It is just that he has a long relationship with one of the salesman from the previous owner.Jump ahead to present and the THIRD SET OF WHEELS. I was told I would not get anymore rims. After this set of rims I developed a vibration, at times very aggressive. I took it to Griffin and again Lynch was proven wrong. The vibration was coming from the wheels. This I had previously told Lynch and that it started after this set of wheels were installed. I had them re-balance them and on another visit had them rotate to try and eliminate variables. I travel 30 miles one way for this fun.While the mechanic from Griffin was driving my truck the outer "cap" came off the wheel. It is an aluminum wheel with foam shrunk to it with the fake chrome outer covering somehow attached to that. If I could post a pic on here you would see that these wheels could not possibly ever be balanced with the chunks of missing Styrofoam. There is about 10 pounds of lead on each wheel.Jeff accused the mechanic from the other dealer of prying it of thinking it was a "hub cap". I told him that others were loose, as in not attached completely and that this is a safety issue. Driving this and having this come off other wheels and end up in the head of a motorcyclist or a car is a safety issue and to tow it in and get me 4 more rims. I had enough of dancing with him and he was getting upset because he could not BS me. He is a seasoned prevaricator and equivocator. I took this as it is safe to drive then.The next day I went to visit them again, they are like family to me, and had a talk with the GM and Jeffy. I wish I could play you the tape I recorded. I also taped Jeffy the day before. WATCH FOR A LINK TO YOUTUBE AND FACEBOOK. The GM asked if I was recording this and I said yes and he replied he did not want to be recorded and I asked him if he had a problem telling the truth while being recorded? There is only one reason why somebody has an issue being recorded and that is that they are devious and untrustworthy. The GM threatened me with jail for recording him and I had to inform him this was a "one party" state. I was told that any other wheels will be at my expense. REALLY?? So I asked him that even though it is still under warranty they will not honor that warranty? ESPECIALLY CONCERNING A PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE. Just came from this dealership. Called twice yesterday to make sure they had a vehicle I wanted to purchase. The second call was right at closing time. I told them it was a 1.5 hour drive for me so I didn't want to waste my time if they didn't have the vehicle. They told me they would pull the car and have it waiting this morning when they opened. I arrived shortly after they opened this morning. They had me sitting for over an hour and then finally told me the vehicle is sold. I questioned how it was sold from closing yesterday to opening today. They had no answers and talked in circles. They never had the car. It was just a ploy to get me there.

So the next day Lynch took me at my convenience (right away), which was really nice. My review would easily be a very positive one for most of the staff at Lynch Chevrolet Kenosha, except we had to deal with Volkan and Dimitrios. If you plan to buy a vehicle here call ahead and assure neither of these rude, condescending, arrogant individuals are here, it will bright your experience exponentially. My wife and I, if we could, we return our Traverse and buy it somewhere else if that option was presented to us. We love the vehicle, but I hate having to give my business to a dealership where these two individuals represented the standard of management they are willing to accept. We have now complained to Chevy and the GM of these store because it was so bad. Too bad the rest of the people here are sullied by these employees.

I told him I was looking for a third car to get better gas mileage around town.(We currently own a Silverado and Traverse) I also explained where I wanted my payments to be.. He steered me toward the Sonic (I didn't know that vehicle even existed) after test driving both the Sonic and the Spark, the Sonic had all of the features I was looking for. I owned a Chevrolet 2001 1500hd for 14 years and had it serviced ay a different Chevrolet dealership. When it came to buy, Lynch Chevrolet was new in the area and I called them as well as another dealership in the area to compare prices. I work second shift and have limited availability to talk to dealerships. I called both to see about purchasing a new Chevrolet 2015 HD Duramax diesel. To my surprise the dealership that had serviced my 1500hd never called back but Brian and Justin from Lynch took the time to work with me on what I wanted. I explained that I had built rapport with the other dealership in having all service maintenance done there and they invited me to see the service shop, They introduced me to Jeff the service consultant who gave me information about how to drive and maintain my new truck before I signed and took ownership. This place sent out flyers with a chance to win a prize. The flyer said if our number matched the number we scratched off and matched the number posted in the dealership we win a prize. We set up an apointments we were interested in buying a newer car. When we got there the salesman asked what kind of car we were looking for and we said we were not sure but said we wanted to see what our prize was. There was no number posted is the store. The salesman took our flyer went to a back room, we waited about 5/10 minutes he came back and said we won a gift card but they were out of them. Then he said we would have to come back to get them then walked away from us and just left us sitting so we just left after 15 minutes of sitting there. Its really bad when a local dealership treats people like that and has to use a scam to get people in there store.

He seemed a bit overwhelmed and let each customer know this. At one point another employee asked if there was anything he could do to help him and he said ya- shoot me. From the start of walking into the door of the dealership I was warmly greeted by my sales guy Joe. I never once felt I was being pushed to buy which most of the time that push for me, ends by me walking right back out the door. Joe was understanding found what I was looking for. Jeff is an AWESOME service advisor! He took the time to answer my questions (something that the previous advisor did not do) and even joked with us! It is refreshing to work with someone who enjoys his job! The only bad thing about Jeff is that he is a Redwings fan! UGH! I won't hold it against him though, he was a Blackhawks fan first! Friendly sales staff over all very nice experience. The down side, Wisconsin a full disclosure state yet it appears that there is little enforcement. I've had my vehicle for 2 months and I'm in need of ($900.00) worth of repairs, My mechanic noticed that the front struts are leaking and the sway bar end links at their breaking point. According to him "these issue are old and were most likely there when the vehicle was acquired by the dealer" Hate to think it's just another dealer with a turn and burn sales tactic.

Ok, so here is a little story I like to tell about a good dealership and a baaaaad dealership! I went to a competitor (boo-hiss) this past Saturday to look at the Spark. They got my hopes up, held me hostage for 3 hours and fought with me about how my employer works. So, we left. On Monday, I decided to contact Lynch Chevrolet to find out if they had the Pink Spark. Within 1/2 hour of submitting my online form, Chevy Tony emailed me back, let me know that he could get one and that I should come in. We walked in I believe at 4:15 on Monday, spoke with Chevy Tony, got approved for financing and paid the required amount to get the Pink Spark delivered! We were in and out in 30 MINS! Yep, that's right 30 MINS! So on Wednesday my cute little car finally arrived and we went and picked her up signed the papers with Carl and we were off! Also, Chevy Tony took my son and I around and introduced us to some of the staff and showed us the Auto Bay, VERY impressive! This was my very first brand new car and we will be returning to purchase another car from Chevy Tony again here in the future!

My 2012 Sonic had a strange electrical issue that would cause the engine to shut down (often when using the windshield wipers). Rick assisted me with this issue and kept me up to date nearly every day that the car was in the shop (7 days total). The service department went above and beyond my expectations and the overall experience was much better than what I've experienced in the past with other local mechanics. They really made me feel like I was their only customer.
