I bought an automobile from Tim in Sales & just wanted to say how impressed I was with him. He made me feel at ease, he was attentive to what I wanted, he was genuinely nice to me & not just in a "Salesperson" type of way, he made me feel like I was his only customer that day. If all of your sales people are treating customers like this, then the dealership is doing something right. I also dealt with Julian in the Finance dept & he was also great. I was very impressed with my salesperson Tim, he was attentive, very nice, informative and got answers for anything he didn't know. He never got an attitude like a lot of salespeople get these days when the deal is hard to close or the client (me) is asking a lot of questions. He was just awesome. Also, Julian in finance was great too. He was able to get the deal closed with the bank & I am so thankful for that. Both of them make a great team. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know wanting to buy an automobile.

I made an appointment before visiting the dealership and the sales associate met with me immediately upon arrival. The vehicle I was interested in was ready for a test drive upon my arrival. I was allowed to take the vehicle home and drive it for a weekend to confirm the bucket seats were comfortable for me to sit in. I believe I purchased my vehicle at a very favorable price to me.

Roberto Quezada was fantastic. Natural people person...very engaging & attentive to all my needs & requests. He did everything within his power to make sure I was happy & that I got the vehicle of my choice & on my terms. He kept in constant phone or text contact every step of the way. The entire buying process took less than 2hrs (from beginning to end & I looked at SEVERAL trucks). I went in looking to buy a 2016 but left with a 2014 that was better with all the accessories I wanted & for my bottom line, out the door price. Definitely go see Roberto Q at Mac Haik Dodge if you want an up front, no haggle back & forth transaction. When you tell him your bottom line, he will tell you point blank if it's reasonable or not.

I went to this Dealership looking at some jeeps, just to give my son a little look at all of them. We agreed he would get one as a graduation gift. I wasn't all that big on these jeeps but boy was my mind changed. After talkijg to Robert about the many models, and what they all offer, Im really looking to buy a Jeep Rubicon. We saw a few there, and I was amazed. It was great service although I didn't drive off in a new car, but I told Robert I would be back! I recomend this dealership to everyone, it was good. The popcorn wasn't so bad either !

I went to Mac Haik debating on buying or not buying a mew ride. It was more about budget than it was actually wanting one, i've always loved the jeep looks. I get there and a guy walks out and stars talking to us. He gave information on the different makes and models and what they offer. He seemed to know an answer to every questions my dad and me asked. We were thinking of a black, and he showed us a few and his favorite, the Granite Crystal. I guess he was able to change our minds, because its the one we ended up buying. This Salesman's name is Robert Quezada, and I was greatlt satisfied with him. We had a problem trying to cancel our current lease to buy the jeep, and he went back and forth looking for a reasonable solution. I never saw a sign of frustration. He was able to work with our budget, our likes, our dislikes, and our lease problem. Overall, I think I recommend not only Mac Haik, but Robert Quezada because of the great service. He also gave some tips about aftermarket, and some good upgrade ideas. Glad I was helped by this guy!

No car dealer can please everyone, every time, and stay in business. Not every deal is doable. I also understand that most people that leave feedback for car dealers are mad about something and want to vent. I went to this dealership to look at a used car and made them an offer that I thought was fair but ended up that we didn't agree on a deal. The two sales people that I dealt with were very professional and treated me with respect and kindness. I left the dealership and had been thinking about just buying a new car instead of used and had already visited other dealers in the area and knew what I wanted and a fair price that I was willing to pay. I went back to Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler JEEP and gave them a second chance at another deal on a JEEP! The same 2 salesman that I had talked to earlier made the deal happen and everything went smoothly. Everyone that I met or ran into at the dealership was nice and professional and had a customer first attitude which led me to write this review. Bottom line is that not every time can a deal be made but when they can they will do whatever it takes within reason to make you a satisfied customer just as I am. Pleasant, painless, no pressure, straightforward, no gimmicks or games. I am not big fan of Dodge or Chrysler by far (personal preferences) but would say this is a great dealership to do business with. PS: I have not been asked or compensated in any way to write this review and I do not work for them or have any ties to them whatsoever. Just tired of seeing bad review when maybe it was self inflicted...? I have nothing but good things to say about my dealing with Mac Haik dealership.

All I heard were horror stories from my dad about car buying prior to this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went in with my family with a clear idea of the car we wanted to upgrade our previous jeep to. John Arrant greeted us from the very start and looking at the options, prices, plans and procedures was a real pleasure with him. We literally walked (or drove) out with our new car after having John patiently bear with all our questions and doubts, and then taking us to David Herrera for all the paperwork. We really felt the nice vibe from everybody the whole time we were there. John is an extremely nice guy and we have already suggested some of our friends to go see him - directly - if they are in the lookout for any of the brands that they carry. We live much closer to another Jeep dealership but there is no way we would ever consider visiting them before checking in with John first.

Never ever go info back. Buyer beware. Traded in a car for a new one. I am now about to make a payment on my new and my old car that I no longer own. They have not paid off my old loan so it falls on me now. I would have kept my car had I known I'd still be making payments on a car I don't have. Do not go there. On top of the the staff was very rude and unprofessional.

please review users comments on yahoo .google etc. as it will make sense that this dealership is not at the least a good place to do business with. don't be fooled by the happy go lucky costumer reviews that seem apparently false. Im only referring to the used car sales side as that is where i did my business.There business ethics is very low in standards and commitment and costumer satisfaction is the worst to say the least. Oh yeah let "Nancy" give you a fake number and a "we will make it all good comment"

I come here for a few reasons, the time I have to wait is always pretty minimal and the prices are pretty competitive. I bought my car from here and figured I'd get it serviced some where else because I thought it would be too high. After you shop around you'll notice that their prices are nearly the same as other independent service shops.
