Worst dealership I’ve every visited in my life And don’t try and respond saying you don’t have info of working with me. This isn’t my government name on this profile. They made me wait 4 hours and didn’t even let me in the building. I was determined to buy a car from them. They wouldn’t even show me paper work. I NEVER ONCE EVEN HELD THE CAR DEAL IN MY HANDS. They had my girlfriend test drive a car that didn’t have its emissions up to date so they play a risky game at this dealership. The salesman tried to fight me and was very aggressive. I will be going to the Better business bureau about this. I used to be car salesman so to see a car buying process this bad is truly disappointing.

I was thinking of getting a car at M&S but after these reviews I would never g Purchase here...All these used car dealers need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the federal trade commissioner.. They are all selling lemon cars.. Run as fast as you can.

Unprofessional and a scam. Who repossesses a car during a national crisis and pandemic without warning? I’ll never suggest this place to anyone and I hope they recognize that having decency and compassion is more important than selling overpriced auction cars. Good riddance to having anything to do with this company.

Overall, I had a great experience with M&S Auto. I recent did a buyout on my Pathfinder truck and it was simple and painless. Andrea is the general manager, she gave me a call and when I got there my paperwork was ready all I had to do was sign. M&S Auto will find you a car within your price range and work with you on the down payment and even your weekly payment as long as you let them know your having a hard week. Nick is very informative about the cars on the lot as well as maintenance just let him know that I hat your looking for as well price range and he can get you into it. Also making payments are easy and their associates meet you at the door and it doesn’t take long. I will be returning to purchase a truck due to my great experience with them and my pathfinder runs amazing an it’s a 2002.

My wife recently purchased a car from this place, the day we we went to look at the car they told us that they would service it and have it ready the day we decide to purchase. We called that Monday to confirm that we were in deed interested in the car. They told us that they would have the car serviced before we picked up which to us meant any present issues would be resolved before all paperwork was completed. We were aware that for whatever reason they did not clean the car before they sold it to us. That wasn’t a big deal, a quick wash and vacuum we thought we’d be good. During the paper work process my wife was aware the gas was low she asked them if they would put some gas in it and they kindly agreed, however this was never done. Still we just brushed it off, thinking it’s ok we’ll handle it. However 3 days later the oil needed to be changed. Then We discovered the windshield wiper fluid either had a leak and doesn’t work. And to top it All off two weeks later the breaks were grinding so bad we had to replace them and the back driver side rotor costing $230. They even sold us a warranty on the car telling us it should cover any repair which it doesn’t, it just added an extra expense. To add insult to injury they never got back in contact with us when they said they would even when we continued to keep in contact with them throughout every issue. they simply kept brushing us off and telling us they’ll talk to this person and that person to see what they can do. I am not pleased with this company’s service. We purchased a car from them years ago and didn’t have any issues which is why we thought we’d buy from this place again HUGE MISTAKE. the cost of the car is damn near as much as a new car and we still have to make repairs. they definitely did not do what they’re supposed to be they didn’t make sure our car was inspected and that they did not take care of their customers. They basically washed their hands of the situation. What bothers me is that They couldn’t even provide documents on what was serviced on the car before we got it. they had no records of the windshield wiper fluid sprayers being broke in their system And nothing about the breaks. Cleverly they slide the buyers guided in the middle of the paper work to cover themselves, it wasn’t even in the car window the first or second time we looked at it. I realize we fell for their game and got played. We’re biting that bullet. We trusted them and paid greatly. Don’t make the same mistakes as us. ask about everything, go through the paperwork, slow down, don’t let them make you feel rushed. Or you’ll be like us,we’re in a 3 year contract that they’re making $11,000 off of this car but we’re paying out $20,000 plus
